I've ended up having to switch cars multiple times because the engine blew up on two of them and the transmission went out on the third one. I got the warranty on this car now so I don't have to worry about all of that. I got the full coverage insurance and I'm covering every single thing I possibly can. ForeverCar was the one that was able to give me a quote without me having to wait for an email or a call. And the lady I worked with was absolutely fabulous. She managed to save me $600 on the premium which dropped my payment down to a very much affordable rate. She gave me all the possible discounts that she could and recommended the best plans for me for everything that I needed covered. And not a whole bunch of bells and whistles that I don't necessarily need. She also gave me her direct extension and said that if I have any questions I could call her. She was amazing and should be recognized for it.
We knew someone who had an experience with ForeverCar. They liked it and recommended the company to us. The representative explained to us how the payments were made, and I would recommend them too.
The warranty that I had expired. I did a lot of Google research and ForeverCar is all over the place. The sales rep was helpful and explained everything. It's only been a month since purchasing the warranty and the only issue that I have so far is when I try to open my credit card information in their website, for some reason, it won't let me. I’ve told this to the rep who called me because my payment was due and the problem hasn't been fixed.
I felt that I needed an auto warranty because I love my car, and I'm planning on keeping it for a while. I researched online and ForeverCar is more reasonable in price and the best service. The rep was good, very nice, polite, explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. Some of their people had called after she called and they were nice as well. Everything was smooth and good.
I bought a car that has a little high mileage and I wanted peace of mind. Then I saw the stars and ratings that ForeverCar had online so I chose the company. Their reps explained all the coverage and when I asked a couple of questions, they answered them. So, it was pretty pleasant. Overall, it was a very informative experience with ForeverCar.
A friend of mine had auto warranty and suggested I get one, so I did. The saleswoman from ForeverCar was a little pushy so we looked at other plans, but then she kept dropping the price and eventually, it became a good deal. She beat the other company by 10 bucks. However, the monthly payments are expensive. They were supposed to send me a bunch of writing as to what we've covered but I still haven't received it. We tried to contact them but I haven't heard back.
ForeverCar looked like it had more to offer so I went with them. I haven't received my paperwork yet. Their rep gave me an overall view but not a detailed one on how to do this or that. Sometimes on the phone, they say they cover this and that, then later on down the road if something happens and I call in to make a claim, they'll say that's not covered because of A, B, C and D but they won't explain it. That's why I wanted my paperwork. They said a couple of weeks but I never received it and they haven't called to follow up. They should be more thorough and make sure to provide a copy of the warranty with the warranty card, which they haven't done either. But overall, I'm happy with their rep's service.
The car is fine and I have absolutely no problems with it but I like to keep a warranty. The warranty I had was not in place anymore because of the age of the car. It's a 2007 vehicle. The protection specialist of ForeverCar provided the information for the warranty and I've got the payments set up on autopay.
My husband works away from home up during the week and he wanted to make sure that if anything happens, I can handle the problem without having to call him. So we got an auto warranty from ForeverCar and their rep was super friendly, very easy to talk with, and answered all my questions. After I talked to hubby, he gave me some more questions, and I called ForeverCar back, and they had no problems answering my new questions. Moreover, they're very informative and not very pushy. I'm very happy with everything. I'd recommend ForeverCar to everybody.
Because of the type of vehicle I have, I decided to buy a warranty. The cost for the coverage was affordable with ForeverCar. I had a good interaction with their sales rep but I need to have someone call me back because I want to verify the VIN I gave them. I'm thinking it's one digit off. I've called several times and it seems like they're hard to get a hold of and I don't like that. There's never anyone to talk to and I always have to leave a message. By the time they call me back, I'm back to work or off on my lunch break.
I just want to be saving my car so I got an auto warranty. ForeverCar was the first provider when I got online, and the guy that called me was really convincing. I had some questions and in the meanwhile, he always answered my mails. Moreover, making payments was easy. I'm happy until now.
My factory warranty went out after I had 50,000 so I needed something to replace it. I was with Endurance but then kept doing research and ForeverCar offered a better deal. Their rep was helpful and went over everything. He was also pretty professional.
I had a good experience dealing with ForeverCar's protection specialist when I purchased my auto warranty. Moreover, making payments was pretty easy, it's once a month, and that's very good. I would definitely recommend ForeverCar to a friend.
My car was getting miles on it and I figured getting a warranty on it would be a smart move. ForeverCar had reasonable rates and they let me have a monthly payment instead of having it all at once which is really convenient. It's easy to make payments as they set up an auto deduction. I really like the upfront approach they took as well. When I purchased it, the ForeverCar rep was very professional, thorough and wasn't in a hurry. He explained everything more than once. As of now, everything's good though I haven't used the plan yet but if I had to use it, and the end-service is like getting the service, I'll be extremely satisfied.
My original warranty’s expired and I was looking for one. I went with ForeverCar, and one thing I was not satisfied with was that they didn’t tell me that it was going to be an automatic deduction. I gave them the card and I had to do the first payment. When I called their customer service to find out how to pay, they told me they already automatically deducted. I’ve never had any business do that to me, and I was really dissatisfied with that.
After I finished, that’s when I got all the surprises where I had to print it out from my computer. I have no printer, so I had to pay to get those prints. My experience with my previous extended warranty was that after I purchased it online, they sent me a hard copy. Right now I’m going over this warranty, and if there is something I need to claim, I don’t even know the number. The only thing these people at ForeverCar want to do is sell the warranty. After that, I have to point it out. That’s another part of it I didn’t like. When I buy something, they need to send me something like a hard copy and tell me this is the plan or this is how I pay for it. They have to be upfront with customers and they shouldn’t surprise people. Overall I would not recommend anybody to them.
We have contacted Mr. Desroches and resolved matter on 9/30/216 at 10:15am cst. Mr. Desroches has agreed to change his rating.
My husband’s car is getting up in mileage and he hadn’t had a warranty on it ‘cause he bought it used, so he needed a warranty. The cost and convenience and then the package offered by ForeverCar were attractive so we chose them. Getting a free quote was very easy and quick. The site kept choking on me so it ended up being better to talk to a person on the phone. I tried it because it should’ve been going faster, but it didn’t do what it needed to do at the time. But the sales rep was very descriptive and did a good job. She ran through our options and as I told her what our needs were, she continued to look for other options that weren’t necessarily showing up. We look forward to not having to pay an enormous amount of money if the car breaks.
I bought a newer used truck so I acquired an auto warranty from ForeverCar but I just sold that so I will cancel the warranty. In any case, purchasing the warranty went well and it was not difficult to make payments.
I bought a used car that had a short warranty on it so I bought an auto warranty from ForeverCar. It was good dealing with their rep. He was very polite and he explained everything to me. It was easy making payments. I just put it on one of my cards.
The warranty on my daughter's car ran out. I signed up and paid upfront an extended warranty from ForeverCar three weeks ago. I did it over the phone. The specialist I talked to was helpful, friendly, and professional. If the car breaks down, I have something to pay for it because of my warranty.
I purchased a new car and was looking for a new warranty. I googled “extended car warranties“ and ForeverCar was my first choice. I called and asked for the price. It was a little bit too high for me but the plan that the rep gave was good and I went through it.
I bought a new car and ForeverCar gave me the best quote for auto warranty. I’ve only made one payment and I can’t use it yet ‘til a month of the time that I purchased it which I don't like about it. I'm looking forward to getting my truck fixed and seeing how it’s broke.
Orlando responded to my review and assured me that this is not the way the company treats callers. I felt he was honest and his apology was heartfelt.
I just purchased a new vehicle with a warranty. I was considering purchasing an extended warranty from the dealer and received price quotes for the terms I selected. Since I am an educated consumer, I decided to go online and receive additional quotes. The "gentleman" who called me treated me like I was an idiot. He asked me if I actually read my warranty information, (not wanting to insult my intelligence) did I understand what I was reading, can I send him a copy so he can look it over. He kept saying he did not believe my warranty coverage and price quote and would look over my contract for me. He treated me like I was an idiot. Then he had the nerve to ask me what I did for a living, why because housewives are too dumb to buy a car warranty. I guess this is the way he treats female potential customers.
The factory warranty on my car was expiring so I looked into getting an auto warranty. I have an expensive car and I knew that if I had one breakdown, it would cost me a significant amount of money. So, it's just an insurance plan. I got one from ForeverCar and it had a lot to do with the price. I did it on the phone which was very easy to do. The rep did a really good job and answered all my questions because I keep calling him back several times. I've been their customer for a little over a month now.
I needed more coverage for my vehicle then and I heard good things about ForeverCar so I got them. My purchasing experience was great and making payments was easy. They were great but I had cancelled it because I already had extended coverage on my vehicle.
I was having a little bit of transmission trouble with my car. It was going downhill and the payments to get it fixed was a little up there. I was looking for an auto warranty and the fact that ForeverCar was backed by Better Business Bureau was the icing on the cake for it. The agent was great. He got me a bunch of discounts that I couldn't find online and explained and helped me understand everything that I was getting. The coverage is decently priced. It was all around a good experience.
I Googled about a thousand different companies, and thought ForeverCar will work the best. My father-in-law has been the mechanic for 50 years, and he didn't really believe in these things at all. But the rep who sold it to me was very honest. He just told me how it was, what's covered and what's not, as well as how it works. That's why I bought it. While everyone else gave me the runaround, he was straightforward. Then I got the contract within five minutes. Everything is good, so far. I've been with them for three months now, and I'm going to keep it going.
I looked up vehicle warranties and ForeverCar came up. It seemed like their rates and what they covered were good and everything with their specialist was what I was looking for. Having them gives me peace of mind.
We purchased a new vehicle and the warranty price through the dealership was almost double with less coverage so I purchased the ForeverCar extended warranty. However, I've been having a lot of issues trying to get my automatic deductions set for the first of every month, so I don’t have to worry about the payment and for it to automatically come out. With that, I was charged the late fee when I was assured that I wouldn't be charged. They said that they set it up on the 1st last month and the 1st rolled around and nothing happened.
And then on the 8th, they tried to take a payment out. I had to cancel my card due to fraudulent purchases and ordered a new card, so I had to change my billing information. That’s all straightened out and ForeverCar has my new information. Hopefully, this month, they would be able to get it withdrawn on the 1st. But there's a late fee that I was charged and I'd like it to be reimbursed because it wasn’t my fault. Their sales rep was outstanding. He has a high level of professionalism. I just hope that there'll be no problem when I have to use it.
I got this automobile, and I want to make sure that I have it covered on my warranty so it wouldn't have to come out of my pocket so much. My son-in-law talked me into ForeverCar, so I went with them. They take my payment every month. They told me that they cover from front bumper to back bumper if I take it to a shop and I wouldn't have to pay another 100 dollars, but usually the shop doesn't want to go through it. Everything has to be covered. Additionally, the warranty I took out on the truck won't take effect until 30 days. But other than these, so far, everything is good.
I purchased an older car and had a family member tell me about a different auto warranty provider. I did my research and found that ForeverCar was a better deal. Their agent was also very good. He answered my questions and went over everything two or three times to make sure I understood. It was a good experience and I've already recommended them.
Talking with one of the reps at ForeverCar, Terry, gave me a little bit more insight on the different things that ForeverCar covers and what would be best for me. She's really good. I'm looking forward to them being there if I ever had a problem. I got the bumper-to-bumper, and I feel a little bit more assured with my car. I would recommend them.
My last warranty expired so I looked at a lot of warranty companies and I chose ForeverCar because they have a good price. It was a good experience dealing with them. I just made my first payment and as long as I am deducted every month, that's fine for me. I recommend them to my friends.
I talked to a few auto warranty companies and there were some that were pretty pushy, which I don’t want. I liked that it wasn’t a high-pressure sale with the ForeverCar person. He wasn't pushy and he answered all my questions. Also, making payments was pretty easy. I just gave my credit card number.
I just bought a 2004 car and it had a little mileage on it. I was told that its maintenance could be very expensive so I decided to get a warranty. I searched online and came across ForeverCar, and it sounded good. When I spoke to a representative, it sounded better, so I went with it. I was quite happy and satisfied with the representative who explained everything to me really good. Paying for it is also quite easy and convenient because it's coming out of my checking account. I haven't used it yet but I am looking forward to ForeverCar providing great service and keeping my car running good.
My car was out of warranty and I went with ForeverCar due to the pricing. Jason, their protection specialist, was very knowledgeable. So far, he took the first payment and I haven’t made another payment since. The only thing that I would need is that if my car breaks or something happens to it, it would get fixed with no hassle.
I bought a used car and the warranty on it ends sometime this month. I used to own the same year and model vehicle before. I had five years, 60,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and I also had 10 year power train warranty. But, for some reason since three years has gone by, they changed part of it and I don't get the 10 year power train warranty anymore. I told the rep the car only has 33,000 miles on it. So if Hyundai is willing to back it for five years and 60,000 miles, I'll wait till it has about 50 before I would think about buying warranty. But somehow she changed my mind. ForeverCar had a promotion that you got 300 bucks off the day and because I was retired senior citizen, I ended up getting $600 off of the contract that I picked. I got seven years versus five and up to 101,000 miles. I also gave them my credit information but the sales rep didn't say what the rest of my payments would be. All in all, I'm satisfied with what has happened so far.
ForeverCar was very good. Justin was a great salesman. He was very friendly, informative, and I felt comfortable talking to him. He answered any questions I had and I could tell he wasn’t handing me a bunch of crap. He also wasn’t high-pressure because a lot of salesmen are, which I understand in some cases and that’s a major turnoff. He explained ahead of time that the plan wouldn’t go into effect for 30 days or a month or next to 1,000 miles I had told them over my present odometer reading. And he ran through a number of the parts of the policy and said if I had any questions, I can call him back and he will answer everything he could. I called in two different occasions and I was satisfied with the answers. The following day I decided to go with ForeverCar.
Making payments for the warranty wasn’t a problem at all. He ran through the options and depending on which plan I decided on, and we just set up something through our bank and set up a date where the payments could be done, and very simple. I kept trying to print the face page of the plan so I could put it in my glovebox and my computer won’t print it. It wants to print all the 39 pages behind it, but not the cover page and then it took my printer.
I bought a used BMW which had low miles on it, but because of its age, it was out of warranty. I did not want the car without some protection in case something went wrong. There were other auto warranty providers that I've looked into but part of the reason for choosing Forever Car is that I could make payments without interest. I didn’t have to pay for it all at once and put it on a credit. Their rep was knowledgeable and helpful. He took my card info over the phone and I have all the payments set up. I hope that I won't have to use warranty and if I do, I hope I do not encounter problems and not be surprised when I get to have the need for it and have something major not covered.
I purchased a used car and didn't get the warranty through the company, so I decided to look into acquiring one. Terry from ForeverCar was a very exceptional, patient, did not force the policy on me, and explained everything. She gave me an opportunity to research other companies, and the time and space so that I could check out the companies. She didn't call me back and said, "I'm checking up on you to find out." When I finished, I called her back and took the warranty. With ForeverCar, making payments is also very easy. I could make monthly payments, while with the other warranty company, I either have to pay the warranty outright or to have it included in the monthly card payment.
My auto warranty was getting ready to go out and I was able to get most of the information I needed from the ForeverCar website without physically have to call in. The only reason I went with them was because of their rep who was very knowledgeable and clear when I called in. The overall customer service has been great and the payment process is seamless. I'm satisfied in terms of dealing with their sales rep and the overall transparency of what their services offer and whatever pitfalls they may have.
My experience with ForeverCar has been good so far. I don’t want to buy a car in the next two years, so I looked into getting an auto warranty. I went with ForeverCar since the guy I spoke to over the phone was very nice and I was able to negotiate a price. Everything went smoothly. It was easy to make payments with them. With ForeverCar, I look forward that they will provide the help and coverage I need if something happens to my car.
I got an auto warranty with ForeverCar just to make sure if anything goes wrong, I won’t have to shell out of pocket for anything and also because they had the best deal. Their staff was great. She answered all my questions and made things simple and easy. The only thing I was concerned was that I got a couple of emails, but I was under the impression that I will get some a warranty card or some kind of document just in case anything happens. I also don't know when my payments are due. Everything that they said they would do, they would as far as if I breakdown on the side of the road or whatnot.
The services and prices of ForeverCar were a little bit better based on the pricing of the warranty that was going to come with the used care I purchased. The vehicle protection specialist was very informative, answered all my questions without hesitation and made sure I understood everything that he was saying. He wasn't talking over my head, so working with him was a good experience. The initial payment was seamless and very easy.
My warranty was running out, and since ForeverCar was the most reasonable at that time, I bought an extended warranty from them. The rep was fairly knowledgeable and he provided a lot of information to me. Additionally, it was very easy to make payments with them.
I purchased a used car and it had a lot of miles on it, so I figured I better get an auto warranty. I checked on several companies and I narrowed it down to ForeverCar, and their sales guy was good. His follow up was cool and his explanation of everything was on point. The way it as explained it to me, after the next payment, it would be taken out on the 15th and first of the month. However, I want to get the draft date changed with everything else the same, so I’ll just wait and get it done.
We got an extended auto warranty coverage policy to make sure that our vehicle was actually covered because of the age of the vehicle. With ForeverCar, even when the payments are over, we would still have actual warranty. It is affordable and they are very attentive to what we were actually looking for, willing to work with us and were able to explain the benefits.
We bought a six-year-old car so we decided to get an auto warranty. We did a brief research and went ahead with ForeverCar. Their rep was excellent. He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Their payment process has been very easy. Everything’s going just fine.
My auto warranty ran out so I replaced it with ForeverCar, which has the best rates and coverage. Their representative has been knowledgeable and very friendly. He went out of his way to call me back instead of having me make phone calls when I could get the time to call him back to finish the policy out. They have a roadside assistance and all kinds of discounts at different places for being part of the program, and I'd like to use them in the future.
I was getting tired of spending unnecessary money, so I looked into getting an auto warranty and purchased one from ForeverCar. I spoke to one lady and she helped me out really well. In fact, I've seen a lot of the reviews online about the service and their customer service is good. I'd recommend them.
My car's old and I never had a manual one so I got an extended warranty for my own protection. The guy I talked to at ForeverCar during my signup did a phenomenal job. He was the reason I purchased from them. He personalized his explanation of the benefits. It didn’t sound like he was checking off a list. He explained what parts of it would be a benefit, and he knew my vehicle even better than I did. He was able to find information on that that I didn’t know and helped me through that whole process. He showed the value very well. Also, I felt I was guaranteed the best option by going through multiple people. Making payments have been very simple since it was set up automatically. I knew how much the warranty was upfront and fit it into my budget so it worked out great.
My vehicle is a hybrid so I want to make sure that I was covered for any kind of breakdowns. Making the payments isn’t a problem but I’m pissed off with ForeverCar's customer service team. When I call them, I get nothing but an answering service and they don’t return calls. They’re like, “Well, we’ll forward your call and your reason for calling, and someone will get back with you.” Three days later, somebody finally contacts me when I'm busy. They don’t leave a message so I’d call back in so I have to go through the whole spiel again. My car has been sitting in a shop for a week now because they won’t even get back. The dealership even tries to call them and same thing and it’s gotten me to a point where I’m ready to cancel because I told the people today I’m tired of not being able to speak with somebody. I want to speak with someone who’s going to handle my problem.
Having an extended auto warranty with ForeverCar is better than taking my car to a dealership and getting it repaired. The vehicle protection specialist was informative and professional. He gave me what was covered, what actually were available, and what benefits were given to me. Also, making payments was easy and flexible.
Years ago, I had a car which was paid. I never knew about extended warranties and it seemed like as soon as the was paid for, things started to go wrong with it. I ended up having to get another vehicle, a 2006 Nissan 3.5. I have a fixed income so at this point when my car warranty ran out, I feel like I'm going to save by getting an extended warranty. My son has one with an Endurance company but I chose ForeverCar because of the payment was more affordable. It was also much easier to have a conversation with the person at ForeverCar than with Endurance. Furthermore, I wasn't intimidated about the coverage - it's very simple.
One time, I called to ask one of their representatives about the payment date because I hadn't checked out the email. That's when she suggested that I check out the testimonials of people who actually use the service, and then to go on the Better Business Bureau. I did it and it all panned out. She was very efficient in all of it. I suggested for my son to switch to ForeverCar but his car's mileage or year doesn't qualify. However my daughter's got a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and she'll probably be calling ForeverCar next week for her extended warranty.
I have purchased a 2006 Dodge Charger and ForeverCar gave me a better deal. The protection specialist was real nice. However, when I got the warranty, it wasn’t quite as what was explained to me. The warranty was supposed to have been for up to 250,000 miles and I think it's 230,000 miles. And then she had said that the coverage would be 30-days “or” 100,000 miles and it’s 30 days “and” 100,000 miles. It’s not the “or.” It’s the “and.” There were a couple other little things that were in the contract but weren’t explained to me. But other than that, everything is okay. Paying for the purchase of the warranty wasn't that difficult. She told me what they all have to offer and then I just made the payment over the phone. It wasn’t too bad.
My car is six years old, so I wanted to be prepared. I called two places for extended auto warranty and ForeverCar had the better deal. It was very affordable. I accidentally deleted the policy off my computer and I had to call back and get them to email me another one and they were very helpful.
I have a used vehicle so I just want to be safe than sorry. The vehicle protection specialist of ForeverCar was great. He explained the benefits, how to file claims, and answered all my questions. The warranty is affordable and the payment process is really easy.
My extended auto warranty ran out and since ForeverCar had it close into what I was looking for as far as coverage and pricing, I went with them. They automatically take the payment out of my account. It's affordable, so it's not a big deal. The only thing is that a lot of things that were covered with my other contract weren't covered with ForeverCar and their contract’s a little bit more vague and has a lot of ambiguity than I’m accustomed to. My car is a Mercedes-Benz and not serviced like normal cars. There are some questions I still even haven't had answers because I haven't asked until this day. It's saying like my car has to have regular maintenance and be serviced within X amount of miles. Well, my car is not serviced like normal cars as it's a Mercedes-Benz so I don’t understand quite why it's not on a Mercedes schedule.
It tells when to have the oil changed and certain services done. But it pops up on the dash and tells exactly when. And then I pay for that up front to them for my service contact through them for my regular services. So I'm just like, “I don’t want to pay an extra $1,000 a year for servicing it twice when I already paid $1,000 a year to service it once the way it's supposed to be.” So I'll have to ask them that. Other than that, I'm happy with them as they did everything they were supposed to do. My questions with the contracts had nothing to do with ForeverCar. And I didn’t even ask that because I didn’t see the contract until after the purchase.
I got a Toyota Corolla XRS that required a warranty in order to lease it. Toyota warranty costs more and it’s for less time but the rep from ForeverCar got me more time on the warranty for a cheaper price. She tried to give me the best deal possible and making payments wasn’t hard at all. However, she told me that it would come out on the 13th but it came out on the 12th.
I bought a used car and had my mechanic check it out. He said it's in good working condition, however, I didn’t see a lot of the stuff that I wanted and a maintenance record so it’d be worth it to get an extended warranty on it. My wife and children are going to be in the car. My wife drives to and from school for a total of around 60 miles a day so we wanted to make sure that it is in good running order and if something happens, she could get help. Also, I dealt with other insurances before. Most of my cars had extended warranties on them and I’ve seen the positive side of having them because mechanics are not cheap. They’re now getting as high as doctors are. I looked at three companies and ForeverCar gives the most miles so I went with them. My car has 16,000 and I got about 150,000 on the warranty and they also made a nice offer when it came to settling on it because they had discounts. It was great.
I spoke with Jennifer, the sales rep at ForeverCar, and she was awesome. She answered all my questions, explained it all and mentioned that they were a good company and that they have really good outcomes with their customers. I did a little research to validate that. She wasn’t pressuring nor hassling me to go for it. She was very patient. At this point, I haven’t had to use their services, but based on the customer service, I’m very happy with them. Everything has been good.
There wasn't a warranty available from the dealership so I went with ForeverCar, after reading good reviews about them online. The protection specialist was helpful and making the payments for purchasing the warranty was good and easy. I would recommend them to other people.
Cars are very expensive to repair and I wanted to make sure that I was covered. At ForeverCar, the price is right. It was excellent with the rep. He was very thorough and the whole payment process is pretty easy. I'd recommend ForeverCar as far as its service and process.
I always get an extended warranty whenever the old one runs out and Forever Car had pricing which I liked. Their sales rep was fine, too.
ForeverCar seems to be a good service. They have a good sales rep who is easy to talk to. He explained the difference between the warranty with one place versus another, and how it compares to everyone else.
My vehicle's manufacturer warranty expired in 2010 so I got a warranty from ForeverCar. Making payments was easy, but every time I call the customer service, the line is always busy. I called three, four, even five times. I'm also unable to look for my account because my name on the website is wrong. It's Muhanad, not Muhamad.
I bought a used car and looked into getting an auto warranty. ForeverCar covered what I wanted to be covered and so I went with them. I just purchased it three weeks ago.
I needed an extended warranty, so I got online, read the reviews and called ForeverCar. Their rep was awesome and was very helpful. We talked several times about the initial plan and what I wanted to do. We then figured out that we could do a little bit more for just a few more dollars. He got me the plan that fit what I needed. We went over it and it worked out great. It was very simple.
My son is 19 and he just purchased a vehicle. I want him to be covered so I got an auto warranty from ForeverCar. I was looking online and it was the best offer that I received. The only issue that I’ve had, thus far, is that the process wasn’t explained. A sensor light came on last week and we had to take it in. The dealership tried to locate the company and was unsuccessful. So we went ahead and paid out of pocket with the notion that we would get reimbursed, at least everything above the deductible. And we wish we had asked because we didn’t file a claim first. I called to file the claim but it was after we had already paid for the services because the dealership said they couldn’t get a hold of the company when they were trying to submit the claim. We’re getting ready to go out of town and we need this car fixed.
The customer service team basically was like, “You snooze, you lose”. “You don’t know if you don’t know,” and then that’s it. No compensation or anything. So I’m guessing it was a lesson learned. I’ve never called before with an issue so I just would’ve preferred a little more genuineness. I ended up not get the money back. I'm very dissatisfied at this point because I wasn’t made aware of what the actual process was. Whether I fax the documentation or the dealership would fax what they've done, I feel like that should have sufficed.
I didn't buy the extended warranty when I first purchased my Buick so I decided to get one from ForeverCar. I had experienced some problems with others so I wanted to get secured the right way with a different company that was going to back the work that needed to be done if it came up. There were also some things on the extended warranty that I was surprised that ForeverCar covered. The payments also seemed very affordable.
I’ve had an extended warranty on a previous vehicle that worked out fine. I planned on keeping this vehicle for five years total, but the original factory warranty expired due to mileage already, so I wanted to keep something going. ForeverCar's price initially got my attention, then I looked up some stuff online to make sure it was a good company or not. I had a good experience and business transaction with them.
I'm canceling my ForeverCar warranty. I've been told that they would cover if I have my car checked in the dealership. I went to dealership and nothing was covered. Also, when I said to make arranged payments, they took money off my account and I was pissed. I told them to take it on the 5th and they took it out on the 1st. They just can't listen.
I bought a used car, so I needed the extra coverage and my uncle told me about ForeverCar. We called a couple of places and these places were out of my range. I called ForeverCar and they came up with the best quote. They spoke with clarity and I understood all the options and everything that went on with the contract. It's easy making payments. I do direct deposit. Everything went well.
A friend recommended ForeverCar and I've had their extended warranty for over a month. The reps explained all the benefits and answered all my questions. I would recommend ForeverCar.
I bought a used vehicle and ForeverCar seemed very good, so I got an extended warranty from them. Their sales reps do their job. They're supposed to sell something and they do. I've been with them for seven months now, however, I'm not too happy with my coverage. The payments are affordable, but at the same time, it doesn't cover anything I need so I'm thinking of canceling it. I'm out of almost $4,000 on my vehicle because the problem it has is not internal even though it has something to do with my transmission. They only cover internal problems, and most of the time, internal problems don't really happen with vehicles.
There are so many guidelines and the warranty covers electrical problems but doesn't cover the specific part that I need. In fact, I've been to three dealerships and everyone said that it is a waste to get an extended warranty because they don't cover anything that goes wrong. I wouldn't recommend it because I'm out more money already than what I was spending on the extended warranty. If it covers half of the cost, I'd be happier.
Forevercar is currently trying to reach customer. At this current moment we have only been able to leave a voice mails.
My vehicle ran out of warranty at 50,000 miles, so I have to purchase another warranty before it ran out. Then one of my buddies who purchased a warranty from ForeverCar for his BMW told me that I can pay for it monthly instead of paying it upfront. When I talked to the lady that signed me up, she told me that I can also cancel it with no liability for the rest of the month if I decided to sell the car within a year. The payments and pricing are fair, and I've recommended it to a couple of friends already.
I found ForeverCar online and it seemed to be something that would work for me. Because of the cost of repairs, I signed up with them and have made two payments already. There are parts of it that I don't really understand and obviously the policy is not going to cover everything on the truck, but if I'm correct, it will clear at major items.
Fixing the parts of the car is expensive, so I figured it'd be a good idea to get a warranty. ForeverCar had the best price compared to the other ones I've seen. Some were $6000, while others were about $3500. Their customer service is also one of the reasons why I got a warranty through them. There was another company with a good price, but the rep from ForeverCar called me twice just to remind me. I told him I was going to do it, but then I started thinking about not doing it. However, he kept calling me just to check on me, and he really talked me into the sale. He made me know that they are the kind of company I want to do business with.
The warranty on my Buick was running out and I wanted to get another one to extend it to the end of the time that I had to finish paying for it. ForeverCar's salesperson, Tim, was really cool and he was from my neighborhood so I trusted him. He got me the deal that I wanted and it was good. However, when I traded the car, instead of buying one, I figured I'd lease one. That way I wouldn't have to pay for a warranty, so I had to cancel it. I didn't get a chance to use it, but it was a safety net so it was worth it. I recommended them to a bunch of people and even to a finance company.
After having some issues after purchase I found that once the correct individual is spoken to that things can get done. I still believe that the initial sales person I spoke to is a nice individual. Thanks again Orlando for getting this resolved.
ForeverCar came up as the top Google search result when I looked up auto warranties. I’m in marketing and I know that that means that most people have clicked on that one and I assumed that they were one of the better-rated ones. I liked that they're really transparent with how much it was going to cost and they were great. I got a warranty from them and then at 32 days I decided that I wanted to upgrade my warranty to a better plan but they couldn’t just upgrade it. They said they’d set me up with a new warranty, so they cancelled my old one and set up a new one. They refunded all the money that I put towards my other plan, which was really cool. I did not expect that at all. They were accommodating. My sales rep,Don, was awesome. He helped me both times. He’s easy to talk to and get along with. He made sure that everything was taken care of. I’d definitely recommend ForeverCar to anybody.
My engine had gone out after I had been with ForeverCar two months. Based on my experience two of my friends now are purchasing the plan.
The warranty on my vehicle ran out so I purchased an extended warranty with Geico and had it for a month, and then, ForeverCar called and told me they'd give me a better rate. I switched to them because they were saving me $30. I went out of town and when I came home, my car was messed up. I took it to the dealer and he said I needed an engine. ForeverCar said that they're not going to pay for the gasket and I already paid $120 for the diagnosis. I'm on a fixed income, and everything's a total of $500 which I did not have. I took it to the dealer that charges $120 an hour. They knew I'd only pay $105 so I'd be responsible for the other $15 for all the labor and work. I couldn't afford that either so I have no choice but to pick up my vehicle and let it sit until I can afford to do something with it. In the meantime, it's not drivable when it's not fixed. In that sense, I have no use for the warranty because I can't use it. It's no good to me and I wasted money on it.
I have a Toyota and it’s been doing really good. Somebody told me that I can get extended warranty in case anything happened. But I said, “Probably not.” But then my brother-in-law had a car and it’s been doing well like mine, and then he all of a sudden had an issue, so I thought maybe I should give the extended warranty a try. I went with ForeverCar and my customer service rep was really nice and he got me a good deal. However, when they deducted the first amount, they took out the wrong amount. So I contacted him and he apologized, he said someone would be contacting me to correct it. Nobody ever called me. The second month came and they still took out the wrong amount. They’re taking too much out. So I called again, left a message, and I emailed them, but I haven’t received a response yet.
My car's older and knowing that repairs are going to be needed soon, I got an extended auto warranty from ForeverCar. When I upgraded my warranty and asked for a refund, they told me it was going out the following Friday. However, I got a phone call saying it's six to eight weeks to get a refund so I was given a wrong information. Also, the rep never responded back to my email so I was a little disappointed in that.
I have a BMW and for cars like that, I get a warranty on them. The person from ForeverCar I was on the phone with got me a good deal on it. He's great and the payments are really affordable. My car's in the shop right now and there's no difficulty in the process. So far, my experience with it has been pretty good.
I bought a car with a turbocharger on it and they're notorious for having issues so I thought getting an extended auto warranty would be a safe way to eliminate a headache. ForeverCar's price was good and the rep was really informative and she seemed to know what she was doing. I'm happy with my experience. I'd recommend them.
ForeverCar doesn’t know how to call somebody back after the purchase. Getting a hold of them is no problem but getting them to do their job is something else. I’ve talked with them about six or seven times, maybe even more via emails and phone, and every time I get the same thing, “We’re gonna take care of this right now.” I tell them, “Great. When it’s done, you let me know.” They'd say they'll contact me by tomorrow morning and those tomorrow mornings never come.
I needed an extended auto warranty because my current one ran out. I looked up the reviews on ForeverCar and decided to go with them. The protection specialist was great and she sent me all the information I needed through email but haven’t verified yet to see if it went into how to file claims. My payments are made online so it’s fairly easy.
I had written a review that has now been settled. ForeverCar has contacted me a second time to make sure that I was satisfied. I want to say they are very cooperative.
I had bought an extended warranty and when I cancelled it without using it I was told I would get a prorated refund. That was in June and I still haven't gotten it. I called three times and got no results. I also referred a friend to them that had gotten a warranty and was told I would get a $100.00 visa card for a referral fee. When I called about that I was then told she had to make two payments first. After she did I called back about that then I was told I had to make two also. She had gotten hers first so after I made two payments three weeks later is when I cancelled the warranty. When I called them about this they said I would not get the visa card because I was no longer a customer, even though I was a customer when the referral was due to me at the time.
Mr. Bronson accidentally hit 2 stars. He meant to rate us 4 stars.
I just bought a vehicle and wanted to be on the safe side as I had no warranty on it. I googled auto warranty company and Forevercar came out on top. Their rep was good and really helpful, explaining thing in detail. I’m already paid for the first month right now and making payments is going be easy. Everything else is working well.
An extended warranty was a better idea for our vehicle. We got ForeverCar because when I spoke to their sales rep, she was very detailed about the coverage. She was great. They've got very good people at ForeverCar.
I have a car that’s paid off and another car that’s gonna be paid off so I was getting two extended warranties. I started shopping on the internet, and the first place that I looked at was very expensive. The second place was ForeverCar, and their guy called me back and went through all the different options with me. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to talk about more than just the car service. I feel like he’s already a friend, so he’s always listening or trying to relate with me and carry a conversation. Not all about the sale is a very good thing for me. I chose them because there were better plans that were cheaper in the long run. It provided more coverage for me also.
We always planned to get an extended auto warranty when we bought the vehicle. The rep at ForeverCar was good. They didn't tell us how to file a claim but they said that whenever we had an issue with the car, we would take it to wherever we wanted to and they would take care of everything.
I got an extended auto warranty to be on the safe side since I'll never know what's gonna happen to my vehicle. I spoke to several warranty companies whose prices were reasonable, and the gentleman from ForeverCar was very nice, explained the warranty and he convinced me. He has been helpful and very dependable. Their customer service team worked very hard and I commend a lady there because she was nice too.
My car is only three years old but has 150,000 on it so I knew I needed an extended warranty and one of the biggest deciding factors why I signed up with ForeverCar is that they're based in Illinois which is where I reside. Their sales rep was very helpful and thorough. She took my concerns and my needs, and then gave me the best package. I was ultimately set on something else, but when she went through the comparison, she led me to a better package to cover my car. I’m pleased with what I purchased.
I was going to buy a used 2003 car and decided to get an auto warranty to make sure it was covered. I went with ForeverCar as it was a really good-priced warranty and the gentleman I worked with was pretty good in closing. He's really knowledgeable and he gave me the rundown on everything. He told me what was best and I looked over the options as well. He wasn't too pushy, which was a big thing. Moreover, paying for the auto warranty was extremely easy. I just gave my number and get the monthly payments through that.
I’ve had two previous Volkswagens and I purchased one before I knew all the issues that they’re having. Volkswagen’s been in a lot of smoke and I don’t wanna get caught with my hands down, so I got a warranty from ForeverCar. They have good customer service and offered good rate. The rep was wonderful and polite. I went through the coverage with her and I was on the phone for almost three hours. She was very good and patient with me. The warranty seems like it covers engines and parts. I would recommend ForeverCar to anybody.
I just acquired a vehicle and we wanted to execute the warranty on it immediately so we got ForeverCar. Their reps were very informative, courteous and patient. A few days ago, my a/c went out but I haven’t filed a claim yet because I had to meet two requirements. It had to be 30 days and 1,000 miles from the time the warranty was initiated. I have to deal with no a/c for two more weeks but so far, I’m very satisfied.
ForeverCar seemed to have offered a better deal, price and time. Their rep was nice and she took time explaining everything to me. We set the payment up on auto pay and it was easy. It was a good experience and I recommend them highly.
My car was 14 years old and still had a lot of years left on it. ForeverCar's cost is $25 cheaper than the other two that I looked into, and the coverage seemed to be the same. The purchasing part was good. The rep was new but he tried hard. I hope they stay in business for a long time.
I wanted to get an extended warranty for my vehicle in case something goes out of hand. ForeverCar gave me a good price and a good deal.
I purchased a car that didn’t have any warranty left and I wanted to make sure, if something happened, that I would have some assistance with the repairs. Going with ForeverCar seemed to be easy and it took less time with them. The rep was very helpful, informative and knew certain things regarding the area I was telling him about. He was knowledgeable about a lot of things with the car, what I need to do, what I need to make sure that I had and make sure everything was taken care of. It was a good experience so far and I would tell my friends about it.
I know a guy who had ForeverCar and he recommended it. I got them and it was a good experience overall.
I've only had ForeverCar a little over a month and my experience wasn’t good. When I originally signed up, I had a rep I spoke to and I had one question for him. “I got my contract and my contract is not matching what's on your website for what's covered.” And told him, “That was very important. That’s the only reason I got the policy because you cover things that other companies weren't covering.” Because almost every company was the same and they all have the same coverage. He said, “I'll get back to you tomorrow,” and he never got back. I called and left messages - he never got back. So I called the generic number, not him directly, and they gave me somebody else.
I went through what I was looking for and what the issue was. And this person said, “I will be the one working with you now and we will resolve this. You'll hear from me tomorrow.” And a week went by, I never heard. Again, I called and no one returned my calls. So I called the generic line again and I got a third person and I said, “No one seems to be returning my call.” And he goes, “Now, you have me. I will take care of this. You'll hear back from me today. And you call my number directly. You email me directly, and we will work together and, we solve this.” Never heard back from him.
I called them, emailed them - never responded on time to me. So I called back, again, the generic line and explained my situation, and I got somebody else. And this person said he’ll resolve it, and he actually did. The resolution was that the website of ForeverCar was wrong, that what they said was covered was not covered. And so I bought a policy that doesn’t cover what they say it covers.
I had 30 days to cancel my policy and the rep told me on the 29th day that it's not covered all the stuff that I wanted. But he was very nice to me. He said, “Because of all this stuff, you cancel if you want and we'll give you back a full refund.” I'm assuming he meant because I'm in 30 days but that was on a Friday and 30 days fell on the Sunday. I wanted to show the policy to my mechanic and have him look at it and see if it's worth keeping, and I haven't had time to go to him yet. It's been a week and I work. I'm a CPA. If they answered me right away, I would've had 30 days to do that.
A couple of people also told me, “Well, you have our website.” I said, “But the website won't let me print it. What if you change your website? I have no proof. Can you send me a copy of it?” They said, “We're not gonna take it down.” And then they ended up changing it. When I got the final guy that I spoke to, I said, “I looked at your website and your website changed from what I had when I first bought the policy.” He said, “We changed it because you brought it to our attention that it was wrong.” And my whole concern was that it can be changed and I have no proof of what was covered.
The guy from ForeverCar made me feel comfortable with the information he gave me. He gave me options and told me everything. I felt no pressure to jump with them. I told them I’ll give them a call back later on the weekend, and I told my wife that day. When I called them back, their rep picked up and answered the phone right away and helped me out and explained some words to me ‘cause I wasn’t too familiar with how the protection plan worked. And he broke it down so I could easily understand it. So I felt comfortable going with ForeverCar.
ForeverCar had an extended auto warranty offer at my car dealership and they were a little less expensive than other options. I paid immediately as soon as I decided on the policy. However, I wasn’t too happy about how I got a big notice on what was not covered in the agreement but I didn’t see a list of things that were covered. It’s time to do a better job on that. Overall, I'm satisfied with ForeverCar.
Because of the overall expense of import and maintenance costs I looked into getting an auto warranty. I decided to use ForeverCar based on their reviews and the very quick response time to my online query. Within two minutes I had a local representative within 30 miles from me on the phone already. The specialist that I worked with was a cool guy. He was very knowledgeable about the different levels of coverage. He showed me everything and every part was listed. Payment is extremely easy at $130 a month.
I got ForeverCar and had an excellent experience with their rep. Everything was pleasant. I was walked through step by step on what I would have to do and what services would be provided and rendered upon the transaction’s completion. I also appreciated the rate which was the biggest selling point. I liked the deductible, too.
I had bought a car for my daughter and I had another warranty on it, and something happened to the car. The people had gone out of business and they had never contacted me to let me know that, so we ended up paying out of pocket. I had already paid them for the three years and it ended up that I lost my money. So this time, I got on the internet and I double-checked for the AAA. And whenever I called, they said that ForeverCar was the best warranty, so I got the warranty from them.
The young man from ForeverCar who helped me was very good. He actually double-checked several different policies to see which one would be the best and most reasonable for me. He was helpful in making payments because I wanted to go ahead and pay it. He said to me, “Don’t do that. You’ve already lost money for doing that. It's best to pay it monthly.” I'm one who doesn’t like bills, so he suggested, “When you have something like that and you don’t know, it's not a good idea to go ahead and pay it like that because you'll lose your money and you can't get it back, whereas if you're paying monthly, you can stop payment.” And I never thought about it that way. So making payments is not a problem for me because it is on my Visa card. Every month, the charge just shows up on the Visa.
My experience with ForeverCar has been excellent. The agent that I worked with was phenomenal, professional, and consistent. He had a lot of follow up and gave me a service level that was fantastic.
My two family members have an auto warranty so I just thought that I should get one as well to be safe with my car. The experience purchasing ForeverCar's warranty was awesome. Their specialist was very respectable and willing to help with anything that we needed. She explained everything to us in detail and the warranty was affordable. We set it up on auto draft so making the payments for it is not hard at all.
My fiancee was driving the car to work and as she was getting off the exit, the car cut off and started smoking and she was able to get the tow truck out. We had to pay $25 for the tow, but not as much as we would have if we didn't have the service. However, I'm still waiting on the claim to get approved. They said they have sent an inspector out. Other than that, it's good to have a warranty to back me up because so much stuff happens just out of nowhere and it helps when it comes to financial situations.
I tried to look up other companies and ForeverCar had a better offer. I told them I’ve had a good experience so far and I'll continue to stay with them. I have also recommended them to someone.
My father-in-law is a salesman and he did some searches on warranties for cars. He said ForeverCar was one of the best ones out there and their reviews were good compared to others. He knows how to do his homework and so I went with ForeverCar. So far, I'm real happy with them. I got a Lexus and they last good but when it breaks down, it's really expensive so it's good to have that warranty because I never know when I might need it. When I purchased it, the rep was funny and cool and we got along good. He made me feel comfortable and that's why I went ahead and got it. He also called me back when he said he would. He told me that the payments for the first three months were going to be automatically taken out from my card and from there, I have to call in and pay it as I go. The payment is set up fair and easy. Everything went well and smoothly.
At that particular time, I traded in the car that I previously owned and had a Ford-sponsored CSP on it. Then I decided that I really missed that car, so I bought it back from the dealership. But I was no longer eligible to repurchase the Ford CSP on it, so I had to seek another warranty for it. I looked online for warranty providers and stumbled upon ForeverCar, and their fellow who called me was compelling, so I signed up with them about a month ago.
I'm pretty hesitant about making any decisions, especially when somebody calls me out of the blue and it's unusual for me to make a decision that quickly on something that potentially costs that much money. But this time, I actually made the decision while I was on the phone with the gentleman. I would never have purchased just off of a verbal spiel, but the big difference was that he was able to walk me through, not just verbally, but was also able to show me the differences in levels of services which I could look at myself online at the same time. If somebody pushes too hard in that kind of situation, I'd probably hang up. But he didn't do that and instead gave me the information and the options, so he did a very good job of taking me through the process. Afterwards, it was fairly straightforward to make payments for purchasing my extended auto warranty.
ForeverCar has great customer service and they are a great company. I only had one problem. They were supposed to take my money on Friday and I've been calling ever since trying to get them to take my payment, and they haven't put it yet. I've talked to a few people every time I've called, but I probably have the wrong line because the people I talked with said they're not the people I'd talk with to take the money off of my card. Other than that, they are always friendly and willing to help.
I bought a car and the factory warranty was going out in a thousand mile. I got a warranty from ForeverCar and I've had them for about 30 days now. They were the cheapest among other providers and their rep was very helpful, informative and friendly.
I was looking at lots of different warranties, and ForeverCar called first and they have better coverage. I had bought a used vehicle and because of the financing, I got the warranty for five years. Their rep was very helpful and the signup was fine.
I have a BMW and I am part of a large automobile group on Facebook for BMW. There was a discussion that one of the repairs that they came across was extremely expensive. And so when I did some research, I noticed that that particular repair would have been covered, so I decided to then get a warranty. I wanted it just for overall peace of mind. The customer service of ForeverCar, their response, the representative’s feedback and timeliness were all consistent and the kind of what I was hoping to get as far as the feedback. They have a referral program and I referred a friend to them, so I'm getting $100 back from them. I'd recommend them based on the customer service that I experienced as I haven't used their product yet.
I always have extended warranties on my cars, and I have one that is about to expire. I got the warranty from ForeverCar about a month ago and it's very good so far. Their rep was also very professional and outstanding.
I needed an extended auto warranty and as far as my experience with signing up with ForeverCar, I haven’t had any problems. Their rep was professional and thorough. I'll recommend them to a friend.
We bought a used car and we wanted to have security with the vehicle. ForeverCar was easy to deal with. Their rep helped me get all my questions answered.
Making payments for my warranty was easy, they just deduct it from my credit card every month. The specialists were knowledgeable and explained to me how to file claims. My whole experience with them is positive, they were professional and I have no complaints.
I purchased a used vehicle and knew I would need some protection for the car based on the age of it. I did some research and within just a few seconds of hitting the website, I heard from ForeverCar and we built the rapport from there and they worked with me consistently. They were thorough with the information, upfront with the numbers and didn’t try to hide anything from me. The rep that I dealt with was energetic and liked what she was doing for a living, which means a lot to me. It made it easy for me to say yes because she explained thoroughly and made me believe that this was the right company for me to do business with. Making the first payment was easy. I just called in and used my debit card. Right now, the car is running fine but I'm sure their customer service will be just as good as it was when they got my business initially.
My husband and I had decided to keep the cars instead of trading them in and wanted to make sure that we were gonna try to start being happy with what we have, and we wanted to protect our interests. I inquired with two warranty providers and the ForeverCar sales rep was the first one that called me. I was upset that she called me at first because I didn't want to get a phone call at work but she was extremely nice. I ended up contacting her back at a later time that day to get more information. She was just very personable and she was very caring and asked questions about what we needed and wasn't over salesman-like. I liked the options as well. It was a bit overwhelming because there were so many of them but it was very nice having somebody explain the difference between the policies and coverage. And it was also nice to be able to customize something like that.
It made enough sense that we ended up getting warranties on all three cars that we have in the household. My husband said, "Well, this sounds like a good idea. Why don't we get that on my truck?" And then I thought, "Well, what about mom's car? If we're gonna do two, why not three?" It was definitely not something that we were planning on but she explained it so well and it's definitely in our best interests to get the coverage that we went ahead and got all three cars. The payment was very easy. It's just reoccurring on my credit card every month and I don't have any extra bill to pay. I just pay more on my credit card, so I like that.
ForeverCar said that their rate was the lowest one around. I was happy when we first signed up, but not right now. When we set up the account, we asked if we could set up to wait on our date every month. They said it was not a problem, so we did it for the 17th of every single month. However, they pulled the money out of my wife's account yesterday, before the due date was up. We left several messages and no one called us back. Every time I go to customer service, it's just the VoIP answering service. My wife spoke with our account specialist who said she'd be on it right away to reverse the payment back into our account but that hasn't happened. I just had a guy call about 30 minutes ago. I couldn't understand what he was saying as his phone kept going out. He said he was going to call me right back and I'm still waiting on his call. So from the time we signed up, it sounded great but my experience so far is very unprofessional.
Getting an auto warranty is something I've done with every car that I've purchased. ForeverCar offered service for Uber drivers, and it was easy to make payments to them. Also, their rep was great. She was very nice and helpful.
I wanted to have warranty on my car if something goes down. I got ForeverCar and I had a good experience talking to their rep. I had no problem with making payments for the extended warranty either. I'd recommend ForeverCar to a friend.
I can’t afford the auto repairs so I needed a warranty. I Googled auto warranty companies and ForeverCar came up. Their price was reasonable and they said they covered a lot. I had a little hassle though getting my contract from them. It took forever to get it. They had my name spelled wrong, so I didn’t have access to what I was supposed to have access to. They were supposed to email me. They had everything messed up but they finally gave it to me. Their rep was helpful in getting me a warranty that supposedly covers a lot for something within my budget. However, they took their payment money before I’d gotten my contract.
They have a call center which I didn’t find to be very professional. I'd get a person but it’s like an answering service. I was a little hesitant because I should’ve done more research on them before signing up. I was a little leery and that put me on edge trying to fight to get a copy of my policy. It took them about a week to get everything updated and for them to get it to me but they sent me a rough draft. What I don’t like was I only saw what they covered when I signed up. When they send the policy and check on them, they don’t send everything that’s covered and what’s not covered. They only did that when I signed up for a policy.
Everything with the ForeverCar rep went along very smoothly. Making payments isn't difficult at all. If you got money in the bank, you can make the payment. Their warranty is very easy to get and very affordable.
I got ForeverCar when I was buying an older model car and I wanted to get coverage on the engine. They were very customer-oriented. The rep gave me several emails and we went back and forth with the coverage limits and then I chose one. Payment is also easy. It was through credit card on the phone. Now I'm just in the middle of trying to get the car driven enough miles in 30 days until the coverage starts.
I have a truck and its warranty expired. I went with ForeverCar and the person I spoke with was real nice. I've only made two payments for the auto warranty so far and it's been easy. I'm very satisfied.
When I had my car, I had to get coverage for it because prices go up and ForeverCar had the best offer when I looked for warranty. Also, they have an easy process. When I purchased the warranty, they told me to keep the paperwork in the car so when I bring it for service, they can look at it and see what's covered. They said everything's covered from bumper to bumper.
I had a warranty, but I didn’t like the company that I had. I switched to ForeverCar because the lady that signed me up assured me that they were nothing like that company and she gave me a good deal on the monthly payment. She made it sound that I didn’t have to go through a lot just to get extra coverage and everything’s supposed to be covered. She also answered most of my questions but she said I have to go online and download all the information that comes with it. The experience was great as far as signing up and telling me what’s included, and making sure the price and everything was fair.
The first time I ever had an auto warranty was with the last vehicle I have. I didn’t believe in them before because I used to have my own garage and was a mechanic at a bus company. But then, I found out that it’s really necessary when I really needed it. My van's transmission went out and I had it for only three months so I figured I might as well get one for the car because I can’t do the work by myself any more. I’ve had five back surgeries in two years and three heart procedures in three years. I took the van to AAMCO Transmissions and they told the warranty company it was messed up and they fixed the transmission.
Now with my car, ForeverCar explained their benefits but it’s confusing to me how the policy works because I have an idea what's wrong with it. I took it to three other places, including AAMCO Transmissions and they said that it needed an engine because it’s internal and nobody does internal works any more. The ForeverCar guy called the other day. He said to take it down there and let them tear it apart and then to take a picture of the part, or they’ll send a third-party guy down there to look and listen to it and see what it’s doing. After that, they'll see if it's under warranty or not. However, when something’s internal, there’s nothing to evaluate. I’ve made two payments on the warranty so far which wasn’t hard but getting something done is a little difficult. I’m scheduled for the shop tomorrow but it took a while before I could get it there. I’m waiting for a third party for two days and I ain’t too satisfied.
Having a luxury car, I knew the prices can get really expensive if we're doing repairs. This made me want to have some kind of coverage if anything would happen. I did some research online and ForeverCar has a good Better Business Bureau rating. I decided to give them a call because the other company, Direct Buy Auto in New Jersey, that I had gone with when I first purchased the car was in a lawsuit for fraud and the policy was gone.
The ForeverCar specialist was knowledgeable and when I talked to him, he compared different programs, other reputable warranty companies and was able to give me the best policy within a decent price range and deductible. He went through a lot of different options, explained everything and was able to help me choose the best company. It was also absolutely easy to make payments. We were able to process it over the phone and we have the automatic monthly deductible, where the amount is deducted out of my checking account. The rep made it very easy and seamless. I appreciate the fact that ForeverCar was able to help out and educate me as far as what I would need, especially for the type of vehicle that I have.
I had recently just purchased an automobile, and it was going out of warranty when I bought it. Expenses can be high, so I decided to go ahead and try to get an extended warranty. Two days ago, I had an issue with my automobile and I took it to the technician. I'm still waiting on the technician to get the okay from ForeverCar to go ahead and do the work to repair it but it's taking a bit long.
I got a letter in the mail stating that I was eligible for an extended warranty. My vehicle had a hundred thousand miles on it when I got it so I looked into the warranty but the rates were a lot higher. I checked around to see if I can find a cheaper rate for an extended warranty and I saw that with ForeverCar so I decided to go with them. They have great customer service and all can answer questions. The rep was wonderful and I loved her. She explained everything, asked me what I could afford and what I was looking to protect on the car. It was a great experience. My due date was also changed so that I can have the payments paid on time.
My previous car warranty had run out when I bought my vehicle and I'm not very inclined to do auto work myself so I got a new one from ForeverCar. I drive a truck and when something happens I just need somebody to fix it and I go on about my business. It wasn’t difficult at all discussing with their certified vehicle protection specialist during the purchase of the warranty. They answered all my questions.
My extended auto warranty was expiring so I needed a new one. ForeverCar's rep was good and very informative. Paying for it is also very easy. We set it up on automatic draft. It was an overall good experience.
I bought a BMW and I need a warranty on it. And it seemed ForeverCar was more affordable. The rep was very good, informative, friendly and professional and knew what he's talking about. I forgot my card in the car and he waited for me patiently. Overall, it was a good experience. If I have people to recommend, I’ll tell them about the warranty.
I had a truck that went out of warranty, so I decided to put an extra warranty just in case. I called a couple of other companies but ForeverCar was the nicer one and they were very helpful. The rep was good and informative and the payment was simple and easy. Everything was perfect.
Compared to other warranty providers, ForeverCar is reasonable and cheaper. When I signed up with them, the lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their rep was very polite and thorough. Also, paying for the warranty was easy. It was a positive experience overall.
I bought a used car that didn't have any warranty left on it. ForeverCar was the first one I stumbled on the internet and their rep was very good. Making payments is also very easy. It's affordable.
I bought a used vehicle and I wanted some coverage on it while I pay for it. ForeverCar provided the most coverage. Their rep was very knowledgeable and making payments was very easy - I got it done for the first payment out on the 18th. It was a good experience.
I had a great experience with ForeverCar's rep when I purchased the warranty. Making payments was very easy.
The service provided by Forevercar was excellent. Kevin was a great guy and he helped me out a lot. Also, I can get ahold of their guys for any problems. I'm not sure though who I have to call to get a claim if anything does happen to the car because I only have the warranty for a month. But other than that, everything is good. I’ll recommend it to a friend.
I’m a firm believer in warranties. I’ve had ForeverCar through Chrysler’s service contracts for my van and I also had a warranty on my truck before. It was very easy enrolling to ForeverCar and the guy that dealt with me was quite helpful. So far, I’m pretty satisfied with them.
I purchased a vehicle which is younger in years than the one that I had. I was given good reviews about ForeverCar and a couple of my friends have gotten policies from them too. Also, someone who works in Toyota said that ForeverCar was very good and that they were the company that they used a lot and I want to service my vehicle with Toyota. It was very easy to make payments with ForeverCar. As a matter of fact, I messed up when I paid the first payment. And on the second one, I had no money in the account. When I called back to rectify the issue, the rep had no problem, took my money and changed the date. Their CS reps were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The first person I talked to was very helpful too. I bought the warranty for more peace of mind for me and my children.
My manufacturer warranty was expiring and of all the other warranty companies I called, I found ForeverCar to have the time limits and coverage I wanted and was still cheaper. The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable. I was happy with my interactions with him.
I had a warranty with Ford and when it ran out, I had ForeverCar. Although it was very easy to purchase and I never had any trouble with payments as they just take it out of my account every month, I was paying money out for nothing. They responded quick but I found out what they cover is very little. They didn't pay for my rental and they paid very little, then charged me to replace an oil filter in the transmission. While other warranty companies pay for car rental for however long it's down, they only paid one day and I didn't appreciate that. I also found out that other warranty companies beat ForeverCar's prices. We dropped them immediately and got a new warranty company.
I bought a Cadillac and it's one of the nicest cars I've ever owned so it's safer to have autowarranty on there than to have to pay out of pocket to fix something if it breaks. The dealership that I bought the car from wanted $230 a month for insurance which was more than my car payment. I went online looking and got a quote for $120 or $130 cheaper. I'd rather go with that than the dealership guys who I feel are against me.
ForeverCar's rep was cool and patient. When he called, I was at work and had to step out of a building to talk to him. He needed information which I couldn't give to him right then and there so I asked him if he'd cal me back om my break which he did. To pay the monthly fee, I only need to use my credit card once a month - the payment date is the same day I purchased it. The process worked out smooth for me and as long as it's not fraud, I'm good. There are a couple of my buddies at work that are trying to buy cars and I told them that if they're buying a car with a mileage of over a hundred thousand miles, they might wanna try to get ForeverCar as warranty.
Everything was fine with ForeverCar. The only thing that made me cancel it is that I never received anything in the mail and my 30 days were almost up. If I had gotten my paperwork in the mail and took it to the dealership and everything is okay, I would still have had it. I'm not a mechanic and I don't know what is what. I just needed something in writing to take to the dealership to make sure it was a good warranty protection plan to have. When I called and told the guy from customer service I wanted to cancel, he told me he was just the answering service and couldn't do anything. He had to have somebody call me back. So later on that day, I told the sales associate I wanted to cancel. He tried to give me the runaround. I told him, "No. I don't want nobody calling me back. I want to talk to somebody right now." So I did and got my money back last week.
When I canceled the policy, the person that sold it to me was very rude on the telephone. Then, that person called me to dispute the charges that I was getting the runaround. They were upset because they say that they take things very personally. I told them that I wanted to get the money back because I didn't get anything in writing which was countered by saying they didn't say they were going to send me nothing in writing. I had the speaker on and even the bank manager raised his eyebrows when he heard the statement "Oh, I see you're at the bank. You’re needing money." That was unprofessional. I don't need money. I just don't want my money going somewhere that I don't know and what I'm getting for my money.
I could use my own mechanic to do the work with ForeverCar's warranty and I like the life of the warranty. Their representative worked with me, and helped me understand personally what I’m purchasing. He had the ability to shift me into the right plan. They're helpful and understanding but I dislike that I have not received any of the paperwork. I also have to wait thirty days and a thousand miles before the policy kicks in. I wish I had my policy right now.
The auto warranty from the factory expired, so I wanted to get one. I went to this website that had different ones and that's how I got ForeverCar. They helped me out and choose the warranty. The reps were good and everything was easy to understand as they explained everything. Making the payments for purchasing the warranty was easy too – they just get it from my card but I was going to give them a call because I never got the letter regarding my coverage.
