    For many years we worked well together, and what Greenpath did was fantastic. I asked that you keep me on the list until I completed paying off the loan to Toyota Financial, and was willing to pay the fee for your services to accomplish this. I understand that everything else had been taken care of so I thought you would have been happy to get your fee for not having to do much. After talking to personnel from Green Path it was my understanding that you would complete paying the accounts until they were done, then you dropped me anyway. Forcing me to find alternative ways to cover these bills. I do understand that you have your rules, it would have been nice if you would have completed what you started, we were almost done. I do thank you for how much you were able to do to help us.

    GreenPath enabled me to target my debt comprehensively, and I was able to pay off three high-interest credit cards. They negotiated a reduced interest rate and a payment that I could afford. As I paid the lowest card, they transferred that payment amount to the other two cards, and when I paid the next card off, they transferred the whole payment amount to the final credit card. I am no longer a slave to that debt. I am so thankful, grateful, and blessed. I can't believe it is over.

    I needed to have a lower payment on a particular card that I had, and a couple of hospital bills. There was another company other than GreenPath, but they just wanted me to not make any payments to my credit card company, but I didn't want my credit score to go down further.

    The enrollment process with GreenPath was fine. Everything was good. It was a pleasant conversation with the representative. They made everything go smooth to make payments and for me not to have to discuss things with the creditor that I had.

    I didn't have any issues with GreenPath. If I needed to delay a payment for a few days, they were accommodating. It was a smooth transition from not having to pay the high interest rate for the credit card to having a lower interest rate with GreenPath. I would highly recommend going with the company.

    GreenPath was a referral from a really long time ago. This is my second time using them, and the enrollment process was easy. They got my creditors and got everything set up, and I was very comfortable. We picked the day when the payments were gonna roll out, then GreenPath took it from there. I tracked my progress through the website, and it was user-friendly. Since it was automatic payments throughout, I didn't have to work with anybody too much. However, there was one incident where I missed a payment and it messed with the creditors. They were really easy to get in touch with, and they were able to help me out and get me back on track. Now, my credit card debt has been paid off.

    My only problem with the whole process was the fact that when I called Discover and asked them if they were willing to work with me, they said no, but they were willing to negotiate with a third party. I was stuck and it was during the pandemic. I was really screwed. Discover referred me to GreenPath and enrollment was fast and painless. The online tools were easy to navigate as well. GreenPath was able to negotiate and get the interest down, and I would recommend them to a friend.

    I heard about GreenPath through a friend and the enrollment process was good. My experience had been great for the five years that I was on their program, and I was very comfortable. I never had to speak with anybody until the end. Towards the last few months, apparently, my Discover card that they were taking care of fell behind somehow. That bothered me. It was the first time, and I had a bunch of no-payments on my credit report. There was a mix up, but I didn't realize that until after the fact. Besides that, it was rather easy to communicate with GreenPath.

    I would give GreenPath's customer service an 85%. They could be more cautious of the ending dates of people's contracts and not continue to take payments once the contract has ended. But they reimbursed me after I made contact with them.

    GreenPath was great. I Googled online and they offered me a lower monthly payment and then I would be able to pay my debts off in a faster amount of time as opposed to doing it through the credit card company. I was in their program for a couple of years and it helped me pay off a credit card a lot faster. I would've been paying it for 10 more years if I didn't do that with them.     I was referred by Chase Bank to GreenPath and my experience with the program has been great. Everything was pretty much the way we planned it so it worked out fine. However, towards the end, I received one of the mails from Citibank which is one of the creditors. They were saying that they haven't gotten paid in a couple of months.

    I also received a confirmation call and a letter from GreenPath saying that the program was finished. But I noticed that I should have a small amount of balance. I bank with Chase, so I see the previous credit card. It still has a small amount of balance on it, probably a few hundred dollars. I took care of that on my own. That wasn't within the program. I didn't mind to pay it off because I had a refund from GreenPath. For the last payment that I paid out to them, they sent me back a pretty big refund. My payment was $1300 and they gave me back a little bit over $1000. Overall, the program worked out well for me. As of now, nothing bad backfired to me. I finished a month or two ago and I haven't heard anything bad from anyone.

    I was brought to GreenPath years ago through Synchrony Bank. The first time around, they helped me out immensely with all my bills and I paid them off. I was in the program for a good couple of years. I went back to GreenPath again for some more bills. The process was very good. There were a couple of problems that I had with some of the bills because the creditors were calling me and bugging me for their money. Every time they called me, I told them they were supposed to be calling GreenPath. But one bill refused to work with GreenPath. Other than that, GreenPath helped me pay my bills off.

    I was interested in GreenPath as it seemed a really easy and clear-cut way to help with some credit card debt. I went with them and my experience was excellent. Everybody on the phones were knowledgeable people. They were very helpful in getting my questions answered and solving my problems. GreenPath has given me peace of mind that there's a path toward getting rid of some debt and helping my credit score when I finished the program.

    The app was pretty simple, almost too simple sometimes where I had to call to figure some things out that I wish could have been available on the site. Also, it took 4 years and a half for me to complete the program, and I would have liked to receive a phone call double confirming that the program had been complete or maybe even a congratulations email.

    I had a lot of credit card debt and I wanted to pay that down. I first heard about GreenPath from Bank of America and I've found the program to be wonderful. If I had any questions or concerns, I could either email GreenPath or talk to someone on the telephone, which I did a couple of times, and I always got the appropriate answer.

    GreenPath got me out of credit card debt and I learned that I didn't need credit cards to live. At this point in time, I'm not planning on getting a credit card. If I can't afford it, I just don't get it. I would definitely give a people recommendation if they asked me about being in credit card debt and how they should handle that. I thought my program would take five years, but it only took four, which was great. Except for my car loan, I'm debt-free.

    So the first initial call went great! I was excited to get started! Was told my husband needed to call and give his information so we could get the ball rolling. (This was end of August) well next day my husband called and gave his information and so we waited. A week or so later I called back and was sent an email to activate my portal and was told to go through the app and fill out everything I needed to. Well got on the app. Couldn’t log into it as it said I had to activate it (few frustrating hours later) I’m back on the phone with them and the lady I was talking to couldn’t help me told I needed to call back again. (This is what I get for assuming) I assumed since I had called multiple times now someone would have marked my file or idk had some way of flagging a file to get a call back from someone. Or the fact I told the very First Lady I spoke to (back in August) that yes I wanted to proceed with the program that it would have been noticed it still wasn’t started.

    Well never heard from anyone so yesterday (10/16/3025) I call back and I’m told my husband still needs to call them with his information. I explain what time zone we are in and that my husband works during the day so I need to know what Green Path hours are. I was told that the credit counselors (or wherever they’re called) were there until 8 pm mountain time zone. I even asked one last time to clarify and I was told yes 8 pm mountain time.

    My husband gets home today and I’m on him to call them and so he does and he’s told he has to call back Monday because there are no credit counselors there. They all go home at 3:00 pm on Fridays. And are only there until 4:00 pm Monday thru Thursday. It’s very frustrating when the employees don’t know anything about any of what they’re supposed to be doing. I’m not comfortable with them handling our finances etc if I can’t even get the correct information on business hours or even utilizing notes in a persons file. I was so hopeful as this place has great reviews and the First Lady I spoke with made me feel much more comfortable about the debt management program.

    The program works by simply following the terms and conditions set forth in the contractual agreement. It is imperative to make timely payments each month to stay in good standing and choose a designated day for the monthly payments to come out.     I reached out to GreenPath after the pandemic.     I reached out to GreenPath because I was having so much debt and needing to find a manageable way to deal with it. The enrollment process felt reassuring. I talked with an individual. I had one person that was like a counselor to me. I was able to schedule a meeting and talk with them, ask a lot of questions, and I felt like there was a follow-up after that. GreenPath has a portal, so you can look and see what your progress is like. If I had any questions, I could see what was happening.

    I just finished paying off, and the program impacted my life tremendously. At first, it was really scary looking at all of the debt. It was also a little bit challenging sometimes to make the payment twice a month, but after I got into the rhythm of it, it worked out really well.
