I purchased a Premier Exclusionary 60/100000 extended warranty. I asked the question will this extended warranty fully cover OEM parts installed by a dealership. The Premier sales person stated my extended will fully cover OEM parts installed by a dealership less a deducible. I had to have some repairs done on my vehicle. Premier warranty claims informed me and the dealership they would only cover aftermarket or re-manufactured parts at best. This resulted in me having to cover a very large portion of the repair cost. This difference in cost would have made it far more economical for me to purchase a dealership extended warranty. Buyer beware!

If I can give zero stars I would. This is a scam. They took my money and didn’t even pick up the phone when I called. Waste of money. Do not purchase. When the repair shop called they didn’t even answer the phone.

This company is synonymous with fraud. I initially tried to file a claim and when I contacted the claim number they told me that they couldn't find me in the system, but if I contacted the sales department they did find me in the system. They tried to extend the time without giving you a solution, trying to get you to take the vehicle in for repairs without their approval so they wouldn't cover the cost of the repair.

I had a policy. It was 3rd party and I took my car to get fixed. Got disappointed. They denied all of the things needed fixed. I wouldn't recommend. They are scammers!!!! I wish I would have knew. This is sad!

Michael was very informative and gave me extra perks. Not pushy, just very professional and polite. Very helpful. Told me where I would be able to use this warranty. I called to verify because I had been been misinformed by a different company.

These people were very helpful & nice! They made me confident that this was a good company to go with. I’m sure the coverage on my 2017 Cadillac is good and something, I don’t wish to know but am confident it will get me thru.

Horrible experience with this company. It's always hard to get someone on the line. I was given the run around for almost two weeks because they were trying to dodge paying my claim (claim was denied). Horrible overall experience. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THIS WARRANTY GROUP. Customer experience is horrible. The only time I spoke with someone who had a good attitude and was very helpful was when I spoke with Theresa. There was times when both myself and the dealership waited hours to speak with someone. They don't mind taking your money monthly but will deny your claim when they feel it's too costly for them. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!

My repair shop had to wait over an hour to file a claim. He called me and said he was not willing to wait that long. He ended up hanging up. I called and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. I informed the representative that my shop was trying to file a claim and I asked if he could call them. The representative said yes. It's been an hour and no phone call to the shop!!! I called back and now waiting over an hour to talk to someone! Why lie to me about calling the shop!

This is the 3rd warranty I have purchased from Premier Auto Protect. I have had to make 3 different claims and the process has been stress free. I appreciate all the hard work and kindness I was shown as well.

I've had warranties and ins type claims before this is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They won't pay anything until it's been approved. That will take a week or so. Then they only wanted to pay a small portion of the labor not even half of what the dealership charges. IMP best to pass on this one and just put the money aside. 500 in and car is still not working

He is the 1st maintenance contract salesman to not pressure me at all and gave me time to think because I’ve had many plans and can’t say I’ve been satisfied and I started with the best. She called immediately after I had requested information, patiently explained the policy benefits, and answered any questions. My experience was that they were nice and very helpful. They explained everything that my vehicle will covered and how the plan works. Best of all I like the fact that I can call someone any time of the day or night and get assistance.

Looks out for the client and takes time to offer a reasonable plan within their budget. Honestly breaks down the coverage with terms I can understand. Answered all of my questions I was able to understand. Exceptional patience to listen and understand what questions I asked. Etc.

Just Signed up, so I'm neutral at this point. Will leave a review after I file a claim... The representative was helpful in answering all my questions that I had about the policy. I hope this company is better than the last few I tried. They were horrible and you had to jump through hoops to get a claim filed and get reimbursed for work done on my vehicle. So again I'll leave a better review after I use this company service plan to see what kind of response I will get after trying to file a claim for my Jeep Wrangler. I try to keep up with all the maintenance and keep my vehicle running good.

The call Was very helpful. Coincidently timing was perfect, as I was thinking of locating a service that provided the same services with a low cost coverage. The individuals I aspire with, was helpful. He answered my questions. He was not pushy or rushed. Registering was easy and uncomplicated.

I found ad on Facebook and thought I would give them a try since I had been getting higher quotes from other warranty companies. Representative since over texted wanting to know if I was still interested in getting my vehicle a warranty and I said sure give me a call and we can discuss what kind of rates and what all the warranty covers. Representative was very knowledgeable and gave accurate information that I needed answers to. So I decided to go ahead and get the warranty and now I ready to hit the road.

Ryan ** was the best person with whom I could have set up new policy. He made price comparisons and company ratings easy to evaluate and understand. I was able to switch to Premier Auto from a questionable policy that was more expensive and did not have positive BBB ratings. I couldn’t be more content with the Premier Auto policy which offers more than just peace of mind by covering maintenance for a year. I am glad we got in contact so that I was able to make the best decision possible for an extended warranty.

My debit card for my checking account got hacked and I had to close down the account which is why payments were not processed for my policies. But I did not receive any notification from Mepco about this issue. Today, Joe left me a voicemail telling me about the problem so I called and immediately gave him my new card number and charged the account. So the policy was reinstated.

I chose Premier because they cover bumper to bumper cheapest by 35.00. Covers 5 yrs 100,000 miles but payments of 90.00 per mo is for only 30 months so 30 months is without payments with 30 day waiting period and can cancel during the waiting period. We can transfer or cancel if we buy a new or used car too. We will find out how their service is once we use it in the future. Tom was great, he was very good at giving info and answering all our questions.

Stan was very helpful and explained the difference in coverages. He broke down what each covered. He also included a maintenance package for help with oil changes and brakes. Also discounts on tires. Great services. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

So I called in to get coverage for my car. I spoke to a rep named Marc **. He explained all the coverage followed by email as well, did not push too hard to buy but I must say that was the cheapest rate I got for the top level level of coverage and I did shop a lot. I sure do recommend PREMIER AUTO PROTECT.

Updated on 02/21/2024: Talking about reimbursement, it was not even the whole reimbursement, customer service are no good. That's the reason y'all got cursed at because of ignoring my phone calls and didn't even bother to return back any calls. Stop trying to defend post that we leave here because it's the truth, if y'all want good post from customers then do a good customer service and make sure to explain everything out clearly before we make our first sign up fees, due to which state your coverage plan are Different than others!!

Purchased a Repair Assist Plus Warranty as offered. The guy on the phone told me its a new product and showed its similarity with one of their plans except few items are not included. I asked for the coverage details and he said it will be sent in the handbook together with members ID which both arrived almost after 3 weeks. But there's no coverage details in the handbook. So I rang, sent messages both email & SMS but no reply. The handbook has a Drive America on the front for the Repair Assist Program but the service contract from Premier Auto Protect is issued by Omega. Until now, there is no reply after repeated communication attempts. I could not understand this company has been given a positive reviews but in reality it seems like they are non-existent at all as their communication/customer service is very poor. I can not recommend this product and hence, Premier Auto Protect.

I would STRONGLY suggest to not purchase any warranty through this company they have not helped me at all. I bought a 2017, Volvo XC 90 and the turbo was about to go out in my car and that has to do with the engine and I called and asked them if was under the warranty. The person I spoke with said yes, so I took it the Volvo dealership. I called them when it was time to do the repairs and they told me “they would only pay 74/25 percent of the cost of repairs IF they feel like it!” WHO DOES THAT?? This warranty is a rip off an extreme headache. I’m paying a chunk of money every month for you guys to cover a certain percentage?! NO! There should be a set deductible and call it a day, but no you guys are scamming people out of their money. Beware please.

I purchased a 2015 Expedition 107,000 miles very clean and well kept. I searched for an ext. warranty plan better than the one the used car dealer was selling. I thought I had found it with Premier Auto Protect. They were the only one I could find that would sell an Exclusionary Policy, which I purchased. I added the emissions and tech coverage at extra cost as well. They said I would have a 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period before it would be covered. I Purchased the warranty on 8/16/2023. On Saturday, September 23, 2023, with 1,078 miles since purchase of warranty, the truck’s front end suddenly started acting strange. We thought it was a tire off balance or something like it. Went to Fort Worth Auto Garage and left it for them to diagnose.

We took a trip to Arkansas in April 2023 prior to our trip we had a water pump leak that cost us 3 hundred dollars out of our pocket. While on the trip we experienced a wheel bearing failure that cost us 8 hundred dollars for a tow. Then an additional 3 thousand dollars in should have been covered multiple parts that Premier would not cover unless a representative inspected the damage. Even after Midas had sent pictures of damaged parts. Stay away from this company and maybe others. Can't be diligent enough not to be taken. Just read reviews!

To start, I was told when I got a hold of Customer Service that I didn't have the right acc. # and was told to call back the following week. I did have the right acc. #, so apparently he just didn't want to deal with me at that time. When I did get through to another #, they took my information and would give a call back. On the call back, there was no one on the line. This happened to the garage as well. Finally I was informed I could go to a website to fill out an application. After that it was at least a week of back and forth with garage before they came to an agreement. They did not believe I needed a water pump as well. What they did agree to pay, I am still waiting on that.

Although it took a month, they paid my claim. I am a very happy customer and I will purchase a Premier Auto warranty every time I buy a used car!!!!

I purchased my warranty with this Company in 2022. Last week was my 1st time having to use it. I called Premier prior to taking my vehicle to the repair shop, and stayed on hold for about an hour before the phone hung up. A rep called me back and I told him that I was needing to have my vehicle looked at by a repair facility and what I needed to do on my end. So the rep told me to take it to a licensed repair facility and have the repair facility call them. I took my vehicle to the repair facility on 4/19/23, the repair itself wasn’t going to take too long. I called the repair facility on 4/21/23 to get an update and the repair man said that he’s been waiting 2 days to get authorization from Premier to start on my vehicle. He stated that he’s called and emailed them numerous times since my vehicle has been in the shop.

Purchased the top auto warrant Premier offers. The first time I've used it and my 2017 GMC Yukon (70000 miles) has been in an top-rated ASE certified shop for four days for a failed starter motor. This repair should have taken 2 hours including testing. My vehicle has been at the shop for four days now! Premier keeps telling the shop to perform more test, when they jumped through all their hoops for the testing, then they want time to review the test findings? The next day the shop tries to get approval AGAIN, and after a full day, Premier now wants a picture of the starter in the vehicle????

Very friendly staff, timely and professional. Would definitely recommend them. Very nice people and they know their stuff!!! When I was in doubt they explained everything very clearly. The only people I would recommend to my family and friends.

Tom M. was very professional, no pressure sales, explained their product and different plans, provided discounts, and very easy to work with. Other companies I called were trying to make the make the same the same day and bashing other companies warranties stating theirs is the best out there. Tom was friendly, courteous, easy to work with and the fact that he respected me as a customer who is looking for pricing and comparison without expecting me to make a decision right there or the next day.

I used to have CarShield. They weren't paying bills so I switched over to Premier. The representative was good.

I had my Dodge Charger covered with Premier. They are cheaper. The reps are good.

I took the car in for service and Premier Auto Protect was supposed to take care of it. Then they said they wouldn’t because the tire size has changed. It’s the ones that came when I bought it and they’re maybe a little bit different than the factory ones. But that’s not what they’re repairing. It had nothing to do with the inside of the motor or the rack and pinion and powertrain. The mechanic said that’s no reason to not do that. I talked to my attorney and he said that if Premier doesn’t take care of it, we will sue. I’ve called and called, and the lady said somebody else will be calling. If they take care of it, then I’ll recommend them. But otherwise, I will not.

Initially, we had some issues with billing with Premier Auto Protect. But the person who worked with me was easygoing and the plan was the right one for my vehicle.

This company is the very best and they really care about your car. Your vehicle is very important to them. Premiere covered every single issue that I had with my Ford.

Premier was the only warranty site that corresponded with me by email. Other companies want a phone number to immediately call you to make a sale. There was no pressured phone call or salesmen pushing for a deal. I was able to get a quote and read a sample warranty before I chose to do business with Premier. Once I saw the info in my email I was able to write down questions and concerns and was prepared when I called. The process was so easy and I felt as if I was in control of the process. I got a great deal and could not be more satisfied.

Premier dragged their feet for two weeks when my car was in the shop. My car had to stay there for their terms. After two weeks, I just said, "Enough is enough." So, I called. I canceled it and they said the check went out on August 3rd but as of today, I still haven't received my deposit back for $90. Last Monday, my service writer at the dealership called and said that he just had a phone call that said that the inspector was on his way out to inspect my car. My car had been with me for two weeks. It took them almost three and a half weeks to get someone to come out. So, they get 5 thumbs down literally. I'm so pissed at them right now.

Premier was about the same amount with other companies, and by the time we finished up, it was $10 cheaper a month. I asked the guy that talked to me questions and he told me the truth. I felt that he was being sincere and wanting to make sure that I got protected. And I went with him. I got the policy that takes care of everything from the bumper to the transmission. That’s what I needed. Because I love my car. If something happened to my car, I couldn't afford to put a down payment down for a new car because I can't afford the car payment. It was cheaper to get this because it has road assistance, too. It was cheaper to do this every month than it is a car payment. And I keep my car.

They’ve been very helpful. They're good. They didn't end up pressuring me, compared to other companies. Once I said no to the rep that I talked to and let me call her back, she accepted. So that made me feel a little more confident. Because when you’re selling something that's good, you don't have to pressure the customer.

Premier had a better deductible. The young lady I dealt with was able to answer everything that I needed.

Premier's application process was easy. Their rep was very good. He explained to me how the policy worked. The initial phone call sounded really good. So, I was happy with it. I had a claim on my car's air conditioner. It's been extremely difficult. My car has been in the shop for almost a month now. The technician that was helping me at Honda was calling them. No one would answer the phone for days. When he finally got ahold of someone, he told them that he couldn't really send a picture of what was wrong with it because of where it is. They were like, "Well, you have to send a picture. There's no way we can process it." So he said, "Well, send someone down there." Someone came two days later and he saw that he couldn’t take a picture of it. About four days after that, they finally processed the paperwork for me to get it fixed.

The experience with Premier Auto Protect, so far, has been a little bit unstable. My mileage was entered incorrectly on my warranty. I just realized that I’ve been paying for a warranty for about two months now, and I’ve made a down payment, and I’m unable to use my warranty until they correct some information. I am trying to get a claim completed that cannot be processed until the discrepancy is corrected. My car is at a licensed repair facility right now, and I’m unable to use my claim until that gets corrected. They just informed me that they will correct it in about an hour and a half or give me a response. As far as their customer service, I would give them about 10 stars. They’re really friendly and kind, giving me callbacks, and being supportive in trying to fix the situation.

The gentleman that set me up was very nice and explanatory on everything. They tried to take a payment today and they probably didn't get one because the account has not got all the deposits in yet. I was gonna give him a call to let him know that on the 3rd I’ll let them take a payment off of my other debit card.

The reps were marvelous. They said if I get any company saying that I don't pay anything out of pocket, that’s a gimmick. They said more likely, I'm gonna have to pay something out of pocket. They went over my options. When they mentioned one of my vehicles, I had to pay only 25%. For the second vehicle, it was 50%.

Premier has been good. I like them. They've got a good price. The receptionist people know what they’re talking about. They're very personable.

I bought the plan in June but I don't have the official policy yet. I just got a receipt. If they could send me my policy, that would be great.
