Joe was very helpful. The guy with the British accent was very matter of fact and to the point, but he was also kind of trying to upsell you on an additional service. But he was nice and polite. It was kind of a waste of time to talk to anybody but your tax agent. For me, it was a joke. Other than that, it was like nobody really knew any specifics, which was not unreasonable, but it's not like you could ask the first person who answered the phone the questions. But Perfect Tax did what they said they were gonna do. I'm trying to get confirmation from the IRS that it's completed. That's the only thing I wish that was part of the service because I've made 12 payments, and I haven't heard a peep from the IRS.
