What You Can Do

Anthony of Boynton Beach FL (4/16/05):
I am an employee at Trugreen in sales and all I hear from these complaints is disgruntled garbage. We treat over 4 million lawns year to year. Mistakes do happen. All the complaints, as well as lies, happen to every company. People expect fairy dust to be sprinkled on their grass and magic to happen.

People authorize lawn care and then find out their spouse does not want it and lie. Preying on the elderly - how are we to know they are old -- 80 percent of all sales are made over the phone, never having met the person.

In all cases we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction, however it always seems a few people have their own idea of what service is. All complaints are taken seiously and dealt with, with the utmost importance.

So to all you unhappy ex-customers, try to consider that it is not always our fault and when it is we try to rectify it.

Larry of Des Moines writes (5/19/03):
I am the owner of American Lawn Care. AS LONG AS TRUGREEN IS IN BUSINESS, WE WILL HAVE A JOB. TruGreen gets us more customers than our yellow page ad. Keep up what your'e doing TruGreen, we appreciate it! Thanks so much, Larry Ginger, graduate horticulturist, American Lawn Care.
