Absolutely had no issues with the process. Was pretty straight forward. Prequalified for the amount I asked for. Met was the digital notary, appointment set prior. Received amount via digital credit through Aven Account. Did Balance transfer. Once paid down some. Received another offer to upgrade for way way way more than I asked for. resubmitted info via Plaid for upgrade. Then was approved. Met with digital notary same day via appt. documents signed. Over $100k+ upgraded. Recording fee by locality was $221 over a 12 month period flat. Must say I'm extremely happy. This is my backup emergency fund. No missed or delinquent mortgage payments. Credit score 830. Many revolving and installment accounts in good standing.

Sent me an offer and then rejected based on delinquent mortgage. My payments are never later and the mortgage is 10 years old. Apparently they don't do their research on credit checks. Waste of time.

Probably a complete scam, but I couldn't confirm because they are only digital and have no human beings for customer support. 1. Used completely inaccurate information to "evaluate" my creditworthiness; this was confirmed when the system said I had a 710 FICO score. Mine is 785. 2. Debt to income information was way off. 3. Too many accounts with balances (2 car loans on a 7 figure income doesn't seem like too much, but maybe I'm naive). 4. Too many credit inquiries in past 12 months. There were 2, only one of which I aware of. They collect a lot of information which leads me to believe that this is a funnel to get consumers' personal information and sell/distribute for illegal or illegitimate purposes. Stay away.

Interest rates are a killer. They have me at 16.9% and they stopped me from doing a cash out at a much lower rate and only allowed the credit card. Would not recommend. Paying $750 mo for $31500 loan. Do not apply unless you are willing to lose your home.

Second time I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes to have someone answer the phone. I could not take any more of their music and I was tired of waiting. I have left my number for a call back. I got it more than 24 hours later and because I didn’t answer the phone, I get to start all over.

Yet another narrow minded BS company that feels that people who own manufactured homes permanently set on land are lesser people who do not deserve the same treatment as 'real people'. This sort of unreasonable business practice needs to be eliminated.

Aven hidden charges... 0% initiation fee is a lie.. It's hidden. Transfer fee extremely high. Interest is sky high with charges. Be aware of their offers.. I asked for credit line increase and they said approved and you will get it via email in 24 hours. Sure enough I got a call in 18 hours alerting me to open my email and helped me to quickly cruise to where I sign and initiate then submit. One hour later I received an email congratulating me for accepting expanding to loan to 30 years with interest increase... It's irreversible. Customer service over the phone is outsourced to somewhere in Asia... Good luck to get an answer in 2 to 3 days ... Yes three days, no typo. Impossible to look up or print any statements. STAY AWAY. SCAM.
