    Booking agent misspelled my name on the reservation, in fact misspelled my name on three reservations and I've been charged a fee for cancellation of these so far. I believe these cancellation fees are not correct since the error was your part, not mine, you did it all by yourself. I am willing to file suit or to dispute charges on the credit card if these are not corrected. Spent all day on the telephone and still didn't get it corrected and one refund was done charging a fee back. I'm really upset

    Upon booking it was smooth until the return flight I was told the promo ended and I would have to pay extra $75 for extra bag. Once I booked the flight I received an email that my bank did not approve the purchase. I called 3 times to my bank and they approved the purchase every time then I had to use a different credit card and went through the whole credit card auth with my bank approving every time. I had the worst experience with the credit card authorization department calling me all day telling me my bank was not approving the charge and when I call the bank they would tell me that Cheapoair is placing the charge then refunding it. It was the worst booking experience of my life and I have used this website in the past but never like this and in the end I was confirmed a flight but paid extra than other websites were offering for the flight.

    I was informed that a part of my return flight was cancelled and that I had to contact customer service for alternative options.     Zero is really what I would like to give. CheapOair has been one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased airline tickets through them, and the merchant ultimately did not provide the services I paid for. Despite this, CheapOair refused to take responsibility, offered no real assistance, and repeatedly sent automated emails instead of addressing the issue.

    Even after providing full documentation and proof of the problem, they failed to issue a full refund or advocate on my behalf with the airline. It has been 4 months now and I am still trying to get the refund. Their customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely unreliable. I would strongly advise avoiding CheapOair if you expect transparency, accountability, or basic customer support.

    I received flight “updates” by email which I thought were helpful, but when I arrived at the airport I found my flight, which, according to CheapOAir was scheduled to leave at 7:30am, was actually scheduled to leave at 6:30am. So, we had to book a new flight which was a hassle. A email from American Airlines confirmed the 6:30am departure, but by the time I saw it, it was too late. Not a great way to start a Honeymoon.

    I booked a rental car through CheapOair with Budget. Only to find out after the 2 hour counter wait time that the price quoted on CheapOair was not the price given to me at the counter. To which CheapOair replied with "Car rental booking when you booked it online the system always only gives you the price which is not included the mandatory taxes and fees as that is something which car company charges the customer and those charges are not same and depends on car company to car company, and if you have paid something to the car company directly so for those charges you need to speak with the car company directly." no resolution offered - customer has to bear the responsibility of fixing everything. To which Budget responds with take it up with CheapOair leaving the customer with no resolution. My expected counter price to be paid "Amount to be paid: $377.19" turned into $418.23 with no resolution from either Budget or CheapOair.

    We booked a round-trip flight for a third-party business associate and misspelled the names on 2 travelers. We noticed it almost immediately after finalizing the booking. I started a chat to get it fixed right away, and in summary: 1) It took 2 1/2 hours. 2) It cost 50.00. 3) Or we could have cancelled and rebooked correctly for something over 120.00. 4) I was left on hold multiple times for 10 to 15 minutes. 5) The agent called to get verbal authorization for the 50.00 fee and we could not understand a word he was saying. 6) Then the next day, the traveler noticed on the itinerary that the return flight was for exactly 24 hours later with the same exact arrival and departure times to the minute, and I don't believe for a moment we made that mistake. 7) We called customer service to get this corrected and this time it only took 1 1/2 hours. 8) 200.00 plus for cancellation and no reimbursement. 9) Or 358.00 to get it corrected to the required date. 10) So hours later and well over 400.00 later, we got it -FIXED-. Soooooooo enjoy your booking on the friendly and cheap skies of CheapO Air!

    I am really upset about reservations I made for my brother **. From time I book and time I get email 6 minutes. I try cancel my reservation because date was wrong. They charge me 200$. This company scammer. Not trustworthy. I check rules of cancellation they have 24 hrs of grace. Can you explain this?

    Nope never using them again. Fees for hotel way too much. In fact they told me was certain price and when looked at receipt it was higher than what they told me. Was told only flight routes to thailand was through middle east and later for if I went through bangkok I wouldn't have had to stop in middle east and flight would have been a lot cheaper. I've heard expedia is much better so I'll try them when I go back to thailand in january. Also couldn't cancel flight 'cause wouldn't get money back. I wanted to change it to bangkok but they said I couldn't ... Well I could but wouldn't get money back ... plus hard to understand them on phone and when I was trying book flight online they called me and it literally took over an hour to book .... NEVER AGAIN.

    I was on a recent trip to China and on my return my connecting flight on AA was invalid according to the airline. I had to buy another ticket to get home and CheapOair keeps telling me the matter has been escalated but I have no resolution. Beware of doing business with them.

    I booked my airline a while ago. It was confirmed I paid for the insurance. I paid for flexible. Dates couldn’t change my dates and insurance is now avoid. I had to book a whole Another flight to return back home now we getting these emails saying that I need to confirm my payment credit card or they gonna cancel my flight. I’ve been trying to get somebody for the last eight hours. They’re supposed to call me back within three have not received anything. My suggestion CheapOair should go out of business.

    Customer service Patricia hung up on me. Confirmations weren't sent in a timely manner. I was told prices were increased, even though on the website it was still the same. The phone number the chat bot tells you to use is different than the one on the website and the one on email. Hard to get ahold of.

    Insurance is for medical emergencies of a ticketed passenger, lost bags, delayed flights, death and claims must be filed directly with the provider and we do include the PDF coverage and benefits in your email.     I’m so frustrated! I had my dates set up and went through to pick my flights. Apparently, the website found a better deal for a return flight two days earlier than I selected. I booked the hotel already. Well, I didn’t realize the date change and booked the flight. I then realized my mistake within 5 minutes at most. I frustratingly tried to cancel through the app, but it was glitching and not fully working. (Actually, I tried to change it first, but they wanted me to use a different card?). After I canceled it, I had to provide a different card and pay $300 to cancel!! I did, but then within an hour called to ask why and where the $300 was being charged. They tried to claim it was American Airlines. I requested a receipt and got off the phone.

    After seeing viewing the receipt and checking American Airlines policies, I learned it was CheapOair ripping me off. I called back to explain my frustrations and realizations. Eventually, they offered to refund me $50 of the $300 they charged me as if it was a favor. Again, they acted like it was the airline's policy and it was non-refundable. This place is taking people’s money after causing them mistakes! I should’ve been able to get the full $300 fee back.
