    I received the phone today, from what I can tell, if you need to change the delivery address, do not pay much attention to the UPS app. I followed the instructions from UPS, all it did was make things worse., and take much longer. You might be best off to contact APPLE directly. If you get bounced around at Apple, ask for EXECUTIVE assistance. (Thank-you Liz). They have much more control, and for heaven's sake, do not decide to look on your UPS app, UPS was wrong every inch of the way. If they ask if you want a new phone to be shipped from China, it seems much faster than trying to find it somewhere lost in the USA. Right now it is taking 4 or 5 days to get to a remote place in Alaska. I would not be surprised if the first phone bounced around Alaska another 24 days.

    I purchased a new I-phone 14 pro-max 1 gig about a month ago, long since paid for. Apple decided they would ship it early, I wish they would have said it was possible when I purchased it. I have 2 homes, I live in Anchorage Alaska. I work in a small community in the Alaskan outback. Since apple was sending it early, I needed to change where I needed it to be sent. They are partnered with UPS. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone, reading their incorrect updates. They have the most peculiar system, if you change the address, it must try 3 times to deliver, then it is possible for them to take it back to the UPS store where they MIGHT be informed to forward it. I believe they tried 5 times to deliver after I asked for a change.

    I have stood on hold for 45 min to be told, I must call the apple UPS 800 number, which I did, I was on hold with them an hour, after exactly an hour passed my call was forwarded back to where I started. They told me again, I need to call the APPLE 800 number. I have been told 3 or 4 times, it is on the way and will be there shortly. Today I received a call from ARCHIE at apple. HE gave me an 800 number to call, he said, all I had to do was give them the address and it would be along shortly. I called, it was UPS, someone I could barely understand in a noisy environment. All I am sure he said was UPS can not change the address we are shipping back where it came from. I asked if he meant China or somewhere else, I am not sure what he said before hanging up.

    When Archie called I said, I am driving right now, is it possible to text me the phone number, he said NO he does not have the ability to text. I was surprised that the largest phone manufacturer on the planet cannot send a text. He said he would TRY and email me. I did get it, that's when I found it, nope, going back to where it came from. I paid $1856 dollars for a premium phone, since apple changed the delivery date, I wish they felt obligated to get it to me in a reasonable time frame. I have dealt with people that were incorrect and felt like they just punch a clock and could care less if I ever get what I paid for.

    I do like all the apple products I have purchased, and it is a long list. Shipping seems to be the weak link. I feel I will be better off going forward, never buying online, waiting until it is in the store. A person should not have the wind taken out of their sail just because Apple changed their shipping day. I even stayed longer in this remote outpost for nothing, and for the 2nd or 3rd time, I have been told, they will have an update in 48 hours, ea time so far, it has been wrong.

    Called to setup a new phone when my old phone's screen randomly stopped working. Impossible to get into your account without a second expensive Apple device, or resetting your account "which could take weeks". Completely unacceptable that I hung up with them with zero resolution. They don't give **.

    Volume for GPS cannot be increased. I have wasted over an hour searching for a solution. Which duck wad at Apple decided to make the volume, for the GPS when Bluetooth connected to the car, so difficult? Or impossible to increase?

    Owner of iPhone 12 pro max - 1.6 years, 256 GB of data.- error code 1110 – NO WARNINGS! Today My iPhone 12 pro max is stuck in an endless Apple loop. I tried a hard reboot. That didn't work. Then I tried to update it in restore mode. I contacted apple support 3 times, got 3 different cases opened, Case: **, Case: **, Case: **. They don’t mention nothing about these known issues, and it seems that they have a permanent fix solution already in places for new software’s updates helping with error code 1110 – full hard disk and memory usage.

    After experiencing this issue and seeing the Apple recommended solution to basically reset your phone, I have been disappointing and shocked. I will never buy Apple product in my life. ‘Trust’ was the only word in my mind every time a bought apple product. Apple can make nice products, but they can't seem to provide a fix for the device storage getting full issue.

    I hope for other's sake Apple (1) directly address the storage getting full issue to prevent it happening - e.g. lots of warnings at >95% full and at 97% full must delete stuff and cannot take more photos, (2) provide a proper fix for error 1110 and (3) provide a simple phone recovery environment to allow people to backup their data and/or delete unnecessary apps to free up space. I lost 239 GB of data in principal pictures with my little daughter 7 years old, moment in my life and her spent in the last 2 years. SHAME APPLE! I hope you never get here in this situation to lose completely all your data with no warnings at all. Read more on internet about issues code 1110! - don't trust me for free.

    I'm the owner of my Iphone 13 pro. It's in my name, because I was accidentally locked out of my phone and Apple id with (MY PHONE) It went to apple id recovery, for apple to be this BIG COMPANY they should have a better way to recover people's apple id and Iphones that's not stolen then some ** several days crap program,,,, some people in the world needs their phone for work,,,, how about you guys work on a better way to fix that problem than jacking prices up.

    The iPhone 11 has great performance, high-quality video recording, long battery life, and all-around great software. These are just a few signs of why you should still choose an iPhone. If you are using SBCGlobal email service or SBCGlobal email not working on iPhone then you can reboot it.

    My phone has been giving me network issue, hot battery, and also reset itself automatically . I have been to the Apple store several times for the same complain and I still experience the same issue. T-Mobile approved an exchange of the device and upon getting there to exchange the device, I was told the IMEI is different from the one they have on file. I contacted Apple again and was told a component was changed from my the phone that is why the serial number changed. I am not enjoying the service I am paying for. The phone is been giving me issues since the second month I got it. I have been going back and forth from apple to T-Mobile and it's frustrating and depressing. I am fed up of the service. I see why people prefer Samsung phones.

    Well Apple was never my first choice in phone but ended up being my phone. I disputed a issue of charges after charges after charges on my phone that a family member child had made and I went to ask for a refund. I understand that they think that this is a family issue but it was over $300 in charges that I did not know happened and the kid is like five years old and how are you supposed to know that they know how to operate these pieces of equipment. That I can’t even figure out. I had to go online to ask for a refund. You have to enter every single one that’s on there and justify why you want to refund and what happened. I went, filled out the request for the refund, submitted it within 24 to 48 hours, you’re required to have an answer.

    So I wait and less than 24 hours happens to be a reply to my request. And it denied me any refund saying it was not qualified for a refund through Apple because it was made on my phone. By a family member. I was very honest and I find that very very unhelpful and a lack of customer service.. So I wanted to debate my review. I called the number. Waited online for like 30 minutes. Talk to a customer service rep who said that she would re-apply for my refund and being that it came from Apple representative it would go through. So I went over every single thing with her. She put them all in and it was over $340.39 so she submitted it and said, "Check in a couple hours on your email and you’ll find out what they say and they should most likely do that. If not contact your bank for a claim against all these charges". So I do this and they denied my refund again.

    I called my bank and my bank cannot give me a refund for all this money. I asked the parents of the child and they also told me, "Call Apple. They have no problem helping everybody out. They’ll give you a refund". And It did not happen. I’m so disappointed that these people are just so into making money that they will do things like this that affect other people's lives and damaged their credit.

    The reason that child was here was due to the fact that a family member of mine died and they were here for like a couple weeks. Thinking it was harmless I allowed her to use my phone. I didn’t know that they were that smart. And I didn’t know that Apple security was so lacking that they could get into it and order things and keep order things on my phone so I just thought that I would share that with you all and I was very disappointed that this company with all this money treats their customers as if they’re nobody. And their lives don’t matter. But that’s just a corporation that’s out to make money. I’m sure they could care less what goes on with us people little people in the world.

    And I have a really hard time dealing with everything I that has to do with refunds now online when you should be able to speak to a person so you could actually they could hear your voice and you’re not writing something down so I can’t feel your expression or hear your personality, or understand the strain, pressure, happiness, failure, success, that you hear in somebody’s voice when you speak with them. Now I remember why I felt like this. So make sure you watch the cards you have on file and the ability for others to get into your money that way. Thank you for listening.

    Phone malfunctioning from day one: freezes up, drop Wi-Fi, can’t hear or be heard, and so on. Countless hours on phone with Apple, returned to store for repairs 4 times. Bought a case from apple store it fell apart. Never had a phone case fall apart of course never had a $50 apple case neither. Just a $1,000 ripoff.

    Do not trade in by Apple mail in program. I always buy Apple phones each year for me and my family. We also have Ipads for the whole family and apple watches. I will say the products are good but do not trade in by mail with them. I always have traded in person but due to covid they don’t make it easy to go in person. So, last year we traded in our watches and then they contacted us and said “Are you going to return the watch? Nothing was in the box”. I call ** on that. It was in there. Then this year I traded in my Apple I Phone 12 max pro and was supposed to get $710 credit. I was just contacted saying adjusted value is $300 because the screen doesn’t work. What?!? That phone was in mint condition. Always kept in an otter box defender and glass protection screen. It was beautiful.

    I should have taken my spouse advice and not traded in a perfectly good condition phone that was only 10 months old. This can’t be an isolated case. If I used their trade in mail in programs twice and I’ve been screwed twice that’s 100% guarantee that I’ll get screwed next time. Well, there won’t be a next time. No support from Apple on their third party vendor who is running a scam to defraud customers. All the negative feedback from customers can’t all be lies.

    I lost my iPhone XR when I tried to upgrade to apple latest IOS 15 upgrade. I got an unknown error while upgrading and now my phone is locked. Apple is saying they cannot do anything about it. My questions is why they released ios 15 upgrade when it is destroying older model phones. Also Apple Technical Support managed to delete by my backed up data in the cloud while trying to fix my phone.

    I just purchased a IPhone 13 Pro from Verizon and was going to perform the upgrade. What a DISASTER! First of all, Apple no longer includes a charger with the $1100 phones. How CHEAP can you get get APPLE? I was about to get started with the instructions for the upgrade and it said to make sure you have the ID and Password for your ICloud account. I then checked to make sure I knew the password and I did not. So, I went to apple website to see how to change it or recover it and followed the instructions but the screens on my IPhone X did not match ANY of the instructions on Apple's Website.

    After trying many time, I decided that maybe I needed to sign out of iCloud on my phone and that is where everything went off the cliff. Signing out did not help matters so I finally get someone to answer the support line at apple and they said they could help. I did not have any other Apple products in the house with me. I use apple's phones and that is it. Everything else is Windows. I was informed by the support person that after I provided ALL the correct questions to all of the security questions that it would take 24hr or longer to recover my password.

    I escalated my case to a more senior support person and they said they could help. They said I could use the new device to recover my password. BIGGER DISASTER! While he walks me through the beginning steps on the new iphone, the call was dropped and the phone service from Verizon was moved. I now had nobody on the phone with support and my Iphone no longer has cellular service to work from. I am a VP of Sales and my phone is a MUST have all the time. With neither phone working, I decided I had to move forward with the remainder of the upgrade and see if the new phone cellular service would start working. Luckily, it did and I was able to get apple support back on the phone. However, I had to do the upgrade without ICloud and none of the icons worked.

    BOTTOM line is, since I did not know my ICloud password, I was put in the penalty box for 24hr SO FAR and nothing works on my phone except cellular. When I asked how did the 24hr waiting period help with Security, the senior tech could not answer the question. He was providing some ** answer and when I pressed him on it, it boils down to resources to verify the information I provided was accurate. AN EVEN BIGGER ** ANSWER!!

    I have been in IT Security for over 25 years and a waiting period does NOTHING to add to security. Basically, Apple is lazy and in a effort to save money they have not put the systems and people in place to resolve this issue. SO, do not EVER attempt to do any upgrades until you know for sure your ICLOUD acct and password. Also, whatever you do DON'T EVER sign-out of your ICLOUD account on your device without know for sure your ACCT and PSWD. This will be my last apple device I will ever purchase. GOODBYE APPLE!!

    After three iPhone upgrades to resolve a “bug” in my software & after several in-store visits and several Apple support team consultations, Apple have admitted that they are aware of this rate software issue however unable to provide a solution or a timeline as to when a solution can be provided (if ever). After over 18 months of back and forth APPLE offered me $300.00 voucher to use in a APPLE STORE! (Being extremely upset, frustrated and disappointed, why would I want to buy another Apple product until this is rectified!)

    I have just submitted my feedback below, can you please share the below with any senior department you can... I received an auto response after lodging my feedback stating (we can't respond to you directly, however we have taken your feedback on board). Considering the severity of my circumstance & the fact that my passwords, accounts or other personal information could also be sabotaged, this is unacceptable. I have a lot more to say to the engineers & senior decision makers at Apple however the below was the maximum character count I could type.

    “I have been experiencing a severe lag when messaging. This lag is now spreading to other apps. I have been appalled with the lack of knowledge, support & outcome to date. I have been informed from a senior member of your apple support team that you are aware of the issue and UNFORTUNATELY have no solution nor able to tell me when I can expect one.

    I own 10 apple devices & I run a business from my phone, your faulty product is costing me money & a lot of stress. I want an outcome, I want a solution or I want to be compensated immediately. During a time where technology is being purchased and relied on more than ever and social media & media followed more closely in the current climate, I am hopeful Apple does not want bad publicity. I am prepared to take as much action required to get a resolution immediately as this has cost me a significant loss financially, loss of productivity in my business and my stress levels are at maximum everyday whilst trying to run a business from my phone.”

    Hairline crack on my brand new iPhone 12 within first 30 days of owning it. I didn't drop the phone and it appeared out of nowhere. I called Apple. They said this was a known issue and would likely replace the screen for free upon inspection. They sent me to a Best Buy store to get it repaired two days later. Best Buy said they'd have to charge me for it and they weren't sure why Apple would have sent us to Best Buy given they had to get paid for the work being done. They recommended I go back to Apple and schedule and appointment at the Genius Bar. To say I was disappointed that Apple was dishonest and also sent me on my Sunday to the wrong place that was unable to repair the defective phone without charging me was frustrating.

    I called Apple and was put in touch with a supervisor. The supervisor was less than helpful and unapologetic for the misinformation and unfortunate use of my time. I now have to go to an Apple store and who knows what the outcome will be. Hopefully not another wasted two hours out of my day. After this experience with terrible customer service for an $800 phone that I bought just 30 days ago, I will never buy an Apple product again.

    My daughter had the XSmax display replaced April 21. Nearly $400. FaceID worked fine before. Phone not used until yesterday. FaceId won’t work. Took it to Apple Store. Said we wasted money and sorry can’t help.

    My son forgot his passcode to his iPhone 11. For the first two days I worked with Apple support (Day 1 = 2 agents - one was great, the other clearly hated her job/life and made a point to wield what little power she has in her life by hanging up the call when I told her I already completed the steps she was suggesting). (Day 2, same as first day. I guess it's a 50/50 chance of getting help or someone intentionally terrible). After 2 days of errors, without doing anything different or changing anything the error I was getting went away. Weird timing, because the restore process wasn't completing for 2 days, then when I said it feels like this is intentional it suddenly was fixed. But the funny thing was it was only fixed AFTER the agent told me to submit a password change request for my son's iCloud account.

    I know for a fact his password was the same as his Xbox password, but for some odd reason that password quit working as soon as the phone began the restore process. The password reset is a 72 hour process. Why would Apple waste millions of dollars on human interactions for password resets when it should be a self service process? What would be the motivation to throw that money away, while damaging the brand and diminishing the customer experience? Perhaps it is intentional...they use slave labor, rape the environment for natural resources needed for the phone, and treat us like crap when we become customers. Perhaps it's time I took stock of my morality and stopped supporting this type of evil. DO BETTER, APPLE.

    In 2018, when XS was launched I bought the iPhone X because features were very similar. After the warranty period, the camera got a black spot on top right corner. When I went to the store they did diagnostic and found nothing that I had done. It was a hardware issue but because the warranty was over they did not cover it. Now 2 days ago out of nowhere there is a big green line appearing on the right side of screen.

    I went to Apple Genius today and the guy told me that warranty is over so I have to pay another $365 to fix the issue. Again I had not done anything wrong to the phone. He did the diagnostic check and hardware had no issue. It was quality issue he said but again because the phone is not under warranty so they will not cover it. This is such a rip off. They make sure nothing happens for one year and then the hardware starts failing so it is not covered under warranty. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. I hope more people learn about this and take a stand against this ruthless monopolistic greedy giant.

    On 3/13/2021, I placed an order (**), on Apple.com. During checkout I was given two choices for the order; mail devices to home by Tuesday, or Express Pickup at local store (Apple North Star). The item was listed as available today, so I chose Express Pickup. A logical person would assume express pickup would mean, the item would be available to the purchaser sometime today, since the order was placed at 12pm noon. So about 3:30 I head to the mall, assuming, the device would shortly be available. I stop by the Apple store with my purchase information and was greeted kindly by manager Andy.

    Andy stated processing usually takes a couple of hours. I educated Andy, the order was made at noon and it was 4pm at time of discussion, which is 2 x couple of hours. Andy called some corporate number and stated he was advised the order was showing still processing, but to wait on the pickup email and ask for him once I receive it and I would not have to wait in the entrance line again. Well, it's now the end of day two and the store closed already.

    I called Apple.com regarding my purchase, and the young lady who answered the call asked what she could help with and I explained I was calling to check the status of my purchase. She advised me to hold on and the next thing I heard was the automated system asking me to enter the extension of the person I was trying to reach. I hung up and had to call back and spoke with a male customer service rep the second time, who stated they were reviewing my payment information and it should be cleared up in the morning. I inquired why would they they need to review my payment information and for what concerns? He stated, sometimes there could be slight errors that are reviewed and have to be cleared. I educated that I was in the local store the day before and if any information needed to be verified, then that would have been the best time to verify any concerns.

    The truth is, all of this has been a load of crock. These are operational issues and apple has demonstrated that after a year of closure, no one was intelligent enough to have a reopening plan in place. They have demonstrated a failure to timely process orders and provide standard customer service; which is the bare minimum below good customer service. We knew they lost the vision of the company when Steve Jobs died, but it appears they don't even have leadership capable of reestablishing a functional operation. Instead of fixing the problem, they chose to treat consumers as if we're all ignorant fools they can side track to cover their own failures. I've cancelled this order and truly understand now, how the android market has come this far into taking over a market once ruled by Apple.

    I thought I was getting better, security, dependability, and image capability. Not so. Here's why:

    1- Mandatory updates = progressive privacy invasions by Apple. If you don't agree to all of the terms, you don't get security and software updates and your device will malfunction, shortening its lifespan.

    2- No replaceable battery, so when their built-in one dies, you're out a very expensive phone.

    3- Between the built-in battery and software obsolescence you will have to buy a newer model in 3-4 years.

    4- Lack of compatibility with non-Apple devices: Yes it goes both ways, AND Apple has upped the ante by making it impossible to download my photos from my Iphone to my non-Apple device. Iphone doesn't allow access to a non-Apple device, so other device can't recognize it for the USB download. Yes, I've followed all of the instructions on both ends, have the right equipment, downloaded the suggested space-intensive Apple software onto my other devices (which did not help and is almost impossible to completely remove), and have complied with all other "suggested" options. No, it's not a settings glitch. So, my only options to transfer my photos off of my Iphone are to:

    a. Buy another Mac/Apple device with the hardware to do photo processing/editing.

    b. Upload to the cloud, and not be able to fully access them for the same purpose. If I upload to the Apple Cloud, I'm also signing away my privacy, yet again, can only view/edit with their proprietary software (incompatible with other manufacturer's devices), and have to pay for additional Apple Icloud memory to store them. In effect: my images and other data are stranded/locked down by Apple.

    5- Iphones are becoming as hackable as other devices.

    I ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max in the first week of December and I received the phone on Dec. 18, 2020. They offered $140 value to be discounted if I return my old phone. I mailed my iPhone 7 Plus for a discount. It was 128 GB. They offered me only $35 claiming that the phone was broken even though it was in a perfect condition. I declined the offer and asked them to return my phone. I received an iPhone 7 Plus which was only 32 GB. The phone was damaged. The glass was separated from the body of the phone. My phone and the phone that was returned to me had different serial numbers. I called them and asked them to send me my phone or a phone which has similar features to me. I called them 3 times and could not go anywhere. They sent me an email saying 'Good News, the inspection was completed and we will give you $140". I responded that I do not want any discount but I want my phone back.

    I called them 2 more times requesting my phone to be returned. They are ignoring my request. The customer service representatives are not helpful at all. I want my phone back or a phone with similar features or a refund in the value of my phone's market value. They are not willing to do any one of these. The customer service representatives that I encountered are rude and do not respond to my questions.

    This was my first time doing business with the Apple brand. I was approved for the Apple Pay card and scheduled my appointment for pickup. I bought the IPHONE 12 PRO MAX $1200 with the best insurance plan so $1400+. Ok so I drive 35 minutes to the Brandon Mall Apple store. Check-in with my order number, stand in line for about 5 minutes. I get to the counter and show my order number and driver's license to show that I am me picking up the phone. Mind you I’m only coming to pick up the phone, not start service with any provider they have because I have my own SIM card. Why did this lady humiliate me? She began to tell me I can’t pick up the phone if I’m making payments. It has to be paid in full and I need to return it then buy it again paying in full because I can’t take the phone without paying in full!!!! It’s against some kinda lawwww.

    I’m just in shock because I know this reflected on my order!!! I was very confused!!! I guess people with beautiful brown skin can’t afford to buy the latest iPhone??? She stepped away then returned to say, "Oh it IS paid in full," with no apology whatsoever! I looked at her and told her “You took me through this for what!!??” It’s been 2 days and I can’t believe I was treated this way. I’m returning this and going back to Android. This is not acceptable and I will not pay for a product and get treated this way. Back to the Apple to get a full refund!!

    I have had an IPhone starting with the IPhone launch in 2007. I have updated every 3-4 yrs and now have the IPhone 12 Pro Max. I love everything about the Apple products that I use almost continuously. I tried other OS' for interface with proprietary security systems, etc. and have found them vastly inferior to my Apple Products.

    This phone is horrible. I have tried to order the glass screen protector. The first seller didn't send it after a week so I had to cancel. The next 2 have both sent screen protectors that are too small. The second time I even called Apple to find out which SE phone I have because the phone doesn't indicate, and nor is it on the box. Why don't they make the ones that fit this phone? I have now had this phone a month and cannot get the screen protector. Unfortunately my daughter bought it as a gift for me. Can't wait till I can get another Samsung and I was sick of those. Why didn't Apple just call it something different or is this like the battery that they are going to slow down in a couple of years. Now I now why I avoided Apple for so long.

    We have had an iPhone 7 since September 2019. After the most recent software update the microphone stopped working which means no incoming phone calls, Siri or FaceTime. So the phone is basically useless after 15 months. When we brought it to Apple the associate acknowledged that he can not figure out why the internal microphone does not work. He can tell that there is no damage to the phone and no explanation on why we are having the problem. However because we have had the phone for 15 months it is out of warranty. Therefore, the only thing they can offer is a refurbished phone for $325 plus 30% off because I was so angry.

    The manger followed up with saying if I had Apple Care it would have been covered. Thank you for the info. My issue is for the amount of money you pay for an iPhone it should last for more than a year! Additionally, on various online platforms it appears that iPhone 7’s have been having this issue so why can’t this be rectified? I am so disappointed that Apple could not rectify the issue and stand behind their product. I should not have to replace a 15 month old iPhone that was not damaged by us! This is a internal hardware malfunction! I’m a very disappointed customer.

    This item made it possible to use the lightning connector (where the battery charger is connected) with my earphones for music and for phone calls. It works the same as if I connected the earphones through the earphone jack. I had cleaned the earphone jack of lots of lint and debris but it was still not making a good connection unless I held the connector toward the front of the iPhone 5S. I had tried other lightning connectors but the phone function wasn't there, only music. The Apple logo is important with this type of connector.

    No major problems, when battery was no good they replaced after a recall. Happy with Apple service. Love the iPhones and looking to upgrade to iPhone 12 Pro. But deciding if I should change my carrier, which is Verizon, since they do not offer current customers any special upgrade deals.

    My iPhone 8 is my 2nd brain..It keeps all my memories, notes for happenings I must remember and anything I must not forget. It reminds me of appts, etc. I ask Siri information about facts I want to know about and distances to travel. Google map directs me wherever I need to go. I need my IPhone, it’s a blessing.     The iPhone SE 2020 isn’t too big but has a decent size screen to do anything on. It is pretty light weight, comes in some nice colors, takes great pics and videos and is super fast processing information. Also, it has an amazing speaker, in which it is pretty loud and clear. This phone does not have a headphone jack port, and does not come with the dongle to connect headphones. Full cost of the phone was much cheaper than most iPhones, which was another bonus of this awesome phone.

    I am satisfied with my iPhone XR. However I had a iPhone 7plus and felt it was a better phone. If I could do it all over again I would have kept the 7plus. The DR is not as user friendly as the plus and the screen obviously is smaller. However the DR battery life seems longer than the 7 plus.

    I really like the iPhone XR overall. This is my third iPhone. The camera works well for my needs. The is a good amount of space and I feel secure with the cloud back up. My main complaint remains issues (as with the other iPhones) with the battery losing power and the phone needing to be recharged more and more often. I also have not found that the representatives at Apple Care are not able to troubleshoot problems very successfully. I had a problem with texting not working but it turned out to be a Verizon issue.

    Very user friendly, trouble free telephone. Excellent screen resolution. Clarity of sound. Camera quality is as good as it can be. Easy to handle and operate.     I switched from a Samsung to iPhone two weeks ago. Reasons I enjoy my iPhone include the Super Retina OLED display. The clarity and resolution are amazing. The iPhone 12 seems to be very responsive and fast. The camera is amazing. The video recording quality is great. The iPhone is very easy to use, including the use of Siri. The ability to get updates for iOS is much more efficient. Samsung seemed to be full of bloatware. Apple does have some apps that I don’t need however those can be disabled. Lastly Apple products integrate well with each other. The ability to family share and airdrop are added bonuses!

    I recently bought the iPhone. Previously had Samsung phones which were easier to use and more affordable. The cost of Apple products are too high. I purchased 2 phones for the price of one, but after all the other requirements, the lease & insurance instead of paying less money like the salesman said, I am paying twice as much. I am now stuck in a lease I can’t afford and feel like I was misled and taken advantage of, even after I informed the salesman that my son died a few days prior. My husband had dropped my Samsung.     I have used both Android and iOS cellphones. At one point, Android seem very handy and convenient in terms of getting data in and out via SD card and other methods which was relatively difficult in case of iOS. However, I would rate Apple iPhone slightly higher due to their OS upgrade compatibilities for more backward-generations compatibility which is limited in Android devices made by many manufacturers.

    So far so good. If I have problem with my phone I call Apple and 85% of the time it gets resolved. The phone is easy to use. It is an iPhone 7. However I was hacked into a year ago, That was a HUGE nightmare!! Once the hackers had my Mac # I had to buy a new phone. The problems went on for 4 months. My phone was cloned. It was very difficult to get Apple to verify my account due to the hackers changing much of my information.

    My newest iPhone is less than 2 yrs old. If a Voicemail is left, I receive it between 5 minutes to an hour later. Sometimes the screen darkens for no reason & I have to go to settings to adjust it to brightness again. Same with the sound (loudness) of the ringtone. I can walk from one end of my house to the other & the clarity of a caller changes.

    I love the fact the Apple controls what apps are on their phones. Saves a lot of headaches from viruses and corruptions caused by non-vetted apps.     While other cell phone manufacturers are making tremendous headway in this space, Apple continues to lead in innovation, technology, design and practical functionality with its highly integrable iPhone line up. These phones are extremely user friendly, integrate and share data seamlessly across other Apple devices and take the guesswork out how to stay connected today. The only thing I don’t like on the new design is that they no longer have a input for headphones and/or auxiliary cords. I know it’s a bit old school, but it would be nice not to be “forced” into expensive AirPods and not being able to play music if you have an older car that isn’t equipped with Bluetooth but does have an auxiliary jack.

    When I call Apple regarding issues of my IPHONE, they are always available and willing to help. They are also helpful whenever I need help regarding phishing issues, uploading but most specially when there are changes to apps that doesn’t fit my needs.     I have had the iPhone iXR for a little over a year. The pros are: It is easy to organize the apps in a configuration that works for me. Alerts of various types can be set for text, e-mail and voicemail. I am able to group my contacts in categories such as family, friends, clients etc. The cons are: I wear glasses and to speak on the phone I have to angle my glasses to be heard. Speaker is not always an option on confidential calls. Siri is pretty worthless. Maybe it's my voice, but most of the time, she either doesn't understand me or deliver the wrong information.

We made the switch mainly because we were the only holdouts in our rather large family that were not Apple users. Now we get to share the fun features.

    iPhones look good, are reliable, and are easy enough for my 92-year old grandma to use. While some folks get the latest model every year, I have stuck with the same one (iPhone 6) for years now and am still happy with it. When I do finally upgrade, I'm sure the advancements will be even more impactful. I wouldn't think of getting any other brand due to my great experience with them over the last decade.

    Have been having troubles with the keyboard, screen is vulnerable to breaking easily. Apple support has been hard to reach and really have not helped me with the keyboard typing on its own and double letters and random numbers, using my phone to make orders in remote areas is sometimes impossible.

    My first iPhone was a 3g and the voice clarity was superb and didn’t have short battery power, but had to replace because the apps didn’t work. My next phone was the 5 series and the the voice clarity was awful. The next phone was an 8 which I have now. I am pleased with this phone. The smaller size suits my needs, especially with the mobility whereas the size of lettering on internet pages is too small to use on a regular basis. That is what my iPad is used for.

    I feel like Apple has done a good job at making consumers brand loyal. However there are certain things about the phone that are annoying. It feels behind Androids for starters.     Have been using my iPhone 11 for 10 months now. Still Love It! Battery life was greatly improved over previous model. Photos are great and love that I can sync with my iPad and edit them quickly. Apple has continued to make small updates to the iOS making coordination and sharing with family and work colleagues secure and easy. The iPhone is phone of choice for me.

    I don’t think that they are smart. It always needs updates or the phone doesn’t work properly and the phone is hard of hearing when you have to send a message. If the phone was a smart one it would be made out of glass. It would be tougher in every sense.

    The Apple iPhone is like my laptop computer at hand. I like how the dashboard is laid out. I have easy access to my apps and if I need to add any apps to my phone Apple makes it very user friendly to do that as well. The display is crystal clear and the sound is totally amazing. When watching a movie the speakers have a theater sounds, so the quality is high standard. I've had many iPhones down through the years and I've had any major issues in regards to viruses. I'm totally satisfied with Apple.

    I have had very few technical issues with the iPhone since switching from an Android system mobile device. Security is very important and Apple has you covered here. Storage and speed are also very good. As a business tool it has become very important, there's no need to carry a notebook computer when I'm on the road.     Had to buy new phone to replace my iPhone 6S which is at the bottom of a certain lake. New iPhone 11 is excellent. I am not very tech savvy but it’s easy to use and a good looking phone.     I love my 2020 Apple SE, which is the lowest priced iPhone. If you have, and love your iWatch, you have no real choice in what phone you'll be owning. Even though it's one of the best phones for the bucks, it's still wildly overpriced. The SE still has a physical home button (preferred) a fast processor and a decent camera. What sold me was the size factor. I'm not a fan of giant phones which fit no pocket ever. As much as I'd like an iPhone 12 mini, I cannot justify the cost. Apple is rich enough.

    The phone receives updates and they make changes to the software. For example, you can no longer play a song with a wake up alarm on an Apple XR - this changed after owning the phone for 4 months. Also, the phone crashes which indicates a software issue. When you call Apple - be prepared to be on the phone for an average of 2-4 hours to fix the problem. The worst part is this - you have to do the work!

    I had issues with contacts falling out, the phone freezing so they decided to wipe it and said that "We backed it up." They did NOT back up the phone properly and I lost saved music that I owned the CD's that were downloaded and do not want to purchase it again. They want everything in the cloud which places your data at risk. I'm not as pleased with Apple or their service due to the issues above. It is a challenge to get the right qualified service professional to help and it takes about 30 minutes on the phone having to repeat steps to get to someone qualified to help.

    The phone works well. I find at times it is more complicated for me to use. I went from an Iphone 6 to a 11 and found the learning curve a little steep for a 70 year old. I have yet to learn how to take full advantage of all it is capable of and probably never will. At least not until it is time to upgrade. Or maybe my phone will outlive me.

    My first Apple phone (XR). I must admit it works very well, the updates are seamless and Facetime cannot be beat. My previous smartphones were androids and while updates did occur, they weren't frequent and of course no Facetime. Cameras, speakers and such are very similar to both types. My children and grandchildren all have Apple iPads or iPhones, poppy needs to keep up.

    I’ll never forgive them for charging me for a new battery on my old iPhone when they knew that it was a piece of garbage. To top it off, the phone wouldn’t work as well because of the bad battery which forced me to take it in. If I have faulty breaks or an airbag in my vehicle, they replace it for free. Apple, knowingly putting in a bad battery, still charge me to replace it.

    Sometimes enough is enough. My favorite Apple model was the 8. Of course this newer one has better clarity in pictures but I had some audio problems with it. One thing to note about this particular model they can’t replace the glass. It’s in the front aNd back.. the whole phone has to be replaced.

    Purchased a NEW not refurbished iPhone 8 from T-mobile in February 2020. This phone lasted 7 months then completely shut down, can’t charge it or get any response. It is completely dead! I never damaged it in any way so this is just a really BAD product! I have older iPhones 6s that I’ve had for years that work fine. iPhone is not producing the quality products it used to but they are continuing to charge premium prices.

    I have a Iphone 6, which I consider to be the Ford F-150 of smartphones. I've had this phone for 8 years, replaced the battery 2 years ago, and it consistently updates to new apple software. I drove cross-country twice in the last 8 months and the phone performed flawlessly throughout these trips. AT&T is my provider, and their service is excellent. Highly recommend this oldie but goodie if you can locate one.

    I am an Apple lover. I really like their products. I have a few of them. As far as the Apple phone X I like most everything. The feel is good. Not too heavy. The design looks is excellent and allows for many apps. It comes with some apps when you buy it. The sound quality is good in almost every area except at a few locations. There are more features than I can comprehend and still don’t know everything after a few years. I wish they would have a pamphlet instead of it all online. However, there are features for everything you could possibly want or need. The phone charges relatively quickly based on the cord you use to charge it with. The speakers have good quality. I definitely would recommend this phone. Apple technology is always moving forward at a rapid pace, which you can always count on.

    I find this phone I have is very difficult to use and it is very unpredictable and one day it works well and the next day it is horrible. One day you can shut if off and the next day you can't, it has always been a cracking machine with other complications.     I have a iPhone 11. Believe it or not it is fairly simple to use. I am of an older generation so I’m tech challenged. But I have been able to adapt this phone and operating system. The phone does about everything for you, including watching your favorite tv program. I have every app I enjoyed (and ones I don’t enjoy) on my Samsung. Love the wallet, it helps keep track of everything, including keeping track of your credit score!

    The Apple phone 11 has a great speaker. The Apple phone should have a port to hook to your computer. The camera on the Apple 11 has a great camera on it. The Apple 11 is pretty easy to operate. I use to have a Samsung 5 and it had a terrible speaker and not easy to operate.

    I bought the smallest newest Apple se to see if I could handle it and its extras. It's very convenient along with siri and my Microsoft app. I like the different apps I can download and the apple wallet. It's a time saver.     Hi! I've had an Apple iPhone for several years now. I started out with the Apple iPhone 5. I now have the Apple iPhone SE 2020 Model. I really like it my phone too! It was affordable compared to what other models cost and it's light and compact. I did not think that it was necessary to spend a minimum of hundreds of dollars more for a phone, even if I wanted one! It has good sound quality and the camera works very well. This phone is not difficult to figure out and operate. There are nice colors to choose from like the red phone that I purchased. I've recommended the iPhone SE to a couple of my friends who are thinking about getting a new phone. I think anyone would like this particular phone!

    I have been an Apple fan since my first iPhone3. My first brand new iPhone was a 5 but I didn't have another new one until I was kindly gifted an iPhone XS Max about 18 months ago. The phone has the same consistent build quality that you come to expect from Apple and the software is updated often. It is comfortable to hold and hasn't failed me yet. The display is clear and the accessibility options help with my failing eyesight. The security features make it less attractive to thieves and the 'Find My' app makes it easy to find the device if it's misplaced. Although iPhones are expensive I have come to appreciate the quality that I would definitely recommend iPhones to others and would buy another new one.

    Been an iPhone user for years. Kept my six until last month and got a 12. Like the size of the screen, the unit overall is compact and easy to handle. Graphics are sharp, features are pretty much the same. The camera is more of a professional grade even on the 12. Daughter is in real estate and she opted for the next level up to help her with the pictures, and videos of property. It is pro quality. The phones are by Apple so it goes without saying that they are top of the line, but you pay for that, they are pricy. Noticed the sales guy had another brand, asked him why. His answer was simple. I can do everything I need with this one, pretty much what you are with that one, and this one fits my budget. Last comment, the screen needs more protection.

    I have had several iPhones over the years, each lasting me about 2.5 years or so. The current one I have is an iPhone 11 and I can not wait for my contract to be done so I can turn it in. This particular model falls short on my expectations. The buttons are not as sensitive. I had to go to a Sprint store a couple of times during the first month for some problems. The signal is weak (I've had the same carrier for years ) and signal just spotty in a lot of places I have never had a problem before. I hope the 12 lives up to the Apple name when I upgrade.

    Apple iPhone 6S has been a very good phone as long as used with a Mophie Juice Pack. The Apple iPhone 6S had issues and a lawsuit from the beginning. A huge selection was given almost free battery upgrades. Next the lawsuit contained issues of slowing network when too many users active.

    I refuse to purchase a new iPhone until the one I currently have absolutely dies and no longer functions. Currently it has a cracked screen and fluorescent green line across it from top to bottom when the screen is on. However, I still refuse to spend my money on a new one. Apple likes to promote the newest model as so much more than the last and really they are all the same. None of the "new" features or supposed improvements warrant shelling out so much money on a phone.

    Until I got my first iPhone, I didn’t think I could get comfortable using one. But my son convinced me so here I am 11 years later. Apple creates A+ products and stands behind them 100%. I am definitely Team iPhone???. I recommend them to everyone I know.

    Very expensive & worse Apple basically expects everyone to continuously upgrade. Thus there’s little support or care about anyone who’s not rich & has to deal with older equipment. Even to the point of barely publicized lawsuits that if you miss the deadline you will never be compensated for wrongdoings - despite owning phone involved since new.

    I'm a designer and use an iMac by trade. My precious little iPhone XS is like my mini Mac and it is the BOMB!! Amazing photography, very fast, and solid as heck! Four words: I LOVE MY iPHONE!! I turned my wife onto an iPhone and she loves loves LOVES IT!!!! I truly feel sorry for the humans that have been cursed with anything else. I really do love many of the new features of the latest iPhones, but I have no reason - nor desire - to "upgrade". This has not been a paid announcement!!

    Many features, user friendly. Good battery life, reasonably priced. I have been using it for so many months without any problem. The product is very reliable. It is very light and easy to carry. It had accidentally fallen down on the floor a few times but did not break or went out of order. So, I find the product pretty sturdy also.

    One of the best cell phones overall. Their cameras are phenomenal and take great pictures on the iPhone 11 MAX. They are well built and have a great operating system. Only drawback is that is that their notifications from other non iPhones do not show up on your locked screen.

    The iPhone XR has the perfect size. Not too big and not too small. That’s what I love the most. Fits any pocket, pants, shorts, suit. Also, seems like this phone is more resistant to damages. Many times have fallen from my pocket and only one crack.

    I have been using the iPhone for years and I love them! They are not complicated and that makes it a hit with me. I've never had any trouble whatsoever with my Apple phones. I'm a very clumsy person and I've dropped my iPhone X dozens of times and there's not a single crack or chip on it. My next new phone will definitely be an iPhone. I also have an iPad and iPad mini. Love them both. I would highly recommend Apple to everyone!

    I have been an Apple user ever since they had great promo for about $250 off Macbook Pro computers. Pros: User-friendly, love connecting with friends on iPhone and Mac. Cons: Not as good discounts as they used to have and trade-in isn't as great as it used to be either. I hope they will work on that to be as great and strong as they used to be.

    My Apple phone is awesome and I love the security it has along with all the cool apps. It offers health monitoring, Siri, and downloading apps faster than an android. The phone itself is better quality and the picture resolution is amazing. The camera takes high quality photos too.

    Called for assistance with prior case and spoke to 2 Apple developers, one senior and zero assistance. The senior developer had an attitude. Neither person read the case number just offered a mail in repair at my cost. The senior developer suggested I do not walk in for repair. I’ve waited since Wednesday to be told to wait till Sunday or later. The person I originally spoke with would not be available until Monday. Online classes and work need to be completed prior using a cell phone. I am exhausted both of my phones are not working and I cannot use them. The life of my cell phones are 3 years. The price is over $1100 for each phone.??? I had paid Apple care for 2 years additionally on both phones.

    Seems very familiar as both iPhone 6s Plus models went thru identical issues starting with battery life later to be found Apple was slowing down the battery. I was told I needs to trade them up. $4,000 later same issues, this time with an injury. I left today’s call with zero self confidence in Apple products or genuine concern with my case. The gentleman I spoke to on Wednesday was a human being. The two I spoke with today were not trained to speak with a human. I’m not sure I even spoke with 2 different people. Shame on Apple, where do you hire these people from? If this is how customers are handled it’s disgusting.

    Phone works great, many apps that are used daily, has great signal power, WiFi and Bluetooth, a large amount of storage!! Great product!!     For the most part, I enjoy my iPhone. For some reason I lose the sound when my phone rings. I restart it a good many times off and on trying to get it back. Then all of a sudden it’s back. I swear every time they have an update it happens. I have the highest memory, so no complaints there. The last update they did has changed things around on my phone. When I search something, it seems to pull things up totally different and I’m not thrilled with that. I’m not totally in love with it, but I like it ok.

    I have been an Apple regular since the iPhone 5. I do like the interconnect features with my other devices and most of my Friends and Family have Apple so the communication all works seamlessly. Phones are fast, reliable and mostly fun. Everything needed is right there in your hand. I have had Samsung in the past but I prefer the IOS to Android.

    They are the pioneers and the best. Nobody can beat them in reliability, ease of use, and unlimited functionality; with ease of interfacing with PC's and other intelligent devices. Display and keyboard are fantastic. Could be used to control security devices like products from "Ring Family". Exceptionally great camera or photography. Its use is conceptually intuitive. Interface with printers, etc. is not very difficult.

    Half the time it gets stuck and I have to turn it off, internet is very very very slow all the time, camera sucks and I don't get half my phone calls or text messages and I just replaced it with a new one at the Apple store the 1st of November, 2020.

    First time owner of an iPhone. Being an Android guy before that, I got myself into a jam where I needed an Apple ID password reset. I bought the phone from T-Mobile so I called them but they said I had to go through Apple, but I can’t just mosey into an Apple store like I can any NORMAL store. I have to make an appointment. I decided to call Apple Tech Support to try to resolve the issue, after all, it’s a freakin password reset! I’ve done that a hundred times over the years, with various accounts with various companies. But those were all Android phones, and it never took more than a day to accomplish the task successfully. But I no longer own a COMMON phone, no I now own a High End iPhone. So now I can reset my Apple ID password and I only have to wait TWENTY-TWO days for the reset to be valid! Excuse me? This can’t be right so I went through the process again, and then again.

    Sure enough, I had to wait TWENTY-TWO days! Almost everything I want to do on this phone requires a sign-in with my Apple ID and password, so for the next month I own a $600 paper weight. I hate to involve T-Mobile in this mess but they’re the company I autopay for my phone and plan every month and locked into that for 2 years. On the other hand, they chose to do business with a pompous company like Apple, so I’m returning this 6-month old phone to the store where I purchased it. I’ll eat the money I shelled out for it and they’ll have to eat the 2-year contract. If that’s not agreeable...Sue me. Android, I’m coming home.

    So, I really liked my iPhone. It's reasonably intuitive to use, it's small, it runs most programs, the battery life is not great but it's OK; you can live with it, especially if you have a backup battery for long trips where you plan to use it a lot. (Airplane flights, say, if it's a major source of entertainment.) The signal quality is pretty good. The problem is, Apple forces updates. Which, if it were just security updates, wouldn't necessarily be a problem? Automatic security updates are probably a feature. The problem is, they bundle in all sorts of updates, including ones that make the phone less usable, along with the security updates.

    The thing that drove me over the edge was the last one, which removed all non-iTunes-store music from my iPhone - my guess is it was a wipe and redownload, though all I know is that the music I usually play in the car - which is from CDs, many of them from small local artists, so not exactly iTunes-store-compatible - was completely gone from my iPhone, and the ONLY stuff that was there was the small amount of music I'd purchased from them. Apple makes it pretty hard to update the music on your iphone if you don't have a mac - or at least, I've found it so - but usually, once you go through the frustrating process, it's there. Now it's not. And if I replace it, who knows when they'll wipe it again, or what else they'll accidentally wipe while they're at it? Personally, I'm inclined to invest in extra backups.

    I can't swear Android doesn't do this, mind. I've never *heard* of it, but I don't have an Android phone, so I don't have as much opportunity to gather data. But I'm thinking of getting one. And I really cannot, in honesty, with the information I have, recommend getting an iPhone to anyone who cares about her stuff getting randomly wiped.

    (That said, if you want your iPhone for something other than data storage - just be a phone? Google maps? - or if you like more risk than I do, the advantages I listed in the first part of the post still apply. Just be sure to disable the voice mode if you don't want it; it's way too easy to access by mistake, and it locks down the whole phone with no explanation if you do. It CAN be turned off, though. Look under Accessibility Settings.)

    Sorry Apple you can’t continue blaming Covid for subpar products and crappy customer service. We have been a loyal Apple family with currently thousands of Apple products. Latest iPhone 2 months old battery and main motherboard failed. Apple's response? Can’t see us in person despite all other business open with precautions in place. "Just mail it back and we will see about fixing multiple major issues and send back the same crap when we get around to it but hey don’t worry. Should get good now."

    Walmart has a better return policy than this and please having a senior supervisor reading from a script repeating “I understand” 500 times even asking to please stop repeating yourself so he could say 501 times "I understand" is disgusting. I use to overpay and said it was because of the great product and best of all the great customer service. Not anymore. What happened Apple? Too cocky now? Don’t care about your products or customers anymore? I’m over it. I’ll be taking our 6 iPhones over to android and admitting my old argument of why I stayed so longer just doesn’t hold weight anymore.

    I purchased an iPhone 8 in April 2020. I could not update the settings and customer service did not know either. My daughter & I spent hours explaining the situation and I had to speak to a new CSR every time we called). Apple advised me to send back my phone for diagnostic testing. I paid to have it shipped for repair. Apple team stated there was nothing wrong with the phone and sent it back. In the meantime, another CSR sent me a 2nd phone (which they were not supposed to do per a different CSR. After opening the phone I realized it was not my phone. I checked the serial number and it was a new phone. Confused, my daughter called (I am hard of hearing so she’s been helping me throughout this experience) and the CSR said they were not suppose to send the phone. My credit card was charged on April for a a repair that was not needed & on June 29th for the 2nd phone.

    A box was sent to me for the return of the second phone. Verbal confirmation from a CSR stated the phone was indeed received but was sent to the wrong department (different building). CSR stated I had to wait for the phone to get to the correct department before a refund could be issued. I have been in contact via emails and more phone calls only to having to repeat my story over and over. Email from the senior advisor stated I waited too long to return it (email & FedEx receipt shows otherwise). After several more emails back & forth, another advisor told me that the rep I had been speaking to is out of the office indefinitely. He then advised me to call the main number and ask to speak to another senior advisor. And here I am on Nov 18th back to square one.

    I did buy an iphone11, my internet at home got hacked and so they got into my iPhone, I did contact Apple support with my system analytics and the first Guy Told me that was deff something wrong... After sending all my analytics they told me there wasnt a problem.. Of course apple is not gonna admit any security problems... After a few days all my analytics got deleted by apple.. I never gave them permission to go into my phone and dont share analytics... so they have deleted all the proof of their security issue!!!! Don’t trust apple or don’t buy any of their products.. It’s not safe to use and they don’t keep themself to the privacy regulations!! I will post this message on loads of other sites!!!! Do not trust apple!!!! Thanks!

    Purchased Iphone XR on 29th Dec last year.. It’s been 7months of me dealing with their Customer Care.. Gave my phone to the IPhone repair centre as well but problem still persists. Tired of installing and uninstalling apps. Audio msg from WhatsApp don’t play on speaker.. This is intermittent issue.. While you are talking over the phone songs from YouTube or any music app starts to play. Even when you are operating phone.. Any entertainment app will start on its own. I have restored the settings multiple times and updated the version (the most cliche excuse) as per Customer Care’s instruction but nothing seem to have worked. I need help.

    I received iPhone XR on 5 Aug 2020 and within 25 days it's all audio sounds stops working. Camera blinks after opening video not able to record. Automatically restart everytime. The basic functionality calling is also not working. I am unable to hear the ring, audio songs and video songs. I was contacted Apple they suggested some reset and restoration but that was not work. I visited Apple authorised center multiple times but they said we are unable to identify the problem, they are doing multiple reset and it works for 1-2 days and again it behave the same. I feel it was my big mistake to choose apple. Within 25 days phone stop working and not providing resolution on urgent basis.

    Chinese equipments are work more than 1 years but Apple product not. My options was 1+ and Apple I choosed apple, the 3rd class product. But really Apple has only name but quality and service is worst. Waste of time and money. Better to go with simple phones. At least they have to provide a good and quick service. And within month phone stoped working. I will not recommend to buy iphone. It's waste of money and time. I spend 52500 Rs to buy this product. 6000 RS to visit their service center everytime. 3000Rs for incoming international calls. so till now wasted 61500 and have faulty device and unsatisfactory answer as they are not able to identify the peoblem. It seems they are having less talented peoples or non technical persons.

    The iPhone 8 has a mind of its own and it changes my settings without my permission. Smetimes it will listen to me. Sometimes it will not 85% of the time. Siri does not work and when I use the voice to write it writes whatever it wants to. For some reason it has a hard time printing out what I say. It makes up words as it goes along. And anytime I use it on social media it changes my comments after I written and it changes my comments if I write emails like iPhone is listening to me Write what it wants to, I do believe the Apple is own partially by the Chinese and I do believe Apple is selling our secrets to the Chinese.

    Have had iPhones in the past and loved them. Switched to an LG Android 2 years ago and after some time to get used to it, loved it. Decided to go back to an iPhone and purchased a 2020SE. What a mistake!!! Despite purchasing an army grade case and glass shield, my phone now has 2 cracks in the glass, and a chip out of the side of the glass. My provider, or Apple, also should have made it known that the SE phone is heavy and slippery. Even with a case, it continually slides off books, chairs, etc., when you least expect it to.

    After research, I discovered Apple are the only phones that don't use proper shatterproof glass like Androids do. Aside from the physical downside, I dislike the calendar on so many levels. I also dislike that I can't "search" for emojis - I have to scroll thru the whole lot of the emojis if I want to use one I don't frequently use. Sometimes I can't close screens because the "x" is off the flat edge of the screen! Arghhh! Can't wait to get back to an android. Will never buy another iPhone! At present I use my older LG for its calendar with its plethora of abilities, email, Facebook, Pinterest, surfing the web, memos, games, notes... I only use the iPhone for messaging and Messenger. That's it. So many regrets. I think in general iPhone lovers just simply get used to having a 2nd grade phone.

    Bought iPhone11 online. We received an email which said: Schedule your free Online Personal Session. We tried to schedule that online personal session and it told us to try again later. I contacted Customer service through the 800-number. They told me that the online personal session service was no longer being provided. I bought iPhone for my wife's 75th birthday. She had been using an android phone. Because of what it said on the website, I told her that converting would be easy. I told her someone would walk us through it. That was what was advertised. That turns out to be untrue. That influenced our decision to buy. That is terrible deception!

    The iPhone SE has a terrible battery and has about 5 hours of screen time before it dies. This is how it came out of the case. I've had my phone less than a month and Apple won't replace it because they're saying there's nothing wrong with it. I have had to go to best buy (no apple store nearby) 2 times to try to reset my phone to factory state and reload data from iCloud and iTunes with no luck. I have been on the phone with them for 4 hours so far. This old phone is no better than the 6S that I had for four years- the battery life is exactly like my old phone. I have been going through hoops with this bull while just starting up more than full time at grad school and I just don't have time for apple's corporate bull. They don't care if you have a good product they just want your money. No one in customer service was helpful.

    So, I am on the phone with your senior-level (Carol), who was the best she could be given the lousy quality of your product. To note, I wish I would have stayed with the Samsung Note 10 product. The "New phone" is just Freakin broke non-operable, then in order to send the new phone back, you want to place 760 bucks on hold until you get the new/defective one back. So I spent several hours as unpaid tech support, where if I took it to a dealer not for an exchange, for them to work on it, I still would not have a phone....I purchased this junk, I get no service, but I am paying the monthly fee, I am tech support, I am losing a clients (No) phone and you people are sticking to a freakin script. You are so overated, and your quality is piss poor.

    Apple has been making crappy products lately and their repair service sucks!! My brand new iPhone 11 went down for no reason for the second time. They told us to send it in for repair. It took 2 and a half weeks for them to fix it!! Completely ridiculous! Then they promised to send it out next day because the repair took so long. They did not send it next day as promised. My daughters Air Pods have quit twice and we had to return them. I will never buy another Apple product!!

    I sent my iPhone to be repair with full Guaranty, And they sent to wrong address and I expended not less than 3 hours on the phone. They are helpless. They really don’t care at all. Still waiting. It’s been almost 3 weeks for a simple repair when I paid $299. Per insurance I had the WORST EXPERIENCE AT APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND BEEN TREATED VERY BAD JUST COZ I AM SPANISH GUY WITH NOT ENOUGH $ to suit APPLE. ;(

    I have an iPhone 11pro Max 256 GB and device has been getting hot to the touch and overheating. I called up Apple asking to use my warranty on my phone, we spent 3 hrs between the troubleshooting and doing the iTunes restore and the device still having issues. They tried to send me to an Apple store and after they scheduled the appointment 3 hrs later I get an email saying due to COVID19 the store was closing. Apple tells me in order to get my warranty replacement I have to let them put a hold on my debit/credit card of the value of the phone in my case $1,249.00 and once they get the return device back they will release the hold on my card.

    Right now we are in a pandemic with COVID19, I’m a single mom and reality is NOBODY has that kind of money to put up right now. This is unethical and unbelievable that a company is doing this. I have even went to my carrier for help and they refuse to help me because Apple takes care of their warranty for the 1st year. As of right now I’m stuck with a device that’s a safety hazard, short battery and only charging up to 35%...and screwed by Apple because I’m unable to use my warranty due to the large amount of money they want to do the exchange. This is unethical for any company to do.

    Had to take my iPhone (under warranty) for authorized service to Best Buy. Made the spot with Apple online fantastic experience, got right into Geek Squad. Drove 1 hr one way to get there. Geek Squad guy was very good, did a diagnostic and said my vibrator motor was bad and that I would get a new phone replacement since it was still under warranty. Great that didn’t take long but wait Apple put a hold on it, pending review, did not fix my phone! Told me to go home and would let me know when Apple called him? Another 1hr drive home. Not good customer service by Apple.

    I've been an avid Apple supporter for over 15 years. iPhones, iPads and a Mac. Always was happy with the service and support. Ever since their crap 13 update was released in October and I called in on 10/7 I've spent over 60 hours on the phone with over 25 advisors plus one idiot advisor had me drive to another county and waste 3.5 hours at the Genius Bar that did nothing.

    Last update a week ago another glitch. Called in and asked again for some type of good gesture for all the crap I've been through. All I wanted was some lousy earbuds. After 3 hours on the phone tonight once getting disconnected and another two hour call the manager told the advisor no. So I will not be supporting Apple and their products any longer! As soon as their stock goes up I'm selling it and I will tell everyone to buy a Samsung! Apple has gone completely done the toilet! Screw them! They make me sick!!!!

    I am frustrated and disappointed after purchasing the express replacement Apple Care because 1- you can't reach them, 2- online set up and payment doesn't work, 5 days I had been calling and call gets dropped after one hr every time. On line chat referred me back to the Apple support number. Eventually I bought a used phone to remain in business and God knows when it will get resolved -

    My phone I bought in October 2017, when I was updating my phone in October 2020, my phone was locked and asked me to log in with an icloud account that did not belong to me. I cannot open my phone in any way. Although I have spoken at least 10 times since October with Apple support, they have not found a solution. Neither do they make a positive or negative return. I sent all the documents they wanted. When I call apple tech support and ask if there is news, they say just wait, but it's been 9 months since October. I never want to buy an iPhone again. Customer service is irrelevant.

    I purchase the iPhone 11 last week. We took a family trip to the ocean it was taking amazing pictures until I dropped it in the ocean. I thought it was long gone. Two days later my family and I were swimming and my niece found it! What’s the odds, right? I took it in and it started charging! My phone has been in the ocean for two whole days and has been working perfectly fine. These products are amazing and I’m so glad I made the switch because I’d always been an Android girl.

    I am a former Samsung smartphone user and my husband talked to in to taking his i-Phone 6 when he bought a brand new one. For those of you who have never used anything but an i-phone, I will tell you that any Android 'smart phone' will be easier and smarter to use than any i-phone. I guess people buy the i-phones because 'that's all they know'....but it is a dumb phone, makes you jump thru 3-5 steps to do something the smart phone does on one page and with one key stroke. I can't wait to get rid of this phone! And many people I talked to in the store, also have gone back to 'smart phones'....because...well...they're SMART!

    I have recently damaged my supposedly water resistant phone by just wiping it with a damp cloth. What's worst is that Apple support has been extremely unhelpful in getting an under warranty phone repaired. They have said there is nowhere in New York City or the state I can take my phone to get repaired or nowhere in the country I can even send it till the Covid-19 lockdown ends. But they'll happily sell you another one for full price. Horrible customer service in the middle of a crisis for an essential service!
