My last payment was 200 dollars and I figured out today my balance was higher. It was 189 dollars. I called the customer service to explain to me why my balance was higher. Until she gives me an explanation she hangs up the phone on me. She really rude.

Owed medical debt that got sent to collections due to an insurance blunder. Nearly every day for a month now, this company has called me using multiple different numbers. They didn’t even leave a voicemail to let me know who they were or what they wanted, although I had a feeling. I decided to call them today and let them know that I am paying my debt directly through my provider’s billing portal. The representative kept interrupting me to ask if I would set up a payment plan through them. I declined and she became very pushy and noticeably agitated. She sighed and clicked her tongue at me whenever I would speak.

Despite having already made a couple of payments, I was informed that I would keep receiving daily phone calls to “collect the debt” until the balance was paid — unless I gave her my card information. I stood by my decision to not pay them directly, and based on the other reviews here, I'm glad I did. In short, this is an extremely sketchy business with rude customer service representatives who feel as if they can scare you into complying. And again, spamming my phone with calls every day from different numbers is deplorable. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and their tactics.

This company is attempting to scam me out of money that I do not owe and never contacted me at my legal address. I called them on 11/26/25 when it was added as a collections to my credit report. They won't prove the debt with an original bill or that any original bill was provided. I worked for the company of the apartments I lived at where they claim the bill originated, for an additional two years after I moved out and received no notification. I also was given a signed statement by BH Management that was provided to FHA stating I owed no money to the apartment complex to qualify for my home loan.

This debt is illegal and fraudulent and does not exist. The company negatively affected me by adding a collections to my credit report for this fraudulent debt after not notifying me at any address other than the address where the disputed amount originated, which they knew was not my address because it would have been an end of lease utility bill. This bill does not exist, they cannot and will not prove it does or that they made reasonable attempts to contact me, and it's affecting me financially by having a collections of an unpaid bill on my credit report.

I had a debt for just over 300 dollars. Set up a payment plan just finished paying it and did the math. It cost me almost 600 dollars for the debt to be paid fully. Wish I would have realized that I wouldn't have set it up.

Called my number for someone else, and refused to tell me what this company is. Quit harassing people not associated with the person you are trying to reach. Stop calling my phone. I am not who you need to talk to.

Collection agent, and I use the title advisedly, Steve **, wrote to me to tell me I owed a debt that is false and doesn't exist. I wrote back to prove it doesn't exist, by attaching documentation, requesting that he confirm in writing that there is no debt, that all collection activity has ceased, that my credit will not be flagged, and that they remove all my information from their files. That was 13 days ago and he has yet to respond. Judging from all the other reviews on here, I don't think I will get a response. If TSI is seeing this review, I require you to follow up with Steve ** to respond to my correspondence, in order to avoid escalation. Thanks.

They harass me daily off multiple numbers and I have no owing debt. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've got all the numbers blocked but somehow they call with different ones everyday. Please leave me alone.

Worst company ever. Call multiple times a day as for proof of debt. Get hung up on. They finally send me some typed up thing that looks like it was made by a 3 year old that just said, "You owe us $3500." No contract. They just made up something and put it on my credit. I have proved it's not my debt many times. Get it taken off by the credit bureau and it just gets added back on.

Bad company in all ways. Don't pay them, try to pay to the company straight. If you pay them you will never receive a receipt and also they never will let the company know you paid. It's really a messy company

A company like this shouldn't exist. Their fees are crazy. 16% of the debt owed on top of the monthly APR. The fact the military does business with a company like this is disgusting. Because it was a Star Card the garnishments come out automatically. Just glad that nightmare is over.
