I was very pleased with information I received when I called. The people I talked to were very helpful and explained everything very well. I would use Freedom Debt Relief again and recommend to family and friends.

They put their payment above everything else. They could easily resolve more debt but always take their cut first preventing more settlements. Then they try to give you a loan that cost 50% more than current program.

I like the fact that working with FDR is great to be able to help get our debt reduced. However I don't discuss our finances with anyone other than with my creditors or with FDR. Nor do I discuss theirs. So I wouldn't refer any company to anyone. That's personal business.

I found Freedom Debt Relief on the internet and after I talked to them, I went with them. The enrollment process was good and the rep who assisted me was pretty explanatory about everything. So I was very happy with it. I have an account set up through them and I track my progress online. Their website is very easy to use. I'm in the initial stages of the program, but my experience has been good and I haven't had any problems or issues where I needed to call them at this point. Hopefully, the program will help get me out of the situation I'm in and make my financial status so much better. I would also tell my loved ones to give them a try because it worked for me so far.

Casey worked with me when I called! She was kind and compassionate - never made me feel bad about myself (I was doing enough of that myself). She guided me through the whole program. I just made my first dedicated deposit so hopefully I will see some action soon!

Within just a few months, they negotiated down one creditor's debt by over ten thousand dollars! That's amazing! They'll be negotiating with more creditors in just a few months, with similar results, I'm sure. I'm really excited to be debt free in under 5 years, versus 30 years, if I were left to my own devices.

I'm at ease with the process FDR assist me with moving through my debt consulting. FDR is regularly in touch with me on the progress of settlements with my creditors, I find in signing on with FDR has been a smart choice in out of debt due to unexpected financial hardship.

After dealing with two other Debt Relief companies and seeing absolutely no progress in dealing with creditors, Freedom Debt Relief was absolutely amazing with their initial orientation and online app technology. I now finally have confidence that they will be able to work through my debt issues in a professional manner that will deal with my situation.

The process does take sometime as they say, the debt you have the calls won't stop until they get what they want. But the debt reliever program does keep up with you and check on you from time to time. As long as you communicate with them, they will keep up with you.

This has given me such a sense of relief. The credit card interest rates were out of control even paying all of them with 100% repayment. The principal and interest were both rising beyond my wallet. Freedom Debt Relief took care of everything from auto pay to negotiating and settlements at 1/2 or more than we owed.

Working with FDR was easy. I had to stop payment a while back because I didn't have the money to pay Freedom Debt Relief. I was on short-term disability. So I got to start back up with them again. Hopefully, they'll give me a lower payment.

Since signing up with Freedom Debt Relief, I have experienced consistently timely, concise and regular updates on my debt consolidation process. Since August 13, 2025, when I originally signed up, three of my four accounts requiring assistance, have been satisfactorily resolved. The fourth and largest balance is now in negotiation, and I am confident it will be resolved very soon.

Dion was professional and informative. Process has been straightforward. I appreciate the app. The only thing I would have changed is knowing up front how much would need to be secured in deposit account before a settlement can be reached.

Their reps were excellent. They made me feel very comfortable. I was able to ask a lot of questions, and they were able to answer them, so I was very pleased with FDR. They got me through the first rough patch of debt, and then they suggested that I would probably be better off if I split over to a personal loan type thing, which is Achieve. What happened was they suggested we run through it because I didn't know anything about it. They explained to me how it would probably be beneficial for me to do something like that instead of paying off Freedom.

I really needed their help to get a grip on my finances after using the last of my savings to pay bills. I am a little concerned about the length of the process, but it is moving along. Especially as the companies I owe would not assist me. The only thing I concern myself about is my credit score.

I was paying off five credit cards, and at that rate, I was never gonna get them paid off. I went with FDR, and they were friendly, kind and understanding, and they have great customer reps. I’m enrolled in their program, and it’s 36 months.

Your staff/colleagues are always so very helpful and patient. Your representative was very patient with me as I had to upload a document, he walked me through every step and waited while I did it bit by bit very patiently. I really appreciate the way you are all so very professional and do not make me feel even worse about the situation I find myself in. Thank you.

Freedom Debt Relief had me set up a two-year program instead of five years, so I’ve been paying more to them than what I should. I have to change it but they won’t let me. If clients are trying to get their stuff taken care of themselves and they don't work that way, they should be able to extend their payments. Other than that, their service is good.

I havent used this long enough to know if it's any good. I keep hearing from my credit card companies about missed payments. They say they have not heard from Freedom about making payments. This is the fourth company I have tried. I think you would be better just to file bankruptcy.

Not happy, FDR. Never comunícate with my debtors. I have to follow up with them. Also American express give a better offer before this account was taken in by a law office and I am that one who call FDR to communicate with the office who was suing me. Not happy.

Everyone has been so nice and the process was quick. I only wish that you would contact creditors as soon as a customer signs up as part of the service. I was told why you don’t do it but I feel that creditors don’t always believe us customers. Other than this matter I have truly had piece of mind since signing up. Thank You again.

Enrolling with Freedom Debt Relief was good. They told me everything about the program. I'm done with the program and there were no difficulties. The only problem I had with them was the computer said if I got a letter from a creditor, to upload my documents and no action is taken. They didn't tell me I needed to call and let them know at that time I uploaded. I then received a court order regarding a creditor. As soon as I received it, I uploaded it. That Monday when I called, Freedom Debt Relief hadn't even seen it. But they took care of it once they saw it and got it to the legal department. If you need debt relief, I recommended Freedom Debt Relief.
