Great customer service, I always return to same location on Central and Southern. Manager and assistant manager are kind and always there to help with any questions on their products. I tell my family and friends to go there for Western Union services and money orders.

Loan process was a bit long but employees made it easy and quick. Employee explained loan in an easy to follow way. The payback process was made easy with the reminder calls for my payday. I was able to pay it in 6 months without any penalties or extra fees.

Very convenient. Likes that amounts and fees are out in the open where it is easy to see. And how it breaks down the amounts that are paid back. Very wonderful customer service. Always very polite and friendly. They help me with any questions I may have.

Check Into Cash had availabilities online and stores that you could actually walk into. The lending process was just around 10 minutes, not very long at all, and their customer service reps are very professional. The only question that I had was on their website, where it doesn't state that if you get a loan online, you can't renew that loan or get another loan through the store as they're two different entities. So you'd have to do a whole new application process. It would help if they would state it on the website.
