Payday lending is illegal and unavailable to consumers in some states. Payday loans usually have very high interest rates and carry risk. As with any loan, consumers should have a clear understanding of the fees, terms and conditions of any payday loan before borrowing.

What is MoneyMutual?

MoneyMutual’s online marketplace pairs borrowers with lenders that fit their financial profiles. If you’re searching for a short-term loan, visit MoneyMutual’s website to begin a loan application. It takes five minutes to complete the application, but you must meet MoneyMutual’s basic borrower requirements to qualify:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have at least $800 a month in verifiable income
  • Have a checking account

Depending on the lender you’re paired with, other requirements apply. MoneyMutual states that it’s possible to start receiving loan offers within five minutes of submitting an application. The average borrower gets approved for $250 to $2,500, but the maximum loan amount is based on individual qualifications.

MoneyMutual cost

There is no cost for consumers to find a lender on MoneyMutual’s marketplace platform.

Once you select a lender, MoneyMutual redirects you to the lender’s site to finish applying for a loan. Depending on the lender, you could receive funds in as little as 24 hours.

The lender sets your loan repayment schedule and loan fees, so make sure to discuss any questions or concerns with the company's loan specialists before signing a contract. Since MoneyMutual specializes in short-term loans, it’s likely your lender offers short-term loans with high interest rates.

MoneyMutual FAQ

Does MoneyMutual do a credit check?

No, MoneyMutual doesn’t do a credit check, but your loan provider likely will.

Does MoneyMutual charge any fees?

MoneyMutual doesn’t charge any fees to use its platform.

What credit score do I need for MoneyMutual?

MoneyMutual doesn’t have a credit score requirement for its services. MoneyMutual specializes in bad-credit loans, so you’re only paired with lenders that accept your credit score. Having a poor credit score affects the interest rates and loan amounts you’re eligible for.

How long does it take to apply for a loan through MoneyMutual?

MoneyMutual’s application process takes five minutes.

Is MoneyMutual legit?

MoneyMutual allows consumers to connect with short-term lenders that offer payday loans, bad-credit loans and installment loans. The company has services in every state except Connecticut and New York. If you need a short-term loan to cover an unexpected expense, MoneyMutual lets you find and compare multiple lenders in one place, which reduces the amount of time you need to spend finding a lender.

I got a email saying I was approved for a 5000.0 loan. I asked for a lesser amount of 2000.00 and I had to buy a steam card for 100.00 and a eBay card for 150.00. After I done that they told me I had to send another 150.00. I refused to do that. I believe it's a scam and I'm out of 250.00.

I very disappointed because, when we seeking for a loan it's because we're going thru some type of hardship and don't have the cash on hand for an emergency. For a lender to loan 800.00 at 725% that's deceptive and bad practice, Plus placing a person more in debt.

If you get $300 from Money Mutual you will end up paying $975 in total, which is 325% interest. The system is entirely made for you to get screwed! Do not borrow money over 25% which is already really high, most of the states can not allow loans over 25% and there is a reason why: because then it becomes very complicated to repay!

I was told I was approved for a $5000 loan. They requested I get i-tunes which I did for 500 which I was to get back with my loan. The money was not deposited and when I tried to call both numbers they gave me they were "no longer is service". I am on a fixed income and to not get my money or 500 back is a hardship. I advise to everyone to not be fooled by the fact Montel Williams endorses this site. It is a fraud.

When one needs a fast injection of cash quickly/immediately, one only needs to go and get it from Money Mutual. The fastest, safest way of having the cash you need, when the need arises - Holidays, etc.. There are more services provided by Money Mutual, such as Loans, Payday pay-outs, Cash to be sent overseas, etc. When one needs these services, they are at anyone's fingertips, and can be very useful at any time. The repayment options are available to anyone who can make the payments back, at a certain percentage. Time frame repayments are available year-round, so there is no rush for cash-back payments to be sent out. The additional fees only apply to the people who cannot make immediate payments back. One only needs is to make sure that arrangements are made to help with the process, so that repayments are made on time/ahead of schedule.

I saw the commercial on TV and called the 1-800 number. The customer service was very consistent. I had my money in no time at all. They offer all kinds of loans for all kinds of things. My repayment options are taken out on a monthly basis which is better for me. I can pay. The additional fees is not too bad. It's almost like going to an Amscot in paying them back. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The company needs to be careful who they are hiring. It seems like they just hire anyone to handle clients and these people don't have much training. They don't treat their customers with respect. They were going to charge me extra fees just because I was a new customer. If I was someone who was always late on my payments or something I would understand. But being new you should give me a chance. I ended up not even using the company.

Their customer satisfaction department is the best. Really discussed the pros and cons, was very knowledgeable. Made sure I was satisfied. Didn't push but merely asked important questions. Also, customers care handled all my questions so that I understand the repayment option which took skill on their part to explain. There is no hidden fees so you don't have to worry.

The customer service was really good, you can't compare that to anything else. It is good to have something like that where we can always upgrade. The extra service is a great fit for the company. You should always have that opportunity to do so in order to be successful. The repayment option is very flexible and fun. The timing of this service is really good. We need something like this in every other companies. The additional fees are very small but should be cautious about it. In order to do something like this you need to have a sense of security and love.

The customer service was very nice and it was an easy transaction. The person I was talking to was very helpful and told me more about the progress. Well it really wasn't much extra service. I just wanted to get a loan and they help me very much about getting it. SO I am thankful that they did help me out a lot. They were an easy progress and they told me much about the repayment options and that I could pay on didn't times so I don’t have to worry about being able to pay fully I didn’t had to pay any additional fees. I was able to pay everything on a timely and they were okay with me paying small payments so I am glad it worked out.
