Beware Diesel Truck Owners. On Dec 14, of 2020 I filled up my truck at Wawa located in Millersville MD. I have a 2008 Ford F450. From the date forward and right after 10 minutes of leaving the place the truck has cost me over 5,000 to repair. The water in the fuel destroyed the high pressure fuel pump and injectors. These trucks in order to replace the pump you have to remove the cab. I filled a complaint with WAWA as per their instructions on their internet site, submitted all paperwork etc. and got a letter back saying that they are not legally responsible for this accident. So basically ZERO Quality assurance, IT'S A FRAUD. When I was pumping the diesel fuel it was going very slow and I should have caught on to it. There was so much water in there tanks that the filters where trying to separate but couldn't the mechanic told me. Diesel truck people BEWARE.

I look forward to what's turkey bowl each year. Recently I purchased my first of the season and found that they substituted sweet potatoes for what was traditionally mashed white potatoes. It was inedible! Additionally they have replaced bacon on their breakfast sizzlies with some nondescript circular meat product that they call bacon. It is totally tasteless. Why do they attempt to fix things that are not broken?

As far as CC's go, it works. That's all I can say that's good because the interest rates are high. During the corona pandemic, I called for help because our business had no income for 7 weeks. Wawa wouldn't even help by waiving a late fee so I paid off the account as soon as we went back to work. This month, I wasn't aware we had a balance for some interest that wasn't included when the account was paid in full. That wasn't my issue. I paid that. My issue was a late fee on the interest that was charged. I asked for the late fee to be waived so I didn't have to close out the account. They again would not help so I closed the account. I just don't understand a company that makes hundreds a month on interest then isn't willing to waive a late fee to keep a customer. I just want others to know customer satisfaction is something this company doesn't care about.

I purchase lunch from WAWA a couple times per week - usually a hoagie which is not deli quality but decent. The size options, convenience and price make it worth while. Today I changed it up and went for a BLT. Very disappointing. Very little tomato and the bacon - well it was a pile of bacon crumbs. Perhaps the bacon was sitting under a heat lamp all morning. Come on WAWA - you can do better than that.

I'm tired of the crap they serve. Sandwiches are small and have almost nothing but bread in them. Gobbler bowl was all gravy. No meat either. They cut so many corners to save a buck but they are not cheap to buy. I will never go to Wawa again not even to buy a pack of gum.

When I recently updated my smartphone, I was unable to log in and use my Wawa mobile app. It kept closing after entering my email and password. I tried uninstalling the app, changing my password - nothing worked. I could log into my account via a laptop and see my gift card balance and print out rewards to use at the Wawa store. When I contacted Wawa about my issue, they were very responsive. They suggested doing what I had already tried (uninstalling, change password). Clearing the data cache in the app through my phone settings was the key. I now can again use the Wawa mobile app on my new smartphone. Thank you Wawa customer service!

This employee, who works third shift went above and beyond for me tonight. I wasn't sure what sauce I'd like so she let me try them with patience at that! The woman was stocking helping with orders and checking people out quickly but sufficiently. This woman was doing multiple things and still made me feel like I was most important. She not only helped me with my deli order she also took the time to help me get the rest of my items to then come to the register and check me out! I also was not the only customer in the store, she did her best to give her attention and leave us loving our experience. I always see customers including myself have a great experience while checking out always smiling or laughing. She truly is the only reason I go to Wawa anymore.

I ordered a tuna salad on my way to work. The WaWa employee did not snap the lid. My salad was turned upside down with the contents of the salad in the bag. I went to the Wawa on OBT & Colonial to replace the salad. I was told I had to go back to the store that made the salad. SMH because I indicated Wawa is the affiliate of where I bought the salad and had the receipt to prove I purchased the salad. I Then called the Manager April who worked at the store I purchased the salad from. She was very apologetic and took my name. She offered me a replacement salad when I’m in the area. I eat at Wawa on a regular basis but after calling corporate and was told that I had to go back to the initial store. I will never buy from Wawa again. Ridiculous!!!!

And it was later in the evening after 8:00 pm. I guess they rather waste it and throw it away at the end of the night. That’s crazy???

I love Wawa, and I hope this error is corrected. The store should ban its policy of allowing dogs. Dog feces was on the floor of the Wawa in Sicklerville, NJ, in close proximity of the food counter. Additionally, several people had stepped in it meaning it was tracked in the store. I love dogs, but people are too nasty and irresponsible, for this privilege. Exposing feces into the atmosphere has to be a detriment to sanitation. I was an avid customer, but I haven’t returned. I will be sharing this with the Department of health. Please correct the poor judgment of allowing animals in food stores & public eateries. Has anyone considered that animals can turn vicious & dangerous?

He picked me up a roast beef club and as soon as I open it I asked 'why is this so perfect'. I have never seen a sandwich look better than the pictures before and my mind was blown. It tasted even better than it looked. His meatball sub was also amazing and it really helped cheer me up. I'm not saying they are the best but this time, they really deserve a great review. I will no longer ever go to a Wawa store ever again. My husband came to Wawa March 6 to get me hoagie for me to have lunch for work. Mind you I always including my family go this Wawa (it’s right near my home). I get to work and eat in my hoagie. All I could feel when I bite into my hoagie was a mouth full of pain. When I spit my food out blood came out my mouth. I was so scared. Crying I look in my hoagie and it was a big piece of glass in my hoagie underneath my turkey meat. I had to go to the ER for treatment because my mouth would not stop bleeding. My husband was so upset. One because I was hurt and two because I was suppose to share this sandwich with my 4 year old daughter.

I was in contact with Wawa. The manager of the store Keyshia told me she knows exactly who made my sandwich and looking at the camera it was 4 managers standing around while my hoagie was being made. And that the store was not busy but clearly he was not paying attention when he made my sandwich. I stress people with my food when they make it and I feel like this person tried to harm me and Wawa does not care at all.

I talked to the insurance company for Wawa and a lady by the name Ms ** said that he came from the people that bring the food in. And I may have to get in contact with them. How hurtful is that. Wawa is not a good store. They will hurt you and clearly be their fault but put blame on someone else to cover their butt. My mouth got infected from this object that was in my food and Wawa did not care. I am protesting to never go to a Wawa again. I will be calling the news to let people know Wawa is a joke and wrong for how they treat their ** customers. This Wawa is in Delaware county on Morton Ave in Folsom PA. Please never go here. They will try to hurt you.

Ok I am a diehard Wawa person, my second address MY as well be the Shore Rd Wawa in Somers Point NJ. I drink entirely too much coffee so today I go to Wawa like usual and to MY when get to the register Im told I didnt have enough. I handed register attendee the usual $2. He informed me that Wawa once again jacked the price again for coffee. This is second or third time I can remember in what seems less than a year and half maybe 2. It's just completely baffles my mind how a company can afford to sell the coffee for at least 1 month maybe 2 out of year for a $1 and still make money yet the greedy executives had to jack the price again like they seriously couldnt of kept it under or at least at $2. What a crock.

Also the Wawa app is a complete and utter joke. It worked till the genius programmer had to update it to say "we love hoagies" at cover page that will never open now, now can't use app to save on Marlboro products or use app to get Wawa rewards or redeem said awards because app doesnt open. I guess it may be time to stop going to Wawa, also for what it's worth I contacted Wawa someone to at very least let them know issue with app and that because of it not working, I haven't been able to save $1.20 each day I buy 2 packs of Marlboro (I know cigarettes are bad trying to quit) but that is besides point.

So just 1.20 a day × 30 the one month at least already it's been down is 36. I couldn't save, nor any other purchase towards rewards. I read one review how Wawa compensate with $15 be lucky/happy you got that much, they gave me $10, which I guess was nice of them but comes nowhere close in comparison to how much I've been losing. I dont think I'll be going to Wawa any longer, I do enjoy the coffee but Wawa seems to have grown out of the small business end of it and is now a greedy conglomerate business like most others, cutting quality and fair pricing for their greed to deposit that much more into their Im sure already overflowing bank account.

I used to enjoy Wawa sandwiches but the bigger this company has gotten the worse their food has become. The lunch meat they use is thick, oily and OLD LOOKING, pre-sliced, pre-packaged garbage, any bread besides the rolls is stale and dry, and unless you pay for "extra meat", you're basically getting all bread. $8 for a completely un-edible sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. This is what happens when a company grows too big and no longer cares about the quality of their product or the satisfaction of their customers.

I've been going to Wawa since the beginning. I've been WALKING to the Wawa in Buena, NJ for a long time since I don't own a car. There's no sidewalks, so I'm forced to walk on the streets with heavy traffic. Recently while walking, traffic became heavy forcing me to walk on Wawa grounds. My right foot went into a minor hole forcing me to fall facedown. It seriously injuring myself. After sending proof via email pictures & videos, their insurance company rep, offered me a $15.00 Wawa gift card & said "I'm sorry for your injuries", that's it.

After so many years of going to Wawa for gas or food. Today I'm still under my doctor's care, an orthopedic and in pain every day. I love coffee and sandwiches, they're the closest and reasonable price comparing to DD, sadly they compensated me with that. I've been living in a hotel for 2-1/2 yrs, have a physically disabled son, a 2 yr old granddaughter & elderly parents, one with Dementia. How can a "gift card" of "$15" would make-up for pain and suffering? Go figure.

Wawa on the corner of La Costa Drive and Semoron Blvd 1201 South Semoron Blvd Orlando 32807. This is the worst run store that I have had the horrible experience of going to. The reason why this store is so badly run The General manager who is named **. This manager could care less what the employees are doing. There is no clue on the right way to treat customers is. I think most customers, certainly the seniors want to be treated with respect. I would think most certainly those seniors that served this country. What is respect ("Hello Sir How are you doing, How can I help you?"). Then follow up with "Thank you for coming Have a nice day," Maybe a smile and proper body language.

Doing this with each and every customer. Lack of respect is "Ha poppa how doing bro." And finishing with, "Thanks Boss." I am not their boss and not their poppa. Sir or Mam is how people want to be addressed. People would also like getting their orders right the first time. This does not happen from Management or anyone on their team with few exceptions. This store should be reviewed by a vice President or person higher than general Manager.

WaWa has the cheapest fuel in town and as always when I go to fill up there is a line so I know the fuel does not sit in those tanks for very long. I have been having several problem with my side by side and thought it must be something wrong with the unit however after riding this past weekend, Myself and several people on the trip "broke down" and had to go home. I didn't think anything of it at the time but after talking to the other 3 people who "broke down", they said it was water in the gas. They all got the same gas as I did which was the Non-ethanol fuel at the WaWa. I don't think this is coincidence. Just be warned.

I visit Wawa nearly every day - various stores across New Castle County, Delaware - and I very rarely have a problem and, if I do, they are so quick to fix it. The store on Commons Blvd in New Castle is my favorite and I'm in this store at least five times a week. The employees know their customers by name, remember their orders, and go out of their way to help everybody. They've been watching my little ones grow up and ask about them all the time. My youngest, now 2 1/2, was dubbed the "Wawa baby" when I was pregnant because they were with me throughout my whole pregnancy. My only problem - I wish they had one closer to my home. :o)

I go to Wawa every single day and get a sausage eggs and cheese on a shorty role. I usually try and let whoever is making to please put the sausage on the bottom and eggs and cheese on top. The reply I usually get is a rude, snide remark that "that is the way it's supposed to be done sir" and they point to the screen. So why is it when I do NOT say anything they DON'T do it the way it is SUPPOSED to be done?! You would probably think, "Wow this guy's crystals ng because of his sandwich." Well I am paying for that sandwich and want it done the same way every time! The RIGHT way! Why can't they make it correctly? I'll tell you why, management. Period.

First of all Wawa is a part time career for most and managers who make the top dollar, really don't make a whole lot so I wouldn't expect too much from them. Its CORPORATE does not train their managers so in turn cannot train the employees. I can see a cashier, big deal they can be rude all they want, but food? People NEED training. So to the corporate bigwigs shoving all our money into their pockets, I will not be buying any more sandwiches from ANY Wawa. These kids should not be around food. Or train them how to make an appetizing sandwich for our money.

The bad Manager could have done the right thing and just helped, but he didn't. I also had a scratch off ticket that I went to turn in but forgot the money. I had to return a few minutes later and I got my money and left, that is when the unprofessional Manager acted up with intimidation tactics and motion threats. He kept trying to intimidate me while I was in my car and driving away. This manager is a potentially dangerous person who is only restrained by his manager's uniform. Well, this particular night of November 9th a different person was behind the counter, his name tag said night supervisor Nick or Rich, I'm not quite sure, I was angry. He never acknowledged me first, I was saying hello because I had put my order in and it was at least 5 minutes that passed and he didn't even care that I was the only person there waiting.

He wouldn't even answer me, I walked over to the register because another employee was asking me if I was okay, with a smile. I recognize her as the Hawaiian lady that smiles and gives hugs. I told her the situation and she tried talking to him on radio thing they have on their ears but no answer so she said, "I'll be right back and I'm so sorry" and she made my hoagie.

It only took her 2 minutes. She even offered me a complimentary coffee because of my wait. I don't think I'll be returning there but will go to the Wawa in Neshanic. The food tables were also disgusting, some of the lids were even off, and it was a mess. I went in ordered a smoothie and the guy making the smoothies seemed to be around 18 or 19, not sure about his name, Marcus, Matthew, Michael (no really sure, I know it was something like that, I wish I would have written it down so I wouldn't forget). He had such a bad temper, I wanted to cancel my order but he was already in the middle of it. As he was prepping it he threw the ice and the equipment. I didn't think anything of it, when he finished my order he just yelled my order number, there was no necessity for all that, I was standing right there. I acknowledged him and he looked at me and gave me such a nasty look and looked away. By no means wanted to be challenging or make things worse.

All the employees were busy so I asked him for napkins because I couldn't find any, that's when he looks at me and stares as he is grabbing the napkins and does not hand them to me, he threw them on the counter where the coffee is at. Didn't say anything, I took the napkins and left. Didn't say anything to him, the manager or anyone else. Am not the confrontational person, but until this individual is gone, NEVER going back.

We didn't know he had been trespassed from this store. The manager (** male) was very nasty and loud. He said my husband had been trespassed from a prior incident as my husband had a slip and fall at this store and was drunk. When someone is trespassed shouldn't you be notified of such action. This manager created quite a show at this store. Not professional at all. Not to mention it has created a hardship on my family. This manager has no business being in management with his attitude and way of handling the situation. This happened March 30 2017 at approximately 9 pm. The store location is Kissimmee Florida corner of Donagan Avenue and Orange Blossom Trail.

To add to complaint my husband was never trespassed. The night manager wrote it last night with the police. My husband was not creating a problem at the store. It was your manager. There was no need for his being arrested and bringing reproach on the Wawa's good name. Your customers at the store were upset with the commotion your manager created.
