I spoke to Kevin. Told him that I needed to cancel the coverage on my vehicle, and that I wanted to add my wife's vehicle, he made the process very easy. Explaining everything. My experience with Premier Auto makes it a no- brainer thanks Kevin.

No one is perfect but Eric is as close as anyone has gotten!! Great!!!! Service was on point!! Couldn’t be happier with service. If you have a training department he definitely is the one you need to have lead!! Need more customer service agents such as he, him, the one and only Eric!!!!

They’re very good people to talk and give you a more detailed and know how to talk the person very respectful ways and they will give you accurate details. They are very polite and well known their job. I’m very grateful the way they helped me. It’s been very respectful. Given me more encouraging all the way to ending.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I purchased a policy. A few months later the transmission went out on the vehicle. Took it to my local dealer and they filed the claim to have the transmission replaced. As expected, they sent out a third-party inspector/adjuster to inspect the claim. The adjuster denied the claim, claiming that the truck was driven to the dealer and not towed which caused further damage, so I in violation of the terms and conditions of the policy. I provided a receipt showing the truck was in fact towed and not driven. After a lot of back and forth with the claims department they told me it doesn't matter what proof I had. We are going with the third-party inspector recommendation. They are not to be trusted.

All companies in this industry do not cover pre existing conditions.
Your vehicle had a clear pre existing condition and continued use while it was broken down.

Today on April 23 I took my 2017 into the dealership to get my two remotes replaced they have broken. When I bought my policy with Premier Auto Protect the lady told me that my remote would be covered if I had to have them replaced. This was a lie. after waiting for 2 1/2 hours at the dealership while they were being given the runaround by Premier auto protect, they been told the service guy that my remotes were not covered under my policy other than when my air conditioner was fixed, but they did pay for everything else has been denied no matter what it is

The next claim, nothing was called in or initiated. The only communication was on 4/23/2025, when the shop followed up on an estimate they had emailed to the wrong address—claims@protectionloyalty.com.
We informed them that this is not the correct email for claim submissions and reviewed the proper procedure. The repair facility responded that they would not be handling it and told the customer to seek reimbursement before ending the call.
So there was no claim to adjudicate in this situation

Was assured several times this warranty was a bumper to bumper coverage, with exception of heated seats. Nothing ever said about the repairs are only covered by 50% and customer responsible for the remaining 50%. That is not a bumper to bumper warranty that I have ever purchased. Tried calling numbers provided, much to my dismay they do not reach anything other than a recording. Be cautious when purchasing from companies outside of a dealership.

1st the plan you purchased was a bumper to bumper plan.
2nd due to your states rules and regulations it does operate differently than other states.
3rd Every time you called we answered and already processed a full refund for you as you requested.
So at this time you are not a customer but we wish you and your vehicle well.

Just spoke with Joe at Premier. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. The policy is well priced and well below the cost of the dealer policy that I just canceled. Never buy a policy from a dealership, thanks Joe. Have fun with your new Willys and the tazer!

I purchased a Premier Exclusionary 60/100000 extended warranty. I asked the question will this extended warranty fully cover OEM parts installed by a dealership. The Premier sales person stated my extended will fully cover OEM parts installed by a dealership less a deducible. I had to have some repairs done on my vehicle. Premier warranty claims informed me and the dealership they would only cover aftermarket or re-manufactured parts at best. This resulted in me having to cover a very large portion of the repair cost. This difference in cost would have made it far more economical for me to purchase a dealership extended warranty. Buyer beware!

If I can give zero stars I would. This is a scam. They took my money and didn’t even pick up the phone when I called. Waste of money. Do not purchase. When the repair shop called they didn’t even answer the phone.

We needed more clarification on the failures and a finalized estimate. Attempts were made to contact the repair facility, but we were unsuccessful in reaching them or receiving a call back.

This company is synonymous with fraud. I initially tried to file a claim and when I contacted the claim number they told me that they couldn't find me in the system, but if I contacted the sales department they did find me in the system. They tried to extend the time without giving you a solution, trying to get you to take the vehicle in for repairs without their approval so they wouldn't cover the cost of the repair.

Claims did have you in the system but you chose to cancel the plan instead of waiting for them to process the claim.

I had a policy. It was 3rd party and I took my car to get fixed. Got disappointed. They denied all of the things needed fixed. I wouldn't recommend. They are scammers!!!! I wish I would have knew. This is sad!

Horrible experience with this company. It's always hard to get someone on the line. I was given the run around for almost two weeks because they were trying to dodge paying my claim (claim was denied). Horrible overall experience. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THIS WARRANTY GROUP. Customer experience is horrible. The only time I spoke with someone who had a good attitude and was very helpful was when I spoke with Theresa. There was times when both myself and the dealership waited hours to speak with someone. They don't mind taking your money monthly but will deny your claim when they feel it's too costly for them. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!

My repair shop had to wait over an hour to file a claim. He called me and said he was not willing to wait that long. He ended up hanging up. I called and I ended up waiting 40 minutes. I informed the representative that my shop was trying to file a claim and I asked if he could call them. The representative said yes. It's been an hour and no phone call to the shop!!! I called back and now waiting over an hour to talk to someone! Why lie to me about calling the shop!

This is the 3rd warranty I have purchased from Premier Auto Protect. I have had to make 3 different claims and the process has been stress free. I appreciate all the hard work and kindness I was shown as well.
