    Wawa in Elkton, Maryland on Pulaski hwy is a rip off. I went and purchased gas for my lawnmower of $8.99, Well Wawa also decided to take an extra $95.51. I contacted wawa customer service. They said it was a hold and will return to me in 72 hours. Well it has now been 15 business days and it went from pending to charge. My bank issues me a new card and is now disputing the charges. Do not use your bank cards at wawa gas pump.

    I am a regular customer a Wawa Deerfield Beach, store number 5242 in South Florida. I had a bad experience with one of your employees called Bernabeth. I bought on the self checkout register my breakfast and printed the receipt. When my number of order was announced I went to pick it up and Bernabeth said I had to pay for it. I showed her the receipt and she rudely did not see it and shouted at me rudely that I had to pay for it. A (supervisor) checked the receipt and confirmed the purchase. By no way an employee can raise their voice at a customer and also in a rude way and obviously with no education. I felt ashamed with the other buyers around me and they witnessed the lack of professionalism from your employee Bernabeth. This goes way far from a good customer service. This message is for Human resources department to let them know the issue and my complaint. Thanks!

    Very poor service, rude cashier, then double charged for a sandwich. In addition didn’t have time to add rewards points for a large purchase. She just pushed me off to a manager who also wasn’t any help.

    On several occasions we have ordered Wawa through Uber Eats. We work for a local medical center & ordering Wawa has become a staple in our practice due to long hours & minimal time to eat. We have ordered several different items over the past few months. Burgers, hoagies, quesadillas, granola parfaits, salads…. Everything has been sub par - not what we ordered - bacon undercooked for burgers, burger dripping in grease, quesadillas with almost no cheese or fillings, hoagies missing ingredients. We decided to pay a visit to our local Wawa on Valley Forge Rd in Lansdale PA and OMG what a joke. Poor food quality, rude and arrogant employees. Wawa you lost about 100 patrons today because we will spread the word. Quality is non existent. We will never patronize Wawa again. Filthy, dirty, poor food quantity.

    Wawa manager think that people living because of WAWA. The truth is wawa lives because of people. They started mistreating customers and bullying when customers order. Stay away from this wawa business and go somewhere else.

    I had it on wheat roll with honey mustard and extra mayonnaise and onions and sweet peppers and grated Parmesan cheese and spinach and it was so good and really tasty. The chicken was fresh and moist and putting my topping was good on it.

    On several different occasions, my stored debit cards in the Wawa app seem to mysteriously get charged for my original charge, and then duplicate the same charge. A few days later. this is happened on more than one occasion with more than one debit card. They responded to my email complaint and said to contact my bank. I am Extremely disappointing. It seems to be going downhill in resolving their customers issues. In fact, I’ve responded to a couple other poor staff, Treatment, ordering food, and WaWa never responded at all.

    Wawa is horrible, the people working at Wawa doesn’t do their job. There’s no way I waste my gas and went to Wawa 3 days back to back for them not to refill the coffee machine or the hot food area. They were telling me they don’t have anymore, whole time no one took them out. 3 days straight now. Also with the cold coffee, it hasn’t been filled up for 3 days in both spots. I wasted gas, time and money just to not receive what I was looking for. I will not be returning.

    So Mercedes sent me home with an electric car as a rental. I live an hour away and it only had 118 miles on it. Well in Leesburg doesn’t have any charging station. There’s only a Wawa in lady lake that has Teslas. Well when I called Wawa and told him that I was trying to charge my Mercedes she’s all like, "Oh yeah we have charging." Well she didn’t tell me that they only have them for Teslas. Make sure you have an adapter.

    The front of the store was so dirty, trashcan overflowing, front door hand prints, coffee stains on the cement, they used to power wash not now that open 24 hours, Dirty WAWA need to get back to power washing. First thing you see before you go in now Dirty WAWA

    Most Wawas have the small cups ice. This store does not. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed & I have a one fake tooth as well. So I like to get the ice from the back due to problems going on with my teeth. The managers have done it as well as different associates. At night it’s a manager and a coworker who makes a scene about the ice saying it’s cross-contamination. I spoke to someone over the phone informing me that as long as they get a cup out the back it is not contamination. This is the only Wawa I have ever had problems with when the ice is too hard for my teeth. I even offered to pay for it as well. Another day I went in there & bought a smoothie for $5 because I wanted ice, one worker tried to just fill my cup with ice. Meaning she was going to charge me $5 for ice. Can someone please call them and tell them that is not ok to lie to shoppers?

    I was at store 00780 in Sewell. My wife asked me to stop for her on my way home. She wanted a cream cheese pretzel and a large fountain soda with ice. The store had no ice and no Pretzels. The cashier Antoinette was extremely helpful. She spoke with the manager who was able to get me ice and Antoinette had Pretzels made fresh for my wife.     Tonight I was at the Wawa in Neptune and the gas attendant and young ** male, was very rude. He was too busy running his mouth and not paying attention to the cars! I waited over 20 mins for gas. Thank goodness the other gas attendant came out. He was a nice tall man! The other young man should not even have a job. These young people want to get paid but not work! On top of rude he was very disrespectful! Now these days these young people are very rude! I am a Veteran and I believe I should have been treated with respect! The night manager told me there was nothing he could do. Another ** male with these large holes in his ears! He told me I had to wait for the daytime manager. What is the sense in having a night manager if they cannot do anything meanwhile it’s all these employees just standing around in the store! More and more people are lacking people skills.

While tracking the order for the dasher my order ended up saying that it was canceled and Money was refunded. However customer service said they do not know why it was canceled but funds will take a few days to go back on my card. Store #8011

    This is becoming routine as I preorder on mobile app and money order is paid upfront and see order confirmed on app. But when I go later to pick up paid order the order not done and sometime someone there decided to cancel order but money not refunded till 5 -7 days. This is a crappy services and it always at same store#860.

    Asked for a simple egg omelet received a bowl of gross something. The absolute worst vomit food on this planet, I didn't take it back because on the off chance they may try to make another one. The location on Sand Lake and Orange Avenue may be very profitable in the short run, I will never spend another dollar there as long as I live.

    My husband and I ordered two cheese burgers, the patties were thick, juicy and tasted as if they were fresh off of the grill!

    Nobody wearing masks. Still a mask mandate in Pennsylvania. Wawa thinks they don’t have to follow the law. Never do business again at wawa. Laws are made for everyone to follow including wawa. Should be shut down and fined heavily until they understand this.

    Beware Diesel Truck Owners. On Dec 14, of 2020 I filled up my truck at Wawa located in Millersville MD. I have a 2008 Ford F450. From the date forward and right after 10 minutes of leaving the place the truck has cost me over 5,000 to repair. The water in the fuel destroyed the high pressure fuel pump and injectors. These trucks in order to replace the pump you have to remove the cab. I filled a complaint with WAWA as per their instructions on their internet site, submitted all paperwork etc. and got a letter back saying that they are not legally responsible for this accident. So basically ZERO Quality assurance, IT'S A FRAUD. When I was pumping the diesel fuel it was going very slow and I should have caught on to it. There was so much water in there tanks that the filters where trying to separate but couldn't the mechanic told me. Diesel truck people BEWARE.

    I look forward to what's turkey bowl each year. Recently I purchased my first of the season and found that they substituted sweet potatoes for what was traditionally mashed white potatoes. It was inedible! Additionally they have replaced bacon on their breakfast sizzlies with some nondescript circular meat product that they call bacon. It is totally tasteless. Why do they attempt to fix things that are not broken?

    As far as CC's go, it works. That's all I can say that's good because the interest rates are high. During the corona pandemic, I called for help because our business had no income for 7 weeks. Wawa wouldn't even help by waiving a late fee so I paid off the account as soon as we went back to work. This month, I wasn't aware we had a balance for some interest that wasn't included when the account was paid in full. That wasn't my issue. I paid that. My issue was a late fee on the interest that was charged. I asked for the late fee to be waived so I didn't have to close out the account. They again would not help so I closed the account. I just don't understand a company that makes hundreds a month on interest then isn't willing to waive a late fee to keep a customer. I just want others to know customer satisfaction is something this company doesn't care about.

    I purchase lunch from WAWA a couple times per week - usually a hoagie which is not deli quality but decent. The size options, convenience and price make it worth while. Today I changed it up and went for a BLT. Very disappointing. Very little tomato and the bacon - well it was a pile of bacon crumbs. Perhaps the bacon was sitting under a heat lamp all morning. Come on WAWA - you can do better than that.

    I'm tired of the crap they serve. Sandwiches are small and have almost nothing but bread in them. Gobbler bowl was all gravy. No meat either. They cut so many corners to save a buck but they are not cheap to buy. I will never go to Wawa again not even to buy a pack of gum.

    When I recently updated my smartphone, I was unable to log in and use my Wawa mobile app. It kept closing after entering my email and password. I tried uninstalling the app, changing my password - nothing worked. I could log into my account via a laptop and see my gift card balance and print out rewards to use at the Wawa store. When I contacted Wawa about my issue, they were very responsive. They suggested doing what I had already tried (uninstalling, change password). Clearing the data cache in the app through my phone settings was the key. I now can again use the Wawa mobile app on my new smartphone. Thank you Wawa customer service!

    This employee, who works third shift went above and beyond for me tonight. I wasn't sure what sauce I'd like so she let me try them with patience at that! The woman was stocking helping with orders and checking people out quickly but sufficiently. This woman was doing multiple things and still made me feel like I was most important. She not only helped me with my deli order she also took the time to help me get the rest of my items to then come to the register and check me out! I also was not the only customer in the store, she did her best to give her attention and leave us loving our experience. I always see customers including myself have a great experience while checking out always smiling or laughing. She truly is the only reason I go to Wawa anymore.

    I ordered a tuna salad on my way to work. The WaWa employee did not snap the lid. My salad was turned upside down with the contents of the salad in the bag. I went to the Wawa on OBT & Colonial to replace the salad. I was told I had to go back to the store that made the salad. SMH because I indicated Wawa is the affiliate of where I bought the salad and had the receipt to prove I purchased the salad. I Then called the Manager April who worked at the store I purchased the salad from. She was very apologetic and took my name. She offered me a replacement salad when I’m in the area. I eat at Wawa on a regular basis but after calling corporate and was told that I had to go back to the initial store. I will never buy from Wawa again. Ridiculous!!!!

    Went in to Wawa Tuckerton Rd. Medford NJ. Got a large Mac & cheese. The cup is the size of a small and only filled 1/2 way. 4.57 for what. That is crazy. It could not have been about 5 oz. or so. And it was later in the evening after 8:00 pm. I guess they rather waste it and throw it away at the end of the night. That’s crazy???
