Ben Mannes

Ben Mannes is a noted subject matter expert in public safety, exam integrity and investigations. He began his work in public safety in 1994 and has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California Coast University. He is both a Certified Exam Security Professional and Certified Protection Professional. He received law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and the Maurice T. Turner Institute of Police Science. He served on the New York Terrorist Trials Operations Command and was a DC Metropolitan Police Officer on the Civil Disturbance Unit in 2002. In addition, he has served in major security and emergency management capacities through Y2K preparedness efforts, 9/11, mass-protests and Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Sandy.
