Next Stop Moving are the biggest crooks in the business. Nothing but lies to get your business, found out the hard way. Beware of these crooks as they will damage your furniture, refuse to load things that were in contract causing you to rent a truck out of pocket, then refuse to deliver your belongings to where they were contracted to deliver them causing you to rent storage units and hire another source to move your belongings where they were paid to deliver them to. And try and add on fees already paid in initial contract.

I'd give 0 stars if I could! I put a $1578 deposit down for a cross country move. Had an accident 3 weeks before the move which required emergency surgery, fractured patella. Had to cancel my move. Asked for a refund and was told I had to wait for 1 year for it per their policy. I did not have a job, couldn't work for at least 7 months, needed the money. They did not care! Now it's 1 year later, and they are refusing to give me my money! No one answers the phone or returns your calls. I've emailed and called numerous times. Finally, with a threat to go to the BBB, I get an email stating they don't have records of calls or the job. I sent them my bank statement showing the deposit was taken out. And they still will not give me my refund. So I've contacted the BBB and FTC and will continue to fight this until I get my refund.

I spoke to Bo many times. Set up a date for moving me. Contract said they would pack. The items not packed. Ending up they rescheduled with a company from Indianapolis. The movers were polite. Did not any packing.... No boxes were used. Did not move all furniture. Had to hire someone to finish moving the furniture. Had to have friends help me pack the remaining stuff at the place. I tried calling numerous times. Either left a voicemail that was never answered or responded to. Very unhappy with this company! They charged me almost 3ooo.oo! Will never use them again. I went to them mainly because they are runs by Vets!

If I could give a negative star I would for this company. This by far is the worst experience I ever had with any company or business. We contacted them last year in september When we put our house on the market. Getting a quote and getting the documents signed to start the process was easy. And the the guy who contacted us was polite and worked really well with us. That was the easy part of all of this. Once all that was said and done, it was a nightmare from then out out.

When they finally picked up our stuff, it went smooth with the loading, but it was a lot of back and forth in leaving messages, trying to get a hold of people to find out when they would arrive and they finally called day before not anytime before that. Once our stuff was shipped off, they would not give me a time frame and I would call again and again, and they would not give me updates unless threatened with reporting them for theft.

Once our stuff was finally delivered, it came on a giant truck with only one person to move all our things. They promised staging, but could not complete it because it was unfair to make one person carry extremely heavy furniture upstairs. We were not refunded for the price of staging because they said it should have been up to the one person they sent to bring the items in the house even though it would have been impossible for him.

They did not take care of our stuff while I was at the warehouse, several of our boxes were just completely crushed. And destroyed from them, stacking them way too high and putting extremely heavy items on them. I had several items that I had made in high school. Things that were irreplaceable, because I made them and they were very old and wrapped well in bubble wrap. Yet they were still completely destroyed from the boxes being smashed from the weight of other items.

They would only do things by weight, which I know was in the contract, but at the same time, they wanted to argue everything that I tried to talk to them about, like being refunded for them, not being able to stage. In the end, I had so many hundred pounds of weight, and I was going to get a couple hundred dollar refund, which took over a month to get to me after threatening to make a complaint to the better business bureau for them to finally get me my refund. They were impossible to contact the entire time very unprofessional, and rude anytime I did talk to them. I highly recommend no one ever using this company. They should honestly be out of business. I included just a few pictures of many of what the boxes looked like and the items that were destroyed.

Warning: Avoid This Moving Company at All Costs. This company caused me severe stress, financial loss, and damage to nearly everything I own. What should have been a routine move turned into a nightmare. I was quoted a price, but then told it might increase after an in-person review. So I scheduled a FaceTime walkthrough and showed them exactly what I was moving. After that, they added $1,800 to the original quote.

Communication was a disaster. There was no reliable phone number to call. They pushed me to use a chat feature that no one ever responded to. I thought the FaceTime call would settle everything. I was wrong. When the movers showed up, they said they couldn’t take certain items and tried to tack on another $1,000. I refused. Because of that, I had to leave behind some of my things just to move that day.

Then came the delivery—and it only got worse. Every single table was broken. Legs were snapped off. Tabletops torn apart. Fragile items? All shattered. My belongings were crammed into drawers, hats crushed, boxes destroyed. My $3,500 mattress arrived soaking wet. The $250 protective cover I paid for? Missing. Furniture was scratched, taped together, and manhandled. Expensive personal items—including a scarf, purse, and shoes—were stolen. And it didn’t stop there. When they tried moving my couch in, they refused to remove the handrails—until after they damaged the walls and ripped off my thermostat. That cost me $200 to repair. They eventually removed the handrails but left them broken. The walls are scratched, the damage obvious.

As if that weren’t enough, they insisted on cash payment on moving day—something most people can’t just pull together. When I tried to use my credit card, they slapped on a 2% fee. This felt like a scam from every angle. I emailed them immediately after the move. They promised to send information to start the claims process for all the damage. They never followed up. Not once. I was ghosted.

To make matters worse: Their truck had a handwritten sign taped to the side. The workers were undocumented and did not speak English. They had an underage kid unloading boxes. I paid $700 for unpacking services. They didn’t unpack a thing. They dumped boxes in my house, left a mess, and took off. My garage was full of their mess for over a month.

This company is unethical, unprofessional, and potentially operating illegally. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, consumer protection agencies, and considering legal action. Do not use this company. Spare yourself the financial loss, the emotional stress, and the damage to your home and belongings.

Next Stop Moving and Storage / Domus Logistics Inc. In my opinion, this company caused extensive avoidable loss to both personal and business property during a long-distance move. Despite paying thousands of dollars—without even moving a bed or couch—every piece of furniture arrived damaged. Fragile business inventory was packed without care, and the majority of boxes had no packing materials to ensure safe transit, resulting in breakage and financial impact.

Their time estimates were significantly off, and I was forced to pack alongside them just to meet the moving deadline. Even more concerning was the unprofessional conduct. One employee screamed at me over the phone, and another sent a threatening text. My attempts to resolve these issues were met with silence or deflection, and no form of compensation was ever followed through on. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. Yours may differ, but I would strongly advise doing thorough research before hiring this company. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My cross-country move with Next Stop Relocation has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I hired Next Stop Relocation based on their promise that they were a family- and veteran-owned company that would handle my move from start to finish. That was a complete lie.

Without my consent or knowledge, they outsourced the job to Flash Move Experts and Ayman Moving & Storage, two companies I never agreed to work with.

What followed was a complete nightmare:
      - I was charged an extra $1,000 for “extra boxes” — boxes that never even arrived.
=Two LG OLED Smart TVs were destroyed because they were packed using my bed comforters instead of proper materials.

      - At least 11 boxes, a desk, vacuum, and more are still missing, and I have never received a single call or update on where they are or what happened.

Many of the boxes that did arrive had clearly been tampered with — other people’s belongings were mixed in with mine. When I filed a claim, they offered me $254.40 for the entire loss — And only if I agreed to never leave a negative review or speak publicly about the experience. That kind of hush-money tactic tells you everything you need to know about this operation. I refused the payout so that I could warn others. If you’re even considering using this company, do yourself a favor and walk away now. If you absolutely must work with them or any company like them, buy the highest level of insurance coverage available. Their default coverage is only $0.60 per pound, which won’t come close to covering your losses when (not if) things go wrong. Next Stop Relocation — And the companies they hand your life over to — Should not be in business.

I used Next Stop Moving to move my furniture and items from Alabama to California on December 10, 2025. It took 6 weeks to receive the items. The boxes were soaking wet…my clothes were ruined, my Brookstone chair arms (mahogany) were scratched (even the delivery crew was amazed at how damaged they were, and he took a picture to present to Next Stop). Two boxes were lost containing items totaling $1500. I reached out to Next Stop with no response. I finally contacted Better Business Bureau who sent Next Stop a letter asking for remuneration for my losses. Next Stop refused to reimbursed and finally offered $300 to settle. Tired of having to deal with them, I agreed to the $300.

On April 10th they said they would send the remuneration through Zelle, which is a banking transfer service. I agreed and provided all my info to complete the transaction (thinking they were finally going to having the integrity to try and make it right). I have still not received the money, and after at least a dozen emails, phone calls and chats online, they are not responding…and, I’ve received nothing for my losses. My last recourse is to take them to Small Claims Court, which I plan to do. My only hope is that this will warn any prospective clients of Next Stop to take their business elsewhere.
