No major problems, when battery was no good they replaced after a recall. Happy with Apple service. Love the iPhones and looking to upgrade to iPhone 12 Pro. But deciding if I should change my carrier, which is Verizon, since they do not offer current customers any special upgrade deals.
My iPhone 8 is my 2nd brain..It keeps all my memories, notes for happenings I must remember and anything I must not forget. It reminds me of appts, etc. I ask Siri information about facts I want to know about and distances to travel. Google map directs me wherever I need to go. I need my IPhone, it’s a blessing. Smarter than me...
iPhones are easy to use, with up to date features. They also have frequent updates to give updated information and service. The iPhone has different abilities to appeal to each individual user's needs.
Prices higher and each update slower. I think Apple phones are great but it’s just disappointing. Even small update makes the phone slower. Also clearly batteries live shorter and screens break very quickly!
I love my iPhone. I am so used to it that I don’t think I would ever change it for any other phone! It’s easy to use and it has great features that are very user-friendly! With my iPhone, I have everything I need!
I love my Apple 6S smartphone. Even though it's an older model it still works great with all the updates. I don't need a lot of fancy stuff, just the basics!!! So easy to use and Siri tells me everything I need to know. I love my Apple products!
The iPhone SE 2020 isn’t too big but has a decent size screen to do anything on. It is pretty light weight, comes in some nice colors, takes great pics and videos and is super fast processing information. Also, it has an amazing speaker, in which it is pretty loud and clear. This phone does not have a headphone jack port, and does not come with the dongle to connect headphones. Full cost of the phone was much cheaper than most iPhones, which was another bonus of this awesome phone.
I love my phone and all it does however, if I could change one thing: it always runs slower after updates. I thought that problem was solved but no? Nonetheless I’m sticking with iPhones unless Apple gives me a reason not to.
Love my iPhone 11...so I am old school but...I find it very reliable and really easy to use. Once I got over being afraid of it...I really enjoy it! When I have a question or a problem Apple has a fantastic call center. They take their time and make sure all your questions have been answered.
I am satisfied with my iPhone XR. However I had a iPhone 7plus and felt it was a better phone. If I could do it all over again I would have kept the 7plus. The DR is not as user friendly as the plus and the screen obviously is smaller. However the DR battery life seems longer than the 7 plus.
I am using Ip7 in 5 years. I like this phone very much, It had supported to me a lot. I use this phone for my work. While I am working at the site. I can track everything by this phone. The image is clear which I need for my inspection, report. Once I went to Bali, Ip7 helpS me book a trip, talk to people. I love this phone.
I’m 81 years old, far too complicated for me. Gives me good service with the things that I use. My internet is through a small provider (dual connect). I would like the phone to be smaller. A stronger battery would also help.
I really like the iPhone XR overall. This is my third iPhone. The camera works well for my needs. The is a good amount of space and I feel secure with the cloud back up. My main complaint remains issues (as with the other iPhones) with the battery losing power and the phone needing to be recharged more and more often. I also have not found that the representatives at Apple Care are not able to troubleshoot problems very successfully. I had a problem with texting not working but it turned out to be a Verizon issue.
I love my iPhone 11. The camera is wonderful. It's quick and the charge lasts for at least two days for me. I trust iPhone due to the better security on them. They are less apt to be hacked vs. other brands.
I miss having the button. It’s a lot easier to move around with the bottom in the front. Closing pages and bring them up up to close is easier with with the button in the front rather than just sliding around.
The battery was never good and now the battery life will only last for a few hours even if not using the phone at all. As much as you pay for Apple phones the battery should last longer than a few hours. We have 5 phones in our home and they all have issue with short battery life...
I love that my phone can do so much, but I hate the continual updates. Something is always changed or things added. When something is added it changes the screen, and you can’t change it back to the way it was. Sometimes it is always not changed to the best.
I loved my iPhone however I am starting to notice all of these glitches the more that I get to know my phone. I am having problems with the storage and backing up the photos. I have deleted as much information on my phone to allow more space and yet this isn't working. I have also noticed that all of the Apple accessories that I purchased are are not long lasting at all.
Too expensive because they charge a lot for the phone, even if you pay for it over the life of your contract with Apple, considering the features you get and that you can buy an Android phone for a whole lot less and it will work just as well.
I have a “way outdated” iPhone 7 that still works perfectly for me. Reading daily emails, controlling smart home devices & as a phone. Have had iPhones for years & years, no complaints other than the cost & hassle of replacing the battery.
When I got my first smartphone, I had an Android. Then as my kids started getting iPhones, I thought that maybe I should try one. I am so glad I did and I’ll never go back. I love pretty much everything about it. And with having a daughter and son in law living in Japan, Apple offers so many great ways to stay in touch and not pay a fortune.
Great easy to use phone. Good and timely updates. Fits well in hand. Speakers are good and camera is top notch. I would recommend this phone to everyone. It is a quality product. There are also tons of apps available for this phone.
The phone I rate it 50% satisfied, reaching their customer service for me 100%, they are always patient, knowledgeable and friendly. That’s important to me an elderly. I hate that the suppose to be new phone frequently cuts out, I have had another stranger person cut in out of nowhere when speaking to my sis in Indiana. A fancy phone with problems.
Very user friendly, trouble free telephone. Excellent screen resolution. Clarity of sound. Camera quality is as good as it can be. Easy to handle and operate. Can be synchronized with iPad or Mac computer. Agronomically well designed attractive in looks. Flip side is, rather expensive and needs frequent battery charging. The upgraded models are marginally different in dimensions and need repeat purchases of case and screen protector. This phone is backed up by good after sale service.
Eye catching phone. Almost does everything except wash the dishes. Easy to use. Set up is fast and easy. Go from one place to another quickly. Screen easy to read. Small enough to fit in pocket or purse. Do not have to be a tech person to use. Storage is ample enough to enter most of contacts needed for personal and business use. Simple way to have information at fingertips to use for various jobs. Would recommend for purchase.
These phones are way overpriced. Apple is updating the software to often causing my phone to malfunction with each progressive update. If the phone is not updated, within 2 days apps will start malfunctioning. How do they do that...Force us to update?
I have had my iphone 6 for over three years and have not had any problems with it. It has been reliable. I like the camera; quality of the photos is very good. It is easy to navigate. Audio quality is good, as well.
I switched from a Samsung to iPhone two weeks ago. Reasons I enjoy my iPhone include the Super Retina OLED display. The clarity and resolution are amazing. The iPhone 12 seems to be very responsive and fast. The camera is amazing. The video recording quality is great. The iPhone is very easy to use, including the use of Siri. The ability to get updates for iOS is much more efficient. Samsung seemed to be full of bloatware. Apple does have some apps that I don’t need however those can be disabled. Lastly Apple products integrate well with each other. The ability to family share and airdrop are added bonuses!
Apple is a great product. I love all my Apple products. My biggest complaint is that as soon as a new product comes out, my 2+ year old acts badly. It's like it's a plot to make me buy new. I hate that about Apple. I really do.
I have been a Apple product fan for years and will never change. It is user friendly and a wonderful product. I have iPhone, iPad and Mac computer. It doesn’t breakdown and the customer service is awesome.
My phone has lost some of my contacts information and acts strange some of the time. Siri also does not work half the time. Otherwise, it works fine most of the time.
I've used the iPhone for the last 10 years at least. Gotten great service from each one. Average 4-6 years before having to replace or update. Still wish I knew how to better use the voice memos, I can't get them moved for more storage.
I recently bought the iPhone. Previously had Samsung phones which were easier to use and more affordable. The cost of Apple products are too high. I purchased 2 phones for the price of one, but after all the other requirements, the lease & insurance instead of paying less money like the salesman said, I am paying twice as much. I am now stuck in a lease I can’t afford and feel like I was misled and taken advantage of, even after I informed the salesman that my son died a few days prior. My husband had dropped my Samsung. That’s the only reason I needed a new phone.
When working, it is great! When it glitches - well get a different phone. Would not own another brand. It is intuitive and lasts a long time---for a mobile phone. You won't be disappointed. Buy or trade up today!
So far so good. If I have problem with my phone I call Apple and 85% of the time it gets resolved. The phone is easy to use. It is an iPhone 7. However I was hacked into a year ago, That was a HUGE nightmare!! Once the hackers had my Mac # I had to buy a new phone. The problems went on for 4 months. My phone was cloned. It was very difficult to get Apple to verify my account due to the hackers changing much of my information.
I have used both Android and iOS cellphones. At one point, Android seem very handy and convenient in terms of getting data in and out via SD card and other methods which was relatively difficult in case of iOS. However, I would rate Apple iPhone slightly higher due to their OS upgrade compatibilities for more backward-generations compatibility which is limited in Android devices made by many manufacturers.
iPhone 12 64 GB is so far a decent phone except for the charging cord requires a new jack connector which for the price should have been included. The operation to close screens is not as easy as older models.
Always happy with my iPhone, I have the 12 pro max currently and I love it. The camera is amazing. The quality of the phone is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anybody wanting to upgrade and if they can’t afford the promax I would recommend the mini or the xs.
My newest iPhone is less than 2 yrs old. If a Voicemail is left, I receive it between 5 minutes to an hour later. Sometimes the screen darkens for no reason & I have to go to settings to adjust it to brightness again. Same with the sound (loudness) of the ringtone. I can walk from one end of my house to the other & the clarity of a caller changes.
After years of Android phones, I finally purchased my first new Apple I-Phone (10). WOW! Big difference! Product Support is phenomenal. Not just the videos on YouTube, but the direct support as well. The camera is top-notch. Most of the apps featured on the phone are easy to use, and I ended up keeping. 10 plus plus.
I have never had an issue with my iPhone X (or previous version). I was able to get mine for free due to a promotion with a cellular provider. I was previously using the iPhone 4s, so the iPhone X was a huge change in function and design. It's been great!
Love the format, Is really a mini computer. Excellent service from Apple for use or problems. Easy to navigate thru the apps. Organization of apps very easy now due to widget and library sections on the home page.
Just upgraded from my iPhone 7 to the new iPhone 12. It is the perfect size. And the new wide angle camera lens is a great addition. Face ID and wireless charging are also big improvements. I also love the new colors especially the dark blue.
I have had the iPhone iXR for a little over a year. The pros are: It is easy to organize the apps in a configuration that works for me. Alerts of various types can be set for text, e-mail and voicemail. I am able to group my contacts in categories such as family, friends, clients etc. The cons are: I wear glasses and to speak on the phone I have to angle my glasses to be heard. Speaker is not always an option on confidential calls. Siri is pretty worthless. Maybe it's my voice, but most of the time, she either doesn't understand me or deliver the wrong information.
When I call Apple regarding issues of my IPHONE, they are always available and willing to help. They are also helpful whenever I need help regarding phishing issues, uploading but most specially when there are changes to apps that doesn’t fit my needs. They immediately reverse charges as soon as they realize I wasn’t satisfied with whatever apps I either uploaded in error or just not satisfied with the upload. Apple takes care of clients.
The Apple Iphone is nice to have and it has many sections on the phone to have a lot of devices if you want to keep up with the new technology and if you want to save photos or other items for the phone and it does have a lot of features to use if you want to use the phone in many ways
I love the fact the Apple controls what apps are on their phones. Saves a lot of headaches from viruses and corruptions caused by non-vetted apps. Further, the updates are controlled by Apple and go to all iPhone users. With Android phones, it's up to the individual companies when and if the updates are rolled out.
While other cell phone manufacturers are making tremendous headway in this space, Apple continues to lead in innovation, technology, design and practical functionality with its highly integrable iPhone line up. These phones are extremely user friendly, integrate and share data seamlessly across other Apple devices and take the guesswork out how to stay connected today. The only thing I don’t like on the new design is that they no longer have a input for headphones and/or auxiliary cords. I know it’s a bit old school, but it would be nice not to be “forced” into expensive AirPods and not being able to play music if you have an older car that isn’t equipped with Bluetooth but does have an auxiliary jack.
I love Apple products, but lately I have been having trouble with dropped calls. Not sure if it’s the phone or the service, but since the update it has been happening quite often. The older phones seems to be the problem. It should not be an issue to keep an outdated paid for phone to trade into a new high cost phone, those of us that are older prefer simple.
I use an iPhone 7+ and it works well still. It works very well with my other Apple devices. I have no reason to upgrade or change unless this one quits working. The iPhone 7+ is a good phone and does all I need out of a phone. Takes great pictures and videos.
After going back to Apple after having an Android phone, it's a bit of a re-learning curve. I think Apple has overthought some of its procedures. When Apple first started, it was simply laid out and easy to use. But I guess most people like all the bells and whistles now.
I've never (in the 7 years I've had it) had a problem with this phone. It has never failed to update promptly, and is easy to follow inside with self-directing buttons. I would definitely buy another one of this brand of phones.
iPhone 12 ProMax is a waste of time and money. It’s not user friendly and wastes more time than it is worth. Everything is now done using finger swipes and trying to find some of the old options is extremely difficult.
iPhones look good, are reliable, and are easy enough for my 92-year old grandma to use. While some folks get the latest model every year, I have stuck with the same one (iPhone 6) for years now and am still happy with it. When I do finally upgrade, I'm sure the advancements will be even more impactful. I wouldn't think of getting any other brand due to my great experience with them over the last decade.
I am really impressed with the battery on the 11 Pro. That is usually the biggest complaint I have had with my other iPhones. I also love the camera and the security features. I went with the standard size instead of the Plus and the screen is still big enough to enjoy videos and movies and it fits into all of my purses.
My first iPhone was a 3g and the voice clarity was superb and didn’t have short battery power, but had to replace because the apps didn’t work. My next phone was the 5 series and the the voice clarity was awful. The next phone was an 8 which I have now. I am pleased with this phone. The smaller size suits my needs, especially with the mobility whereas the size of lettering on internet pages is too small to use on a regular basis. That is what my iPad is used for.
Have been having troubles with the keyboard, screen is vulnerable to breaking easily. Apple support has been hard to reach and really have not helped me with the keyboard typing on its own and double letters and random numbers, using my phone to make orders in remote areas is sometimes impossible.
I will never go back to using an Android phone, iPhones are wonderful. They are easy to use, they are really reliable and free from glitches. I like how they update regularly and keep coming up with newer and better. I like the choice in sizes.
We have been android cell users for decades and just bought IPhones for the first time about 3 months ago. The Iphone 11 is so superior to the Androids (mostly Samsung brands, most recently the S-9) that we used in the past. Battery power, camera quality, extra features, use of use, screen quality, durability are all better that what we have used in the past. We made the switch mainly because we were the only holdouts in our rather large family that were not Apple users. Now we get to share the fun features.
Fast, great sound, easy to operate, good value, overpriced, good customer service. Bad part is you need to go to an Apple store for repairs.
I wish that these phone batteries lasted a bit longer. Every time there is an update it zaps the battery life down, otherwise I do like most of the items about the iPhones. I do like their customer service. They are always very helpful.
My iPhone 8 has been very good to me. Is easy to learn. Only thing is after I have it for two/three years it’s out of date. I’m not a computer/gadget person. I have to learn by my mistakes.
Interaction at an Apple store was outstanding, trade up and transfer of existing phone to new phone excellent. Very knowledgeable person and customer service.
I would highly recommend if you wish to purchase or upgrade your iPhone you do it at an apple store. They are much better at protecting you information.
Bought the iPhone SE 2nd Generation and it is just as good as the pricier other iPhones. Very pleased with the overall service and the battery lasts longer than any phone I've owned. No complaints at all, and I saved a lot of money!
The Apple iPhone is like my laptop computer at hand. I like how the dashboard is laid out. I have easy access to my apps and if I need to add any apps to my phone Apple makes it very user friendly to do that as well. The display is crystal clear and the sound is totally amazing. When watching a movie the speakers have a theater sounds, so the quality is high standard. I've had many iPhones down through the years and I've had any major issues in regards to viruses. I'm totally satisfied with Apple.
I have had very few technical issues with the iPhone since switching from an Android system mobile device. Security is very important and Apple has you covered here. Storage and speed are also very good. As a business tool it has become very important, there's no need to carry a notebook computer when I'm on the road. Overall, this device does what it says it will do.
I feel like Apple has done a good job at making consumers brand loyal. However there are certain things about the phone that are annoying. It feels behind Androids for starters. There is so much more they could do with it that we do not get. I will keep buying iPhones because of the other products I use it just works better.
Have been using my iPhone 11 for 10 months now. Still Love It! Battery life was greatly improved over previous model. Photos are great and love that I can sync with my iPad and edit them quickly. Apple has continued to make small updates to the iOS making coordination and sharing with family and work colleagues secure and easy. The iPhone is phone of choice for me.
I don’t think that they are smart. It always needs updates or the phone doesn’t work properly and the phone is hard of hearing when you have to send a message. If the phone was a smart one it would be made out of glass. It would be tougher in every sense.
My iPhone XS Max has been excellent. It does everything and then some. My only negative would be the purchase price which is still quite ridiculous. I’ve had this phone almost 2 years now and Verizon has been consistently trying to push new phones at me for well over $1000 nearly the entire time.
I use my iPhone 8plus for work and home. It is reliable and easy to use. I am very happy with this phone purchase. It has all the features that I need. The camera provides a quality picture plus the phone Bluetooth to my hearing aids.
The phone receives updates and they make changes to the software. For example, you can no longer play a song with a wake up alarm on an Apple XR - this changed after owning the phone for 4 months. Also, the phone crashes which indicates a software issue. When you call Apple - be prepared to be on the phone for an average of 2-4 hours to fix the problem. The worst part is this - you have to do the work!
I had issues with contacts falling out, the phone freezing so they decided to wipe it and said that "We backed it up." They did NOT back up the phone properly and I lost saved music that I owned the CD's that were downloaded and do not want to purchase it again. They want everything in the cloud which places your data at risk. I'm not as pleased with Apple or their service due to the issues above. It is a challenge to get the right qualified service professional to help and it takes about 30 minutes on the phone having to repeat steps to get to someone qualified to help.
The iPhone XR is very easy to use and reliable. I am about to upgrade to iPhone12. I am hoping for a better camera, but the phone applications and the assists like timer, alarms, weather and activity are very helpful. I especially like that it stays lit - readable - all the time.
I have no problems with my I-phone 6s but many problems with internet reception and varying speeds and losing sites while I’m in the middle of using them. Again my Iphone 6s is and has been no problem and at my 91 years that is quite an accomplishment.
I love my 2020 Apple SE, which is the lowest priced iPhone. If you have, and love your iWatch, you have no real choice in what phone you'll be owning. Even though it's one of the best phones for the bucks, it's still wildly overpriced. The SE still has a physical home button (preferred) a fast processor and a decent camera. What sold me was the size factor. I'm not a fan of giant phones which fit no pocket ever. As much as I'd like an iPhone 12 mini, I cannot justify the cost. Apple is rich enough.
Had to buy new phone to replace my iPhone 6S which is at the bottom of a certain lake. New iPhone 11 is excellent. I am not very tech savvy but it’s easy to use and a good looking phone. Very pleased even though the price was steep for an old geezer like myself (my daughter did the shopping through our Verizon account).
I love the iPhone. Have been a user since 2009. They have more apps and games than the others. I am also gonna purchase phones for my business. I have gotten some family members to switch over but the others are stuck on the high end Samsung which are not bad phone either.
The best of all is its security program. Free updates over time and I love its FaceTime due to my deafness and messages. There are few minor things I wish they would fix for better ergonomic ways. Major drawback is it's expensive but worth it.
I wouldn’t use anything but Apple and Verizon. Apple products operate flawlessly, And no virus protection needed. I need a new phone and it will be an Apple product! Verizon works everywhere, it’s a great company.
Sometimes enough is enough. My favorite Apple model was the 8. Of course this newer one has better clarity in pictures but I had some audio problems with it. One thing to note about this particular model they can’t replace the glass. It’s in the front aNd back.. the whole phone has to be replaced.
The only two things that I really dislike about my iPhone X: face recognition as the only option to open my phone (I like the fingerprint option better), and that it’s no longer holding the charge after the latest IOS update.
I think the iPhone 10R, which I own, is an excellent piece of equipment. There are no surprises with Apple products. I have been using iPhones for about 10 years and have never been disappointed. The phone fits perfectly in my hand, it is fast, and it maintains its charge for the entire day. The App Store has all of the addons that anyone could need. I recommend the iPhone without reservation.
My first Apple phone (XR). I must admit it works very well, the updates are seamless and Facetime cannot be beat. My previous smartphones were androids and while updates did occur, they weren't frequent and of course no Facetime. Cameras, speakers and such are very similar to both types. My children and grandchildren all have Apple iPads or iPhones, poppy needs to keep up.
The phone works well. I find at times it is more complicated for me to use. I went from an Iphone 6 to a 11 and found the learning curve a little steep for a 70 year old. I have yet to learn how to take full advantage of all it is capable of and probably never will. At least not until it is time to upgrade. Or maybe my phone will outlive me.
After years of being an Android user my wife talked me into the iphone XR. It takes some getting used to but to me it's just a phone. Biggest irk is when texting you have to go back and forth between letters and numbers when every other Apple product allows you to swipe down on a letter to get a number.
At a late stage in life I find the Apple phone and customer service to be professional. Having experienced several other companies Apple has been constantly informing you with updates and changes to better your ease in completing tasks. Learning new things is of utmost importance in staying abreast of life’s journey. Their store staff has been professional, courteous and patient. Telephone inquiries were knowledgeable in their field of expertise. My only regret is to not have tried Apple before the other companies.
I’ll never forgive them for charging me for a new battery on my old iPhone when they knew that it was a piece of garbage. To top it off, the phone wouldn’t work as well because of the bad battery which forced me to take it in. If I have faulty breaks or an airbag in my vehicle, they replace it for free. Apple, knowingly putting in a bad battery, still charge me to replace it.
Completely satisfied with phone and service provider. In initial stages of phone use when a problem existed I was completely satisfied with how quickly provider stepped in to assist. Overall phone is easy to use. Screen is a bit larger and responds on searches quicker than prior phone and service provider.
Apple genuinely tries to market great phones, but never really cuts the individual much slack in the process. It seems to always know its market cap is now bigger than Italy's GDP. Its Apple's way or the highway.
I am an Apple lover. I really like their products. I have a few of them. As far as the Apple phone X I like most everything. The feel is good. Not too heavy. The design looks is excellent and allows for many apps. It comes with some apps when you buy it. The sound quality is good in almost every area except at a few locations. There are more features than I can comprehend and still don’t know everything after a few years. I wish they would have a pamphlet instead of it all online. However, there are features for everything you could possibly want or need. The phone charges relatively quickly based on the cord you use to charge it with. The speakers have good quality. I definitely would recommend this phone. Apple technology is always moving forward at a rapid pace, which you can always count on.
Purchased a NEW not refurbished iPhone 8 from T-mobile in February 2020. This phone lasted 7 months then completely shut down, can’t charge it or get any response. It is completely dead! I never damaged it in any way so this is just a really BAD product! I have older iPhones 6s that I’ve had for years that work fine. iPhone is not producing the quality products it used to but they are continuing to charge premium prices.
I have the Apple SE and the price was quite good compared to the Apple 11 or 12. Works quite well. I saved a lot of money for a great experience. The phone is small enough to fit in my pocket and it fits in my hand easily.
I like my iPhone. It has all the apps that I want and has few problems. Images are good quality. I have it connected to Microsoft and can use it anytime to connect with work. I like playing old fashion games, like solitaire. There are a lot of them to choose from.
I find this phone I have is very difficult to use and it is very unpredictable and one day it works well and the next day it is horrible. One day you can shut if off and the next day you can't, it has always been a cracking machine with other complications. Maybe I got a lemon, but if not I would not want to see someone get one without hearing a perspective as such.
Apple products are very Expensive and in addition they are easy to break as well as easy to experience identity theft. Most people love the apple brand and Most like the look of the product which is very appealing. Not only is it expensive to purchase but it’s expensive to maintain.
I have a Iphone 6, which I consider to be the Ford F-150 of smartphones. I've had this phone for 8 years, replaced the battery 2 years ago, and it consistently updates to new apple software. I drove cross-country twice in the last 8 months and the phone performed flawlessly throughout these trips. AT&T is my provider, and their service is excellent. Highly recommend this oldie but goodie if you can locate one.
The Apple phone 11 has a great speaker. The Apple phone should have a port to hook to your computer. The camera on the Apple 11 has a great camera on it. The Apple 11 is pretty easy to operate. I use to have a Samsung 5 and it had a terrible speaker and not easy to operate.
I bought the smallest newest Apple se to see if I could handle it and its extras. It's very convenient along with siri and my Microsoft app. I like the different apps I can download and the apple wallet. It's a time saver. I think this phone would do a new cellphone user a lot of good. I think you won't get upset as it tells you what you did and what you should when you try something on it.
Upgraded my iPhone 7 to the new iPhone SE through T-Mobile in red. It’s the perfect size as I don’t like the huge cell phones. Glad that Apple made a more affordable cell phone. 64mg so more storage. Takes great pictures.
Have had this phone for 2 years and I still have features available that I not using. The possibilities are endless. Also, I love that it is compatible with my notebook. It is so easy to transfer data.
I switched to iPhone last year after a lifetime of Androids. It did take a little getting used to, but I find the overall performance and capabilities far superior to my Android experiences. I do not have Apple computers or laptops and I find the phone works very well crossing over.
I have a iPhone 11. Believe it or not it is fairly simple to use. I am of an older generation so I’m tech challenged. But I have been able to adapt this phone and operating system. The phone does about everything for you, including watching your favorite tv program. I have every app I enjoyed (and ones I don’t enjoy) on my Samsung. Love the wallet, it helps keep track of everything, including keeping track of your credit score!
Hard to type with my big fingers, the text itself is great size options but the keys are so tiny and I get frustrated correcting all the time but I still want the small phone that fits in all places I need it to.
I am Very pleased with my cellphone. It has all features and more that I need and use. It is pretty simple and to use. I love the alarm and use it for multiple things from timing dishes that I am cooking to an alarm for appointments. Even though I have several watches I use it for that purpose too.
Love the functionality, speed is great, can work from the phone, would recommend for anyone. Also, durable and lasts for a couple of years. My entire family uses Apple. Also love the size of the phone.
I have had almost every cell phone made and to date I have found the iPhone to be the best of them all. The iPhone has had a better battery life and the overall quality has been excellent. My only drawback is the price of the phones. They keep costing more each time.
iPhone 11Pro is the best Phone I've owned! Simple, Easy, Long Battery Life, Takes awesome pictures, and tried and tested in different environments and different countries! I'm an active duty servicemember and have this phone for about a year now and hands down, the best phone out there in the market when it comes to quality and adaptability to everyday life.
I own an older iPhone and it works well for my needs. I’m currently waiting for a newer iPhone that has visual and fingerprint recognition. The only problem that I have found frustrating with my older iPhone is that I can connect with only two people.
This is my third iPhone and I just love them. They are very easy to navigate and use and there is literally an app for anything you could possibly want. The phone practically does everything for you.
Hi! I've had an Apple iPhone for several years now. I started out with the Apple iPhone 5. I now have the Apple iPhone SE 2020 Model. I really like it my phone too! It was affordable compared to what other models cost and it's light and compact. I did not think that it was necessary to spend a minimum of hundreds of dollars more for a phone, even if I wanted one! It has good sound quality and the camera works very well. This phone is not difficult to figure out and operate. There are nice colors to choose from like the red phone that I purchased. I've recommended the iPhone SE to a couple of my friends who are thinking about getting a new phone. I think anyone would like this particular phone!
The phone I currently use is the Apple 8plus. It took a while to get use to this phone, but once I did it is so easy to use. I still find different new things it can do to help with everyday things that come up.
Apple’s singular, constant focus on “the user”, when designing its products makes the iPhone a highly usable and useful tool. As one who is not especially tech savvy, I appreciate that the screen shows you how to do most things. For those who are savvy, iPhones also contain a host of sophisticated user functions that can make the phone more useful.
I like how easy iPhones are to use. I like the ease of the phone and feel my info is protected. Also like the different apps on my phone that make things easy to use. I do feel the prices are high and wish they were a little more affordable.
Love the iPhone. Hate how they pump out new ones with great new features. Like they couldn’t of had that feature available 6 months ago for the last phone you purchased. And I believe all phones are way overpriced.
I have been an Apple fan since my first iPhone3. My first brand new iPhone was a 5 but I didn't have another new one until I was kindly gifted an iPhone XS Max about 18 months ago. The phone has the same consistent build quality that you come to expect from Apple and the software is updated often. It is comfortable to hold and hasn't failed me yet. The display is clear and the accessibility options help with my failing eyesight. The security features make it less attractive to thieves and the 'Find My' app makes it easy to find the device if it's misplaced. Although iPhones are expensive I have come to appreciate the quality that I would definitely recommend iPhones to others and would buy another new one.
I've owned several I-phones (5, 6) and now 7 purchased in March 2017. It's a very nice change-up from the earlier phone in size and features. It accepts all new s/w updates as some older phones don't. I have no reason to upgrade to 11 or 12 as this suits my needs and APPLE continues to support this phone.
I have always used Apple devices as they are so easy to use and durable. You can choose the phone that suits you best and of course you have a choice of color. Mine is platinum. It also has a feature called airdrop where you can transfer pictures from another person's iPhone. Great for when you are traveling.
It's very user friendly, very easy to use & am tech challenged! Have had 6, sometimes they have tech issues no one can figure.... Be careful on your carrier, some don't have good reception in certain areas....
I have had several iPhones over the years, each lasting me about 2.5 years or so. The current one I have is an iPhone 11 and I can not wait for my contract to be done so I can turn it in. This particular model falls short on my expectations. The buttons are not as sensitive. I had to go to a Sprint store a couple of times during the first month for some problems. The signal is weak (I've had the same carrier for years ) and signal just spotty in a lot of places I have never had a problem before. I hope the 12 lives up to the Apple name when I upgrade.
Phone is easy to read. Sometimes a little slow but usually I’m more anxious than patient. To me a lot easier to use than the Android. On this phone and others too many taxes, fees, govt fees. Phones today are too impersonal..
Apple phones are clearly programmed to fail - my iPhone 7 was working well but as the IOS increased my phone functioning and storage capacity decreased to the point where it became useless - and an upgrade was unavoidable.
Best in quality but a bit pricey. The processing speed and the way it handles apps is awesome. I understand it's just that Apple wants to keep its brand value but they also have to think about affordability. Sooner or later there will be brands similar to iPhone but cheaper.
I’ve only had iPhones mostly because I find them easy to use. I have never had update issues or any other issues with my 6+. It will be 6 years old and still operates although I think it may be getting tired. My only complaint is the cost which is why I haven’t gotten a new one.
Apple iPhone 6S has been a very good phone as long as used with a Mophie Juice Pack. The Apple iPhone 6S had issues and a lawsuit from the beginning. A huge selection was given almost free battery upgrades. Next the lawsuit contained issues of slowing network when too many users active.
Been an iPhone user for years. Kept my six until last month and got a 12. Like the size of the screen, the unit overall is compact and easy to handle. Graphics are sharp, features are pretty much the same. The camera is more of a professional grade even on the 12. Daughter is in real estate and she opted for the next level up to help her with the pictures, and videos of property. It is pro quality. The phones are by Apple so it goes without saying that they are top of the line, but you pay for that, they are pricy. Noticed the sales guy had another brand, asked him why. His answer was simple. I can do everything I need with this one, pretty much what you are with that one, and this one fits my budget. Last comment, the screen needs more protection.
One of the best cell phones overall. Their cameras are phenomenal and take great pictures on the iPhone 11 MAX. They are well built and have a great operating system. Only drawback is that is that their notifications from other non iPhones do not show up on your locked screen.
I refuse to purchase a new iPhone until the one I currently have absolutely dies and no longer functions. Currently it has a cracked screen and fluorescent green line across it from top to bottom when the screen is on. However, I still refuse to spend my money on a new one. Apple likes to promote the newest model as so much more than the last and really they are all the same. None of the "new" features or supposed improvements warrant shelling out so much money on a phone.
Many features, user friendly. Good battery life, reasonably priced. I have been using it for so many months without any problem. The product is very reliable. It is very light and easy to carry. It had accidentally fallen down on the floor a few times but did not break or went out of order. So, I find the product pretty sturdy also.
Very expensive & worse Apple basically expects everyone to continuously upgrade. Thus there’s little support or care about anyone who’s not rich & has to deal with older equipment. Even to the point of barely publicized lawsuits that if you miss the deadline you will never be compensated for wrongdoings - despite owning phone involved since new.
The iPhone XR has the perfect size. Not too big and not too small. That’s what I love the most. Fits any pocket, pants, shorts, suit. Also, seems like this phone is more resistant to damages. Many times have fallen from my pocket and only one crack.
I'm a designer and use an iMac by trade. My precious little iPhone XS is like my mini Mac and it is the BOMB!! Amazing photography, very fast, and solid as heck! Four words: I LOVE MY iPHONE!! I turned my wife onto an iPhone and she loves loves LOVES IT!!!! I truly feel sorry for the humans that have been cursed with anything else. I really do love many of the new features of the latest iPhones, but I have no reason - nor desire - to "upgrade". This has not been a paid announcement!!
Until I got my first iPhone, I didn’t think I could get comfortable using one. But my son convinced me so here I am 11 years later. Apple creates A+ products and stands behind them 100%. I am definitely Team iPhone???. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I find my Apple iphone to be user friendly & visually pleasing. When purchasing my last phone the store employee very helpful. If I have an issue I will call the help line or use the chat online and the employees are always knowledgeable and friendly.
I have been using the iPhone for years and I love them! They are not complicated and that makes it a hit with me. I've never had any trouble whatsoever with my Apple phones. I'm a very clumsy person and I've dropped my iPhone X dozens of times and there's not a single crack or chip on it. My next new phone will definitely be an iPhone. I also have an iPad and iPad mini. Love them both. I would highly recommend Apple to everyone!
Phone works great, many apps that are used daily, has great signal power, WiFi and Bluetooth, a large amount of storage!! Great product!! Weight is light, screen display very good, audio is top notch, videos play at a good speed and quality. Holds a charge very long, charges up fast and has a seamless working available with all apps.
Called for assistance with prior case and spoke to 2 Apple developers, one senior and zero assistance. The senior developer had an attitude. Neither person read the case number just offered a mail in repair at my cost. The senior developer suggested I do not walk in for repair. I’ve waited since Wednesday to be told to wait till Sunday or later. The person I originally spoke with would not be available until Monday. Online classes and work need to be completed prior using a cell phone. I am exhausted both of my phones are not working and I cannot use them. The life of my cell phones are 3 years. The price is over $1100 for each phone.??? I had paid Apple care for 2 years additionally on both phones.
Seems very familiar as both iPhone 6s Plus models went thru identical issues starting with battery life later to be found Apple was slowing down the battery. I was told I needs to trade them up. $4,000 later same issues, this time with an injury. I left today’s call with zero self confidence in Apple products or genuine concern with my case. The gentleman I spoke to on Wednesday was a human being. The two I spoke with today were not trained to speak with a human. I’m not sure I even spoke with 2 different people. Shame on Apple, where do you hire these people from? If this is how customers are handled it’s disgusting.
I have been an Apple user ever since they had great promo for about $250 off Macbook Pro computers. Pros: User-friendly, love connecting with friends on iPhone and Mac. Cons: Not as good discounts as they used to have and trade-in isn't as great as it used to be either. I hope they will work on that to be as great and strong as they used to be.
My Apple phone is awesome and I love the security it has along with all the cool apps. It offers health monitoring, Siri, and downloading apps faster than an android. The phone itself is better quality and the picture resolution is amazing. The camera takes high quality photos too.
No problems at all. Works seamlessly. Has all the features I need. Works like a typical Apple product, without any glitches. It is an Apple IPhone 7, which I have had two years. Highly recommend this product.
For the most part, I enjoy my iPhone. For some reason I lose the sound when my phone rings. I restart it a good many times off and on trying to get it back. Then all of a sudden it’s back. I swear every time they have an update it happens. I have the highest memory, so no complaints there. The last update they did has changed things around on my phone. When I search something, it seems to pull things up totally different and I’m not thrilled with that. I’m not totally in love with it, but I like it ok.
Pros: The endless features, ease of use, and the camera! I especially love portrait mode, which takes frame-worthy pictures. Cons: The battery life diminishes over time, and the updates consistently slow my phone down to the point where I need to buy a new one every couple of years.
I have been an Apple regular since the iPhone 5. I do like the interconnect features with my other devices and most of my Friends and Family have Apple so the communication all works seamlessly. Phones are fast, reliable and mostly fun. Everything needed is right there in your hand. I have had Samsung in the past but I prefer the IOS to Android.
Half the time it gets stuck and I have to turn it off, internet is very very very slow all the time, camera sucks and I don't get half my phone calls or text messages and I just replaced it with a new one at the Apple store the 1st of November, 2020.
They are the pioneers and the best. Nobody can beat them in reliability, ease of use, and unlimited functionality; with ease of interfacing with PC's and other intelligent devices. Display and keyboard are fantastic. Could be used to control security devices like products from "Ring Family". Exceptionally great camera or photography. Its use is conceptually intuitive. Interface with printers, etc. is not very difficult.
Always been a great product but now that Apple is using state of the art parts in their phone as opposed to the 3 years old tech they were using has made all the difference. I would buy another one for my next phone for sure. iPhone 10 and up is state of the art technology.
First time owner of an iPhone. Being an Android guy before that, I got myself into a jam where I needed an Apple ID password reset. I bought the phone from T-Mobile so I called them but they said I had to go through Apple, but I can’t just mosey into an Apple store like I can any NORMAL store. I have to make an appointment. I decided to call Apple Tech Support to try to resolve the issue, after all, it’s a freakin password reset! I’ve done that a hundred times over the years, with various accounts with various companies. But those were all Android phones, and it never took more than a day to accomplish the task successfully. But I no longer own a COMMON phone, no I now own a High End iPhone. So now I can reset my Apple ID password and I only have to wait TWENTY-TWO days for the reset to be valid! Excuse me? This can’t be right so I went through the process again, and then again.
Sure enough, I had to wait TWENTY-TWO days! Almost everything I want to do on this phone requires a sign-in with my Apple ID and password, so for the next month I own a $600 paper weight. I hate to involve T-Mobile in this mess but they’re the company I autopay for my phone and plan every month and locked into that for 2 years. On the other hand, they chose to do business with a pompous company like Apple, so I’m returning this 6-month old phone to the store where I purchased it. I’ll eat the money I shelled out for it and they’ll have to eat the 2-year contract. If that’s not agreeable...Sue me. Android, I’m coming home.
So, I really liked my iPhone. It's reasonably intuitive to use, it's small, it runs most programs, the battery life is not great but it's OK; you can live with it, especially if you have a backup battery for long trips where you plan to use it a lot. (Airplane flights, say, if it's a major source of entertainment.) The signal quality is pretty good. The problem is, Apple forces updates. Which, if it were just security updates, wouldn't necessarily be a problem? Automatic security updates are probably a feature. The problem is, they bundle in all sorts of updates, including ones that make the phone less usable, along with the security updates.
The thing that drove me over the edge was the last one, which removed all non-iTunes-store music from my iPhone - my guess is it was a wipe and redownload, though all I know is that the music I usually play in the car - which is from CDs, many of them from small local artists, so not exactly iTunes-store-compatible - was completely gone from my iPhone, and the ONLY stuff that was there was the small amount of music I'd purchased from them. Apple makes it pretty hard to update the music on your iphone if you don't have a mac - or at least, I've found it so - but usually, once you go through the frustrating process, it's there. Now it's not. And if I replace it, who knows when they'll wipe it again, or what else they'll accidentally wipe while they're at it? Personally, I'm inclined to invest in extra backups.
I can't swear Android doesn't do this, mind. I've never *heard* of it, but I don't have an Android phone, so I don't have as much opportunity to gather data. But I'm thinking of getting one. And I really cannot, in honesty, with the information I have, recommend getting an iPhone to anyone who cares about her stuff getting randomly wiped.
(That said, if you want your iPhone for something other than data storage - just be a phone? Google maps? - or if you like more risk than I do, the advantages I listed in the first part of the post still apply. Just be sure to disable the voice mode if you don't want it; it's way too easy to access by mistake, and it locks down the whole phone with no explanation if you do. It CAN be turned off, though. Look under Accessibility Settings.)
Sorry Apple you can’t continue blaming Covid for subpar products and crappy customer service. We have been a loyal Apple family with currently thousands of Apple products. Latest iPhone 2 months old battery and main motherboard failed. Apple's response? Can’t see us in person despite all other business open with precautions in place. "Just mail it back and we will see about fixing multiple major issues and send back the same crap when we get around to it but hey don’t worry. Should get good now."
Walmart has a better return policy than this and please having a senior supervisor reading from a script repeating “I understand” 500 times even asking to please stop repeating yourself so he could say 501 times "I understand" is disgusting. I use to overpay and said it was because of the great product and best of all the great customer service. Not anymore. What happened Apple? Too cocky now? Don’t care about your products or customers anymore? I’m over it. I’ll be taking our 6 iPhones over to android and admitting my old argument of why I stayed so longer just doesn’t hold weight anymore.
I have ordered 04 times through online Apple Store to buy a iPhone 12pro max, and every time they cancelled my order by saying that your billing address is not matching, which is completely fake. What qualifications do I need to hold to own a new iPhone?
I purchased an iPhone 8 in April 2020. I could not update the settings and customer service did not know either. My daughter & I spent hours explaining the situation and I had to speak to a new CSR every time we called). Apple advised me to send back my phone for diagnostic testing. I paid to have it shipped for repair. Apple team stated there was nothing wrong with the phone and sent it back. In the meantime, another CSR sent me a 2nd phone (which they were not supposed to do per a different CSR. After opening the phone I realized it was not my phone. I checked the serial number and it was a new phone. Confused, my daughter called (I am hard of hearing so she’s been helping me throughout this experience) and the CSR said they were not suppose to send the phone. My credit card was charged on April for a a repair that was not needed & on June 29th for the 2nd phone.
A box was sent to me for the return of the second phone. Verbal confirmation from a CSR stated the phone was indeed received but was sent to the wrong department (different building). CSR stated I had to wait for the phone to get to the correct department before a refund could be issued. I have been in contact via emails and more phone calls only to having to repeat my story over and over. Email from the senior advisor stated I waited too long to return it (email & FedEx receipt shows otherwise). After several more emails back & forth, another advisor told me that the rep I had been speaking to is out of the office indefinitely. He then advised me to call the main number and ask to speak to another senior advisor. And here I am on Nov 18th back to square one.
I did buy an iphone11, my internet at home got hacked and so they got into my iPhone, I did contact Apple support with my system analytics and the first Guy Told me that was deff something wrong... After sending all my analytics they told me there wasnt a problem.. Of course apple is not gonna admit any security problems... After a few days all my analytics got deleted by apple.. I never gave them permission to go into my phone and dont share analytics... so they have deleted all the proof of their security issue!!!! Don’t trust apple or don’t buy any of their products.. It’s not safe to use and they don’t keep themself to the privacy regulations!! I will post this message on loads of other sites!!!! Do not trust apple!!!! Thanks!
Purchased Iphone XR on 29th Dec last year.. It’s been 7months of me dealing with their Customer Care.. Gave my phone to the IPhone repair centre as well but problem still persists. Tired of installing and uninstalling apps. Audio msg from WhatsApp don’t play on speaker.. This is intermittent issue.. While you are talking over the phone songs from YouTube or any music app starts to play. Even when you are operating phone.. Any entertainment app will start on its own. I have restored the settings multiple times and updated the version (the most cliche excuse) as per Customer Care’s instruction but nothing seem to have worked. I need help.
I received iPhone XR on 5 Aug 2020 and within 25 days it's all audio sounds stops working. Camera blinks after opening video not able to record. Automatically restart everytime. The basic functionality calling is also not working. I am unable to hear the ring, audio songs and video songs. I was contacted Apple they suggested some reset and restoration but that was not work. I visited Apple authorised center multiple times but they said we are unable to identify the problem, they are doing multiple reset and it works for 1-2 days and again it behave the same. I feel it was my big mistake to choose apple. Within 25 days phone stop working and not providing resolution on urgent basis.
Chinese equipments are work more than 1 years but Apple product not. My options was 1+ and Apple I choosed apple, the 3rd class product. But really Apple has only name but quality and service is worst. Waste of time and money. Better to go with simple phones. At least they have to provide a good and quick service. And within month phone stoped working. I will not recommend to buy iphone. It's waste of money and time. I spend 52500 Rs to buy this product. 6000 RS to visit their service center everytime. 3000Rs for incoming international calls. so till now wasted 61500 and have faulty device and unsatisfactory answer as they are not able to identify the peoblem. It seems they are having less talented peoples or non technical persons.
The iPhone 8 has a mind of its own and it changes my settings without my permission. Smetimes it will listen to me. Sometimes it will not 85% of the time. Siri does not work and when I use the voice to write it writes whatever it wants to. For some reason it has a hard time printing out what I say. It makes up words as it goes along. And anytime I use it on social media it changes my comments after I written and it changes my comments if I write emails like iPhone is listening to me Write what it wants to, I do believe the Apple is own partially by the Chinese and I do believe Apple is selling our secrets to the Chinese.
Have had iPhones in the past and loved them. Switched to an LG Android 2 years ago and after some time to get used to it, loved it. Decided to go back to an iPhone and purchased a 2020SE. What a mistake!!! Despite purchasing an army grade case and glass shield, my phone now has 2 cracks in the glass, and a chip out of the side of the glass. My provider, or Apple, also should have made it known that the SE phone is heavy and slippery. Even with a case, it continually slides off books, chairs, etc., when you least expect it to.
After research, I discovered Apple are the only phones that don't use proper shatterproof glass like Androids do. Aside from the physical downside, I dislike the calendar on so many levels. I also dislike that I can't "search" for emojis - I have to scroll thru the whole lot of the emojis if I want to use one I don't frequently use. Sometimes I can't close screens because the "x" is off the flat edge of the screen! Arghhh! Can't wait to get back to an android. Will never buy another iPhone! At present I use my older LG for its calendar with its plethora of abilities, email, Facebook, Pinterest, surfing the web, memos, games, notes... I only use the iPhone for messaging and Messenger. That's it. So many regrets. I think in general iPhone lovers just simply get used to having a 2nd grade phone.
Bought iPhone11 online. We received an email which said: Schedule your free Online Personal Session. We tried to schedule that online personal session and it told us to try again later. I contacted Customer service through the 800-number. They told me that the online personal session service was no longer being provided. I bought iPhone for my wife's 75th birthday. She had been using an android phone. Because of what it said on the website, I told her that converting would be easy. I told her someone would walk us through it. That was what was advertised. That turns out to be untrue. That influenced our decision to buy. That is terrible deception!
The iPhone SE has a terrible battery and has about 5 hours of screen time before it dies. This is how it came out of the case. I've had my phone less than a month and Apple won't replace it because they're saying there's nothing wrong with it. I have had to go to best buy (no apple store nearby) 2 times to try to reset my phone to factory state and reload data from iCloud and iTunes with no luck. I have been on the phone with them for 4 hours so far. This old phone is no better than the 6S that I had for four years- the battery life is exactly like my old phone. I have been going through hoops with this bull while just starting up more than full time at grad school and I just don't have time for apple's corporate bull. They don't care if you have a good product they just want your money. No one in customer service was helpful.
So, I am on the phone with your senior-level (Carol), who was the best she could be given the lousy quality of your product. To note, I wish I would have stayed with the Samsung Note 10 product. The "New phone" is just Freakin broke non-operable, then in order to send the new phone back, you want to place 760 bucks on hold until you get the new/defective one back. So I spent several hours as unpaid tech support, where if I took it to a dealer not for an exchange, for them to work on it, I still would not have a phone....I purchased this junk, I get no service, but I am paying the monthly fee, I am tech support, I am losing a clients (No) phone and you people are sticking to a freakin script. You are so overated, and your quality is piss poor.
Apple has been making crappy products lately and their repair service sucks!! My brand new iPhone 11 went down for no reason for the second time. They told us to send it in for repair. It took 2 and a half weeks for them to fix it!! Completely ridiculous! Then they promised to send it out next day because the repair took so long. They did not send it next day as promised. My daughters Air Pods have quit twice and we had to return them. I will never buy another Apple product!!
I sent my iPhone to be repair with full Guaranty, And they sent to wrong address and I expended not less than 3 hours on the phone. They are helpless. They really don’t care at all. Still waiting. It’s been almost 3 weeks for a simple repair when I paid $299. Per insurance I had the WORST EXPERIENCE AT APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND BEEN TREATED VERY BAD JUST COZ I AM SPANISH GUY WITH NOT ENOUGH $ to suit APPLE. ;(
I have an iPhone 11pro Max 256 GB and device has been getting hot to the touch and overheating. I called up Apple asking to use my warranty on my phone, we spent 3 hrs between the troubleshooting and doing the iTunes restore and the device still having issues. They tried to send me to an Apple store and after they scheduled the appointment 3 hrs later I get an email saying due to COVID19 the store was closing. Apple tells me in order to get my warranty replacement I have to let them put a hold on my debit/credit card of the value of the phone in my case $1,249.00 and once they get the return device back they will release the hold on my card.
Right now we are in a pandemic with COVID19, I’m a single mom and reality is NOBODY has that kind of money to put up right now. This is unethical and unbelievable that a company is doing this. I have even went to my carrier for help and they refuse to help me because Apple takes care of their warranty for the 1st year. As of right now I’m stuck with a device that’s a safety hazard, short battery and only charging up to 35%...and screwed by Apple because I’m unable to use my warranty due to the large amount of money they want to do the exchange. This is unethical for any company to do.
Had to take my iPhone (under warranty) for authorized service to Best Buy. Made the spot with Apple online fantastic experience, got right into Geek Squad. Drove 1 hr one way to get there. Geek Squad guy was very good, did a diagnostic and said my vibrator motor was bad and that I would get a new phone replacement since it was still under warranty. Great that didn’t take long but wait Apple put a hold on it, pending review, did not fix my phone! Told me to go home and would let me know when Apple called him? Another 1hr drive home. Not good customer service by Apple.
First off, waiting for 56 minutes to get someone on the phone is ridiculous. I was passed around trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone. 2nd replacement phone was a mess. I will get a Samsung next.
I've been an avid Apple supporter for over 15 years. iPhones, iPads and a Mac. Always was happy with the service and support. Ever since their crap 13 update was released in October and I called in on 10/7 I've spent over 60 hours on the phone with over 25 advisors plus one idiot advisor had me drive to another county and waste 3.5 hours at the Genius Bar that did nothing.
Last update a week ago another glitch. Called in and asked again for some type of good gesture for all the crap I've been through. All I wanted was some lousy earbuds. After 3 hours on the phone tonight once getting disconnected and another two hour call the manager told the advisor no. So I will not be supporting Apple and their products any longer! As soon as their stock goes up I'm selling it and I will tell everyone to buy a Samsung! Apple has gone completely done the toilet! Screw them! They make me sick!!!!
I am frustrated and disappointed after purchasing the express replacement Apple Care because 1- you can't reach them, 2- online set up and payment doesn't work, 5 days I had been calling and call gets dropped after one hr every time. On line chat referred me back to the Apple support number. Eventually I bought a used phone to remain in business and God knows when it will get resolved -
My phone I bought in October 2017, when I was updating my phone in October 2020, my phone was locked and asked me to log in with an icloud account that did not belong to me. I cannot open my phone in any way. Although I have spoken at least 10 times since October with Apple support, they have not found a solution. Neither do they make a positive or negative return. I sent all the documents they wanted. When I call apple tech support and ask if there is news, they say just wait, but it's been 9 months since October. I never want to buy an iPhone again. Customer service is irrelevant.
I am a former Samsung smartphone user and my husband talked to in to taking his i-Phone 6 when he bought a brand new one. For those of you who have never used anything but an i-phone, I will tell you that any Android 'smart phone' will be easier and smarter to use than any i-phone. I guess people buy the i-phones because 'that's all they know'....but it is a dumb phone, makes you jump thru 3-5 steps to do something the smart phone does on one page and with one key stroke. I can't wait to get rid of this phone! And many people I talked to in the store, also have gone back to 'smart phones'....because...well...they're SMART!
I have recently damaged my supposedly water resistant phone by just wiping it with a damp cloth. What's worst is that Apple support has been extremely unhelpful in getting an under warranty phone repaired. They have said there is nowhere in New York City or the state I can take my phone to get repaired or nowhere in the country I can even send it till the Covid-19 lockdown ends. But they'll happily sell you another one for full price. Horrible customer service in the middle of a crisis for an essential service!
Bought a new iPhone 11 Pro 256GB at full cost in December 2019. Started having issues with connectivity and receiving calls within 2 weeks of purchase. Since I was travelling shortly after the purchase, I couldn't report the problem earlier. When back in town in later January, reported the problem to Rogers first (provider) and was told to contact Apple for support. Since then, I have made at least 4 calls to Apple support and each time was told to do a iOS update to the latest one available, reset to factory settings, etc..It still has not resolved the issue and now it's May! I'm really disappointed that having paid $1100+ for phone outright, this issue has not been resolved and as a customer had to make a call each month and spend over 45+ minutes to hear the same feedback, "please update to the latest iOS update!!
Quite disappointed with the options Apple had to resolve the issue sooner than delaying it this far. A reliable phone is what I paid for, however, this experience and customer service has left me with quite the distaste for Apple products mainly their service. Specially at a time like this with COVID, everything is delayed even if the phone had to be sent in for a repair, which is an option I was offered during my 4th or 5th call. Who knows how long this will be!! Manufacturer warranty will probably expire by this time. Total waste of my money, time and energy which I cannot afford to lose at this time.
As 1st when I got my Apple iPhone XR as I was switching to Apple from an android phone. I was ok with the Apple XR phone. I started having problems with apps not working and it freezing up, and rebooting on it own. I have does several chat with Apple Support online using my computer. They said go to the apple store where you live and have them replace the phone this was in 2019. Well after the replacement and all the software updates that has to be done that I seem to notice it mess up the phone and causing more problems.
I was still having it freezing up on me while I am on the phone talking, texting, or it would go into a self rebooting stage when the phone is in use or not in use. In January or February 2020, Apple told me to go to Apple Store in Columbia Mall in Howard County Maryland, to have my phone replace. Well not too long after this it started up again with it freezing while on the phone or text, or just sitting there on the table. Oh not to mention the continuing problem of it going into a rebooting stage on it's own for no reason. I feel that this phone is defected and after this last phone replacement I was informed by Apple support in Columbia Mall in Howard county that they cannot replace my phone no more.
Well since the Coronavirus hit the United States, and Gov. Hogan Declared stay-at-home orders and all business and malls to close down to stop the spread of this COVID19 virus. I cannot do a chat to apple support online. So what am I suppose to do keep backing up the phone to my computer and keep wiping the phone out which I don't think I should have to keep doing. Since China makes everything and nothing is not made in the USA. I have had older model of Apple iPhone and never had this problem. I only came back to Apple as I like their phones over android, but now I am not sure about the iPhone no more. I want a replacement or my money back.
Boost Mobile sold an Apple phone that was in a recall for screen. I contacted apple because we were under warranty. After waiting an hour and showing them the recall (‘cause they didn't know?) they told me they would replace my daughter's phone or repair. One week later I get a box, put the old phone in, wait another week while paying my phone bill and get the phone (Sprint/boost-locked). I called them, waited 2 hours. They answered. They told me they would call boost mobile in the line with me to see if they could unlock (apparently apple is selling sprint/boost that is not unlocked). After 2 hours hold they tell me they have to go home and would call me in the morning and they didn't.
I go back and call them. Another 2 hour hold. They hang up after 2 hours, but I'm still on phone with the third party boost mobile, boost mobile answered 3 hours later and told me they can't unlock or re-sku the repair/replacement that apple sent me. Apple and Boost are not working together ... but boost still selling apple phones but if you get a new phone from apple warranty you will have a super long time activating because boost wants you to buy from them and making the warranty a hassle. Apple should stop working with boost. Unless you have 8 hours of your day to deal with this. They hope you give up.
First off when one has problems with an iPhone X the Techs say it is a Software Issue and not a Hardware Issue. Second one cannot get a AppleCare Support person to respond in writing to your email questions. Talking is not a viable way to maintain a chain of evidence. Third each IOS and OS update further breaks the iPhoneXs connectivity and ability to do complete backups of all files (pdfs and podcasts especially). Fourth having iCloud sharing across your devices doesn't work.
We report Connectivity Issues (Bad Intel Modem in our model iPhoneXs), having to shutdown and restart, bad haptics and touchscreen functioning, poor camera focus and lack of medium light photo taking issue etc. We start an Apple Repair and Replace mail in and are charged the day of the order and they send two white iPhone XS (mine is black and my daughters white) under the same serial number. Because we couldn't do a complete backup of my daughters phone they would have a qualified Tech call us or be made available so we wouldn't have to go through their circular protocol of saying "it's a software problem". Why can't they respond to questions in writing such as "Have I been credited for the charge from day 1 of a Repair and Replace", "Can someone confirm and explain why we cannot backup our devices after the latest IOS and OS updates", "Why can't you fix or replace the device and choose to only fix one issue" etc.
In January I got a black iPhone X back (they just replaced the screen without addressing the other issues of connectivity) and a white iPhone X for my daughter and they charged me for another iPhone on the day they sent it to us. We asked for help with the backup issues and where told to just backup to a MacBook Pro. We explained we had tried that and lost many pdf files and podcasts and were only able to get them back from an older MacBook Pro Time Machine save. They won't admit there is a IOS/OS problem with backups. We returned this white iPhone X unused and have been fighting for confirmation that we will be credited for the charge.
Back to the first two white iPhone X we received and the one I activated it allowed me to sign up for AppleCare (The Support person said it should not of let me do that) and I returned the iPhoneX and I keep getting billed for AppleCare for the returned iPhoneX. My Black iPhoneX is having the connectivity issues that were previously reported and my daughters iPhoneX has multiple issues that we cannot resolve because we cannot do a proper complete backup of her iPhone X. Then the AppleCare Support person says "Apple has just changed the period for resolving open case". We are left with $2,400 of Apple Tech that functions at less than 50% of what it should.
If we cannot get written responses to our support questions and Apple chooses to only fix one issue at a time and won't admit they have been manipulating the IOS and OS updates to work around the Intel Modem problem Apple Support is just worthless. PS. I am submitting this on a 2015 iMac 5K Retina (Late Model) and guess what it is doing... randomly shutting down.
Mt first iPhone. I've always had androids. This is the slowest phone ever having to create accounts just to use the phone. Unable to delete unwanted files that get stored on the phone. There's no way to manage and free up space. This is the worst phone I have ever owned. Look at all the reviews with only one star. It's true iPhone is an inferior product. My review is no star.
This is my first iPhone. The main reason I decided to try the iPhone 11 was because it was reasonable priced. I love the Face ID and the large screen. They both make the phone so easy to use. The security and privacy are great which is another reason I decided to try an iPhone. It took me a while to get used to the iPhone operating system but the user guide was very helpful. The camera has some great features. I think the iPhone 11 is a great phone for a reasonable price.
Changed service to Xfinity two weeks ago and cannot get Apple to release the activation lock off my iPhone. I have been on the phone and computer for over 18 hours and that is the truth. You have to give your life history and now they say I'm o.k. but it will be another 5 days before they remove the activation lock. I have bought my last apple product.
My son took his own life unexpectedly in Nov. His phone was finally returned by law enforcement 2 months after. I kept his phone active because I wanted his images and any possible messages that might have set the stage for his decision. He was mildly disabled and I wanted to make sure he wasn't bullied. When the phone arrived I was going to have hacked but thought I'd go the legal way. I sent in all the correct documentation, only receiving response via email that yes, they removed his password.
When I went to the phone I saw it was Apple ID protected. So, I sent in the request with all the info again...Again stating that I need the content of the phone which I purchased. I received the second approval and told the Apple ID was removed. What they didn't make clear was that remotely they had also erased all the phone's content. I learned that when I took it to an iPhone service center and they told me.
When I called today 2/13/2020, they confirmed that the phone's entire content had been erased.. Where was the SERVICE. They didn't even bother to read why I need the phone's content. They should have asked me first. I have no way now of knowing what the crisis of his life might have been or have any memories of his final days. I am shocked. I knew Steve Jobs..but I will never purchase another apple computer of iPhone again. People need privacy, but there are legal options when it needs broken.
I have had a Apple iPhone X since it launched. Connectivity problems have persisted since I have owned this phone. Apple has been no help with the problem. They always say there are no problems with their phones when it come to the Bluetooth or cell strength. My Bluetooth device drops constantly and it does not do this with other cell phone manufacturers. Apple put inferior radios in the iPhone X. At the time of the Apple X launch they were in a lawsuit with Qualcomm. Qualcomm manufactures most of the radios for cell phones in the world. Anyone's help is greatly appreciated. In a society where Bluetooth is so important for hands free use and Apple will not back a defective product that cost over a $1000.00.
Went in after having my screen malfunction for a few days and they were very friendly and helped me fix it within minutes. They hooked me up with some new parts that didn't cost too much so it was overall a good experience.
My mom got us involved in a family plan with Apple for a deal we got for Black Friday 2018. The deal was buy one phone and get the other free. She paid $1000 for one phone, which was how much it cost at the time. Plus we got on family plan and I only had to pay my monthly fee. I was always critical of Apple but it was a great opportunity and I got the phone for Christmas in 2018.
At first, I liked the phone. I did notice a few problems right away, such as the phone not working in certain stores although it was minimal. For example, at one grocery store, the phone would not call out, no internet, no WiFi, and texts would not send till I walked out of store. I just assumed the store(s) was blocking my phone but everyone else was using their phone, no problem. I also noticed if I was in a tall building or underground level, if I made phone call, person would not hear me and hang up. So every time I stayed at a hotel for business, I’d have to go downstairs to use the phone.
The real problems didn’t begin till about March 2019, a few months after getting phone. I went to use it one day and person could not hear me, like it was totally mute. This was every phone call. I could talk to my phone, pass vocal tests, yet it would not work. I assumed it was a software issue and I’m pretty comp. savvy but no luck. I even took it into Apple specialist who could not figure out the issue. I didn’t have the ability to send the device in at that time. Months go by, and I’m still walking around with a phone that doesn’t work. I can text and use my headphones but that’s it.
One day, while using my headphones for a podcast, I decided to test something out, and since the headphones have microphone capabilities, I wanted to see if they would work to take a call. Sure enough, they did! I felt silly, because I’ve been using these headphones for months and never tried that. Two months go by, and the headphones mic stops working and I can only use them to listen again.
I buy the same exact Apple earbuds, which was overpriced, I got 1 day delivery on them via (you know who), they shipped out an hour after the purchase, yet it took 11 days to arrive. Never had that happen before on a prime item. Anyway, those headphones wouldn’t work for the mic, but I used them to listen to stuff, which was the last thing I could do on my phone.
The headphones worked for a week then stopped. Can’t listen to anything out of them anymore. I threw the other ones away, a day before these ones stopped working. I can still charge my phone and plug it into a speaker — if it works in the speaker, I would think the headphones should work but I don’t wanna buy another pair when it’s probably the phone. I’ve only had this phone for 13 months, it hasn’t worked and my mom and I are still paying for it..!
See, my mom got locked in a 3 year plan, which was required for the free phone. My mom also purchased insurance on the phones for those 3 years, but we weren’t told till I tried bringing my phone back in the first 90 days, that the insurance only covers the paid phone. My phone has no cracks and has been taken care of, and we were told that via testing, this phone was more than likely defective when we got it. It probably was refurbished, and they can’t find anything wrong with the sound card and it’s passing all the tests, it’s been reset, yet they cannot get the receiving sound to actually work.
I was told I can’t get it fixed because they can only fix the cracked glass/phone, fix the speaker, or charging system. It would cost about 500-600 to do, but I have a unique case, so it might not help, they said. I asked if I could get a new phone, even if I purchased it myself but they said I couldn’t until the plan ends. I can’t add a phone either. And worst of all, I can’t cancel or stop the plan, even though my phone is broken.
To top it off, I didn’t realize this till a year after having the phone, but my mom and I together went to some of those places that have been blocking my phone since day one, and she has the exact phone I do, but her phone would work perfectly fine, while my phone says “no service”, till the moment I step outside. I don’t have this problem everywhere, but probably 30% of public places. Additionally, when my mom heard how low my sound is compared to her phone, that stunned me. I just expected crappy sound cause laptops, tablets and phones typically have crappy sound so you in turn, buy an audio system. But the sound of my mom's phone is twice as loud as my phone. That stunned us and I wasn’t even aware of this till December 2019, a year after getting the phone.
At that time, my mom also confessed to me that the phone wasn’t really free, it was a scam because she’s paying these hidden fees, which pretty much pay for the phone. I am stuck with a phone that doesn’t work, I’m paying for a plan, and I’m stuck for 2 more years. After fighting this with APPLE, I finally was able to communicate with a supervisor and they will allow me to drop the plan, after sending my phone off again, to determine it can’t be fixed. This was right before I ordered new earbuds and the earbud/headphones aren’t working. I’m not going to give Apple any more money, so I’d rather pay a thousand on a phone from android/Samsung.
This phone is awesome and feels like a huge upgrade. The internet will debate the minutia between other makes and other iPhones but it doesn't matter. If you upgrade, you'll be happy. Face ID works easily and fast. Thought I'd miss the home button but it turns out it takes about a day or so to learn a thumb-up swipe instead to get home. Cameras and lenses are outstanding, image quality excellent. It's speedy and has a long battery life. It's of course new and ALL phones will have degrading battery life over time – it's just the best technology there is at this time. The Apple ecosystem is a great home for everything. Ties it all together, safe and sound using iCloud. And Apple privacy is the best things going these days. iPhones are merely tools we use. This version is a great tool.
I have had software issues with my iPhone xr since day one. My dictation literally just typed out iPhone EXR. Doesn’t even know itself. Reception is horrendous. But Apple will never admit that. They will tell you that you need to replace your Sim card. The thing they don’t know is that I have a whole stack of new sims. Makes no difference. Hard reset… No difference. Go ahead and call customer “support”, If they even deserve the title of support, and Wait on hold for two hours and get disconnected.
It is clear to me that Apple cares about one thing only... QUARTERLY PROFITS. How can you let Samsung surpass you in every way possible? How can you put an outdated technology in a premium phone? How can I go from three bars to one bar after buying a brand new phone? Deny deny deny…That is the Apple way!! You would rather pump out a shiny brick every six months at the retail price of your mortgage. Than fix The rampant software glitches that plague the lives of your supposedly valued customers. From the bottom of my heart.. ** you Apple
Apple will not respond to my complaints. They refuse to further diagnose my phone to find out while the product is malfunctioning. They did not respond to my complaint through their website nor BBB and closed the report. Extremely dissatisfied with them and would not recommend the UTC Apple location to anyone.
I have been a fan of Apple products for the last 7 years and have had no problem with Apple products until this year. I sent my phone into Apple back in May for a screen replacement and they could not fix it, so I was given a replacement phone. My replacement phone kept going on and out of service and the screen kept going black. I called AppleCare and mailed the phone back into Apple as they mailed me back another replacement phone. This replacement phone worked great until I did the latest update then it completely crashed and kept saying searching. I was not able to make any calls or receive any messages at all.
When I called, I was told that a select few of iPhone 7s were doing the no service thing and to send my phone in. After waiting a couple weeks to hear back from Apple, they told me they could not fix my phone because I “Tampered” with it. The lady with apple was even baffled at the engineering team who sent her the information. She apologized and did not understand what was going on. I am very upset with Apple over this. Apple you have lost a great customer that had nothing but love for your products until now.
I just wanted to say that when I called up Apple support when my iPhone was stuck in recovery mode (mind you after I googled it and tried myself). So the first guy made me give him the serial number of the phone and explain my problem he then walked me through all the results I just googled. I mean I have google too right? I don't need him for that. Anyway he then transferred me to someone else which I then had to give him the serial number again and again explain what my issue was!! It took 4 call transfers to finally speak to someone that knew more than me from a simple google search!!
I have been using Apple products since 4 but this time I am so much disappointed. After 11 Pro my heart is broken. What happen is I bought 5th of November 11 pro which was stolen and I never get back. Following week I bought one more 11 pro cause I am really loving with this product. Now my bad luck my phone drop on the well carpeted floor and guess what. My phone broken from back cover. There is no recover they can’t fix???. Whatever it show in demo is absolutely fake.
I'm living in Germany... After 1.5 years after purchase I realized that the glass on my iPhone X is swelled. I went to seller and he said that it is too late, warranty for iPhone - just one year!!! And only Apple has one year warranty. Other vendors have 2 years. Then I went to official Apple store. They even didn't want to waste time on "my problems". They said after one year - every repairs on my own expenses. But there is also law in Germany about 2 years seller warranty (Gewaehrleistung). I went to seller once again. He said that this law will only work, if some independent expert can prove that my device was broken in first year of usage. What the point in this additional year seller warranty then? And how is this possible that such expensive Apple devices (over 1.000 euro) have just one year warranty? Now I starting realizing this... Because they are so unreliable!!! This is my last iPhone for sure!
Mine and my husband’s Apple iPhone hotspot only works with other Apple products now. We will no longer be purchasing Apple phones because of this. My phone's internet is sufficient and if I can’t connect to my Netflix on my television only because I have an iPhone then I won’t have an iPhone anymore. Otherwise I have loved every iPhone I’ve had.
It's a shame that Apple has such a hold over the marketplace. They provide no assistance for issues with their electronics, and let's face it, we all know electronics have issues from time to time. I have been to the "genius bar" for the same iphone 3 times. The last time the Manager stated that she had to "follow her workflow" and replace the display, the same thing they did the last time I was in. The catch is that the warranty will be up in 30 days and when my daughter stated that this issue happens every 3-4 months and that she would be out of warranty the next time it happened (it happened within 3 months of purchasing the $1200 phone), the Manager at the Sommerset location in Troy, Michigan basically shrugged her shoulders. This is unacceptable.
Young kids are paying thousands of dollars for a phone and this is their response? The company is basically gauging customers, has the corner on the market and clearly doesn't understand that their arrogance will ultimately be their downfall. At some point, consumers just won't stand for your apathy towards us when your product fails and clearly has issues. And by the way, the phone was in perfect shape - no dents or scratches, so no, it wasn't damaged by the customer. Please take ownership of your technical issues with your product and stand behind the significant cost of your product.
I don't know whom in Apple to contact. Just borrow this platform to send this message to apple. Please fix your bug, your parent control function obviously has loopholes. My 12 year old boy uses a Youtube app to bypass the parent control and watches youtube video when he suppose to eat breakfast or does his homework. If you need to contact me, can reach me at my cell **. We live in Portland OR.
I've been an Android user all my life. Over time, I've become annoyed at Google's incessant monitoring, recording and storing of all my personal data. So, I recently bought an iPhone 11 Pro, thinking that it would be somewhat better than Android. Not so. 1. No audio jack. Consequence: cannot charge and talk on the phone or listen to music at the same time. The Apple store sells an overpriced adapter made by Belkin that doesn't work. 2. Many useful apps available for Android are not available on the iPhone. If there is an equivalent, it's always pay-by-subscription - as opposed to Android, which is pay once.
3. The Move to iOS app that is supposed to transfer all your call logs and messages from Android to the new iPhone is a complete disaster. It just doesn't work at all. I was unable to transfer any of my messages from Android to the iPhone with Move to iOS. I had to buy some third-party utility to do that. 4. No matter what you try to do, you are forced to use iTunes. iTunes being an app that Apple is discontinuing. 5. Horrible User Interface design compared to Android - and UI design is supposed to be Apple's strength. Everything must be done by swiping. Want to go to your "Home" screen on an iPhone? Swipe up from the bottom of the screen. Android has a "Home" button, a "Drawer" button where you can see all your apps, in addition to the icons you store on your phone screens.
6. Apple Music only plays mp3's and mp4's, and only if they were encoded in the very specific "Apple Way". If you want to play music or watch videos encoded in different - and better - formats, no luck. You need a third-party app called VLC. 7. No theming. Can't install your own icon sets. Must use whatever Apple decided you should. Don't like the default Apple icons? Tough. Apple always knows best. Here's the $64,000 question: Why does this mediocrity cost USD $1200?
I bought a brand new iPhone on a 2 years plan in Toronto to give it to my 14 years old daughter, according to the product specification the iPhone XR is labeled water- and dust resistant. It is IP 67 certified (meaning it is designed to be resistant to water when submerged up to one meter for no longer than 30 minutes.). Because of this information I let my daughter hold the phone while walking by the beach with her friend in less than 2 weeks of purchase and my worst nightmare happened. The phone fell from her hand to get covered by water for less than 5 seconds and it went off for good. I confirmed with her that the device only got submerged by a small wave when she picked it up in few seconds but it was totally gone. Then went to service provider who diverted me to Apple.
When took it to Apple Bar they refused to open it and did not even give me a report of what happened in the phone. I did went to another Apple Support in Fairview and convinced the employee at least to give me a road map to save the device or let me know what happened or why it does not work. He did took it and send it to the service to send me an official email of warranty cancelation and no report or diagnostic of the brand new phone was given to me just a very expensive replacement option and returned the device as is, not fixed and no report about its status.
My main concern is why apple put the 1 meter 30 minutes total waterproof and refuse to believe that it was not resistant to few cm and few seconds in water. They use it as an edge in sales and hold zero responsibility for it. They even let you live with a peace of scrap and keep paying it for 2 years without knowing what happened to it. They should either remove it from marketing and sales or give you any option to resolve the problem that you have trusted them and took the information as facts. What a scam.
I recently purchased iPhone 11 Pro Max. Apple has advertised that when you purchase a new iPhone, you get a year free subscription of Apple TV +. When I went to register for Apple TV +, it did show me that I am registering for free one year. But after my registration was complete, it showed me that my credit card will be charged in December after a month.
I contacted Apple support and after putting me on hold for hours, they said they will get back to me as there seem to be some system glitch which made my free subscription charged. And after 24 hours, they wrote back to me saying that I am not eligible for the offer as someone else in my family has already registered for the same. No one else in my family uses iPhone and hence can not avail the offer. When asked for proof which Apple ID received the offer, there is no reply from them. They just know how to false advertise and not to give user what they say. Being such a big corporation, learn to admit your fault and rectify the same rather than just saying some ** reason for not honouring the detail listed on site.
