Freedom Debt Relief has helped take a bit of burden away from us. If you have debt over $10,000, I would recommend them, especially if you are in a bind. Since I've been with them, I had one debt that went to court, so they couldn't take care of it for me, but they've been able to take care all of the others so far. If I have a question, they give me a very clear answer. They don't put me on hold and make me wait forever. FDR was able to do $200 twice a month. I'm hoping that we can get that lowered or somehow changed. It's hard for us because we are struggling financially. I tried to call yesterday, which was a Sunday, to see if I could get my payment extended out a couple days, because I'm waiting on my disability check. They say they're available seven days a week, but when you call them, they're not available on the weekends. They just have the answering service. If they update that on their website, that would be helpful.

They have been really helpful with working with my older accounts, they help me assess me with any questions I have at any time. And they been working on bringing me back on track with my accounts. Thank you so much for the help.

I came across Freedom Debt Relief when I was looking online and the service has been great so far. I called, asked a question and the rep told me exactly what was going on and who was dealing with them right now. They answered right away. If I want to move my payment and make my payment early, they’ll do it and tell me when exactly my payment will go through. Everything's been nice and smooth. I track the progress on the app and me being 61, it's easy. I have had two people ask me about Freedom and I shared how they’ve worked with me. Money was already tanking because I had a bad mortgage. My mortgage was sold off to another company, and the other company screwed me big time. So, my credit was going down. But Freedom explained the process of my credit dropping and then going back up.

I am very pleased with the way Freedom Debt Relief has handled my account. All my questions are answered in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone. My Wife is thinking of using them in the future.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped my life become way less stressful. They are really quick on making settlements with your debt. I am very pleased with everything they’ve done for our situation. I recommend them to my daughter and it’s really helped her resolve her debt also.

They were very understanding and offered me a way to reduce my debt even in the short term and in the long-term, it could save me 2/3 of my debt in the short-term 1/4. I’ve only just started so hopefully they’ll be able to settle all of the debts that I gave to them. But they do have a good review in trust pilot check that out.

Freedom Debt Relief explained to me what they do, so I tried going with them and doing a debt consolidation instead of doing bankruptcy. Everything seems to be doing okay. I always get updates. Freedom Debt Relief always alerts me. I always get follow-ups on my app to let me know what's going on. As long as I keep up on my payments, everything will be fine. If I call and ask a question, they'll explain it to me. If I get anything from a debt collector, I always reach out and let FDR know what's going on. They would tell me what to do, if I need to email them that information or fax it over to them.

This is my second round with the debt program. So far so good. Can't wait for things to start happening. Glad I decided to give it a try. Looking forward to a new beginning. Waiting on progress from. The program.

It takes time just like anything that is good but once it starts it starts. I’m so excited to and can’t wait to be totally debt free and I’m not getting in debt ever again. No credit for me if I can’t buy it or save for it then my learned lesson is I don’t need it. Freedom Debt Relief is saving me from being broke saving me from panic attacks and years of stress and getting myself in more financial strains. I’ll tell anyone and everyone to use this program because FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF IS THE REAL DEAL!!! This is my honest true life experience. Nothing was given to me or promised to me for this. I’m a real life human going through this for real.

I'm still in the program, but it has been good thus far. I had one card company, a federal credit union, that would not accept Freedom Debt Relief. But they provided me a lawyer and he advised me on what to do. I did that and it all worked out fine. Make sure you have an account where they can automatically draft the money monthly, because that's the way they operate. If you need help, they're the persons to go to. It's a little pricey. But it's worth it.

Freedom Debt Relief is great. They were referred to me by a friend and I went with them because of their reputation. During the sign-up, I just needed to send them my information and the bills that I owed. Then they came back with a proposal to me, and I signed it. We went over the bills, and we came up with a plan. FDR is a very good company to work with. They make my life easier. I would recommend them.

I’m through with Freedom Debt Relief's program. It was 11 months before, then they went to the loan. It's easy enough that I was able to take care of things instead of trying to pay taking from Peter to pay for Paul, and trying to juggle them to get them done. I got a few of my littler bills cleaned up, but it still was a long process. The people I have worked with are professional and efficient. I could call anybody anytime, and I also had specialists that I work with on different things that we were trying to manage. There are some people that this wouldn't work for, because you have to be committed to be in a program like this. If you are just looking for a quick, easy way out, one, two and done, that isn't going to happen. It's going to take a while and with persistence.

I have just started the program. So far, the process have been easy and those i have worked with have been gracious. I already feel guilty enough and they have been reassuring and non judgemental. I wish I hadn't waited to start the program.

I used Freedom Debt Relief in the past and I had a very good experience with them. Unfortunately, I got myself in the situation again. The debt consultant was very good. The monthly payment plan was tailored to my financial income and they worked so I could be at peace with everything. I tried to use their website, but I'd rather talk to them. I'm more comfortable talking to them over the phone.

Freedom Debt Relief explained the amount of money that had been quoted to me for the bills that I had. They also explained to me how to navigate the website. I would go to it, click “help”, and put in the search for what I needed help with. But I don't need help often because it's so simply explained. I am retired now. And at 70, it's hard to remember things and do things exactly as you should, and this program makes it so simple. I list my creditors, let Freedom do an automatic withdrawal, and they pay all my creditors out a bit at a time.

It’s a good program if you owe out more than you make, if you're trying to get approved for something don't do it cause it drops your score way low. You have to build it back up slowly, they do the negotiation so less work for in and in my case I needed that so they're pros an cons as anything else. 🙏🏼

I'm satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief. It was one of them that were out there, and I just chose it. The guy that signed me up told me about everything, and I was happy with the process and the way it's supposed to work. It's easy. If you are in any debt and need help, FDR is a reputable company. They know what they're doing.

The company has been very helpful in organizing my debt relief and the payment process has been consistent. I have faith that this will continue to work on my behalf. I saw an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and it sounded like it was a good company. I've been with them for a year. But up until today, I can't get into my phone. I'm having trouble getting logged in. It's not sending me a code. I tried speaking to FDR, but nobody has called me back. Other than that, my interactions with the FDR debt consultant have been good.

1st agent I talked to was very argumentative. Could not have a civil conversation with her. Next agent seemed concerned & very understanding, she seemed to be very knowledgeable. She was commiserating with me., which was nice. All in all I was very satisfied with the outcome!

I'm really happy with the progress of my settlements. Getting regular updates really helps keep my stress level low and positive for the end result. Very happy with the customer service being friendly and helpful.

If you got a lot of debt, Freedom Debt Relief is the way to go. Go for it. I'm comfortable with my decision of going to them. I checked them out and went with them. Everything was new to me and they made me feel comfortable and that I was doing the right thing. Things are moving along. I'm finally getting to someplace. I have had a couple of cards discharged, and they're off the list. A couple of them are in negotiations.

I would never recommend FDR. As someone that was over 50k debt, I ended up in court and paid exorbitant fees for this service. Non-profit organizations can do the same for you without the fees. Please keep this in mind. If you have debt with Target or Discover you will end up in court. I was able to finish my program early through a lump payment. I over-paid and they are still sitting on 2k of my money after 2 months with no resolve in sight. DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM!!!!

I went through the Freedom Debt Relief Program and it is a wonderful feeling to be finally out of debt. The Credit Card Debt that I had was choking me and would have taken me over 30 years to pay off. I would highly recommend this program for anyone that is being strangled by debt. This is a Five-Star Program.

Freedom Debt Relief is a great way to get your financial situation in order. It works for me! They help you come up with a plan to track your own progress and encourages life changes for the better. FDR really took a lot of stress off of me and the process was easy. It's a good feeling when all those harassing and wanted phone calls stop coming in from creditors. Also, you get updated alerts from the portal on a regular basis and that really puts your mind at ease. I love my experience with FDR. I think it's an awesome program to become a part of.

My experience with FDR was excellent! The representative who spoke with me was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions completely. I was initially hesitant to call FDR, however, when I made my decision to work with FDR I was immediately relieved at having made the call.

FDR program gave me the peace of mind I was losing when my financial situation looked dim. I entered the program, did my part by honoring my bi-weekly obligations and FDR went to work on my behalf. My accounts were negotiated and settled earlier than I anticipated.

Freedom Debt helped me consolidate all my bills that I was overflowing in and help me get it paid off. I was able to pay my debt off. I was in a 36-month program. They worked with me really good, and they were very nice. It's a good program if you're struggling and you're over your head in debt. They have good price and terms. They help you get your issues resolved. Their customer service is excellent. Whoever I spoke to explained everything in detail. I was well-pleased with them.

Just want you guy to. Tell my creditors to lower the amount as much as they can, so I can continue to pay it. Bring it down as far as they can, which will help me out also. Don’t wanna be paying this forever.

Customer Service is great, always ready to help understand the process of Freedom Debt Relief. They know what is best for their clients and give the relaxing time during financial stress. When you are under stress you do not see a way to solve the problem you are in. Interest on Credit Cards are too high, everything is going up and sometimes you use the credit cards to solve today needs. I appreciate the service I am getting, looking for new Settlements and be able to reorganize myself and take care of my debt and my finances.

I joined in August, 2025. It took a while to build up my money for negotiations. When settlements started, things started moving quickly. Mind you, I have 13 settlements to make. Five have been settled of which three are paid. Two are in a structured settlement. I’m pushing hard to make my dedicated deposits for faster settlements ahead. Still have lots of months to go but I have been satisfied to this point. Fees seem a little high but I’m paying for peace of mind that I can’t put a price on. By being dedicated I hope to graduate earlier than anticipated. Hate that my credit has taken a hard hit. But it was getting worse day by day anyway. Looking forward to the day I’ll be debt free.

There are a lot of debt relief programs out there. But I am very happy to say that I found the one for me. Freedom Debt Relief has great and they restored my faith in believing that a company will do as they promise to do. That is why I am satisfied with Freedom Debt Relief. From when I started to today I been observing how my financial debt is been taking care in the program I’m in with them and I'm experiencing such of relief for their total care and professionalism I am given by them.

I've had a good experience with FDR. I have used them before, and they did a good job. I went with them again and working with them was convenient. I see what they're doing and I can go on and check it any time and I'm in favor of it.

All of our debt would be enrolled, we make payments, and Freedom Debt Relief would negotiate with our creditors to get it lower. We would pay them through payments to Freedom Debt Relief. Their reps are excellent, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to get ahold of. The program made it so won't have long term effects that some of the other options had. It allowed us to move forward without taking eight steps back.

I am very pleased with the progress FDR is making resolving my accounts. I like how they communicate with me regularly and always update me with the progress. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

I had completed a program earlier with them. But for some reason, not everything was taken care of. But I've had a good experience with the program. They were friendly on the phone and helpful too. They took what bills I had and made a payment. Put down a smaller payment per month. It worked out well. It took a lot of pressure off me as well. Coming out of debt is a hard and emotional process. FDR has been true to their word. They said that I would have to be patient as it is not an overnight fix. However in just three months, they have resolved two accounts and are actively working to resolve three others.

Writing a review at this early stage of the process is a real challenge, since most of the visible "fruits" are yet to come. But after my having several concerns, doubts, and fears at the outset, the team of experts at Freedom Debt Relief have gone a long way in alleviating many of those fears. The program is ok and have a few of my debt negotiated. The accounts with the lowest amounts. The only thing I don't like is you will not speak to the creditors to assure them they are in the program. Also when I signed up I was told if I got a garnishment from there was legal help in the program. Well I did and they were absolutely no help at all. Would not speak to the creditor and advised me to take them out of my program and I am currently being garnished. I got in this program to prevent that.

I was with Cordoba debt relief program in the beginning, and the communication that I had between them and me was horrible and did not explain the program that I enrolled in very well. I decided to switch to Freedom Debt Relief. They’ve been great. They have settled five of my seven debts that I have enrolled in less than one year in. My graduate date from the program will end up being about three years, eight months. Every time I call I get a hold of somebody that I can understand and explains it to me. I would highly recommend them. They’ve been great.

It has been a great process.. Staff are excellent.. The only issue I have had is I cannot get into my account... I have called and sent email with no success getting in... The set up was easy and whole process has been a great success in decreasing my debt fast.

You get a team of professionals working on your behalf. It takes a lot of the pressure off of paying off debts. This is a great way to start getting out of debt. It's a good program for people overburdened with debt.

Everything is great with Freedom Debt Relief. I first heard about them from one of my friends who said that they are a great company. He said I could enroll with them, so I could get out from debt quickly. For the enrollment process, I went to Freedom Debt Relief's website and I started filling up all the applications. I got my information then after all the submitting them to Freedom, somebody called me and they were explaining how the program would work and how they’d deal with all those companies. Then they put me on a monthly payment. But my payment was large and they said they’d break it down in two parts, so I pay them bi-weekly.

Communication from representatives needs improvement. They don't speak from a place of empathy and understanding of your concerns, I've found. I've repeatedly said I don't want to jeopardize a few financial relationships that they were totally dismissive of. The guy from Symple Lending was a real jerk about my concerns. I had serious thoughts about cancelling the service after my experience with him.

Freedom Debt Relief was an answer to my problems. It was a big relief to know that the debt hanging over my head was getting paid off. The people were extremely friendly and non-judgmental. Anytime I got concerned I would just call them up and they would answer all my questions. It’s taken a great deal of stress off of me.

Little to know ongoing information on my account. No updates on who they have contacted and no confirmation on additional funds deposited. Contact person is not available to talk when I call, others don’t or cannot answer my questions. They are not friendly once you sign up! After that you're on your own, including having to personally contacting vendors on your own.

FDR has been very helpful and giving the positive end in sight has eliminated most of my monthly stress in a single income environment. The customer service representatives are polite and understanding to my issues.

This has been such an easy step by step process. I’ve been steadily making my payments and increased when I can. The settlements have been timely and effective. Initially it was stressful thinking about not paying my bills traditionally but with time and patience it is literally paying off. I also love how easy it is to add money to my dedicated amount. It’s become a game of sorts—any time I make a little extra I put it towards my dedicated amount. I've already reduced my payoff year from 2030 to 2028!

I have had a great experience with Freedom Debt Relief. The staff and support available is remarkable. They gave me control of my life back. As soon as I called I was finally able to get some sleep knowing there would be a brighter day.

The amounts that were settled after all fees were paid didn't really help me much at the end of the day and then on top of that you end up having to recieve a loan through their sister company at a really high interest rate since your credit gets depleted during the process. They were quick with response but at the end of the day I do not believe this program really saves you any money or time within your way to trying to be debt free.

I had a lot of debt and was trying to deal with it, but it was too much. I decided that working with Freedom Debt Relief would be better for me. I called and spoke with someone who set everything up, and it was easy. They handled the parts I wasn’t dealing with at the time when I was having some money issues. Working with FDR gave me some relief because I wasn’t stressing out as much. I had to add a couple of extra debts that came up that I didn’t know about. I called them about it, and they looked at it, and we got it. Everything has been going fine so far.

Freedom Debt Relief laid out the program very easily to where I could understand, and I started with them. Enrolling was an easy process. As a participant, you have to be ready to talk about your debts and where you fell short and be honest. So, it was a little hard to say out loud that I need help, I made some mistakes, I need to learn and I need to fix this. The interest rates are insane. There is no getting out of them unless you win the lotto or pared on your life to a point that it's like you're not enjoying life anymore and doing just basic fun things that you enjoy. The process was good. There were hard and honest questions, and it really makes you analyze where you're at. FDR's availability is really good. I haven't needed to contact them a whole lot because the program is working. My deposits are on time in full every month, and they send me an alert saying, "Hey, we have another one to close with you." The process has been very easy.

They do what they say they will do! My only reason for not a 5 star rating is that was hoping to see some of my debt reduced by a little more! I've never been in this situation before so my expectations may be higher than possible! Overall they are a great company!!

I was reviewing different debt relief companies, then I happened to talk to my brother. The month that I was going to start Freedom Debt Relief, he was finishing up the three-year program with them and he said it worked for him. So, that made me go with it. One of the reps I talked to worked on Bank of America and made payments to them for three installments. I talked to them the other day and they were telling me the next one that they were going to do, because I called them in reference to my debt for Macy's. I settled with Macy's on my own and I had them take that one off. And that was when we went through what the next one was going to be.

The very first call to FDR was great. By the time I hung up I felt so much better. I couldn't be helped with a loan, but they didn't stop there. They had other options. I started to worry a bit because my creditors were calling every day but FDR has resources to help. I even called in because one creditor said some things that made me nervous and FDR calmed me right down. I just approved my first settlement and it feels AWESOME!

Freedom Debt Relief explained everything to me well. They showed me how to navigate my web page, and showed me exactly how to look at my money. I get to see my money myself, and see how they divvied up and how they came out for everything. They always alerted me whenever they reached an agreement with one of my debts. They would ask me if I wanted to go forward with it. They laid everything out. I wasn't able to make January payment, but they didn't make a big deal out of it. I resumed my payments back in February. They said I can make it up whenever I can, however I can. It's my fourth month. So far, it has been great.

I had a lot of debt. So, I added all of them and asked Freedom Debt Relief to help me. I'm paying for debt relief and they're taking care of it slowly. Hopefully, within three years, everything will be gone. I had about eight debt. Half of it is gone. Sharon, my debt relief rep, was nice and fast and easy to talk with. As far as the payment plan, they gave me approximate things. They started from the smallest one, which was Chase. They finished that one, kept paying, and then another one. Now, they just started Bank of America without reducing any debt, but I still keep them continue paying. That's the last one. I'm happy with Freedom Debt Relief. They at least gave me some peace of mind. They're charging a little more, but they helped me.

Things are progressing with my case but I'm disappointed things aren't happening faster. I called to understand the strategy that is in place, but don't see potential settlements on accounts I think are in reach. Then... I'm pressured to take out a loan to end my settlement plan. Why would I pay interest for something that would have been free.

I'm satisfied with the way Freedom Debt Relief has been handling my affairs. They've been easy to work with. I've had good rapport with calling and getting the info I needed. I'm having issues with being able to pull my dashboard up on my phone. For some reason, it jumps off of my phone. So, I've had to contact them to see why I'm having this issue. When I call them, they give me any info that I need. I would recommend people I know to use Freedom because I've had good experiences with them.

When I talked to the representative at Freedom Debt Relief, they were very assuring. They took all my questions and walked me through it. They didn't rush me to make a decision. I went with them and they saved me $5,000. I was able to do a loan with Achieve where Freedom Debt Relief was able to settle all my debts to help bring my credit back up which was my main concern because your credit goes in the tank when you stop making payments. It was reassuring to know that I had the opportunity to do the loan with Achieve where everything was paid in full. Now, all I'm having to pay is that one loan back. It was going to take five years to do, but now, I'll be done in two more years. It took time off of what it originally was going to be which is nice. You feel like you're getting your life back a little bit quicker.

We were paying on all our credit cards on time and we're even paying more than the minimum, but the interest rates were just consuming all the money we're paying, so that led us to need to consolidate it. Just gave them, of course, all the accounts that we wanted to, the amount, and then they let us know, “This is the amount we're gonna enroll. This is generally how long it's gonna take.” That can be plus or minus, depending on how much we put into it at one point in time or another, and it was really simple. I truly appreciate the customer service I received from Leslie **! She was very helpful and thorough. I was under a mountain of debt with minimum payments sucking up all of my budgeted expenses. Now I am paying a third of the amount in monthly payments with the program that Leslie set me up with. I can afford to buy groceries and have a little left over now. Freedom Debt Relief always seems to take the initiative on things. They stayed very proactive instead of being reactive, and when there were any challenges that I had, they addressed them pretty quickly. Anything that I had concerns about was always resolved. Everything's been very positive. They set up a repayment plan that's affordable but ultimately addresses the concerns and really saved us. Without them, I'd have lost my house.

The program is great and affordable, my only con is the length of time especially if you have high balances and you still receive phone calls and emails until debt is settled. Single women when 3 years ago was forced to do a 35K water line replacement at my house. I put it on 6 different credit cards, always paying but interest rates went up and up and up. Their planning is incredible and have 6 settlements already. They saved me AND my dog and can sleep at night too. It is just a FANTASTIC plan that works. The start of my introduction into this company was less than smooth. They started out by taking two payments within a week apart, even after I had scheduled the payment on Feb. 26th. Then started the endless emails, I mean 3 to 5 a day everyday of the week and weekend, until I cancelled them, which got me in more trouble. I’ll just say the salesman knew his product line however, the customer service is another story, like most, and I’m not impressed in the least.

They will lie and manipulate you then take money from you when they want to and not when you told them you would have the money for so they don't care if you go into the negative. They'll be impossible to reach to fix problems or they will gaslight you and then tell you to deal with it then ride fully. Hang up on you! I mean nothing personal with this review. Just that they ruined my trust when they told me one thing. Agreed to call me back before any changes were taken out of my bank but did not comply. Cancel any and all forward business here.

In the beginning we were getting a little impatient but then we would call and talk to one of our team members and they would assure us that everything was moving right along and sure enough we got our first settlement offer and it was half of what our debt was. Now we are even more motivated to continue with our payments.

I have been paying into the program and have had to think little or worry about my debt. Freedom Debt Relief has been quick to answer any questions I have and I do have trust and peace of mind. One creditor that has been lumped in with the rest of my debt has been negotiated with and the debt has been resolved.

When I have called and talked to people about my account I have gotten different answers from them. One says you will keep negotiating even though the funds may not be in my account and others say you can’t negotiate with my debtors until there is enough money in my account to cover the settlement. So I’m confused on that, due to the fact that my credit card companies will continue to charge interest and continue to call me, because they haven’t even been contacted yet.

FDR is a great company to work with and staff is very friendly and helpful starting to get rid of my debt. I have tried other debt relief companies and just got the running. FDR is there for every step of the way.

I feel that some of my smaller bills could have been paid off by now. I also think that the one settlement which was negotiable could have been, in less that 3-4 payments. There was enough monies in my account to settle at an earlier date

I was reluctant to do this. However glad I did. It was so stressful having to cover the payments every month. The interest was killing me. But I made the call and everything was so easy, it has been such a relief. A great company to work with.

I've been with Freedom now for one year. And so far the program has advanced quite nicely. I didn't know, outside of what I was told during my initial consultation what to expect. But within the year, we have settled 6 of my 18 enrolled debts at "significant" savings to me. An aggressive debt collector sued me in court and FDR stepped in immediately and negotiated a settlement on the debt quickly to get the process out of the court.

I called Freedom Debt Relief to get enrolled. The rep I spoke to was awesome. I'd give him a 10. I followed the company on their app to track my progress on the program. I am done with it and I can say the program has impacted my life a lot. They took all the bills away. The only thing is I did try to recommend someone to them, but they weren't so helpful with her.

I am truly disappointed in how this is working out. My credit score tanked over 100 points, my perfect on time payments crashed and 2 of my credit cards that I did not put into this program dropped my available credit by 100s of dollars, further tanking my credit score. I have a creditor that calls and messages me relentlessly, and Freedom indicates they will wait another 6 months to try to settle with that creditor! Pay attention when you are signing up with this. I hope it works out, but I am 4 months in and not happy.

Since enrollment I have managed to pay off one account and I'm in the process of eliminating another debt for what was too high of a debt balance is now more affordable so that I can continue to become debt free.

I just wish one of the reps that I talked to after like several months should contact me to see how’s everything going. I like that they sent out text that they’ll need your approval in order for them to take payments on. I just can’t seem to get a hold of the person that first helped me in the beginning of this whole process. Just wish their customer service can be better.

It took a few months in order to build up the money for the settlements but after there was enough funds built-up, it has seemed to work out fairly well and the annoying phone calls from the creditors keep coming until the settlements are completed.

I've paid 5,000, only 482 has went towards debt reduction. They will get all their fees first before helping and the creditors keep calling! So yes after 4 years everything is paid, but know the first year all fees no debt reduction..only a little.

Your credit does goes down but from our perspective it is worth it since you get rid of debts sooner and also save significant money on interest besides your credit will quickly go up as you pay your settlement.
