Ryan Pakter

Ryan Pakter is chief operating officer and corporate counsel at ConsumerAffairs, where he has led operational and legal strategy since March 2024. He has a background in business and law, with a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to his role at ConsumerAffairs, Ryan is co-founder of Neen and a partner at Ridge Road Partners. Previously, he served as CEO of Assembly Software, guiding its growth from 2017 to 2021. His early career as an investment analyst at Sierra Global Management gave him a strong foundation in finance, rounding out over a decade of diverse experience in leadership, law and corporate strategy.
