My repair shop had to wait over an hour to file a claim. He called me and said he was not willing to wait that long. He ended up hanging up. I called and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. I informed the representative that my shop was trying to file a claim and I asked if he could call them. The representative said yes. It's been an hour and no phone call to the shop!!! I called back and now waiting over an hour to talk to someone! Why lie to me about calling the shop!

This is the 3rd warranty I have purchased from Premier Auto Protect. I have had to make 3 different claims and the process has been stress free. I appreciate all the hard work and kindness I was shown as well.

My peace of mind put to an ease with all my questions and concerns answered by Tom **, he understood my needs and explained everything that I needed to know in full detail. Which I appreciate and is thankful. So to Tom ** thank you once again.

Fast simple and the monthly payment very good. Thank you. I hope I’m satisfied because it’s less than others. I just want to feel good knowing my car will be taken care of and it cost me an arm and a leg to fix anything that come up. Thanks again.

Stan was very helpful as we worked out the very best policy for me. I have talked to two other companies and Premier Auto Protection had the best coverage for the price. What also was impressive is their Better Business rating.

I've had warranties and ins type claims before this is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They won't pay anything until it's been approved. That will take a week or so. Then they only wanted to pay a small portion of the labor not even half of what the dealership charges. IMP best to pass on this one and just put the money aside. 500 in and car is still not working

Justin is awesome! He is the 1st maintenance contract salesman to not pressure me at all and gave me time to think because I’ve had many plans and can’t say I’ve been satisfied and I started with the best. I’m hoping y’all prove me wrong because of Justin is telling the truth I’m so excited!!!! Tires, wipers, oil to the big stuff!

I had a pleasant experience in that the representative was prompt, pleasant, and helpful. She called immediately after I had requested information, patiently explained the policy benefits, and answered any questions. I recommend Premier Auto Protect to any motorist needing an extended warranty coverage.

My experience was that they were nice and very helpful. They explained everything that my vehicle will covered and how the plan works. Best of all I like the fact that I can call someone any time of the day or night and get assistance.

Looks out for the client and takes time to offer a reasonable plan within their budget. Honestly breaks down the coverage with terms I can understand. Answered all of my questions I was able to understand. Exceptional patience to listen and understand what questions I asked. Etc.

Everything went smoothly!! Explained Everything in detail!! So happy with my warranty!!! I love the warranty, it covers everything for 5 years but l only pay for 2 1/2 years!! This is a must for all cars!! I have a 2019 Chevy Camaro and I know l most definitely need this warranty!!

Just Signed up, so I'm neutral at this point. Will leave a review after I file a claim... The representative was helpful in answering all my questions that I had about the policy. I hope this company is better than the last few I tried. They were horrible and you had to jump through hoops to get a claim filed and get reimbursed for work done on my vehicle. So again I'll leave a better review after I use this company service plan to see what kind of response I will get after trying to file a claim for my Jeep Wrangler. I try to keep up with all the maintenance and keep my vehicle running good.

The call Was very helpful. Coincidently timing was perfect, as I was thinking of locating a service that provided the same services with a low cost coverage. The individuals I aspire with, was helpful. He answered my questions. He was not pushy or rushed. Registering was easy and uncomplicated.

I found this website online and I like that I can receive services after 30days and 1000 miles driven. Will help me put in a quote for a estimate repair. I hope I signed up for the right warranty coverage.

Very polite and knowledgeable CSR and would recommend to someone looking for vehicle coverage; cost seems within reason and there was nearly no upsale attempt and I took advantage of multi car discounts. I also will try to convince my family to consider Premium when the time comes.

No hard selling or pushing getting the car warranty. Easy communicate with Ryan in asking him a lot of questions concerning any problems or not sure about items listed in the contract. Ryan was very good in answering all my concerns. I rated him 5 stars ⭐️. Got the warranty!!
