I have been a Jenny Craig customer for over 30 years since they closed their retail sites and started shipping online. It has become a nightmare. When you place an order for example 28 different items and then they are out of those items rather than reaching out they will send you one of the items in multiple quantities so you have no variety. When you contact them, they say it’s your fault you should’ve checked the website to review and if you do review, it doesn’t matter they’ve done the same thing to me twice. When asked for a refund, they said we don’t give refunds. It’s your problem so now I am disputing and I will never support or order from Jenny Craig Again

Same as the other reviews... Got the wrong food, had to call 8 times to get it replaced, I still don't have it. I can't eat the exact same thing for 15 times in a row. I have to call over and over and over, it takes up to an hour on hold, then half the time when someone answers, they hang up. Today I called, same thing... on hold forever. Javier kept asking me how much weight I want to lose... I told him I don't want to discuss anything but my missing food since we paid over $2,000 upfront between my husband and I. He kept asking questions, advising to drink water, etc, etc, etc, again I told him to stop asking questions and figure out where my food is. He kept going, passive-aggressively. I asked for a manager, of course, none is ever available... because they don't exist. The food is also not good anymore. I have been on this program for years... The company that came in to save it, destroyed it. Worst place ever.

I have successfully lost weight with this program in the past. Recently signed up again & instead of receiving the food choices I made, the warehouse “substituted” items due to low stock. There’s nothing reasonable about receiving 13 ham sandwiches in 1 order when I actually only ordered 3 & a second order that contained 20 pizzas, “subs” for out of stock items. Each time all preferred items were available online & even via phone call with a rep well before the edit cut off. If a food item is out of stock or “low inventory” it should not be a viable choice. Beware, you will not get what you choose & whoever is in charge of substitutions needs a brain if they think that many of the same item is reasonable. Too expensive for this result - don’t do it!!!!

I have been a long time customer of Jenny Craig and have appreciate the ease and taste of the food. However over the past year the quality of the food has suffered. Recently opened a breakfast sandwich and found it crumbled. Opened another and found the same. I requested a refund. Their response was they could only refund the money if received the day before I contacted them. I have decided to cancel my membership due to this and several other issues.

It used to be good but since Nutrisystem took over it's become pretty bad. A new low, they advertised a sale. I ordered several bags of the popcorn and cheese puffs. They substituted the merchandise without telling me for cheaper and smaller bags of unidentifiable product also lesser quantity for package. This is false advertising and what the FTC calls bait and switch. It's against the law.!! When I called they told me they run out so they just sent those. My question why instead of producing the lower quality merchandise did not produce the real product. They charge the same for both!!

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – Feels Like a Scam. I honestly can’t believe how consistently bad this company’s customer service is. Over and over again, they have failed to resolve my complaint, and each time I reach out, I’m met with vague responses, no real solutions, and absolutely zero accountability for their mistakes. They entered the wrong address for my order — their error — and instead of taking responsibility and fixing it quickly, they’ve made me go in circles with no results. I’ve contacted them multiple times and still, nothing has been properly resolved.
It’s beyond frustrating. It feels like a scam when a company takes your money, fails to deliver the product to the right place, and then offers no actual support to make things right. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and sanity. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. All those reviews which are highly rated I’m sure they are written by their own staff of friends and family to make them look good on the web. None of those positive reviews are worth. Someone should investigate and close this company for good.

HORRIBLE, just HORRIBLE experience. I have spent literally hours trying to get my point across to them... What happened: I contacted JC on March 19 and told them I was going on vacation and NOT to ship to me til after May 1. They responded and I HAVE THEIR EMAIL Stating they will NOT ship to me til after May 1 when we get back.
What did they do? They shipped me 2 orders in April that sat on my porch and got rotten. I am fighting with them because they have charged my credit card for these 2 orders. It is so cut and dry, I just don't understand their thinking....This company needs to go out of business or we should all start a CLASS ACTION suit. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Shame on Jenny....is she still alive? I uploaded PROOF that my shipment was supposed to be delayed til May 1. I am not going to pay for rotten food that was thrown in the trash in April. Why did they send it and they are charging my credit card. You suck Jenny...

I would give them a negative 10/10 if I had to. They screwed up my deliveries and food wasted 2 times. When called to ask for refund, i was refused refund and promised a THIRD replacement order which they did not fulfill. When called the customer support to talk with a manager was denied access and the agent kept over talking not hearing my concerns repeating what I already know over and over again. Not only that they pre charged for my order and refuse to refund though they have not even fulfilled my order.
As customer rights I have full rights for refund. Even a dollar store would be going way above resolving their guests. But Jenny Craig guest assistance is very poor and they blame everything to their clients fault when all is their fault. As a helpless unheard jenny craig PAST client I highly advise do NOT waste your money and time on Jenny Craig, look for other loyal weight loss programs. PS. I am not someone who likes to write reviews, if I do it really has bothered me not being heard and having worst guest service assistance. They pre-charge, take clients money but not keep their promise to 100% guest satisfaction promise. No wonder they shut down in Canada and are losing their business.

Deceptive Practices and Zero Accountability. I signed up for an 8-week meal plan. By the end of that period, I was completely burned out on the food—despite being advertised as offering "variety," it was the same repetitive meals over and over again. I notified Jenny Craig that I did not want to continue beyond the 8 weeks and was told I had reached the end of my plan. Yet they still shipped me an additional 2 weeks of food that I did not authorize, and they’ve refused to cancel or take the shipment back.
When I logged into my account to stop what turned out to be an auto-ship I never knowingly enrolled in, there was no visible option to cancel. I had to call customer service just to get the auto-ship stopped—and even then, I was told no supervisor or manager was available to speak with me. This feels less like a health and wellness program and more like a subscription trap. Lack of transparency, poor customer service, and absolutely no accountability for unauthorized charges. I would not have signed up had I known how difficult they make it to opt out. Strongly do not recommend.

I've been with Jenny for 30 years. First time I've tried the online service as my store has been closed. This is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced (and the first time I've been upset enough to write a review). Used chat, got contradictory advice which led to a second auto order to be sent, which I was very clear I did not want. I then tried calling to no avail. I will not be using Jenny Craig again, which is sad because my experience at their store was the opposite. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I have been a JC customer (on and off) for many years- more than 25 years. Today, I called to cancel an order because I will be out of the country. I understand that I missed the deadline to cancel, by a day, but I explained that their is a medical situation going one in my home and that I have an email stating that the order has not shipped out yet. The customer service lady was like a robot repeating the same thing over and over. She did not offer one solution. I was trying to resolve the matter to both of our benefit as I did not want to cancel my membership. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said that there was nobody in the entire JC company that could help me. That the entire JC supervisory staff were in a meeting and no one could help me. I said that I would have to cancel the membership, which I did not want to do. She cancelled the membership in less than 5 minutes.
I guess JC prefers to cancel a subscription rather to work with a client. I have never missed a cancellation deadline nor have I had any payment issues. I told the lady that I would be out of the country and had no one that could accept the delivery and the food would go to waste- she did not care and simply kept parroting the same thing, i.e., you missed the deadline and we can't do anything- no one can. Wow, so disappointing JC.

Signed up for the program with auto-ship every two weeks. Received my first shipment and enjoyed the food and the program. The second shipment sat in “being fulfilled” status for 7 days, no email or text or app updates. When I called to inquire they couldn’t provide any information regarding the delay. This is after my food was gone from the first two weeks. The program doesn’t work if the food is not delivered in a timely and efficient manner. I cancelled since evidently they cannot reliably supply the food required for the program. FWIW, my so uses Factor and his shipments are delivered like clock work.

There are terrible issues with the warehouse and shipments. It takes 1 to 8 days for orders to leave the warehouse. Sometimes some of the frozen dinners arrives open and destroyed or items are missing. The food is good, but the inconsistencies with the warehouse makes it difficult to follow the program. They are not reliable. Customer service is not helpful and takes no accountability for the dysfunctional way they run things. They say they can not resolve the issue and have 1 to 8 days to ship out orders. They blame everything on FedEx when it is issues with their warehouse. FedEx has been excellent and very consistent arriving in 2 day once it is in their hands.

I'm still waiting for my second order, which is now 5 days late. My third order is up for fulfillment on April 28. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling. It is frustrating to fill up the freezer with your two-week supply, then wait a long time for your next order!! I asked to speak to a supervisor recently, and they said they couldn't do that. I miss the storefront locations, at least you could walk out with your food and get it straight into the fridge!!

Started the program several years ago and stopped due to declining food quality and over aggressive sales tactics. Tried it again, just for the food, and quality was worse. They recently renewed my subscription without my authorization and will not refund. Not going back. From these reviews it’s obvious others are disappointed as well. Disappointment in this company is putting it mildly. My experience and I never review unless I feel that it is warranted. I feel this is necessary.

Please read this lengthy review and full before making your decision about Jenny Craig. I joined the program. It cost me eight hundred and ninety five dollars for 8 weeks of food. The first two weeks went beautiful when I ran out of food. I was assured your order will be there before you run out of food. I ran out of food. So I called and Nobody answered the phone. You have to go through this scenario 5 different things. So I hung up and went on a chat. Only way you can do it is through a chat.
They told me that my food would be here in 1 to 5 days after my order went in. You have to have a 4 digit number to get through to anybody. It is now 10:3am (still no breakfast), have been working on this since 8:30 this morning with no food in my refrigerator, no food in my pantry, because I'm counting on my $895 that I spent on Jenny Craig and now my food won't be here from 1 to 5 days so. Tell me what you think about. So now I have to go to the grocery store. Buy groceries, come home and cook after I paid $895 to have this done for me. Crazy me ha.👎👎👎So I asked them to send me in my next order to send me at least 4 days worth of food if they're gonna be late on my deliveries..
To me, this is a total inconvenience, it's unacceptable..Because I got ready for Jenny Craig 8 weeks of food that I paid for in advance. I'm on my way to the grocery store to buy groceries and to come home and fix my food and cook my meals for the next 2 or 3 days. Tell me what you 🤔 I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service. As you can't even imagine.
I called customer service once and tried to get in touch with somebody and nobody would answer. So the next time I tried to call the number. It told me that I could not get that number with my phone that it would not go through, so I had to use another phone in order to get through. I was talking with max and my Landline was Getting ready to die..So I asked max to call me back on the number that I had called previously on and he said he would call me back.Well, it's been a 45 Minutes And I still haven't heard from max so make up your own mind about what you're going to do with Jenny Craig. I'm extremely disappointed👎👎👎 over the top. There really is no help. You have to go to a chat And? It's hours On the chat line. If you Have that much time? Go for it, but it's extremely inconvenient.
Everything has to be microwaved which is not healthy. You're trying to get healthy? But you have to microwave all your food. I'm using the air fryer takes a little longer but I'm happier with that. Don't know what to tell you, very disappointed. Jenny Craig customer Is absolutely the worst on the planet? It's like the Comcast customer service doesn't get any worse than jenny craig or comcast now. I give Jenny craig a 000 And no stars.👎👎👎 Just because of the worst customer serviceTHE WORST!!¡! And if you? Get to read this max. Shame on you for not calling me back. So they're all liars over there.

They become the worst as far as shipping food. My order has been replaced three times. Always comes in to my house. It takes four days for FedEx to deliver. The whole order of food was frozen product. Each shipment the food is completely thawed out and mush. By the fourth day of shipping not even cold. Working with the bank to get my money back each time. Jenny Craig said they would add extra dry ice. Never happened. In the past when items were opened meaning the meal wasn’t sealed they would not replace it either so their mistake you pay for it.

Such a disappointing experience I have encountered. After rejoining as a member and investing $300 in your program, I was repeatedly notified of delays in my delivery. When the order finally arrived today, I was dismayed to find that all the food was no longer frozen, rendering it unsafe to consume. This situation has not only caused significant inconvenience but has also left me without the products I paid for in good faith. I placed a call to Customer Service & after waiting for quite sometime, on the phone after I connected with an agent first who proceeded to send me the FedEx link & told me my order wad delivered. THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE I WROTE ABOUT UPON REACHING OUT TO THEM! After waiting for 45 min I chose the option for a callback. Its is now 7:30 (EST) & continue to wait for over 45 minutes.
My understanding is that Customer Service is only open until 8PM (EST) I have received no response in my attempt to contact the customer service team, adding to my dissatisfaction. I then sent an email to Customer Service after this fiasco. Still no response the next day! I then CALLED AGAIN, only to be on the phone for over 50 min now with the agent I was speaking to refusing to switch me over to a Supervisor. There was a MAJOR LANGUAGE BARRIER & quite frankly tired of wasting my Saturday morning trying to rectify this issue with a representative I could not fully understand. It’s really a shame. I did love Jenny Craig under the former management. I guess I’ll have to start searching again for a replacement. The hassle I received on so many levels is just not worth it!

Be careful when ordering Jenny Craig on their website. I have been using them for about a year. I always push out my shipping date because I don't only eat their food. This month they had a issue with their order system not holding onto changes, I called they assured me it was corrected. It was not! They just shipped another order and I had just received one. I have no room in my freezer for this next shipment, not to mention the extra hit to my bank account. When I called they very rudely told me that it was too bad already shipped, have your neighbors store some for you, What??? Ridiculous. Oh and here I'll give you a $20. Discount on your next order. That does not help. Needless to say I cancelled my account. The food isn't bad, I'm just warning you to watch your ordered items (they make mistakes there too) and shipment dates closely. They make mistakes and you have to pay for them.

Only reason that I gave it two stars is because the food is decent/good. App is horrible. Like come on man, it’s 2025, your business needs to at the very least have a decent app. It’s slow, horrible, and for some unknown reason you can’t even access/edit your meals from it. You have to be redirected to a site. What’s the point of the app then?
My 2nd order from here ever is a week late today. I didn’t receive ANY type of communication from Jenny Craig that the order was backed up. I was basically just sitting there like a chicken with his head cut off. I tried to speak to their customer service, they were zero help. I told Sarah from customer service my issue and her response was: “We only send an email when our order was shipped.” Like, ok? Thanks for NOT hearing me out whatsoever and trying to make excuses. Hey Jenny Craig, if you are late on sending out orders for customers, trust me when I say, SEND SOME TYPE OF COMMUNICATION THAT IT IS LATE. I will NEVER order from this business again. I’m switching back to Factor.

I tried to change the date of my 2nd shipment. So I was postponed. Then I got my 3rd shipment 2 days later, because I had not changed that one as well. I do not understand how they cannot keep track of my shipment and realize they just sent me one 2 days before. They have good food, The website needs a lot of work in terms of changing or postponing for people who do travel or need to leave out of town. The phone agents cannot do anything, it beyond their control, but the management team fix this, it is a matter if they care enough to change it. The website is not helpful and the is not helpful and the customer service is not helpful. Good food and the program works, it is the customer service that is TERRIBLE, and there is no service.

I am coming back to Jenny Craig. I have been on the program before and lost over 50 pounds. Coming back to this virtual Jenny Craig has been an awful experience. You are completely on your own. They don't even send you reminders to talk to someone. They make you buy 14 days of food with autoship, so if you don't eat the food which is all frozen you end up with and overload of frozen food in your freezer. When you went once a week to a counselor you adjusted you had only a weeks worth of food, if you had extra from going out you wouldn't buy as much as the next week. Hate the app. Not easy. Overloaded with too much other stuff. Hard to track food liked the paper. Used to check off food list for day. When done with the list done eating for the day.
Food is the same nothing new from 3 years ago. I just cancelled and they cut me off even though I am getting another autoship with another 2 weeks of food I purchased that won't come until next week. They should support you at least until last two weeks, I did pay over $200 dollars for it. This is just another autoship scam. Jenny Craig you should be ashamed of yourself. Used to be a good service now horrible. I feel like a sucker. You just took my money.

WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE> I was a former JC client and I thought I could come back -I literally just signed up a few days ago, and it did not disclose when you purchased it that the order would take 10 days to ship? I said I could not wait that long cause I'm going out of town. I contacted their chat which is a waste of time. They told me. 1. Don't go out of town. 2. Have a neighbor pick up my food? I said that was not an option so I called and was told that it was being processed and it would be here sooner. Now we are on day 3. And nothing. It has not even shipped. I just reached out to their chat this morning. Asking what was going on, that I was not happy and I want to cancel my service. And they literally ended the chat after I asked for this! WOW! I went to their chat a second time and they keep telling me about the shipping time and not allowing me to cancel.

I just got off the phone with Jenny Craig customer service. I tried to cancel my auto delivery program and was told I cannot stop the delivery of the food even though I told them I do not need a refund. The only option presented to me by the rep was to give the food away or throw it in the garbage. Really? Today when people are hungry and unhoused?! He refused to transfer me to a manager to appeal this ruling. I repeated that I do not want my money back, which BTW is approx. $350. I wanted the food delivery to stop and not be wasted. I know my second of four deliveries has not yet shipped because I can still make changes to it. This policy of not being able to stop the next three deliveries is unacceptable. My advice, if you are considering this plan to lose weight, is to not join Jenny Craig. Their customer service is appalling.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered from them on Friday night using the full pre-paid plan. Over the weekend I realized I had chosen the wrong plan. Due to health issues I medically need the low carb option. I called first thing Monday morning to have them switch me to the low carb plan. They said because I chose the full pre-paid plan they couldn't (insert wouldn't) change the plan. So I said I needed to cancel since this was a medical need. They said they weren't able to cancel either because I used the full pay plan. So they got their money up front and are now refusing to give it back or accommodate a medical need. ALL they care about is money! I used Jenny Craig for years when they had local stores. Now...they don't care about their customers health or frankly their customers at all!! I'm going to have to throw away over $1000 of food (and money) I can't eat

On Dec. 17 my autoship order was to be prepared and shipped to Canada which normally takes 10 days to be received (about the same time as my food would run out). When it wasn't received, I tried to contact the company but their automated system is one of the worst to get a real person on the line. I tried the chat option and their staff has a prepared script which they refused to deviate from despite my questions and refused to pass me on to a supervisor who might know what happened to my order.
Finally went to Messenger and their company who then advised me that my order was being held in their warehouse over Christmas and would not be released until January 6th despite me paying for it at the time of preparation and not receiving it until January 16th. The company has failed to communicate this issue with any of their staff as I brought this up with their coaching representative on the 27th. They also failed to advise me of this situation to determine whether I wanted it shipped or wanted it held.

Worst customer service ever. I signed up for Club Jenny which offered 20% off every order and after 2 orders they removed it. I called multiple times and spoke with representatives that does not even speak English and they mentioned that the promotion expired while my membership was still active. Incredibly. They don’t deserve business. Fake promotions offered all the time.

I had a terrible experience with their ordering. The terms are not clear and customer service was not helpful at all. Reach out to them right after I placed the order because they don't provide the delivery time until after placing order and it was going to be during a time I was going to be out of town, so I wanted to cancel, but they said they couldn't help at all even though I reach out right after placing the order, and it did not impact their business at all. In my opinion, this is very deceitful and they are trying to scam people.

I purchased what I thought was a plan for a fixed period of time. They now say that amy prepayment plan turned into an autorenew plan. They say they emailed me about this, but I never received those emails because they went to spam. I wasn't expecting any more deliveries (fixed period was over), so why would I go checking my spam? I was a Jenny Craig member before they shut and gave them a chance when they reopened. Save your money. The food isn't worth it and their customer service is terrible - as many others have already said, they just want to ship you food and charge your credit card and take no responsibility for anything.

I became deathly ill and had food poisoning which took me a month to recover from. Do not buy this overpriced food. They will not give you your money back. They gave me no refund even though I should have been hospitalized and had IV treatment. I have never been so sick in my life. I should have sued them. My food shipment was a week late and probably sat thawing on some dock somewhere. Whatever happened made me so ill it took me a full month to regain my strength. Do not, I repeat. Do not buy or eat this garbage.
