The owner of this company has two other companies in which he generates revenue from. They can’t even answer basic questions about manpower without becoming hostile with you, defaming your character and flat out being deceptive. I would strongly recommend against doing business with this company.

Small time investor but had enough to join this company. Lots of talk about not paying them on top of your investment. Paying to join? Ok, I get that. Paying an advisory fee monthly for zero advising has cost me over $2000 over a few months. They continually saying they are working on something that will cover the fees, but it still hasn't happened. I withdrew my assets to save these fees. They kept charging me after I withdrew my assets due to prorations. Whatever! I'd find somewhere else to put your assets. Horrible experience!!

Getting onboarded was simple to do remotely, taking about 3 weeks from start to finish. My DWP investment adviser is responsive and prompt, returning my email within 1-2 hours. Onboarding with DWP was simple. Security and verification of documents was handled with two factor authentication. I am not usually comfortable handling things online but this process was seamless!!!

First off don't let the title fool you. They have been nothing but transparent and honest. The reason I titled it "Growing Pains" is because they've grown so fast in AUMs that scaling has been an issue. That being said instead of ghosting you they've been honest about it and are doing their best to remedy their current situation. Keep in mind there is no one and I mean absolutely no one in the digital asset space that offers the services they offer. Just the institutional custody is worth it alone. You have to remember they've built this from the ground up. The owners built it for themselves and now they're sharing it with others. A selfless act IMHO. So there you have it. BTW I never give 5 star reviews. It's not them. It's a me thingy.

Grateful to be here. Onboadred in 2024. The onboarding process was quick and easy. I now have a new advisor and he's much more attentive than my first guy. Shout out to Sebastian! He's definitely one of the good ones!!

Have been with DWP for almost 3 years now, before they were even DWP. They are the most ground breaking digital asset investment company out there. Very thankful to be a client of theirs! Started out as just a custody client to custody my digital assets and have now transitioned to putting those assets to work while in custody as a participant in their income fund which has given me enough returns to pay my custody fees and have profit left over to buy more digital assets to add to my portfolio.
