The enrollment with GreenPath was easy and they took some information. They ran my credit report and they saw the debt I had. They gave me a representative to work with and they got me set up. They did mostly all of the legwork contacting the different companies and credit consumers. They were on top of it from that point. Customer service was patient and they want to make sure that whatever you need to get done, they do their job to make sure that your questions are being answered. I was really impressed during the COVID time. A lot of people, including myself, had tough times making those payments and they spoke on my behalf and reached out to my consumers in regards to pushing payments back, making sure it didn't affect my credit report, and worked with me when I was able to start making payments to get back caught up.

Initially, GreenPath did a good job trying to get the program set up. But through COVID, it was kind of a nightmare. There was zero help. There was no leeway. It was a tough program to stay true to during loss of jobs and not having what I needed in order to make sure that payment was still being made. If I had a change in job, I had to scrounge to get money from somewhere else in order to make sure the payment was done on time, otherwise, I would have been delinquent on the program. They could have people put 1% into a side account for when it's more of an emergency.

The reps were super nice and very informative. Every time I called them for certain things, they were super flexible and understanding, making different payments here, a little less here, a little more there. Their service was second to none. They helped us a long the way. Each month, they had a set payment, and everything went out. It started to get chopped down every year and I just became debt-free last month.

GreenPath seemed not just a business to help manage but also walk us through everything. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave us some moral support to know we can do this and kept us accountable. They charted out a plan that would help concisely pay down all our debts within a certain period of time. Thanks to my husband's good accounting, he brought the program down from five years to two years.

GreenPath was very good to me. They helped me out a lot and the program worked fine for me. Then I got a VA loan and they paid off all the bills that GreenPath was paying on. If others were in trouble with their creditors, I would tell them to give GreenPath a call.

GreenPath made the process pretty easy. I got a call from a gentleman and we did a little interview. We went over how much I had, what my goals were, and developed a plan from there. I was in the program for 48 months. The payments were affordable and the gentleman who helped me out was good. Also, any time I need anything else, I would do the online chat and everything would be taken care of that way. Instead of making the final payment, I just paid off Chase itself and they were able to help me close out the program that way. The online system was very helpful.

Greenpath's service has been good. I signed up and the process was fine. I’m still paying some of the credit cards, but the program worked for me.

They took care of the hard work. I just gave the money I needed to give them and they took care of the rest. I had to call customer service a few times whether it was to change my payment plan or hold off on the payments. They did a fine job. Even after I finished the program, my credit score has consistently gone up. I'm thinking of the lessons that I've learned and try to apply them going forward, and continue to still stay debt-free as long as I can.

They were always informative. If I had a question, I was able to call. During the COVID, it's been a little harder to get ahold of people like anywhere else. But the program worked for me because I was able to get my interest-bearing account into a non-interest principal-only-bearing account. I also paid off the entire balance four weeks ago.

I was about to drown in finances, so I went to a lawyer and filed bankruptcy. We just bought a house, and she said that she could do it, but most likely, I would lose my house. I said, "Well, that ain't gonna happen," so she recommended something else. She said, "I can't recommend a specific one, but I'll give you a choice," and GreenPath was one of the choices. I checked them out online and checked reviews, and everything was favorable towards them more so than others. I contacted them, and I liked how they contact the credit agencies and got lower interest rates. Their fee is not very much as well.

Anytime I've been on the phone with Greenpath, it's always been professional and they've always gotten done what I had needed from them at that time. I would occasionally call in. If I had a change that I needed to make, or if I was trying to pay down anything faster, they walk me through what the options are, lay out that path and make sure that everything was clear and understood on my end on what those kind of changes would be.

The application process went well. It was relatively easy and it was just a couple of days, if that. Their time to answer the phone was ridiculous though. They're obviously short-staffed and we'd be on hold forever, but whenever we finally got through, they were helpful and good. One other thing that bugged me about GreenPath was my scheduled day for them to take the money from our bank account was the 23rd, but they always took it out three or four days later. I found that to be a pain. With people who are struggling with making sure their bill's paid and everything's tight, they should take it out that first day. That's when the money's there.

The program with GreenPath went well and I was able to finish it. It automatically came out of my check every pay period and every once in a while, I get an update or a call that they were changing something, or one account had closed out. The way they contact was nice and it was a good experience. When I started with them a few years ago, it was simple. They were able to take my mortgage credit report and then, they sent us all the forms that we needed to sign to give them clearance to pause the account or get whatever access they needed. There were a couple of times where I wished that as the accounts closed, maybe there was the option to keep the same timeline but reduce the amount being taken out each pay. But it made sense to keep it going and finish it out as soon as possible.

The enrolment process was easy and simple. Customer service told me everything. They let me know what my take would be and how long it was going to take for everything to be consolidated. They broke it down to all the debt I had and told me how much it was going to be for each month. Once each credit card was paid off, they would always send me an email or leave me a voicemail and let me know that I'm one step further. The last rep I talked to was extremely nice and she told me that I'm debt-free and that within a couple of days, I would be receiving money back because there was some money owed to me.

I called GreenPath and the person who answered, Jesse, could not have been kinder. She walked us through it. It took hours with us and she was so good at this. Once we did the online signing, we didn't think about it again. We were that comfortable. We finished 18 months early and we were supposed to have a five-year program. They handled our money way better than we did. We're grateful.

I enjoyed GreenPath. Their customer service was great. I didn't have to call that much. But when I did, I was helped. All my questions were answered. I got my debt paid off in five years and I was proud of myself that it's done. I didn't go bankrupt.

Everybody was really nice. It was easy to get ahold of people, if I had any questions and if I needed to move a payment. They made things pretty easy. Working with them helped out a lot.

GreenPath was on top of my debt so I was happy with the service. Everything all the way 'til the end was great. They were able to work with my creditors. The online app was great but I wish the app would have if you want to pay it off. Because I had a call to pay off my debt. From the app, I could have just paid it. But they did help me further and double checked if I still had debts with creditors which was pretty great. If you're in debt, GreenPath would be the best choice.

I've had a really good experience with GreenPath. They helped me a lot. Just negotiating with the credit cards was a huge help for me, especially not to be paying as much interest rate as if I was paying regularly. I would, once in a while, go online and check my balance. But other than that, I trusted GreenPath. I paid my whole balance off already. The service was really good, and I’d definitely recommend it. Their customer service in general is great.

The debt consolidation program with GreenPath was great. It helped me pay off debts and close out the accounts. I've completed it. I paid that off early. There was one time that I met with the local agent in Brownsville but other than that, everything was done through online chat or their 1-800 number. My initial conversation with a local representative was to get me to sign the contract. The representatives were able to address or answer any questions that I had. If they couldn't, they'd call me back. They're knowledgeable. I loved the program. They had flexible options. Two years into starting my plan with GreenPath, I realized that my ex-husband had left an additional $8,000 in debt. I was able to add those into the loan and have them paid off as well.

GreenPath's customer service reps were very friendly, very knowledgeable and always easy to deal with. I liked working with GreenPath because even though the initial process was kinda long, they were able to argue on the banks on my behalf to get the account set up so I could get them repaid. Bank of America fought back against them, but through their expertise, we still got it done. It's a really good service.

Working with GreenPath was a positive experience and enrolling was very easy. They did a good job helping me pay my bills down. I paid monthly and then they paid out my bills and negotiated with credit card companies. GreenPath had everything set up online that I can fix. They were very understanding. If I have a question, I can reach out to them. They tailored payments to me and my financial situation. The program helped me get out of the debt I was in and put me on a good path.

Their service was really good. I got into them for debt consolidation. I got a few credit cards. They went around, and they got the credit cards to come down on their interest. Some of them were 0%. Then we refinanced and then I just paid GreenPath. When you call GreenPath, you talk to people. It's not some out of country person. It's usually someone right there. I had some issues with the credit cards and GreenPath took care of it for me. I didn't have to do a lot. They're really good, straightforward people.

It took 25 months to close seven accounts, and the payment plan was fabulous. The process was seamless, and it just worked. A couple weeks ago when I called as we were finishing things up, I told the gentleman I spoke with that GreenPath was fabulous and we would recommend to anyone. We wish we would have known about them a few years earlier so we could have gotten this taken care of even earlier. Now, we are planning on taking what we were paying to GreenPath each month and putting that on our truck payment to get rid of that. We're six years from retirement, so we're looking forward.

The reps were very personable and knowledgeable and they alleviated the panic that I had. They explained the program very well and the application was very straightforward and didn't seem that it took very much time at all. Short of paying it for me, the process went very well. I had to ask for them to change the date that they pulled money out a couple of times and they were always very accommodating. I just paid my last thing off last month. I would tell people to go with GreenPath and trust in them. In fact, my partner signed up for GreenPath and has been on it for two and a half years. There have been a couple of bumps in the road and they have been totally fine with working with her, and she's really happy with it.

I'm so glad that I took the step to go with GreenPath. I had an excellent experience from day one. The application process was very simple, and everyone that I worked with was very helpful. I didn't have any issues at all. There was one time several years ago that I had to change the date on my payment, and they worked as far as the payment itself, making sure that that was in my comfortable range. Overall, the program was worry-free, and the ease of it was amazing. The people were amazing too. If I had an issue or a question and I called, they got back to me right away. There was no waiting. It was one of the better experiences that I've ever had handling money-wise. I was very pleased.

GreenPath canceled all my cards, reached out to all the card companies, got all the interest reduced to a very low percentage, and took money out of my account every week to pay them off incrementally until they were paid off. The reps were always informative. They always made sure that whatever issue I called would be resolved within the phone call. And they will call the companies up if there were any issues and deal with them directly. I owed $41,000 and it took three years, but it's all paid up. It has been a good impact. They did a very good job. They made my life a lot easier.

The Greenpath Debt Relief Program is an excellent program. From the very beginning everything was thoroughly explained and all my questions answered as to how this program really worked. During the 52 months enrolled in the program I learned from the tutorials how to manage spending and how to stay within a budget. Staff was always pleasant and professional if I had questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

I haven't had a bad experience working with GreenPath. If I needed something, I called them. I never waited on the phone that long and they took care what I needed. I told people to go through with them. They were a better route than the National Debt people.

I signed up with a debt management program with GreenPath. They asked me what I can afford and I told them how much I made at the time. It was a little over four years ago, and I just finished about a week ago. I don't have any debt right now and that's the good thing about it. I talked to one person in the very beginning and she really drilled and asked me a lot of questions. When I had questions or concerns, I either called them or chat with them on the portal. The portal was useful. I looked on there and kinda kept track of my payments. It was a good program to get out of debt.

I just finished with GreenPath and the program worked fine. They got me on track and the reps were very responsive.

So far, so good. I got everything paid off and if I ever have problems again, I will come back to GreenPath. They were always nice to me whenever I had a problem or I needed to know something. I'm very satisfied.

I called GreenPath once or twice at the beginning of the program but they sent me their statements fairly regularly and I kept up with it, so I knew what was happening. I checked my statements every month, I saw what was going out, and I didn't have any questions. My debt was being paid off and I was happy. So, everything went so smoothly for me that I didn't need to call anymore. The settlement process was so slow at the beginning, but they said I just took it for granted that at the end of X amount of time, it would be done. In fact, my debt was paid off early. I also recommended them to our daughter but she did not qualify. So I was disappointed in that but there was really nothing I could do about it. Besides that, my experience with them was wonderful and it really pulled us out of an ugly hole.

GreenPath paid each different creditor an agreed upon amount. However, they said I would be able to pay it off in three years but it took four or five years. I graduated in 2018 the first time and a couple months ago the second time. They set me up with an amount of money they would take out of my account every two weeks when I got my checks. Everything was great even when my job changed and I was not able to pay the amount that I was paying. One of their creditors dropped off, so they worked with me on changing the amount so they would be fitting for my income.

GreenPath had a lower rate per account added and the stability of the program was great. I was able to communicate with them easily if I needed to make extra payments. It was long five years but I'm glad that it's over. GreenPath helped with dealing with the credit card companies directly. That part was great for me.

I was glad that I found GreenPath. At first, I was a skeptic. But after receiving confirmations from the creditors that we had entered into agreement and what I needed to do going forward, I knew the program was something that was going to be very helpful. GreenPath was very helpful negotiating a very affordable monthly payment with all of the creditors that I had. It boosted my credit to a high level that it's at now. They were able to accommodate all my questions and requests. If I wanted to pay something off early, they were able to provide me whatever the financial amount needed to pay those creditors off and what I needed to do. I ended the program a little bit earlier than expected. The program made me avoid the process of going through bankruptcy and being able to pay my debt instead of taking the easy route.

The representative that I had during enrollment was extremely kind and very helpful. She did a lot of the legwork on my behalf when I couldn't find certain things. Also, the information she gave was exactly how things went and there were no promises that couldn't be kept. It was all really clear communication and I got a payment plan that worked out perfectly. Every card that I enrolled with them was paid off. The only improvement that I see is that the portal itself is fairly user-friendly but it seemed like when it comes to other banking sites, the graphics could be improved just a little bit. But that's a very minor fix compared to how they helped me get out of debt. They really helped me out a lot and I can say I'm debt-free as far as credit card debt.

I had picked a different company and they were taking the money out but kept telling me, "We don't make any payments until we get a lot of money saved up, and then we start making payments for you." I walked into my bank and I saw the sign for GreenPath -- which was Suffolk Federal Credit Union. I looked it up, I called, and the person that answered was very helpful. I contacted that other company and they wound up reimbursing me the money that I had put into it. GreenPath set up an amount that I could afford. They started paying right away and then they did the withdrawals every week.

While it was not the best APR, it was easy to work with Greenpath. I paid my debt earlier, so you can do certainly come out of the hole faster if you have extra money. You can change the dates and the amount too for payments.

GreenPath helped get my credit score pumped up. They analyzed my actual financial status and made sure it wasn't going to be anything that was going to put me in additional financial grief. Their customer service was easy to contact and very easy to work with. If I ever needed to change anything on my plan, there were no issues. It was done quite quickly and efficiently. Working with GreenPath was so much easier and caused a lot less stress to make one single payment to one person that was handling all of my debt and understanding how the money needed to be distributed best to help my credit than trying to do it willy-nilly on my own and trying to remember this payment here and there and trying to see if I could do this electronically or keep checks.

GreenPath had an office locally, which was important to me. They were a little bit more trustworthy versus somebody 1,000-plus miles away. I went with a purpose and achieved that purpose earlier than expected, so I'm pleased. I'm debt-free.

We've concluded our agreement with them and it was good. It helped us get through all that debt. Everything's online and it's all automated. I only reached out twice to customer service throughout the whole time frame and they answered questions and followed up. The online dashboard was really simple. It was well-organized, easy to read, limited copy. There was not a lot to have to process and it was straightforward. But someone on their customer support team should reach out with a phone call at least every so often just to check in. That would have made it a much more connected experience.

Everyone was really nice, informative, and easy to talk to. I had a good experience working with them. They helped me get my debt out of the way and taught me how to keep my debt low.

We got good customer support. We went on the website often to see how things were. In the beginning, we made more phone calls. The nice thing about GreenPath is that service extends to past my work hours so I was able to talk with someone in the evening. That went really well. Working with them helped us get to our goal.

We paid everything off in June and that wasn't with paying any extra on our side. While we've got no credit card debt, the only issue I have is that my debt still affects my credit report with it being a write off.

GreenPath had an office here and we went there. I availed of their service and everything was good to me. It took four years for the debts to get taken care of and we exited the program last month. GreenPath helped me out with the quality of my life. They did everything they said they were going to do and it was a good experience.

The process was fairly easy. They asked me questions, gauged where my debt was, and what I needed assistance on. They let me know what my payment plan was going to be and how often I was gonna have to pay. Then I had to sign some documents and send it back. I got my debt paid off and I'm satisfied. I needed to make it a little easier process to make one payment to them and they dispersed the funds amongst multiple accounts that I had. Also, I was able to add on accounts during the process and it was an easy thing to do. I appreciated that part.

GreenPath helped our family pay off a very large amount of credit card debt. We didn't even realize how much debt we had until talking with a counselor. GreenPath gave us our options and we started our management plan. It was a bit stressful but GreenPath was there to assist and we made it through in less time than was originally stated. I have been with GreenPath for a few years and they’ve always been good through emailing and consistent about communicating and having that portal. So, the reliability has been great. When I initially signed up, they said what payments would be and how long it would take.

The process was simple and they were forthcoming with the information that they needed to know. The biggest benefit with GreenPath is the negotiated rate so, I utilized that with the credit cards I could utilize that with but not with my bank credit cards which they didn't have a negotiated rate with because I could manage that myself. Some people might not be able to manage that themselves and would need the assistance of GreenPath.

This company has not helped me lower my debt and in fact my debt has increased. Creditors are still charging interest. Very unhappy and would not recommend. I have followed barebones budget and have not added any credit. I have no credit cards, no savings and I am very anxious about my future.

They were off four months on payoff date, but the Customer Service Representatives were ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The fee was tough to handle sometimes, but we are paid off and ready to move on. Thanks for the help Greenpath.

They were extremely helpful. They met with me and the process was very simple. The hardest thing was coming up with a budget. I've never done that before and I wasn't used to doing it. I had to get organized enough to do that. But they were very helpful in how to do it. They gave me good and helpful feedback. So when I did have questions, they were there to answer. There was always somebody available. It might not be the same person, but it was somebody.

All my debts are paid off and it took less time than I anticipated. The payments were prompt and they made it easy and accessible for me to make the payments. It was simple. I love working with GreenPath. They did a wonderful job.

The monthly fee seemed a little high for what was done, but the reps all were very nice, helpful and informative. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend that people work with GreenPath. GreenPath collected all my information, asked what I thought that I would be able to afford weekly, and we ran with it. It was super simple, just direct deposit. The enrollment process of GreenPath has been fairly easy. I talked to somebody and I sent him some information and some documents. They did everything, gave me a couple of options and I picked one. It was a wonderful experience to do. It never was a hassle. They never bothered me month after month. It was just peace of mind. There was one month that the payment due fell a few days before my paycheck came in and I called. They moved it up a few days or back where it would be right after my paycheck. They were excellent. It was interesting how GreenPath had its website layout and customer service set up. If there was a link I needed, I was able to find it without searching on their website, which is incredibly not a common thing. Also, the reps are very accommodating and they respond quickly. But setting up an alert system for whether a payment was missed or is coming up would help customers. An alert through SMS would be best, especially since there's an app that already connects to the phone. I'm sure there's a way they could program SMS notifications or enable push notifications or that kind of nature. Other than that, it was an overall simple, straightforward, and manageable experience.

During a holiday, I was trying to chat with a rep and it didn't ever indicate to me that they were closed early for the holiday. My payday was not falling where I was going to be able to make that month's payment. So, that was a struggle and by the time I was able to get ahold of them, it was too late to change the payment. But everything was great. They did a great job.

They told me what they can do, what the program was all about, and how it worked. It sounded like what I was looking for and it turned out that it was. Their communication with the creditors wasn't always the best towards the end about exactly what was owed. But I think that was more the creditor and with the number of clients, which may be too much to keep up on individually.

I completed what the program asked me to pay, and then I got out of it as quickly as I could. The reps were nice. But they said that they were going to do things that they didn't do. So being nice is one thing, but actually doing the thing that you said you're going to do is more important. Also, they told me that the program was completed, but it never linked up one of my accounts. It was never paying for that account. So I still have a debt there. It dinged my credit and hurt it pretty badly. Because I was in this program instead of independently paying things off, it impacted my ability to get a loan.

I had a very good experience with GreenPath. I wish though that they would have done more as far as debt counseling while I was in the program. That would have been appreciated. Also, one service representative told me something that GreenPath could do but when I inquired about it, they said they couldn't do it. It was something about financial investing after you graduate from the program. But as far as the program went, they did what they were supposed to do. Everybody was really helpful and the program was everything that I needed it to be. They've been really wonderful. I finished the program exactly at the time they projected I would and I am very pleased. I'm so happy to be debt-free.

The enrollment process was long. We were so broke and they were asking me questions and trying to break everything down off of my boyfriend's minimum-wage job. It was stressful because they were breaking apart all of our finances and bills according to the little money we had. But since working with GreenPath, there's the ease of not having to deal with creditors. I could just make that one payment to them. They focused on distributing the payments on their due dates and I just had to focus on one due date.

GreenPath sounded like a company that we could work with, so we decided to work with them. Once we set the program up, there was nothing else for us to do but to let the process work. It was a set-it-up-and-forget-it type of deal. GreenPath would send us updates as to where we were in the process and as the creditors started getting paid off, they would send us emails. We're done paying the program off. So, it all worked out for us. We got out of some debt that we really needed to get out of.

GreenPath's enrollment process was easy. The entire process was easy. When cards are done being paid, GreenPath just sends out notices saying, “Hey, just keep in mind that there's interest that accrues. So make sure you pay that once we're done with it.” Say you're consolidating 10 credit cards, and you're paying for it directly to one source, and two or three of them will close that out around the same time, it'd be nice to get a little more education on maybe how to clear those out just so they don’t hit your report. I had somebody hit my credit report like six months ago. It was 12 cents I owed, and it affected my credit. But outside of that, it’s a really seamless process.

When I was doing my research online, GreenPath was rated very well and they seemed straightforward compared to the other ones that I had searched. That's mainly why we chose them almost four years ago. Now, we've completed program and every single one of the reps were A plus. I had no issues at all over the course. The system was archaic before, but I'm glad that they updated and upgraded their online channels. It made it a lot easier to manage and find everything as well as to communicate. GreenPath made life a lot easier. It was one of the best decisions we've made in our life and we are very grateful for them providing quick service and finding out the exact plan that we had to go through with the least amount of pushback or hiccups.

I signed up with GreenPath to regroup with bills and I went into their debt consolidation program. The rep I dealt with was really nice and she explained everything. Whenever I was going to add something on my account, she would tell me it was going to be this much a month and how long they were going to take to work on that. They divided up my payments over so many years then told me how much the monthly payment was going to be. And they told me that because I added more, it would be more. Working with them has been good for me because they were doing what they needed to do. So every now and then, I would call and check on things. I could also just go on the portal and see what was going on. Everything went smoothly.

There was a friend of mine who used GreenPath and he said to give it a try so I did. Everybody was courteous, polite, and positive. I paid off everything I needed just recently, so the account should be closed and done. Overall, the experience was fine. I'm glad it's over.

I had some personal loans with a credit union and I was having a very difficult time paying them off. The credit union suggested that I look into working with GreenPath. As it turns out, my mom had been in a GreenPath program too for debt management. Enrolling with them was good. The most difficult part was getting my own paperwork together but after that, you just hand it over then they do everything.

My credit card companies wouldn't lower the interest rate and they wouldn't negotiate. GreenPath was able to bring the interest rates down to a reasonable amount. Every time I called, I always talked to a person instead of a machine. The representatives were always very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me figure the lowest amount possible that I could pay to the credit card based on almost no income that I had as I was getting a little bit of unemployment. I paid it all off. It was a great experience. They're fantastic and they help people get back on their feet because when a person has no debt, so many other things can happen. Without them, I would have not been able to get to this point. I am surprised people don't know about them. This is my second time using them. The first time, I had a job, but I was in too much debt, and somebody from Citibank told me about them because the interest rate back then was 32% on a credit card.

GreenPath was close to my house. I got with somebody and then they reached out to the credit card companies to see if we could get the interest rate lowered down to minimal, if anything. We consolidated three different accounts and then set a payment plan for about 52 months. They were very open and honest when going through my budget and how I wanted to keep one card for a little bit of money. The lady told me that it wasn't going to be enough to do any good so it was better to nip it all in the bud. There was no way I would be able to pay it off otherwise. GreenPath got me out of debt. My credit score is good now.

Originally, I went with Clarifi for debt consolidation then Clarifi was absorbed by GreenPath. I entered it in August of 2017, and I just finished up this past October and I eliminated my debt.

GreenPath worked out okay. The reps were all good. We did go in several times and see a different person but mostly, it was done by phone. They were always professional. They were taking 900 bucks almost a month out of my Social Security check. I also had an issue where I got scammed by a student loan organization. I let them do it. I was too excited about getting the interest rate lowered.

It worked out fine with GreenPath. I was in the program for about four years and they did what they were supposed to do. I got out of debt.

Prior to joining GreenPath, I was fresh out of school and going between job to job, which led me to falling behind on my payments on several of my credit cards as well as a loan. I just enrolled into a credit union called Freedom Credit Union here in Northeast Philadelphia and I asked them for help. There was this program that allowed me to take out a secured loan, pay that off and then a secured credit card, pay that off. Then, I asked for additional help. GreenPath was recommended as an agency that could help you resolve your debt. It was community-based, so I went with them. I did their credit counseling program. The enrollment was very easy. The program helped me to eliminate my debt. I’ve completed it. Sometimes, it was confusing as to who my counselor really was or the person that I needed to talk to directly. Other than that, GreenPath's reps were honest with me and they encouraged me to keep in the plan. So, it was helpful. They showed me where I was making progress.

The process at GreenPath was good & easy. I downloaded their app, so that helped. Whenever they schedule a payment plan, I would get reminded. The reps were nice and helpful too. They knew what they were talking about and they seemed to always have an answer for me. They cleared my debt and I plan on using them again for another bill that I have that I'm gonna clear. I’m very satisfied and I would recommend GreenPath to friends and family.

I was happy with GreenPath. They didn't bug you. They took the payment out. It was getting close to the end that I did need to cut the money down because I went back to my condo in Florida, and they cooperated with me and cut it down since I only had a year left and that really helped. But then, at the end here, I had to call and see how far I was and one of my plans got paid twice. So, they paid me back. It was a good plan. It was hard at first with that amount of money, but I felt very good as I knew it was getting paid down, and now that it's paid off, it gave me some peace of mind. It prevented me from charging and had me change my habits. Everybody was friendly too.

I was at a point where I couldn't even borrow against my mortgage to pay my debt. With Greenpath, I paid my debt off and it gave me so much relief during a pandemic to be able to say that I am no longer in credit card debt. That was the most amazing feeling. What led me to GreenPath was my daughter who was in NICU for eight months. We racked up a bunch of credit card debt and a bunch of other debt because after that, my wife went with renal failure. I was very delinquent on it, and their guy recommended GreenPath. The enrollment was very simple and easy. I called and I told GreenPath my situation. At first, I thought, "Is this going to be with Bank of America?" But I was able to put a bunch of other debt on there too. What I liked about it was they took care of it and called everywhere to see what kind of payment I could have. That was what I liked about it. I didn't have to do the dirty work.
