    I’m only giving five stars because I can’t give 100! The customer service is excellent. They are kind, compassionate and professional. When our dog passed away, they were so kind, and the last time they sent us a note hand signed by a couple people in the office as as well as as a rock that was painted with his name, which is so special. I wish a lot of companies had this type of customer service and standards.

    I've ordered food, treats, toys and care products for my dog, Cooper, for years. In May, I decided to stock up on his favorite treats and ordered 10 bags of smart bones. Unfortunately, Cooper died on May 13th at the age of 16. I was lucky to have him for so long. The next day after his death, the treats arrived. I contacted Chewy to find out if I could return them and the Customer Support person could not have been nicer. He told me that I didn't need to return the treats. So I gave them to all of Cooper's friends. It's hard enough to lose a fur baby... The empathy I found at Chewy made it a little easier. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

    Stupid customer service! It makes you even angrier than you already are!! My kittens need their medicine but it never arrived! I called in because it is still under review by the pharmacy. Wtf! It's been 4 days since my vet approved! Don't use their pharmacy!

    This company is abysmal. I found a product I was interested in a week ago, but it was an investment and I wanted some time to mull it over. Today, I decided to order it!...only to not be able to find it...at all. No 'no longer available' or 'sold out'.. just nothing, as though the item never existed. SO FRUSTRATING!!! Just say it's sold out or whatever!! First time pet owner here...I thought Chewy was a reliable brand, but you've lost me as a customer for life. I'll stick with Walmart and Amazon, they are at least reliable to tell us when something sells out. Bye!!

    Chewy is THE best company! I ordered some expensive prescription pet food and a supplement and accidentally shipped to my daughter's address two hours away. On the day of delivery I noticed and I called Chewy. They are making it right free of charge and it was not their fault at all. When my oldest dog passed I received a delivery of flowers. They are full of compassion. I'll never use another company for anything pet related. ❤️

    Yes, Chewy has great prices and fast delivery, but this is not what has and will keep me a loyal customer for as long as I have pets, which will be a long, long time. What really sets them apart is their customer service. They have actual people answering calls without pushing you to a chatbot and treat me like a valued customer. And they consistently prove that they really do care.

    I recently called asking to return a bag of expensive kidney care food for my cat that passed. Not only did they credit my account and suggest I donate the food, a week later I received a handwritten card and beautifully painted rock with my cat's name on it. What an extraordinary memento of beloved Bo! I will treasure this always.

    No one tells you how heartbreaking the small tasks are after losing a pet. Canceling Lady’s autoship with Chewy was one of those moments. I’ve been a customer for more than 10 years, and after learning she had passed away, Chewy sent flowers. It was such a thoughtful gesture during an incredibly difficult time and reminded me that compassion still exists in business. Thank you for treating pets like family and for showing kindness when it was needed most. I’ll never forget it.

    I ordered specialized dry food and snacks for my Chihuahua, but the wrong items were shipped by Chewy. After reaching out to customer service, I obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and returned the goods. However, it's been more than a month since the return shipment, and Chewy still claims non-receipt. FedEx tracking shows the package was delivered, but Chewy continues to deny receipt and hasn't resolved the issue.

    In my opinion it is not fair to limit the birthday code usage to specific pet toys. If you provide a 20% off birthday code it should work for any toy not just the one that was previously selected by Chewy.com.

    I’ve been using Chewy for cat supplies for years. They’ve always delivered the best customer service for me. The very few times there were errors, they instantly fixed the problem at no cost to me. When my cat passed away recently, Chewy sent me a note and a bouquet of flowers. That was exceeding nice of them and I appreciate the humanity they displayed.

    I have used Chewy for over 10 years. They have great prices and wonderful customer service. My little dog, Pickles, passed away about 3 weeks ago at age 15. I cancelled my Chewy autoships through customer service and they were very kind. Today I received a package from Chewy with a nice condolence card and a memento to remind me of my dog.     Chewy is wonderful. I have used Chewy for years. Great fair pricing and fast shipping. I have bought all my food and my dog's medications through Chewy. I have never had an issue. The customer support is outstanding! Sadly my boy Max passed a few months ago. I called Chewy to stop the auto ship for his meds. They kindly gave condolences and a week later I received a beautiful hand painted memorial rock and a lovely card from Conor and the Chewy family. It made my day … Thank you Chewy!

    Chewy advertises on CBS thus supporting the suppression of free speech and the free press. Chewy is on a major boycott list. Recommend that they speak out against this suppression. I won’t buy from you again until you do.

    I’ve been using Chewy for many years, recently my 15 1/2 year-old doggie Maggie passed away and I had some items to return, explaining the reason for my call I started to cry, I was given a refund for the medications I had left over. Today I came home to a box outside my doorstep with a card and a personalized stone with the name Maggie and some flowers actually baked on the Stone. Thank you Chewy for all my orders and thank you for your compassion, it was so touching. I feel like you guys really care.

    Purchased Dog Delights Beef Jerky from Chewy based on the ingredient listed on the website. Beef, just beef. Based on the product name and ingredient, I was expecting beef jerky. Product received made with vegetable glycerine, pea fiber, guar gum, rosemary extract and potassium sorbate. This “jerky” was made by ground up ingredients, Chat was a failure. Had a simple question. Would return postage be refunded? Couldn’t get an answer because I don’t have an account. Have to call. Will never again purchase a Chewy product.

    I’ve been ordering from Chewy.com for over 10 years. It has gone down hill as of late. I placed an order on the 28th of May and as of 06/01 it still shows in Sacramento California? I live in Illinois. Order has not moved from Sacramento in 4 days. I called Chewy Customer Service and received most ignorant women I ever conversed with. She constantly tried to over talk me and tried to filibuster a yes or no answer. Terrible customer service. I had to go to the pet stores to obtain food for the pets. I’m 79 years old and have trouble carrying 20 pounds bag of litter and cases of food. Home delivery from Chewy was very convenient but now they have proven to be inconsistent not to mention the ignorance of their customer people.

    My cats Absolutely Love the new Tumbler Interactive cat toy! It is another big hit with my kitty, she loves it! Her favorite part is rolling it around to get a treat! She is puzzled because she can’t knock it down. She runs and jumps on the ball on top! She’s tried and tried to catch and remove the two middle balls. My older cat waits till no one is looking and she bats at the ball on top. I love the fact that it gives them more activity because they are getting chunky! Definitely another great toy!

    My dog was seen by a virtual vet on 5/22. All went well with the vet, however, obtaining the prescribed meds was a whole different story. I received some of the meds mid week. Called Chewy.com on Saturday 5/30 to inquire about the status of the antibiotic only to learn that it was cancelled because a pharmacist didn’t approve it, but “rest assured I wasn’t charged for it.” Apparently, there was a question with the script, but no one from Chewy’s pharmacy contacted the Chewy virtual vet for clarification. The pharmacy team made the decision to cancel the antibiotic and not follow through on a solution for my senior dog. So, he had to sit and suffer while people who work with animals, allegedly care for them, didn’t care if he received the medicine/antibiotic that was ordered for him to treat his ailment.

    I was not offered any form of a discount on the order, nothing. My dog cannot speak to me to verbalize his issues, this delay could have potentially caused him more problems, namely unnecessary pain and suffering. I’m disappointed and disgusted at the customer service and treatment, mainly my senior dog, and I received by Chewy’s pharmacy team. The virtual vet visit was fantastic.

    Very disappointed with Chewy prescription delivery service. My dog’s first prescription medication package was delivered to the wrong house, and after contacting customer service, I was told I would have to wait almost another full week for replacement delivery. This is not just a normal online order — this is important dog medication my pet depends on. Then, a second Chewy prescription order that was scheduled for Saturday delivery was delayed until Tuesday. Two separate prescription shipping issues back-to-back is unacceptable, especially when customers are relying on timely pet medication delivery for their animals’ health and well-being.

    Pet owners trust Chewy for reliable prescription medication shipping, fast delivery, and dependable customer service. Unfortunately, this experience caused major stress, delays in treatment, and serious frustration. I hope Chewy improves its prescription fulfillment and delivery accuracy because delayed pet medications can become a serious issue for families and their pets.

    Stuff NEVER arrives when it says it will. First it will arrive Monday... Then Tuesday... Then Thursday... Just be honest how long it can take up front! People are depending on their food and medication to arrive on time. At this point I might as well just go to the store.

    Chewy has hands down the best customer service. I just called at 9:20 at night and got a person on the first ring. They are always helpful & resolve my issues and send handwritten birthday cards for my dogs. I’ve never experienced a company with better customer service. 10 out of 10.

    Do NOT use for pharmacy/medications!! They advertised a compounded TABLET for cats and then sent capsules that are TOO BIG for a cat to swallow! They didn’t follow the process they yelled at me to follow, then got bent out of shape when I questioned things. Now I have a medication I literally can’t use, paid twice as much for, and need TODAY. Their “solution”? Just pull the capsule apart and mix the medicine in the cat's food. OH REALLY?!?! The medication is an anti-nausea & appetite stimulant because…. The cat won’t eat!! Of all the stupid in the world, this is the cherry on top!!

    I think Chewy is the best overall company, we lost our Dixie after 17 years, we always relied on Chewy for all of our needs and they were always on time and if it wasn’t right it was immediately remedied.
