Worst company ever. No one to communicate with. Do not waste your money with this company.

This company is a scam. They try to get out of paying any of your claims and then if they do approve your claim they will not cover the entire cost. They only cover what they think it should cost leaving you with the balance.

This place is horrible. One of our cars has been in the shop since May 22, 2026. We kept getting the runaround to get it fixed finally on June 17, 2026. They said that they were going to deny the claim and not pay for it. Some of the personnel were friendly, but there was quite a few that were rude and obnoxious. One said person told us that we were uneducated in the call was ending now and he hung up on us. I would not recommend using this company at all.

I bought my 2014 GMC Sierra brand new from a dealer and drove it straight to a Tire and Wheel shop to have it lifted and new wheels and tires, they had it for 2 weeks and the work was perfect. So fast forward 12 years and 123K miles and last month my Transmission went out, so I took it the same dealer that I have been taking my truck for last 10yrs for repair. They tried calling Premier Auto protect for over 3 + weeks and finally got someone. Then after another week I get a call from the dealer saying Premier denied the claim. Now when I contacted Premier for the first time over 1 year ago, the first question I asked was "Do you cover lifted trucks with over sized tires?" Their answer, Yes, we have an optional plan for lifted trucks, I asked what is the monthly cost and he gave me the price and I said, "Fine lets do it."

Never can get management or adjustor to call you back at all with Premier Auto Protect. We had our vehicle towed to Ford Motor Company and the final approved amount was $4,246.60 because they couldn't send the parts into ford motor company. We called premier and asked if we to it to another shop where they could send the parts ingo if everything would be covered beside our deductible and we were told yes, so we had it taken to ammco and when they contacted premier auto protect they were told that premier auto protect would only pay the vehicle's actual cash value $2,475.

I purchased coverage from Premier Auto Protect, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After getting the coverage, I tried to file a claim, but no one answered the phone. Every time I reach out, I either get no response or vague excuses. I even went to a tire shop and asked them to contact the company directly and send over the required photos, but still no one responded. It has now been three days, and I’ve been going back and forth with no progress on my claim. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service is completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Biggest Scam. Paid 4k for a Level 3 Warranty. Car breaks down due to a faulty part and it's in limp mode. Took the car into repair, just needed a Software Update as a "Repair" to get the car moving again. Premier Auto Protect decided to deny the claim. We buy warranty to protect us in times when our car breaks down. Since you guys don't want to cover a few hundred bucks, I will just cancel the warranty, and you guys lose money. Do not buy any warranty from this company.

I purchased a "Platinum Maintenance" and service contract from Premier Auto Protect and was told that it was a "bumper-to-bumper" coverage plan. I was also explicitly told that since it was a Platinum Plan, all I would ever have to pay was $100 per claim. However, I just took my 2021 Ford Explorer in for a transfer case leaking issue at Cen-Tex Automotive in Belton, Texas. Randy, the owner reached out to Head Start Automotive Group who administers the plan for Premier Auto Protect. He was told that of the approximately $1,250.00 repair, they would only authorize about $420, minus my $100 deductible, so they would pay only $320 and I would have to pay the rest (Claim #**).

**Beware**Beware**Beware. I would highly recommend that you choose a different warranty company for your vehicle. I secured the ultimate/highest coverage plan for my Ram 2500. I ended up needing to file a claim for significant engine problems that were all covered per the warranty agreement. Premier Auto did everything they cold to deny the claim and did just that. The 3rd Party company that processes claims was extremely rude, unprofessional and argumentative. They denied my claim and left me with thousands in repairs that were clearly listed in my contract. Find another company and don't use these crooks.

Terrible. First all the positive reviews are sign up only, which makes me think the positive reviews are not legitimate. I have not come across a positive review that discusses a positive actual experience with the repair shop and Premier's service. The negative ones, the most common complaint is that Premier does not cover "preexisting" issues. For example, every item on a used car could be considered "preexisting" as any part can fail at any time. Premier seems to yes that as an excuse for most denials. The engine, transmission will have component failure at some point. Premiere tends to use that logic as "preexisting".

I have a 2019 truck with close to 90K miles and it's running great. However I knew I needed some coverage type of coverage in place for when it starts to have problems. I did some research online and Premier Auto had the best reviews. I submitted an online application for a quote. Received a phone call in less than 5 minutes. Alex helped me through the quick and easy process and answered all my questions. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and now I have great coverage for a price I can afford. Would highly recommend.

Edward made me feel comfortable about obtaining full covered warranty. Because of the type of car that I had it would be in my best benefit to do the investment and although it is very expensive due to the type of car that I have, I guess this is what I asked for since this was my dream car.

Danny was fantastic, he answered every question, even the dumb ones. Additionally, he included a fantastic service plan and helped me with my low mileage driving habits being too long to start coverage quickly.

Alex was helpful and patient as I navigated through several possible vehicles (different makes/models/years) and had a brief delay in my quest. Transparent process; no rush, no pressure. I hope, if I ever file a claim, the process is just as easy and pleasant.

Danny was great! Very fast, friendly & knowledgeable with information I needed & getting my policy started. It was a total pleasure having him to help. Not everyday you get a representative that actually knows their job and glad to do it.

After the expiration of the Ford Extended Warranty on my 2017 F250 Lariat, I purchased the Exclusionary highest coverage policy on 6/28/23, paid in full 1/17/25. This policy states, highest tier coverage and I was assured by the sales rep R. ** on the phone, if it is a mechanical part or even high tech electronic, this coverage would cover the cost. So when my passenger door won't latch, 4x4 won't engage, and my heater will blow when on defrost but not from dash, apparently my truck doesn't like the OH cold weather, I took it to Ford only for them to call me with a $3500 quote because Premier Auto Protect won't cover ANY of it!!! I'm not a mechanic but these items don't sound like they should be excluded from Top Tier Coverage. Policy hasn't been used, please refund my $$.

Called and purchased a warranty myself. While on the phone I went to the car to read the mileage to the rep. Has the warranty for more than 9 months. First time trying to use the warranty the claim gets denied because the mileage from Carfax a few months after my purchase was 4k less than what the rep put on my contract. Less miles!!!

Purchased the premium coverage for my Cadillac Escalade. 2 months after signing up, my vehicle went into reduced engine power. Had it towed to the Cadillac dealership and they said that the throttle body was bad. Premier took 2 weeks to tell me that it's not covered under the warranty package that I purchased yet the package I purchased included the fuel system. I feel extended warranties are important so I will be finding another company to do business with. Do Not Trust this company.

Premier is just short of a scam in my opinion. I had a water pump failure in my F-150 and engine overheated as I was seeking a safe place to pull over. Inspector claims I was driving excessive miles when it happened, and ultimately said that since I was doing so, they would not allow the claim. I argued the point that the inspector looked into the radiator and concocted his opinion. I objected as he was not on the incident site so how could he have made such an uneducated opinion.

Had a claim of $1252.00. All they would pay was $336.00. Not worth having. I canceled the policy then they wanted to charge for canceling. Check around before you purchase. I would not recommend Premier for coverage.

I purchased this warranty in June of 2025, also telling them that I have a salvage title with no flood or fire damage guy said that was fine. It's now November of 2025 and my 2013 Lincoln MKZ with 44,000 miles started having problems. I thought I was covered with Premier Auto Protect. They scammed me because when I took my car to Green Lincoln Michael Curtis, the claims guy told Green Lincoln they could fix my car then turn around and said not to fix it. Said my warranty wasn't right and gave me the run around about my car and the dealership. Joe ** sold me my warranty and said it was good. This company is one big scam. Told me I had to pay for it. I paid them my money every month, with no help when it was time for me to use my warranty. Wish I could give them -5 stars. I'm truly upset, thank God I have another vehicle to get around in.

This company ripped me off and will charge you a $50 cancellation fee, I was having issues with my vehicle and the mechanic called Premier and premier wanted pictures so they can forward the claim to adjuster, then they said they will email a response by the end of the day. I waited 7 hours later for them to deny my claim. Do not waste your money or your time. These people are crooks. Been with them for over a year and never made any claims until I just had my first claim to be denied.

I had the worst experience ever. I currently have a total of 3 policies with your company. I’ve had issues with getting warranty work done and completed. I’ve been in a rental car the last 4 days and still haven’t gotten my issues resolved. I’ve contacted the company 10 times and asked for a supervisor to call me back and still haven’t received a call back to address my concerns. If you read please run from the company. It’s awful and No one cares. They tell you things that simply aren’t true.

I researched many extended car warranty companies and found Premier Auto Protect to be one of the best throughout the industry. Their contract is extensive and inclusive, covering your vehicle from bumper to bumper as any factory warranty would. In addition to having an extended warranty policy that covers your vehicle completely, and providing peace of mind, their customer service is second to none.

Sales rep, lied to me. The warranty is not accepted in most places and they want the repair shop to use cheap parts. If they there three different companies involved. Giving you the run around. Just to not fix the problem that is covered under the policy.

Awesome customer support. Alex is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to have a one call resolution. As a retired customer support trainer for we known technology company I can openly say he would be welcome on anyone of our teams.

Had a great experience with Premier Auto Protect! Stan was great and ensured I could drive my truck worry free for five years. Would highly recommend premier auto protect to anyone that wants the security of driving your vehicle worry free.

Great experience. The rep was knowledgeable, succinct, helpful, courteous. He knew what he was talking about. He helped me and gave me the information I needed. I would recommend him to all who needed help.

I was very pleased with the extended service contract I had from Premier on another vehicle and wished to have Premier cover my present vehicle once the manufacturer's warranty expired. Agent Michael ** was extremely helpful in setting up coverage for me. Great job!

Joe was easy to work with. Hopefully, I'll never have to use the product. Purchased because I bought a used hybrid vehicle and I know nothing about them. I've never have purchased an extended warranty on anything.

Very knowledgeable and friendly sales representative. I got exactly what I needed and now I have peace of mind if something were to happen. They answered all my questions and made it a very easy decision.

It was no pressure. I did my due diligence in investigating the company and practices and realized no company is perfect but the representative told no lies. So I felt that his professionalism was truly notice. Then also the fact y'all precisely kept me in the loop.

Ed was absolutely incredible. He let me know he wasn’t in it just for the money therefore he didn’t bug me for the sale, he was very patient. The price was also very fair! I’m now awaiting the hard copies in the mail!

The whole process took about 15 minutes. I was given all the information up front. Shown exactly what I was purchasing. After about 15 minutes I was covered. Fast, simple and amazing service. I submitted my receipt for proof I'm a real customer.
