Bought a Sectional Sofa through VCF furniture store 51 St Mathews Louisville, and delivery was on 7/30 through UST (A unprofessional logistic Company). One of the bad delivery company I have ever come across, two men. Unprofessionals. They were in a hurry. Delivered my sofa and trying to get into my house and damaged my entire dry wall, and I return the sofa since they did a damage, I lost the sofa and damaged my wall through this UST company and promise that they will fix the wall, finally UST a so called logistic company denied my claim, Nobody in this earth will allow anybody to damage a house, and the guy asking me if I want to go for a legal. VCF refunded Sofa money but the damaged wall I need to fix and nobody from VCF helped me to get this sorted out. Everybody passing to somebody but the end NObody helped, SO NEVER EVER GO THROUGH UST DELIVERIES or VCF. Anything happen you won't get nothing paid.

We ordered furniture back in May and paid cash. It was supposed to be delivered in August. They called last week to tell us it would at least be October before we could get the furniture. We told them we want to cancel our order and receive a refund. They told us they can't cancel an order or issue a refund in the store. We have to wait for a manager to call us. So, three months later we still don't have furniture or our $3,500. I will never shop there again.

We returned on set and got a new car me to be told they will not do that again. The new one had issues also, tried to use the warranty on it to reclining part of the chairs and kept being hot with issue after issue to only be told out claim aged out. I am in a wheelchair & my husband was having surgery. The recliners at our house were manual & I wanted to find a recliner that was powered so it would be easier for him to operate. Because I couldn't drive, I called Elizabeth at our local store & she handled my purchase over the phone! I was able to see what I ordered, view the receipt, sign for the purchase.

Unfortunately, the day it was to be delivered, someone called & said my chair had not arrived with the deliveries from the warehouse. It would be next week before it would come. I was so upset because my husband was coming home the next day from hip replacement surgery. I thought he would have to lay in the manual recliner & I was worried he would hurt himself using his legs to push the foot rest down.

Enter Karen, one of the store's managers. I don't know what magic she worked but she found a chair & got it delivered the next day so it was waiting for my husband when my daughter brought him home from surgery! My husband loved the chair & was so grateful for the power recline. The visiting therapists commented on how nice it looked & that it was good for him to have it. We are so grateful to Value City & to Karen & Elizabeth who went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure we got what we wanted & had it when we needed. THANK YOU!

First of all we waited almost 3 months for Value City to complete our order. We only received 2 out of 3 pieces of our sectional couch to begin with. Now all the features are coming out of the cushions and poking through the cushion covers. The material is like a magnet for pet hair, you can’t remove it with a lint roller or vacuum. When we tried utilizing the warranty we purchased and they told us they didn’t manufacture the piece so they weren’t responsible for it. Almost every part of this deal was bad. Not to mention we way overpaid for this complete piece of crap!

This furniture has been a nightmare. Promised my furniture in 2 weeks by salesman, turned in to over 2 months. A section was damaged, repairman came out, couldn’t fix, needed to be replaced, replacement came after waiting for them to find one delivered wrong piece. Was called and told they were looking for a replacement. This was in November 2024, finally delivered July 3, 2025. Found 2 cigarette lighters in the wiring compartment where the dust cover was not tacked, like someone pulled it apart. Customer service rep insisted that I was lying because it was new furniture from the factory and they don’t deliver used furniture. LIARS.

My sister purchased furniture and it smelled strong of cigarette smoke and they had to replace it all SO who was smoking in the warehouse, everyone all day? Some reps were ok but I refuse to be insulted again from corporate. The worst thing is the piece delivered on the 3 had ants in it don’t sit on the furniture only when company and surprise ants on the piece delivered. I AM SO DONE. If Value City brings furniture in your home, have them turn it upside down and inspect it thoroughly, especially if it is dark furniture like mine. Better yet, go somewhere else. I wish I had.

I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemies! I don’t have enough time to state every issue I have had, but It was nothing but problems and ZERO communication! My biggest issue was the delivery driver telling me to open my door because they can hear voices in my house, he has a ton of deliveries and doesn’t have time for this. Mind you they showed up at my house 1:30pm when my window was 3:00-7:00pm. Told him over the phone to get off my property because I was not home. Then he came back at 3 after they told me they canceled my delivery after that guy had words with my neighbor. I am now 10 weeks out from when I ordered, I do not have one piece of furniture in my house. Excuse they have is that it is a “new” warehouse and they have nothing but issues. So a corporate company knows they have issues, says it to the customers and still does nothing about it. This is why corporations are HORRIBLE!!!

It is now the end of June and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Now we are looking at August. I called corporate and the person I talked to actually laughed at me when I said I will be returning the table if they continue delaying my order. We have been very patient with the whole process until my conversation with this rude and unhelpful person from the corporate office. I will never do business with VCF again.

Unfortunately, we didn't experience superior service. We pre ordered some leather hartley sectional pieces from Dylan at Eastgate. As part of the deal we struck with him was to have the other couch picked up that was just delivered by them as it clearly wasn't as advertised. I had to call next next day and spoke with Yvonne to arrange the pickup and finalize the new purchase, I spent over 3 hours making phone calls to her trying to make sure she was taking care of business for us. She's very slow and said she was the only one there today and had a lot to do that day. Well, I'm the one who actually had to make the calls and take care of it because every time I'd call back, she acted confused and wasn't on it.

Several days later, I called Kyle, the assistant manager, and he had to call Springdale to set up the return because she didn't set it up nor follow up like she said she would. A couple of days later, on delivery day, the delivery teams show up and begin to physically roll our 3 boxes through the wet grass and down the driveway, and walkways end over end. In shock, luckily, I had taken a video of this. Boxes were destroyed by the time they made it to our door. I'm pretty skinny myself as I have lymphoma but I had to help one of the guys bring in the last box a few more feet into our home as the other driver quit, gave up and walked off.

We had some real damage to the frames. In addition the walls in the hallway were damaged by the delivery helper guy tossing the returned couch down the stairs. The head driver admitted his helper had a "bad attitude" and didn't want to help. I sent in the video and photos to Eastgate and Springdale stores to let them know what happened. The Eastgate manager lady reviewed the video evidence and called me back. She wanted to set up a whole new delivery. I said let's hold off until I can inspect everything. She said she would have a sit down meeting with her staff and discuss my particulars, the unacceptable tossing of 3 couch boxes down our driveway, the damage to our walls and bent frames with them and call me back the following day with a resolution and or compensation to satisfy us 100 percent.

So far, we've never heard back from anyone at Eastgate! Our salesman never followed up since we last saw him in the showroom either. He never even shook our hands after completing the sale. I had to walk back over to him and extend my hand and say thanks. This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I can not recommend this establishment based upon our experience. Thanks.

Purchased 2 floor models from the CLEARANCE section of the store. Both pieces had expected minor defects but easily overlooked. Received excellent services and prices marked way down for buying demos. Arranged for delivery but had to wait 10-days for delivery. Received updates via email but on the date of delivery, I took the day off from work and nothing was delivered. When I called the store, I was initially told that my items "did not arrive with the shipment". Sounded very much like a standard "go-to" response. When I explained that the items were clearance models that were currently on the showroom floor I was then put on a very long hold, and finally, the operator came back and told me that the items had not been picked up for delivery that morning.

When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that she would "see if the manager wanted to talk to me", which I thought was a rather unusual and rude response. When the manager got on the line, he was very apologetic for the situation and explained that the shipping department had failed to load this furniture on the delivery truck that morning but he was unsure, why that occurred. He offered to look into the situation and said that he would be in the store in the morning and would give me a call to arrange another delivery date when I asked if the delivery date would be tomorrow. He was unable to provide that. I didn't answer at all. Needless to say after 10-days of waiting, I am less than happy with the follow-up of this particular store. It seems that they are quick to make the sale but rather slow to follow up on anything else with the same degree of service.

Needless to say, after 2 wasted days off a canceled very important eye de appointment. (I'm a glaucoma patient.) 2 times they were supposed to deliver and didn't, on the third time they bring everything but the bed. But they got a new delivery system. (So that's my problem). I spent a decent amount of money there in the last month. Purchased a dining room set also. I have gotten nothing but sorry its this new delivery system. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. If there was a way to give them a negative star rating, I would in a heartbeat. This has been the absolute worst experience of my life—completely unprofessional, disgraceful, and utterly unacceptable. We invested a significant amount of money in high-end furniture—dining table, sofa set, side tables, center tables, and more—hoping for a smooth and respectable service. We placed our order on 24th March with a promised delivery date of 24th April. We were patient and understanding, but what happened on the delivery day was a nightmare. They showed up with just one piece of furniture and had the nerve to tell us the rest would arrive only on 30th May—an entire month later! The sheer audacity and lack of responsibility are mind-boggling.

And if that wasn’t enough, when we checked the status on 29th May, we found out the entire delivery is now delayed until 25th June—without a single update or apology. Their complete disregard for customer trust, their blatant disrespect, and their utter failure to communicate are beyond disgusting. This company is a joke—an unprofessional, unreliable, and shamelessly irresponsible disgrace. I am beyond disappointed, frustrated, and furious. Let me make this crystal clear: **Do NOT** waste your time, money, or patience on these people. They will only leave you disappointed, frustrated, and completely disillusioned. Stay far away—save yourself from the frustration and heartbreak.

JUST DONT BUY FROM VCF!! This has to be the worst experience! We've been waiting 6 months for replacement furniture. Very expensive furniture, may I add, that we've been paying on for 6 months now! Original salesperson Anna ** sold us the sectional on 11.30.24. Delivery was about 1 weeks out. Sectional arrived with damage. We complained about the damage and sent Greg **, Store Manager, pictures via text. He then, via text promised to replace the whole 7 piece set rather than just the damaged pieces. Greg, via text, explained that way the furniture wears evenly.

Initially, Greg was very helpful. We quickly discovered that the store and the delivery company DO NOT communicate. No one at the store ever answers the phone and we do not have or have ever had a direct number to the delivery company. We have now had 7 failed deliveries, 7 days missed from work and 7 times we were told to refuse the delivery because it's 7 times where they bring partial replacements and not the whole sectional.

Greg Initially claimed to correct the issue but failed each time. As our frustrations grew Greg began to communicate less and refused to give us discounts to offset the payments we were making on this damaged set. We attempted to reach corporate with no response back. We told Greg ** that we reached out to corporate and at that point he stopped responding to our calls and texts. We have been told that giving out regional manger names/numbers is prohibited. On the final delivery attempt, 2 pieces were to arrive, the delivery men complained to Salesman Amir, due to concerns that the delivery was incomplete. Amir is now the only one who responds to our concerns, understands our frustration and is trying to correct the issue going above and beyond. Amir has expressed fear of losing his job since the floor manager threatens him when he states he is trying to help customers.

We are stuck with damaged goods, a store manager that won't assist anymore, prohibited in contacting corporate, sales team that fear losing their jobs, loss of wages and a company that is completely unresponsive. STAY AWAY FROM VALUE CITY FURNITURE! They want that commission and then could care less about customer satisfaction. We are appalled at this service. We have a sectional we are dissatisfied with and a hefty monthly payment.

Made a purchase in your Waldorf, MD store. I was provided with an actual delivery date, May 10th; to find out on the day of delivery, they did not have all my items, and my delivery was cancelled with no calls or explanation provided over the phone. I arrived at the store and requested to speak with the Store Manager (Sarah). Sarah came from her office after me waiting for several minutes, with an arrogant attitude. I explained to Sarah what had taken place but, from my understanding she was already aware. She explained to me that my delivery date was not official anyways and I will now have to wait until July for my entire order to be available for delivery.

I asked her why I was provided with an actual delivery date at the time of purchase and why wasn't I notified of the missing items before the delivery and she stated, "I'm not sure but, nobody should have given you no specific delivery date." As I am explaining to her that this is an urgent matter, she continued to be rude and shut down all my request and options. She continued to state, "I can't promise you another date even if you do purchase other items that are in stock." She continued to state, "I don't know what to tell you." As a manager, she should have had more information to provide on the management level and could have offered me an apology first and foremost. I then asked for a refund. She then proceeds to not want to explain how the refund will be processed back to my credit card.

I'm an elder woman (senior over 70), my daughter was there to assist with the matter and Sarah was rude to her the entire time. Every time my daughter would chime to ask a question, Sarah would cut her off and say, "I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to her (referencing me)." My daughter even tried to explain my credit receipt to me and Sarah snatched it out her hand and stated, "This is not yours, this is hers (referencing me)." She continued to be arrogant and rude the entire time to me and my daughter. This is the worst experience I have ever had while purchasing furniture. I'm giving two stars because the salesperson was very helpful and apologetic for the experience I had at the end. He's also a good salesperson even though Sarah tried to place blame on him as much as she could.

We arrived home late on 5/5/25 to a voicemail stating our order for delivery was cancelled because we "didn't confirm our delivery date". There is nothing on the receipt stating this, nor in their terms on the back of the receipt. We attempted to contact customer service, and received none. The time to wait on hold is a minimum of 30-40 minutes. After a while, you can leave your phone number for them to call you back. 24 hours later, still no phone call.

Then we went back to the store, where they stated "you were told at time of purchase they would call to confirm". Both my wife and I were there and neither of us heard this comment. Why isn't this in writing anywhere!!!! We were treated as the bad guys because we were upset. Absolutely NO customer service. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from Value City Furniture. We were told at the store that our delivery was rescheduled for 5/20/25. How about that! The store knows, but nobody told us, the customer, of the new delivery date. Stayed tuned people. This was by far the worst experience I have ever faced when it came to furniture shopping. I went into the Newport News, Virginia location with the expectation of purchasing a living room and bedroom set for my new home. Upon arrival, I was met by a salesman named Patrick. He was attentive in assisting me with applying for leasing so that we could determine my budget. That process went smoothly, and we began looking for furniture within my price range. After about two hours, I found a bedroom set and a living room set that I absolutely loved.

I informed Patrick that I would be completing two separate transactions—my mom would be paying cash for some of the furniture, and I would put the remaining amount on lease. My mom was out of town at the time but told Patrick she’d return the next day to pay for the living room set. Everything seemed settled. However, when we returned the next day, I was informed that the ottoman from the living room set had been sold to someone else. I was told I could either purchase the remaining pieces or choose something else entirely. This was infuriating—especially because I had a printed receipt and had made it clear I’d be returning the next day. I had already browsed the store and knew there was nothing else I liked within my budget.

The manager then stepped in and instructed Patrick to contact other stores to locate the ottoman, because at first Patrick claimed it was discontinued. Eventually, they found one, and we moved on to scheduling the delivery. I made it very clear that I work weekdays and needed a Saturday delivery. Since my items were coming from two different locations, we agreed on April 19th, which gave me enough time to prepare my new home.

As the date approached, they attempted to schedule the delivery for April 15th—a weekday, which I had explicitly said would not work. When I called the store to correct this, the customer service representative hung up on me. I had no choice but to drive to the store in person. After multiple phone call attempts, that’s when the manager, Michael, told me—just two days before the expected delivery—that my furniture had ended up on the wrong truck and wouldn’t be delivered for another month.

The amount of phone calls back and forth was completely unacceptable. With every call, there was always another delay or problem, and no real accountability. When I finally went to the store after being hung up on, Michael assured me in person—around April 10th—that everything would be handled. He described the situation as a "code red" and said that if he had to use a third-party company to ensure delivery, he would. But it became clear that this promise was not about fixing the issue—it was simply to avoid having to issue me a refund and to ensure Patrick didn’t lose his commission. Despite this assurance, two days later I received a call informing me that my furniture had been placed on the wrong truck going in the wrong direction, and the next available delivery date would be closer to May.

I asked if I could just have the floor model since I had already paid and waited. Patrick then informed me that he sold the floor model to someone else. I found this completely unacceptable—I had made my purchase a month prior and should have been the priority. Instead, they tried to push me into choosing from four alternative sets, none of which I liked. They even called another customer to ask if they’d be willing to choose something else so I could have the set I originally picked. As compensation for the hassle, I was told I would receive half off my bedroom dresser and mirror. I have since received the items—but I have not received the promised compensation.

On delivery day, I was given a time window of 10 AM to 1 PM. The first truck arrived with only my bed, mattress, and bunkie board—no dresser, no mirror, and of course, no living room set. I called Patrick, who told me the rest would be delivered by another company and gave me their contact info. I called, and they told me the window was 12 PM to 6 PM. They didn’t show up until exactly 6 PM.

What happened next was the most disrespectful and stress-inducing part of the entire ordeal. The delivery men struggled to get the couch into my apartment, and I suggested a simple solution: ask my neighbor to open her door to give them extra clearance. At first, they pushed back and insisted it couldn’t be done and threatened to just take the couch back to the store. I ended up knocking on my neighbor’s door myself and explaining the situation. Once she kindly opened her door, my neighbor, her mother, and I had to take the lead in figuring out how to maneuver the couch in.

Although the delivery men did eventually help us ladies move the furniture, it was clear through their body language and tone that they did not want to—they acted irritated, dismissive, and unwilling the entire time. One of them even called his boss to say it couldn’t be done, even as we were proving otherwise. Once inside, they set the couch up backward and gave me an attitude when I asked them to fix it. They also placed my dresser in the wrong location, despite my clear instructions. To make matters worse, one of the drivers then told me that the store staff had referred to me as “hell” behind my back. That level of disrespect is beyond unprofessional—it’s completely unacceptable. I was being labeled simply for refusing to accept poor service and for insisting on the treatment any paying customer deserves.

This entire experience has left me appalled, disrespected, disappointed, and beyond frustrated. I spent $2,900 in cash and another $2,100 on lease, and yet I was treated as if I was a burden for expecting things to go as promised. Even after my grandmother experienced a similarly bad situation—where they sold her layaway bedroom set to someone else—I gave this store a chance. That was clearly a mistake. Patrick may have done well during the sales process, but when it came to handling the business side, he was completely lost, needing constant help from his manager. I would absolutely not recommend this store to anyone. For the amount of money spent, this level of service is outrageous. At the very least, I deserve compensation for the unnecessary stress, disrespect, and time I lost throughout this ordeal.

I called to confirm my pick up for tomorrow and after putting me on hold several times, I am told my product is somewhere in ST louis and I can go get it there. Ridiculous. Then told they can get it delivered here in Illinois on May 21st this is April 29th???? General manager was too busy to talk to me in person, or show any care, even though they was in background leading the phone person. I asked for district Manager number, guess what did not have that either. Would not recommend this company to anyone, big mistake coming to this place.

Extremely disappointing experience with Value City Furniture - Argyle Village, a local franchise store for American Signature Furniture. Our initial delivery was canceled without any prior notice, despite confirming the date several days in advance. Reached out to corporate and they directed me back to store and to direct concerns up chain of command through regional manager before they would intervene or address the situation. In total, we experienced four delivery cancellations. Communication was absent at first and then poor and misguided or detached, with the delivery and sales departments shifting blame and advising us to disregard the official tracking information via web portal link provided on purchase receipt. At one point, the delivery operations manager proposed sourcing a missing item from another customer’s order, which raised serious ethical concerns.

Subsequent cancellations were allegedly attributed to DOT restrictions involving their third-party carrier, even though our delivery date had been pre-scheduled. The delivery store manager showed little empathy and offered repeated excuses rather than solutions. Despite multiple requests with both sales (Matthew T.) & delivery store manager (Lorin M.) to speak with regional manager (Jessica **), we received no call from her. Overall, the lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable in regard to Value City Furniture - Argyle Village. It’s also clear that customer care and responsibility are not priorities for this American Signature Furniture company and what it represents.

I bought several pieces of furniture from Value City Furniture in December 2024, including two sofas, tables, and a dining set. They promised to deliver everything within two months, but after four months, only part of the order arrived — the two sofas were missing. Despite many phone calls and visits to the store, no one could explain what happened to the sofas. I was promised a $200 compensation and a refund for the missing items, but I received neither. This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The staff were unprofessional and disorganized. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Purchased a Sofa from Value City and in 8mths it had to be replaced because it was garbage. I was dumb enough to go back and buy a Dining Room Set. It was delivered and 3 chairs were broken, sent those back with delivery. I was called and told that my sofa and chairs were going to be delivered together, didn't happen. Was called again with a delivery date, left work only for the delivery guy to tell me he only had the Sofa....

I called and asked where the chairs were and their answer was, "WE DON'T KNOW! After keeping me on hold for 20 minutes she comes back on to to give me another delivery date. I have had this Dining Set for over a month with only 3 chairs supposed to have six. Set another date for 3 weeks later.... If those chairs are not here in the time they are supposed to be I can guarantee you that I will drive that table and chairs to that store and sit in front of that store and tell anyone that wants to listen not to buy from Value City. Worst Experience I ever had!!!! Stay Away....

No phone call, just never showed during the promised window. I even said I would take one of the two floor units in the store. They refused. Finally demanded a refund! This is a poorly run company with zero customer service!! DON’T DO BUSINESS AT VCF!! Not enjoyable spending hard earned $ with dishonest people like this!!

Be careful when purchasing warranty plans on furniture. VCF has apparently has a new company doing warranty services, and they deny everything. Never had a problem with VCF about furniture repairs or warranty issues before this past year, now I can't get any help. Warranties under this new service seem to be a waste of money.

Value City Furniture sold me a sectional couch, in the matter of three years of owning the couch, the furniture had to be repaired three times, the springs from the bottom of the couch broke through the bottom of the couch. After the fourth time of the couch having to be repaired, I requested for it to be replaced rather than repaired because it's clearly a manufacturer's defect. They refused to replace that section of the couch even though when I purchased the couch I was told that if the couch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced. Yet, they tell me over the phone that the protection plan is for repair not replacement. Not only are they are dishonest, but they were extremely rude over the phone!!! Do not waste your time purchasing furniture from this company, it's poorly made, and they have people working in customer service who should not be talking to customers!!! They do not even deserve the 1 Star I gave them!!

Value City Furniture company is horrible. Stay away from them. Endless excuses and delays on furniture delivery. Ordered furniture in December 2024 and still not delivered four months later April 2025. They delayed the delivery of our bed frame and dining table multiple times. Promised the dining table would be at the store for pick up on April 8, 2024. We called to confirm but was told it was delayed another two weeks. Finally, cancelled the orders of all outstanding item. We will buy our necessary items from a reputable furniture company.

When I tell you to avoid purchasing anything from this store, I mean every word of it. If I would have known what I know now, I would have never clicked the purchase button. Here is my horror story, filled with 100% truth. I found some chairs on the value city website that I absolutely loved around February 17th. I think it was a Presidents’ Day sale so I figured I better buy now than later. I made the purchase, and was told that they could not give me a delivery date but would contact me as soon as the products were available and read to be shipped. I said okay, that’s not a problem. Weeks went by and I heard nothing from VC. Remind you, VC had deducted the funds from my account so these clowns had the money, but did not send me my purchase or any notifications about my purchase. So before getting upset, I reached out to them to ask about my purchase.

Their chat function is just as horrible because they treat you less than like you have spent over $1,000 with them so when I asked them about my purchase, they told me they didn’t know much because it was a “direct ship” or something like that delivery and I would hear from the shipping company when the items are ready to ship. I was so confused but said okay. More weeks passed and still nothing. So I did some research and reached out to the shipping company myself and was told my items would arrive in 2 days. I was shocked because here it was I had to contact them and ask instead of them reaching out to me.

Fast forward, the items arrived and looked horrible. The legs to the chairs were discolored, looking as if someone spray painted some parts of the legs while leaving other parts undone. The chair had horrible scratches because they decided to send the chairs with their tags stapled on them, damaging the fabric, and the thread was coming apart. I was livid. So I contacted VC and was initially told someone would come out to inspect, but that then changed to the manufacturer stating they would give me an insulting refund to keep the chairs or I could return the chairs at my own expense AND pay a 15% restocking fee. So I have to not only purchase a U-Haul to give you back your damaged chairs with my own money but also pay a restocking fee for damages a YOU made???!

Makes 0 sense!!! So I had to pay $80+ to get a U-Haul to return their crappy furniture and got the restocking fee waived. I hope this company goes out of business and permanently closes because they do not deserve to sell anything to anyone! Their practices suck and they do not care about their customers at all. VC, count your days because they are surely numbered!

The salesperson assured us the couch was in stock. We received a phone call 3 days before a were given a delivery window. The day before they called and rescheduled. The next delivery date was also rescheduled. Not reliable!

So let me be clear. We have purchased from VCF for many years and just completed purchasing our third set of living room furniture. However they have clearly slipped in their service. We only got partial delivery. The credit card I had with them has been closed for non use so would require me to apply all over again. (I just paid cash as they offered deal). Then they called to say the missing piece arrived when in reality it did not so no one showed up. All we got were excuses and had to go down in person and fuss so much before someone would take ownership of the problem.

The store blames distribution who blames the warehouse and so on. The sales lady we bought it from said this has become a common problem. I have never taken the time to write one of these before but it's clear to me we will never buy from them again. Quality and price ok but their service is awful and their delivery process is the absolute worst. There are so many other choices so go somewhere else. We certainly will.

FURNITURE NEVER ARRIVED. Ordered furniture, it never showed up. Was told it would be in within 2 weeks. Then they bumped it to a month. After a month, they offered 10% discount for inconvenience. We agreed. Two weeks later, salesman called, apologized for delay and offered another discount because the set had gone on sale. After two months got an email, furniture has arrived. Being we live over an hour away, I called store to confirm. Was told furniture was there and ready. Was also told they weren't going to honor discount. When I arrived at store, only part of the order was there, they said they could get it next week. I may be a slow learning, but I do catch on. Cancelled the order. Bought nicer furniture elsewhere, showed up in four days. So disappointed with this company.

NEVER purchase the Pure Promise warranty. They do not honor the refund they claim. I was told if I didn't use the warranty, then after 5 years I would get a refund/rebate for in-store credit for the amount ($249.99), well....throughout my 5 years I've been in contact with them and never told that the rebate must be claimed within 60 days form the expiration date. I contacted the store as well as corporate and was given nothing but attitude when I politely asked for a courtesy extension because I was not aware of the 60 days. I then looked up online (per the supervisor I spoke to about their pure promise policy and it states 4 years, to which I mentioned that and they said "Well....doesn't matter, you are past your expiration date window". So I will be taking my business elsewhere because of the attitude and misinformation I received over this matter. Purchasers beware!!!!

Horrible horrible service. Initial purchase was in early December. Delivery date was set for 3/4 weeks after the initial order where only half of the items show up and they called and scheduled a date for the rest of the items. Every time the delivery date approaches they call and reschedule for a 2/3 weeks later date and this happened 3 or 4 times and the person calling says they can't guarantee the delivery. The order was supposed to be delivered on feb 28th which was the third rescheduled date and now they call and say it will be delivered on march 26th. No one in the store responds properly and they blame the warehouse and say there will be no one at the warehouse to answer the calls. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from them.
