I am an owner of a townhouse constructed by Brookfield in Rockville MD. I have been living in this house for about 5 years now. Brookfield has done a shoddy construction job on the house. I have a bump out window with some PVC panels that started to warp in the second year of my moving in. Due to this the gaps exposed between the panels caused water to seep into my living room and damaged the walls.
When I called the company they simply patched it with a lot of caulking. The leak resurfaced 1 year later and once again they caulked it telling me that I just need to keep caulking. 2 years later the leak resurfaced in the same area. This time I hired a contractor and 3 contractors showed me the reason for the leak was the panels that had been cut short by the construction company. And to cover up for their shoddy construction job they filled the gaps by using tons of caulk. Most of the houses in the area have been having issues due to the shoddy material used by this company. I would never ever buy a house constructed by this company ever.

I have had the worst experience with Brookfield in last 1 year. Initially when you buy the home they make fake promises and then they just refuse to do anything. I have been having issues with my range from day of possession and they just pushed us to the retailer. When we called retailer they said the appliance passed the cosmetic warranty and we have to pay for it. So I reached out to Nicole who is customer service person at Brookfield and all she did for months was she just tried to push us back to Trail. I explained to her that cosmetic warranty was expired when we moved in so that’s a miss from their end. Now the tech declared that the range is crooked and he can do nothing call the manufacturer.
I did call manufacturer and they offered me 40% rebate which means I have to spend 1200 bucks out of my pocket for nothing. When I finally reached out to Brookfield they started telling me again the same things that we didn’t tell them in cosmetic period which was already over before we moved in to new house. This is ridiculous that they are just pushing the customer in circle and no one is ready to actually help them. I wish I could give them -10 rating especially to the customer service.

This builder should be dissolved, clear proof our court system is failing. It is up to us, the consumer, to send the message. Brookfield goes out of its way to do a poor job and NEVER addresses issues. Cheapest material, inept, incompetent workers, fraudulent practices terrible warranty process and they challenge you to sue. They know that the worst case is they have to pay later if you spend the time and energy to sue them. If you buy a house from them, you will be sorry. They suck.

I have paid for lot size based on sales documents. Brookfield delivered smaller lot size in Woodhaven project in Aurora. This was discovered reviewing the sales layout and contract documents from one side versus the Official survey report. Both documents are showing the same length 34.04 for the Lot-25 West border, and same length 33.97 for the East border, while, we can notice a clear discrepancy in the North border, Survey report showing 21.48, while, the contract document showing 22.19. So basically, the official survey report showing less lot area than we signed in the contract.
The Builder "Brookfield" response was the following "Included in your Agreement of Purchase and Sale is the Schedule X with the provisions about the dimensions of your lot size. It states that the dimensions shown on the Agreement are approximate and that the Purchaser acknowledges that there may be minor variations to the lot size. I have attached Section 2 subsection d) and Section 3 subsection i) from your agreement for reference." You complete far from honesty and integrity

My wife and I bought a Brookfield home in Brighton, CO. Our home was built in 2015. The deck attached to the back of the house is one of the most half-** pieces of work I’ve seen. Boards were not cut to length, not secured to the framing (in some places not at all), and the exterior of our home was not sealed or painted correctly. Because of their shoddy work and lack of accountability (we’ve written several emails inquiring about possible help from the 10 year structural warranty, they won’t cover any of it, buyer BEWARE!) we now have to pay to repair, repaint, and/or replace much of the exterior of our home. We’ve compared our model with others I. The neighborhood, we aren’t the only ones but ours seems to be much more severely worn and degraded, no sealant was used at all on the vertical adornments placed on the entire exterior of our home.
Brookfield is able to sell homes for “less” because they use the lowest bidder it seems. The amazing 10 year warranty they sell you isn’t worth the paper it is printed on (unless your home’s foundation or bones have issues.) with other builders available in such abundance, please shop around for any other than Brookfield. Buyers Beware.

Why not to buy from Brookfield builders. Barefoot lake villas experience. One, we wanted lot 13 with back up lot 12. We were told lot 12 would be released after 13. Lot 12 is released and sold, lot 13 still not released. Never informed lot 12 was released. When we started with Brookfield lot 13 had two buyers but the homes the wanted were not allowed on lot 13. They were given the opportunity to take a different home allowed on lot but chose to keep their home in Lieu of lot 13. Thus we should have been next to have lot 13. However Brookfield instead of first come first serve and providing customer service they have picked another way to profit the stake holders and screw the customer. Another lot in this dog and pony show we looked at and expressed an interest in, came on an off and on and sold without the opportunity to buy the lot.
We are going to sign a contract with Zillow for a cash offer on our house. Thus we would have considerable cash in hand at the time of closing. We have more than sufficient income to qualify for the remainder. I am a disability Veteran with a VA loan. Brookfield is refusing to accept our offer. They say we would have a contingency. No way would there be any contingency. This company provides any customer service nor does it show any desire to work with customers. Not recommend for anybody to try to deal with them.

We have had a very bad experience dealing with Brookfield at Pathways Caledon East Homes. My issue stems from Brookfield not allowing a minor change to our floor plan design. We originally requested the tandem Garage in the design package which was optional from the standard design at the time for signing the agreement of Purchase and Sale but upon reevaluating our living situation and some drastic changes that presented themselves, we had to change our decision and requested this change to the floor plan to include the Optional Ground Floor plan (with sixth bedroom and ensuite) instead of tandem Garage. Brookfield’s response to our request was, "This would require an additional pre-construction appointment from decor, and regrettably, their schedule wouldn’t be able to permit this in time”. Brookfield flat out rejected our request and refused to accommodate to change the floor plan which is readily available as per drawings.
Our frustration is that after spending so much money on our dream home, Brookfield will not accommodate our requirements/needs. As we have elderly parents living with us, are forced to live upstairs and we require these changes to accommodate their health and ease of life, which was explained to Brookfield. Now instead of us enjoying our home and looking forward to its completion date it is now going to be a memory of a bad experience which has already left to leave a bitter taste in our mouths. I expressed my willingness to accept a later closing date (as the house is scheduled to close in late August 2021) without a penalty; however, Brookfield refused to accommodate my request. The whole ordeal makes me regret my decision to purchase my dream home from Brookfield.

My experience with Lantana @ Beach was only with the sales office. After this experience, I will not be back, nor would I recommend a client or friend to do so either. The salespeople we talked to were not welcoming in any way. The main salesperson teetered between syrupy sweet when speaking to the potential buyer and downright nasty to me as we discussed my client's possible purchase. The spectacle I witnessed was so extreme I felt the necessity to warn those who might think this is how all real estate professionals behave. It is not and should not be tolerated.

Avoid buying from Brookfield at all costs. My wife and I purchased our first home with Brookfield in July of 2018. As a matter of due diligence, we asked our sales rep, Bridgette **, what structures would be built on the empty lot beside our home, and were told matter-of-factly that they would be duplexes complete with two-vehicle garages per unit. This information was used to inform our purchasing decision and was instrumental in our decision to buy. This information, as it turns out, was also entirely false. We were lied to.
In reality Brookfield is permitting stacked 4-plexes (so 8 units) with two garage suites per structure (an additional 2 units) - all with a single parking spot per unit. I have gone door to door and discussed the matter with neighbours who state that they were similarly deceived and were also told it would be duplexes with adequate 2-vehicle parking.
In a discussion with Brookfield's Sr. VP Of Edmonton Communities, Richard Westren, and Sr. VP of Edmonton Homes, Wendy Jabusch, I was informed that the lots were always intended to be Multi-unit Housing, which is housing comprised of 3 or more units. This, by design, excludes the duplexes that we were told would be built. While I appreciate their taking the time to talk with me, ultimately Rich and Wendy handed out a number of hollow sympathies and platitudes, but more or less said that nothing strictly illegal had transpired and thus they were either unwilling or unable to make things right in any way.
Brookfield has personally gained by lying to their customers in order to make sales. At this point, that's simply fact. And while the VP's expressed their regret that this transpired, given that there is no governmental or legal body barring them from continuing these deceptive sales practices, I see no reason to expect things to change for the better.
Do not trust Brookfield. Get anything important they may tell you in writing, and have them sign it. If they refuse to do so, assume it's yet another lie. These people are the lowest form of greaseball and will, evidently, do whatever is necessary to make the sale - up to and including bold face lies. This was the single largest betrayal of trust I have ever felt as a consumer, and now represents my single largest regret in life. I would implore anyone and everyone to avoid any dealings with Brookfield whatsoever. One of the biggest expenditures of your life simply isn't worth trusting to Brookfield. They will take advantage of you, and be unwilling to help when things go sideways.

I'm not lived at 'our new home' and I cannot wait to get out of this place. Quality of work and appliances is terrible. Hot water tank and dryer gave up within the first 2 months. Microwave fans barely sucks in any fumes leaving the cabinet damp and I have to constantly clean and now this morning Microwave is gone. Making gunshot type sounds. So now in addition to lockdown, I have no microwave for me and my family which includes two kids.
Bath fan leaks water and now I've got stains on my ceiling. Told these guys and the best they tell me is, they will pain it. For God sake, this is more of a condensation problem due to poor insulation of the duct. Only one of the bath fans have this issue. The others face the same temperature and weather conditions, so you can't tell me it's due to the weather... I will NEVER recommend Brookfield to anyone looking to build nor will I EVER EVER build with them. I'd rather rent than own a home with Brookfield.

I purchased a Brookfield Residential home about 2 years ago in Gilroy California. There was a lot of issues and Brookfield didn't provide all fixes in time. For major issues they just delay the Service Request until one year warranty expire. My major issue is bouncy floor. Brookfield ignored my Service Request until one year warranty was expired. After 2 years Brookfield paid an inspector to justify its behavior, since I told Brookfield I am going to sue them. Now Brookfield has closed the case and I have to pay to fix my bouncy floor. Only way to communicate with this company is to sue them. Brookfield Residential is a cheater and bad builder. Don't buy home from Brookfield. If you buy a home from them you will really regret.

I purchased a Brookfield Residential home and was initially very happy, the house looked great. That soon changed. A few months after moving in, we noticed that the tub in the secondary bath did not drain properly and it soon formed a large ring right in the middle of the tub. I contacted the service department and they quickly scheduled someone to come out and take a look at it. They determined that the tub needed to be replaced and it would require the tile around it to be taken out. I was told that if I wanted the work done, it would take a week to complete. I scheduled some time off work, let the builder know and prepared to sit at home while the work was getting done.
First day, great-the tile was taken down just as planned. Second day, tub people show up (not at their scheduled time but ok) and supposedly fixed the problem. I noticed that it still didn't drain right but now the water pooled at different location. I contacted the builder and he gets them out to look at it again. Again they show up in the morning when I had scheduled it for the afternoon. The guy that shows up says yes, it is still incorrect and tells me he will let his boss know and leaves. That was in August, it is now almost November and we still don't have a completed second bath.
I understand complications and delays and was originally just going to let it go but the Brookfield people have literally blamed everything that has gone wrong with the repair on me. They have even gone as far as saying that if I hadn't asked for the repairs, none of this would be happening. Really? It's my fault the bath wasn't done correct in the first place and I'm asking too much to expect a house done correctly. You shouldn't have to fight with the builder to get your house done right. Save yourself the headache, build with someone else!

I am overall disappointed and shocked with my experience with Brookfield's customer service and quality control. It has been a nonstop effort of trying to play catch up of items that should be taken care of before closing and we should have not closed.
1. I have a side yard that is full of dirt and has a number of sharp items such as nails in it (per construction manager they take the dirt from other construction sites). My dog now has a gash in his foot and he is still limping from being in my own yard. Even though I tried to pick up all of the nails it is nearly impossible. I cannot do anything to the yard until the HOA approves it. This I am told usually takes approx. 60 days. After closing on a new home I should be able to use the side yard without concerns for harm.
2. Upon turning on the irrigation line in the basement there was a leak from the bleeder cap. They placed one on my porch for me to replace myself. However, when this was replaced there was then a leak under the stucco on the outside that went down into the basement in the insulation. This should have been demonstrated and checked in the home demonstration as the irrigation system was in. I now have damage to my property that could have been avoided. In addition, the stucco has not been fixed after 2 months. Maurice ** (construction manager) tried to then place blame on me.
3. There is a steep drop off the patio 20" that poses a significant hazard. It is shocking that even if it is technically to code, Brookfield wouldn't take the time and effort to make sure they are providing a safe environment for families.
4. It took 30 days to repair Items that I did not sign off on prior to closing. The quality of repairs have been subpar as well. I had to insist on repairing the cabinets 4 different times before they would call the cabinet company to properly repair it. (This is separate from the 30 day warranty list).
5. When asking for repairs and vocalizing my concerns, I was talked down to and at one time suggested that I go get goof off and touch it up myself (this was prior to closing). It is unacceptable that I would be expected to repair a place I didn't even own at the time. I strongly believe they tried to "get away with/push the limit" due to the fact I am a single female. I have spoken with neighbors who felt the same way when their spouses were not present. This is directed a Maurice **, not the rest of Brookfield.
6. They put a mismatched piece of wood as a transition piece. I asked for one that matched and was told that that didn't exist. It does in fact exist and Maurice happily accommodated my neighbor with the same flooring, but not for me.
7. I asked for measurements of a door opening for my layout so I could purchase a solid walnut door. The measurements given to me via email were incorrect from Roger ** (sales office). Even though Brookfield gave me the wrong info, would not frame the door to the measurements given.
8. They would not let me test for radon prior to closing. I view this as endangering my health, and that of my family. The levels were over 4 times the accepted value. I had to live with that for over 1.5 months until I received the results and could schedule mitigation.
I have also learned that Maurice ** has bad mouth me to my realtor, who also bought a home a few doors down. It is unacceptable for a company to employ and have him interact with clients that are are spending well over 550k. If I could give zero stars I would. While new home ownership comes with some growing pains, this is a new level. I have gone through the new home build process multiple times and this is by far the worst quality of construction and degrading I have ever experienced. Brookfield Residential clearly does not care about the customer's satisfaction or safety.

I think that it is incredibly important to share your positive experiences, in addition to letting a person know when they have done an extra-ordinary job. When my husband and I set out to have our home built it was quite a daunting and overwhelming experience. One in which neither my husband nor myself knew anything about; however, Holly ** from Brookfield Homes in Gambrills, Maryland, made the entire process an amazing experience. That's not saying that everything was perfect, nothing ever is.There are always hiccups in anything you do at this magnitude; however, Holly was quick to be right on top of our every need and/or whim. Sometimes even before we knew we needed her to be. We rested easy at night knowing that our best interest was at the upmost concern through this process and that made this experience one in which I didn't dread, but actually looked forward to through out all those months we worked so closely together.
Holly is beyond personable, kind, compassionate, empathetic, appreciative, gracious, and attentive. I am confident she has never met a stranger in her life. She makes everyone she comes into contact with feel like they are the only ones that matter and she has everything handled, and she certainly did. I am so grateful my home is built and we are finally moved in, but I am sad that Holly is no longer a permanent member of my daily activities like she had been while building our home. I would recommend Holly and Brookfield Homes, and have, to anyone I come across wanting to buy a home. I know that our experience and outcome would not have been remotely the same without her constant and consistent support. I am grateful to her for all of her hard work and dedication she put into my families happiness and wish her nothing but wonderful things to come in her own life.
Brookfield Homes has a diamond amongst them and it is my sincere hope that they are able to see and appreciate all the wonderful things she brings to their clients, families, and business. We all have choices in life and I would choose Holly ** and Brookfield Homes a million times over after how my families experience has been throughout this long and arduous process. Only made less arduous because we had Holly always looking out for us.

We purchased a new Brookfield home in Oshawa in 2002. We were pleased with it and decided to purchase a larger home to suit our growing family. What a mistake! We have been in our homes for just over 7 years. We have a leaky basement and today discovered we have a hole in the roof. A hole! The insurance adjuster credited the "shady builder". We had many attempts at fixing the basement leak, but as many of the other homeowners experienced, the customer service AFTER you purchase is horrible. I will never purchase another Brookfield home nor will I recommend this builder to anyone I care about. Before you sign the contract, everything is wonderful. After you sign the contract, good luck getting a return phone call or and email reply. The only way I can get through to someone is when I block my phone number or call with both of our work numbers. We were told our possession time frame is Dec/Jan. In December, we inquired 2-3 and was told the house is not ready, it'll likely be in January. We were advised to call back on Tuesday January 2nd for a date, for sure... Tuesday, January 2nd called 3 Times. 11:00am, 12:00pm and 1:30 pm. No one answered, left a message. No call back. I also sent an email, no response. Had my fiancé call at 3:00 with his work number, finally someone answered and said they do not have an answer yet, call back tomorrow.
Next day (Wednesday), we called back... no one answered again. No one called back. Friday morning I called in. I was told to call back Saturday morning. Then I got a call Friday evening telling me to check back Monday, January 8th. I called them on Monday at 12:00pm, I was told they still don't have an answer. Finally an hour later, I received a call saying there was a construction delay. New possession date is 2/22/18. WOW!!! I'm not surprised about the construction delay, I'm surprise it took them so long to tell me there is a delay. Like the person below said, it barely rained 2 days in December... I know his because I was counting. Hoping to moving in late Dec/Jan.
I get that new builds have construction delays, but what I don't like, respect or appreciate is that NO one has the courtesy to give me a call back or respond to my email or calls. Our current lease ends January 31. We had to ask for one month extension. Thank goodness it was approved, if not, I have no idea where we would've lived! One words: Unprofessional.

So I started the process of buying my home at their Oakley Location at the end of October 2017. As with most builders you can't have a contingency (have to sell your home) this is normal but here is my big problem with this builder. They make you list your home within 2 weeks of a deposit of your new home and you have your old house sold very fast. Okay I can do that and will time it within the move in time of new house. I had several talks with about the new home completion time.
Sold my house very fast with being able to stay in it until my time frame of the new house. Well guess what. They're off by 1 month of my completion date. Now there have been no delays due to weather as it has only rained 2 days in the last 2 months. If you know anything about construction they follow a very tight schedule that is months out. So they're not delayed by bad weather, they just told me what I wanted to hear so I would by it.
So if you're reading this that tells me you might be thinking about buying from this builder. If you don't have to sell your home you're in or can rent right up till the time your new is done then I say you're fine but if not then pass this builder up and move on. Have you ever bought a car and they were very nice and told you want you wanted to hear but were not honest, you know car sales type people. (And I give 5 stars to a car dealer I rated on here.) Well this is the equivalent in home builders. I hope the president of the company is reading this and wants to hear more. I'm lot 208, give me a call.

Brookfield Homes has recently acquired Grand Haven Homes in Texas. Grand Haven built my house in 2016 but now they call themselves Brookfield so my review will be to warn others of what Brookfield is today in Austin. We have had no less than 40 warranty issues since we moved in. The craftsmanship and quality of materials is poor. We have paid roughly $800K for our home and do not feel that the quality is worthwhile.
Yes, the home looks beautiful on the exterior and interior, but underneath the surface is shoddy workmanship. From roof leaks, to plumbing issues, to flooring defects, to heating/cooling problems to name a few. Many other issues exist too. They have fixed most of them over the course of a year, but getting them to come out is a real hassle. It takes multiple calls to them and they rarely come out when they say they will. And the vendors that come out are underprepared and untimely, and many times their repair leads to another problem. It is almost like the builder is hoping you will get frustrated enough to forget about the problems and stop asking them to come out.
And then there are customer service issues on the sales and home building side. Our salesman was not horrible but not great either. He did try to bend over backwards to accommodate some things, but on others he seemed to string us along hopefully for weeks or months only to give a negative response when the building process was far too deep to back out. When we moved in, their side made an error on the closing documents. We did our part. They didn't catch it until after closing and when our movers were driving over there to unload our stuff into their house.
Now although we had the most expensive house on the lot, we had been working with them for almost 2 years, it was their error, and I immediately wired them the missing money, they did not let us in our house due to paperwork and caused the movers to have to leave - costing us an extra $1500 that they did not reimburse. Not very customer oriented. Additionally, there is a pending lawsuit (which I am not a part of) right now where a large group of our neighbors are suing Grand Haven (now Brookfield) for misrepresentation during the sales process. If Grand Haven is now Brookfield Residential, I would suggest you find another builder in Austin, TX.

I bought a home in Playa Vista, California in the Camden complex. After the initial year our homeowner association fees skyrocketed as the initial numbers Brookfield used were ridiculously low. They will lean on the fact that they simply used the Department of Real Estate handbook guidelines which are completely outdated and they know that they are outdated but still use those numbers for budgeting, enabling them to share a low number to prospective buyers. For example, they budgeted $350 for monthly cleaning of all of the buildings in the complex. The reality, lowest bid was more $3,000 monthly. They only budgeted $.01 (one penny) for mandatory methane gas monitoring!!! Let the buyer beware.

My family and I live in a Brookfield Homes and had a pretty big scare last week that I want to share... We had been having some issues with heating over the last month and so we contacted Smith & Willis - our home wouldn't heat to more than 65 degrees, regardless of where we set the temp. S&W sent a tech out and that's when he discovered a serious problem. I do not fully understand the mechanics, but apparently while Brookfield was building our home, they switched the furnace to propane while waiting for the natural gas device they needed. Apparently, Brookfield failed to alert Smith and Willis to convert back to natural gas prior to us moving in. Per the Smith & Willis tech, this oversight could have resulted in an explosion. He called his supervisor and was told to immediately turn everything off and dismantle all the wires on the furnace. He thanked us repeatedly for calling him to come and look at the problem; he was clearly shaken up.
Although we weren't pleased with Brookfield's initial reaction, they have since apologized for the mistake and for the stress it created and have said they are going to look into it further (including reaching out to the HVAC company). I have two young boys and was in tears that evening. I didn't want to stay in the house again until I was certain that everything was fixed - which it seems to be now. My husband was furious; I'm sure you all can imagine the stress this situation caused. It is difficult getting over the fact that apparently our house could have blown up. While we don't know who is directly responsible, someone behaved irresponsibly and it is a big deal, so we are sharing this story to help ensure that current and prospective homeowners are being proactive and ensuring they are safe in their Brookfield homes, and frankly; we also simply wanted to vent our frustration as we don't know what else to do.

Carlsbad New Construction Homes by Brookfield - The quality of the products they use are inferior; the ratings of the vendors they use are poor, and incompetent. They have poor, to NO customer service, after purchasing a $1,000,000 home/property, because the list of complaints by other new owners is too overwhelming for them to attend to in a timely manner; including broken roof tiles upon completion of the house not being fixed or acknowledged for more than 6 months.
Brookfield hopes that the new owners will realize they cannot fight with their large corporation, and repair the broken items on their new homes with more money out of their own pocket. Don't be fooled by the beautiful models. Do your research on the many consumer complaints and lawsuits filed against them for construction defects. I bought a Brookfield home in Audie Murphy (Big Sky) and the design/architecture of homes are beautiful, the construction is TERRIBLE!! The house is built shoddy as if they had no pride in their work. Water comes out of the master bath shower into outside bath tub (seal on bottom looks like a child put it in). Cabinets are loose and not straight. I had to have the garage people out multiple times because the sun kept warping and pulling the strip off. Come to find out, it was the color they used for the strip, the garage company knew about it and wondered why the builder kept installing the same color knowing there was an issue.
It got to the point where I just stopped complaining to their customer service. They like to say things like "well no house is perfect". I don't want perfect, but I do want you to fix obvious flaws. If the molding does not connect to the floor because the floor is uneven, you need to fix that!!! Some of my neighbors have had roof issues and cracked stucco and these homes are just a little over a year old. For what they are asking for these homes, Brookfield should have higher quality standards, however, they do not. After the year maintenance (support), it takes an act of God, Congress or whomever to get something done. Customer service basically says, "too bad, not our problem". I will never purchase anything from this builder nor recommend them to anyone. They are building new homes up the street, wish I could tell those unsuspecting buyers, "take your money and run"!!!

Purchasing a new home can be stressful, but the folks at Brookfield made it easy. They were very helpful and responsive to our questions. While there were some issues with the actual construction, which can be expected, they were quick to address the issue at no inconvenience to us.

January of 2014 we were in the market for a new home while preparing to relocate to Maryland. We found Brookfield Residential DC on the website and took a trip to Gambrills, MD to view the site where Brookfield was going to break ground. We weren't sure if we should build or buy an existing home. After seeing a lot of homes on the market in a span of 5 months we finally decided to build after seeing their model homes in Virginia. We fell in love with the styles of the homes and how comfortable we felt in them.
I remember meeting our sales rep Holly ** in January when it was freezing cold outside and no one was shopping for homes. I was greeted with a smile and recall coming back multiple times to get more information. Each visit with her was a pleasant experience and when we decided to build we knew we made the right choice. When we moved in, we were greeted by very friendly neighbors and everyone after us were just as friendly. The community is great and have a nice pool house and community playground for the kids to burn off some energy on a regular basis. I would most definitely refer a friend to purchase here. We couldn't ask for a better home and neighborhood.

We purchased and built our home with Brookfield in 2014-15. Holly ** was our salesperson and the face of the company for us through the design and purchase. She was helpful, responsive, proactive, and professional. She helped us design the home that worked best for us, including custom features that accommodate our daughter, who has dwarfism. When we encountered problems or concerns, she was quick to work with her management and the build team to resolve them quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Brookfield and Holly to friends.
