I personally had a wonderful experience with All Coast Moving Group. They were fast and efficient. I had to move from Jacksonville to Lady Lake (both in Florida) with a pretty small amount of stuff compared to other people but I also needed my car towed so I could ride my bike down. They did a fantastic job overall.

I cannot in good conscience give this moving company a good rating. They do not have their own trucks--they are brokers. They charged me $1700 to find a mover. Friendly salesperson disappeared and little communication after deposit was paid. Set pickup date based on when I needed belongings delivered. They brokered probably the WORST moving company around, who of course charged more. That company lied and said they would try to deliver belongings by move-in date, but instead stored them in a warehouse in Los Angeles for more than 10 days. Boxes arrived damaged and some did not make it at all. All Coast could not care less. They ignored calls and fulfilled none its self-serving marketing ploys. BUYER BEWARE!!

All Coast gave great quotes, but subcontracted the job to 2 different companies and it was a nightmare!!! They took my items from a 26’ truck to a 53’ truck and then were not able or refused to try to make it down my street of my new home. I paid $10K for move then had to rent a UHaul and pay $1200 more to have the guys move the stuff from the large truck to the smaller one when they could have just left it in the 26’ truck they initially packed.

This is not a moving company. They charged $1500 and pass to a real moving company. After the contract was signed and they took their $, no help at all, including not answering/returning calls. The agent was so nice, promised to help ‘all along the way,’ then disappeared. Got nothing for the cost.

I was under the impression that All Coast was a moving company and was not told otherwise. I was told they would be there for me thru the whole move. I had to do the inventory count because they don't send anyone out. After I paid their portion they would not return my calls. I called four times to let them know my inventory changed and Alexis did not return one call. Quality Control also did not return my call. When the movers came I found out All Coast was a broker not a mover and paid them over $4000.00 to talk on the phone twice. My estimate went up over $3000.00. I will not recommend this company. Make sure you are dealing with a moving company and save yourself thousands of dollars. Lesson learned the hard way.

On 11/22/22, the movers arrived to take manufacturing equipment from NY to CO to open up a second print shop location for our business. They instantly informed us that in order to move the entire list of equipment we provided to All Coast during booking, it would cost us an additional $6,000 on top of the $8,000 quote. They could not explain where the discrepancy occurred since the list did not change, and said we needed to contact our rep at All Coast (Marc **) and ask him. Since this move is time sensitive, we chose to send as much equipment as we could for the original $8,000 price, about 35% of the original shipment list. We were told "someone" would contact us with an update once the equipment shipped, and that two of our employees could fly out to receive the shipment 12/6 - 7.

This team is pretty good. I was moving my apartment and business down to Miami Beach from Lake Mary. We had a lot of equipment to be moved and quite a few things that needed to make it in one piece. They did a great job so I figure I give them a 5 star review since it's so hard to find qualified and professional movers these days.

If you are looking for 5 star service look no further because these guys excel at every aspect of the moving process!! The sales team on the phone was upfront with the costs and estimated time of delivery and they were also very polite and answered all questions that I had. I was very pleased with the way the actual movers conducted themselves in handling my belongings and I feel there was no better choice that I could have made than hiring All Coast Moving Group to take care of this move!

They were pretty good overall and this was a good experience. They were pretty fast to arrive to my house and the movers had no problem dealing with my tricky staircases, both on the pick up end of things and at the new place when they were dropping everything off. They were a good team to hire.

Had a wonderful experience with All Coast Moving Group. They really do offer premier service for low prices and have a very simple process to setting up your move. Instead of making this a long complicated hoopla they got right the point and had a driver sent to me in a matter of hours. The movers were polite and professional and everything went according to plan.

Never ever trust this moving company. I contacted them for my move from CA to NC. I shared my inventory and get initial quote from them. Their quote they shared seems reasonable, so I booked them. On the moving day when Truck moving company arrived at door and when they estimate the same inventory, they came with more space and eventually with higher price. We were left with no choice but to pay extra. When we tried to reach out to them, they didn't respond to our emails/calls/texts, which is very un-professional. This company lure customer by sharing low pricing initially. It is better to know your correct price at start rather than ended in paying more.

They did an amazing job with my move and me and my family are forever grateful with how fast and professional they were. They made the entire process so super easy and this whole thing was nothing but a breeze in the wind with these guys handling everything!

Don't waste time, effort or money these people. Thought I was paying for space to accommodate my needs for 2 bedrooms and was sent space just bigger than a walk in closet. Paid dearly. Too late to cancel. Had to eat the bill.

This company told us our things would be delivered within 10-15 days. The estimate over the phone was 2,500. Then they gave out contract to a third party. Van Lines Express. On the FMCSS website it say this company is out of service. On the US Dot it reports this company is not allowed to be in business or operate. Van Lines Express has a “F” with the BBB. When this moving team showed up at my house they also said 10-15 days. I was asked what day would we like our things delivered? I told them Oct 15. When no one had called to set up times for the delivery to be on Oct 15 I started calling both companies. And then emailing. Every time I called the operator said they would pass on the message and someone would get back to me. That never happened. My things were picked up on Oct 5 and were finally delivered Nov 27. In the end paid 5,000$. Absolutely do not use either one of these companies.

They were good and fast which was needed. Divorcing my wife so had to get out quick because it hurts too much to be there and these guys understood the urgency and got out to me asap. Everything went as expected and I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling to find a FAST team to handle their needs.

This is a trusted group of qualified professional movers with nothing but experience and great customer service to back up the justification of hiring them. They were fantastic and I am so glad I chose them to take care of business for me! I will never use another company again.

All Coast contacted me directly regarding a move I was making on November 14, 2022. I may or may not have made an inquiry or request for quote, there were so many companies that I looked into. They told me they were a moving company, they are not; they claimed to be in business for 70 years, who knows, but not likely as they are a broker and I doubt that has been a thing for that long. They offered me senior discount and a pretty cheap (too cheap by half) cost.

They were a good group to hire that met my needs specifically. I had a tight time frame that was difficult for most places to work with and things lined up perfectly. I am so glad I found this team because they were nothing but capable and proficient.

They did a good job and were a good team to hire all the way through. The process was super easy and there were no snags along the way. Everything was done well and professionally. I would definitely hire them again but hopefully I won't need to! Give them a call today!

I give them 5 stars for superior service and amazing customer service quality as well. They were fantastic with getting everything set up in a timely manner and the movers themselves were very quick and did not waste time on the clock so that they would get paid more. Everything went well and I tipped them generously!

Please do not use them! You can only receive a partial refund of your deposit if you cancel within 3 days. The salesman is soooo charming "oh no problem, they are sending a 26 ft truck, they will take it" yes, for 3.50 a cubic foot more. That IS a problem to me. They allowed us 6 ft in a truck for 120 boxes, 20 tubs, 3 tables, 2 iron pots and 3 piece set of antique wicker. There was no way that would fit and then they said it was just an estimate. Not our fault if you don't read the 6 page contract!! (Salesman says it was just the usual legal stuff.)

I should have gone the other way when Alexis ** stated the other company I had a quote from had under bidded. She did the exact thing she accused them of. She left major items off the manifest to bring the quote down only to LIE about the space I would take up on the truck. So of course there was a jump in the charges upon moving date. She falsified info regarding delivery date when the movers could not assure me of the delivery date that she scheduled of Oct. 3, 2022. Fine print states up to 30 days to deliver. They delivered my furniture 28 days later. My main items were for my 93 year old mother who had to sleep on an air mattress as I could not afford a hotel but for 3 days after arriving in the state of Georgia from ILLINOIS. I do not recommend you refer a dog to this company again.

I trusted the sales person who contacted me re a moving quote, unsolicited, I might add, and as a result, have been sorely tricked. I am terminally ill and live on a fixed income of very little each month, less than $800 and after paying a few bills, have little left. I came into a small sum of money that gave me enough to cover the move they brokered. In addition, I planned to use most of my month's income for November to help pay for the move. This bait and switch scam this company is involved in is just unforgivable, particularly given my health and age.

They did a really good job and made this whole process super smooth and easy. They helped with taking the bed frames apart and getting them back together on the tail end too and they really moved fast which made it feel like they weren't just running the clock up on me!

They did a pretty good job and made everything really simple and easy for us. I wasn't really sure where to turn for such a long distance move and felt like there was no option other than to break my back and do it myself. A friend recommended this group and I'm glad they did because everything went exactly how it should've.

Overall they did a really good job moving me from South Carolina to North Carolina. Didn't have a lot of time to make this happen and was calling on a bit of short notice with a short deadline. They made everything work and things went well. No issues happened and I am pleased with how I was treated by this company.

All Coast Moving Group did a really wonderful job. We had moved from South Jersey to Carmel, New York and there were not exactly a lot of options that lined up with what we needed for the move. Luckily this team here came through and made it all happen!

This broker negotiated moving services to be done while I moved from MA to VA for graduate school. My storage locker was at Public Storage on Middlesex Avenue in Assembly Sq. Marc ** was the business associate who quoted me. The quote was lowballed, and when the mover arrived he asked for additional money for all of the items. I abandoned a lot of the items and ended up donating them to make the move work.

This team deserves 5 stars beyond a shadow of a doubt. The block I was moving out of is known for having a lot of transient folk and during the move they were trying to sneak in the truck and take my things (hence why I'm moving). The guys that came to move my stuff were pretty good about keeping an eye on everything and also making sure everything was safe. 5 stars!

All Coast Moving Group did a really good job with our move and made everyone feel comfortable with the process from start to finish.. Everything lined up perfectly and they did exactly what they said they would with prices and timing. Overall a very good experience!

They did a 5 star job on the move I had lined up from SC to NC. Not a lot of stuff. Just a lot of ground to cover. I almost forgot a few boxes too but they helped me do a walk through to make sure nothing was missing which was appreciated. They did a really terrific job.

They did a great job and I am super super happy I hired them. I had a difficult time arranging everything and an even harder time finding a place that would handle the move that was within my price range. These folks were awesome and did a great job!

Zero Stars from me. As a matter of fact, they get a minus 5 stars for how they treat veterans. I originally contracted with All Coast Movers, 9/15/2022 and cancelled on 9/16/2022. After a previous bad experience with another company, I reviewed and chose ALL COAST MOVING GROUP. I even spoken with their representative, Alexis **, who assured me that they were reputable and honorable to Veterans. This proved to be my undoing. After paying them $1284.83, I changed my mind and called the very next day, 9/16/2022 and cancelled my order. I was told, by Ms. **, that the refund would take 7-10 business days before I received a full refund. I even submitted written notification of my request for cancellation on 9/16/2022. My refund never came. I called, emailed them several times before responded to me after I hinted at legal actions.

After a bad break up I had to move asap and was going back to my parents' while I figure out the next steps, they lived quite a ways away and finding a company to pick up this move on the drop of a dime was challenging. Also finding one in my price range was a bit of a process as well but I sold enough things to be able to get a smaller truck so that helped too. This team did a service for me that really got me out of a bad situation and for that I am thankful.

They did an outstanding job with my move and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. The movers arrived quickly which was a huge bonus in my book because other companies said they couldn't get to me at a minimum of 4 months. This team did really good and I give them 5 stars.

Updated on 10/27/2022: I had previously written a review after speaking with Ryan to arrange a full service pack and move. What a scam artist. After they took my money, I got a call the day before from Ocean Moving Company. They are rated D with the BBB and I 100% see why. They texted me, I tried calling back and there was no answer. Immediately after I called the number with no message and no ability to leave a message they called back. They had no idea what services I had paid for. When I called All Coast to advise I didn't want this D-rated, incompetent mover they subcontracted, Ryan was totally unresponsive. When I called to cancel the service altogether, absorbing the loss of thousands of dollars, they called me to tell me I had to e-mail the request. I advised I had already e-mailed every address they had on file. Still the next day I got a text message stating "I'll be there at 12:00." Expensive lesson learned- steer clear.

They did a fantastic job of handling this move for me and my family. I am very pleased with how careful they were with my delicate belongings and how quickly they processed my transaction and got a mover to my house. Things went exceedingly well and I would definitely use this service again!

They were fast and reliable, had to move, had to do it fast and had to do it with a team I could trust. All Coast Moving group made this all possible with their excellent customer service and experienced representatives.

All Coast Moving group did a pretty good job and made sure there were no complications along the way. Really glad I hired this team to move my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house from Atlanta Georgia to Fort McCoy Florida. I'll give them 5 stars because of how smooth this move went.

All Coast Moving Group did a really good job with my move. I was moving a 3 bedroom house from Lake Worth, Florida to Plant City Florida since I work remote and housing prices are a bit cheaper pretty much anywhere other than Palm Beach County. The only problem was getting everything packed up and shipped over to my new home. This team really came through for me!

All Coast Moving Group did a really outstanding job with my move. I was moving from Jacksonville to West Palm Beach, it's about a 6 hour drive so multiple trips were out of the questions and I am just not capable of getting everything into a truck and driving it down the entire state of Florida. These guys really came through for me and I am 100% glad I hired them!

They did an excellent job for me. I had a few options but after speaking with all of the companies over the phone these guys gave me the best vibes and I just knew that they would be able to handle everything with ease with how experienced everyone sounded over the phone. With 4 bed frames/mattresses, 3 TV stands, and a few dressers, I knew the truck we would need would be big. They accurately estimated the size of the truck needed to make this happen and everything went without a hitch!

Had a wonderful experience moving from Pennsylvania to NY. They were pretty on point with getting someone to me asap and the way they handled all of my things was adequate, as they made sure they weren't bumping into corners or throwing things around. I am very pleased with the service I received from All Coast.

Pretty small time move but had a decent amount of stuff. I took most of the electronics in my car but the furniture and a ton of boxes needed to go. They did a pretty good job and made the whole thing super easy for me. They were on time for delivery and nothing was broken.

They did an amazing job and I'm very happy with services rendered. I had a 2 bedroom in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania and needed to move to Naples New York. I expected the costs to be a lot more but they were fantastic with time frames and pricing options. I am pleased overall.

Big move came up and I had to get down to Florida in a specific time period for a job transition. Had a hard time finding a team capable of making the move with the requirements I had. Unfortunately If I wasnt able to get something arranged I would've had to do it myself. Luckily I found All Coast Moving Group who did this whole operation easily and efficiently.

My father used this company for their move to Florida. They take your money no problem! Then your stuff is lost and broken if it shows up at all. They take no responsibility what so ever and blame it on the mover they hire! The customer service guy is a complete jerk and put you on hold..Then tells you he doesn't want to talk to you anymore.. They track your number calling in so they know who's calling them. You want to see other reviews check out the BBB online! All the same! Scam company. Stay away and Hire a real moving company directly!

I got an original quote from this company and added a few bins and boxes and it literally doubled the price. They won’t do ANYTHING until a week before your move, and of course after you already paid a deposit and the refund period expires. THEN hold you hostage for yet another deposit BEFORE THE MOVE. So right now they have $3,800 of my money and haven’t moved ANYTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Really excellent customer service from All Coast Moving Group. They did a great job with setting things up and handling all of the logistics of my move. I was going from Harpers Ferry, West Virginia and moving to Bristow, Virginia. It was a little bit of a trip and the mountains and hills made me nervous to drive a truck on my own but they were pros.

They did an absolutely wonderful job of handling the move that I needed to be done. I had a very specific time frame because the place I am moving into is very particular about who gets in the gate so since I don't have a fob it had to be on a certain day at a certain time. They did a good job of working with me to make sure everything lines up and I couldn't be happier.

Pretty fast response here from these guys which was greatly appreciated as I was on a deadline. They did a pretty great job handling everything and made sure all of the items they had to pack up were safe and sound and I had nothing damaged on the backend either. They did a fantastic job through it all

This moving group did an alright job for what I had lined up. 4 bedroom house in Nevada being moved over to Arizona for cheaper house and bigger land. I cannot complain about the service they provided because they did such a good job and made sure everything was good on my end from start to finish.

They did a fine job with everything said and done they handled my 4 bedroom house pretty well and I had a lot of things that had to either get moved onto the truck or into the dumpster and they helped with that too. Everything went wonderfully.

They did a great amazing job. Handle this move for me and my family. We have a lot of stuff for the 2 kids and 3 pets and I was nervous about things remaining intact through transport. They handled everything well and deserve a 5 star review because there is really on good things to say about this company.

All Coast Moving Group was an excellent company and I am so very glad I hired them to handle my move. I had a 3 bedroom house in New Haven and I moved into New York recently and I know for a fact that I could not have done this without them!

Had a pretty standard experience here. Long distance move and a lot of rooms to be packed up with some disassembly for furniture pieces accumulated over the years. They were just fine and I didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend them them.

They did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with service I got. Jake, over the phone was nothing but a pleasurable experience who made me feel right at home and gave me reassurances all the way through that helped me really feel like a special customer, and I hope they treat everyone the way they treated me! 5 stars.

Had a small little 2 bedroom and a storage container with some old furniture and boxes that needed to be moved up and over to Colorado. These guys did a great job and really made the whole process simple and clean. I have no complaints because the service they gave was impeccable.

These guys were awesome! They were fast, reliable, and trustworthy. They handled all of the boxes and furniture like real, true, professional movers! I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out and they were truly a blessing in disguise during this very stressful time in my life!

What a ** operation. The initial call with "Jimmy" who was friendly and reassuring...call me any time, here's my personal number. What a crock. Any time I called with a question, I got the same names...it did not take a rocket scientist to figure out they had a script. If I started to ask questions they did not know the answer. They accused me of getting me upset. In addition every transactional call ended up costing me more money. When I finally got my furniture I had several pieces broken, several never to be found again. Yes I have insurance, but unreal so of my boxes marked fragile looked like they were sat on. My last call with them was the day my furniture arrived only to find out that I owed more money. When on the phone with the company the woman started yelling at me to stop yelling at her. The Driver standing next to me just shook his head...he could not believe it. Never Again.

They made a really stressful and exhausting thing so simple and easy. From start to finish this team here, All Coast Moving Group, made me able to sit back and relax while they did the heavy lifting and truck loading, which I needed after a long day of packing boxes. I had a good experience using them for my move.

They did a pretty good job with my move. All I had to do was sit back and watch while they handled a 4 bed room house and all the boxes and furniture associated. Overall I would recommend this team to anyone.

They did a great job with handling my 3 bed 2 bath move. I was upgrade to a house with more footage so I bought some pieces of furniture and other things in advance and they even helped with all of that. I paid a little extra for them to assist in assembly with products that were still in the boxes and everything went pretty well!

Their representative lied to me. Advised me if I got expedited direct delivery didn't have to worry about how much AS LONG AS IT ALL FIT. The day before they called me and the whole story changed - Ashley ** and the supervisors lie to you - STAY AWAY!!!! A COMPLETE CON!!!!

5 star fantastic team here, know what you sign up for if you go elsewhere they will take your money and never come to get your things. All Coast was fast and reliable and they make everything super simple and easy. Do not pass them up if you are looking for somewhere that will handle your move with tact!

They were a great team of qualified professionals that handled this move and they handled it with the utmost care and courtesy for me as their customer! I moved from Thackerville OK to Frisco TX and didn't have many options for movers that could handle how big of a move I had! They did a great job!

They were on the ball. Glad I found this team because I was really running out of options when the team I had hired and scheduled backed out at the last second. These guys not only told me how to get my money back from the last shady company but also handled the move from start to finish! They were very fast too!

Good team overall, I had an office that needed to moved from Stroudsburg to Harriman and had a lot of desks, computers, monitors, TVs, and other assorted office equipment. They made the process simple and easy and did a great job with the move. I highly recommend them

HOLY WOW, they did good job. My family oversees and have sent me many things since my time here. All Coast did good job of packing, moving, unpacking. I did not speak English very much when move happen but they make it work!

They did pretty gosh dang good. I'm really happy that they were so quick with getting to my house and the boxes we already had packed up pretty much vanished before my eyes. The drivers and the trucking team and the moving team were all very professional and kind. Can't say I'm not pleased.

They did a good job, I had a move from TN to NC and had a decent bit of stuff to move from not only my home but also my office. Computers and office equipment were the most fragile and delicate items in my opinion and they did a pretty good job of getting everything there safe and sound. Pretty good team here.

All Coast Moving Group did an awesome job handling my move for me. The phone reps were very polite and nice and I can't believe how fast they not only got to my current house but how fast they got to the drop off location as well. They were also very quick in actually loading the truck and unloading it.

Absolutely stunning service from these folks. Everything was top tier quality professional service from the guys on the phones to the guys who did the heavy lifting to the guy who drove the actual truck. Everything was done right and done well. If you are looking for real professionals then look no further.

They did a real good job I gotta say. A lot of my kin are a bit older now so it's tough getting people to help out with a big move when everyone is busy with their own lives. Make this thing easier on yourself and hire some pros! All Coast will have you taken care of in a jiff.

Absolutely wonderful team here that did such an amazing job getting all of my things to the new house I was set to move into, in one piece! It's really great to find an actual team of professional movers that put your needs first and make sure they're capable of the job before the last minute like some others I've used in the past!

So far everything is going well. I do not actually move until end of September. Looking forward to a good move. I have called my agent and he has been very helpful. I am a little worried about added cost if my boxes go over amount.

They did an amazing job first and foremost and I highly recommend them! I had a small move from AL to FL and had quite a few pieces of furniture I need to either dispose or figure out how to move and it was just too much for me. Luckily I found a group that handled the move and helped with all the disposals as well!

I do not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They will quote you and then send movers out and load the truck for you before telling you the move will cost you double what they quote. When you try to resolve the issue they are rude over the phone and not helpful. The contract said 2-14 days for delivery of stuff and on day 15 we are still waiting and All Coast Moving Group will not help us get answers with a company they contracted with.

Awesome team here. I had a 4 bed room house in Mobile Alabama and had a move to Florida to get a bit closer to family. This team really made such a huge impact on first contact that I knew they were the team I needed to hire. They were fast and so much cheaper than other quotes I was given. I really appreciated how great they were.

They did a wonderful job. I was in a real pickle with a last-minute move needed for a job that was paying to relocate me. They gave me a certain budget and other companies were dodgy with telling me for sure that they could stay within the budget I was allotted. They were fast, on the ball, and upfront with everything and I can't say how great they are in words.

They did an awesome job of making sure I felt safe, valued, and comfortable. I was alone and that was nerve-wracking to have a bunch of men come into my home and take my things away but they gave me every reassurance I asked for and seemed happy to do so. They did a wonderful job and I'm really happy I found All Coast Moving Group.

They were pretty amazing, had a decent amount of boxes and furniture. About 40 or so boxes from small to medium, two couches, 2 dressers, two beds, and some other various items. They took my information and estimated how big of a truck I would need and oh boy if they weren't spot on with the guessing there. The movers were very nice and fast at doing what they do. Overall my experience with this company was 5 star worthy!!

They did a pretty awesome job. I had a 2 bedroom but my living room had a lot of furniture like couches bookshelves etc. They were all from ikea so of course the durability of them for the move was a concern and I was worried a lot of things would fall apart in the truck. Luckily I was dealing with a team of pros and they made sure everything was strapped in and secure.

Had a wonderful experience. I had to move my office from Jacksonville Florida to south Palm Beach County. I had a large number of desks, chairs, computers, office supplies, the whole deal. They were quick with getting everything set up and getting insured and certified individuals to my doorstep. Overall I had no issues with this company.

The entire experience has been horrific. They provided movers that increased our price twice, totaling over $7000 dollars, almost doubling our original estimate. We could never reach our salesperson Marc. We were able to speak with our first contact, Logan, who put us on hold and never came back or returned our call. Another employee talked down to us, speaking over us, so rudely we ended up hanging up on her. A complete and total lack of any customer service whatsoever.

Awesome team here. I was living in New Jersey in a 4 bed room house and had 4 beds, 4 dresses, 2 couches, and other general things like bookshelves etc. They did a good job of break down the things that wouldn't fit through the door and made sure everything was strapped in tight. They did an awesome job and I recommend All Coast to anyone looking for quality service.

They gave excellent service and had a very professional feel to them. Some minor hiccups in Florida traffics but what's new that isn't their fault. All Coast did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company. They will NOT let you down!

TLDR: This company doesn't care about customer service, uses random subcontractors and are very rude if you have any issues. I knew that estimates are usually way off, so I offered to give the agent a virtual tour of my house and/or an updated inventory as I packed, but he ignored my requests. I got covid while packing and they refused to refund me. The movers did not give me an updated bill of lading before packing the truck, but the driver came in after all the movers had gone home and gave me bill for 4k more than the estimate. I was expecting it to be higher as I added and removed items, but that was outrageous.

Expert team of qualified movers that made the process from start to finish super easy. I'm glad they came recommended so highly from friends and coworkers alike and they were cheaper than most of their competitors. The thing I liked the most is they didn't take forever to drop off my belongings.

Great team that handled everything well, I had a 4 br 2 bath house that needed to be consolidated and downsized to something more affordable given the current rent crisis. They did a wonderful job with getting everything gathered up and dropped off and I have no complaints through and through.

Wonderful team of qualified professionals that took care of a last minute move involving a 3 bedroom house into a larger space farther south in the sunshine state. Of course I was nervous having ANYONE come by and take everything I own in a truck and transporting it down the entire state of Florida but these guys really make you feel at home and how fast they moved definitely made me feel better because it showed me they had done this kind of work many times in the past!

Fantastic work from Eric and Chris. This was our first time using a moving service and they made everything amazingly easy. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. All of our furniture made it across town without a hitch. Chris's was recommended to us by a friend and it was pretty clearly an awesome recommendation. They did pretty good from start to finish. Brad on the phone was very nice and courteous and made sure all my needs were able to be met before putting the final touches on everything. I'm glad I found such a reliable team of movers to handle this especially stressful time in my life and I'm also happy with how they conduct themselves.

Wonderful team that really handled all the business I had with them well. First and foremost the people on the phone were very nice and gathered information quickly. When the drivers arrived I confirmed the quote I was given over the phone and everything matched up. I told them I would need to follow them to the correct address to let them in and to make sure my things made it safe and sound and they had no problem. All in all things went extremely well!

Made arrangements way in advance and then last week they confirmed a date to pickup. However, it was not the date we originally asked. The day before we were told they would be here between 10am-11am, then early this am we received text that it would be at end of afternoon. We then received a call that it would actually be 6:30pm. It is now 6:45 and no show. We called and left two messages for the manager on duty and no response. Mind you we sold this house and are to be out today per our sales contract and on the road to our next destination. However, it’s so late in the day we have to get a hotel in our own town.

Used All Coast Moving based on Consumer Affairs recommendation. WORST Mistake Ever!! 1st they are a broker not a moving company so they charge you to find you a moving company. 2nd - They accept their down payment on credit card, but the moving company they hook you up with may only accept cash meaning 2/3 of your move has to be paid in cash. 3rd - they lowball the Cubic Feet so chances are when the movers they choose arrive that company is going to charge you additional $$ (in my case my move went from 4K to $5300. 4th - the moving company All Coast chose has horrible ratings and reviews. 5th - After movers are in place and they get your deposit.. Forget about good Customer Service.. I’ve gotten more sympathy from the IRS!! Run from this company RUN!! Check out BBB reviews for an Honest opinion. I’m usually a positive reviewer but this company is properly rated on BBB and it’s an F. Don’t use them.

Great team here with everything being made so simple and easy. Mike the guy I spoke with on the phone was fast with collecting info and getting a driver out to me. The movers were in and out faster than I could blink and at that moment I realized I was dealing with pros and that my things were in good hands as they had clearly done this many times before!

We received an Estimate based on a fully furnished 3BR home w/ garage. I was told we got many discounts including military. When the movers showed up they said 489 cu.ft which was 1 room. I sent a detailed itemized list and discussed every item. Cust service was very rude and nasty and so is one manager. An estimate shouldn't be off by an add'l $6000.00. We were also told 3-4 day delivery. It was 2 weeks. No reflection on the individual movers. They knew we were senior citizens and veterans on a fixed income and we were clearly taken advantage of. Kept telling us we didn't want to pay for add'l inventory.

All Coast Moving Group lies and gives false pretense about the quality of their services. This company uses Household Hauling (HH) LLC who has numerous BBB complaints in pick up, delivery and reimbursement of damaged items. HH has a terrible reputation. This company lies about how additional liability insurance is purchased, promising full item replacement, with the insurance they are selling. If you have any questions pertaining to your contract, they conveniently will not respond until after the 72 hour cancellation time is over, then tell you there is no refund. A scam in the services promised, quality of services, potential refunds, overcharge of insurance and coverage. Don't use this company for your next move, consumer beware!

All Coast Movers said all the right things to get my business, good timelines for delivery, how my assets would be handled, storage costs, etc. Told me picking up on Dec 15 and delivering 0n Dec 30 was a perfect amount of time to go across country. Then they brokered me out to a horrible company called First Rate Moving who did the actual move. As far as I know, All Coast only made one phone call and took $1990 for that service. First Rate picked up my assets on Dec 15 2021 and they were delivered by yet another brokered company Patriot Relocation on Feb 3rd 2022!!!

Great team of pros here! They came by and got everything scooped up, were very careful with all the delicate items I had, helped with disassembling some of my larger pieces of furniture and were pretty awesome overall. Really glad I found this team because without them I certainly would've broken my back trying to get all this done in the timeframe I was allotted!

Utilized this group when I had to move some business stuff from my old place to the new one and they did a fantastic job of making sure everything made it in one piece. A Friend of mine used these guys a while back so I figured I'd give it a try! I was not left disappointed

Had a long distance move but only a small amount of things so I was shocked when this company quoted me the price. No funny business. Nothing broken damaged or stolen so I'd say I came out on top with these guys!

All Coast Moving Group really saved the day for me. I had all my ducks in a row and everything packed up and ready to go and then at the very last minute I forgot I had a whole storage container that I've been keeping a bunch of stuff in and had to race over to get things handled so we could take those too. They met me over there and helped me with organizing and packing and were extremely nice the entire time!

Good team here! I had a 4 bedroom house I needed packed up and it was a house that's been in the family for a while so there were a LOT of things that needed to be consolidated, disassembled and moved. They helped with everything and really laid all my worries to rest. Can't have been happier!

They did not provide enough space after reducing inventory in half. I believe after a few days of signing, they keep your deposit and we were unable to reach anyone on time. We were lied to by a phone agent when we did get through, he pretended to be a manager, some hung up on us. When we reported them they claimed we were disruptive to local movers that they brokered. We felt totally scammed. No help, but character attacks instead from this place. Incredibly unprofessional and shady at best.

Hired to complete a move cross country just before Xmas. Failed to even complete the job, then made excuses for the contractor they hired. Use anyone else if you want a decent move. This group stinks.

Pretty good experience where the reps on the phone were polite and kind and the movers that actually showed up were professional and fast. I had a 2 bedroom house with only a small amount of furniture and belongings that needed moved across the coast and a little south. The time frame actually made sense. The estimates were fair and overall it was a good experience.

Hiring ACMG was one of the worst decisions in my life. Andrew (called Drew), a salesman with ACMG, was quick to take my order for a cross-country move. But after sending him the requested $1310 advance payment, the service went downhill. I had a 2-day window for pickup, either a Saturday or a Sunday. A planner called me late on Friday to tell me pickup would be on Saturday, but never gave me the time. Since my daughter was going to drive over an hour to an assisted living facility where the pickup was, she needed to know what time the movers would be there. I texted Drew to tell him the movers were not responding to my calls & that the service was bad. Someone finally called around noon on Saturday & said pickup would be between 4 p.m. & 6:30 p.m.

Biggest rip off out there, stay far away from this company. Tried to triple their fee last minute and then just left us stranded without moving us, then said I cancelled them! When their driver just drove away. Said they would not refund my $2000 deposit, WRONG! I got it back.

Very happy overall with how things turned out here. Not sure I could've found a better moving company in such a short time span! They were quick and did everything carefully which is always appreciated!! Overall I give them 5 stars and I don't give those out easy!

Great amazing company that really cares about its customers! I got on the phone with them and no less than 10 minutes later was a truck heading towards me! I guess i got lucky with the availability. I told them I'd tip extra since the holidays are coming up and I can afford to do so so maybe that's why? Haha. Anyway they did good!

These brokers took more than $4,000 from my parents and hired a nonexistent moving company to move them cross county. The company obviously did not show up and threw their lives into turmoil. We booked with the same company and they are still holding thousands of dollars that they will not return. I have reported them to federal regulators and the BBB. DO NOT TRUST THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS.

I initially contracted with All Coast and was very specific about my high end furniture and number of artwork. I was given a solid quote of 5462. Turns out they are just brokers and when the third party mover arrived he wrote up a brand new contract and demanded 10670 dollars to complete the move. In addition my shipment would be uploaded and stored for a few days and then reloaded and driven down to NC with no date promised. I refused to sign this new contract with this third party. So All Coast claims that since I cancelled I forfeited my deposit of 2100.

This is not a moving company, they are broker. Once you inquire for a quote, you get bombarded with calls and text messages giving same day discounts and such. I fell for this as I need to move quickly. Company has good consumer affairs reviews so I signed up. Once you pay initial deposit, phone calls and text message stops. When my moving date was 1 day before, no one called me with status when and who will be coming to pick the item. I had to call and get update. Finally 3 guys and truck showed up to pick the items. End up charging more extra $200 for same originals items list I gave. Fine, I had to be out from my old place and I needed these items picked. Delivery date was Oct 2nd. Again, no one called and let me know if the delivery is going to happen. I had to call All Coast and they gave me the driver's number to find out when my items are getting delivered.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. Very happy with how everything went down. The lady on the phone who initially set everything up for me was very fast and efficient with collecting my information and got straight to the point which I appreciate. The movers were all professional and nice and got the job done quickly and they actually arrived to the new place ahead of schedule which is always nice! Can't say enough about how great All Coast is.

Had a small 1br apartment needing to be moved to Phoenix. Tons of holiday decorations I accumulated over the years, some family heirlooms and other things that just weren't replaceable. Very pleased that I found a group that not only acted fast, but also carefully, and for a good price!

Had to use this company this time around because last one I went through was booked up and I'm 2/2 on finding great moving services. The gentlemen who answered the phone was very nice and knowledgeable and got everything set up in no time flat. The cost was fair and pretty industry standard, and the wait time for the move wasn't horrible but I'm sure the waiting period is of course affected by covid. Anyway this is a wonderful company that should not be overlooked.

Tom was the most wonderful helpful and pleasant gentleman to work with. He was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed to book my move. I am very pleased I got to work with Tom.

1. Substandard packing and handling. We paid for full packing service which stated that items would be professionally packed and large items protected with moving quilted pads, etc. Many boxes were crushed and items were just tossed in without any wrap. Many larger items were wrapped in shrink-wrap only without any pads. This resulted in damaged, torn, and scratched surfaces on about 75 % of our furniture. Some smaller furniture items were so badly damaged that they will need replacing. We could not believe that our two, large almost new sofas were unloaded without any pad protection at all resulting in tears and stains.

Had a good time with these movers. Followed them down with a second truck I had and we had a blast. Not sure where you find these guys at but keep them around! Can't believe how smooth and simple the process was and the rates just couldn't be beat. 10/10 service from All Coast!

Great service, have a lot of rare figurines and collectables that I was worried about. Can't have my collection getting damaged! It was too much for me to move up and down flights of steps so I had a good experience with this group getting everything there undamaged. Very pleased.

I used All Coast to move from CA to TX. My first contact with the company (Vince) was good. He was very helpful and got my move set-up for me. Then the cost kept increasing from my original quote. When the move company they hired for me showed up, again the cost increased. The movers did not write any details about my stuff only gave me a blank form with some numbers. No mover information was on this sheet, which I did not notice at the time. (My mistake).

I've been sitting back and relaxing with a drink ever since the movers left. What a great job they did. Can't believe it was so easy and seamless but they were fast and reliable and there was 0 funny business! I've used other companies in the past and they were less than truthful about quotes! Very happy with today.

Movers showed up and stated they were Russian, thus none of us could understand each other. They didn't know math or how to calculate cubic feet. They loaded part of our belongings onto their truck and stated we owed them extra money and wanted about a thousand more to finish the load. We had been watching them and I got on their truck and measured the area they had loaded and explained that they hadn't even loaded the cubic feet that we had paid for yet... They couldn't understand math (length x width x height). They threatened us with extra charges if we didn't agree.

They was very good to me and my family. Very nice, I offer them meal for doing such good job but they had to leave and that make me sad. They do good job with moving things from one house to next. Heavily recommend.

Yeah they was pretty good. Didn't have no hassle, the movers were nice and handsome which is always a bonus. I don't really like messing with moving companies since I got two kids that are perfectly capable but since they TOO GROWN now what's a girl to do. Had move from the Florida-Georgia line all the way down to Broward County. Thankfully all coast was there to move all of my furniture. I was concerned about my desk and studio equipment being damaged but everything arrived safe and sound!

Glad we chose All Coast after talking to several other options. The other movers were very short and kind of rude on the phone when we got a quote and All Coast was very polite and patience going through our things to be moved. Figuring out what we didn't want to take was the hardest part of the process haha. All in All they did very well and the price was in the middle of the offers which was what we were comfortable with.

This is a moving broker that lives up to every bad thing that is ever said about moving brokers. They had a five star review on here and underestimated the move so that they could charge more, when I found out who the carrier was that they chose it had an F on BBB and had been flagged for holding people ransom for their things, and had lost its accreditation with the BBB. When I told them this was unacceptable they told me I didn't have a choice in who they used to move my things and that they were keeping my deposit. What is worse is the fact that they seemed to expect that they could do this to their customers with no consequences. Please for your own sanity do not use this company.

I used them for a move to and from a storage unit, garage and apartment in one city to a house in another. The movers were polite and friendly. Office staff were efficient and helpful and they made follow-up calls to make sure that everything happened as it should have. I highly recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company will tell you what you want to hear and lie through their teeth just to get your deposit (which isn’t even included in the moving fee). They outsource their movers who are not quality. Look up reviews for US Movers, read the worst reviews, and follow their instruction. All Coast didn’t tell me who the movers were until the day of (for that exact purpose, I’m sure). They’re awful too. They tried to sneak things past me with the contract the driver wanted signed and when I called them on it they got mad. If they don’t hide this review, just do yourself a favor and find a different moving company. This one is NOT worth the trouble.

All Coast was great, they really know what they are doing when it comes to loading and packing a truck. I made sure to let them know that I was pretty impressed with how they got everything into the truck without any bumps or scrapes.

They responded very quickly and finished moving heavy items into our basement. They were really careful around steps and making sure not to damage anything the process. They also accommodated one additional item that I did not mention in original request.

Everything was organized in the truck by logic of how it was going to be placed. I never do reviews because I am afraid of the email clutter, but this time I think it deserves to be shared. Amazing company and would definitely use them again. The whole staff was very professional and timely. The movers provided excellent overall customer service. This was my first time using a moving company, so I would highly recommend them. The company is great all a around. The office staff is efficient and very direct. They made Moving from Florida to NJ a pleasant experience.

I was allowed to transfer from Portland to South Carolina, expenses paid out of pocket. The movers were efficient and protected all furniture appropriately. We packed are own boxes and kitchen dishes, to save money. Fairly easy experience except was not told we needed to have each mattress covered.

When moving you have a thousand things to worry about, let me tell you working with All Coast was not one of them. Working with all coast is incredibly easy and their process is streamlined. I was very concerned about my belongings traveling across several states but after talking with the reps I felt like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend.

They did an excellent job moving our furniture!! All pieces were thoroughly wrapped and cared for. Furniture was moved all in one day and with one truck! I would highly recommend them. Movers were extremely courteous they did everything I asked of them. If you're looking to have your furniture moved they're the company to use!
