    I bought a car in October 2021. I received a notice to renew my 2 cars. I went online to renew them and the car I purchased at OFF Lease was not eligible to renew online. I contacted my local DMV and found out OFF Lease had not done their job. The car was still showing as pending on EFS. So I contacted OFF Lease, and they acknowledged and sent me a temp tag and told me they would take care of it. A few days ago I contacted them to check the status, and it was not done yet. So they mailed me the SAME temp tag and the State of FL Application for Vehicle Cert Title.

    Well, I went to my local DMV and waited for over an hour to be seen. They still can't help me since it's not in their County. This is unacceptable!!! How many times do we have to call OFF Lease to do their job! BUYERS BE AWARE - ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN THEIR COUNTY OR OUT OF STATE. YOU WILL HAVE A CAR YOU CAN'T DRIVE SOON!

    Do not buy a car or extended warranty, they will told me it would only be $9/month more. I requested the warranty details and they said l will receive it in the mail. I called several times, text the finance person and no response. It was a month before I was answered and sent me the details. I then found out my original payment was $427 a month and now it is $533 per month. The warranty costs $3,500 and then they snuck in two other warranties that I didn't even know about. I WONDER WHY...NOW I KNOW, THEY ARE CROOKS, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    I purchased a vehicle and have had to return it SEVERAL times for repair and fix issues with the vehicle. I have not made the first payment. Yet, I have had to rent cars several times and spending money that should be going towards the payment of the vehicle. The Area Director should be made aware of the dissatisfaction of a new car owner. Miami Lakes Location needs better customer service and check vehicles prior to sale. If the opportunity presents itself I would return the vehicle and go elsewhere. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLES FROM OFF LEASE!!!!

    If I could give Offlease Orlando 0 stars I would. I bought FOUR cars from them at once at the end of November 2021 so I would think someone there would care to help. Of the four cars purchased 2 of them had issues that Off Lease Orlando has not and apparently will not fix. One of the vehicles Purchased was a 2016 Ford Mustang. The first thing I notice is the USB ports do not work and what makes it worse is 2 days after the purchase the car wouldn’t start due to a dead battery.

    I took the mustang up to off lease and they said “it just needs a new battery and a replacement USB harness.” The battery was replaced and the harness was ordered. You can imagine my surprise when right after my 5 day warranty period the car dies again and this is a brand new battery. I take the car back to off lease and they say they fixed the issue but give me the car back with the check engine light on. THIS LIGHT WAS NEVER ON AND NOW IS AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE CAR!

    Also The Fiat Spider I purchased had a tire pressure light on and After I was told the tire just needed air when I purchased the Spider, I was surprised the tire pressure light didn't turn off after I filled the tires with more air. I was told by off lease that I just need to "drive it for a while" and the light would turn off, which I did. Only after I took the vehicle to Fiat did they show me, with the car lifted, the rim is bent which is why the sensor won't turn off. Do not purchase a car from Off Lease Orlando, work with general manager Mike **, or service manager Monique ** unless you want to be robbed.

    On 10-08-21, my 2017 Maserati spun out of control on a busy expressway and hit a concrete barrier extensive damage to the vehicle only. Several factors involved: it was raining, uneven roadway due to paving and the bald tires on the vehicle that I purchased in March 2021. I drove the vehicle less than 7000 miles and the bulk of that was visiting from Florida to North Carolina. To make a long story short I contacted Off Lease Only and was advised I should have done a safety check. I told them I'm glad no one was hurt have a good day. The Maserati was my 4th purchased vehicle and my last. Thanks Off Lease Only. Thanks Off Lease.

    I understood that they are the Amscot of cars. Took too long BETWEEN steps. No apologies, no water, had to buy water and snacks! Starving after work. No second key!! Had to ask for plug in cable for car! Plug in hybrid. No tire kit, spare tire doesn't exist. Prior accident, (pillar question) stated no damage on report. Appointment, cash sale, small trade 4.5 hrs. 7:30p-12a. 2 hrs travel time to and from dealership. 8.5 hrs invested plus return visit 6 hrs.

    Contact Wed online inquiry (Times approx) Thursday 9a appointment for 7pm (4 hrs drive round trip). Arrive 7:35, wait, (quick vac detail) 8:30 test drive 16 min.

    9:30 eval trade in. 10:30 documents signed (payment auth timed out on debit card at 10p, not their fault). 12 am leave. Return appointment for Saturday 12p. Call 9a on my way. 11 arrive, no detail done, car in eval by mechanic for concerns raised after test drive (2 days ago). Really! 12 payment, wait more. Leave just before 1p (4hrs drive time). I only stayed because of drive. Wanted to leave several times, just forget it, find something else later. Lost all joy about my car. Hope it's worth the time. Getting manufacturer dealership to inspect/service within 5 day policy.

    We had to wait several hours to sign our papers, we ended up at the dealership the entire day. We bought our vehicle on 3/3/21 and did not receive a copy of the title until 8/11/2021! In Michigan, the vehicle owner is supposed to get the title. Offlease did not fill out the paperwork correctly so my title went to Capital One Bank instead. No one EVER told me I was not getting my title or what happened to it. Capital One is refusing to release my title to me now. I am refinancing today!

    OffleaseOnly had too many fees that were not explained at the beginning, too many fees period. I was charged $500 for title and registration. I was told I would get the difference back. As of today 8/11, I still haven't. OffLeaseOnly indicated that they sent the money to my lender, I am trying to verify this. This is not what they said from the beginning and no one EVER notified me until I called on 8/11. The vehicle was a fair price although it had known problems that OffLeaseOnly mechanics did not know how to fix. They initially were supposed to fix it but after they determined they could not make the repairs, they would not even offer a discount or money to get it fixed. I will never buy out of state again and certainly never from OffLeaseOnly.

    My family have purchased many vehicles from Offleaseonly. We purchased 3 Mercedes, a Nissan and a BMW. All those experiences were great. None of the cars we purchased had any kind of issues whatsoever besides the normal wear and tear parts that needed replacing. Recently (about a month ago), I purchased a Nissan Armada which I thought was a a great deal for the price but boy was I wrong. It appears to me that this company who prided itself on selling quality vehicles has now taken a turn for the worse. The main reason I purchased the car was to have something my family and I can comfortably travel in. It turns out that this particular vehicle had worn out wiper blades, needed an oil change and while I was on a 1300 mile road trip, found out that the breaks are bad and the shocks are bad. So on top of my vacation expenses, I now have to pay a bill of $800 to get back home. Thanks Offleaseonly, you just lost a loyal customer and his entire family.

    They add very unnecessary fees that should belong to the dealership in preparing the vehicle to be resold. Be careful buying any car here and review what you're signing off on. I left in disagreement with the manager here.

    Flat tire on test drive, took them 4 hours to fix it so I could leave after buying the car. The check engine light came on well short of the 500 mile warranty, After arriving in NC I spent $181.48 to get the car fixed. They refuse compensation. It seems the warranty last till you leave the lot.

    A friend recommended Offleaseonly.com to me. I live in the Ft Walton Beach/Destin area of Florida. My experience with them has been very frustrating, demoralizing. Every encounter in this ordeal was done by phone, online or text starting on March 8th. MY sales rep. name is Leslie (Palm Beach) store. And the Financing rep name is Lennox. The truck I WAS interested in buying is 2019 black Chevy SILVERADO/stock #C325575. All this will mean nothing because by the time I write this.. that TRUCK may be sold. First, Leslie correspondence was terrible. Never followed up on my inquiries until days later. I finally got to a point where I wanted this truck, so I put down $500.00 to hold (March18th). MIND YOU... OFFLEASEONLY.COM BOLDLY STATE THIS IS NONREFUNDABLE!

    Ok, whatever, finally on March 24th, Lennox (finance rep.) calls me... around 8 p.m. ish (first time ANYONE CALLED about buying). At this point, THEY WANT TO GET THAT TRUCK OFF THE LOT, I want the best deal I can get finance wise. They couldn't match my bank. My bank offered 2.99% apr.. at 66 months. Lennox... first offer was 4.7% at 77 months. Then once he saw my bank's offer...... he counteroffer at 3.99% at 74 months. My point is NO HAGGLE my backside!!     The pushback was incredible and they have MY NONREFUNDABLE $500.0... (which I have 30 days to apply to another vehicle to hold if initial buying purchase doesn't pan out.) Did I also mention I was going to put down between $8000 - $9200?? Could it be they want that money?? On their terms?? My worse case/endgame here is I am gonna lose $500. Why in the hell would I want to do business with you (offleaseonly.com) going forward?? So much negative energy with ordeal. My anxiety has killed my appetite and made me mildly volatile. It may be possible offleaseonly.com has done good by others... just not with me. If you are reading this, check the timeline. Today is March 27th and every word in this review is true. This ordeal probably happens more than I care to think about.

    Off Lease Only is somewhat fair in price. They say that there are no hidden fees but that's not completely true. There is a $500 fee that's considered "fine print" so I guess they get to say it's not "hidden". I bought a car from them about 5 years ago and that fee did not exist. Next, about 97% of their vehicle have been in accidents. It's up to the customer to use the provided Carfax to inspect the severity of the damage; and the photos to inspect the quality of repairs.

    We attempted to buy a used car - the sales rep they gave us didn't know anything on how anything worked outside of showing us printouts of CarFax. We brought the car home - and to a Mercedes dealer to inspect the car. The damage on the car was significantly worse than was articulated in CarFax - to the point it was dangerous to drive. Trying to get Off Lease managers to return phone calls was close to impossible.

We do have safety inspections done on every car we sell, but it is always a good idea to have the vehicle go through a thorough inspection before purchasing, or within five days of purchase in case unknown problems arise.

    I purchased a vehicle from Off Lease Only at the Broward, FL location in Jan of 2018. An accident had been listed on Carfax prior to purchase however no frame/structural damage was indicated on report. My salesman even assured me that a 3rd party service, "True Frame" that OLO utilized at the time of purchase had also inspected and verified no structural damage on the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when I take my vehicle to be appraised at another dealership 1.5 later when I was informed of the structural damage on their Carfax report and told how much this greatly impacted my car's trade in value.

    I took it back to Off Lease thinking they would give me a fair amount with their "buy back guarantee" on a vehicle I purchased from them and they only offered me practically a third for what I still owed on the vehicle. Sad thing was I ended up receiving a far better quote for thousands more from another major used car retailer than what they were offering me for a car they sold me. Concerning to say the least and buyer beware.

    “Structural Damage” can be a misleading term. These cars are announced as structural based on NAAA policy. Any unibody car that sustains damage greater than a 1/8th of an inch dent to a structural component is considered structural. Typically, when "structural damage" is reported by the seller, and the seller is the auction, (which you’ll see on the Carfax) this is a common remark found on both Autocheck and Carfax because anytime the Auction discovers any type of damage on a vehicle, and they don't know the exact cause or extent of the damage, they report it as "structural damage" to cover all limits of their liability.

    The best way to confirm whether a car actually has structural damage is to have it physically inspected. You cannot always go by what is on paper. Carfax does not look at the car or drive it.

    This place is THE WORST! I purchased a SUV from them and just got it. The Carfax said it was not in an accident and it has clearly had been sprayed and touched up with paint. This was such a sloppy job and it's all over the car. We bought the car from out of state and had it delivered so we did not see the car other than a video. I have called and emailed the managers at the Orlando shop including Ralph, Paul ** and Andy ** the General Manager. I should have not walked but ran from this place. They sent me a contract that I almost signed for the wrong car and acted like it was no big deal. I am just in shock at how horrible their customer service is. They have a 5 day exchange policy but refuse to return calls or emails making it impossible for you to actually return. I have contacted a lawyer and will see what my options are. Please save yourself the trouble. This place is AWFUL. I wish I had known better.

Got a phone call at 7:33PM last night saying it didn't sell (keep in mind they close at 9pm) and it's ours and they will put it on hold. They put the truck on hold for us to come at 9:00AM this morning.

    Drove OVER AN HOUR TO GET THERE AND TELL US THEY "ACCIDENTALLY SOLD IT LAST NIGHT". They put our keys in the drawer to hold it for us but another employee took the keys and SOLD IT WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE!!! Will NEVER get a car from here!!! I DO NOT TRUST THEM and neither should you. You're better off going somewhere else too and paying a little extra knowing your car is YOURS and they will not go out and sell it to someone else. No communication. Terrible Customer Service. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising and I won't fail to tell everyone of this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

    I recently bought a 2017 Camry XLE and after the sale was complete I received one key without any fob for remote locking/unlocking, opening the trunk and sounding the horn. I found out after I hired Pop-a-Lock to make a proper key for me and found out the key I received was a valet key that only has minimal use and did not have the 4 buttons to lock/unlock, opening the trunk etc. I would think that a large company like this would insure that proper keys were included in the sale of a vehicle. Instead I paid over $120.00 to get one key that functions fully for this vehicle.

    Today I purchased a vehicle from Off Lease in Orlando Florida. The process was great and smooth. Great customer service and excellence sale person, Phillip **. However, I am deeply disappointed and extremely upset. Before paying for the vehicle I noticed the front tires were bad. I mentioned it to the stuffs and told that "I will send the vehicle to inspection to decide whether or not to replace the tires. The tires were not inspected nor changed and even property cleaned. I took the vehicle home. On the way home to the turnpike the vehicle had a flat tires. I called the store to speak with a manager and told no. I was premature with my post as I had not given them the opportunity to actually work with me to resolve the issue I had. Ernesto (manager) worked with me and was able to come up with a resolution that was acceptable to both parties very quickly. I have to state for the record that this has turned out to be the best vehicle purchase that I have ever made and I would highly recommend Off Lease to anyone that is in need of a used vehicle. Not only do they have the most professional and absolutely friendliest people to work with, you won't find a better deal on a pre-owned vehicle anywhere!!! If you are reading this review, "please" ignore the original post...it was NOT appropriate!!!

    We purchased a vehicle from Off Lease that was on their site advertised with a Carfax as having no accidents. The vehicle was in their Orlando location so we went to the Broward location and as it was getting late in the evening, they wanted us to complete the deal so that they could lock down the deal and have the car transported here. The finance person seemed agitated having to do the paperwork as it was almost closing and all the paperwork was not in the jacket, but we finished it and gave them a check in good faith for $30,000.00 of a $45,000.00 sale...Not one time was it ever stated that, oh, by the way this car has been in an accident!!!! Only when the car arrived and I did my own research did we discover that it in fact had been in a major accident....

    They told us, "Well you have 5 days to trade for another car.." Well that may have been ok if they had another one to meet the same criteria, but they did not...Now we have the car that has been identified as having actual life safety issues and have receive an estimate from a professional auto repair shop in the amount of $5824.00...Watch out for this company as they chose not to disclose the true condition, even though they knew it...Very deceptive and they will outright lie to sell you a car!!!

    No 2nd key. Cost Add $350. I bought a 2014 Mercedes Benz. I was told the 2nd key Fob was in the console. Despite advertising a 2nd key fob the dealer refused to provide the key when I got home and noticed it was not there. Off Lease went out of their way to say it’s “as is”. They refused to provide the 2nd key or to reimburse me after they said that they would. Same response from Sales to Sales Managers. Totally duped by the lies and deception. Dishonest, did ingenious and terrible customer service. Be sure you get everything squared before you leave the lot. If not, Offlease says tough **. Good luck with Offlease. You’ll need it. If you buy a car fro.

    I’ve had nothing but issues with Offlease Orlando. I drove three hours to go pick up a car that I noticed was for sale. When I got there, the car was on E, and I was informed that they do not offer gas but would give me 20 miles worth. Meanwhile, I’m paying 30k+ for the car. I find a crack in the windshield and they inform me after I purchased it that it isn’t their problem, and I was told it was a clean title. Meanwhile the car VIN number is showing SALVAGED!     We understand your concern regarding the low amount of fuel in your vehicle. Most of our vehicles arrive with low amounts of fuel. Normally, when vehicles are shipped, it is preferred that they are shipped with the least amount of fuel possible. This helps keep the weight of a shipment down, which affects shipping costs, as well as avoids unnecessary amounts of flammables on board.

    To keep our prices as low as possible it has always been our policy to not add fuel to the vehicles unless it becomes necessary.     I took my family to Off Lease Only, Fort Lauderdale location this afternoon. After searching online and on the lot, we located and test drove a BMW X5. We were satisfied with the car but had a question regarding the alignment. A mechanic test drove the car and agreed an alignment was required. I left my Persol sunglasses in the driver's door pocket. The sunglasses were worth $450. After the test drive, they were not there. The mechanic said he hadn't seen them. This level of dishonesty is criminal- and it's called grand theft. I wouldn't trust this dealer with anything.

    Sold me a lemon. The majority of the reviews on this business are not accurate. You're asked to post a review as soon as you sign. My experience was HORRIBLE. Took the car, 7 days later needed repair, still runs crappy.

    I called this company to inquire about a vehicle I found on Cars.com. The person who answered the phone made me give them my phone number "in case we get disconnected". I was transferred to, what I assume was a salesman, who informed me that the car was sold. It's so frustrating when dealers leave pictures/details up on sold units because they think they'll talk to you into something else. BUT, that's not the worst part! After hanging up, I start getting immediately flooded with robocalls from 'the social security administration' and the 'warranty department' and 'credit card services'. I received 4 calls in one day after not having any in about 2 months. I guess these people sell potential customers' phone numbers. So warning to everyone that is thinking about doing business with them. Even if you might save a buck or two, it's not worth it. Chances are, the car you've found on a website doesn't exist any way.

    We take concerns, such as yours, very seriously. We will normally investigate every concern that is published. However, the name that you provided with your review could not be tracked anywhere in our system.

    We can assure you that we do not sell customer or potential customer phone numbers to any third party entities. Also, every vehicle on our website does, indeed, exist. Which location was the car you were interested in located? It’s unfortunate that the car you were interested in was sold. Unfortunately, that can sometimes happen. Vehicles sell so quickly here. We realize it might sound like a sales pitch, but it’s so true. We typically sell over 4,000 vehicles each month.

    We have nearly two-hundred salespeople selling cars out of the same inventory, at the same time. Often we’ll have two sets of customers interested in the same vehicle at the same time, and it literally becomes a race as to who completes the process first. We have customers who have called at night, just when we’re closing, to see if a specific vehicle is still available, then they arrive at opening the following morning.
