Best company hands down, now I can drive in confidence in the vehicle I love so much. Get protected and live life with no worries. Other companies will rob you for your hard-earned money, Premier is the most reasonable company out there. Best decision I made in years. I’m no gate keeper. I tell as many people as possible about Premier. Spread the word and help other get protected the right way.

We have been shopping around for extended warranty on our used truck that we just purchased. This sales experience was by far the best and the coverage and price was the best also, after checking with several vendors. The salesman was very knowledgeable and met all of our needs and was very patient to answer all of our questions.

My customer service associate was Alex **. I couldn’t talk over the phone at work, so he gave me excellent customer service through text and email, great communication and was very helpful in me buying a service contract.

I was constantly updated about my options, payments and coverages. The communication with the agent was outstanding. I am excited about the coverage I have chosen and am confident my needs will be met should I need them in the future.

If you read a lot of the reviews, the 5 stars are based on customer service, questions, how the sales went, etc. They are correct. The problem starts when you need them. My daughter's car, 2019 Malibu, the CVT transmission started to go out. They wouldn't fix it, the mechanic had to do other things they suggested, as they refused until the other options were tried first. We did this at our cost as they paid nothing. Ten weeks later her car is back in the shop because of doing the same thing. It took a week for our mechanic to get an answer on the claim, well response that they would be sending an inspector to verify everything. He got an email on Friday when they didn't show up on Thursday that the mechanic can do the inspection, email for the inspection took 2 days for him to get.

Aaron ** answered all of my questions concerning my contract, what my package includes & what is covered and not covered under my contract. He also made sure I knew what my deductible. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable on all my inquiries. I am thinking about adding my truck.

Great service. Did not oversell and explained everything. Did not waste my time. Explained all options and plans, and answered all my questions very professional and text and explained mailed information promptly.

So far so good, but can't give reviews unless I see what happens when my car breaks down and if they keep their word. As of now Great customer service but so was the other 2 car Insurance companies that I left on bad terms...And still waiting on a refund...

Edward was very professional and helpful.. Understood what I was looking for and explained in detailed terms of what I was asking. The communication was top tier as well. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Premier was happy to open me a policy on the weekend. After several months paying I have never received a policy number or and documents about my policy. I decided to cancel. Here is where the company went sour. I tried to cancel before my renewal date but that was on a weekend and they are not open. Called customer service to cancel and the lady that answered was nothing but hateful. She informed me that everyone knew they did not work on the weekends, well except me. Then instead of letting me ask her questions about what I was billed and the cancelation fee she hollered over me every time I spoke. With this experience I would not recommend this product.

I would like to take this moment and personally thank Marc for assisting me with my decision to purchase a warranty plan with Premier Auto Protect. He did an outstanding job explaining me the plans and prices. He made the sale to me in about 15-20 minutes. He did not try to trap me into buying a plan like Car Shield did, that salesman would not let me get off the call, he held on the phone for about an hour and a half, meanwhile I got frustrated and finally hung up the phone. The plans Car Shield offer was in no comparison to Premier Auto Protect.

Cameron was extremely polite and took time to answer questions and was not pushing a sale. Wanted to make sure I was informed and had all the information. He volunteered to call me back and wanted me to get the best value for my warranty coverage. He was very pleasant to deal with.

The gentleman explain things to me very clearly and gave me assurance that this is the plan for me. Even gave me a reason why other policies are so expensive. Enjoy talking with him and I would hope that others would follow his lead in being honest and upfront. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Let me just start off by saying I’m glad I chose Premier Auto Protect. Cameron ** (Account Specialist) put my mind at ease. He made me feel confident that I was going with the best coverage. Very attentive..answering any and all questions I had. As a customer you want honesty and clarity. I was given both! I would recommend this Company to anyone I know without question

They’re very good people to talk and give you a more detailed and know how to talk the person very respectful ways and they will give you accurate details. They are very polite and well known their job. I’m very grateful the way they helped me. It’s been very respectful. Given me more encouraging all the way to ending.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I purchased a policy. A few months later the transmission went out on the vehicle. Took it to my local dealer and they filed the claim to have the transmission replaced. As expected, they sent out a third-party inspector/adjuster to inspect the claim. The adjuster denied the claim, claiming that the truck was driven to the dealer and not towed which caused further damage, so I in violation of the terms and conditions of the policy. I provided a receipt showing the truck was in fact towed and not driven. After a lot of back and forth with the claims department they told me it doesn't matter what proof I had. We are going with the third-party inspector recommendation. They are not to be trusted.

Today on April 23 I took my 2017 into the dealership to get my two remotes replaced they have broken. When I bought my policy with Premier Auto Protect the lady told me that my remote would be covered if I had to have them replaced. This was a lie. after waiting for 2 1/2 hours at the dealership while they were being given the runaround by Premier auto protect, they been told the service guy that my remotes were not covered under my policy other than when my air conditioner was fixed, but they did pay for everything else has been denied no matter what it is

Was assured several times this warranty was a bumper to bumper coverage, with exception of heated seats. Nothing ever said about the repairs are only covered by 50% and customer responsible for the remaining 50%. That is not a bumper to bumper warranty that I have ever purchased. Tried calling numbers provided, much to my dismay they do not reach anything other than a recording. Be cautious when purchasing from companies outside of a dealership.

Just spoke with Joe at Premier. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. The policy is well priced and well below the cost of the dealer policy that I just canceled. Never buy a policy from a dealership, thanks Joe. Have fun with your new Willys and the tazer!

Purchasing warranty coverage for my 2019 Range Rover was incredibly easy! Lance was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I tried two other companies while getting quotes and it was a nightmare!! However Ed with Premiere Auto was helpful and listened to what I needed vs pushing what he wanted!! Great experience. I would totally recommend Ed and Premiere Auto.

I purchased a Premier Exclusionary 60/100000 extended warranty. I asked the question will this extended warranty fully cover OEM parts installed by a dealership. The Premier sales person stated my extended will fully cover OEM parts installed by a dealership less a deducible. I had to have some repairs done on my vehicle. Premier warranty claims informed me and the dealership they would only cover aftermarket or re-manufactured parts at best. This resulted in me having to cover a very large portion of the repair cost. This difference in cost would have made it far more economical for me to purchase a dealership extended warranty. Buyer beware!

If I can give zero stars I would. This is a scam. They took my money and didn’t even pick up the phone when I called. Waste of money. Do not purchase. When the repair shop called they didn’t even answer the phone.

This company is synonymous with fraud. I initially tried to file a claim and when I contacted the claim number they told me that they couldn't find me in the system, but if I contacted the sales department they did find me in the system. They tried to extend the time without giving you a solution, trying to get you to take the vehicle in for repairs without their approval so they wouldn't cover the cost of the repair.

I had a policy. It was 3rd party and I took my car to get fixed. Got disappointed. They denied all of the things needed fixed. I wouldn't recommend. They are scammers!!!! I wish I would have knew. This is sad!

Michael was very informative and gave me extra perks. Not pushy, just very professional and polite. Very helpful. Told me where I would be able to use this warranty. I called to verify because I had been been misinformed by a different company.

Horrible experience with this company. It's always hard to get someone on the line. I was given the run around for almost two weeks because they were trying to dodge paying my claim (claim was denied). Horrible overall experience. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THIS WARRANTY GROUP. Customer experience is horrible. The only time I spoke with someone who had a good attitude and was very helpful was when I spoke with Theresa. There was times when both myself and the dealership waited hours to speak with someone. They don't mind taking your money monthly but will deny your claim when they feel it's too costly for them. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!

My repair shop had to wait over an hour to file a claim. He called me and said he was not willing to wait that long. He ended up hanging up. I called and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. I informed the representative that my shop was trying to file a claim and I asked if he could call them. The representative said yes. It's been an hour and no phone call to the shop!!! I called back and now waiting over an hour to talk to someone! Why lie to me about calling the shop!

This is the 3rd warranty I have purchased from Premier Auto Protect. I have had to make 3 different claims and the process has been stress free. I appreciate all the hard work and kindness I was shown as well.

I've had warranties and ins type claims before this is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They won't pay anything until it's been approved. That will take a week or so. Then they only wanted to pay a small portion of the labor not even half of what the dealership charges. IMP best to pass on this one and just put the money aside. 500 in and car is still not working

He is the 1st maintenance contract salesman to not pressure me at all and gave me time to think because I’ve had many plans and can’t say I’ve been satisfied and I started with the best. Just Signed up, so I'm neutral at this point. Will leave a review after I file a claim... The representative was helpful in answering all my questions that I had about the policy. I hope this company is better than the last few I tried. They were horrible and you had to jump through hoops to get a claim filed and get reimbursed for work done on my vehicle. So again I'll leave a better review after I use this company service plan to see what kind of response I will get after trying to file a claim for my Jeep Wrangler. I try to keep up with all the maintenance and keep my vehicle running good.

I found ad on Facebook and thought I would give them a try since I had been getting higher quotes from other warranty companies. Representative since over texted wanting to know if I was still interested in getting my vehicle a warranty and I said sure give me a call and we can discuss what kind of rates and what all the warranty covers. I was able to switch to Premier Auto from a questionable policy that was more expensive and did not have positive BBB ratings. I couldn’t be more content with the Premier Auto policy which offers more than just peace of mind by covering maintenance for a year. My debit card for my checking account got hacked and I had to close down the account which is why payments were not processed for my policies. But I did not receive any notification from Mepco about this issue. Today, Joe left me a voicemail telling me about the problem so I called and immediately gave him my new card number and charged the account. So the policy was reinstated.

Tom has been very upfront and very pleasant to work with. He knows his job and goes above and beyond in helping customers. I was very skeptical but he assured me that any problems he would look into personally. I trust his knowledge and I'm confident that any problems would be addressed properly.

I chose Premier because they cover bumper to bumper cheapest by 35.00. Covers 5 yrs 100,000 miles but payments of 90.00 per mo is for only 30 months so 30 months is without payments with 30 day waiting period and can cancel during the waiting period. We can transfer or cancel if we buy a new or used car too. We will find out how their service is once we use it in the future. Tom was great, he was very good at giving info and answering all our questions.

So I called in to get coverage for my car. I spoke to a rep named Marc **. He explained all the coverage followed by email as well, did not push too hard to buy but I must say that was the cheapest rate I got for the top level level of coverage and I did shop a lot. I sure do recommend PREMIER AUTO PROTECT.

That's the reason y'all got cursed at because of ignoring my phone calls and didn't even bother to return back any calls. Stop trying to defend post that we leave here because it's the truth, if y'all want good post from customers then do a good customer service and make sure to explain everything out clearly before we make our first sign up fees, due to which state your coverage plan are Different than others!!

Purchased a Repair Assist Plus Warranty as offered. The guy on the phone told me its a new product and showed its similarity with one of their plans except few items are not included. I asked for the coverage details and he said it will be sent in the handbook together with members ID which both arrived almost after 3 weeks. But there's no coverage details in the handbook. So I rang, sent messages both email & SMS but no reply. The handbook has a Drive America on the front for the Repair Assist Program but the service contract from Premier Auto Protect is issued by Omega. Until now, there is no reply after repeated communication attempts. I could not understand this company has been given a positive reviews but in reality it seems like they are non-existent at all as their communication/customer service is very poor. I can not recommend this product and hence, Premier Auto Protect.

I would STRONGLY suggest to not purchase any warranty through this company they have not helped me at all. I bought a 2017, Volvo XC 90 and the turbo was about to go out in my car and that has to do with the engine and I called and asked them if was under the warranty. The person I spoke with said yes, so I took it the Volvo dealership. I called them when it was time to do the repairs and they told me “they would only pay 74/25 percent of the cost of repairs IF they feel like it!” WHO DOES THAT?? This warranty is a rip off an extreme headache. I’m paying a chunk of money every month for you guys to cover a certain percentage?! NO! There should be a set deductible and call it a day, but no you guys are scamming people out of their money. Beware please.

I purchased a 2015 Expedition 107,000 miles very clean and well kept. I searched for an ext. warranty plan better than the one the used car dealer was selling. I thought I had found it with Premier Auto Protect. They were the only one I could find that would sell an Exclusionary Policy, which I purchased. I added the emissions and tech coverage at extra cost as well. They said I would have a 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period before it would be covered. I Purchased the warranty on 8/16/2023. On Saturday, September 23, 2023, with 1,078 miles since purchase of warranty, the truck’s front end suddenly started acting strange. We thought it was a tire off balance or something like it. Went to Fort Worth Auto Garage and left it for them to diagnose.

We took a trip to Arkansas in April 2023 prior to our trip we had a water pump leak that cost us 3 hundred dollars out of our pocket. While on the trip we experienced a wheel bearing failure that cost us 8 hundred dollars for a tow. Then an additional 3 thousand dollars in should have been covered multiple parts that Premier would not cover unless a representative inspected the damage. Even after Midas had sent pictures of damaged parts. Stay away from this company and maybe others. Can't be diligent enough not to be taken. Just read reviews!

To start, I was told when I got a hold of Customer Service that I didn't have the right acc. # and was told to call back the following week. I did have the right acc. #, so apparently he just didn't want to deal with me at that time. When I did get through to another #, they took my information and would give a call back. On the call back, there was no one on the line. This happened to the garage as well. Finally I was informed I could go to a website to fill out an application. After that it was at least a week of back and forth with garage before they came to an agreement. They did not believe I needed a water pump as well. What they did agree to pay, I am still waiting on that.

Although it took a month, they paid my claim. I am a very happy customer and I will purchase a Premier Auto warranty every time I buy a used car!!!!

I purchased my warranty with this Company in 2022. Last week was my 1st time having to use it. I called Premier prior to taking my vehicle to the repair shop, and stayed on hold for about an hour before the phone hung up. A rep called me back and I told him that I was needing to have my vehicle looked at by a repair facility and what I needed to do on my end. So the rep told me to take it to a licensed repair facility and have the repair facility call them. I took my vehicle to the repair facility on 4/19/23, the repair itself wasn’t going to take too long. I called the repair facility on 4/21/23 to get an update and the repair man said that he’s been waiting 2 days to get authorization from Premier to start on my vehicle. He stated that he’s called and emailed them numerous times since my vehicle has been in the shop.

Purchased the top auto warrant Premier offers. The first time I've used it and my 2017 GMC Yukon (70000 miles) has been in an top-rated ASE certified shop for four days for a failed starter motor. This repair should have taken 2 hours including testing. My vehicle has been at the shop for four days now! Premier keeps telling the shop to perform more test, when they jumped through all their hoops for the testing, then they want time to review the test findings? The next day the shop tries to get approval AGAIN, and after a full day, Premier now wants a picture of the starter in the vehicle????

Tom M. was very professional, no pressure sales, explained their product and different plans, provided discounts, and very easy to work with. Other companies I called were trying to make the make the same the same day and bashing other companies warranties stating theirs is the best out there. Tom was friendly, courteous, easy to work with and the fact that he respected me as a customer who is looking for pricing and comparison without expecting me to make a decision right there or the next day.

I used to have CarShield. They weren't paying bills so I switched over to Premier. The representative was good.

I had my Dodge Charger covered with Premier. They are cheaper. The reps are good.

I took the car in for service and Premier Auto Protect was supposed to take care of it. Then they said they wouldn’t because the tire size has changed. It’s the ones that came when I bought it and they’re maybe a little bit different than the factory ones. But that’s not what they’re repairing. It had nothing to do with the inside of the motor or the rack and pinion and powertrain. The mechanic said that’s no reason to not do that. I talked to my attorney and he said that if Premier doesn’t take care of it, we will sue. I’ve called and called, and the lady said somebody else will be calling. If they take care of it, then I’ll recommend them. But otherwise, I will not.
