Howard Mills

Once receiving his master’s degree in government and public administration from Amerian University, Howard Mills decided to enter the political realm. He was first elected supervisor of Wallkill, New York and later a member of the New York State Assembly. Following his time in office, Mills served as Superintendent of Insurance for the state of New York. Currently, Howard Mills is a Global Insurance Regulatory Leader at Deloitte. He is an expert in global financial services regulation, public policy and enterprise risk management with over 25 years of industry experience.
