This is another scam dating website part of Match. They promise a lot but none of the members turn out to be real. They have my money but won't let me log in. They do manage to send me subscription renewals but won't let me in to access a non-existent customer service.

The worst site ever. I paid for subscription and basically they blocked the profile 2 days later, required that I reset my password and there is no subscription showing. I have basic functions to search but I can't see who is searching me. By far the worst site ever.

From the moment I signed on as a subscriber the fake profiles began. Not only are they fake but I’ve had to report in just under two months over a dozen under age profiles. 90% of those were not subscribers. They were just on the app with pictures and minimal text. The process has a swipe left, swipe right typical for dating apps. However this specific app when you accidentally swipe in the up or down direction it sounds alike to the member when you were wanting to left. That tells me that OurTime has intentionally altered their swipe so that they can include more likes to people who are not members to make it look like there’s interest in their profile so that they sign on. Not only are there scammers on this site OurTime staff is not honest and misrepresenting the activities of members of this site.

Total waste of time and money. Site is full of fakes and scammers. I did manage to meet one person who turned out to be recently convicted. Customer service is a joke. Form/generic responses. Random removal of content.

The concept and the website works well, but the available selection seemed limited in this area. I am now using another website with 10 x more success. Also, I could be wrong but I noticed most of the women onsite were identified as liberals-moderates, which can be somewhat unattractive to many guys who are looking for a traditional conservative woman.. There were also others who did not have the courage to include their own political values... Bottom line, this dating site would be better if they had a better selection of quality women, including a nice smile, and being fit, instead of being overweight & unhealthy looking.

This dating app promises much more than it delivered and repeatedly attempted to charge my credit card to renew my subscription AFTER I cancelled my account prior to the renewal date. There is also NO viable way to communicate with staff for support of any kind. It's a blatant con job. For example, after 4 months I noticed that the same bios were circulated repeatedly AFTER I rejected them for not meeting my criteria. For example, women were 10 or more years younger or older, more than 100 miles distant - some more than 500 miles distant, and/or had few if any common interests. In addition, I received emails from OurTime claiming I had "likes" and/or messages from interested women only to find that once on the website about 90% of these claims were false. Don't waste your money and precious time.

My profile was hacked by someone from "Caracas, Venezuela", as I was informed by Our Time. As a result my profile was taken down and I was blocked from seeing anything. I was told to file an "Appeal" to my "Ban" from the site. Even though I did nothing wrong, I filed an appeal and was told I could create a new profile, but had to use a new email address. I did that but still couldn't create a new profile since the system wouldn't accept my cell phone number. I have submitted two "appeals" to the ban, been told someone would get back in touch with me in 24-48 hours. Still nothing. Never got to speak with a live person, and have had numerous emails, always from someone different, to no avail. I'm done with this site! Done with online dating - too many scammers and fake profiles.

Strange situation... I set up my profile and got experience on the OurTime.com site, was able to Search and see who Viewed me (blurred until I "joined"). Then I paid for my Membership to get access to the Who Viewed Me, etc. Once I paid, I could NOT see who Viewed me and could No Longer Search at all (I could see who Liked me though)... Site would just say Something Went Wrong... After weeks of sending Customer Service details they requested about the issue, their last request was for me to log on to Match.com and a few other things... I am not a Member of Match.com and responded that to them... Also I said Again, I am not on the App, I am on a Desktop, linked directly to the OurTime site. From May 8th to the 23rd patiently trying, I finally said that if OurTime could not give me the basics I paid for, to cancel and give a refund.

Way too many scammers, low life Catfishers on this site. No monitoring. Sad that so many people want to separate you from your money. After a while you can tell pretty fast tho. If they have more than 2 pictures and don't look like the same person it's a scammer. If they don't reveal much info, probably a scammer.

In my profile I stated that I was interested in meeting someone who lived in a 50 mile radius of me. Their recommendations typically included people who lived thousands of miles away. Most of the people that I liked never replied to me or even acknowledged me. I get the impression that many of their users are subscribed to the free service that allows them to view member profiles, but does not allow them to reply.

All I get are men from out of state. I don’t get many local men. Then the scammers. Oh my God! I have been bombarded!,,, They all start the same way. "You are so beautiful. My subscription is almost up. Can I have your email address?"

This site is a scam. I was hacked...People with other names sending messages on my profile. When I notified customer service by email, they banned me and didn't notify me. After several emails requesting help as I was unable to log in, I eventually got a notice I was banned to suspicious activity and I needed to appeal. I paid for 6 months, can't sign up for a new account and use the remainder of my time. I am told no refunds on cancelled account even though I didn't cancel...I was banned. I will fight this just to save other people from going through the same thing. I noticed on your Consumer Affairs reviews they have 4 5*, 8 4*, 3 2*, 58 2* and 769 1*. The 1*s are all similar to my problems. They need to be shut down!

OurTime has frozen my access to use it! It has an unsecure site.

I thought I was going to be charged one month, but they charged a full year which I couldn't afford. When I requested a refund, they ignored me so I filed a dispute with my bank. Then, they removed my access to my account, and when I asked AGAIN for a refund, they said they would but never did. I'm on a fixed income and $89.95 is a lot of money to me. I wouldn't recommend them, they are underhanded and sneaky.

Terrible experience! Difficulty logging in and creating account. Profile is incomplete and was then blocked, but cannot find out why. After several attempts at obtaining info and getting AI responses, I asked for my account to be deleted. No response. "Customer service" is non existent.

I feel this site baits you in so they can gather people's information and sell it out for marketing purposes. While I agree, paid for services have value but OurTime isn't willing to prove theirs. You are required to buy a package of likes, super likes, matches, comments.... whatever. Much like buying tickets at the fair so you can get on the rides. There is nothing to confirm if someone is real or a fake profile. (In fact, all the images are blurred out of the people interested in you.....who does that?)

Awful experience with this company. I set up my account, carefully read the guidelines and standards. I followed all the standards and guidelines but was banned after 2 weeks. I appealed, and the response was the generic "I violated the rules or community standards." I responded back requesting an explanation as I did not understand the reason I was banned. The response again was "I violated the rules or standards" with a statement they would not respond to any further inquiries. I read the rules and standards again carefully and could not determine where I violated anything. Of course, since they banned me (for still unknown reasons), I forfeited the balance of my $99 subscription. Not to mention a couple of people I was really interested in meeting are no longer reachable. Not a company I would recommend.

TERRIBLE customer service. I set up my account and followed all the rules and they immediately banned my account. I appealed to ask why it was banned and they sent me their generic rules - I read them carefully and had done NOTHING to violate anything. When I asked again they just said "our decision in final" with no explanation. I only posted face pictures, put nothing wrong in my profile description, etc. and they won't give me any explanation. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the absolute worst dating site in the entire universe. Do not sign up for this. They bot robot people to lure you in.

These scamming bastards have to be stopped. I signed up for four $15 charges. After that, they started billing me $30 a month. In fact, they charged me twice in March. Not only that, but I told them in my preferences that I only wanted to meet women of my faith. They do not care about your preferences. They kept referring other types of women. They are disgusting and they must be stopped!

Well, I have met someone that have has become friends with me. My experience with OurTime has been very bad in the last six months and they are only sending me people who are 20 to 40 years younger than me and I get messages on my email that someone is interested in me and then I cannot click on them and they will not respond to any of my emails. I would not recommend this dating service.

What a horrible site. Constant ads to upsell and boost responses. Save your money and join a club, travel or sit in a bar and meet people.

My profile was hacked!! Someone was sending likes and communicating with other members through my profile!! The person gave a different name than mine and a different occupation than the one I had put in my profile! It made me doubt whether you can even trust the communications you get from other members because they could be coming from a hacker. When I notified the company I got a generic email from Customer Service and they were completely unsympathetic.

OurTime dating changed me password and will not let me reset or sign in. They are using my profile without my consent any more.

Avoid! First time using a dating app. Soooo many scammers from foreign countries creating fake accounts. I paid for 3 months but canceled halfway through. If I use a dating app again, will only use one that verifies profiles. Don't waste your time with fake profiles and AI generated conversations.

Cannot even log in, they cannot for some reason verify my phone number, how do I cancel?

Customer care is the poorest quality I have experienced. They do not fix the problems with their own software. Twice they blocked me from using the site for no true reason. While test driving with free membership the app would not verify my phone, causing them to block use. They took 1.5 weeks to fix this but required extreme patience of constantly asking for them to fix. I then became a platinum member only to get blocked again after editing my profile. I truly did nothing wrong on my side. I am tried many dating apps. This is by far the worst.

Paid for 6 months and after 2 months they blocked my account and said they couldn’t find the email address associated with my account. Funny they sent me a email to that same address 2 days before.
