Usually this pharmacy is prompt and has meds ready when they are scheduled. Today (Sunday) there was only one line cashier and we all waited 45 minutes in line. People walked away exasperated. My meds were supposed to be ready yesterday and she said they have not had time to count the pills and could I wait a while till they caught up!!?? No. I am a regular customer and this is not acceptable.

Have been coming here for years and this new pharmacist Christy making up rules. I have always been able to get my prescriptions 2 days before. She says it's always only been 1 day. But I made plans around this so I could pick up yesterday. I told her and showed her that I have always gotten 2 days before. Anyone someone do something about this or I will no longer come to Walmart pharmacy anymore. She needs to read her policy on her own damn job!

Went to pick up blood glucose strips for my father who is on Medicare. The tech looked up his name then told me he gets his off of the shelf and I should take them through the regular check out. I was later able to confirm with my father that these are covered by Medicare and he does not pay for them. I called the pharmacy and they confirmed that they had filled the prescription for them that same day. Meanwhile, I have non-returnable strips that I have paid for. Seriously, are they new to Medicare?

We had the most excellent service at the Barrie Walmart. The head Pharmacist (Angela), was very friendly and gave outstanding advice on changing drugs to a blister pack formula. We are so thankful to have Angela as our Pharmacist.

They were so helpful and communicative. They delivered the antibiotics I needed for my boy in less than 15 min of wait. Thank you team Walmart pharmacy. I did not have to wait for a long time. They asked me to wait and delivered my medication in a timely manner.

Worst Pharmacy Walmart Pharmacy on Hoosick Street. Do not go to them. They will make you pay for your prescription and tell you that they will give you a refund even though you’re waiting for a pre-authorization and then when it comes time to refund you, they tell you that they can’t do it. They just ripped me off for $233 and I did put a big complaint and corporate against him and I’m also getting a hold of a lawyer because this isn’t the first time that this has happened, so beware Walmart they will pay for your prescription while waiting for pre-authorization and tell you that they will refund your money when they know they never plan on doing so.
So because they told me that they were going to refund my money, I borrowed the money from my sister to get my prescription and now they’re not giving me the money back so now I’m out $233 and so is my sister. I have to figure out a way of coming up with that money to pay her back. Thanks to Walmart Pharmacy in Brunswick Plaza. Worst Pharmacy ever. Do not waste your time going there.

I have been using Walmart for a long time. After my insurance change 2 years back, I asked them if they accept the insurance. They said yes ... but it was half truth. They are not preferred provider. It was costing me 10 times more till I discovered they suppressed the truth.

Horrible, horrible place!!! They literally have no idea what they are doing and are easily the most rude people I have ever dealt with. They decided I was a drug addict because of the medication I was on and literally played games with filling and or truly had no clue what they were doing. Either way extremely rude and no compassion. In fact they are cocky and rude instead.

Should not be allowed to go against doctors orders/recommendations on prescriptions. Was denied service on doctor prescribed medication after they had filled it for 3 months, said they follow cdc GUIDELINES, not my doctor's ORDERS!

Walmart changed their policy from allowing you to refill an rx from 3 days before to one day. Unfortunately, they don't tell customers when they do that. To get an Rx. early I had to have my doctor call the pharmacist. And it was at the pharmacist's discretion whether he would fill it or not. How many hoops must a person jump through to get a simple refill? I have no control over my own health. My dr., the pharmacist, the insurance provider and the government make more decisions about my health than I do.

The Walmart employees are fantastic, but the automated system is the bane of my existence. Put it back the way it was before, because at least then it worked..speaking into the phone does not! Make the change

Josh was amazing. He took his time, made sure I had a clear understanding of my medication and also gave me the opportunity to speak with the pharmacist regarding my new medication. Josh made me feel like I was the only customer and not make me feel rushed. I transferred from CVS because I looking to feel human and counted for and Josh definitely deserves to be recognized for in all the ways he went above and beyond.

I have had terrible experiences with Walmart lately. First with the local pharmacist who filled my prescription wrong and then told me that I needed to buy a pill splitter and cut my time released medication down to the dose prescribed, and then there was Erica at customer service today. I called because WM canceled my large order saying it was "suspicious" so I assumed I could clear it up by calling them. With absolutely NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience Erica told me that I had to break it down and order one big thing A Day, that there is no way to place a large order. I said, "I can't believe you are doing this to me" ("you* of course meaning Walmart) and she snapped back at me "Excuse me?! I'm not doing Anything to you!" I found everything at Amazon at similar or Lower prices and they let me order it all at once and were polite like they appreciated my business.

I cannot stress the level of unprofessional and unethical pharmaceutical staff at my local Walmart store. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription from my Palliative care doctor for my pain medication for stage 4 cancer. Absolutely will never use them again and switch pharmacies.

In regards to Walmart in Concord N.H. They keep switching to more expensive manufacturers. One of my meds went from $15 to $45!! Another one from $1.07 to $7.50. A couple of dollars I understand, but this is ridiculous! So long Walmart!

When I attempted to have my prescription refilled the day that it was due, I was told that since I do telehealth with my doctor, rather than in person, they refused to fill it because they are being audited. I am left without my medication because of this.

My pharmacy is great, though it's quite a drive. For convenience, I decided to move my prescriptions to the Wal-Mart Pharmacy on Blackmon Road in Columbus, Georgia. My first visit will be my last. Hannah was condescending, dismissive, and rude. I relayed to her a conversation I had over the phone with another's staffer which explained exactly why I wasn't picking up a particular prescription. Hannah chastised me, a grown, educated woman. I was fuming! I immediately called my doctor's office and had my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy in the area. BTW Hannah some pharmaceutical companies DO OFFER DISCOUNT CARDS!

I can’t count how many times I’ve had issues with Walmart Pharmacy. I used to believe it was one particular story but now I realize, it’s probably some backwards protocol being employed. My life depends on certain types of medication and for the past year or so, every time I’ve gone to renew a prescription, I get the ring-around and it is never a smooth process. Just recently, I tried to renew one of the medications and was first told it was too soon and to wait a week (Jan. 15th). That day comes around and I renew again and get a notification that my medicine was ready so I go to the pharmacy and get told that it once again was too early and to wait another week (Jan. 22nd). I was annoyed because that was what I was told the week prior but figured it was an insurance issue (not the first time). So I wait til that date and then go to once again pick up my medicine after they sent yet another notification saying it was ready and was told it was out of stock.
At this point, I was very tired of this ordeal and figured this particular pharmacy was being extremely disingenuous. I requested to see if another store had my medicine in shock, which there was about 45minutes away. That Walmart Pharmacy said they would fill my entire prescription (3 boxes worth of medication) and would hold it priority. I was satisfied so I waited for that ready notification, which came around 6pm. Then I drove the 45 minutes to pick up my medicine, getting there right before closing. Then the pharmacy tech proceeded to only give me 1 of the 3 boxes. I was perturbed and said that I was told on the phone I’d get all 3 boxes. The pharmacy tech mumbled something about insurance rejecting my prescription but she did acknowledge I was supposed to receive 3.
I called the insurance company who said that there was no reason why Wal-Mart didn’t give me all my medicine unless they were actually out of stock. It is a never ending cycle of misinformation and being lied to by this company. They will tell you every excuse in the book, regardless the location and genuinely have zero clue what they are talking about. I can’t say enough how disappointed I am with Wal-Mart pharmacy and will certainly be switching.

Truly for the most part the staff and pharmacists at Walmart are phenomenal caring people. Unfortunately there is 1 pharmacist, a ** female 40s blondish brown hair who is just worthless! Horrible customer service and a complete ignorance on drug interactions and history. She would usually probably go unnoticed but unfortunately for her the rest of the staff at grant and alvernon are of such high regard her poor performance and knowledge shoves it pungent stank right in your face! I know this is a crooked pharmaceutical system but there is still room to be caring and helpful!!

Every prescription sent in from the Dr, they never have my medication in stock. Always out of stock and delays, delays, delays. The last prescription they filled last week was a partial prescription and when I came back to get the rest, because I have Medicaid, I have to wait until I am almost out. Went back today, 3 days early they said, still cannot get it. Not until the 6th... The day after I am out.

Based on what I’ve seen from my local Walmart pharmacy, they never fill prescriptions on time. There is ALWAYS some kind of delay. They treat people who are prescribed pain meds like they are drug addicts. The Pharmacist questions everything about your meds even though they are prescribed by a physician. They will give you the cheapest version of generic medication they can find just to save money. Meanwhile you are left to bear the pain! And Walmart wants to get into the medical field? God help us!

Do not use Walmart Pharmacy for prescriptions. They very rarely get my refills correct. They send me a text that refills are ready for pick then when I call to verify they say that there are no refills or it's a partial refill.

*Twice in one month, bought molded PPRJCK Cheese slice packages. Now today waited since 3pm until 612pm to have my prescription filled. Was only 2x diff small prescriptions from one MD's office & after driving approx 30miles, going to the bank & picking & eating a quick meal, it still wasn't ready & they asked for another 15min or more to fill it. Went shopping at HEB for a cart of groceries across the street & came back. Was finally done.
If you wanna invest half a day trying to get a few pills filled, go for it. Otherwise, stay away from Walmart. Old, outdated food products & lack of urgency in their 78223 location pharmacy, store 05245. Called customer service 800# to report issue twice & they dropped the line after 5min of trying to report issue. Cesar & Dannie were their names, sounded like young men who care less, as they hung up or kept placing me on hold instead of dealing with the issue. Beware Walmart, you're headed in the direction of Kmart with service & quality. HEB & other companies will likely take your place as none of your employees know about customer service.

She said, "No. Come back 2." I left, cried, daughter needed meds. I came back at 2, got meds and asked how I can change pharmacies.

My insurance switched me to Walmart mail order pharmacy and Walmart dropped the ball. They saw I was a new customer and never contacted me to make sure my information was correct. When I did not receive my medication I called and they said, "We see here where we were supposed to contact you and never did." They promised to overnight me my medicine and it never came. Called back 2 weeks later and they, "Sorry there was an issue with the insurance and we never called to get it fixed." Long story short do not trust Walmart with your mail order prescriptions.

I was a senior citizen customer of WalMart Pharmacy on 7th St Joplin Mo, and have been for two years, and I have no deductible policies but WALmart Pharmacy continued to charge me a service fee, I complained to the Missouri Attorney General's office and come to find out since I live in Kansas Walmart turned all my billing into KANCARE (I live in Kansas) thus Kancare the Medicaid supplemental paid for my prescriptions, which is odd, because Medicare is supposed to pay for the prescriptions, thus leaving me short on the bill and allowing Walmart Pharmacy to charge me a service fee, and any shortage was supposed to be covered by my United Health care, but Walmart Pharmacy would only submit to KANCARE, and I found out that KanCare paid faster. Well that left me owing WalMart Pharmacy money, all because Walmart wanted to be paid fast, and didn't care if I got billed. Walmart Pharmacy get only one star, no more.

I got a prescription for **. I'm type 2 diabetic. I waited almost two weeks until I called. It's been miserable since.. They claim after all these years of using Walmart, that they don't have my correct address. So they just dont care and don't fill it! They dont care if i have my medicine! They never called me, never contacted Me, and according to the pharmacist, would never be contacted for that! They didn't even know my prescription existed!
This is a major issue! What persons are in charge? Apparently not any with a thought process!! If you have problems, a true courtesy would be to resolve the issue!!! I guess its above the system they have in place. The issue and you'll love this, my address wasn't updated. My wife pays 400 a month for this insurance that doesn't update the spouses address, only the associate!! It has an address from 2015! Bottomline is I called needing it. They didn't know it existed!!! You'd think a pharmacies job would be caring for people's health. Not at Walmart.
