I've been with Freedom Debt Relief twice, once a long time ago, and then I went to another one. Their customer service was pretty good. They did a good job. I have no problem with them because I know I always pay on time and do my own job. Because after the payment I make, everything responds back to the bank or to wherever I hold them. Then it clears out my record.

I found FDR on some website, and then I talked to them. And they seemed quite reasonable. So, I went with them. So far, the experience with Freedom is going okay. They are happy with me. I am satisfied with them. But about four months back, one of the banks sued me in court. And after that, Freedom Debt Relief told me they can't help me with this. So, I'm quite worried. I have to do something about it. FDR keeps sending a daily digest. They keep sending a monthly report. But sometimes we like to talk to them, and talking to them is quite difficult because their lines are busy, and you have to wait for 10 - 20 minutes. That kind of customer support really is not available.

I was really scared at first; was I doing the right thing. FDR made the process easy and explained every step. They did everything they said they would. I was depressed and used credit cards to make me feel better. Once I got professional help, I was left with debt and thinking what have I done. It literally made me sick. I am in a much better place mentally and financially. FDR has been great at making settlements and cleaning up my mess. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing help.

I had a lot of credit card debt and I kept seeing a lot of ads for Freedom Debt Relief. I went with them and have been with them for about four years now. They were able to sync the payment with my paydays, so that I could guarantee having the money to pay them. I don't have much contact with them, but when I've had to talk with them, they've been very helpful on everything. They're doing a good job at what they're doing.

It seems to be going ok. I am not computer savvy to see my balances on cards pay on to see what still owe. I just make a payment 2 times a month but got settlement on second card in little over a year but still paying on first one so paying down 2 at one time so that seems like good thing.

I was concerned taking the step to obtain debt relief through Freedom Debt Relief. But I have an assigned agent I can contact and ask questions. I have my personal account where I can monitor the progress and keep the control of approvals. FDR negotiates and presents the deal negotiated to you for your approval. This and actually seeing the debt reduction, helped me get rid of my concerns. Thank you FDR for helping me now to get debt free before I move into retirement in the years to come.

So far, I've had a very good experience with Freedom Debt Relief. They have already settled one debt, and it only took a month. They've been very communicative and friendly. I previously dealt with another company, and Freedom is much better. I highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief.

Came to Freedom Debt Relief because my credit was really bad and no one would loan me money so I could consolidate and pay a little less out every month. This program was offered, right away they cut my expenses, negotiated everything to half what I owed and I didn't deal with one creditor no hassling calls. Now I believe all debts have been resolved and if something else pops up, I would use them again. It is true your credit score suffers for a while, but sometimes you have to tear something down to start over and make it better. My credit score is coming back and it has only been about a year to straighten all this out

Disappointed in the fact that a lawsuit was filed against me while FDR was taking no action on a debt that I submitted to FDR in October, 2023. FDR has reached a settlement with this creditor, but I feel that a more advantageous settlement could have been reached if FDR had acted sooner. I am considering withdrawing from the FDR program.

Had a great experience with Freedom Debt Relief. The enrollment process was straightforward, and the representatives were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was with another company and they never could debit my account. I always had the money there and they had the right account information, but, for some reason, they couldn't get the money out of my account. I went on the internet and found Freedom Debt Relief and decided to use them instead. They have a good strategy with price. I had no problem with their rep. Freedom Debt Relief asked me to "Share the good news!" The good news? Is being sued 3 times good news? FDR has a legal partner network, but the lawyers do not show up in court, so you will have a default judgement issued. Then they will ask you to deposit additional funds. Often it is a large amount of money. If you had that money, you'd have just paid off the debts, right? I finally got to a place where I could get a loan at a ridiculously predatory interest rate to deposit additional funds to avoid having my wages garnished.

I called to get a large loan to pay off all my incidental debt and was given the option of consolidation. Now I will have no incidental debt without a new, larger loan. My first payment has been made and the process is moving along.

Freedom Debt Relief was second as far as being rated and that made me feel good. The enrollment was easy. They were so willing to work with me to get this taken care of. Well I was told I would qualify for a consolidation loan if I paid on time for a year..Well I did no consolidation loan..My wife was told the same..No loan. My credit went down 250 points and the quote I was given was not static. I still got sued and to settle it my payment went up 200 plus a month.

There were a couple of different companies but I needed help. I contacted Freedom Debt Relief and they gave me some figures. I went with my gut more than anything and the program worked great. I resolved a problem and saved a lot of money. There are a lot of cost savings, and yet they're getting a fair portion too, but they're doing a lot of work for you and they work hard. I got my feet back on the ground. It has given me the foresight into the future to get rid of this debt that I've incurred and to put my life back on track for myself and my family. But you've got to be patient through the whole process.

The last time I used Freedom Debt Relief, it was good. They did what they said they were going to do. When I finished the program, they even gave me a check as a reward for completing everything I was supposed to do. That's why I decided to go back this time. The rep who helped me was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything in a way that I could understand. He would call and let me know every step of the way and everything he said he was going to do, he did. The whole process has been easy, and I was approved for Achieve. Everything is going well.

I made a mistake enrolling with Freedom Debt Relief. They told me it was going to be easy and that they were going to do everything for me, but after that, I was doing the settlements by myself. I settled two accounts on my own, and if I had to do it again, I'd just do it myself. I use the dashboard to track my progress, and I'm almost done with the program. It was beneficial to make just one payment, but Freedom charges more than I thought they were going to.

Over the years I have found Freedom Debt Relief a responsible company in helping me negotiate a settlement with seven accounts and make monthly payments out of my monthly payment. FDR has signed me up with Achieve to pay off the rest of my debt with a lower payment after almost 4 years.

I had improvements done on a house and when I sold it, I went into a hole for $20,000. I quit paying the other companies because I didn’t have the money. I couldn't get enough out of the house to pay for them. So, I had to do something. After a couple of years, I came across Freedom Debt Relief and I decided to try them. The price could be a little bit lower but it’s getting me out of debt. Freedom helped me tremendously, and the reps I've talked to have all been understanding and very knowledgeable. I’m 80 years old and retired, and I have a little bit more money now to live on. I've had a good experience and I’ll be done in four months. If someone has a lot of debt and can't get it settled on their own, Freedom would be a great one to deal with.

Customer service is responsive and considerate. The process moves slowly, and there is a fair amount of tension involved, but customer service is sympathetic and willing to listen. The first of three debts has been settled, and I look forward to quicker movement on the remaining debts.

I thought Freedom Debt Relief could take care of my debt in a quick manner. So far, it has been good. My only issue is certain items on my debt, I want that to get worked on quicker than others because of the deadlines. FDR has been settling the accounts. It's just not as fast as I would like. Other than that, I don't have problems with FDR.

I've used FDR twice, and they've always been very good. When I read over their information, I just felt good about that. There are other choices out there, but I decided to go with them. They’ve been very thorough. This last round, my brother ended up helping me out. So, I called Freedom and asked them, “What do I need to do?” And one of the employees said, "It would probably be best to call the creditors and settle it with them." So, that's what I did. There was only one creditor that I was having an issue with. But it was more the creditor than it was them at Freedom Debt Relief.

I wanted to clear up some of debts and I decided to try Freedom Debt Relief. The reps are always very helpful. Whenever I need to talk to them, I can get somebody on the phone. The service seems good. I just wish I had more money so I could pay the debts off quicker. I’m probably almost to the middle of the program because I'm still paying some of the debts that Freedom has offered settlements for. It would be nice if they would give an update on the balance. I’ve probably seen something like that online, but I don't pay attention if it's not a quick fix.

Somebody got me in contact with Freedom Debt Relief. I enrolled in their 24 months program and it’s still ongoing. Working with them lowered my monthly outgoing by at least half. Their pricing was good. The only thing is there was a couple of things I wasn't made aware of that I didn’t like after I had already started. They didn't tell me that I had to let all my accounts go into overdraft before they would initiate anything till my credit rating dropped out of the damn sky.

The program is extremely slow and they changed my payment amount once after we had already agreed on an acceptable payment I could afford, which was extremely irritating and difficult to come up with. The amounts they are reducing my debt by is very discouraging, but they are reducing it somewhat. The longer they take, the more money they get to keep. Therefore, it’s in their best interest to drag the process out. Again, the program works eventually and does decrease your debt somewhat. The attorneys they use if you get turned over to collections are extremely rude and patronizing to you in their communication with you. I DO NOT like that and find it HIGHLY unprofessional when they are supposed to be working on your behalf. I can tell you, if I ever get them paid off, I will NEVER use them again. Just my honest opinion.

I've been working with Freedom Debt Relief for about 14 months now. I needed help with my financing and with my credit card and the reps are excellent. The website is very easy to use and I check it every day. The program is about 36 months and we're close to being done. I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief to anybody that has a financial problem. I'm a very satisfied customer. Don't call anybody else but them.

First they insisted on including a credit card that is tied to my cars. I am currently attempting to catch that one up since it is obviously not in the program. Then, they insisted on enrolling an account that is so old it probably does not matter anymore, then they MISSED and account that is now suing me "it may not have been on your report" was the excuse. I wanted to believe in these guys but this all screams "incompetence."

I wanted to get rid of, and Freedom did wonderful. They had my credit cards taken care of in less than a year. So, February through November. I love it. It's wonderful. If I had questions, I could call and they answered my questions. It was very easy. So, it's well worth it.

I can't say anything yet as my case has not begun yet. I could like a little more verbal communication. I'm very tech-savvy. The customer service I received in the beginning of this journey was amazing. Very friendly, thorough, and extremely understanding of my needs.

I was trying to pay all my bills and I couldn't because I didn't have money left over for food, which was why I sought the services of Freedom Debt Relief. They took on some of my debt, and they're doing settlements and paying it off. It’s going to be for four years and I autopay a certain amount every month. I’m still at the beginning and I feel good about it. The person I worked with was knowledgeable and friendly, and that's what I like. I don't like somebody who just pushes at me. People should go with Freedom Debt Relief because they're very helpful and do what they say they're going to do.

This is the second time I use this program in 47 yrs and although easy the first time it has been easier the second time due to advanced technology. All I do is make sure I give my payments on time. I get a text or email when they go to an agreement to settle and I say simply “yes” .

I'm very unhappy with this company since they keep trying to deal with my debtors after I asked to cancel my application the very same day and they did not did it. Be aware that Freedom not other debt relief companies are not a good option.

I’m feel totally in the dark don’t know what to do next. Creditors calling incessantly. One email that promised to show me how to deal with this just went BLANK No instruction. HELP.

I’ve been with FDR for six years now. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They took out so much money a month and put it in a savings account. And when I had enough money saved, we'd go through the process of settling each debt. The only thing I'm not happy with is the fees they charge. They charge way too much. But they helped me resolve all my debts, and I'm almost done with my last one.

They need to be fast in reconciling or settling debts. They are very slow in debt settlements because the debt I owe is still yielding huge interest. Please you people need to try more please 🙏. Push fast to settle debts.

I looked through a bunch of debt relief companies, and Freedom Debt Relief appealed to me the most. Setting everything up was very easy and friendly. Most of my debt is from credit cards and interest. I’ve been with American Express for over 50 years, and I’ve ended up with around $16,000 worth of interest. You don’t really realize when you’re younger what 30% interest means. At my age, on Social Security, you just can’t keep paying nearly 30% interest, which was why I went into debt relief.

I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received thus far since enrolling in your program. I feel as though I’m on my way to achieving financial freedom and security associated with not being in drowning debt.

Freedom Debt Relief is settling all my debts one by one and saving me money and getting me out of debt and stress free.

I called Freedom Debt Relief after receiving a letter from a loan company saying they were rejecting my loan. Freedom Debt Relief was doing alright. Everything was working fine, and we got together and talked about the loan. It would pay everything off so I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. It would just be one lump sum. They told me a payment had already been paid off, and when I made another payment, they gave it back because it went to the loan company. Freedom was taking care of what they said they were going to take care of. If I wanted to track my progress, I could look it up on the dashboard, and it would tell me what was going on.

Never should have taken my situation. Now I am in a much worse situation than before. You would be better off calling your creditors yourself.

It's been slow with Freedom Debt Relief. They have called me and told me that one of my creditors agreed to the payments, but I'm still getting calls from three more asking why am I not making payments. Freedom has not reached out to them yet. I'm making my payments to Freedom like I'm supposed to and I have no issues trying to communicate with them but I want to find out what's going on. Why are they not getting the other people to agree to the program? I've been with them for about six months now, and I've been giving them the chance to work things out with my creditors. But I don't know if they got a lot of customers or they're just not doing it. Other companies are trying to get me to go with them, telling me they're faster than Freedom Debt Relief. My wife also asked me about it, and I told her not to jump in yet and to let me see how they're doing with me first. Other than that, the reps are good. I've been talking to Elizabeth, and she's amazing.

Follow FDR guidelines respond in a timely manner, email all creditor documents when the collection process begin, lawyers, collection agencies, etc, be patient, the process works. The one detail that should be known in the application process is how FDR makes their money. I didn't find out until 8 months later that they get 20% of your total amount of debt in your plan until 8 months later, would this have dissuaded me from using FDR services, in the overall scheme it's worth it if you feel your financial situation is dire, mine unfortunately was. It gives you peace of mind if you've experienced the relentless phone calls from collection agencies, the threats or bankruptcy it's worth it, although the cost may seem exorbitant but the entire plan is a win situation before you enter into an agreement know all the facts to make sure it's right for you, ask multiple questions, take your time, it could be the best decision you've made.

The enrollment process at FDR was very easy, and it helped a lot. They got my credit cards lowered. Then they switched me over to Achieve. Then, once Freedom Debt Relief got my credit cards lowered, Achieve took over, and I have to pay them for a personal loan. They went above and beyond for me, and I thanked them very much. They did a good job. My credit is starting to go back up. My credit card started going downhill when COVID hit. And my bills, my credit card payments were getting higher. The interest was outrageous. I couldn't afford what they wanted a month anymore. So, I was trying to find a way to get the payments lowered so I could get rid of them. And Freedom Debt Relief did that for me.

Freedom Debt has been informative about each step of the process. Any questions have been answered. Communication about future steps has been helpful.

Freedom Debt Relief keeps me informed, sends me emails, and answers my questions. We had success in one of the debts. They were able to get a bill offer and that brought about a good feeling.

FDR’s program was pretty straightforward. The plan was a negotiation. The timeline was realistic. No magic was expected or given. I wanted to pay a reasonable amount of my debt. I wasn't trying to get away with nothing, but I also didn't want to file for bankruptcy. I run a business, and being in bankruptcy seems to be really two different things that don't quite work together. When I asked questions, the answers were considered and honest.

I found Freedom Debt Relief and went for it. The service provided was good.

I would like to see a SIDE-BY-SIDE (i.e., acct., beginning amt., settlement amt., fee(s) applied to acct., mthly. amt. given to acct., begin date, last pymnt date, etc.) on the dashboard for EACH ACCOUNT... Please! I feel that FDR will work better for ME if I was able to see the accounts this way! 6/10/26

I would definitely recommend them to anybody. I have used them in the past and I used them again for a second time. A+ all the way. Then after a certain amount of time they refer you to a loan person or agency which I use Achieve and they bring the payment even lower and the ARP lower so you save more money at the end. Thanks.

At first I thought this program was not right for me, because of the low communication from representatives of the program. Once I learned how to use the FDR app it was more easy to see the progress. I've been on the program since 2023. I will be graduating from it in October 2026. I recently called to pay off a couple of the accounts by paying them off early, so I could purchase a new home. The communication was still lacking, but I got through it with some outside help. All in all, I'm very happy with the FDR program. They helped me pay off old debt and I got to watch my credit score improve by 29 points. The company does charge a fee gradually to offset the pay down progress, but in the end it's worth it.

FDR did a credit consolidation for me. They canceled my cards together, and I started a program with lower payments. So, that helped me out monthly. It’s a 4-year plan. Their bank took over, and they went ahead and paid pretty much everything. I would tell others to go ahead and give them a try.

I was conned into thinking the FDR program payments would settle my debt when in fact they force your hand into a high interest Achieve loan to appease creditor lawsuits. I should have just taken a loan from the beginning. Ended up with $5000 extra in late fees ALONE. On top of several thousand dollars extra owed for new loan.

Very timely and efficient. They came on Thursday and were finished that Saturday. In and out. That Thursday, it rained, so they couldn't work. Didn't interfere with what I was doing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

After understanding the process and then being able to dissolve the debt, it's been a stress reliever, they've helped with a lawsuit and other scary items.

I didn't finish my application (because I read a lot of bad reviews). THEN -- within less than 48 hours, I received a dozen calls from this idiot outfit. I didn't answer any of the calls -- and they just kept my phone ringing off the hook. I will never ever do business with this jerk outfit. Why would I do business with a business so desperate for business that it has to hound potential clients?

I been with this company for a little over a year it has been nothing but a hassle, very stressful and they do nothing to help you… Once they reach a settlement then they call you for more money… The purpose of all this was because I couldn’t pay my bills and now basically in more debt with every credit card they need get a lawyer and then they call for more and more money.. They don’t pay consistently your credit cards so now creditors are summoning me left and right… It is a shame that you reach out to them for help and they say they will but really they put you more deeper in a hole…

Freedom Debt Relief pays off the credit cards one by one. They asked me what cards I had that I needed help with and I sent them the cards that I needed. The payment plan is affordable for me. They also give me updates as to what payments they've made. I've been pretty happy with them.

The fees are too expensive; I had a debt that was right at 3000.00. Freedom Financial negotiated it down to 2100.00, then I was charged approximately over 700.00 in fees, only saving me a couple of approximately 300.00. You can negotiate your own debts for a better deal. Will never recommend debt consolidation.

I've used Freedom Debt Relief before and everything worked out well. I used them again. I think that they do the program well. Everything's on the dashboard. They get in touch with you when they're going to try to take care of one of your debts, and it works out well for me. The service is great. It's very easy to send documents over. I wouldn't do it with anybody else. They were excellent. I like the way they do their whole thing. They usually tell you what they're doing first.

I hear from Freedom Debt Relief when they make a contract go through. They got one done. There's another one that's almost done. They got about five more to go. So far, they're doing good as long as they're taking care of my problem. I like what they're doing so far. They take care of business. I just wish they would have taken care of the little ones. There was one for $300. I wish they would have just taken care of those right away, then go with the big ones because the interest goes up, but I guess they solve it already.

I'm a tax preparer and one of my clients used Freedom Debt Relief and bragged about it. I had two debts with Discover, and one is with Lowe's. I'm in the early stages, and Freedom has only reached a settlement with one. I'm anxious for them to reach a settlement with Lowe's because the interest rate is astronomical. And it has gone up $1,000 since I started the program. I was paying 500-something and now, I'm just paying 318. So, Freedom saved me $200 a month. I've made a couple of extra payments to try to help out some and I was thinking about trying to make another one tomorrow. I've paid an extra $100 a couple of times.

They helped me with my debt, and they were very concerned. I would recommend them to anybody. They took a small payment every two weeks to pay down my debt to help it be worth free. It is worth it to check it out.

Freedom Debt Relief's approach was compatible with what I needed to get done with my debt issues that were getting more and more out of hand. So I found it to be useful and everything went smoothly in terms of what was laid out to me. The initial interaction with the rep was very thorough and complete. We had a few follow-up calls and checked back and forth to confirm things and all that went very well. So, I never had any issues concerning interaction with anybody. Everything was business-related in regard to what we were doing.

They need to do their end work on all accounts. Someone is not contacting all my debtors because I'm getting offers to SETTLE! Why I'm paying you for what I can do. I followed all the setup steps. Now I don't know. One creditor knows I'm using your company so what's the problem.

If I have a problem, I usually call them because I'm 69 years old and I really don't do the online. So if I have a settlement, I always call to ask if it is going to cost more because I'm on a fixed income, so I cannot afford more. I usually get help. I'll find out how many is going to be getting paid off, and then the person will tell me, "We can put two or three more and it'll be the same amount once a month."

I didn't realize I had as much debt as I had and when I was putting all the numbers together, I realized I couldn't doing it alone. I've borrowed money and paid off the credit cards before and I didn't want to do that again, so I called Freedom Debt Relief and they were able to help me. They would negotiate with my debtors and try to decrease what I owed them, so that I could have a settlement and get out of debt. They were really good. When I first called, I didn't expect to be on the phone for an hour, but I was. They explained everything. Then as I had a question in my head, they were answering it on the phone. I tracked my progress on my dashboard at FDR, which is where you go to check out your account, see if there's still anything pending or what they're going to do, and how things are progressing. So, everything was there for any questions I had.

I read everything about FDR online, and I figured we needed help because we're both on disability and we're both on Social Security. We needed to free up some money with the cost of everything going up. We were just barely making the minimum payments on credit cards. And we used most of the credit card money when we ran them up on medications and stuff when we would fall into the donut hole.

Very quick on resolving debts and making settlements. Hopefully, I'll be out of debt within a year. As soon as I got a debt, they went ahead and made a deal with one of the companies and I liked the way the structure is. So everything's good and hopefully we'll be debt-free within a year.

Out of all the debt relief programs Freedom Debt refief scored # 1 according to Google investigation. This is why I chose them. Their client communication is very good. We are struggling seniors with financial difficulties.

This company is here to feed off people in debt. Not there to help you! I was congratulated for my latest offer today which was to pay 97% of my original balance after they take their 25% in fees. They do not tell you this when you start their program that after over a year of racking up interest and fees from the credit cards they tell you to stop paying, that they negotiate at that balance. Not the original balance that you had when you start the program. My latest offer on a credit card that had a balance of $2935 was settled for $2119, which after Freedom Debt relief takes their 25% in fees leaves me with a savings of $82. So basically Freedom debt relief will negotiate with these credit card companies so you pay the full balance but they get $733 in negotiating fees.

Please don’t believe other debt relief programs that promise cheaper amounts to settle, Freedom Debt will work for you, and is upfront with everything.
