Kelly was outstanding with her customer service skills. She was extremely helpful with her knowledge and expertise regarding the items I purchased. Despite having a glitch while unsuccessfully trying to order my items online via the website, Kelly was very quick to remedy the situation and complete my order over the phone. Plus, she had an amazing personality, too! Kelly most definitely went above and beyond the call of duty, and I sincerely appreciated her efforts!

The customer service I just received on the phone was amazing...I had a couple of questions, which were not only answered with ease but then this really nice woman even placed the order for me to make sure that the discount was correctly applied. The manufacturer of Synovi G4 changed the product--both the chewable size and packaging. As a result, the new product is exactly half of the old. But the price was the same! I brought this to the attention of PetMeds and they gave me a partial credit and recommended a similar product. It sounded like it was the manufacturer who was responsible, but PetMeds tried to make it right.

I highly recommend 1800 Pet Meds because of the customer service team members like Mason. Mason was truly so helpful and really made such a difference with placing my order for my dog. He was compassionate for the needs of my dog and made you feel important and was so kind which is such a rare thing to find today it truly felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a 1 800 number. Please give Mason the kudos he deserves because you have a loyal customer because of him and if he’s a reflection of the rest of your team 1800 pet meds is awesome because of them.

I wish I had stumbled on 1-800-Pet-Meds years ago. We've overpaid our local vet and see a tremendous savings. Further, they make it super simple to put everything on auto-ship. I actually had to contact them, cancel an order due to having too much and not only were they able to cancel the order, but were very professional about adjusting my autoship schedule.

There was a miscommunication between me and my veterinarian so I ordered my pet meds later than I should have. Luckily Petmeds was able to expedite the shipping so that I could get my puppy's medicine in time. Cheryl was so helpful and I appreciate the great customer service.

The representative that I spoke to to stop our auto ship after our dog died, was kind and respectful. I did not expect them to refund the shipment we received after his death, but they offered that and requested we donate the meds; which we did. That was over and above what I expected and it was very kind.

I would have given my experience with PetMeds a one star review however, after 3 or 4 times trying to address and fix my concern, I was finally was blessed with Miss Precious from Customer Service. This woman was patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and all the while very professional as she wove through the maize of presenting issues and solved my problem. She deserves a raise! Not only did Miss Precious solve my problem, but she gently educated me about order restriction policy, worked with her supervisor so that the discounts I thought I would receive came to pass, but apparently she also expedited the product delivery since it had taken so long for me to get my problem solved and my dog was past due for his medication. Thank-you Miss Precious! Because of you, I will continue to order from PetMeds.

I am very disgusted because I have been a customer of PETMEDS for years. Usually every time they send a package, they send a dog bone. And even though they know I have two dogs, they only send one bone. This time I ordered the six pack of Nexguard for over $100 and they didn't even include a bone in the package. My dogs are real smart and they know when that package comes before I even open it, they know there is usually a bone inside. This time after spending all that money, they didn't even send a bone. My dogs were standing there looking confused as to where their bone was. Since they usually only send one I have to break it in half. Then they stopped sending the large bone and started sending a small bone. Then each month the price of the Nexguard is going up $10 or more. I'm going to start looking for another site to order my Nexguard.

The customer service was fantastic! I have been ordering my pet’s meds through PetMeds for the past 11 years. Unfortunately, my dog passed soon after our auto shipment of his Trifexis arrived. Customer service was able to refund this order. We will definitely be returning to PetMeds when we decide to add another pet to our family.

I finally reached Cindy today and she was wonderful. She listened, was empathetic and did what I needed right away. I was going to stop ordering from you because I got an online offer for $55.99 for my ** tabs 44-88 lbs and went to order online. It gave me a code to use and that didn't work either. I called and talked to a male rep. He said there was nothing he could do then said he'd reach out to manager. Her first response was any price I saw on Google she won't accept. How could it give you a price, promo and your company name. Anyway after some time on the phone this woman boss said she'd call me back later that night. I waited all night, no call. So I wrote feedback and never heard back. I thought I'd try one last time and Cindy took care of me. Otherwise you would have lost me as a customer.
