    I have used these fusion blades for when they first appeared at Costco so maybe 10-15 years ago, The last 16 pack I purchased don't seem to last 7 days and I have nicked myself on my chin twice. Will use the remaining 15 and see how they last and if they continue to nick me.

    So I’ve been using the Gilette Senza three razors for years and years. This last order that I got had a defective blade that was actually split in the middle, which I didn’t notice, and I cut my legs tremendously. The scratches and cuts went from the ankle all the way up to the top of my knee and I didn’t even realize that the blade was defective at the time. So I called Procter & Gamble. Corresponded with them and all they kept saying was, "We’re gonna send you some coupons. We’re gonna send you some coupons" over and over. Then they replied back. "There’s nothing else we can do. Sorry." I provided pictures of the blade from every angle. I provided eight pictures of my scratches, including one under my arm. The ones on my legs were pretty deep. For them just to say here’s a coupon. Keep your mouth out. It was insulting and quite frankly it was preposterous. What a horrible company.

      I have used Gillette razors for a long time but it’s time to switch because for what they cost the quality of the blades have gone down hill. Buy a 4pack and 2 of the blade will be junk. Nothing but nicks and cuts.

      The new Mach 3 blades are absolutely horrible. I noticed that the lubricating bars have changed on this Blades. Now when they react with water, it turns into SNOT!!!! I take the razor off of my face and the new bars have something in them that is slimy and stretch like fresh snot when the razor is pulled away from the face. Am I going to be forced to resort to going to a competitor? I would have rated these new blades a "0" but your rating system doesn't go that low. I use to swear by this blades. I've been using Gillette since 1959.

      Been a long time customer of using Gillette razor and was able to get almost 6 weeks of use out one blade, 6 mos ago I bought new blades and realize they must have have changed the blade I don't even get 6 shaves out of blade anymore, I have moved to Harry's, the Harry Handle feels much nicer and the blades last much longer! I threw my new Gillette blades and handle away! Sorry, not sorry to leave you after many years.

      The quality or lack of quality on my Gillette proglide is terrible! It's apparently a common scam gillette is employing that once a new razor hits the market the previous razors are lacking in quality. So much so that I'll be switching to a different brand very soon!

      Open pack I got from Walmart like a bag of chips and ended up slicing my finger, checked in bag and there was 1 blade with no guard. Product works fine, just having my finger sliced from opening up a bag of the 1 dollar Gillette's is crazy to me!!!!

      I’ve used the Gillette pro glide chill blade for over five years, and I recently noticed that the blade is dying after only one use and scratching my face –– these are expensive blades and I never expected this from Gillette, but everybody should be aware they have changed and they are not working!

      I bought 3 in one pack Gillette gel from Costco. The bottle doesn’t disperse the gel properly. It should press hard to dispense the gel. The container is now malfunctioning and making messing my bathroom by continuously dispensing the gel. I have loaded the picture.

      Purchased Gillette, Island Breeze shave gel. It very difficult to get the gel out of the can, my thumb hurts after pressing so hard. Buy another brand. How difficult is it for a company to screw up such a simple mechanism.

      I have been buying the top of the Gillette blades (Fusion for many years now) for over 30 years. Recently I have noticed that the quality has done down drastically. Each blade used to last me 2 to 3 months of daily shaving. Now each blade lasts just 1 to 2 shaves. I have a feeling now Gillette is being manufactured in India, where some dumb manager has made a call to drastically reduce the quality for greedier margin. I have no choice but to look for other shaving alternatives until I learn that Gillette wants to reclaim its original quality for which it was known for decades.

      Every time you come out with a new product, your old product fails to preform as well as it did when it debuted. Mach 3 was awesome until proglide came out. Proglide was great until fusion came out. Skincare works great, but the wife got me proglide. It just rips my face apart. I can't use them. I'd like a refund so I can get the skincare. I'd like acknowledgment that you are intentionally doing this to get us to buy the newest and most expensive razor blades you sell.

      We called Gillette as we purchased the Gillette Clinical Men's deodorant, Clear. Very expensive at 8.00 for 45 gm. It was definitely white, and was marking black shirts. The agent explained this could happen at the factory, they would send compensation within 5 to 10 business days. At 15, I called again, to be told 10 to 15 more days! It's not here, they have terrible customer service, we will go shop for another brand. What kind of company promises their customer's compensation with no intention of doing so?

      That you will shave fast, is not true, it is hard in your face, it does not slide well, and it does not shave fast nor it is better than other Gillette products, I would not buy it. Look. Gillette has many products so try other ones as they are much better.

      Client service is the absolute worst. Promised refund for defective product and company gave me the run around and **. They are outright liars. Because they are big, they figure they can get away with it. Lies, lies and more lies. I hope they will get sued for defective blades and pay damages to all that have been scarred. Pass the word. Use at your own risk!

      I cannot believe why Gillette are using such poor quality steel now in their razor blades, the sharpness is pathetic, only last one or two shaves then BLUNT and the costs are EXORBITANT, shame on you. Have been a fan most of my life but the products are now rubbish.

      Maybe 1-3 shaves per blade now and razor burns galore. Not to mention the outrageous cost. Razor burns are now very common. After 55 years of shaving...I'm going to either grow a beard or find a different company.

      Gel product does not work. Purchased two 8.4 oz gel, got to half of of the canisters and gel stopped coming out. I have been using Gillette for over 60 years and I never had problems with any of gillette products. Please advise me.

      New series blades don't work well and only do 2 -3 shaves. Since Gillette introduced new system with raised sections they don't do the job the old 5 blade ones did. They drag and don't shave close. Bought 3 dif types. The older style 4 blade are best until they stuff them up. Bought Schick gel. Better shave. In one word Gillette are crap.

      I've been using the Gillette Cool Gel deodorant for years. It was the only one I could use due to break-outs. I had to refill my stock due to running out. I purchased two to replace my one. Upon putting it on I immediately realized something was off. I began the typical underarm burn accompanied but the uncontrollable itching. I called Gillette to find out what has happened other than a packaging change only to be told they messed with a good thing. They have increased the perfumes to make it more fragrant. They done this across all Cool Gel products which forces this once long term customer out the door.

      Why mess with a good thing? My armpits are now so red and irritated that I can't wear anything until they heal. Not only that, but they have nothing else to offer other than a coupon to replace what I can't wear?! Companies are so money hungry they do not consider the outcomes of their greed. This change was apparently done to increase profits because the perfumes that they were using were more expensive. I wouldn't wish an underarm rash on anyone!

      I have used this product for a long time and always found it very good, until you changed the top, now it leaks after use and gets very messy, will not be buying this product again as I have to keep it wrapped up.

      I had been using mach III razors for years. Last 3 months I have noticed that these are no longer the same quality blades. I am no longer using them. They have lost my business. My friends and relatives have experienced the same.

      I got an email from the company apologizing for the delay, and said he's send me a travel case. It never arrived, though the blades finally did. I'm upping to three stars because these really are fantastic razors. It I was just rating the razors -- not the service -- I'd give them five stars plus. I'm unsure if I'll attempt to re-order. Well, maybe, if I give them plenty of time to arrive.

      Don't waste your money on any products from this company. They're overpriced crap. On top of that the political views of now coming to play in their advertisements. I'm not here for this company to educate me. On top of that the razors cut the crap out of you when you shave with him. Maybe that's intentional because this company doesn't like men.

      Quality of products declined in last years, and now there are better choices on market. Company now has more important priorities than making good razors. I will no longer be using this company products and ask friends and relatives to do the same.
