I tried to place an order using the app to have it delivered and was charged 3 different times and my order didn’t go through, I called the 1800 number and was told by a rep that it was an IT issue and my money was told be returned the following day because the order didn’t process. Next day there was no return of my money. I called again and the lady said she would put in a escalation ticket and my return would be processed within 48hrs and I would get an email, it’s been 48 hrs there is no email nor my money back. Upon searching I’m seeing I am not the only person this has been done to and I’m finding it very frustrating and deceitful and I will be reporting them to BBB. I wonder how many people they’ve done this to that never noticed it. Total scam. 10/10 don’t recommend ordering from Walgreens.com or their app.

Walgreens on Elysian Fields and Gentility Blvd. NOLA has the worst customer service in Pharmacy that I have ever experienced. If you need an expensive brand name drug, they send you to another location in an upscale neighborhood because all they carry is the low end drugs based on what the customers in that area can afford. You can never wait for anything to be filled and the time they tell you to come back is never accurate. When you get back, they tell you hurry up and wait while they work on it. It is ridiculous. So I tried calling before I went back and they let the phone ring until it rolls over to another department.
When you ask to speak to a PHARMACY OR STORE MANAGER, I’ve had cashiers or whomever answers the phone pretend to be the Manager. The whole store is a joke with NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER!!!! They hang up on you or put you on hold WITHOUT RETURNING. If you call back they don’t answer because they have Caller ID and recognize your number. I proved this by calling back on another phone and was answered. The whole staff should be fired….

Doctor ordered two prescriptions but when I called the pharmacy I canceled one because they were twice as expensive as CVS. My daughter went to pickup my one script but she was charged for two including the one I canceled. I demanded my money back but they refused stating policy doesn’t allow refunds on prescriptions. Refused to respond to the canceled prescription being filled. Pharmacist would not speak to me and hid in the back. I will not be scammed by a desperate pharmacy that is about to go under.

The pharmacy needs major help. I have been hung up on and currently I should be next in line but have been waiting 45 minutes. They need to hire more people so pharmacists can fill prescriptions. I hate this pharmacy but it is the only one nearby. Others have gone out of business.

WG in Mesa Arizona at McKellips Rd. & Lindsay RD. is (in my opinion) the worst pharmacy that could be. Been using them for about 5 years and very few times have I received my pain meds on time. Last week, when it was not filled on time, I finally got a phone call thru to them. I asked where is my monthly pain meds and the response was they forgot to order it. Order it (in caps), I have had you fill this prescription for approximately 60 times. Every 30 days, like the Government mandates. I even ask for it to be filled 3 or 4 days in advance because I realize your incompetence. I am about to move to Walmart, next door. WG's most have a sorry pay scale and can't get competent help or there must be a real ** running the place. Now I feel better, until next month when we do it all over again. (PS, adding a receipt at the bottom, is not optional).

There is an epidemic in the retail world and the pharmacy at Walgreens is not immune. Rather than owning mistakes and apologizing as grownups should and do, it is more likely to receive bluster, excuses, and blame it on someone else, even the customer. It’s absurd and akin to talking to an irresponsible, irrational juvenile at times. This behavior needs to stop across the board. Grow the hell up and own your errors.

The pharmacy in Dover, NH closes at 7. I was unable to get there by that time. I ordered my prescription to be delivered using the card on file. They were not able to use the card on file and unable to take the information over the phone. The "girl" on the phone was rude and inexperienced. I transferred my services to Rite Aid.

Washington NC Walgreens needs to be under investigation. They're never stocked on prescriptions. They OFTEN have no pharmacist on duty. In a large senior population this is absurd. Seniors are getting notices to pick up their meds and drive over there or send a family member and signage says no pharmacist on duty. On Tuesday! You should be ashamed. Half filled scripts are another problem. This is poor management at best and discriminatory to senior population.

I used to support Walgreens. It was a great store to pick up a variety of items. The quick turnaround time of refilling prescriptions was excellent. I have noticed over the past year that my local Walgreens now takes at least 3 days to refill a prescription. It comes from a distribution center and not at their location. It never used to be this way. Their prices are really high now, on everything. They have become the most expensive place to get prescriptions from. I am now looking at other options. No wonder this company is closing over 1000 stores. They are too expensive and people are looking elsewhere.
When I called my local Walgreens today to find out when my prescription would be ready, as I had called the refill in before 8 a.m. 3 days ago. The person I spoke with was rude and told me that's just the way it is and kept telling me I'd be notified when it was ready for pick up. This is actually the first rude person I've spoken with at this branch. However, I am not convinced that my call wasn't transferred to a call center. I'm disappointed by this negative turn in customer service and the high prices. They will be losing customers, which means my local Walgreens may close also.

The pharmacy is simply too busy! So the customer suffers! Your doctor will send over a new prescription. No way you will get it same day! Never! Be prepared for multiple days to wait! My local W G. Was out of my regular prescription (ten years plus). The pharmacist said I could call other Walgreens to see if they gave it/rather than check the inventory electronically via a computer. His solution was for me to call around! Just go somewhere else!

The Walgreens Pharmacy based on family experience with them for about seven years at their Southern Highlands location is the most unprofessional, incompetent, lazy, inefficient pharmacy that we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The latest incident was when our family Doctor sent them a prescription for ** for my wife. She is 83 and has disabilities so we sent our son to pick up the prescription for her.
On two visits there, he was told that they didn't have the prescription and that ** could be bought over the counter for $20. We have Medicare, Tricare and our Doctor sent a prescription for ** which would be charged to either Medicare or Tricare. Why didn't they say that they would call our Doctor if the problem was a missing prescription, or tell us they were out of stock if that was the problem? Instead, some pharmacy clerk gives us an off the cuff remark that we can buy ** over the counter for $20! So what - if I have a valid Doctor's prescription and I've got Medicare and Tricare coverage, why would I disregard the prescription and dig into my pocket to pay for something for which I'm already covered and have a prescription? This is totally rude and inconsiderate of the patient and their health needs. The Walgreens which is the subject of this complaint is located in the Southern Highlands Shopping Center of Southwest Las Vegas.

Received a phone call from customer service and they were nice. They promised a call from the local store. I received a phone call from the local store manager with nothing but excuses. Very protective of his staff and poor customer service. Making me wait a week to receive my diabetic medicine. Followed up with customer service and received a response stating another manager would call which never happened.

What a mess. Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently they allow multiple accounts to be generated when a slight change is made by med providers. I have prescriptions that never show on my app regardless of how many pharmacy managers merge them. I can’t use delivery services without the app. Can’t order. I’m done. Had my dr send new scripts to Publix! So excited to be done with Walgreens!!!

Worst customer service ever. The pharmacist do not care about the patients who need medications. It’s nearly impossible to speak to a pharmacist, much less get the pharmacy to answer the telephone. Moving to CVS after using Walgreens for 15 years. You can speak with a pharmacist with one ring at CVS.

If I had a choice of pharmacies Walgreens will be my last option but unfortunately, I don’t have an option since my insurance will only cover Walgreens. This pharmacy requires a 2-3 hours wait to fill a prescription. My prescription was for 21 tablets of **. I waited for 3 and returned to the pharmacy just to find out that I had to wait another 45 min for them to fill my prescription. At that point, I went over to CVS and paid in full for the prescription but CVS did it in 15 minutes. This is not the first time that Walgreens did this.
I really wish I had a choice of pharmacy with my insurance but I don’t. I’m tired of Walgreens' lack of empathy and care for patients in need of their medication. This store is located in Brookhaven, PA. The best way to get meds from this pharmacy is if you give them 2 days to fill your prescription and about 6 before you go there call them and let them know that you are on your way and even then be prepared to be wait some more after you get there. Hopefully, this review will help someone make a good decision about your pharmacy needs.

They have quite a scam going on with the BOGO items, first went to get some glucosamine, the big bottle was buy one get one free, only one bottle, this was early AM, the gal said they never have more than one of those in stock. So didn't buy anything. Bought it somewhere else where they did have BOGO and plenty in stock.
Next month on senior day went to buy some CoQ10, the one I saw online (and in stock at this store) was nowhere in existence. So tried to buy another brand, BOGO again and actually had 2, wouldn't take my OTC card. So didn't buy anything, the gal said I could buy it online and senior day was good for several days that way. Went online, the one I wanted was BOGO, but only ONE in stock at my store. The next day it said the same. So not shopping there anymore, and won't be getting my Rx there either.

1560 US HWY Williamston NC 27882. RFN# **. I am having a tremendous amount of pain and suffering from past visits to this pharmacy. If it's not one thing it's another. Everything was great before these two new employees started. It's almost as if they own the place, even seems the pharmacist is afraid of them considering the fact I spoke to her and everything was fine on my status of being a customer of Williamston Walgreens, even tho Mrs. ** told me I was not to have any more prescriptions filed there. Mind you, this is like no other Walgreens in the history of Walgreens. One pharmacist, closed on the weekends, opens at 10 and closes at 6 everyday but some how still needs a 2 hour lunch break in between and 6-7 employees to run the place.
Okay so first I'd like to start with the amount of times I had been given partial scripts knowing they needed to order more of the medication. I've always been nice and calm and patient despite how many times my prescriptions are always always messed up every single time. So the last prescription before this one, I was yelled at and accused of taking too much medicine, she's shouting at me that I was lying to them and I should still have meds.... why? Because I'm Being given partial scripts and she is too negligent to figure that out herself so she speaks to pharmacist that's I had never seen there before but once.. she comes walking back to the front head down, the man pharmacist told her I was right obviously and she did not apologize or anything mind you of how humiliated I am literally about to cry.
Before I left I was told I was not to have anything filled there again. The next prescription was accidentally sent there by my doctor. I decided to speak to the pharmacist and find out what I had done to be declined service and she told me nothing just a limited supply on one of the medications and others were fine today the same "girls" I know misha's name told me I thought I told you I won't filling any of your prescriptions., pharmacist comes over, and I explain not what you told me and she fills it and says this is the last time like she's afraid of "Meisha". I'm having anxiety and panic attacks now over the humiliation I've acquired not one time but two.

If you want a garbage pharmacy this is it. You call get a recording saying call later and are hung up on. Called hours later. Same thing. Went to pick up prescription. I was the only one in line. 2 clerks behind counter. Small ** guy with glasses closed gate and told me lunch time with me standing there. Experience has shown the manager of store and pharmacist allow this kind of thing every day but this was ridiculous. This pharmacy has taken abusing customers to a new level. A pharmacy not run by the pharmacist but the techs. Can't supply receipt to verify my review due to not getting my prescription.

This company, or at least the Novi, MI location is deceptive, and engaged in false advertising. I searched online for a product before heading to the store. The site indicated the product was in stock, I could even order online for in-store pickup. My husband drove to the store and was sold a different product. When he returned home with the wrong item, I called the store to determine the best remedy. I spoke to someone who said her name was Kim. I requested that she check if the item was indeed in the store.
I was informed that it wasn't in front of her. She then assured me that they would correct it when he returned. After getting back in the car and driving back there, he was informed that they didn't have it in stock. And was not in any way going to compensate him for his time, or inconvenience. When he stated what was on the website, he was told, "Oh that's wrong sometimes." This is called bait and switch and false advertising. This company or at least this location should be held accountable for their unethical practices.

Just left Walgreens 6300 Pearl Rd, Parma Hts, OH 44130 due to the Head Pharmacist and Employees not doing their job and saying it's not their job when other Pharmacies do it. The Head P was so rude and disregarding, it's disgusting. I'm talking about: Contacting doctor when scripts need more refills or when a Prior Authorization is need for Ins. or even if doctor accidentally calls into wrong Pharmacy to call the wrong Pharmacy instead of telling me I have to call them to cancel. This is just some of the issues I had in the past year.

I'm getting sick and tired of Walgreens pharmacies. There is poor communication, prescriptions are not ready on time and staff are only inconsistently helpful. On three separate occasions I received text messages from Walgreens saying my prescription is ready to pick up. When I get to the pharmacy they have no record of a prescription being ready. Another example is the credit card that I have on file. Again on three different occasions they say they could not charge the credit card on file.
On each occasion I have asked them to update the credit card information. They supposedly go through a process but the next time I try to pick up prescriptions and charge it to the card on file I get the same message that it can't be processed. To me this is inexcusable, especially in a computer age in the 21st century. I don't know whether this is a technical issue or a staff training and incompetence issue at the corporate or low-level. I just know that I'm getting tired of the incompetence and poor customer service and I will no longer use Walgreens as my pharmacy

Walgreens in general is great. My issue is the Walgreens on Red Bud Road in Calhoun, GA. Their store employees and managers get a big ole thumbs down for customer service. The word NO must be in the training format 100x’s. They are so unhelpful and unwilling to clean up their own mistakes. I stay away from this location but needed a few things and it’s conveniently on my way home. I’ll never make that mistake again. Customers are important. But you wouldn’t know it here.
