Great people from start to finish. Even got a new roof with the project. Customer support was always available and knowledgeable. The total process was easy and resulted in a great system that should offset almost if not all of my power bill.

I had solar panels installed at my home in Bellevue, Washington through what was previously known as "Solgen". I reached out to them to inquire about installing a Battery and they told me they are now "Purelight power". I scheduled a consultation with them over the phone where I asked them how the batteries work, what is their life expectancy etc. I requested a quote for two different types of setup (two batteries vs a single battery and more solar panels) and they said they would be sending that over email prior to our next consultation. The day of the next consultation came and they had not sent that information.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, The install team was great, The electrician was great and answered any questions that I had, Rusti from the office kept me informed throughout the process, after everything was up and running Jonathan had a video call to go through any other questions that I might have.

We were extremely disappointed in the sheer lack of communication with this company! We jumped through all the hoops, got everything approved, then everyone dropped us the like a hot rock! After many weeks and weeks without a single call, text, or email. My husband who is a 77-year-old disabled vet, got sicker and sicker so we decided we don’t want to do business with them. Now they still want us to pay them! They did NOTHING but leave us hanging! I just need them to stop hounding us, it’s causing too much stress for my husband!

This company initially was easy to work with until after the install. My system didn't pass county inspection. I asked Purelight to come out to fix the issue. All I got was excuses as to why they couldn't. Several weeks later the system is still not repaired and I still don't have an answer as to when they will be coming out to fix it.
