I have been working for Securitas in Indiana for almost 8 months. The only incident I have ever experienced with them is the main office that hires you is a bit disorganized, and they take forever to get your information or call you back about things. I also had a supervisor who had me transferred just because I got offended when a guy came in and made fun of me openly because we were supposed to just laugh and not take offense. I had only been there a few weeks, so yeah I was offended.
So anyway after I got transferred, I have had zero issues. I get 40 hours (which is more than the first position even though I was promised full time hours there as well) good pay, I have health insurance, dental and eye, and at the end of my year I will be eligible for 401 k plan. I never call off, I work extra hours when available. Yeah working holidays may drag at some points, but you get paid time and a half so it helps. All in all I think this is a good company to work for. Especially if you're like me and you have very little job experience.

I've worked for Securitas for nearly 2 years now, I did the Cruise Liners on most Ports in Scotland, Dundee, Leith (Edinburgh), Rosyth and sometimes New Heaven (Edinburgh). On Monday 1st June we has a cruise ship come into Rosyth and I did a 12 hour shift. During this time I was placed on certain posts to guard. As most of the port is restricted areas which meant that nobody is allowed to walk or even drive their car to quayside unless they have the correct I.D/passes. So after doing a full shift for 12 hours without even getting a break which is against the law as I'm entitled to work 6 hours and I'm allowed to get 20 mins break anytime after 6 hours working. Which I didn't get any breaks at all. So I decided to let this 1 pass and see how things went the next time I was on a shift.
So here goes. Next shift with the same Cruise Ship a week later on Monday 8th June, and I started at 05:00 hrs and was expected to finish around 18:45 hrs. So I got on site just before 05:00 hrs and found out the ship was coming in to port around 05:30 hrs, so I decided to go on a post and guard the Side gate which is the main gate that controls everything that comes from terminal to quayside. Of course I was happy doing what I had to do as my shift just started. Around 07:00 hrs I was replaced by a guard who had just started his shift at 07:00 and I reported back to the supervisor in terminal which he wasn't at the main desk. A guard who also got replaced from quayside said to me, "I guess we are on our break," I wasn't sure as I hadn't been told to take a break, so we both just had a quick 5 min smoke break.
After our smoke I returned back to the main desk to see what's happening next. Within 10 mins I was shouted on by my Manager to go out on the car park and control any cars to make sure they went round the 1 way system and park those who were to pick up passengers coming off the ship. The time I started this was around 07:15 hrs. I was on the car park till around 10:30 hrs which meant I've been working for over 5 1/2 hours without a 20 min break, my manager went out to the car park and I approached him to enquire about when I would be entitled to a break or has the breaks started yet. (Just enquiring, not like I demanded to go on a break right there and then). He told me that some guards are on a break the now.
What I already noticed is that the guards that didn't start till 07:00 hrs were on a break here the guards who started at 05:00 hrs were still on posts. I then questioned my manager about this as said this was wrong as we have been on a post more longer than those who have just started their shifts. Well my manager lost the plot and said to me "Who the 'Hell' do I think you're talking to??" Of course by the way he spoken to me I started to lose my cool which takes a lot for me to lose my cool, but being tired after doing a full week of 12/14 hour shifts, you would expect me to be a little bit cranky.
I then told him that I only asked a question and I stated that I felt it wasn't right for those who started at 05:00 hrs to be still left on a post while the 07:00 hrs guards went right on a break. He then said to me in a tone "Go and take your break," I replied by saying "If I did who would cover my post as I can't leave it unmanned." He said he would. But of course I refused as I didn't want my manager to cover my post while I taken a 20 min break and then have him on my back from the rest of the day and probably other guards on my back as well. So I told him "No I will continue to stay on my post." He responded by saying "Don't make me fall out with you" (like he was my friend anyway, no chance of that). I said "What you mean by that," he didn't answer me.
Apart from repeating himself "Go and take your break," I was angry at this time and I told him "Forget it, I'll take a full time break by just Quitting." He laughed at me and said why I'm quitting. It's like I was talking to a brainless zombie and I responded, "This is why I'm quitting, you can cover my post as I'm done." So I went and got my bag and made a phone call to my family to come and pick me up.
Now he is demanding my I.D card and uniform.. LMAO. What a cheek. Well he can take his I.D and uniform and stick it where the sun don't shine. Here is a little Info for anyone who want a career with Securitas... Forget about it... find another company as you won't get anywhere with this company as they only care about themselves instead of their employees!

I worked there for 8+ years, from July of '06 to Jan Feb of '15 at the gated community Pelican Heights. I have a bad knee due to a previous on the job injury. I was the night shift guard at a gated community. I started as working the shifts of everyone else's days off. 2 Mornings, 1 Evening, 2 Graveyard Shifts. Every week! I was sleeping the worst sleep you can sleep and they didn't care. They took a year or two to get me down to just Evenings and graveyards. It took them another 3-4 years just to normalize my work schedule down to one consistent shift every single week!
Constantly had new people rotating in and out of that post, because half of us were decent and the other half were complete ** who were unable to follow simple instructions half of the time. Those of us with work ethic were constantly called to fill in or stay for 12-16 hour shifts to COVER for the aforementioned **. Here's the kicker. After 8 years of loyalty, not calling in sick, filling in for other people. Our company lost the contract where I was posted to another company. Lower bid. The community liked the guards but not our company [Securitas].
Our company, who already has me hired for 8 years, decides there is no post for me ANYWHERE doing ANYTHING. They then promise me a position soon. Ask me to get unemployment in the meantime. This is all at the end of November beginning of December. I do all the required steps. I call in for work every week. No posts for me! I just got a letter in the mail yesterday. It is now March '15. A notice requiring me to return my uniforms saying they trust it won't require legal action. It's stapled to a pink slip saying I was involuntarily terminated LAST MONTH. WHAT IN THE BLOODY HELL! So this is how they reward company loyalty. Is it because you can't fire me because I have a bad knee so you found a completely shady way to terminate me? Good ol' Me who doesn't call in sick but can't stand up all day. Yeah, ** this guy lets him off the payroll!
To agree with everyone else's other comments. The only raise you get is a dime or a quarter a year to keep up with the minimum wage bumps. There is no room for promotion or advancement unless you are in the main office. Plus, they already closed their Santa Ana Office a couple of years ago to merge with the Garden Grove office to "cut costs" IE LAY OFF HALF THE WORK FORCE. WE DON'T NEED 2 SECRETARIES IN THE FRONT NOW. In the entire time I worked there, we had rotated through 4 different branch managers. FOUR! Because none of them can do the job right! TL:DR ** THIS ** I'M OUT. New Training, New Job, Never looking Back! Final Thoughts: IS THE ** THEY DID EVEN LEGAL? CAN THEY JUST IGNORE ME AND TERMINATE ME FOR NO REASON BY KILLING TIME?

My father has been a long-time employee who is retiring today. He began working as a security guard at Holly Sugar in Wyoming; remained in the position when security was contracted to Pinkerton; and also remained in the position when it was taken over by Securitas, eventually becoming a Supervisor. He has worked at this job now for over 30 years, a good portion of which was under Securitas. So, you would think there would be some sort of company recognition for such a loyal, reliable, long-term employee, right?
Not only is there no recognition of my father's years of employment and retirement by Securitas, they have not honored their original agreement to allow my father (who, by the way, is just shy of his 83rd birthday) to retire on his anniversary date in May 2015 so that he could receive his vacation pay. He is 2 months away from that date, has not used vacation days, and they are basically cheating one of their most reliable, steady employees of his earned vacation pay. Furthermore, they have been paying him, a supervisor, an hourly rate below the entry level hourly rate they advertise and have not given him a raise in years.
This company is not a good company to work for. If you have a choice, go to work for someone else. I am truly disappointed and appalled at the way they have treated my father. I give this company a grade of F-. They do not treat employees fairly; nor do they compensate fairly. They are very discriminatory in their practices. Shame on you, Securitas!

I worked for Securitas at the temecula mall. Was well liked by my supervisor and some of the other guards. I had an encounter with this kid, who would go around and harass some of the vendors. On six encounters, this person would give us a hard time, cuss at us, and would ask us, to take our uniforms off and let's fight. The day before I was removed, the person had harassed a vendor outside. I reported this to my shift supervisor. He had mentioned this to the site supervisor, who was working late that night. He met me later near the incident. I informed him what happened, what this person likes to do. I was informed that if we were to fight, to take it off the property. He also informed me that they were going to met the the sheriff's dept later, to discuss some problems they had issues with.
The next day, around 4:15 pm, I noticed this person, notified my shift supervisor, he and the sheriff showed up, asked him some questions and was informed to leave property. While leaving the property, another guard met him in the parking lot behind some buildings and were talking. I went over because I was told never be alone with this person. So I went a few yards from them. This person threw the finger at me, I went over there and informed him, that worked as a firefighter for over 30 years, dealt with pukes like you. He asked me to take my uniform off and let's go somewhere and fight. I was thinking that if he wanted to be a big man, let's do it on the spot. The other officer asked me to leave. This person called me to come back. I left to have my lunch. This person went to the sheriff's office to file a complaint, while the other officer had secretly recorded this incident, ran to the asst. site director, who notified the field supervisor and sheriff's office.
By showing this recording to them I was removed because I was doing an effective job and was told by my supervisor that the way I was doing it was effective. Plus I believe that the officer, who reported me and the asst. site director had it out for me. I worked as an flex guard from 11-13 to 6-14. I worked any shifts they wanted me to work, and they knew that I worked, when you worked.

I worked with this "company" for almost 2 years and quit when I moved from the Rio Grande Valley back up to Houston. I worked there for almost 2 years with no non-commission license and was charged $75 every check for "my uniform and License fees". Well when I moved and tried to get another job I found out my non-commissioned license was missing "required information". I still was able to get my commissioned license with the security company I work for today (which I have been with for about a year).
About 2 weeks ago I contacted Securitas who has new management. Both my branch manager (female) and main manager (male) (from Securitas at the time) quit because of a well-known rumor that they were sleeping together and living together) and let them know I had worked for 2 years with no valid license and that I had been charged every check (roughly $75 each) and if it was possible to get my money back, at which time the secretary responded with some bs about how everything is payed to dps in checks and is not refundable, period.
So I responded that I was going to contact the state board. Well today I got a letter from Securitas and when I opened it, it was talking about charges being filed on me for not returning my uniforms (which I was charged for out of every check). Mind you it has been over a year since I have been with the "company" and even when I was with the company I was working with no license which is against the law on my part. Securitas are a bunch of bullies. I work security for a living, and in Texas they will suspend your license if you don't turn back in your uniforms, so now I'm in this position, no license when I was with the company, and now my commissioned license is in danger because of these idiots. ** Securitas.

Great company. Love the weekly pay, flex schedule and openness of the supervisors. I receive SSDI benefits from my deceased step dad because of various disabilities. I let the supervisor know I can only make so much, I Can only work a certain amount of hours. They are more than willing to meet my needs. Most helpful. Great way to gain some experience and supplemental income $1900.00 between work check and benefits. Sure beats $1000.00.

I worked for this company for over a year and dedicated myself to my job. I had the misfortune of having health issues and the company pulled me from my post starting I was being laid off. I was told to call every day to find a new post but after a month the supervising schedule stopped answering my phone calls.

I have worked for Securitas for almost two years now. I have never been in trouble. I was a flex officer for the first year. I would go in whenever I was called or needed. The day I accepted the supervisor position was a big mistake. From the time I put that black short on I became a target. I've been treated unfairly by my bosses. I treated all my officers fairly and equally with respect, I would even cover their shifts if I was off and they couldn't make it to work. Every week I worked over forty hours covering for all shifts when other shifts were short due to officers always calling out. I was the go to person everyday. I am the only black female supervisor they had. I worked very hard for this company. My partner is national guard so I even had to cover his days as well. I would only get one day off. I never had time to do anything else but work. Complained, I did what what was needed. I lead by example. I am a very hard worker, I follow the policies of the client and I make sure my officers do the same. I look out for them anyway possible. I try to be as upfront and honest with them as I can be.
I was being told by my boss that every time I stay over and work on other shifts my name was coming up in he say she say stuff. I would ask questions like who is saying these things because I'm not like that, I am not a messy person at all and the Security supervisors of the client would send my boss emails saying my name is coming up in this and that but he would never approach me with it. Mind you, he worked with me every night and not once did he let me know what was going on. My boss told me if my name kept coming up in he say she say stuff, that I would lose my job. The security supervisor had something against me because he kept sending her emails on me on things I didn't know anything about nor had anything to do with and I was letting them know somebody was setting me up.
A few weeks ago I was called into work and I told them no because I'm only off one day this week, my boss called me ten min later asking why won't I go help them out and what happened with the schedule. I told her since I messed up the schedule I would go in, no problem. When I got to work I asked my officer "which one of y'all silly people called the boss on me", he laughed and mentioned my partner name. I laughed and joked with him and so did the police officer. When my partner came downstairs and did the job, once he was done he said that he didn't rat me out. I laughed and told him it's no big deal, I was just asking a question.
My boss called me a day later asking me what happened. I said "what are you talking about?" and she started asking questions saying that my partner contacted the police officer's boss and she wasn't aware of the situation and she was calling me to find out what happened. The security supervisor for the client told her he wanted my badge disabled. I was like, "for what? I didn't do anything wrong."
My partner didn't follow the chain of command, he and my officer escaped the situation, and I was let go. They both still have their jobs, she told me that the police officer called my officer a snitch and I told her I'm not aware of that so my officer wrote a statement saying I was aggressive with him and he was threatened by me. I never did any of that. I am very professional. I am the only one standing up for myself. The security supervisor is sexist and I have been let go for no reason. Will someone please help me in this situation. I've been calling them and no one is getting back to me. I've been out of work almost three weeks. They haven't placed me at another site or anything.

If I could, instead of one star, I would've selected a picture of a cow's **, but anyways. Worked for Securitas for roughly two years at a meat packing plant. Within that time, the turn over rate was ridiculous. They started to make officers do the dispatcher's job, for way less money/hour than what the real dispatchers were making. Pretty much, imagine chickens running around with heads cut off for pay in peanuts. The main supervisor guy has child molester's mustache, and requires his employees to have the same cut or to be baby faced, even though there are some workers that work around food that look like ZZ Top there.
They try to make people sign ** agreements that say things like: Waive right for breaks... The most recent one, it didn't say this, but it's what they meant: Our business is so crappy that we cannot keep employees, and you poor SOBs WILL pick up the extra hours... which I refused to sign. ** them... so they decided to schedule me on my REQUIRED day off anyways, which I refused to work. I didn't sign that POS... then pretty much gave me the shaft w/o lube and said turn in your uniforms. Pretty sure I'm gonna torch those before they get 'em back. The post was so nasty that I thank God everyday that I didn't see a cockroach inside my house.
THIS COMPANY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU UNLESS YOUR NAME IS **. If you're willing to die for them, then they will pretend to love you. Must I add also, no health insurance, even if you're full time. They don't even give you vacation - they cut you a check instead. Like I said, you better have a name like Sparky in order to enjoy your stay. If you are working there and read this, just remember that they don't give a flying ** about you. The only thing they care about is getting their money, and they can only get it through you, so they will use and abuse. Oh, another thing too that shows how dumb these people are. When I got rammed without that lube, I asked the poodle, "So, you're not going to let me come back to work, and at the same time you're going to screw the employees that you do have?" She couldn't answer it!
I should also add that before the ram job, they said that I was suspended and not to show up for work that night. I ask her, "Are you going to show up, and do my work?" Ha ha, she said no. Goes to show that they don't care about their employees unless their name is **, even then, they really don't care. I would like to add too that I was sexually harassed for a while there too. What does a person do when they need the money? In a way, getting fired, or as they put it "quit" is a blessing in disguise. That place sucked donkey **, and I will NEVER do another security job in my LIFE. Thank you for the opportunity that's knocking on my front door. Oh, and the poodle also said, "I'm sorry, good luck." That's what I should have told HER.

I would like to say this is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for and the biggest bunch of liars probably in the USA. They can sure make promises to you but in the end they will just like and cheat their way out to protect themselves and when all else fails they will change their own rules to protect the company. Do not ever work for this company if you are smart. Please run from them at all cost. Their internal investigation is sort of like a convict being his own judge.

Okay, here is the deal, I been with Securitas Security for three years. We had this construction site post in Fillmore,CA. I was assigned to the site, driving around in a security patrol truck. The site is very windy and the truck accumulates a lot of dirt and dust. I parked the truck near a fenced area on the site to clean the truck's cab out. I put the tailgate down to sweep the cab out, then I finished my cleaning and forgot to put the tailgate back up. I proceeded to start my route again, but I forgot to put the tailgate up and I hit the fence when I backed the truck; minimal damage was done to the top of the tailgate. I failed to call the field supervisor and report the damage the same day.
However, I did document the incident on our vehicle report log and notified the oncoming guard of the damage I did. The following day, the branch manager called me in to the office to tell me I was fired and return my uniforms. The reason I was being fired is; I didn't follow proper procedure and report the incident the same day by calling it in. My question is, do I have to return my uniforms, although they were paid from my first check when I started working for them.

I've working for the Brooklyn, NY Office for about 2 years now and I must say in the beginning they were great. The whole interview and hiring process was pretty quick. Now I started working at this nice mall in October of 2013 and everything was great. Until for some unknown reason the ASSISTANT Security Director ** (The Client) had begun to have a personal issue with me. Now I got along with 98% of the employees including the Security Director **. He's great, I loved him. I got along with him great, we were always laughing and joking but when I came down to business we were completely professional. Now I can't say the same about **. She's the most UNPROFESSIONAL human being you will ever encounter. She's acts all ** in front of tenants and guests; she curses and rolls neck and swing her hands in a very unprofessional manner. So anyway, because she had an issue with me, even though we never had words with each other, she sent an email to the Brooklyn office stating that I'm always excessive late. She only had two write ups that backed up her claim but they were a few months back and about a month and a half apart from each other.
She also stated that SHE observed me on property on my day off talking with people and "disrupting" other departments duties. Like come on REALLY?? How do I look doing that? She just went on and on making up things so that I could be removed from the site. She had no type of evidence to back anything else up that she stated in the email. Yet the company removed me from the site because she is "the client" and whatever she says goes. They never investigated it or anything. I live about an hour and 45 minutes away from Brooklyn. They had me go to the office to tell me that they were pulling me from the site because ** didn't want me there anymore. I feel that that is really messed up on Securitas part all because they want to keep their contract that was about to be up. I've been out of work for 9 days and they still haven't found me any other work. I'm just very disappointed in the company for the lack of appreciation or concerns for their workers.

If I could, I would give this company a zero rating. My workplace was made hostile by two separate supervisor(s) as well as other employees/affiliates. I have text messages on my phone (now saved as evidence) of sexually harassing text messages from my supervisor and staff to prove what I am saying. I was also threatened with acts of violence by two supervisors, which was witnessed by others. I was forced to endure sexual harassment, other forms of mistreatment and sexual discrimination. I reported the incidents but they were ignored/dismissed. The male employees were allowed to use foul language, use tobacco, harass me (the only female in the job) and even watched ** on the job. However, I had to walk a thin strict line. And after I reported the mistreatment, I was immediately and without warning let go for flimsy, baseless, and fabricated allegations, for which there was no evidence. I wasn't even allowed a rebuttal, just removed from my job with no prior notice, after being employee of the month and told what a good worker I was.
As a female and only female on this job I continually endured a hostile work environment. Then out of nowhere, without prior wearing I was let go for flimsy and baseless reasons which included: (1) wearing a personal non uniform hoodie while "off duty" on my way to and from work on a cold day to stay warm, (2) speaking a little more loudly to accommodate another employee's clearly visible and self-stated disability (really!), as did other male staff, (3) wearing prescription protective glasses to keep the sun out of my eyes, as did the male staff, (4) for sitting back in my chair so I could properly view overhead monitors, as did the other male staff.
The reasons were all without merit and were in retaliation of my reporting mistreatment by male supervisors and staff. No woman should ever have to put up with this kind of treatment, out of fear, in order to keep her job, which is what I was "forced" to do. My family and friends are advising me to pursue criminal and civil charges for numerous counts of state and federal law/code violations including: sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, other forms of unlawful harassment, hostile work environment, unlawful retaliation, threats of physical and sexual violence, etc. Reporting this organization to the media is also on our agenda. I'm sure the media would like to see the inappropriate and threatening text message sent to me by my supervisor. When things like this happen to women in the workplace and it goes unaddressed, and is tolerated, it is a HUGE step back for female employees.
It's appalling these kinds of situations still happen. Please note the numerous former employees who have openly documented similar treatment. Has anyone on this site even gotten any retribution for such treatment? It sure doesn't seem so because the company continues to get away with despicable and unlawful treatment of their employees. If there is an attorney viewing this, I am very interested in a lawsuit and have documented evidence to prove it. If there isn't an attorney, I will file on my own and I will win, as I have solid evidence and witnesses. Anyone want to join the suit with me? Write back and let me know how to contact you.

I was previously employed by Securitas 2005-2006. I then left and worked for Wal-Mart for 4 years. Come May 2014, I thought I'd try to apply again. In my interview, I was told I was being placed at CRST truck yard in Riverside, CA. That I was going to have a ft shift there. Upon my arrival to the post, I was informed I was hired to cover 3 days of an officer's vacation. Of course I worked it. Then they ask me if I can work 3 days at Pomona fair plex. 4 hours a day, fri, sat, sun. No. It takes me an hour to get there not worth it.
When I was employed in 05-06, I did have a standing child support order. But today, I have no current support due and I owe no arrears. On their own, they reactivated a 9-year old null and void order with out checking it and garnished half my check. The child support agency didn't know why in the world they would do that. Example. My orientation check was $53, I only got $23. I was also informed my pay was $9 an hour at the post. They paid me $8 an hour. Yet another lie. Note, I've only been back with Securitas for a week. They have no right whatsoever to reactivate an order that should have terminated when I left in 06. Child support even said the same.
Lastly, I was with Vernon security prior. I had a 38-hour post waiting for me but I left because Vernon did not have too many posts here. They are primarily in LA and San Diego. Securitas told me I could not stay with Vernon when my working relationship starts with them. So I got my start date and I resigned from Vernon. By Securitas telling me that they screwed me out of a 38-hour post and now I'm not working at all.

I worked on an account as a supervisor in the Seattle area. As the field supervisor, I caught an officer sleeping on duty one evening and gave him a verbal warning that if I caught him again, I would send him home and report him to the company. This same officer also did a hands-on with a subject in the past that was questionable at best, and then this same officer had another hands-on with another subject a few months later. This time, it led to him being hurt and another officer being taken to the hospital. While conducting my investigation, I questioned the officer about his actions and why he and the other officer got so close to the subject to be assaulted? All officers on this account are trained to stay a safe distance from potential threats. At this point the officer made a comment to me and said, "You're a piece of **, you really are."
Needless to say I was called into HR and was taken off the account for being unprofessional and provoking the officer in saying what he said to me. At the point of this incident, I had been with the company for almost 6 years with a clean record. When I arrived at HR for this incident, they gave me a write-up from a manager for something to do with scheduling (Only showed me a photocopy). I was never Informed of the write-up from the manager, was never given the opportunity to sign it and was never given a copy. During the same meeting, I was given a write-up for the hands-on incident and was never given a copy of that write-up.
Needless to say I now have a lower paying job. The officer who was caught sleeping on the job (with photos taken) and the same officer that called his supervisor a piece of ** is still on the account. I have found that Securitas Security Services change rules as they go to protect themselves and they care nothing about their officers who made them a multibillion-dollar company. They use their officers and supervisors as scapegoats just to protect themselves.

Securitas Security Company is the worst company in the world. This is not a company worth working for so do not waste your time working for this company. They do not care about their employees. I worked there for about 6 horrified months. Not one time did the company ask me how I was doing on my job site. I was stationed the Menards Superstore. The people there were horrible. They were the rudest people I have ever met. This store is located in Tipp City, Ohio. They made the customers angry and the employees. I was writing complaints to my company about how I was being treated and they did not do anything. They have this one manager there, she is Canadian to say the least, but she would tell employees and even customers on how bad of an employee I was.
I wrote to my employer, which was Securitas and they did nothing. I made a vast amount of complaints to my supervisor and nothing. Finally, I show up to work and they just tell you do not work here anymore. No one from Securitas contacted me. I was not given a reason. I was not notified to not go into work that day. Nothing. The Securitas Company did not want to investigate any matter for me. They did not care. They only cared about keeping their vendors. They placed me at a different job site, lowered my pay, lowered my hours. They made me travel an extra hour to work every day. I did not do anything wrong.
If you work for this company, the people will treat you horrible. The company will not care. They treat you like trash. Do not work for this company. I had written letters, phone calls, and verbal complaints about this company. DO NOT waste your time working for this company. I can’t believe the courts have not acknowledged that this type of workplace behavior should be considered illegal in American society. I hope that some type of authority will prevent this company from existing in the future.

Upon entering a county building, where I am an independent contractor, I opened my purse for inspection (which was only the size of the smallest manila envelope, approximately 9x4 inches) because I had lost my ID badge. While I understand it is the policy of this facility to "inspect" my purse/bag, the Guard should not place his/her hands inside my purse or touch anything inside it. The guard on duty, Anthony, placed both his hands inside my purse and proceeded to rifle around. I asked him to pass not put his hands inside my purse and that if he was not able to properly see, I would be happy to remove the contents for him. He totally ignored my first request, so I repeated it again to him. He looked up at me and proceeded to rifle around inside my purse. I informed him that what he is doing was not legal and I have rights.
The situation escalated, as I became angry and I took my purse and proceeded to the elevator to attend the meeting I was there to attend. Before I could get on the elevator, another guard steps out from across the room and says I could not ever the elevator without a badge. I have served at this location for 8 years and have NEVER been told that I was not allowed to enter the elevator without a badge. I then sent the part that was with me upstairs to tell the company I work with that I was not being allowed entry and to send someone down to prove that I was to be allowed upstairs.
One of the persons with whom I work came downstairs, at which time the initial security guard came over to the elevator, along with 2 other guards, where he commences to confront me and the person who came down to assist me. We were both then asked to go outside the building where one guard door to me and the other person was separately talked to in another location. The individual who came to assist me was then instructed to go back upstairs leaving me surrounded now by 3 guard and the original guard back at his post. After I explained my position, I was told I could reenter the building.
Once inside, another guard blocked my entry and said they needed to search my purse. I informed said guard that it had already been searched. The guard then spread her arms and said it needed to be searched again, at which time the original guard once again placed both his hands inside my purse and rifles through my belongings again! I was then allowed to go up in the elevator, which was totally hypocritical because I still did not have a badge. This is the second time I have experienced this treatment by the same security company and I feel totally violated. I asked a professional executive protection officer whether their practices are legal/warranted and I was influenced that they are not. What recourse do I have?

I was accused of creating a hostile work environment after two months of feeling like I was the one in a hostile work environment and lost my cool while I was in the office with the officer that has for the last two months made me dread going to work. I did not contact my supervisor about this situation because over the five months I have worked at the client site, it has become apparent that he does not take his position as supervisor seriously and tends to ignore problems involving officers whom he likes.
Not a week after my VERBAL confrontation with the other officer, I was FORCEFULLY TRANSFERRED to another client site that only offers 16 hours as opposed to 40 I have been working. I was called to my branch officer under the impression that it would a discussion of what had happened. However when I arrived I found this not to be the case as I was unceremoniously informed that I had in fact created the hostile work environment and my options were transfer or to be terminated from my position with the company.
I was under the impression that the inquisition I was called to was to be a discussion because I was not contacted by Human Resources regarding the incident so as to explain the situation from my perspective. From what I have gathered the Human resources Representative for my remote branch of Securitas Security Services USA contacted the other officer involved in the confrontation and our supervisor with whom the officer is friends with and not myself. To summarize my experience with the Kansas City Branch office Human Resources division of Securitas USA as well as the St. Joseph Branch office has been unpleasant at best. I have found the way in which they conduct business within their organization to be unprofessional.

I've worked out of two branch offices, the one in Buffalo, NY and the one in Panama City Beach, FL. When I started in NY, I was guaranteed 16 hours per week, and they followed through on that. I worked hard, and requested a position with more responsibility (instead of just sitting behind a counter checking IDs) when they told me there were none available.
Three weeks later, they called me up and told me I had to come to the office (I thought I possibly messed something up, but had no clue). They pulled me into the office, interviewed me, and granted me a Field Supervisor position. I was ecstatic. I worked in that position for 10 months before I became the Lead Field Services Supervisor. I always treated my employees as fair as possible, ensured that the payroll was correct (that was an additional responsibility of the FS's) and did my best with the schedule. I only had one complaint against me, because an officer showed up for his shift two hours late and I had already given his hours away.
I transferred down to the Panama City Beach office a few years ago, started part time, and enjoyed it. The only bad experience I had with the company was when the Branch Manager and Operations Manager quit at the same time, and the office operations switched over to another branch office. At that time, I was also working as a police officer for Tyndall AFB, and was required to work every other weekend. With Securitas, I worked the opposite weekends, which worked well because another officer could only work the weekends I needed off. We had a great yet unusual schedule, and we never had any call offs or other issues.
When the branch temporarily closed and went to Pensacola, the HR manager decided that she didn't like the schedule, fired the other employee, and took all of my hours away. The other officer didn't really care as it was just for extra cash, but I called the HR manager out on how low the move was. She simply couldn't find it in herself to care. I went above her head to the regional manager, and he fixed her problem real quick. I ended up being reassigned, but to a supervisory spot at an airport. When we finally got new office personnel, I requested full time (I no longer worked for Tyndall AFB) and got it within a week.
All in all, it definitely depends on the management at the branch you operate out of. Sometimes you have crappy supervisors, and sometimes you have good ones. And the only reason I've seen a crappy supervisor stay in their position was because the client wanted them as the site supervisor. And to all those people talking about being paid minimum wage during training: it's company policy to do that, because Securitas pays for the site-specific training. The contracts only state that Securitas will provide officers to cover the open hours, and when a new officer gets trained, Securitas has to foot the bill, hence the minimum wage. Yeah, it sucks, but it's only for a little while.
If your site doesn't have post orders, take the time during your shift to write down your responsibilities and duties and give it to management. Many times, the client will not provide post orders, just a list of what they want done. The best way for post orders to be developed is by the officers that work there. I've written post orders for a lot of places, and they've been turned in, approved by the BM, and then by the client. It may take a while for the client, as it's probably not high on their priority list, but the system works.
I just left Securitas to be an undercover investigator for another security company, and found out that the branch manager told the client at my last site that the officers working there deserved a raise, and that the contract might not be renewed if one wasn't negotiated. All the guards working there got a 29 cent raise. Like I said earlier, it all depends on the management. If yours are garbage, call the AlertLine (or whatever it's called now). I did it once. They did their investigation, and the person who I called it on was relieved of their position.

Securitas supervisors have a tendency to operate in a cop-like manner. They are very hostile towards their officers and will take the time to write them up for trivial things even if such incidents do not jeopardize the client relationship. I used to be a field supervisor for them until late November of 2010 but I’m happy to say not once did I harass any of the officers I used to do post check on. I always treated them humanely despite the risk of getting too friendly with them. Of course I had to be following the company guidelines for supervision but overall the experience of dealing with field and post supervisors as a regular officer was extremely irritable at times.
Securitas play dirty and unfair politics toward their employees under the pretense of going by the book. But too many times management has dropped the ball and has shown favoritism within their ranks and gone after their own officers in a manner of retaliation. I am certain there are too many former employees who agree with my view of this goliath corporation. But like I always say, the bigger the ego, the harder the fall. I know many former supervisors who acted very arrogantly with their officers, many of them have lost their position because of the way they carried themselves. The irony is that the company breeds a culture of instigation and harassment with their supervisors whom they turn their backs on later on when they get in trouble. But karma is a ** and no one escapes the consequences of such behavior.

I am currently still employed with Securitas NYC, and when I first started, I will admit I was very happy. My interview and hiring process took one week, and I was given uniforms and started work the next week. I started at $11.50 an hour in a charter school. Then I met my supervisor, a cool guy but very unprofessional. I honestly didn't care because I was just happy working my post. Then, when there were several incidents at the school and I tried to reach out to my supervisor, I realized that they do not care at all about their employees. They only care about their contracts. I had an incident with the principal from the school, which I was in the right, and I even contacted and told my supervisor about it. After he came and had a word with the principal, that's when I just started feeling like I was working in a hostile environment.
At the end of working endless overtime for six straight months, building great relations with the parents and students, and even going beyond my required duties for the school, I got to work one Monday and I had one of my other supervisors there with another guard. These jerks didn't even have the decency to call me on the weekend to tell me not to come in on Monday. So I felt like I was put on blast in front of all the parents. Even after I left, I received numerous phone calls asking why I left. Little did they know that basically, my supervisor ruined my contract by making it a hostile environment between me and the principal. From that moment, I was bouncing around from contract to contract and did not receive any type of steady schedule. When I would call my supervisor, I never got a response, but when they needed me, they were able to contact me and expected me to give them 110% when they couldn't even give me a response when I needed them.
Now I have been with the company nearly two years, and I can honestly care less about my supervisor. We will call him Mr A. I do not work any more overtime than needed, and I do not cover anyone on any of my days off, nor do I have any intention to. Now I am back at a school, and I am only making $10.50 an hour? After what happened in Sandy Hook, every security guard that works in a school should make a minimum of $15 an hour and be provided at least a slash-proof vest. But Securitas does not care about their employees' safety. I have gotten lunch taking out my checks weekly, but meanwhile, I have work at sites that I didn't even get to take lunch. One such example is at the first school I worked at. I never got an uninterrupted 30-minute break, even though I worked an 11-hour shift.
Also, after Hurricane Sandy, I was working 12-hour shifts, outdoors, in some freezing weather and a company vehicle that was dead with no gas, watching a generator. I had no lunch break and no bathroom break (I would urinate outside or in a plastic bottle). On top of that, my supervisor expected me to stand on a long gas line because there was a shortage, to get gas for the company vehicle, which I did just to get some heat, but I was never reimbursed... Then I was fed all the wrong information by two of my supervisors about an annual bonus pay. After my first year, I realized that this company only cares about keeping their pockets fat. I have even worked at the Barclay's Center, and there was a three-day period where all the porta-potties were removed from the outside posts and we were not even allowed to use the restrooms inside the arena. Instead, we were told to go across the street to the Gap or Old Navy.
What type of company neglects its employees like this? I would never recommend this company to anyone. The only reason I am still with this company is because I am looking forward to getting fired and collecting unemployment, but I will not quit and let them get away with everything they have put me through without paying for it. The only difference between me and other employees of Securitas is that I have became a "NO" person. "Can you cover this week for someone?" "NO." "Are you available these days?" "NO." "We need you to work weekends." "Hell no, I gave up my weekends for this company too many times.."
Securitas.. I hope this whole company gets investigated, because I wouldn't be surprised if they are short-changing their employees just to put a few extra dollars in their pockets. I have been threatened with docked pay and termination, but since I'm like one of the three guards that can speak Spanish at Securitas, they don't want to get rid of me.

When I began working for Securitas here on Maui, I was ecstatic. They portrayed themselves as a professional, highly trained, topnotch security company with highly trained officers. I was told about all of these great opportunities for advancement and training I would be receiving. They really put up a great facade. It took me just a few months to learn that this company is so full of crap. Apparently, officers' pay depends on the site you're assigned with pay rates from $9/hr to $11/hr. I was moved to different sites monthly, sometimes working at 3 different sites in 1 week. We never had a set schedule. Every week was different days off or shift. Sometimes you work 20 hours a week and sometimes 60 hours a week. We had no way of knowing what our schedule was for the next week because schedules would come out the day before it begins.
There were times that no schedule came out at all and we had to contact the FS to find out our schedule. There were 3 incidents where I showed up at work just to find another worker there. Apparently, we were double scheduled; therefore, someone would have to go home which was usually me. I was never compensated, not even once, for my wasted time due to their incompetence. I'm sure everyone heard that Securitas are known to short employees' hours on paychecks. Well, let me assure you that this is true. Almost all my paychecks were shorted between 1-12 hours and I would have to keep asking the FS when I would be paid, sometimes for weeks, until I finally get an adjustment off-cycle check.
The company acts like you're trying to scam them out of money when you tell them your paycheck is short. Luckily, I kept track of all my hours which proved I was shorted. When they realize I was shorted, they point fingers at each other. As for training. What training? I received no training whatsoever in the 2 years I was there. There were no post orders, nothing in black and white and no emergency plan in place for any of the sites I worked. Basically, I was told if I see something happening, call my SS for instructions, which was usually "keep a distance and call the police." They basically want a uniform to be seen and not heard.
Most officers have no idea what to do in situations, so they just do nothing. There was once a bomb threat that was already handled by police, but I knew I needed to inform the higher ups via chain of command. Therefore I notified my SS, who was to inform the client, and FS, who was to inform BM. Well apparently, my SS dropped the ball and failed to inform anyone. Now get this, I got written up because they said I should have followed up and made sure the info was passed up the chain. Isn't that what the chain of command is? I did my part. I made my notification. ** am I responsible for making sure my supervisor makes his notifications?
It didn't take long before I realized this company was a joke. Nobody took us seriously, with good reason apparently. I was actually told by the BM that, "Here at Securitas, we do not stand our ground." They do not want us to approach anyone or intervene with anything. They simply want us to call the police for everything. We had an officer literally chased by a homeless guy back to his vehicle, locking the doors while calling the police. We had officers threatened, pushed around, punched and lunged at and yet the company does nothing to protect us. After I was lunged at and threatened, he would be back with his boys to hurt me. I requested we get another officer on this one officer site or we get some type of training to deal with aggressive combative people. Apparently, it fell upon deaf ears.
This company turned out to be a huge disgrace to security companies and makes all security look weak. Securitas has 2 different divisions: airports and all others. So just to be clear, I'm not referring to the airport division because the officers there are topnotch professional officers unlike the sad, pathetic, worthless division I'm referring to.

As in my previous complaint, this definitely appears to be discrimination in hiring which is an act against public policy. This company advertises it's an equal opportunity employer. Yet actions speak louder than words. Today, I responded to a Cal Jobs announcement. This big company was advertising that they were hiring immediately. Yet I attempted to apply at the Employment Development Department. The company computer stopped me. Liz, the receptionist, asked me if I work for Securitas. I responded with no. Then her other question was "have you ever worked for Burns or Pinkerton Security?". The answer was yes. Also, this could have been way back in 1998. Then Liz indicated she has it in her computer that I was not eligible for hire, to come back in sixty days. She never indicated what the reason was.
Burns and Pinkerton was sold out to Securitas. These companies as far as I know both were not holier than thou. In fact, prior to Burns Security selling the company to Securitas, an employee of Burns Security appears to have been a victim of a racial discrimination. Guess who wanted a company that treated people like this? Securitas. Simply amazing. The case is: Clinton **, appellant v. Burns International Security, et al, Appellees United States Court of Appeals District Circuit 105 Frd 1465. This case was argued on Nov. 4, 1996. The case was decided on Feb. 1997. Note: Aug. 5, 1991 Security Officer: Clinton ** was hired by Burns International Security. It appears this passionate patriotic American was subjected to harassment and retaliation which are both violations against public policy. California Labor Codes: 2922, California Labor Code: 2800, California Labor Code: 6310.
Also, it appears this company Burns International Security violated Government Code: 12900. It appears this honorable security officer:Clinton ** suffered intentional infliction of emotional distress and racial discrimination. This so disgusting. Even after Jesus Christ stated, "Love your neighbor as yourself". Jesus Christ stated, "how can you say you love me that you have not seen and hate him that you do see?". Well, big Goliath, Burns Security International pulled a rabbit out of the hat with their perhaps big and powerful corporate lawyers to squish the small and poor people. The Federal Arbitration Act 1925 in 1947, Title 9 of the United State Code. Basically after this, no doubt honorable security officer rose to the occasion. He no doubt was a victim. Just for reporting an act against public policy to the Equal Opportunity Commission.
What happened to Burns Security recognizing the first amendment? Now Pinkerton Security likes to brag how great they were. Yet it was under their contract that Abraham Lincoln was killed. So why would Securitas even want to be affiliated with two companies that appear to have a pattern of negligence? It's obvious, birds of a feather stick together. Even the Holy Bible says, two can't walk together unless they agree.

Today I responded to a Cal Jobs security position (Cal Jobs number: **) for the city of Santa Ana. Experience required: none. Rate of pay: $9.50 hour. This was for a long-term position with 40 plus hours.
I was so enthusiastic applying with a company that offered so much. It’s been a long time since I have noticed so much opportunity as an American veteran. Unfortunately, it appears today I was discriminated in the hiring process. The computer told me to come back in sixty days. Liz, the receptionist, asked me if I worked for Pinkerton and Burns Security in the past. She indicated in her notes I was not allowed to work for Securitas. I informed her that these jobs ended. This appeared to not be good enough for Liz.
I presumed that this company did not mind hiring American Veterans. I presumed this big company would give an Hispanic American Veteran over fifty the opportunity to have a career. Could this be misrepresentation (California Labor Code: 1050-1053)? Where is the due care (California Labor Code: 2800)? How is this working with best efforts (California Labor Code: 2924)?
This does appear to be discrimination in hiring. To state they are an equal opportunity employer, this appears to be misrepresentation. In fact, the only person in the world that demonstrated perfection was Jesus Christ, the reason for the season. Is this company anti American veteran? Do they prefer only perfect people? Are they forgetting they did show a small pattern of incompetency to their shareholders, the robberies in the UK division year 2006, also the two security guards who died in Northeast Philadelphia, Oct. 4, 2007? Jesus Christ said, "Take the beam out of your eye before you try to take the spec out of your brother's eye.” This is somewhat disgusting. I'm so disappointed.

Hi. My name is Lehua ****. I was in a motor vehicle accident on 08-28-2006. I was rear ended on Alamaha street by Sheryl **** who works for Securitas. There were 2 cars stopped in the front of me. I ended up slowing down and came to a complete stop on Alamaha street. All of a sudden I got hit. All I remember that time, was my upper body flew forward towards the steering wheel and my upper body flew back against head rest and back of chair. My head and back hit the back of the chair in my truck. My boyfriend and I have an old truck, 1987 Mazda that I was driving, so the chairs are hard and not that comfortable to sit in. I had looked in the rear view mirror and saw a white car behind me. I had pulled over to the side of the road and turned off the truck. The lady(Sheryl) that hit me asked me to pull over some more, but I couldn't start up the truck and so she(Sheryl) said for me to put the truck in neutral and she(Sheryl) was going to push the truck more off the road. After the truck was off the road she(Sheryl) came up to me and asked if I was okay. I said, "no." I wasn't able to get out of the car. I was crying because I was in a lot of pain. Sheryl then asked me if I needed to call anyone. I said, "yah, my boyfriend(Josh)." I called my boyfriend(Josh) and told him I was in a car accident. He(Josh) was on his way to the accident site. I gave Sheryl back her phone and said, "thank you." Sheryl had called 911 and police and ambulance came. Police came and asked if I was alright. I told them, "no." I had told police I came from Maui Market Place and I had 1 hour before I had to be at work. I decided to go on Alamaha St. to Taco Bell because I was hungry. There was 2 cars stopped on the street. I ended up slowing down and came to a complete stop. That's when I got rear ended from behind. Lucky I was at a distance from the car in the front of me or else I would have hit them too. Sheryl's statement to police was, "She(Sheryl) was driving at 20 mph directly behind me(Lehua) westbound on Alamaha St. She(Sheryl) closed her eyes for a brief moment, opened them and immediately hit me(Lehua) from behind." The ambulance then took me up to Maui Memorial and I got treated. There were x-rays taken of my neck & back area. Nothing was found broken. Thank god.
Diagnosis I have received sprain/strain of cervical spine & back due to motor vehicle accident. My boyfriend(Josh) came to the hospital and stayed with me there until doctor said was okay for me to go home. When I got discharged from hospital, Josh brought me home. I had called my insurance company-GEICO to inform them that I was in a motor vehicle accident. My insurance claims specialist is Samantha ****. I have called her quite a few times and asked her if the other party had filed their claim yet and no would be the answer. I had then called Kaiser to make a follow-up appointment for 08-29-2006. I had an appointment with Dr. Martinez at 8:20 am. Dr. Martinez prescribed to me a pain medicine and muscle relaxer. I had received doctors note for work stating I am unable to return to work until 09-05-2006. Also I was to be on Light Duty thereafter til 09-10-2006. I had another follow-up appointment with Dr. Martinez on 08-31-2006 at 3:10 pm and advised Dr. Martinez I was having numbness in my arms and hands.
Throughout the time I was off from work and I was home I would call the other party(Securitas Comp.) and they still have not filed a report. I had spoken to Securitas Company Boss-Bill and he advised me they had made the accident report to their insurance company. I had talked to my insurance claims specialist - Samantha **** and she said Securitas insurance - Diane **** should be contacting me soon. Well she(Diane ****) has not contacted me at all, so on 09-21-2006 I was on my break at work, I had called Diane and let her know who I was and that I was involved in a car accident with one of her company's employee. She(Diane ****) refused to talk to me about the claims or what will be done, due to I wasn't on any of the truck papers. I mentioned to her that I'm on the title of the truck and I'm on the insurance of the truck too and if she(Diane ****) wanted me to fax her copies of the papers. She(Diane ****) said that she needs to talk to my boyfriend(Josh) because I'm not on the paperwork she has. As of the insurance card, I told her it's only going to show my boyfriends name Joshua **** because he's the primary and it's not going to show me because I'm an add on to the insurance. She(Diane ****) still wouldn't give me information even though I was the one in the car accident. She(Diane ****) still refused to talk to me even though I was the one in the car accident. I was getting angry over the phone because all I've been getting from Securitas Company is the run around and I told Diane ****this is **. I said okay whatever bye and hung up. I had called Samantha **** my insurance claims specialist and left message for her to call me back. I didn't get a chance to talk to her about the situation with the other party. I will be calling Samantha **** tomorrow 09-26-2006 on my break to see what is going with the other party. Please call me at 808-***-****ASAP and let me know what can be done about all of this. I'm tired of Securitas giving me the run around. I want to get this over with and get my money for the damages I have received and the truck received. Please help! Call me at 808-***-****. If I don't answer please leave me a message and I'll call you back.Thank You!

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ADD AS OF SEPTEMBER 20, 2006 I RECIEVED A LETTER FROM DIANE **** WITH SECURITAS INSURANCE AND WAS ASKED TO CONTACT THEM WITH INFO FOR THE OWNER OF VEHICLE. SOMEWHERE BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 21-28, 2006 I HAD TALKED TO DIANE AND SHE WANTED A COPY OF REGISTRATION, PROOF I HAD INSURANCE, AND 2 CAR ESTIMATES. ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2006 I HAD SENT DIANE CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION, COPY OF MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT REPORT-FROM POLICE STATION-IT SHOWS PROOF I HAVE GEICO INSURANCE, AND 2 CAR ESTIMATES-1st MAUI HAWAIIAN AUTO BODY & PAINT AND 2nd M.TOGUCHI BODY SHOP,INC. THIS IS ALL THE INFO SHE WANTED BY FAX. AS OF OCTOBER 4, 2006 KATHLEEN FROM SECURITAS INSURANCE HAD CALLED ME AND INFORMED ME THAT, "THEY ARE DECLINING MY CLAIM." I ASKED WHY AND KATHLEEN SAID, "BECAUSE THERE WERE PRE-EXISTING DENTS? NICKS ALL OVER VEHICLE ITSELF." I, LEHUA EXPLAINED, "THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH BUMPER UNTIL OTHER PARTY-SHERYL **** REAR ENDED IT. ALSO THE 2 CAR ESTIMATES I HAD GOTTEN WERE JUST FOR THE BUMPER AREA ITSELF AND NOTHING ELSE FOR MY VEHICLE."PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS MATTER. THANK YOU!

THIS PART BELOW HAS ONLY BEEN SENT TO LAWYER KEN **** (10/19/06)
Also I would like to add that I spoke to my insurance adjuster (Samantha ****) and she had referred me to Precision Auto Body Shop to get a car estimate. I had gone to Precision Auto on October 10,2006 and they took pictures and said they were sending the claim to Samantha @ Geico. Apparantley Samantha received the claim, but due to my deductible being $2000.00 I would have to pay this amount and then something where I would get reimbursed for it or something like that. I feel it wasn't my fault that I was rear ended by Sheryl **** and that the other party is trying to get out of paying for the damage to my vehicle. On the Police Report it states that I was stopped and that Sheryl **** was going 20 mph when she hit me(my bumper). The other party states there is no damage to their vehicle, but on the Police Report it shows there is light damage to the front license plate area and on my vehicle is the driver side back bumper. Please if you can help me out I would really appreciate it. Lehua
ON OCTOBER 20,2006 I, LEHUA RECIEVED INFORMATION FROM GEICO ABOUT SMALL CLAIMS COURT. MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER-SAMANTHA **** SUGGESTED THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO GO NOW. WITH THE INFORMATION ABOUT SMALL CLAIMS COURT SAMANTHA SENT ME ESTIMATE FOR THE BUMPER FROM PRECISION AUTO BODY. I ALSO RECIEVED PICTURES THAT PRECISION AUTO BODY TOOK OF THE BUMPER TOO. THE BUMPER SHOWS WHITE MARKS LEFT ON IT FROM WHEN SHERYL **** HIT ME. THE BUMPER HAD NO DAMAGE AT ALL BEFORE THIS ACCIDENT OCCURED!
