I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. The staff was friendly, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. They explained what my vehicle needed without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. My brakes, rotors were replaced, and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. The car drives much better now, and I appreciate the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service. Night and Day Difference at Tire Kingdom - 2525 W Sample Rd, 33073. Anwar DM was stellar getting my tires & wheels fixed correctly. Very busy shop but worth the wait. Store manager & crew are top notch, detail oriented, and took care of my car unlike the other tire store. World of difference with their expertise, my new set of tires feel and perform so much better!!!! Highly recommended this store imho. Very Happy = Bravo

Recently had to relocate from Illinois to Florida (Parents illness/passing). Very unfamiliar with local tire dealers but thought Mavis would be a safe bet. Took my dad's 2021 Camaro SS in to get pricing. On my 2nd visit was informed could not remove wheel locks. Third visit I brought Chevy dealership locks (did not work). Tech informed me he "finally could remove them safely". Spent almost 5 hours waiting & watching. Very slow day for them (3 walk ins) & empty bays. Their phone rang non-stop during lunch = less work I guess. They then told me wheel locks were destroyed which I took immediately to the Chevy (Lou Bachrodt) dealership afterwards to repair/fix. Was quite upset when I left as it had become my "absolute worst tire buying experience in my 62 years". Still need to fix the really sloppy I don't care wheel weight placement. Highly recommend watching/inspecting all work they do so hopefully this won't happen to you.

Carlos and Bryce were very helpful. Made sure my car was ready before the end of the day. They also did not charge me for services that I thought I needed. I thought I needed the tires rebalanced. They said see how it feels after the alignment first, save your money.

I left my car at the Mavis on DeKalb Industrial Way in Decatur GA. When I got it back 2 nights later it smelled like air freshener on top of something bad. I finally found the smell was urine under the back seat floor mat. Someone there knew about it and tried to cover it up. I found a broken pipe in the pocket of the same back seat. Local and regional management refuses to take responsibility in any way. Not only did they hold my car an extra day to do the tire change they allowed my car to be vandalized and refuse to pay to clean it.

It's deeply concerning that your interactions with our management did not lead to satisfaction. I purchased a tire on 7/27/26 for my car at the Mavis Tire and Brake location at 5234 W Highway 290 location in Austin Texas. As I left the location my TPMS light came on just after a few minutes. I returned to the location the next day so they could determine the reason for the indicator light to come on. The GM stated that I needed to take the car to the Dealer to correct the problem which I did. The dealer was able to correct the problem. I purchased 4 new tires from them and would return the 1 tire back to Mavis which I did on Friday 7/31/26. The Manager stated that he could not give me a refund on the one tire. I even asked him if he could just pro rate the cost of the tire. He said no. I had the tire in the back of my car and asked to take it. I did not want the tire and drove off. I gave Mavis the tire back and they kept my $282.31 but, in the end they lost a customer for life.

WARNING: When purchasing 4 new tires & you also purchase the tire installation package - IT DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR! They uncharge for labor. This was not quoted in advance in the online quote - shows up on your final bill. When purchasing tires and an “Installation Package”- that should include the labor of said installation, unless otherwise disclosed.
Additionally, although I paid for the Installation Package & an Alignment - it was not done properly. Once I hit 55mph on the highway, my car was vibrating significantly. I had to go back and have it done again by the assistant manager because they failed to balance the tires properly. Staff is certainly courteous and respectful, but the pricing model and actual workmanship is not great.

Went online, selected 4 tires and scheduled an appointment. Received an email confirmation of appointment, but it indicated the tire sale was free. Did not sound right to me, so I phoned the call center. The tires are discontinued and unavailable - thank you for the appointment. While on the phone, we selected four tires that 'were available' and added on two more tires that I wanted to purchase. Left work early to cover the appointment. After sitting there for half-hour, the Mavis folks announced that my tires did not show up on the delivery from the 'call center'. They wanted me to sit for another 45 minutes while they took a drive to see if they could get the tires. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME! I went somewhere else and purchased tires from people who know that they are round.

I normally do all my repairs myself. I was a service technician in the past and know how shops operate. There are good and bad shops. I picked a good one. Excellent service. Pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend this location.

Outstanding Service & Attention to Detail! I've been in the Milford area for 40 years and have been to just about every tire and auto shop around here at one time or another. People around here know me, and they know I don't pull punches—if a shop cuts corners, I'll say so. But Mavis Tires did an absolutely phenomenal job.
I went in for a new set of tires and a wheel alignment. They mounted and balanced the tires perfectly—and even though these are low-profile tires, the ride is still much smoother and more comfortable than I expected. The alignment was a bit of a unique situation because I had to let them know about new front camber adjustments I had installed. Because of this, the alignment took quite a bit longer than a standard job, but the crew didn't rush it. They took their time, worked through the custom adjustments, and dialed it in perfectly. The car drives straight as an arrow now. I really appreciate a shop that is willing to put in the extra time to do a job right. Mavis earned every bit of this 5-star rating. Huge thanks to the team—highly recommended!

Unsafe repairs, poor communication, and disappointing management (Mr. **). My vehicle was returned with the wrong suspension part installed, causing severe shaking and a loss of control. Despite repeated issues, the store manager failed to communicate or take responsibility. I cannot recommend this Mavis location due to the serious safety concerns.

I went in to buy a tire and get an alignment. They said they could not perform the alignment unless I repaired "movement in the tie rods" which would cost $728. And by the way, there were some other issues I needed to address. Total cost around $1200. I told them I had just had some work done by a mechanic who did not see these things. Mavis held firm. Price quote only good for a week.
As I considered repairs, I quickly googled reviews for Mavis and had found a lot of dissatisfaction with aggressive upselling. I left with only a tire purchase. I went to another tire place who found nothing wrong with my car. I went back to my mechanic (authorized repair facility) who also found no additional repairs needed. Mavis bought out NTB so this is no longer the place where I used to get great service. I will not return. I'll also add, while negotiating the cost of my repairs, there was another upset customer there complaining. He apparently dropped his vehicle off at 11:00 for a 1:30 pick up and when he arrived around 2:00, they had not started repairs. I hope he provides a review on them. I don't know if all Mavis locations are this bad but I went to the one on Arapaho. Definitely will not return.

Schedule oil change and tire rotation. Heard that they don’t always rotate the tires so before I took the car there I mark the wheels to just to be sure they if they did. When I picked up the car I checked and the tires were still in the same place. Told the manager and he said I was lying that they were rotated. When I show him that I marked the tires he told me I needed to have pictures to prove it. Why would I want the tires moved back if I just scheduled to have them rotated? Manager just got mad and told me to leave.

Purchased 4 tires and alignment for my 2000 BMW Z3, code date on tires 4822, why was I charged full price for tires that were all most 4 years old, when most tires are only good for 5-10 years? When I received my car back 3 of the for tires were over inflated, 55 lb, 50 lb, 45 lb all lug bolts were over tightened. Shop was clean, well organized and friendly staff

Call Mavis at 3pm ET to get an estimate on 2 tires for my SUV, 5pm appointment was available. The team at Shrewsbury are amazing, professional, courteous. They took care of replacement quickly and I was out before 6pm ET.

Day one, Managers #1 and #2, ordered tires and scheduled appointment. Day two, manager #3. They had incorrect vehicle information but fortunately I ordered by specific tire size and they were there. Upon inspection of the installed tires I saw the valve stems were not replaced but was charged for them. Brought it to the managers' attention and they took the car back in. They took the tires back off and then realized they didn't have the correct stems in stock and needed to come back the following day.
Next day, managers #4 and 5. They only had three of the four stems. After some time, they got the fourth. While waiting for the tires to be re-installed on the vehicle for the third time the manager informed me the tech found a damaged stud and it needed to be replaced at my cost. Manager/tech stating it came in damaged. The tech didn't see this until the THIRD time he put the tires back on? A tire store doesn't have a common size stud in stock? A tire store with "certified technicians" doesn't have the tool to rethread the stud? 2 trips, over 4 hours of waiting, and damaged vehicle components could have been avoided if the tech didn't try to rip me off.

Had a flat tire and went there. It only took an hour and a half to get everything fixed up. Quick service and friendly people. I've been going to this location for several years now. They always have availability.

I am a regular customer in this Jacksonville shop, I came in one day to get some air in one of my tire. Guy said, "We need all your information," I said just for AIR, he said yes, I complied. Young guy took my SUV inside checking the tire pressure, then I noticed he hooked up their computer to my vehicle, I asked him, "Why are you doing this, when all I need is some air and I will be gone." He got upset with me indicating this is their policy, I said, "What policy is it where you're checking my car with your computer, when all I need is air."
He then lowered the car and took it for a road test twice around the block. When he came back I noticed the light was still on for the tire, so I asked him, "What are you doing," he started getting upset with me and raising his voice. I ended up showing him the Calibration on the car and showed him this how you reset it, he said, "How did you know this," told him I know certain things about my vehicle, he still insists he needed to check other things, I said no I had enough.
He then told me if I don't like what he is doing take my business elsewhere. I was really upset at this point, then I went inside to speak to someone in charge and that person said I need to leave, so I asked for the manager and he said I still need to leave. I didn't want any confrontation so I left, then a young lady stopped me and said, "Don't you want to speak to a manager?" I said yes but I was told to leave, anyway went back in and I told the manager the entire story, he said he took care of it, I will never ever go back at that tire store ever again as I feared the mechanic could do something to me or my vehicle.

I drive a Tesla Model Y Juniper and normally do not use FSD very often. After a software update on Sunday, I decided to use it again. During the drive, the vehicle suddenly hit a curb, which damaged the right-side tire and tore the sidewall. I ended up having to replace the tire. I was pretty upset because the incident happened while FSD was engaged. However, when I visited the service center after making an appointment, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made me feel much better about the situation. The location is close to my home, and the wait time was short, so overall I was very satisfied with the service experience.

Had an appointment for 4 p.m. for Mavis on Highway 332 in Hoschton, GA. I was on time. It is now 5:10 and my car is still not being worked on. No telling how late I’ll be here. Unacceptable.

I had two tires put on the the front end and both aluminum rims were gouged (scratched deep), 5 days and no response on them being fixed by a guy they know who could fix them. My company's vehicles will no longer be going there or my personal vehicles either.

The shop is open on Sundays and helped me out of a jam when I had brake issues with my car on late in a Saturday. I was told I could bring it in the next day, and the work was completed as stated. It was a large job because it also needed calipers, but I was given all the information before the work proceeded.

Went to Mavis in Lake Ariel, PA. Perhaps if the Manager spent as much time working on customer service and learning how to use their computer system, as he spends painting his nails, I wouldn't have wasted my time thinking Mavis is capable of handling a repair of my car beyond changing a tire: If I could I'd give a negative star rating. Avoid this place at all costs. A couple weeks ago I had my oil changed there, as I couldn't get an appointment with my regular mechanic for a week and Mavis could get me in that day. They failed to reset my service monitor, which requires a scanner so I couldn't do it myself. No big deal, I assumed it was just an oversight, and I knew I would be returning as they advised I needed brake pads and rotors replaced, which I didn't have time for that day. I should have known better than to even consider Mavis for anything other than a tire, but I figured I had their quote and they knew what I needed done.
Apparently, I gave them way too much credit. Tuesday, May 26, I scheduled for the brake service, reminding them of the vehicle type and the quote they provided. We schedule for the following Monday, June 1. That's six days to get the parts and I advised I would wait while they completed to repair. So, I blocked out my whole morning. I show up for my 8am appointment and am initially told I was only scheduled for a brake flush, apparently the "manager" is unfamiliar with his own computer system, as it clearly included the front and rear pad and rotor replacement.
Meanwhile as I'm standing there while he takes multiple phone calls and fights with his computer mumbling that he doesn't want to order the wrong parts. Yes, the parts that should have been ordered six days prior. Somehow his inability to manage or order parts became my problem. And he begins lecturing me about some suspension parts sitting in his service bay, as if I caused them to be there. Now I won't go to any Mavis even for a tire. I drove to my regular mechanic, Tom **, who I should have gone to in the first place, and he will do the job for $400 less and reset my service monitor.

Worst customer service. Went in for an oil change. Staff was unclear in their “recommendations” and were rude and condescending. They recommended I have my tires rotated and I said yes, but they never did. When they brought my vehicle around and I saw, they told they couldn’t for the most ludicrous excuse I’ve ever heard of.
I asked for a report for my alignment because at that point I questioned that they even performed that work and was told that they couldn’t print it because they were “out of ink” and I was being hard to please. I don’t think that asking for copies of the receipts of work that was claimed to be done that I’m paying for is an unreasonable or large ask. Store manager called me and agreed they were out of ink and that he wasn’t sorry. The fact that he couldn’t think of or offer a contingency such as emailing or mailing the report at the very least shows me how they are run. Comely inept. Will never do business from this or any other Mavis location ever again.

They took us in earlier than my appointment and still got us out quickly. Tech even relearned the tire positions and we didn't even get tires rotated, just replaced one tire. Advisors were friendly and knowledgeable.

As happens often in the Austin area with all the construction going on, I ended up with a screw in my tire the other day. I have small children, including a newborn, so I don't have much time on my hands these days, but it couldn't have been easier or faster to get my tire patched and a new set of wiper blades installed. I got an appointment right away and they had me out of there within an hour. Shout out to Claudio who was extremely helpful and professional.
