Wish they would burn better. I keep only getting the center burning & never melts all the way evenly. So as it looks, it only burns the center like a sm candle in the center. I don't think I will be wasting my $$ on them anymore. I'm on the hunt for new ones.

I purchased 3 sets of your golden cutlery in 2025 from a Walmart store in Amherst NS Canada. I purchased these in good faith feeling Homes and Garden would be a quality brand to invest in. I was very wrong. The majority of the cutlery has discoloration and fading of the gold sheen on them. This has been very disappointing. Before I purchased I made sure they were dishwasher safe which it stated they were on the box. I would like my money back and would gladly return these to you at your expense. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We have recently bought several solar lights, some with good results, others not so much. The BH&G 30L/600L Spot Light falls into the poor results category. As this is one of our "more powerful" ones, we had high hopes. It failed in working well from the beginning, then got wet on the interior, then stopped altogether. We bought it on October 22, 2024 (Walmart) and I am just getting around to writing this review. I cannot remember exactly when it stopped completely but it has been many months. I cannot find our receipt but found the purchase date on our Walmart.com account and have included it as a Verified Buyer.

Bought glass containers with lids and they're horrible, the seals don’t stay in and the clips break off!! Better Homes and Gardens DON'T stand behind their products, when they're contacted all they have to say is they have a contract with “Walmart” to contact them! WHAT A JOKE. Guess I won’t be purchasing this brand anymore. They're just another company/business out for the buck and could care less about the customer!! Very poor customer service.

Purchased Better Homes and Gardens towels. 5 out of the 6 have begun to come unsewn in approximately one month of use. Brand new towels are frayed. Also, these towels discolor very easily. They feel ok but they are overall terrible!

Not good products and can’t get a hold of anyone!!! Bought non stick pans. Non stick. Yeah right. May have used the wrong spray and used nfl receiver spray. Will not be buying products with anything affiliated with this name and will make no one else does either.

Better Homes & Gardens Bamboo Stackable Shelf, Natural Bamboo Color, Easy Assemble, 16 x 10 x 1.18in. is a piece of junk. Either the screws are too short or the wooden dolls pins were too long. Put the screw in and the wood split in middle.

I used to subscribe to BHG and was looking forward to every issue. For years. Then they changed an editor in chief. And it all went downhill. The magazine became just a collection of ad with 3-4 pages of actual text. I suppose it is a nod to the younger generation of readers who don’t read anymore. But they don’t read BHG either. They are in TikTok and IG. They just sent me an Xmas issue as a freebie. I looked through it and I see that it got only worse. Now the ads are even more, but the only actual BGH content is 3-4 pages of repetitive pictures of the same candles or decorations in Xmas flavor. Junk! Pure junk! And so many trees are killed for this useless magazine that nobody reads!

I bought a bathroom fixture at Walmart and it was missing a part. I called Home & Garden who said the part would be shipped the next day. Three months later, I still have not received the part and when I called again, a recording said I was eligible for a $100 Walmart gift card but there would be a small processing fee. Are they seriously working with scam companies now? So I may be out around $33 for an unusable bathroom fixture but H&G will be out much more in the long run as I will not do business with this company again.

We've experienced the exact same scenario as, "William in Matteson, IL Reviewed Dec. 12, 2021" see below. But our issue is three years later now, Oct 17, 2024 & involves four cube units, (2) 4-cube & (2) 6-cube, all "Tobacco Oak" finish per Better Homes & Gardens" model listings & pictures, all shown on Walmart's website. Unfortunately, the two 4-cube "Tobacco Oak" cube units & the two 6-cube "Tobacco Oak" units, all ordered at the same time, from the same online Walmart site, are DIFFERENT COLOR FINISHES & do NOT MATCH.
