I wanted protection for my car. ForeverCar's rep explained everything and I became interested in their warranty. They were able to explain the benefits to me. I got an AC compressor that's worn out and I need to get that fixed but they said the policy wouldn't start in 30 days and I have to have a thousand miles on it.
I had bought a Mercedes and just upkeeping those are pretty expensive. I looked on Triple A and it pulled up ForeverCar and they gave me the best deal. I talked to one guy and he was helpful. The only problem I had was he promised the deductible to be one thing and it was another. They are working on it and getting that straight for me. I talked to another guy and he was going to make it right for me. He was pretty professional. It was a good experience.
When I started doing some research, I found some disturbing news about Ford vehicles which prompted me to make a few more phone calls for an auto warranty. I chose ForeverCar because of their communication and pricing. I still have a third party who's giving me contracts and looking at it from the service provider standpoint - what they will actually be paid and when they will get paid. Nevertheless based from what I know at this point, I'd recommend ForeverCar.
I had changed cars and wanted to see what good coverage was out there, and I went to ForeverCar. I was on the internet checking it out and found that I liked it, so I called and the representative filled me in on everything I needed to know. The price was also right. Talking to the people there and getting me set up went great. Sammy, the agent, did a good job. One thing that I'm not used to is that I personally don’t have any information for my dropbox as far as any paperwork, but it says there's always a phone number to call. I wish there was something in there that shows what's covered. I have Supreme, but when I hit that it goes to four different things like TechChoice, Omega, Prime and PWC and I'm trying to figure out which one I am in.
When we first bought the truck, we didn't get a warranty on it so we searched to get extra coverage. ForeverCar had offered us the best warranty for our truck. Their rep was very good, courteous and explained everything to us.
The specialist from ForeverCar was very accommodating. He explained all the benefits and was able to answer my questions. It was a good experience overall.
With the age of my car, I needed an extended auto warranty and somebody from ForeverCar called me. The rep was very thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to help me find the warranty that fits my budget and coverage needs. Based on my purchasing experience with the rep, I'd recommend them to a friend.
Our experience with ForeverCar was good so far. I had a bad experience with the last one I had so I was shopping for an extended auto warranty. When I started talking to their rep, I feel so comfortable. I felt like she was very honest and she told me everything I needed to know. She was able to help me find the right coverage at a very good price so I decided to go with them. She knows her business and she's very good to be representing ForeverCar.
We got ForeverCar as a protection. We had another one and it had expired and we wanted to be on the safe side. When we called the people at ForeverCar, they seemed friendly. We were going to choose another company but then ForeverCar called us and they were persistent. They were like, “Now we can give you a good price. We can do this and that.” I just told them to make sure it's a good company, and we went with them.
I just bought a Mercedes Benz and needed a warranty. I called ForeverCar and spoke with a lady but I didn't really care too much about her so I talked to another guy and he was so great. He called me back and kept contact, even when I can't tell him to call me back because I was doing research. He did it because of his dedication. It was a fine experience for me.
I just got my car and I’ve always had an extended warranty on each of my cars. I saw good reviews of ForeverCar and talked to Terry who was very helpful. I followed up with her a few times and finally decided to go forward with ForeverCar. I haven’t had to use it, but hopefully, it will be good. I'm very happy with ForeverCar so far.
I bought a used vehicle and thought it's expensive enough, so I shopped around for auto warranties. ForeverCar had the best price. I purchased the warranty from them and everything went smoothly. They were fast and professional. I had a problem in the beginning getting my emails for the confirmation but when I called them back, their rep got it right to me, so everything was good.
I got a new car and wanted to make sure I had good coverage on it. The warranty that the dealership offered was way out of my price range so I got ForeverCar's warranty. The rep did a good job but I was hoping I'd get the warranty and the contract in the mail because I booked it up online. It's easy making payments since it’s coming right out of my account.
When I bought a new car, I wanted to see if I could possibly buy in a better coverage for it. My old policy covered all the internal lubricated parts and the radiator but I wanted to find something that offers better benefits. I found ForeverCar and they cover more for the money I'm paying for. It's definitely a difference from the other policy that I was on.
I had a good experience working with the ForeverCar rep. She said after 1000 miles and after 30 days, I could file a claim if something were to happen. It covers over three years and I have a $100 deductible. She also said that I could take the paint repair off anytime. I called ForeverCar to take the money out on May 10th, which is a day that will work best for me. My overall experience has been good so far.
I bought a used car and I wanted to have that level of comfort so I thought of having an extended warranty on it. I asked the dealership for a warranty but it was very expensive for a short-term lease. ForeverCar's rate was very competitive and reasonable. Their website was good and they gave me several options that best suited me. I called their rep and she was very knowledgeable. She walked me through the process on the website and I went on and signed up. I felt comfortable picking the package that I picked. It's nice that we could pay monthly and not out of pocket all at once. Also, I wanted to be billed every 15th of the month and their rep made that happen and she got me a hold of someone where they could automatically deduct it. If I shoot her an email, she tends to get back to me pretty quick. I tell everyone I know to check them out.
The warranty on my car expired and I wanted to make sure that I'd still be covered for the next few years. ForeverCar's reviews all seemed very positive, which to me was unusual for a warranty company so I got them. My experience with their rep was very good. They were very thorough. Also, it was extremely easy to get my payment schedule arranged. They worked with me to accommodate a schedule that was good and reasonable.
I was buying a used car then and I wanted the security of knowing that the vehicle was covered. I was looking for companies with good rating online and I saw ForeverCar. Their rep was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable, and she called me back. We chatted numerous times before I made the final decision. I have not filed a claim yet but no doubt I’ll have some interaction with them if I have vehicle issues but hopefully, I won’t.
I called a couple of auto warranty providers and since ForeverCar sounded better, have more to offer and seemed a lot more advanced, I got them. During purchase, the rep who helped me was very patient and didn’t rush off the phone. When I asked a question, he explained it in more ways than one. He made sure I understood everything. Setting up payments was a breeze, since it’s just straight off the credit card. And if I need to change the payment date, the rep said I could do it later. Everything went fine with ForeverCar.
I recently bought a new car and the warranty was up so I had to get extended coverage. My friend got a good deal with ForeverCar and he told me about it so I got them, too. Their specialist was very helpful and very thorough with everything. He explained what my coverage was and it's worth. Setting up the schedule of payment was also very easy. The date that I signed up worked out because that’s when my bills are coming out of my checking. So far everything is good and I like the service that I got.
I wanted to get an extended auto warranty for my vehicle just in case anything ever happened. Making payments for it has been easy, it just gets deducted out of my account monthly.
I just purchased a car and I knew I could run into unexpected problems with used cars so I figured it wouldn't hurt to have a warranty. With ForeverCar, it was easy to select the right service package and payments for my warranty. And their customer service person was very respectable and helpful. The only weird thing that caught me off guard was that they told me my monthly payment was going to be $72, but it ended up being $83.
After looking around to see what else was available, I ended up choosing ForeverCar because of what they had to offer and the coverage with their warranty. The specialist that I talked to a couple of times was always good at getting back to me in a timely manner.
Our extended warranty expired, so when I Googled for auto warranties, ForeverCar was the first one I got in Google's responses, so I went with them. At first, I was really satisfied when I bought the warranty, but after about 36 to 48 hours, when I received the email, it told me, “Oh, these are the parts which are not covered.” But, when I was trying to get the comparison sheet, I went in detailed plan stating which part is covered and which part is not covered. Nowhere was it mentioned that these parts are not covered. It was only talking about, "Yes, everything is covered under this."
The other thing which I noticed after I purchased it is that they did not disclose a disclaimer that I need to wait for a thousand miles on my speedometer from the time I purchase the warranty before I take it to the service center. My car is fine but if something happens, though I have the warranty, I won't be able to take it. What's the point in having a warranty when I'm not able to use that? That was not a good way of getting things done and I was not happy with that. When they're selling the warranty, I would like these two points to be disclosed, rather than disclosing them after we purchase it. Nonetheless, the rep was really nice and had a lot of patience. I really appreciate that he explained things to me and answered each and every question of mine.
I've already put a lot of miles on my truck and it was going out of warranty, so I looked into getting the extended auto warranty for it. I liked ForeverCar because they let you do monthly installments instead of paying all upfront one-time. So far, it has been good.
It's been an awesome experience with ForeverCar. Working with the vehicle protection specialist during purchase was very informative and reassuring. Scheduling payment processing was very easy. I just gave them my account number and they took the money out. So far, ForeverCar seems to be a very credible and trustworthy company. I have actually recommended them to a family member.
I was looking online and saw that it would be a great deal to have a warranty because he didn’t have one on his car, and he’s still paying on it. I was reading ForeverCar's description and it sounded like something that could work for him. Working with the rep when purchasing the warranty went very quick and it wasn't too complicated. Setting up payments was easy and went well.
Recently I purchased a 2005 11-year-old car. In case any unexpected expenses come around, I wanted to know the car is covered. Looking at the ConsumerAffairs website and BBB, ForeverCar has an A+ rating. They seem like they sent me to the right person that will cover the car. The rep was very motivated to get it done. She was very professional, knows her job, and wanted to make sure I was happy getting what I needed and the amount of money I was willing to pay. Initially, setting up payments was easy. We got it started quickly. Recently I switched banks and they had some issues going on with their website. but it wasn't really hard to switch my bank account information with them. Everything's fine with ForeverCar.
The warranty from my dealership where I had purchased my vehicle was trying to charge me an arm and a leg. So I sought other warranty companies and ended up with ForeverCar. Their rep was not only persistent but she gave me the information that I needed. Also, compared to other companies, she was the only one who sent me a quote and details in regards to the warranty. And that’s what made me go for it. She made the selection process of the right level of coverage for myself more easier than I anticipated. It was the best experience I had with a warranty. In fact, I will give more references because she was very helpful.
I'm paying a lot of money for the truck I bought and it only had a 15-day warranty, so I purchased an extended warranty from ForeverCar. It's a 2x4 Silverado truck and since I had 120,000 miles, I was concerned about the engine. ForeverCar explained to me what the warranty covers, and it covers almost everything - the engine, transmission, and I guess the electrical. I already made two payments although I haven't received any paperwork yet. They tried calling me twice but I was on the road. I asked them to call me again, and I missed it.
I have an older car with high mileage on it which I just started payments on. I didn't wanna run into really expensive repairs and not have the money - to have to take out a few thousand dollars and then pay for the car at the same time. I had a car warranty before with Technocar.com which I'm still with until the other car goes into effect. But ForeverCar gave more for the money so I chose them, but the warranty hasn't taken into effect yet.
The lady I that talked to, who sold the warranty to me was very nice, honest, and helpful. She talked with me for several days, and she was very persistent - borderline pushy. She called me back and offered to cut the price of the policy if I get the warranty that day, which sounded like a sales pitch. But, other than that, it was okay. If I have any problem with them though, it's that they do not protect some of the items they said they do. That would be an issue for me because then I'm wasting money. At one time, I was going to cancel the warranty and I talked to someone with the answering service. However, when I started reviewing and comparing it to the other warranties, I decided to stay with them. I didn't hear anything else from them though.
I was looking for an auto warranty for my practically new car. My daughter has ForeverCar so I went with them, too. Their rep was very polite. She explained things really well to me and listened to me when I kept asking a question over and over.
My mechanic told me to get an auto warranty. He picked the first one he saw and said it looked like a good one. We went with that. I got ForeverCar a few weeks ago. I already knew what I wanted so I called, told them about it and that’s what I got. They signed me up and it was quick. It wasn’t difficult. The only thing is their guys started calling me two days after I signed up asking me about my experience, which I don't have yet. I can’t even file a claim for the first 30 days. They could do this after I've been with them for a while. That way, I could give a better feedback. They called four times while I’ve been at work and it’s a lot of pain in the butt.
My car is out of its warranty and with the price of work that needs to be done on vehicles, it's worthwhile to have a warranty. I looked around and ForeverCar was the best choice. They've been very good. I have the payments for the warranty on a revolving fund. I had seen about a different policy and I needed to cancel or change some policies so I contacted their customer service team and Orlando was good. If I have any problem, I just call him and he'll take care of it.
I had a good experience with ForeverCar. I wasn’t ready to get rid of my car yet so before things start breaking down, I want to make sure there’s an extended warranty on it. I was looking at different companies, and I liked ForeverCar's claim process. Also, they called right back when I filled my information on the internet. The rep was really nice. She told me what was included in the warranty and what was going to be my monthly payments. She gave me all the information I needed. My payment falls on the 10th of the month. I made my first payment last month, and it was easy.
I got a new car and I was shopping around for different warranties to make sure I would be covered in case my transmission went out after a few years. My dad helped me do the research and showed me towards ForeverCar. I called the specialist, and he quickly went over what the plan covers and some other contractual stuff, and then we agreed to the warranty and then he sent me an email for my signature. The first payment was easy so I assume the other ones will be easy too.
I decided to keep my car for many years to come. I figured out that it's simple just to purchase a warranty than spending out-of-pocket with any issues in the future. I signed up with ForeverCar a couple of weeks ago and it's been great so far. The rep was great and gave me a lot of information and was able to figure out what my needs were and the best plan to purchase. Payments are easy. Once a month they'll charge my card.
My automobile's getting several thousand miles on it and I'm gonna keep it so I thought I'd get a warranty to protect myself. I chose ForeverCar because of Kevin. He was knowledgeable and good to talk to. He gave me his phone number and extension. I got the extended warranty for 4 years, 441,000 miles and I got a list of what it covers. So far, I'm very satisfied.
I bought a car so I looked into getting a warranty. I was comparing ForeverCar over other providers then I chose them. My interaction with their specialist went fine and making the payment was easy.
We're gonna keep the BMW car for a few more years so I decided to get an auto warranty. ForeverCar came up with the best offer for me and I was pleased with the way they handled everything so far. The lady that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and straightforward. There were no surprises. She told me everything that was happening and the way everything worked. Also, I set the payment up on my Visa and it's gonna come out every month. I'm pleased and a little bit more worry-free about the car now.
I was buying a used car so I looked into ForeverCar's auto warranty. It’s the first time that I had purchased an after-market warranty in a car. So, I asked a ton of questions and the salesperson was patient and truthfully trying and went through all of the details with me. Purchasing the warranty was incredibly easy that I called there the other day to confirm everything was set up.
I bought a car about a month ago and got an extended warranty from ForeverCar that the private seller recommended for the car. When I was purchasing my warranty, I met with the sales rep on the phone for 20 minutes and she was amazing, extremely helpful, and very gracious. I loved speaking with her. She was very upfront with the whole process and explained what I was or wasn't covered for with the warranty. The customer service was excellent.
It was very easy to make payments for purchasing my extended auto warranty. I gave the rep my debit card and she helped me set up an account online such that every month or so the payment would be deducted from my account. She said that my payment would show this month, on April 18th. I had tried purchasing warranty before from a different company and they charged slightly the same amount of money, but they wanted the entire amount upfront. ForeverCar was willing to take monthly payments, so that was very helpful. I'm very happy with them so far.
I've had my ForeverCar auto warranty for close to a month now. I was getting an older car so I decided to get one. I’ve made the first payment and it was easy. Also, my experience with the certified vehicle protection specialist was good except that I’ve never received any stuff in the mail yet for it. I’m still waiting for the paperwork.
I needed an auto warranty and don't want to have to pay out of pocket so I got one from ForeverCar. I had a good experience with the protection specialist and making payments was easy. The only problem I have is when I contacted their customer service team. I had a couple of questions about one warranty and it took me three calls for someone to call me back. I didn't know when I could get my car serviced. Then I found out that I had to wait for 30 days to go over a thousand miles in order for that to happen. But they thoroughly assisted me.
Moreover, I tried to file a claim because my search engine light came on and they told me that it could be the gas was loose and told me to tighten it. I knew all that stuff but I think there's something else. They told me to wait until I go over a certain mileage. Then, I didn't go to have it checked because I have to pay for myself to get it and find out what's wrong. I didn't know that part which is no problem. I can do that myself. I just can't understand when I can go and get it checked or when I couldn't.
I usually keep a car after its warranty has expired. Cars usually get costly repairs so I thought it would be a worthwhile investment to have an extended warranty. I looked into a few extended auto warranty providers and I liked ForeverCar's transpo warranty. The lady who helped me over the phone was very well versed with the company and answered all the questions I had for her. She did a nice job and I had a very good experience with ForeverCar.
I got a used vehicle in good condition but it was out from underneath the warranty for the manufacturer. A girl friend of mine had mentioned of a friend's friend who had a really good experience with ForeverCar. The rep I talked to was fantastic. She explained everything, went over all my options, and went through a couple of different policies to find out what I wanted. She was very through. She was just fantastic as far as not just being nice and telling me what I want to hear. The rep was honest. The first payment was a quick one over the phone. The rest were auto pay and that was all set up for me. It was great. I spoke with Eric because I was going to cancel because I do have another warranty that was on the dealership that I wasn't aware. He was going through it with a fine tooth comb to see which one was going to be the best one for me. ForeverCar has been fantastic.
The manufacturer’s warranty on my vehicle expired so I needed an extended coverage on it. I was doing online shopping and found ForeverCar. Their rep who I spoke to said “Call me if you need to buy it, the coverage.” I did and it was a great experience.
A friend of mine had purchased a car and then her warranty went out. ForeverCar contacted her and she got a way better deal than what I would pay. I then contacted ForeverCar and Samantha who was the person I spoke with was awesome. I had to cancel the other contract that I had with Repair Defense Network but it was like an act of congress to get them to cancel my coverage. Samantha told me what I needed to do and what I needed to tell Repair Defense Network. That's what I did and they finally cancelled the coverage. Additionally, making payments for my warranty is easy. It's set-up thru PayLink Payment Plan and the payment is deducted from my charge card every month.
My car just hit 150, and I knew I needed something. Purchasing extended auto warranty was simple. The rep at ForeverCar gave me what I wanted. She was real good and I like her. She was an excellent agent. Also, payment arrangements were affordable. I just pay on the credit card and so far the experience with them has been fine.
I bought a brand new BMW and hadn't any miles on it, but have had other BMWs and Benzes and know from past experience that eventually, things happen, and I didn't want to get stuck with that big, old, huge bill again if something happens. ForeverCar was one of the first extended auto warranty providers that came up, so I asked them for a quote. The girl that I spoke with was very nice and polite. She provided me with a whole bunch of information and discounts and I was quoted a very good price.
The plan that I got is the top of the line, bumper-to-bumper warranty. The girl said that basically, everything is covered with this plan, that it was like the brand new factory warranty that one gets from the dealership, so I like that fact. I also like the fact that if something happens where my car goes to the shop, they take care of everything 100%. The girl even called back a couple of times afterwards to touch base with me. It was easy to make payments. I used my credit card and did the payment plan, so they're going to take out $119 every month.
I got an expensive car. Forever Car had the best rates from what I have researched so I purchased a warranty from them. I had a brief interaction with the rep and she was helpful. She said if something is wrong, I’ll go to the dealer to contact Forever Car and just pay my deductible. The rest will be handled by Forever Car.
The young lady from ForeverCar was very good. She was very helpful and she handled my request really quickly. It’s also very easy to make monthly payments. It was a painless experience overall.
I had a high-mileage vehicle and I wanted to make sure that I had protection. ForeverCar had the best price and the best warranty, and their vehicle protection specialist was a great agent. He was knowledgeable and gave me the information that I needed and what I wanted. I'm doing my payments monthly and it's very easy to do so.
ForeverCar's salesman was pretty good and it was easy buying the warranty. The prices are good. They fit right into my budget and the roadside assistance that comes with it is great. It covers almost anything under the hood. Their team calls to let me know everything went through. They have a good and reasonable service. I don't have the funds to pay for the services, ForeverCar's a great help. It's a good way to go.
My mom looked ForeverCar up online and they had the best quote. I was deciding on whether to try asking somewhere else but they were able to match another provider. The lady who did it was really nice and their customer service team was really friendly. Although I'm going to cancel because I got another car which already has a warranty, I had a nice experience with ForeverCar.
Our vehicle is getting old, the manufacturer's warranty had run out, and ForeverCar gave me the best deal as it covers what we want. The rep was brilliant, really helpful and informative. The payment is easy too. Everything's good and it was a brilliant experience.
I purchased a used vehicle and it was out of warranty, and I thought that I needed one. ForeverCar was one of the three companies that I came across on the internet. I made a couple of phone calls and purchased from them. The rep was good and polite. She sent me an email with her extension on it, cell phone number and all stuff as well. It was a very simple and great experience.
I couldn't get an extended warranty from my dealership because my car was getting older. I started looking on the internet and found ForeverCar. We talked to them and three others but their specialist did everything right and went over and discussed it with me. He was very, very knowledgeable. My wife and I both listened to him and decided that was what we wanted. They're good and I would recommend them.
My car's manufacturer warranty ran out a long time ago and since ForeverCar had a reasonable price and decent coverage, I signed up with them. Their rep was sensational. He spent a lot going over all the benefits and convinced me to do it. I’ve had the warranty for three weeks now and making payments is very easy. It’s on my credit card and as long as I’m alive, it’ll get paid. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
My car was about to go out of warranty so I decided to get an extended warranty. I reviewed ForeverCar and they only had 3 complaints which were kind of bogus so I decided to go with them. It was easy making payments for the warranty. Also, we talked to them to find out what was good and what wasn't. Though their website is not the best. They have stuff on there that they claim they don't cover but when I call, they tell me they do cover it. So I asked them to send me the ones they cover before I purchase the warranty.
I bought a used car and I needed an extended warranty on it. The rep from ForeverCar was very helpful and guided me through. She answered my questions and took me to certain pages on their website so I can see things for myself. My experience with them was good, however, I did call back to try to change some information because I had some of them incorrect. The number ringed and it was a voice mail. They didn't respond and I can’t reach them now, so that makes me a little nervous.
I had to get a warranty for my car and ForeverCar gave a good deal so I went with them. The protection specialist was nice to me when I purchased the warranty and she answered all my questions. Making payments for it was also easy. She worked out a payment arrangement for me. Everything was good.
When I bought my vehicle off the first owners, they told me that this vehicle had a lifetime warranty from bumper to bumper drivetrain. They said that the warranty would carry over. But it was not the case so I found some kind of insurance. I am disabled and I live in Tennessee. My girl lives in Kentucky and we make a lot of trips to Chicago and Michigan to go to the cancer society for her treatment and get her lab work done. We need the insurance in case something happens to us.
The saleslady from ForeverCar that called and answered for us was fantastic. She treated us like we were somebody. She wasn't concerned of how much money I make or draw or what I got coming in. She was down to earth. If I could see her, I'd hug her now, kiss her on the cheek and I'd tell her "Thank you." She was really good and knew how to put that sales pitch out. She jumped right on and she walked me through the whole process. Those in ForeverCar have already done a fantastic job and they make us happy with our purchase.
The auto warranty that I had was about to run out so I decided to get an extended warranty. I was looking at the reviews online and ForeverCar was the best and cheapest one that I ran across, so I went with them. Their certified vehicle protection specialist was real nice and helped me out a lot when I purchased the warranty. She went through everything with me and it didn't take that long and was real easy. Overall, I had a real good experience with them.
My old coverage expired and I wanted to keep a coverage on my car. ForeverCar seemed to have the best coverage for me, price-value wise. I went with them and the purchase was very easy. The payments are quick, too. Everything is good so far and I have no complaints. My experience with them is pleasant and easy. They take care of my needs quickly.
I do travel and since my warranty had already expired, I didn't want to go and get stranded on the road and have nowhere to take my vehicle. So, I got some quotes and ForeverCar was one of the ones that I went more into the pricing and coverage. It was worth purchasing their warranty because it does what I needed. The rep was great and explained to me what is getting covered and emailed me the information. I was satisfied with his customer service. I would definitely recommend ForeverCar. I'm going to be calling them to see when I can start taking my vehicle for checkup.
I needed to get coverage for the used vehicle I purchased and went with ForeverCar for it. Their sales representative was very detailed and explained everything.
The warranty on my truck went out, and I refinanced my truck and wanted to have an extended warranty on it. I took somebody else, but they lied to me over the phone. I typed in “extended warranty” on the computer and ForeverCar was the first one to come up. The person I talked to explained a good bit and answered all my questions for me. She gave me a good deal and was excellent. I just hope it’s legit where I can take it to the mechanic that I trust to work on my vehicle and they'll cover that.
My other warranty went out and I wanted to have another one so I got one from ForeverCar. Their representative explained everything to me. I haven't filed a claim yet, but the sign-up process was good and making payments was easy. Everything went well and I'm satisfied.
I had just bought a used car so I wanted to make sure I have a warranty on it. ForeverCar was the first and only that called me back. Their rep did a great job by explaining everything to me. I just gave her the information needed and she was able to set-up my payments.
My experience with ForeverCar was outstanding. The rep was polite and knowledgeable. She went through all of the coverages with me and helped me so I could make the best decision on the coverages that I needed for my vehicle. She also gave me a call a few days later just to let me know that everything was finalized. Customer service was the primary reason I went with ForeverCar.
I'm in the automotive business and I follow consumer reports a lot. I like the bimmer that I bought but the problem index and the cost of repair tend to be a little bit higher on that car so I got the ForeverCar warranty to make sure that I was covered in case something drastically went wrong. The interaction I had with their rep was top of the line. She was very knowledgeable and I've talked to her a couple of times. The only drawback I had was that I didn't know who I was signing up for. Apparently, they write for various companies. Other than that, I was satisfied.
My first experience with ForeverCar was nice. Ms. ** signed me up and I got to pay the bill. I had the policy number and she emailed me everything I need to know.
The car that I've got is very expensive. And I had one before that I got rid of that one to get this one. A shock went bad on the last one and just the shock was $1500 to get it fixed so I got an extended warranty from ForeverCar. I dealt with a lady named Samantha when I was purchasing the warranty and she was very knowledgeable. I told her what I wanted and she helped me and gave me a few discounts which I appreciated. The best part of it is the fact that the payment is done on a monthly basis. I can quit anytime I want or pay it off. I hope I never have to use it but it's nice to know that I've got it. I would recommend ForeverCar. As a matter of fact, I did recommend them to the guy who bought my car.
ForeverCar contacted me and we have come to a resolution. Thank you!
Uber gave me information about ForeverCar because my other warranty was voided as soon as they found out that I was doing Uber. The ForeverCar salesman was the best - he promised this and that. The one thing that I'm really mad is that I tried to call ForeverCar on the number the rep sent me but he might have given me the wrong number because no one answers. The salesman also said that he was going to send me the policy last month so I can go over it but I'm still waiting for it. Thus, I'm debating right now if I'm going to keep ForeverCar or not since so far my experience has not been satisfying - it's disappointing.
The rep that I spoke with was very helpful. She let me know the different options they had and called me back because I didn’t have all the information that I needed like the VIN number. ForeverCar called me back at the timeframe I have given the rep, so that was good. It's convenient that I was able to purchase the warranty through credit card, which is also set up for my monthly bills to come out there. I haven't filed a claim with them yet but so far, ForeverCar has been a pleasure to do business with.
I liked the way the customer service rep handled all the questions that I asked, so I decided to sign up with ForeverCar. She was very personable, and I had a wonderful time with her. It felt like I was talking to one of my best friends. It felt very good. The rep worked with me and came up with a payment plan that was very good for us, because we told her the situation that we're in. We get paid once a month, and with Social Security, we get on a fixed income and it's kind of hard to make ends meet. I had an extraordinary, fun and caring experience with ForeverCar, and would definitely recommend them.
ForeverCar is excellent and I'm totally satisfied with my experience with them. I just purchased a used vehicle and I decided to get a warranty from them. Their sales rep was great and she helped in making the payments affordable for me.
I purchased a car that has 60,000 miles on it. It didn't have a bumper to bumper insurance and I had to buy my own warranty. I went with ForeverCar mostly because of the warranty people. I said I was looking and not interested in buying. They didn't ask me because I just said what they had quoted from me, and they worked with me to get to my price. They got me all mad. I was looking for a car and I was looking for that to come out, but I never received anything, so I'm going to have to act about it. I did get it on the email, but hadn't received anything yet. I also found out that Prime Auto was the second person involved with them, and I didn't get a chance to follow up on them. Prime Auto was affiliated with them to make my payments. I don't know how they rated, but I do remember that with Forever they said that it was just BBB and that they were rated A. But overall, ForeverCar treated me nice. They sat with me and went through several plans.
I was buying a car in cash and most of these cars don't have a good warranty or whatever was last on it, so I started looking for auto warranty. When I purchased one from ForeverCar I was a little skeptical because I've never purchased a warranty online and I've heard a lot of stories and experiences. I'm a single mom with two kids and I was so scared to get a warranty that I was paying for but when I need them they're not going to be around to pay. But I'm satisfied with ForeverCar and hoping they will follow through.
We had made a purchase of our 2008 Toyota Prius and wanted to be safe if something were to happen to it. I searched extended warranties online and ForeverCar was listed with 4 stars. They were the best that I've seen. The rep was also pretty good. He let me know everything that I needed to know about the warranty so he did an excellent job. Overall, it was easy and great to understand.
ForeverCar is covering my BMW. We were looking for an extended warranty for my husband's vehicle, and he was pleased with mine, so we went with them.
The rep was very pleasant. I talked to a manager here in DFW and a woman who was very good with me as well. She answered our questions in addition to my memo, told me exactly about our order, and the pros and cons of the company. I was very pleased with how she handled it. I did have some definitive questions for my husband and his niece. He was downstairs and I was upstairs, and I was basically filling out everything. He was asking me questions, and everything that we asked, we've got very good answers and responses. I was pleased with the service.
I recently bought a vehicle and I know how the maintenance is with it so I wanted a warranty and bought one from ForeverCar. Buying it was great - the rep answered my questions. I will recommend them to others.
My car didn't have a warranty when I bought it so I decided to get one. I liked what ForeverCar had to offer. Making payments for it was easy as they helped me make it affordable. The customer service team was professional and friendly.
I have a lot of guarantees before but I never used it. I never had any problem with my car but my wife is like, "Hey, something's going to happen to your car. You need to start looking for something." Then she looked for something in the internet, tried the ForeverCar website and got in right away. The protection specialist I spoke with was knowledgeable. The first time I talked to ForeverCar customer service, the lady was great. I don't have any problems with her and she explained everything to me. It was really good.
ForeverCar had a better price and product. The person I spoke with was very friendly and she looked into what we wanted and was able to accommodate that. Also, making the payments for the warranty was very easy.
I got an auto warranty for my daughter's first car. She paid a nice amount of money for that car and it will cost a lot to get it fixed if anything goes wrong with it. ForeverCar gave the cheapest quote and it was ten times better than Endurance. The ForeverCar protection specialist was great. She answered any question I had and she was patient with me. ForeverCar helped me out. I got a policy, I'm covered.
Forever car is not that affordable, but not that bad. They gave me a 48 months and 138,000 miles and the rep was professional, knowledgeable and did a good job on telling me the information.
My experience with ForeverCar has been great. It's less shady than a lot of the other competitors that I talked to.
I purchased a vehicle with a trade-in and then I put my $100 into an extended auto warranty with ForeverCar as I didn't have a warranty with the dealership. The rep who helped me sign up was wonderful. I will recommend them.
ForeverCar's rep was very nice and extremely helpful. The only problem I have is that she told me that there was a PDF file on the internet that I could download but I can’t print the important parts that I want.
I got ForeverCar to be safe and have extra protection on my vehicle which had a bit more miles. The reps were really helpful and explained everything so I could understand the warranty. Making payments is not hard at all. Though I haven't had to file a claim ForeverCar is a good company.
I got an extended auto warranty for the car because I’m using it for Uber. Purchasing the warranty was easy and the agent I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable.
I’m very pleased with ForeverCar. It has a better rating than anybody else. When I purchased the warranty, I had an excellent interaction with the representative.
I’m an old man and I have hearing problems, but he was very good at explaining the benefits and how to file claims. The ease of making payments was outstanding. Good experience.
Considering the fact that I used my debit card, purchasing the extended auto warranty from ForeverCar was easy. I was referred to ForeverCar by a friend and the gentleman who did the paperwork said he was gonna make a notation that I was referred, but my friend wasn’t notified of anything or any information that would give him his referral fee. But I'm confident that ForeverCar will take care of that matter. So up to this point, my experience with them has been good and I'm satisfied with ForeverCar.
I have a car with a warranty that has expired and I cannot do a trade-in, so I decided I might as well get a warranty because it's an older model. ForeverCar was the company that called me back first. The rep was very informative. We got disconnected and she still found a way to get back to me. She quoted me the best prices, as well as got me as many discounts as I qualify for. It was a very easy process. The only thing that I need to do is change my payout date from the 10th to the 25th.
I have an Audi and repairs seem to be very expensive so it made sense to have coverage. I called in different locations to get a quote and Eric from Forever Car was very helpful and explained things more than the others. It's the reason why I went with them.
I purchased a new car to me that was used so I looked into getting an auto warranty. ForeverCar was the first one that I contacted and sounded like a pretty good deal. The certified protection specialist knew everything about it and I set it up for payments. Overall, it was an easy and breezy experience.
ForeverCar was a little cheaper than other auto warranty providers. The person I spoke with was a nice guy who did a good job. I haven't had trouble with payments. I only made one, so far, and I haven't filed a claim with them yet.
I bought a fairly used 2011 car that had 60,000 mileage on it. As the factory warranty was about up, I looked into an extended warranty. I bought one through CARCHEX and it was okay, but I didn't get a chance to use it. I tried to get them back to see if I can get the same price as what I had when I left, but their price went up. I went then to check out ForeverCar, and they had better pricing. The warranty was also a lot better from what I read. However, I called to get a quote last week. I told the young lady, "Okay, I will want to do a Friday depending if my tax is gonna count. So, please call me in advance before you try to take the money." Nobody called. She processed the payment. I called to see if I could get it reversed and hold off until the following week when I got my tax return. Again, nobody returned my call. I need the warranty so I'm not too upset about it, but that's no customer service right there.
My car is going to be 100,000 miles pretty soon, and I figured I needed an auto warranty on it. ForeverCar's coverage plan was the big draw for me to choose them. When I purchased my warranty, I had a pretty good experience with the representative. They were able to work with me on my payments. They had a little trouble because I wanted to put a down payment and they weren't used to that, but they figured it all out and got it taken care of. Though I haven't had to call their customer service, I'm sure I will be interacting with them as the policy starts kicking in after the 30 days expired.
I purchased a new vehicle and decided to buy an auto warranty from ForeverCar because they have better options to what I needed. The certified protection specialist was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. In terms of making payments, it was easy. I wanted to pay for it all out but it wouldn't allow me to. The experience was very positive and I was happy and satisfied with the service.
