Working with Freedom Debt Relief has been very rewarding. My financial situation changed dramatically after my husband's untimely death. I knew I needed to take steps to bring my finances under control quickly and I heard very good things about Freedom Debt relief. So far, the reviews were correct.

Everything started out great getting all the paperwork together. And then unfortunately my sister passed in January 2025. I was taking care both of them. My brother-in-law had cancer. He passed away 7 months later. I was trying to take off my debt situation and dealing with death of them. I tried calling them several time. No call back from them. And I know I have missed calls from them too. Next thing I was in a program and no call me to tell me that and I got a email that's how I knew I was in it. It took a while to get everything back on track.. if I knew this, would happen? I would have went another way or file Bankruptcy. Not very happy with this Company.

I've been working with Freedom Debt Relief for about 14 months now. I needed help with my financing and with my credit card and the reps are excellent. The website is very easy to use and I check it every day. The program is about 36 months and we're close to being done. I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anybody that has a financial problem. I'm a very satisfied customer. Don't call anybody else but them.

First they insisted on including a credit card that is tied to my cars. I am currently attempting to catch that one up since it is obviously not in the program. Then, they insisted on enrolling an account that is so old it probably does not matter anymore, then they MISSED and account that is now suing me "it may not have been on your report" was the excuse. I wanted to believe in these guys but this all screams "incompetence."

I wanted to get rid of, and Freedom did wonderful. They had my credit cards taken care of in less than a year. So, February through November. I love it. It's wonderful. If I had questions, I could call and they answered my questions. It was very easy. So, it's well worth it.

I am quite pleased with the service of this company so far, my debts were really taking a toll on me as I couldn’t figure out how to get the paid. I then suddenly realized that I’ used the services of this company before and they were quite efficient in handling problems like mine, and so I decided to try them again and it has been a very successful experience ever since I started working with them. They understood that I wanted to pay my debt off, but they also showed me that this way was better for me than looking at my situation. I don’t believe Freedom Debt Relief is so much about money till I say profit. It’s more about helping people that are trying to make it make it by law and I thank them. The representative seem respectful about explaining about programs and process. Brandon ** is a good person and employee. He deserves a raise. I'm excited to be a member on this journey, get relief, and can sleep at night.

It was very easy to get a settlement through Freedom.

I can't say anything yet as my case has not begun yet. I could like a little more verbal communication. I'm very tech-savvy. The customer service I received in the beginning of this journey was amazing. Very friendly, thorough, and extremely understanding of my needs.

I was trying to pay all my bills and I couldn't because I didn't have money left over for food, which was why I sought the services of Freedom Debt Relief. They took on some of my debt, and they're doing settlements and paying it off. It’s going to be for four years and I autopay a certain amount every month. I’m still at the beginning and I feel good about it. The person I worked with was knowledgeable and friendly, and that's what I like. I don't like somebody who just pushes at me. People should go with Freedom Debt Relief because they're very helpful and do what they say they're going to do.

This is the second time I use this program in 47 yrs and although easy the first time it has been easier the second time due to advanced technology. All I do is make sure I give my payments on time. I get a text or email when they go to an agreement to settle and I say simply “yes” .

I'm very unhappy with this company since they keep trying to deal with my debtors after I asked to cancel my application the very same day and they did not did it. Be aware that Freedom not other debt relief companies are not a good option.

I’m feel totally in the dark don’t know what to do next. Creditors calling incessantly. One email that promised to show me how to deal with this just went BLANK No instruction. HELP.

I’ve been with FDR for six years now. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They took out so much money a month and put it in a savings account. And when I had enough money saved, we'd go through the process of settling each debt. The only thing I'm not happy with is the fees they charge. They charge way too much. But they helped me resolve all my debts, and I'm almost done with my last one.

They need to be fast in reconciling or settling debts. They are very slow in debt settlements because the debt I owe is still yielding huge interest. Please you people need to try more please 🙏. Push fast to settle debts.

I looked through a bunch of debt relief companies, and Freedom Debt Relief appealed to me the most. Setting everything up was very easy and friendly. Most of my debt is from credit cards and interest. I’ve been with American Express for over 50 years, and I’ve ended up with around $16,000 worth of interest. You don’t really realize when you’re younger what 30% interest means. At my age, on Social Security, you just can’t keep paying nearly 30% interest, which was why I went into debt relief.

I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received thus far since enrolling in your program. I feel as though I’m on my way to achieving financial freedom and security associated with not being in drowning debt.

Freedom Debt Relief is settling all my debts one by one and saving me money and getting me out of debt and stress free.

I called Freedom Debt Relief after receiving a letter from a loan company saying they were rejecting my loan. Freedom Debt Relief was doing alright. Everything was working fine, and we got together and talked about the loan. It would pay everything off so I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. It would just be one lump sum. They told me a payment had already been paid off, and when I made another payment, they gave it back because it went to the loan company. Freedom was taking care of what they said they were going to take care of. If I wanted to track my progress, I could look it up on the dashboard, and it would tell me what was going on.

Never should have taken my situation. Now I am in a much worse situation than before. You would be better off calling your creditors yourself.

It's been slow with Freedom Debt Relief. They have called me and told me that one of my creditors agreed to the payments, but I'm still getting calls from three more asking why am I not making payments. Freedom has not reached out to them yet. I'm making my payments to Freedom like I'm supposed to and I have no issues trying to communicate with them but I want to find out what's going on. Why are they not getting the other people to agree to the program? I've been with them for about six months now, and I've been giving them the chance to work things out with my creditors. But I don't know if they got a lot of customers or they're just not doing it. Other companies are trying to get me to go with them, telling me they're faster than Freedom Debt Relief. My wife also asked me about it, and I told her not to jump in yet and to let me see how they're doing with me first. Other than that, the reps are good. I've been talking to Elizabeth, and she's amazing.

Adam was a very understanding gentleman who explained everything to me in detail. He offered me the opportunity to call him at any time with any questions or concerns that I may have. Excellent service.

Follow FDR guidelines respond in a timely manner, email all creditor documents when the collection process begin, lawyers, collection agencies, etc, be patient, the process works. The one detail that should be known in the application process is how FDR makes their money. I didn't find out until 8 months later that they get 20% of your total amount of debt in your plan until 8 months later, would this have dissuaded me from using FDR services, in the overall scheme it's worth it if you feel your financial situation is dire, mine unfortunately was. It gives you peace of mind if you've experienced the relentless phone calls from collection agencies, the threats or bankruptcy it's worth it, although the cost may seem exorbitant but the entire plan is a win situation before you enter into an agreement know all the facts to make sure it's right for you, ask multiple questions, take your time, it could be the best decision you've made.

The enrollment process at FDR was very easy, and it helped a lot. They got my credit cards lowered. Then they switched me over to Achieve. Then, once Freedom Debt Relief got my credit cards lowered, Achieve took over, and I have to pay them for a personal loan. They went above and beyond for me, and I thanked them very much. They did a good job. My credit is starting to go back up. My credit card started going downhill when COVID hit. And my bills, my credit card payments were getting higher. The interest was outrageous. I couldn't afford what they wanted a month anymore. So, I was trying to find a way to get the payments lowered so I could get rid of them. And Freedom Debt Relief did that for me.

Freedom Debt has been informative about each step of the process. Any questions have been answered. Communication about future steps has been helpful.

Freedom Debt Relief keeps me informed, sends me emails, and answers my questions. We had success in one of the debts. They were able to get a bill offer and that brought about a good feeling.

Brandon was very patient with me! He made sure that I understood everything! The only thing that I’m not a fan of is my credit will get worse before getting better! There is a negative to everything! Working with FDR has been pretty good. They helped make payments every month until I get enough up for them to make an offer. I was impressed with the ease of their program.

FDR helped me with debt issues I was having after a divorce. What I liked most about their program was that it was easy to access to see what was going on and how things were going. They also usually responded to me if I sent them an email. I did, at times, find that some of the answers were vague, and I was left wondering. But in the end, it turned out okay. Within three years, I will be debt-free.

So far very pleased, very fast getting our 1st settlement. Freedom keeps me well informed on upcoming settlements and it’s up to me if we settle for that amount, very happy to be getting creditors paid. I would highly recommend Freedom.

I would like to see a SIDE-BY-SIDE (i.e., acct., beginning amt., settlement amt., fee(s) applied to acct., mthly. amt. given to acct., begin date, last pymnt date, etc.) on the dashboard for EACH ACCOUNT... Please! I feel that FDR will work better for ME if I was able to see the accounts this way! 6/10/26

I would definitely recommend them to anybody. I have used them in the past and I used them again for a second time. A+ all the way. Then after a certain amount of time they refer you to a loan person or agency which I use Achieve and they bring the payment even lower and the ARP lower so you save more money at the end. Thanks.

At first I thought this program was not right for me, because of the low communication from representatives of the program. Once I learned how to use the FDR app it was more easy to see the progress. I've been on the program since 2023. I will be graduating from it in October 2026. I recently called to pay off a couple of the accounts by paying them off early, so I could purchase a new home. The communication was still lacking, but I got through it with some outside help. All in all, I'm very happy with the FDR program. They helped me pay off old debt and I got to watch my credit score improve by 29 points. The company does charge a fee gradually to offset the pay down progress, but in the end it's worth it.

FDR did a credit consolidation for me. They canceled my cards together, and I started a program with lower payments. So, that helped me out monthly. It’s a 4-year plan. Their bank took over, and they went ahead and paid pretty much everything. I would tell others to go ahead and give them a try.

I was conned into thinking the FDR program payments would settle my debt when in fact they force your hand into a high interest Achieve loan to appease creditor lawsuits. I should have just taken a loan from the beginning. Ended up with $5000 extra in late fees ALONE. On top of several thousand dollars extra owed for new loan.

Very timely and efficient. They came on Thursday and were finished that Saturday. In and out. That Thursday, it rained, so they couldn't work. Didn't interfere with what I was doing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

After understanding the process and then being able to dissolve the debt, it's been a stress reliever, they've helped with a lawsuit and other scary items.

I didn't finish my application (because I read a lot of bad reviews). THEN -- within less than 48 hours, I received a dozen calls from this idiot outfit. I didn't answer any of the calls -- and they just kept my phone ringing off the hook. I will never ever do business with this jerk outfit. Why would I do business with a business so desperate for business that it has to hound potential clients?

I been with this company for a little over a year it has been nothing but a hassle, very stressful and they do nothing to help you… Once they reach a settlement then they call you for more money… The purpose of all this was because I couldn’t pay my bills and now basically in more debt with every credit card they need get a lawyer and then they call for more and more money.. They don’t pay consistently your credit cards so now creditors are summoning me left and right… It is a shame that you reach out to them for help and they say they will but really they put you more deeper in a hole…

Freedom Debt Relief pays off the credit cards one by one. They asked me what cards I had that I needed help with and I sent them the cards that I needed. The payment plan is affordable for me. They also give me updates as to what payments they've made. I've been pretty happy with them.

The fees are too expensive; I had a debt that was right at 3000.00. Freedom Financial negotiated it down to 2100.00, then I was charged approximately over 700.00 in fees, only saving me a couple of approximately 300.00. You can negotiate your own debts for a better deal. Will never recommend debt consolidation.

I've used Freedom Debt Relief before and everything worked out well. I used them again. I think that they do the program well. Everything's on the dashboard. They get in touch with you when they're going to try to take care of one of your debts, and it works out well for me. The service is great. It's very easy to send documents over. I wouldn't do it with anybody else. They were excellent. I like the way they do their whole thing. They usually tell you what they're doing first.

I hear from Freedom Debt Relief when they make a contract go through. They got one done. There's another one that's almost done. They got about five more to go. So far, they're doing good as long as they're taking care of my problem. I like what they're doing so far. They take care of business. I just wish they would have taken care of the little ones. There was one for $300. I wish they would have just taken care of those right away, then go with the big ones because the interest goes up, but I guess they solve it already.

I'm a tax preparer and one of my clients used Freedom Debt Relief and bragged about it. I had two debts with Discover, and one is with Lowe's. I'm in the early stages, and Freedom has only reached a settlement with one. I'm anxious for them to reach a settlement with Lowe's because the interest rate is astronomical. And it has gone up $1,000 since I started the program. I was paying 500-something and now, I'm just paying 318. So, Freedom saved me $200 a month. I've made a couple of extra payments to try to help out some and I was thinking about trying to make another one tomorrow. I've paid an extra $100 a couple of times.

They helped me with my debt, and they were very concerned. I would recommend them to anybody. They took a small payment every two weeks to pay down my debt to help it be worth free. It is worth it to check it out.

Freedom Debt Relief's approach was compatible with what I needed to get done with my debt issues that were getting more and more out of hand. So I found it to be useful and everything went smoothly in terms of what was laid out to me. The initial interaction with the rep was very thorough and complete. We had a few follow-up calls and checked back and forth to confirm things and all that went very well. So, I never had any issues concerning interaction with anybody. Everything was business-related in regard to what we were doing.

They need to do their end work on all accounts. Someone is not contacting all my debtors because I'm getting offers to SETTLE! Why I'm paying you for what I can do. I followed all the setup steps. Now I don't know. One creditor knows I'm using your company so what's the problem.

If I have a problem, I usually call them because I'm 69 years old and I really don't do the online. So if I have a settlement, I always call to ask if it is going to cost more because I'm on a fixed income, so I cannot afford more. I usually get help. I'll find out how many is going to be getting paid off, and then the person will tell me, "We can put two or three more and it'll be the same amount once a month."

I read everything about FDR online, and I figured we needed help because we're both on disability and we're both on Social Security. We needed to free up some money with the cost of everything going up. We were just barely making the minimum payments on credit cards. And we used most of the credit card money when we ran them up on medications and stuff when we would fall into the donut hole.

Very quick on resolving debts and making settlements. Hopefully, I'll be out of debt within a year. As soon as I got a debt, they went ahead and made a deal with one of the companies and I liked the way the structure is. So everything's good and hopefully we'll be debt-free within a year.

Out of all the debt relief programs Freedom Debt refief scored # 1 according to Google investigation. This is why I chose them. Their client communication is very good. We are struggling seniors with financial difficulties.

This company is here to feed off people in debt. Not there to help you! I was congratulated for my latest offer today which was to pay 97% of my original balance after they take their 25% in fees. They do not tell you this when you start their program that after over a year of racking up interest and fees from the credit cards they tell you to stop paying, that they negotiate at that balance. Not the original balance that you had when you start the program. My latest offer on a credit card that had a balance of $2935 was settled for $2119, which after Freedom Debt relief takes their 25% in fees leaves me with a savings of $82. So basically Freedom debt relief will negotiate with these credit card companies so you pay the full balance but they get $733 in negotiating fees.

Please don’t believe other debt relief programs that promise cheaper amounts to settle, Freedom Debt will work for you, and is upfront with everything.

Things started off a bit bumpy because I was with another debt relief company. But I have been truly impressed at the speed with which FDR has resolved one of my most debts. I’m also extremely grateful for the way that I’m treated, which is with courtesy and kindness.

I liked Freedom Debt Relief's website. They're the first company I called, and I just went with them. Initially, I worked with a salesman who handles getting clients onboarding. Then I got assigned to another person that handles the account throughout. He was very good, very knowledgeable, very professional, and treated me with respect. He made me feel very comfortable. It’s a touchy situation when you're talking about people's debt. The application process was not long at all. I did it all in one evening on the phone. We set the payment plan up. They asked what I could handle monthly on the monthly deal, and we just agreed to a dollar amount. The dollar amount dictated how long it's gonna take to resolve the debt situation.

They have taken a big load off my back. At 77 years old I had been under a lot of stress. Trying to make it on Social Security and you keep borrowing and just get deeper in with getting more and more cards. Thank you Freedom.

Trust me you don't want to know what I think about your greedy little business. It's conspicuous you're more interested in your bottom line than what's best for me. You really should try to hide it more.

The reps were all good and helpful. I only have one account left, and then I'm done with the program. Freedom Debt Relief was good. If I needed something paid off, and I had the funds, they requested it and got it paid off. I'm graduating early from the program, so it's good.

I enrolled five accts in this program on Aug 20, 2025. By 12/18/2025 They had settled one acct at 50%. Just recently on 5/05/2026 they settled another acct at 45.%. I still have three accts to go. So far I'm quite pleased. Thank you FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF.

Freedom Debt Relief explained all of my debts and how much they’re gonna take out a month, and how the process works, like the amount that they take out is going to pay one card first or split it in half for two cards from there on until all my debt is paid off. They told me that if I wanted to change the amount that they take out any month, I'm able to do so, or if I needed to add another card on it, I'm able to do so also. They were very friendly, and then they spoke to me and answered all my questions that I had. The process was easy and I didn't even wait too long online. I'm also able to track my progress on the website easily.

They did a great job and kept me informed the whole time. They have already paid more off in 3 months than my last company did in 6 months. I would highly recommend them.. They have saved me almost half of what I owed.

Relieved. Eased my anxiety. I was skeptical at first. But the BBB report was very positive and my assistant was very knowledgeable and gives guidance at every step of the process. They negotiate with your debtor and all you have to do is make one consistent fixed monthly payment and they take care of the rest.

Before I called to inquire about a little relief financially from the unsurmountable never ending bills accumulating more and more, I was hesitant on making any decision. The knowledge, expertise, succinct, plan of action, and most of all the comfort I felt making a decision with someone I’ve never met before could not have gone better. The plan given is reasonable and easy to work with. The app offers useful information that I can use to evaluate my progress. One thing I would like is to have them contact my creditors as the bills not being negotiated are in default now and when one of them offered a settlement. I forwarded the info and never heard anything back about it.

They put their payment above everything else. They could easily resolve more debt but always take their cut first preventing more settlements. Then they try to give you a loan that cost 50% more than current program.

I like the fact that working with FDR is great to be able to help get our debt reduced. However I don't discuss our finances with anyone other than with my creditors or with FDR. Nor do I discuss theirs. So I wouldn't refer any company to anyone. That's personal business.

I found Freedom Debt Relief on the internet and after I talked to them, I went with them. The enrollment process was good and the rep who assisted me was pretty explanatory about everything. So I was very happy with it. I have an account set up through them and I track my progress online. Their website is very easy to use. I'm in the initial stages of the program, but my experience has been good and I haven't had any problems or issues where I needed to call them at this point. Hopefully, the program will help get me out of the situation I'm in and make my financial status so much better. I would also tell my loved ones to give them a try because it worked for me so far.

Casey worked with me when I called! She was kind and compassionate - never made me feel bad about myself (I was doing enough of that myself). She guided me through the whole program. I just made my first dedicated deposit so hopefully I will see some action soon!

Freedom Debt Relief was the first one I saw and I went with them. Everything was good with the rep and I have no complaints with the service I received. Everything went quickly and it’s all taken care of. There were no other fees than what they normally charge.

The process does take sometime as they say, the debt you have the calls won't stop until they get what they want. But the debt reliever program does keep up with you and check on you from time to time. As long as you communicate with them, they will keep up with you.

Their reps were excellent. They made me feel very comfortable. I was able to ask a lot of questions, and they were able to answer them, so I was very pleased with FDR. They got me through the first rough patch of debt, and then they suggested that I would probably be better off if I split over to a personal loan type thing, which is Achieve. What happened was they suggested we run through it because I didn't know anything about it. They explained to me how it would probably be beneficial for me to do something like that instead of paying off Freedom.

I really needed their help to get a grip on my finances after using the last of my savings to pay bills. I am a little concerned about the length of the process, but it is moving along. Especially as the companies I owe would not assist me. The only thing I concern myself about is my credit score.

I was paying off five credit cards, and at that rate, I was never gonna get them paid off. I went with FDR, and they were friendly, kind and understanding, and they have great customer reps. I’m enrolled in their program, and it’s 36 months.

Freedom Debt Relief had me set up a two-year program instead of five years, so I’ve been paying more to them than what I should. I have to change it but they won’t let me. If clients are trying to get their stuff taken care of themselves and they don't work that way, they should be able to extend their payments. Other than that, their service is good.

I havent used this long enough to know if it's any good. I keep hearing from my credit card companies about missed payments. They say they have not heard from Freedom about making payments. This is the fourth company I have tried. I think you would be better just to file bankruptcy.

Not happy, FDR. Never comunícate with my debtors. I have to follow up with them. Also American express give a better offer before this account was taken in by a law office and I am that one who call FDR to communicate with the office who was suing me. Not happy.

Everyone has been so nice and the process was quick. I only wish that you would contact creditors as soon as a customer signs up as part of the service. I was told why you don’t do it but I feel that creditors don’t always believe us customers. Other than this matter I have truly had piece of mind since signing up. Thank You again.

Enrolling with Freedom Debt Relief was good. They told me everything about the program. I'm done with the program and there were no difficulties. The only problem I had with them was the computer said if I got a letter from a creditor, to upload my documents and no action is taken. They didn't tell me I needed to call and let them know at that time I uploaded. I then received a court order regarding a creditor. As soon as I received it, I uploaded it. That Monday when I called, Freedom Debt Relief hadn't even seen it. But they took care of it once they saw it and got it to the legal department. If you need debt relief, I recommended Freedom Debt Relief.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped take a bit of burden away from us. If you have debt over $10,000, I would recommend them, especially if you are in a bind. Since I've been with them, I had one debt that went to court, so they couldn't take care of it for me, but they've been able to take care all of the others so far. If I have a question, they give me a very clear answer. They don't put me on hold and make me wait forever. FDR was able to do $200 twice a month. I'm hoping that we can get that lowered or somehow changed. It's hard for us because we are struggling financially. I tried to call yesterday, which was a Sunday, to see if I could get my payment extended out a couple days, because I'm waiting on my disability check. They say they're available seven days a week, but when you call them, they're not available on the weekends. They just have the answering service. If they update that on their website, that would be helpful.

They have been really helpful with working with my older accounts, they help me assess me with any questions I have at any time. And they been working on bringing me back on track with my accounts. Thank you so much for the help.

I came across Freedom Debt Relief when I was looking online and the service has been great so far. I called, asked a question and the rep told me exactly what was going on and who was dealing with them right now. They answered right away. If I want to move my payment and make my payment early, they’ll do it and tell me when exactly my payment will go through. Everything's been nice and smooth. I track the progress on the app and me being 61, it's easy. I have had two people ask me about Freedom and I shared how they’ve worked with me. Money was already tanking because I had a bad mortgage. My mortgage was sold off to another company, and the other company screwed me big time. So, my credit was going down. But Freedom explained the process of my credit dropping and then going back up.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped in giving me peace of mind every month and bringing these debts down, over a course of time, as long as I make my payments, I feel comfortable. I could have done several other things. But I reached out to FDR, because after a lot of research, I have found out that they have a lot of good reviews. I'm just gonna go from there. Also, they were able to give me a monthly exact, not going to fluctuate up or down or anything like that, and settle and pay over so many months. They were very understanding and offered me a way to reduce my debt even in the short term and in the long-term, it could save me 2/3 of my debt in the short-term 1/4. I’ve only just started so hopefully they’ll be able to settle all of the debts that I gave to them. But they do have a good review in trust pilot check that out.

Freedom Debt Relief explained to me what they do, so I tried going with them and doing a debt consolidation instead of doing bankruptcy. Everything seems to be doing okay. I always get updates. Freedom Debt Relief always alerts me. I always get follow-ups on my app to let me know what's going on. As long as I keep up on my payments, everything will be fine. If I call and ask a question, they'll explain it to me. If I get anything from a debt collector, I always reach out and let FDR know what's going on. They would tell me what to do, if I need to email them that information or fax it over to them.

This is my second round with the debt program. So far so good. Can't wait for things to start happening. Glad I decided to give it a try. Looking forward to a new beginning. Waiting on progress from. The program.

I'm still in the program, but it has been good thus far. I had one card company, a federal credit union, that would not accept Freedom Debt Relief. But they provided me a lawyer and he advised me on what to do. I did that and it all worked out fine. Make sure you have an account where they can automatically draft the money monthly, because that's the way they operate. If you need help, they're the persons to go to. It's a little pricey. But it's worth it.

Freedom Debt Relief is great. They were referred to me by a friend and I went with them because of their reputation. During the sign-up, I just needed to send them my information and the bills that I owed. Then they came back with a proposal to me, and I signed it. We went over the bills, and we came up with a plan. FDR is a very good company to work with. They make my life easier. I would recommend them.

I’m through with Freedom Debt Relief's program. It was 11 months before, then they went to the loan. It's easy enough that I was able to take care of things instead of trying to pay taking from Peter to pay for Paul, and trying to juggle them to get them done. I got a few of my littler bills cleaned up, but it still was a long process. The people I have worked with are professional and efficient. I could call anybody anytime, and I also had specialists that I work with on different things that we were trying to manage. There are some people that this wouldn't work for, because you have to be committed to be in a program like this. If you are just looking for a quick, easy way out, one, two and done, that isn't going to happen. It's going to take a while and with persistence.

I have just started the program. So far, the process have been easy and those i have worked with have been gracious. I already feel guilty enough and they have been reassuring and non judgemental. I wish I hadn't waited to start the program.

Freedom Debt Relief explained the amount of money that had been quoted to me for the bills that I had. They also explained to me how to navigate the website. I would go to it, click “help”, and put in the search for what I needed help with. But I don't need help often because it's so simply explained. I am retired now. And at 70, it's hard to remember things and do things exactly as you should, and this program makes it so simple. I list my creditors, let Freedom do an automatic withdrawal, and they pay all my creditors out a bit at a time.

It’s a good program if you owe out more than you make, if you're trying to get approved for something don't do it cause it drops your score way low. You have to build it back up slowly, they do the negotiation so less work for in and in my case I needed that so they're pros an cons as anything else. 🙏🏼

The guy that signed me up told me about everything, and I was happy with the process and the way it's supposed to work. It's easy. If you are in any debt and need help, FDR is a reputable company. I was in such bad shape with debt that I needed some help. I saw Freedom Debt Relief and called them, not thinking I was going to use anybody, but then I decided to go with them based on how they presented everything and made everything seem easy. I signed up over the phone and it took 20 minutes or longer. I had to give them some information, so they can do a credit check on me. They gave me a dollar figure of how much they would take out every two weeks, and I was able to set it up to where every time I got paid so I didn't have to worry about it. The fees seem to be reasonable and the service has been good. So far, they've negotiated three out of seven cards and saved roughly 40% to 50% on each.

The company has been very helpful in organizing my debt relief and the payment process has been consistent. I have faith that this will continue to work on my behalf. When I need help I just reach out and they are there to assist in a timely manner and never hesitate to find answers for me in a friendly manner.

I saw an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and it sounded like it was a good company. I've been with them for a year. But up until today, I can't get into my phone. I'm having trouble getting logged in. It's not sending me a code. I tried speaking to FDR, but nobody has called me back. Other than that, my interactions with the FDR debt consultant have been good.

1st agent I talked to was very argumentative. Could not have a civil conversation with her. Next agent seemed concerned & very understanding, she seemed to be very knowledgeable. She was commiserating with me., which was nice. All in all I was very satisfied with the outcome!
