I had a blowout on the car, so I called the dealership and they said to call Zurich. I called them, and somebody from there said, “take it back to the dealership. It should be covered.” I had a hard time making an appointment, but finally got to the dealership. They took a picture of the tire and sent it to somebody, and I had to wait for half an hour for them to okay the warranty then the dealership changed the tire at no charge. All in all, the service department was awfully slow in contacting Zurich, but otherwise, Zurich's part of the contract was great.

I had a tire replaced and the process was great. I didn't have to do anything because when the dealer went into the system, he saw that I have Zurich. It was pretty easy.

I bought a car with a lot of miles. The dealership fixed my AC and Zurich handled it. But they should go over the specifics of what's covered and what's not 'cause I previously had things not covered that, ideally, should have been because of the time that I've had the car. Other than that, everything's worked out fine.

I had a flat tire and Grand Subaru said I was covered but Berman Subaru knew nothing of the warranty because it didn’t show up on their records. So, I have to physically carry it with me and have them call Zurich to get approval to do the work. Then, Zurich has to pay them before they release my car. They covered the tire repair so that was nice.

I purchased the warranty because they told me it covers tires and scratches to the vehicle. I figured that was pretty valuable and it already paid for itself when I got a flat. I got my tire fixed very easily and surprisingly, it was very painless. I took it to the dealership and they replaced the tire. I was very happy with Zurich.

I didn't have to pay out of pocket for the claim on the wheel bearings but I paid out of pocket for other work I had done there. The only discrepancy I had was Zurich doesn't cover the DEF system. There should be at least a warranty that somebody could purchase to help cover that 'cause it's expensive.

I bought the car at Zeigler Chrysler, and I bought the extended warranty there. So, I told them I have an extended warranty. It was fairly easy. My car had the engine light on. And there was an air intake thing, and it was bad in the front, which was covered. The only thing I wasn't sure about is Zurich didn't cover everything. Because one of the wires was corroded, and they don't cover corrosion. But the car is only two years old. But it all worked out. I saved money in the long run.

Once I got to the right number, it went smoothly. I was able to hand the vehicle off to the dealership, and they spoke directly to Zurich's agents, and they took care of everything. I got a brand-new tire. It was a road hazard. And I was glad that the dealers determined that it needed to be replaced. Zurich covered everything and it couldn’t have been smoother.
The only bit of friction was I don’t have an app where I could easily have a way to get to the information, know which one to call. That would have been super helpful. My wife had to scan the policy, send it to me. I called the dealership where we bought the car. They had one number which was different from the number that I ultimately called. So, that was a bit of the friction. But it all worked out. Because what needed to happen was the dealer needed to call Zurich to get the claim processed. Once that happened, literally within under five minutes, it was all done. And I just walked out of the dealership. I didn’t have to do anything. I paid nothing. That was great.

I have multiple policies, and I had to use the policy for dent removal. And just recently, for a nail in my tire. So far, it has been great. The GMC dealer did everything for me. I didn't have to pay for anything. Having Zurich has been a major benefit.

I went in unexpectedly because my tire was low and I thought I needed some air. But they found it needed to be replaced. I was not billed for anything. Zurich is a very nice and convenient thing to have, especially if you have an unexpected situation like I did.

Zurich did exactly what they said they would do. My coolant levels kept on going out. There was some kind of valve or connection that was a problem and they took care of it. My dilemma was I live about an hour from where I bought the car and I wasn't sure if I had to go back to them. Zurich advised me on what my options were. Everybody did their part and it was pretty seamless.

I had a flat tire and called to see what the benefits were for that. They covered the tire but in terms of getting towing service, AAA would be better for us 'cause there is a limit of $100 on the coverage for a tow truck to come out whereas with AAA, that would be free. Other than that, they answered the phone and it was a real person. It's good to be able to get to a live person quickly. So, the experience was good.

The first time, the mechanics had to order the parts because they don't keep in stock of what went wrong. The radio went out but they were able to fix it and Zurich paid for everything.

Zurich was offered by the dealership. They said, "Here's the warranty. These are the rates for it. If you'd like the warranty, then we can go ahead and sign you up for it." Recently, my vehicle was taken in at Fairway Ford and the mechanic shop took care of the claim I had for it. I had to pay a balance afterward and I was aware of that. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

With Zurich, I like the prospect of if I need something done with my vehicle, that I can take it in. They can get it serviced. If it's something that is covered, then I've already paid upfront for my plan. I just have to make the appointment to take it in and get it repaired. I got roadside assistance. They came with the equipment and they got my car back on the road. I took it to be repaired and I purchased a new tire.

I didn't have very much interaction with Zurich, which I somewhat appreciate. The one representative that I spoke with at Zurich was helpful and helped me understand the process. I called ahead of time to figure out what the process was, and they verified that the repair would be covered. Discount Tire handled majority of it and worked with them. Zurich covered the tire for the screw that was in it, and that was what I was hoping for and expecting. If friends felt that they really needed a warranty for something, then I wouldn't shy away from Zurich. I haven't had very many cars myself to know how they compare to others, but if friends asked me what my experience was, I would say that it was positive and easy.

I had to get a tire repair and the claims process with Zurich went well. They responded back and it wasn’t difficult to get somebody because I had Roadside Assistance. They repaired my flat tire for me and I went about my business. All in all, the coverage is pretty good.

When I got a nail on my tire, I called up and they told me that I'd some kind of warranty on the tire. They told me that if it met certain requirements, it could be replaced, and they replaced it. Zurich was good. I was happy that I had it.

I have no idea how to renew my warranty. It would be good if there is a a mailed-out notice or an email notice of “it's about to expire", or something that says, “Hey, you got 5,000 miles left.” Other than that, I haven't had any issues.

I just had some work done because there was a nail in my tire. My guy was checking it and said that couldn't be fixed the way the tire was positioned in there. I had to have a new tire. The Northtown shop contacted Zurich and they met my expectations. So far, so good.

They respond quickly. They also answer questions and the things that they know. I used it twice in January. I had a plug-in patch earlier in the month and I just got a nail in my tire a couple of days ago. They replaced the tire.

I haven't had any problems with Zurich. I go in, pay my $100 deductible, and get my things fixed. The dealership deals with them directly. When my power mirror and radio weren't working properly, I took the car to a dealership and paid the deductible. They ordered me a radio and fixed my mirror.

I signed up for the premium package and every time I've brought it in, there's been no payment out of pocket. What I signed up for is great and I would recommend it. It's been worthwhile, which is kind of bittersweet. You don't want anything wrong with your car, but you also don't want to have to worry when something does go wrong.

We’ve had 3 problems with the car, and Zurich has only fixed one of them which is the wheel bearings on the front that had fallen off. But that was only because I raised hell with them. The rotors on the front were warped and they said that wasn’t covered. Then we had an engine problem and they said it was gonna be $600. That motor is part of the drivetrain but they wouldn't cover it. I ended up fixing it myself for 78 bucks. They need to be more upfront with what’s covered and what isn’t. The way the finance guy made it sound, anything on the motor end will be covered.

My experience with Zurich has been good. However, I just found out that when I switched dealership, that I have to pay deductible now because I got the coverage through the other dealership, and the dealership is refusing my services because my car has too many issues. It’s the main factory thing that I've been having issues with the car, nothing I'm doing, because I can't break the mechanics of the industry. So I had to switch dealerships because they say there was always something wrong with my vehicle so they refused my services.
Then when I did, now I have to pay a $100 deductible, which I feel is unfair. Then I was told I will have to get another policy through the other dealership that is very similar, but not the same. I just don't want to have to go through it anymore. So I'm just going to pay the $100 deductible if I have no choice. But anything that needed to be taken care of that was wrong with the vehicle was covered by Zurich. I've never had any issues getting anything covered besides the other stuff, like oil change and the tires are not covered, but what they said they were gonna cover, they cover.

Things have been fantastic with Zurich. My light came on in the car. The techs tested it and said the problem was the thermostat which is $800 to replace. Zurich covered $500. When I bought the coverage, I was kicking myself in the butt about it because a lot of people say that they're a waste of time and money. But I'm extremely happy that I had it. But the deductible is a little high.

Every time I call, I get somebody. They are nice, professional, and very helpful. The first claim was a water pump and the dealership took care of it. I was out of town and they were very good. The second and third ones, I was local and the dealership here sucks, but Zurich was good. I have to take my car in Monday for a warranty repair and the lady told me to talk to someone in finance to see if I could get my policy extended. I wanted to buy another policy, but they said they only sell through the dealership. That disappointed me. But the warranty has paid for itself. Get it.

Had a repair completed and paid for by Zurich at my local dealer. Fast forward 2 years later, same exact repair denied. When I called they said it was human error? I don’t understand how it’s covered once but not twice. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

There was a nail in my tire and it needed to be replaced. It was not something that could be plugged, so they had to replace the tire. They offered to give me a ride from point A to point B, which I took. But by the time I would have gotten back to them, there would have been nobody there for me to pick up my vehicle. So I had to go the next day. They took care of the whole issue.

Used warranty for the first time for 2 small dents on my doors, guy comes over, he fixes the dents, when I go to move the car again, I see a clear torch mark on my front bumper/grill, clearly from him moving the torch from one side to the other of the car, they asked if I had on camera, I said no, so they said the guy said he didn’t do it, so it’s on me, "Call us back if you can prove it."

Zurich was recommended to me by multiple vehicle owners who had used Zurich in the past at the dealership. And it was not as high a price as I thought it would be. So far, I've had a great experience. Two weeks ago, I had one tire punctured. The next week, the other one in the rear got punctured as well. They were both repairable by just patching, so the dealership took care of that for me and called it in on my behalf without even asking. I did not have to make any form of payment because they told me it was already paid for by Zurich or they were going to call it in and charge at a later date to Zurich instead of me.

I had a lot of trouble with the tires when I bought it. It kept going flat and I kept taking it back. After four or five times, they finally gave me two new tires. I had several things wrong with the car. The mirror was worn out and it's a 2019. I paid $800 for a mirror that was cracked. I did not like that. I took the car back because it kept reading the mirror was not right. They fixed it the second time.

I’ve used Zurich on the oil changes and we had a sensor that went out a couple of weeks ago before a road trip to see some family for the holidays. That was really annoying. It was flashing on the dashboard and beeping. I took it to the dealer and it was covered under the warranty. So it already paid for itself just in one visit. I also reached out to somebody at Zurich because the dealership was a pain in the butt. If you don't know what you have, they don't really want to tell you. Even though they’re in service, they’re still salesmen and they make money on the more stuff they make you think you have to do. Zurich's rep told me that based on what I told him, the service I needed would be under the electrical. It was very helpful to go into the dealership knowing this information, so I was more confident in saying that it was going to be covered by the warranty.

So far, my experience with the sign up and the customer service reps has been very positive. We've had two warranty claims on the same tire and both of them were completely hassle-free and very smooth replacements. The first one, my daughter, ran over something that punctured the tire. It was too big for the techs to fix. We got a replacement and the replacement tire seemed to always leak a little bit. Zurich replaced that as well and now everything has been fine. It's unbelievably easy and smooth.

Zurich is the best. I’ve submitted two claims. I have one on my axles that was messed up. They fixed it where I had a $100 deductible. The second one was a temperature pump in my car that got messed up and they fixed it with a $100 deductible and it was all good.

For my recent claim, the front passenger stabilizer bar snapped. The claim process has always been easy. I just take it to the dealership and they deal with Zurich. Everything is great now. Zurich was really good. The previous time, my starter died and they had to get it into the shop. But the dealership didn't have any loaner vehicles at the time because they were low on inventory. Zurich covered an Enterprise rental for me. It was really smooth.

They have a great package, that it's not really covered within the normal warranty. Whenever I go to Chapman, they deal with Zurich and I've never heard that they gave the dealership a problem about it. I just got my jeep last year and I don't know how unlucky I could be. I had to replace my tires three times for accidents on the road. It's great to have Zurich. I didn't have to pay anything, It is really worth it because, if I didn't have it, I would have paid for my tires three times because of those accidents.

The heat exchanger unit inside the DEF heater system failed. Zurich replaced it. Our problem was that we bought the warranty through the Mercedes dealership. And the Mercedes part of it, they were not real good about getting us the information. But we finally got it out of them. And the second we called Zurich, they immediately took care of it. We couldn't have been happier with that. The claims support jumped right on it. I was very pleased.

One experience we've had with Zurich was for discoloration around the gas filler. It must have been from bird droppings and it was the first time that the dealer ever dealt with that kind of issue. It took a while for them to sort that out. But when they did, it all got handled very satisfactorily. Most recently, we ran over a giant piece of metal that got stuck in the tire. The tire service guy called up Zurich and they got it handled right away. Have no hesitation that Zurich is coverage that gave me peace of mind. We've already used it a couple of times with great satisfaction.

I hit a pothole and the rim got a little bent. So, the mechanic had to fix the tire. I made a claim with Zurich for this and things went well with them. They approved the services, so it wasn’t difficult to file. That was the third incident I've had to go in and get a tire fixed because of potholes here in Indianapolis where the streets are terrible. And I've never had a problem with Zurich. Plus, I only had to pay the little $5 recycling fee.

I am always a bit skeptical on extended warranties when I buy a vehicle, but, the dealer told me that Zurich was well worth the money, so I agreed. I am so thankful that I did! The transfer case went out on the covered vehicle and, my repair shop said the cost to replace it, even with a rebuilt, was several thousands of dollars. He made the call to Zurich, explained what went wrong and, their response was, "don't do a rebuilt, we will cover a brand new one". Upon submission of our warranty they processed the repair promptly without questions. They also did thorough check of the golf parts and resulted with another part to be replaced. It was one of the link of the suspension system. Niello mechanics also adjusted all suspension of the car.

Kevin and all the people that I have dealt with been friendly, professional and transparent. People like Kevin is one of the reason I moved to Tennessee. So my motor mount broke on my 2016 Escape Titanium and I took it to the Ford dealer. Zurich had the repair approved in a matter of minutes and Ford had it fixed in an hour. Total time spent on this claim was 2.5 hours from getting to the dealer to heading home with a freshly washed car! Zurich had my back and paid for the whole thing.

I was furnished a loaner while my car was being serviced. I appreciate that. All repairs were done satisfactory with the exception of a short in the wiring system which caused the electric windows to open only when I opened and closed the driver's side door. In addition, the dash lights do not function unless the headlights are turned on. This was missed. Since these do not stop me from driving my car I will hold off the needed repairs until I have to bring the car in for something else.

My fiance and I purchased a vehicle from Nissan in 2018 and purchased a service contracted via Zurich through the dealership. I had a repair done on the vehicle in 2020. I told by a Zurich representative I can file a claim because the repair was covered under the service contract. I filed the claim and it was denied stating that my name was not on the contract and that the address was not on the invoice. First of all, my fiance co-signed on the vehicle so both of our names are on the car. And he added my name to the service contract so both of our names are on everything. Secondly, the invoice has my name on it. My address does not need to be on an invoice. Zurich is a scam. I paid over $3000 for a service contract that they will not honor. They said the repair was covered yet they will not reimburse me. Do Not purchase a service contract from Zurich. They will not honor it. I want a refund.

I needed the fuel pump module replaced. It was a labor-intensive repair. It took 11/2 days to replace. I picked the car up and drove several miles to my fuel service facility. Upon fueling my Corvette, Fuel was pouring out of the driver's side tank. I called Moore Chevrolet, they sent out a ramp truck and picked my car up n/c. They fixed the problem promptly. The total out-of-pocket cost to me was several hundred dollars. I sure can't complain about that!!! Zurich and George Moore Chevrolet treated me fairly. I will use both in my future endeavors with automobile service. I recommend both to my friends and anyone reading this report.

I cancelled all the extended warranties I took on this vehicle with Zurich. I didn't use them at all. After sitting down and reading them, that added almost $5,000 to my loan. I don't need it. But when I wrote the letters and when I called and checked up to make sure everything got delivered like it should, the people I dealt with were very polite and the customer service was good. When I bought the vehicle, I got two free oil changes and I used one of them. The only thing is, it took two and a half hours for them to change my oil. It was a Saturday and they were busy but I called and made an appointment. I didn't realize it was gonna take that long.

Took my Subaru Forester in for its 5,000 mile check. One tire was losing air also. They fixed the tire for us, did the maintenance check AND washed our vehicle!! All of this in about an hour. The car had come with this problem. I took it to Mini, as the warranty had expired that month. They said it needed a motor mount, but they weren't going t replace it. I wasn't informed about the warranty and Hilton Head Honda said they weren't to fix it. So I finally saw that the warranty was in effect and you were going to fix it, less $100. I couldn't get it fixed at HH Honda, so I hope my $100 payment won't be every time I have an issue.

I called Zurich only to get the tow truck company to call me and say they didn’t specify I needed a flatbed for my luxury vehicle. So I called Zurich back and I was on hold for nearly two hours. I spent 8 hours in the middle of the night, broke down on the side of the road waiting for my car to be picked up. In total I spent three hours waiting for a representative to pick up both calls.

My roadside assistant was great and changed my tire in about five minutes. However, the fact that my rim could not be replaced because “it was not damaged enough” is completely ridiculous. They said they couldn’t even run down any of the other problems until they replaced that because it was sending crazy signals, so they did that. And now, they’re still messing with it. It's sad to think that they can't figure it out without being on line with Ford Motor Company. They told me that their hands were tied until they were actually in contact with them. I bought this car thinking it was wonderful with all these great little gadgets and now every one of them is blowing up in my face. But I have no problem with the coverage and it’s not Zurich’s problem. It’s the car and not the service.

If you're buying a new car, then I would get the Zurich warranty based on what I've seen about other manufacturer warranties. Zurich covers a bit more, so I would recommend it. I've had friends in Fayetteville who bought a different car from Bryan Honda and they got the Zurich warranty as well.

They are the most incompetent service dept. I've ever dealt with and they are crooked. They charged both of us 2x for work that didnt need to be done, never fixed problem. The last time they finally threw their hands in the air and told me they don't know what to do. I showed them the scan I did with my OB2 tool but they disregarded it. After I left them I bought that part for $40 and installed it in 10 min, the truck has been flawless since. I lost 2 weeks without a vehicle, both of us paid for work that didnt need to be done and didn't fix the truck. They should be SUED. They have no idea how to fix a vehicle or treat a customer. ZURICH did exactly what I paid them to do and I Thank You.

We were going through the contracts and talking about everything. At first, it was all confusing. It was all brand new to me. But I understood that there was a service with the vehicle, not a lifetime deal. It’s for free oil changes and they gave me a detailing on the car too. I just didn't realize that I was purchasing the Zurich Service Contract separately. I just thought I was getting it with the vehicle in total. But I'm glad that was part of it because it's reasonable.
I've done one free oil change so far. They said I have eight in total that are free. So now, I have seven more times I can do it for free. During my oil change, they gave me an inspection around the vehicle and told me some things that I needed to look for to possibly fixing down the road or is going to be in time around the next oil change. So far, I took it up there and got an alignment after the oil change. I had paid for that one and the prices were not bad. It was like 82 bucks. Then besides that, I have on my papers where they're saying that I got to do an air intake or air filter change.

The Zurich shield was sold to me as a SERVICE, not a product. I did not have an issue with my repair facility, but the Zurich customer service representative that I dealt with on my claim before I was passed along to someone else, was not great. He was very unwilling to help and rude on the phone. I wish I could remember his name because I spoke with him twice and both times he was not pleasant, but the other two Zurich CS reps were. He actually said to me on the phone that it isn't their (Zurichs) fault if The Customer (that's me) didn't pick a capable repair shop the first time through, after I explained the the shop suggested I send it to a dealer because they did not feel comfortable going any further into trying to figure out what was wrong with the car. He was very condescending and I know if I heard his name on a call again, I would immediately ask to speak to a different rep. The other two customer service reps were extremely helpful, like night and day.

I purchased a vehicle service contract from Zurich with my 2019 BMW M4. I have purchased similar contracts with previous vehicles but those providers always made it a hassle to utilize the contract. With Zurich it has been a breeze... no hassles, no problems ever. They even gave me a courtesy call when I utilized one of the services that had a maximum cap just to keep me informed and to prevent any surprises. Despite having some issues with my vehicle, I have had peace of mind knowing I have the Zurich warranty. I have had some larger repairs performed on my vehicle and Zurich has covered them. Without their warranty, I would have had to go in to debt just to have my car repaired. I truly recommend their warranties!

I had no problem whatsoever getting Zurich to cover a very expensive repair. The dealership called them, as they knew that it would cost a lot, and they sent someone out the next day to confirm that they would cover the costs. They covered the costs, plus the cost of the rental car. I never had to contact them myself.

Had a road hazard cause tire damage. The dealership was fine but the Zurich Warranty wasn't ready to cover right away. They finally replaced the tire. I had to drive on the tire to the dealer to have it replaced. Took all day. Had to be picked up with my other car then returned to the dealership again. Spent 50 miles round trip on two cars to get tire replaced. So far not too happy with the warranty. Never had a problem like this with MB. Browns were very nice and did their best. Zurich not so much. Would never get a warranty again from them. They didn't even cover the tire in full.

We've only had to take our car in one time for regular service and it was fine. However, my windshield wiper has a bad squeak to it and I had questions and concerns. Since we just bought it, I thought it shouldn't. Instead of saying, “We'll schedule another time. We're too busy right now,” the service technician said, “Well, it's not covered, after so many days, for the windshield wipers. So what we're going to do is we can sell you a pair and you put them on yourself.” For a new vehicle? It didn’t sound right. Suggesting we make another appointment and come back and let them take care of it would have been better than that. I dropped it though. It wasn't worth pursuing for me. Our car has full coverage with Zurich and if a friend asked me, “Is it worth getting a warranty?” I would still say, “Absolutely.”

I got an oil change through Zurich and when I made the appointment, I asked for them to check my muffler and my windshield wiper fluid because the fluid part was not coming out correctly. But they never got to it because they were too busy. So, I have to reschedule for that.

The transmission went out on my 2018 Ram 2500. There were a couple of attempts to repair prior to replacement. The cost other than dropping off and picking up numerous times was zero. That was awesome. After the new transmission was installed, there is no additional warranty, beyond the current term, on the new transmission. If this same work was done other than under my extended policy, a new transmission generally comes with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. I asked if there was a cost to receive this as either from Zurich or the manufacturer. I have yet to be given that option.

Rim was bent from a road hazard. Initial repair to fix the rim was unsuccessful, the damaged rim was replaced with a new rim. Repair and replacement appear to be successful. Currently no vibration felt in steering or the vehicle itself.

I had 2 flats in the same tire. Would not replace tire, I bought one myself. Lousy coverage!! Dealer where I bought the car should have sold GM coverage. Took forever for the dealer to get authorization for a lousy $50 patch job.. I paid that my set also!!!

Best money I ever spent. NY is a dump and full of potholes. These low profile tires don’t belong on NY vehicles because they get flats from next to nothing. Having this warranty on these tires is the best money I’ve spent to ensure that when (not if) I get a flat. I’m covered! It’s not a scam. Do yourself a favor and get this warranty

My Suv was needing a repair done to it and the part that was needed for my vehicle was not in stock. This whole ordeal happened on Friday, which was leading up to weekend. Ms Anna ** explained to me what was going on with my vehicle and that the part was not in stock and that they had to order the part. After she explained the situation to me. She made a arrangements for me and my son to have transportation while I waited for them to repair my vehicle. There was no hesitation on her part. She did what was needed for her to do to make sure everything was taken care for me. She reassured me that everything would be ok and that I did not have to worry. The rental was already ready for me at Bryan Honda. She made sure that the transition with the rental car ran smoothly. It was a wonderful experience. I want to thank everyone for the part that they played in making my experience with my vehicle a success.

The car was in for a damaged tire replacement. That was accomplished but an alignment was also done. During the alignment a hole was made in the fender. A body shop replaced the fender. But the wheel speed sensor wasn't installed correctly and the car computer failed. It was back in the shop. It was in the shop a total of 2 weeks but a new loan car was given to me. I don't drive much during the pandemic anyway so I wasn't inconvenienced.

Had a timing belt issue and had to be replaced. Zurich warranty did not cover one penny. Wasted $2,800.00. They were very rude when I called and were not helpful at anytime. I will never consider purchasing Zurich warranty again. I am out $2,200.00 in repair work.

I'm satisfied with the overall work, I did not enjoy having to go back in a second time for the same issue/repair because it wasn't fixed the first time. I was told a rear main seal, had the oil pan fixed, still leaked even worse than before, had to have the rear main seal done anyway, lost two weeks of my truck total because the inspector didn't approve the deal the first time. Otherwise the service and staff are great.

My daughter got her car's front tire damaged and they replaced it. The customer service was very accomodating and they advised the car dealer where we bought our car and bought the insurance as well. I am very pleased with the result and I may get the insurance again for my other daughter's car as well.

Took my truck to get fixed when they said that my warranty wouldn’t cover hardware for some reason and that you all was supposed to have a car rented at the enterprise for me and when I showed up they haven’t received a call from you all. Not very happy with the extra money spent to get a warranty on the truck when I have to pay just as much out of pocket and it would cost to do the work myself.

Zurich covered a little more, but for a powertrain warranty on a vehicle with over 100,000 miles, it's good. The rep said, “Hey, $2,300 you’ll get two years, so many miles, and it will cover your powertrain. Right if you leave here, if something blows up, it’s paid for." I was like, “That's easy.” Because I know what it costs to fix these vehicles.
The only thing I don’t like is that I had to search for what is actually covered. They gave me a little pamphlet, but at the same time, I tried going online, but it wasn't descriptive. I know it doesn't cover wear and tear items the way the rep explained it to me. But I wanted a whole warranty, and the rep when I called and asked about it said it would cost way too much and it was not worth it. But I know that if something happens and I go to the dealership here, they will take care of it. And if I go to a different dealership, it’s $100 if it's not them, as my deductible for so many miles. Just knowing that I don't have to fix the car for another year is nice.

I had Zurich previously which made me decide to go with them. The experience was great. It was completely easy, as it was advertised. Submitting a claim was quick. I did a wheel and tire last time, and I rode up to the shop. They called and verified it. It was easier for them to get it done than it was for Honda because I went to a different dealership, and they were a little confused. But once they got on the phone, they were able to move through very quickly. There was a little bit more learning that was needed to happen with the reps because they didn't know if the cosmetics were covered for the tire but we ended up getting it figured out and they were very professional. The extended coverage is very valuable. Even just the key program that they offer alone to replace my keys is more cost-efficient than the entire package.

I took my vehicle to my dealership because the car developed a tapping noise in the engine. The technician diagnosed the problem and told my dealer representative and he contacted Zurich. He was informed that it would most likely not be covered due to it was most likely due to normal wear and tear. I paid close to $4,000 for this warranty and they won’t do anything for me! What a waste of my hard earned money! Save your money in case you need an auto repair.

The dealer told me that Zurich was an aftermarket warranty and said that there were different levels of it like bumper-to-bumper for so many miles or years or you could do powertrain or there are different cosmetic stuff. They laid out a bunch of different options that you could do. I would recommend Zurich. It wasn't too much trouble and I find it useful. I've never had to use it in the past but someday, it might come in handy.

I got my first oil change two weeks ago and that was for free. Everything turned out to be good. It was quick. The car is working good and Zurich’s services are great. There's nothing wrong with anything they offer at all. I trust Zurich. If you wanna get your service done well and fast, I'd recommend it. It won't take much of your time, especially if you have things to do. It takes probably less than an hour of your day.
