The team at Greenpath was always readily available, courteous, and extremely helpful with all types of questions and concerns that I had with my account. There was regularly someone available with little wait time, the online chat feature was quick to deal with issues, and the tracking tools for my debt management plan helped me stay on track.
I'm thankful for the experience and glad to have it completed. It was part of a whole project that we put together to get our integrity back in line. It took about three years altogether, but paid off about $40,000 to $60,000 worth of stuff. It was a good experience.
A friend of mine told me about GreenPath, and I accessed them through the credit union. The second I called them, it was perfect service all the way up until it was completed. Their website is easy to use. I would recommend it. I would use them again if I needed the service. Communication was very easy. When you call, wait times weren't that long.
The application process at GreenPath was very easy. I got ahold of them and they emailed me the application. I filled it out, put in what credit cards I needed help with, and listed them and emailed it back. Then they called me and wanna know what I thought I could afford a month. However, it seemed like whenever I would try to call, it took a long time for it to get answered or to the right department. But if I would email it, they usually answered me quickly. Working with them has helped me and made me realize that I can't use credit cards for everything, so now, I'm trying to not use cards at al
The enrollment process went well. Working with the reps went very well with their communication and professionalism. GreenPath took a lot of stress off me.
My sister helped me with the process. We did a conference call and discussed my debt and it was real easy. It didn't take very long. We got it all signed up, and then they told us how much I was gonna pay a week and how long it was gonna take me to pay it off. Then the next week, I started making payments and it was awesome. So we followed the schedule. The reps knew what they were talking about. Everything went real smooth. It was like taking a burden off me in a way. The cost is perfect for me because they did exactly what I needed them to do and I'm debt-free now.
Working with GreenPath was really cool because if I got in a situation where I couldn't make the payment and I didn't have the money, they would work with me and we could make the payment at a date that I could make it. So it made things easy for me. So now, I'm used to making payments. If I have to make payments on a credit card, I make scheduled payments rather than just paying the minimum balance on things. It impacted my life so that, now, I am more responsible with my money.
Everything went well with my experience with GreenPath. They were responsive and I didn't have too many issues. I was happy and very satisfied with the outcome and the whole program. It was very good.
I was able to get connected with Greenpath through the Bank of America card that I was trying to get that balance down. Greenpath helped me with that, and I was able to get another credit line down as well. When Greenpath came out with a combined payment with an interest rate for both of the accounts, it really helped out a lot. I was able to get that thing caught up and brought down good enough to where now I can take care of the rest of it on my own. Their communication was great. When I got into the position to pay off the rest of the credit card on my own, they helped me get that last payment. They told me, “Okay. Well, we'll go ahead and cancel the payment that normally comes out every month.” That way, I don't incur another charge, and it worked out. They made that transition easy for me.
GreenPath helped me out with the two credit cards that I had. I was in the program for a year and a half and everything was good. Their service was affordable and the payments were suitable for me to pay every month. I would recommend them.
It was a great experience with GreenPath overall and they were very easy to deal with. Everyone that I had dealt with was very nice, respectful, and very easy to talk to.
GreenPath helped with a payment plan for the loan that I've taken out. They always told me when it would draft out. So, I always made sure that there was money in the account. I'm doing better financially.
I like the plan at GreenPath. They were charging 75 a month for their fees. Overall, it was gonna help me reach my goal, which was trying to get freed. They did all the heavy lifting. They reached out to all the creditors. They figured out what the APR was going to be for each one, tried to get them to negotiate down to what they thought was appropriate, and something that matched my budget. We were able to work something out and within four years, I was able to get out of all of that. They also have an app. They'll tell you all the past payments you've made on it and all the future payments that are coming up on it. When I would call them, the wait time was never more than a few minutes. They always answered and addressed everything I needed.
The enrollment process was easy and my interactions with their reps were excellent. I didn't have a problem with any of them when I had questions or anything. I'd tell others who ask about GreenPath to go with GreenPath.
I asked for hardship relief and one of my creditors said they used GreenPath debt management. I had looked at some others on my own. Their fee seemed higher. I availed of GreenPath's program. It was very easy to get in touch with them, which was refreshing. They were somebody in America and I really appreciated that. I didn't have to try to understand, have them understand me, and me understand them. When you're talking about money and the person is not understanding you, and you're like, "Oh, let me speak to someone in America."
Customer service was helpful and readily available. They were knowledgeable and knew what to do. I only called them again when I was getting ready to pay everything off and close it up. I paid a weekly fee and they just chopped away at my debt. I didn't want to pay that weekly amount but it was easier than just watching myself go further and further into the hole and not be able to pay at all. I'm done with the program now.
Enrolling with GreenPath was pretty straightforward and needed a little involvement. They were flexible, too. But at the very end, I was only paying $100 a month and they were getting 10% of that, which was kind of steep.
I had a good experience with GreenPath. It was an easy process to get started. They were also flexible and they gave me a plan that I was comfortable with, so it was a good thing. It was also something that came out of my account automatically, so didn't have to remember to make my payments on time. Everybody was kind and I never had any problems.
I didn't manage my money well for a little while and it got out of hand, and GreenPath helped me out a lot. They did a good job. They contacted all of my debtors and they got lower payments and interest rates. I had to give GreenPath a certain amount of money every month.
My experience with them was fine. They were very kind and polite. The payment plan was also okay.
Somebody referred me to GreenPath to help take care of my credit card debt. I realized that I would have to not use the credit card anymore, but I was with it. They told me they could get the interest rate down, and how we'll have to pay this bill every month and make sure that I make the payment. I got it down to about seven grand, and I just paid it off. I was 19,000 in debt just on one credit card alone. They also offered to help me to consolidate all the credit cards that I had. I probably could have been out of credit card debt if I listened to the representative on the phone that day. They were trying to give me some good pointers. GreenPath was good. I’m grateful for it. They took the payment on time. They reached out to me and made sure that I knew. If anybody was having some debt problems and was trying to figure out how to pay it or get rid of it in a sensible way, I will recommend that they reach out to GreenPath.
Everything went well with GreenPath. We really liked what they did for us. We paid everything off. It was a great decision. Go for it. I promise you won't be disappointed.
GreenPath provided a certain amount of money per month. We were in the program for 40 months. We completed it and everybody I worked with was great. It's such a relief to be able to be out of debt. Do GreenPath. It's great.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Completing your program in 40 months is incredible. Congratulations and we wish you the best!Sincerely,
GreenPath's reps were helpful with paperwork and answering questions. For my payment plan, they mostly reviewed my budget and negotiated with the vendors. Working with them took financial worries and stress off of me.
We know finances are extremely stressful for so many. We are so happy to hear that our staff was helpful and the plan worked well for you.
Congratulations and we are wishing you all the best!Sincerely,
I love GreenPath. I was with them for about four years and seven months. Everything was great because they never bothered me. They receive my message when something changes. When I called to ask for something, they would give me the right answer or explain to me what was what. I highly recommend GreenPath to anybody. They helped me to get out of my debts and I appreciated that. I kept up to date and looked online. The process took a long time but I was so happy. I already paid for everything.
The bank gave my sister-in-law money to pay the court on her debits. She turned around and used them again. I said, "No, no, no, you should have stayed with something like GreenPath where you can use it that way." She cannot ask for a loan anymore because she already has a new upgrade on what she has. I like GreenPath because sometimes if you're given money, you use it to pay off and you get tempted and use it again.
Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We are so happy to hear everything worked out well for you. Best wishes to you!
I started with GreenPath in 2020. It was a lot easier and I liked it because it got my monthly payments down, got everything locked in, and got my creditors off my back. It took me a while to complete the plrogram. I was supposed to be paid off next year but we sold part of our property so I just paid it off early.
Congratulations on paying off your debts faster, we know it can feel like forever, but you did it earlier than scheduled! Congratulations and best wishes to you!Sincerely,
GreenPath was wonderful, and I wish I knew about it a long time ago. The people, the service that I get from it and the explanation of what we're doing made it good. It was easy to walk through, and now, I’m out of debt. The timeframe was not something that I was worried about, and GreenPath didn't push me. There was a goal that was set. "That's what we're gonna do. And this is how much that we need to put down." There were times when they told me if something came up, I could always inform them so we could figure out a different way. If I skip one payment, I could make up for it.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review. We are so happy to hear everything worked well from beginning to end. We know there will be financial bumps along the way and we do our very best to provide options for clients based on their program and creditor expectations.
Congratulations and best wishes!Sincerely,
Signing up with them was quick and easy. Next thing you know, we were set up but we kind of turned the other way. Then a couple of years later, we'd get an email once in a while, saying where we were. We finally got a letter last month to say we were paid in full. It was a good chunk.
Thank you for leaving a review of GreenPath. I am happy to hear signing up was quick and easy. You accomplished a lot during your time with us. Congratulations and we wish you all the best!Sincerely,
The people that I talked to from GreenPath were really helpful and I ended up going with them right off the bat. I had a credit card that I was swimming in and they helped me get the interest charges almost down to zero. That way, what I was paying towards it was going towards the principal. We went over my income and the distribution of my income, which wasn't a lot at the time. They gave me advice on budgeting in addition to helping me set up the repayment as well. I don't think I would have that card paid off now if I hadn't done the program. I would fully recommend others to seek out GreenPath if that was a need that they had.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review and recommending us to others. We are so happy to hear the program worked well for you and you were able to become debt free, what an amazing accomplishment!
Wishing you all the best!Sincerely,
Everybody was wonderful, and they listened to the whole story. Greenpath helped me because it was only one payment. They saved the money and made all the payments. I've had to do change the date a couple of times over the five years that I spent with them, and as long as I called with enough time, they were kind and changed it. All the representatives assisted me in my own language, which is Spanish, and they were very pleasant. I called a couple of times out of the office time for questions. One time, I tried to call on a Saturday, but then I realized that they have certain times. When I was trying to not forget the question, I just left a message on the website, and they usually responded to me 24 hours later.
At the beginning, I didn’t feel like going with Greenpath was a good decision because my credit score went down very bad than it already was and my accounts were closed. But now, I feel that it was the best, because I didn’t have to pay all those charges, APRs and late fees. The day when I made the last payment, I noticed my score went down and I got worried, but last night, I noticed that the score went up 35 points. Now, I’m on good standing with my credit score.
Sinceramente,
Thank you for taking the time to provide a detailed review. We know paying off debt is not easy and there may be some bumps along the way. We are happy to hear that our bilingual staff were able to assist you and make necessary changes on your account.
I know others may question if signing up with GreenPath may cause uncertainty and question if it was a good idea. In order to get concessions from creditors, the accounts are closed by the creditors, which can be uncomfortable at first. When creditor accounts are closed or if an account falls 30 days late while transitioning onto the DMP, a client may see a change in their credit score. There are many factors that play into a credit score and it can change from day to day. Below is a link regarding credit scores you may find helpful.

The signup process was a bit difficult because of the creditors not getting back to GreenPath or responding in a prompt manner. But GreenPath helped me pay out my cards and worked with me when I couldn't make a deposit or needed to make the payment lower for the month. Their customer service was great. I always used the chat, and someone was always available. They got whatever I needed handled quickly.
We certainly acknowledge it can take a bit to hear back from some creditors and that can be frustrating. We do our very best to try and get responses as quickly as possible. We are happy to hear our customer service was great and we were able to help you!
Wishing you all the best!Sincerely,
GreenPath was fabulous. The application process didn't take long, as long as you had your information. It was just giving them the account numbers and phone numbers for the contacts. And if I had a statement, I could upload it. So, it was very easy and their reps were so helpful. It wasn't like I was talking to someone and they pushed me off on someone else. If I had a question, they immediately answered it and if I wanted to make extra payments, they didn't give me any hassle. Then, if I had one little debt that was only $50, I would pay it out. Then, I would ask for my overall payment to be reduced since that was paid off and they gave me no issue about that.
They reduced my payments in half, if not more, than what I was normally paying by myself. They were taking that one payment from me and handling the disbursement. But when I was ready to pay everything off, they said that they could handle that. I had to wait another cycle and they made me aware of it. The only difficulty I had was that when I’ve made payments through GreenPath, I had to call each creditor to confirm that those payments have been made. But that was a simple process that showed where I made that lumpsum payment to GreenPath. And the credit bureau as well as the company that the mortgage company used reached out to all of my creditors and confirmed it.
We love hearing we are fabulous and we will share that with our staff. We try to make the process as simple and painless as possible. You accomplished a lot during your time with us and we wish you all the best!Sincerely,
