I was in Dallas for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and I got no calls. So, I had to leave Dallas, then on Friday, when I was in training, they called me. "Hey, we'll be there tomorrow on Saturday," which was fine. I only know one person in Dallas, so I moved. Due to their work schedule, the hours that the delivery driver told me, he told me it would work, but then the next day, he was late by an hour or two. So, it no longer worked. They were telling me that they were going to charge me $500 for having the truck sit. One, that doesn't work for me, because I told them Monday. They missed the day, and I even made it work for the day that they told me with the time that they told me and then they missed their time. They said, "4 o'clock is still early, so we can still deliver." I said, "I don't know anyone in Dallas. I'm not paying $500."

They called management. It was a preferred delivery date and not guaranteed. So, good thing that my apartment has the lock with the combo. I gave them the combo, and they delivered it, but I had nobody to sign any paperwork. I was in training for two weeks, and I just came back to boxes everywhere. It is what it is, but it wasn't great. Plus, I have a dumbbell that I could adjust the weight, and it broke. My water dispenser works, but the door is off and it’s cracked on the top. I haven't reported the damage yet 'cause I'm still unpacking, and I didn't want to call multiple times. I wanted to go through everything before I called.
