We are very sorry for the frustration this customer experienced and sincerely wish the move had left her with a more positive impression. However, we do feel there are some important misunderstandings in this review that we would respectfully like to clarify.

Our estimates are prepared based on the inventory provided by the customer. That inventory is not only reviewed during the initial booking, but again prior to the move through our verification and quality-assurance process. The customer reviews and signs off on the inventory and has access to a copy throughout the process.

As the customer acknowledges in her review, a significant number of additional items were added at pickup. Unfortunately, additional belongings require additional truck space and packing, which cannot be transported at no additional cost. Our crews come prepared with additional materials for reasonable loose or miscellaneous items; however, when substantially more inventory is presented than what was originally included, the additional space must be accounted for. The customer was offered the opportunity to move those additional belongings at her established cubic-foot rate, but ultimately declined the revised amount.

We also strongly disagree with any characterization that the company “stole” the customer's money or engaged in fraud. Moving services were provided and the customer's belongings were ultimately delivered. The carrier servicing this move is a professional moving company with great reviews and we appreciate the customer acknowledging their professionalism. We make every effort to work with qualified carriers capable of properly servicing our customers.

Despite the services being completed, we still wanted to acknowledge the customer's dissatisfaction and offered a partial reimbursement purely as a good-faith gesture. This reimbursement was not contractually required, but was offered because we genuinely wanted to help reach an amicable resolution. Unfortunately, the customer declined the amount offered and requested an amount we were unable to reasonably accommodate.

We respect the customer's decision and her right to share her experience. We sincerely wish things had gone differently and regret that we were unable to reach a resolution that she felt comfortable accepting.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and wish we had been given the opportunity to better understand and address your concerns directly. Our team has attempted to reach you several times by both phone and email, but unfortunately, we have not yet been able to connect with you.

Based on the limited information available, it appears that a primary concern may have been the pricing and payment schedule. Our estimates are based on competitive industry rates, and the cubic-foot rate established for the move is locked in and does not change throughout the relocation. While we understand that moving costs can be frustrating, our pricing structure is designed to remain competitive while providing the level of service expected throughout the move.

The payment schedule is also disclosed as part of the moving process. A portion of the remaining balance is collected at pickup, with the final portion due at delivery. Collecting payment throughout the stages of a move is a standard practice within the moving industry and provides security for the services being performed.

We apologize if these terms caused any frustration or misunderstanding. Your shipment has been delivered, but we still remain open to speaking with you and exploring an amicable resolution as a gesture of good faith. We encourage you to respond to one of our calls or emails so we can better understand your concerns and see what we may be able to do for you.
