I was very pleased with my experience at Drive Time. Elliot was very helpful and showed himself to be very honest and direct about every aspect of the process of purchasing a vehicle. He not only answered all of my questions but offered information that I needed to know but was unaware to ask. My credit wasn't outstanding and yet he went to great means to help me purchase my dream car. Unlike other dealerships I went to where I was told to save a few thousand dollars for a down payment and come back, He worked his magic and I was able to purchase without a down payment and with positive effort on his part I drove off the lot in my new Chevy Malibu LT the car I've have been wanting for years. I looked for this car for a year and a half to find what I was looking for and Drive Time was the only one to make it happen. I recommend them highly!!! 5 *****

Bob was great! The problem is, when you have a customer who had very limited options for a place to buy a car BECAUSE of his credit, and you basically have to pay for the vehicle TWICE (not anyone's fault but my own) you'd think that they would at least make sure ALL of the fluids are filled (engine oil) and or letting the customer know where to find the wheel lock key (never found)... No problem, because I work in the industry. Now this is the first review I have given in my life as well as that was the biggest purchase in my life. Just saying if someone has to go to you to buy a car, make the experience as it was like I had good credit, you know like when going to a Manufacturing dealer. Maybe this is now everything works, idk. I would absolutely go back and see Bob, though!

This is my second car I got through Drive Time and I love this car even more than the first! And the first car I had for a couple years and really loved it but unfortunately I was in an accident and it was totaled. The staff all here was amazing and helpful in the timing and process it took for me to get a new car while awaiting the process to settle out. Jordyen was really patient and helpful even though I changed my mind a few times about the vehicle I wanted he didn’t show any frustration with me at all. He was very helpful and friendly and helped me get on the road again. DriveTime is a great company and I’m glad I waited instead of going with any other dealer.

Based upon experiences of buying a car in my past I was honestly dreading my appointment yesterday. Once I sat down with Charlie ** I was put at ease instantly when I realized that he was going to do whatever he needed to do in order for me to get the vehicle I wanted but most importantly at a price point that I can afford. I signed the contract without the dread of getting in over my head. I'm over the moon with my new Wrangler, the warranty provided by DriveTime is only another reason why I left happy and worry free, I have told everyone I know that the place to go get a vehicle is DriveTime, it was seamless and stress-free my only regret is that I didn't go sooner.

Yesterday I had outstanding experience of great customer service. Starting from the top of the company which was manager Erica providing a follow up call to see if I had made to the store. Providing great input on the inventory of items that was on the parking lot. Once I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a handshake by salesman Michael **. He took is time to present the different options that was going to fit my liking within a car. Once I narrowed down my specific interest he laid out the last couple of options that was going fit my like. He gave me ample amount of time with no pressure while researching down to the specifics for each car. The paperwork process was very smooth. The manager Erica made sure all my questions were asked. I must say the facility was in A+ shape down to the restrooms and vending area. Please give this location of East Colonial Orlando 5 stars out of 5! Great Job!

Very good service and polite! Very clear communication throughout the whole process. Honestly wish I’d went here before going to Casey Chevrolet! With that being said I left with exactly what I was looking for without any issues or problems. 2022 Malibu with only 36,000 and very happy with my purchase.

My salesman was very polite and very helpful And I will recommend him to anyone that needs a car. The process was quick and easy. It was my best car buying experience. The vehicle selection was great. I will buy from this dealership in the future.

Nothing but problems with the Jeep I just financed. The first day I had it a whistling sound started at the rear of the car. I already took a full day off, so I haven't been able to get to a shop to find out why. I think you have a reasonable expectation to drive off the lot with zero problems. Also, discovering shoddy repairs to the vehicle, like a passenger side door handle that looks like they used whiteout to cover up the issue (I don't know how I missed it on inspection). And after looking up the replacement price for the part, it makes me even more angry to find out how cheap it would have been for them to do it right the first time. For the amount of money this car was, all of this is unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience at Drive Time Greenville. It was made easy and quick as well as detailed. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with car purchases. I will definitely recommend and use them again. They also gave me many choices on vehicles that was in the range I wanted to stay in. In short, 5 stars.
