Sent in over 1,550 grams of new 925 silver jewelry. Just the melt value alone is $3,500+. They offered $725 and that was with a 10% bonus! Told them no way, and they said, "Oh so sorry we meant $1,700." Still under 50% of melt value. As others have stated I hope I get my stuff back as well. The extreme low balling of offers is apparently recurring with this company and I was really surprised at how they think any rational person would accept their ridiculous low ball offer. Total deception when they say they offer up to 90% of spot. Don't waste your time.

Unfortunately still not able to recover my items back. The team did though extend a 2nd best resolution. I would have preferred my jewelry but the extended customer service was appreciated.

Dishonest has yet to return my items. Told me computer glitch accepted offer that I never saw. Repeated to reassure me when I called daily, concerned where my items were, tracking anything! Blatantly lied only to tell me now they don't have my items. Absolutely not a safe place to do business.

I sent gold to them and they said they weren't interested in buying it and claimed it wasn't gold after I had multiple jewelers test it and it's been 3 weeks I still haven't received my gold back.

Wow. Sent in almost 100 grams of scrap gold 10k, 14k, and 18k. Melt value around 8k. Was offered 2700. That's not even close. Really hope I get my stuff back. Even my local pawn shop offered me almost double what cash for gold did. I’ve never received such a low ball offer for such high value items. The price of gold is set guys, you say you pay 90% of spot and here you’ve offered me about 1/3 of that. Highway robbery.

They are liars and they're thieves they so much jewelry. They will not send it back to me. Sent me a check for five dollars and instead transaction complete. They need to be shut down. Worst company ever.

Do not use them. Sold them gold a week ago. They overnights a check, which I still haven't received. They keep saying they'll cancel and send another out and don't. Will be contacting the BBB in the morning.

I know that bottom line my ring is worth 2.5k, the gold alone is 700! They "offered" me 925!!!! What the hell is that!!!! I read from another review that they declined and didn't get their gold back. I better get my ring back! ** crooks!!
