How does CreditRepair.com work?
CreditRepair.com helps consumers challenge errors on their credit reports with the three major credit reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion and Equifax).
The best place to start is with a free evaluation from CreditRepair.com. You will need to input your Social Security number for this step, but doing so will not hurt your credit score. This evaluation will give you:
- Your current credit score
- A summary of negative marks on your credit
- Recommended credit solutions
Once you sign up with CreditRepair.com, the company will submit challenges to the credit bureaus and to creditors as needed to ensure your credit report is fair and accurate.
It is important to note that credit repair companies can't remove accurate negative information from your credit report that is considered to be fair credit reporting — only time can do that.

Are CreditRepair.com services guaranteed?
CreditRepair.com is not able to guarantee results for fixing your credit or improving your credit score. There is no money-back guarantee, and you will not be able to receive a refund for services if you are unsatisfied. However, you can cancel your account any time you are unsatisfied with the service.
Does CreditRepair.com offer any discounts?
Veterans and active military can receive 50% off of their first payment.
How long will CreditRepair.com take to fix my credit?
There is no guarantee that CreditRepair.com can fix your credit in a set amount of time. Different customers will have different results, and for some, it will take many months to see improvement in their credit scores. I was looking for credit repair and emailed them for info- they did not respond to my email. I tried to get questions answered on their bot- this is all it would say- "Let me connect you with someone who can help avatar. I would be happy to get you over to our team of Credit Advisors to assist further. Please provide the following and we will connect you as soon as possible." - And no one came to help. I had the chat open for over 2 hours. I called and they refused to help me because they said I have to be a member. I am already unimpressed and I haven't even joined. Seems very very suspect that they are supposed to help you but can't even answer your questions before you sign up. They are very hard to trust if they will actually be able to help you. CreditRepair.com is a complete scam. Do NOT use their site or pay for anything! First, when you start services and make your first payment you won't actually be able to log in to their website. It doesn't matter if you try the forgot password feature, that won't work. All you can do is send an e-mail to their support team, but it will take them an entire WEEK to get back to you.
After you pay and then wait over a week to actually sign in to their site, you won't actually be able to use anything on the site. To start services, you have to complete a "credit repair game plan," but their site is so dysfunctional that you're not able to actually do that. You'll keep clicking "save" over and over again in a fruitless attempt to do something, but it won't ever work. And of course don't count on their support, because it takes them over a week to respond back.
Literally the only thing on their website that works is the payment feature. They make sure they can take your money, but literally nothing else on their site works. And of course you can't cancel online. You have to call their customer service line, which is only open during business hours. Then the actual "credit repair" services they do offer are simply sending letters to creditors asking for proof of the debt, and if no proof is available to remove it. This is something you can actually do on your own for free. So, in summary, CreditRepair.com is a total scam and fraud of a website. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY. You might as well just set your money on fire.

It's one of the more expensive credit management services, but it is the only one that actually does the work for you in challenging items on your credit. Even if the items on your credit are potentially valid, there are still 'loopholes' and ways of removing them... maybe an incorrect date of birth on file or something like that. The only reason why I am not giving them a perfect rating is that their new app is really buggy and not as sleek as something like Experian for example. For example, getting through the "Game Plan" is a bit time consuming as nothing seems to save, and you need to redo a bunch of stuff. Although they can walk you through this process on the phone or via chat, but it would have been a lot easier to just do it on the app.

I signed up and quickly (same day) realized this was not what was advertised. I immediately canceled this account. It shows in my account dashboard canceled however on Sept 23rd debit card was charged $170. Called in and spoke to a rude disorganized rep who informed me I was canceled but was now being billed some late fee, and some other fee. I advised I wanted this refunded immediately and no more unauthorized charges to come out. She refused to help at all. Said they would not refund these fees. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD INTO THEIR SITE. They will bill you what they want when it is not authorized. I am call bank to dispute all charges to this company now. Not only is the service dishonest they think they can charge your card as they please.

I was having a problem with bank overdrafts due to their fee schedule. Camilla changed my due date & lowered the fee a lot! I just checked my scores & they're better than I thought. I just got approved for a mortgage!

Credit repair is a excellent company to restore your credit. They work very had to satisfy their clients. Nobody will be disappointed to use this company. I’ll recommend anyone who have credit problems to contact them and not to wait anymore longer.
