Thank you for patience. I was a first time card holder and the app was not set to take payments directly every month in which my payment arrangement had gotten messed up. So the Credit One site did not give me the chance to set my phone and service to notify right away when my direct payment was not received. I was believing that my balance was being paid every month. Then I tried manually paying but was to that my account was closed.

The payment process and account were simple to setup and the website was easy to use. The discount options that were offered to me made the payments more affordable, beneficial to me, and worked with my budget. Thank you for helping me resolve my debt in a reasonable and affordable manner.

My experience today is exelente. Thank you for helping me. This opportunity is good for me and can pay my bill correctly in time. Your rep did an outstanding job. I wasn't able to set up my payment arrangements online with the first payment coming out on August 15th. Your agent assured me that she could set the payments up and she did. She was very courteous and professional. :) I don't remember her name but she was originally from the UK then moved to Ireland.

If all debt collectors functioned like Halstead, it'd make me feel far less like a full on shameful criminal and more like a human who had fallen on hard times. I'm far more likely to find a way or readjust my budget to pay back those things that defaulted during my difficulties if everyone provided quick online options like Halstead does. I'm working on my credit and this was a huge help!

Great customer service. They are letting me pay what I am able to do a month. I live on ss so I appreciate this so much. I had lost my job due to health reasons so this has been very helpful to me. They have gone way out of their way to help me.

It was a damn Macy's card and I've shopped at Macy's one time and it cost me. Instead of receiving numerous phone calls with decoy numbers they just sent emails and give me a discount on paying the debt. So that was pretty damn decent. Hope they can help others the way they helped me.

Good to have a way to pay my bill when hard times hit and not have to worry about how to do it. This is a great feeling to know that I can still pay what I owe, but now do it after I have gotten a little bit back on my feet.

I am really happy with my experience so far. It's so easy to pick a plan for myself. I get to pick how much I pay and how frequently I pay towards my debts. They also have great deals on settling the debts. I'm also able to reschedule payments of needed. And it's easy to do.

I was very nervous at first to accept a payment agreement, however, when going through the motions of getting this set up, I was able to pick an amount that I was comfortable with. Wow, in minutes and it was easy! They walked through the form and I didn’t go to my personal files, it was all there was. And they verified the correct as I don’t type well. My bank verified the data and were ready. My set up with my iPhone and now I don’t have to be bothered.

Easy and fast way to pay a debt and they also work with you on payments and discounts. I know my credit card was not as much as they were asking and if I could have paid it before I would have. I think credit card companies are crazy in their late payments and their fees. This company got it almost down to what my credit card was. And with trying times and trying hard to fix my credit this helps out so much. Thank you for working with me and helping me get this taken care of fast.

Unfortunately, I have had my fair share of experiences with debt collectors. Fortunately, my experience with Halsted was unlike any other. I felt that this company was genuinely willing to work with me and understand my situation, unlike a lot of debt collectors. If you are having an issue, I highly recommend calling and speaking with one of their representatives, as they are kind people, which is a rare find.

Friendly and courteous customer service. Representative was kind and professional. I was able to resolve my outstanding balance that was showing negative on my credit. All of confirmation was sent to my email for my records and I was notified that it will removed from my credit. Looking forward to paying off all of my debt and build my credit. I appreciate the lower balance of my loan. I could not pay because I had cancer for 2 years and it was very expensive treatment. I am so sorry I could not pay on my debt, but our checking account was in the negative and all of our credit cards maxed out, we live in a rural area so had to travel a long distance to get treatment and insurance pays for no travel. Thank you for the option of letting my debts be paid in payments. I have been having a lot of financial problems but really want to pay the debts I owe. I wish I could just pay it all off in one payment but I can't so this is the best way.
