I was looking for credit repair and emailed them for info- they did not respond to my email. I tried to get questions answered on their bot- this is all it would say- "Let me connect you with someone who can help avatar. I would be happy to get you over to our team of Credit Advisors to assist further. Please provide the following and we will connect you as soon as possible." - And no one came to help. I had the chat open for over 2 hours. I called and they refused to help me because they said I have to be a member. I am already unimpressed and I haven't even joined. Seems very very suspect that they are supposed to help you but can't even answer your questions before you sign up. They are very hard to trust if they will actually be able to help you. CreditRepair.com is a complete scam. Do NOT use their site or pay for anything! First, when you start services and make your first payment you won't actually be able to log in to their website. It doesn't matter if you try the forgot password feature, that won't work. All you can do is send an e-mail to their support team, but it will take them an entire WEEK to get back to you.

It's one of the more expensive credit management services, but it is the only one that actually does the work for you in challenging items on your credit. Even if the items on your credit are potentially valid, there are still 'loopholes' and ways of removing them... maybe an incorrect date of birth on file or something like that. The only reason why I am not giving them a perfect rating is that their new app is really buggy and not as sleek as something like Experian for example. For example, getting through the "Game Plan" is a bit time consuming as nothing seems to save, and you need to redo a bunch of stuff. Although they can walk you through this process on the phone or via chat, but it would have been a lot easier to just do it on the app.

I signed up and quickly (same day) realized this was not what was advertised. I immediately canceled this account. It shows in my account dashboard canceled however on Sept 23rd debit card was charged $170. Called in and spoke to a rude disorganized rep who informed me I was canceled but was now being billed some late fee, and some other fee. I advised I wanted this refunded immediately and no more unauthorized charges to come out. She refused to help at all. Said they would not refund these fees. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD INTO THEIR SITE. They will bill you what they want when it is not authorized. I am call bank to dispute all charges to this company now. Not only is the service dishonest they think they can charge your card as they please.

Good payment for service. They will work with you and make sure you have the best service. The guy I spoke with was straightforward and answer all my questions and help me understand everything. Great service.

Just a great company....Kody was very nice and very knowledgeable about the org he represents..he laughs and is not a robotlike human...The entire staff is nice over the phone...I enjoy talking to them online.

I was having a problem with bank overdrafts due to their fee schedule. Camilla changed my due date & lowered the fee a lot! I just checked my scores & they're better than I thought. I just got approved for a mortgage!

CreditRepair has been able to bring my credit score up tremendously by monitoring my credit between the three credit bureaus and resolving issues with providers. Paid Creditrepair.com & their other company LexingtonLaw for many months with no results! I canceled both companies after paying almost a year & no results! They both kept billing my credit card. LexingtonLaw refunded my credit card for the month after I canceled. Credit repair will not refund $96.45 that they billed after canceling them!!! BEWARE!!!!

It was more than just pleasant. Felt good to feel like, I was important to someone in this field. And at an affordable price. Would have to spend much more on an attorney. Again I say thank you ---- all of you.

It’s been my experience dealing with other similar companies that Credit repair provides the services it offers the best in the business. Other companies have promised the same services but not delivered in a timely manner.

It doesn't matter how many GOOD reviews this company has.. They have extremely rude and disrespectful customer service reps. I tried to cancel my service. I saw no difference in my credit after MONTHS. They say it's no guarantee so you're paying them all this money and there's no guarantee that your credit will get repaired. I wasn't willing to go to the fifth month without seeing any results on my credit report. They will make several attempts on your credit card, wish they did to me. Several times in a row, in ONE DAY. Each charge varying in price.

They helped me restore my credit rating. Before they helped me I couldn't get any credit and after help I've gotten a loan and credit cards. I've gone from poor credit to good credit. I'm very thankful for their help as I had inaccurate information on my file that was misinforming anyone I was trying to get credit from. It's well worth the time and effort.

Credit Advisor was very helpful, professional, concern, patient and listen to my questions and then gave me advice and made sure I knew what it means to repair my credit with Options to better help my credit and credit scores.

They have repaired 99% of my credit in a short time through disputes in the credit bureau. It is a serious and effective company. This has led me to raise my credit scores and even to buy my own house.

I saw a commercial for Credit Repair.com on tv and had been wanting to work on my credit to improve my financial future. I signed up online and within a few minutes received a call from them. They were friendly, polite, and very understanding about my credit and financial situation. They explained how the service would work and what they do and described each with easy-to-understand detail. I've had their services for a little less than 4 months now, I started with 7 negative items and I have 2 now. They've also worked with me on payments and due dates, when you follow through on your end, they do the same and often you get more out of it than they do. I chose to sign up, and their a business just as much as any other company. You can't sign up for a business and not expect to do your part in the service. If you're respectful and follow through on your end, they're gonna do everything and more that you want from them.

The day I signed up for this service I told the call taker that I would not be able to make any payments till I get back to work. I have been sick and need major surgery that was why I was looking for a loan been out of work for 10 months... They told me "No problem. We can work with your situation"... So I signed up and wow they got get of three 3 bad reports in just one day. I thought omg I will definitely recommend them out, but oh no... I see they are going to try to charge the card. They charged first 17 dollars with coming up on Oct 29 so I called told a female call taker this time who told me "No problem. We can move your payment"... I told her again can only pay on the 13 th of November since now I am finally back to work... I told her my husband card cannot be charged and if you can’t change the due date to the 13th I will have to cancel... No problem but was told could only push out till Nov 5 but she will add in notes.

Do NOT use CreditRepair.com -- they can NOT help you even though their scam artist sales reps will suggest they can. If I pay off my credit card balances, I have a 750+ credit score, so I hired them out of principal for a BS Toyota/Lexus late report. I had all kinds of documentation to support my case. They refused to use them. Instead, they said to trust our system -- We simply beat down the credit bureaus with letters until they remove you. Well after 17 months and $1,200 they produced zero results. I tried to quit two times and both times they talked me into trying just a little bit longer. It's a scam. You are better off paying down your credit card balance than waste your money with these scam artists.

Stay away from this company. Their agent said because I was a veteran, I would get 50% off the price, then they charge me full price. Then I only used their service for 15 days, I tried to reason with another agent. The agent wanted to charge me a fee to get out. I told her, why??? I was only using the service for a short time. Then she said the fee was waived. Next thing, she still charged me the $50. If I were you, don't use this company!!! It is like DirecTv. Once, they get you, they charge you these ridiculous fees to get out! I could see if I used their company for more than a month. But, I didn't. They charged me the first fee of $10, then $100. She said that they had to charge me a fee because of the hard work they did and they would have to close the reports. What?? It takes $50 to press cancel and send a few emails?? Really??? Find another company to do your credit fixing! This is the DirecTv of Credit!

I was told at the time of sign up that they would start working on repairing my credit before they would bill my credit card, A few days later they billed my credit card for $100.00 and nothing was started on repairing my credit. Six weeks later nothing was really done. They sent me an email stating that they sent a dispute letter for 2 of the 6 neg things on my credit report. I found it odd that after checking my credit report there were no disputes showing on my credit report. I tried unsuccessfully for several days to contact them, Phone, Text, email. They never returned my calls, emails or texts. I canceled their service. This company appears to be a scam. I'm out $200.00. Please don't be the next victim.

I was pleased with the service we received, until it was time to cancel. They continued to charge our account after I canceled the service and they refused to refund the fraudulent charges. I'll never use them again.

Avoid at all costs! Do not use them. Use one of their competitors. Any of their competitors, frankly. From the get-go, everything took forever to on-board. It took them two months to set up my account, even after badgering them about it (daily) for a month, via chat. In the 6 months that I used them, they removed but a single negative remark off of my credit. 1 out of the 20 (across the three major credit bureaus). Terrible execution on their part, from their membership correspondence to their ambiguously phrased chat responses. "We're sorry, we really are..." or "Bear with us, we are trying hard for you..." Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...

My experience with creditrepair.com. It was the worst all around. The only good thing they're good at is stealing your money. I've been paying these guys for about 9 to 10 months for just 2 negative reports on my credit report. Just 2... 10 months later and they're still on my credit report. I'm so upset. Furious. What a waste of my TIME and MONEY.. SO IF I could prevent someone else FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE I DID I'm all for it. Don't waste your time with creditrepair.com. They're thieves and a bunch of crooks. I wish I could get my money back. 5 stars my **. Negative 3 stars in my eyes.

They lie about their rating. On the BBB they have an F. They charge an initiation fee, but it's against the Credit Repair Organization Act to charge in advanced for work not yet done. They won't start your work until you pay this fee, so there is no way of avoiding paying ahead for services not yet rendered. They rush through my contract, I had no idea about an ending balance. They will charge a months fee at the end to cancel services. Beware of this company, for the services they do, the cost is not worth it. If you ask them to remove your payment method they will say no and offer no guarantee of no future charges. The customer service will curse at you on the phone if you get upset about the circumstances or just hang up. I wish I did more research before contacting this this company. I wish I could get my money back.

CreditRepair.com provides terrible service. I was able to have a few accounts removed within 3 months, the accounts with a zero balance and 1 with a balance. My biggest issue with them is that each time I would call to ask questions I would get different answers from each representative and when I really got upset they would offer to credit half of my bill for the following month but never actually resolve my issue. When I called to see why an account wasn't followed up on after uploading documents I received in the mail, the first representative pulled the document but had no answers so she transferred me. Then, the representative she transferred me to that would be able to provide answers couldn't pull the document. After going through the cycle with them a few times I decided to cancel my account.

I signed up with the expectation that they had given me, that all of my issues would be handled within 60 days. That was a total lie from their sales team. Then they processed my information decent enough and it sat and sat and sat to the point that they weren't executing on the work and they had no idea what was going on internally. I must have chatted over, literally, 50 times before I started getting their attention. Supervisors failed to call me back and then they decide to kick me off of the platform the day I paid them for additional work. What a scam and a joke! Don't use this group, they will cheat you and lie to you!

This is my 2nd go round with this company. Every single time I cancelled them accounts reappear on my report. Seems as though they only do the minimum to get them temporarily removed and keep you paying. This is the last straw. I will never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone.

CreditRepair.com. They first promise me that I would get half off of my first month's payment of $99.95 if I referred their service to a friend, this was not the case. When I saw my first bill, it was full price. Then when I was only a day late on my payment they charged me a $19.95 late fee which is 20% late fee. And after going back and forth with them on the very things I needed them to dispute they just decided not to dispute anything. When I canceled they then mentioned that the first month's payment was only for service fees so they billed me. On top of that they charged me for a month's worth of service.

Simply a life changer. Things are so much more better since becoming a member. All I can say is wow.. I will tell my friends about Credit Repair. I will always remain a member. Thank you credit repair..

Customer Service Agent Merna went above and beyond the average customer agent to not just listen to my credit issues but to work with me to help me solve my credit issues so that hopefully my credit score will be in a more than comfortable position.

The people are so nice and great. They help with any kind of questions you may want to know. They come up with a game plan for you that will work for you. You start seeing items removed about two weeks or sooner depending on what's on your credit.

Awesome. Natasha was so nice to me... if she's single I'd like to date her... So so nice. I ask questions that were true to the best of my knowledge and she didn't hesitate to justify my answers correctly with kindness... That's what I like.
