Freedom Debt Relief was second as far as being rated and that made me feel good. The enrollment was easy. They were so willing to work with me to get this taken care of. I was devasted that I had to do it. They made me at ease that I wasn't doing something bad and that I'm not the only one in the world who did it. Also, the rep was friendly, had a nice voice, and seemed to know what he was doing. Very knowledgeable in what his product was and how he would help me.

Well I was told I would qualify for a consolidation loan if I paid on time for a year..Well I did no consolidation loan..My wife was told the same..No loan. My credit went down 250 points and the quote I was given was not static. I still got sued and to settle it my payment went up 200 plus a month.

The last time I used Freedom Debt Relief, it was good. They did what they said they were going to do. When I finished the program, they even gave me a check as a reward for completing everything I was supposed to do. That's why I decided to go back this time. The rep who helped me was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything in a way that I could understand. He would call and let me know every step of the way and everything he said he was going to do, he did. The whole process has been easy, and I was approved for Achieve. Everything is going well.

From start to finish the process was simple. Great communication and excellent customer service. I was able to work with someone that used to be a local to my area which was pretty cool. I don’t know what would do without this service as we were going to be drowning in debt. Thanks again!

I made a mistake enrolling with Freedom Debt Relief. They told me it was going to be easy and that they were going to do everything for me, but after that, I was doing the settlements by myself. I settled two accounts on my own, and if I had to do it again, I'd just do it myself. I use the dashboard to track my progress, and I'm almost done with the program. It was beneficial to make just one payment, but Freedom charges more than I thought they were going to.

Over the years I have found Freedom Debt Relief a responsible company in helping me negotiate a settlement with seven accounts and make monthly payments out of my monthly payment. FDR has signed me up with Achieve to pay off the rest of my debt with a lower payment after almost 4 years.

I had improvements done on a house and when I sold it, I went into a hole for $20,000. I quit paying the other companies because I didn’t have the money. I couldn't get enough out of the house to pay for them. So, I had to do something. After a couple of years, I came across Freedom Debt Relief and I decided to try them. The price could be a little bit lower but it’s getting me out of debt. Freedom helped me tremendously, and the reps I've talked to have all been understanding and very knowledgeable. I’m 80 years old and retired, and I have a little bit more money now to live on. I've had a good experience and I’ll be done in four months. If someone has a lot of debt and can't get it settled on their own, Freedom would be a great one to deal with.

Customer service is responsive and considerate. The process moves slowly, and there is a fair amount of tension involved, but customer service is sympathetic and willing to listen. The first of three debts has been settled, and I look forward to quicker movement on the remaining debts.

I had contracted with another company, and they took my money and disappeared off the face of the earth. So, I was in a bind and I had to do something. The enrollment process with Freedom Debt Relief was easy enough and the reps handled everything. I just turned it over to them, and they would contact me and tell me what was going on and get my permission to do the things they needed to do. There were no complications. They sent information, told me what they were going to do, what they were going to charge and how long it would take. They had everything lined out right down the line. They were easy to talk to, understood my situation, and out of anybody I talked to, they were probably the most helpful.

Helpful service, but the process took a long time. The support team explained everything clearly and answered my questions.

I thought Freedom Debt Relief could take care of my debt in a quick manner. So far, it has been good. My only issue is certain items on my debt, I want that to get worked on quicker than others because of the deadlines. FDR has been settling the accounts. It's just not as fast as I would like. Other than that, I don't have problems with FDR.

I've used FDR twice, and they've always been very good. When I read over their information, I just felt good about that. There are other choices out there, but I decided to go with them. They’ve been very thorough. This last round, my brother ended up helping me out. So, I called Freedom and asked them, “What do I need to do?” And one of the employees said, "It would probably be best to call the creditors and settle it with them." So, that's what I did. There was only one creditor that I was having an issue with. But it was more the creditor than it was them at Freedom Debt Relief.

I wanted to clear up some of debts and I decided to try Freedom Debt Relief. The reps are always very helpful. Whenever I need to talk to them, I can get somebody on the phone. The service seems good. I just wish I had more money so I could pay the debts off quicker. I’m probably almost to the middle of the program because I'm still paying some of the debts that Freedom has offered settlements for. It would be nice if they would give an update on the balance. I’ve probably seen something like that online, but I don't pay attention if it's not a quick fix.

Somebody got me in contact with Freedom Debt Relief. I enrolled in their 24 months program and it’s still ongoing. Working with them lowered my monthly outgoing by at least half. Their pricing was good. The only thing is there was a couple of things I wasn't made aware of that I didn’t like after I had already started. They didn't tell me that I had to let all my accounts go into overdraft before they would initiate anything till my credit rating dropped out of the damn sky.

The program is extremely slow and they changed my payment amount once after we had already agreed on an acceptable payment I could afford, which was extremely irritating and difficult to come up with. The amounts they are reducing my debt by is very discouraging, but they are reducing it somewhat. The longer they take, the more money they get to keep. Therefore, it’s in their best interest to drag the process out. Again, the program works eventually and does decrease your debt somewhat. The attorneys they use if you get turned over to collections are extremely rude and patronizing to you in their communication with you. I DO NOT like that and find it HIGHLY unprofessional when they are supposed to be working on your behalf. I can tell you, if I ever get them paid off, I will NEVER use them again. Just my honest opinion.

I am very excited about this. It was done so fast and no worries on my end. No harassing phone calls. Just a smooth transaction. Just had to approve it. I really recommend Freedom Debt. Such a weight off my Mind.
