I been trying to call Princess House at 508-823-6800 and I been on hold for more than 100 min (1 hr 40 min) and after long wait it got disconnected. I am a customer. I order an item through a sales person. After I received the item I noticed that is very bad quality it look and feels like plastic. Princess House claims that they sell 100% crystal. NOT AT ALL. I returned it. Princess House received it on 6/20/17. Until now the sales man or I have not received a refund. I need my refund since I order the item since May. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Even the saleman can not communicate with Princess House and he is a Princess House rep.

My friend recommend me to join Princess House because the % discounts that I can have and buy directly from them. Previously I got good reviews from friends about the product. But few years ago, the quality goes bad and the lifetime warranty doesn't exist. I get cooking pots and pan and all got ruined. No refund. I misplace my receipts and is only for 45 days warranty for refund. So expensive and the oil got stick on the bottom of the stainless steel pan. Not worthy. Better buy at Macy's or other store for cheaper. I spent more than 200.00 for nothing.

I am a very unhappy customer to say the least. About a little over a month ago I lent out my house to do a demonstration for Mrs. Silvia ** and her supervisor. The first issue started when one Mrs. Silvia ** said she lost a spoon during the demonstration and decided all on her own without consulting me that she was going to use one of my surprises to order it until after she had already ordered it. Two and the biggest issue I've had with Mrs. Silvia ** and her supervisor is that on the hand written receipts the ladies that ordered had a total of 10 paid $8 surprises and we only received 8. When I let her know about this issue she tried making up excuses like saying that my incentive that is not paid for because it was given to me as a free incentive (shows on the invoice that came with the order), she was trying to say it was one of them.

So I told her that the pan was not a surprise because it was not listed as a surprise and two, it said incentive for me. So she said, "Yes it is your incentive and we paid for those so that you can get them as a thank you." She said she was going to look into it and then call us back. She called us back and again tried to say that my incentive that she had already told me was my thank you gift for the demonstration was input incorrectly and why it was not charged. So I told her then we need the 8$ back we paid for it and the $8 dollars for the other missing one. Her response? Oh it went as a credit on your princess account. And when we asked where on the receipt does it show that we have 16$ credit pending still, she said "oh well its not going to show there". I don't understand how she cannot read her own written receipts as well as the invoice of the order and try to find excuses and not send me the missing surprises.

This has been a headache. A big headache. $16 dollars were stolen from ladies that I invited to the demonstration and ordered their product and now they are making up all these excuses as to where they might be and not get a straight answer or proof. I have all my receipts to prove everything and I've even asked Mrs. ** to come to the house so we are not playing phone tag but all of a sudden she is too busy to come but when it was in her interest to do the demonstration she called us all the time, was on top of everything and would take the time to come. I'm even having my daughter send her pictures through text messages to show her the proof that 10 surprises were paid for vs only 8 surprises being ordered and shipped out to my residence.

I am beyond aggravated with their customer service and the inability to fix and admit the error they made on their end which is now going on for a week. Not only is it making me look bad to the ladies I have to distribute their orders to but, it’s embarrassing to have to let them know that they are going to be shorted surprises because someone at princess house cannot get it together. Mrs. Sylvia ** is now trying to give us a "pity" party by saying that the lady in charge of her is making her pay for her errors. That is not my issue and something she needs to take up with her manager. I just want what was paid for and if they can’t provide that then I am demanding my $16 dollars that I have to now pay back to the ladies that ordered through my demonstration at the least. I'm attaching the copy of the invoice that came with the boxes as well as the written invoices made by Mrs. Sylvia ** as proof.

The knife’s base came broken and sent it back to have it replaced and haven't received anything. That was on September 2014. I been calling the person that sold me the product and don't answer the phone. So I'm very angry. That was a lot of money.

I purchased The Fantasia set in the 80's. I bought 12 piece serving set, salad bowls, round bowls, large platter, dinner plates, fruit dessert bow, cup saucer, mugs, luncheon plates, tumblers, center piece, butter dish, pitcher. I loved it. But after just a couple weeks they started to break while in the dishwasher, microwave. Lg serving platter and dinner plates cracked from just putting hot food on them. The only things to hold up were the glasses and mugs. It took me 4 yrs to finally get something down. I wrote and called and would never get a response.

Finally I was at a fair where there was a booth. The gal give me the address and phone number to call. The person I talked to was so rude. Finally my husband wrote a letter that he would report them to the BBB. Same action. Received a phone call telling me to pack everything that was broken and send it in. They would pay for shipping and replace all pieces. Well almost a year before I was able to get it back. Rude, said they never received the box, then it was my fault, again couldn't find the box. Then finally I get this big box delivered from the mailman. Whatever had been sent was nothing but broken glass. No return label.

Opened it up and here were broken dishes. I actually think it was mine I had originally sent in. But this time they had not been wrapped up in any kind of shipping material. The pieces I had sent in were mostly just broke in half not in a million pieces. They purposely, I feel, sent them back like that. They knew they would be in a million pieces. Tried calling, writing. I just gave up. I have never bought anything from them again.

It was so long ago I don't have any record to prove I had them except pictures when we had family gatherings. Had bought them when I was in Spokane then we moved to Seattle... Divorced and came back. Just makes me sick. But I still will never buy another thing from that company.

We were using the Princess House Fantasia series bowl that is microwave safe to cook a rice dish in a microwave when we heard a pop and found a crack in the bowl. There is no prior damage to the bowl. These products are very expensive and are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee that the company will not back. They stated the product that we purchased in 2012 is no longer made and they will not help us. The Princess House local salesperson stated they would replace a product at 50% of MSRP in the event you damage a product? But not when a product is discontinued.

My husband purchased around $600. In the catalog, they state that you can cook eggs and such and such in these pans ... So I was excited when I got them. However, you cannot cook anything in them. Hell, I even tried to cook a fried egg in oil and it still stuck. It's definitely not worth the money. And when we ordered, the rep said that if we got a set, she would give us four different things free. Guess what? She lied. So when I told her I hated the pans and I was very unhappy, of course, she did nothing, even though it is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Yeah, right. So I went on the website to try and contact someone. All I could find is a message to speak with your consultant. Well, guess what? They are a waste of money and time with all the cleaning. If anyone knows of a lawsuit, let me know. I am definitely in.

I first have to say that I've had my Princess House "Miracle Dish"/Casserole since May 2010 (3 months). I have cooked several things in both the microwave and the oven. But the perks of this dish was the fact that you could cook meals in the microwave, quickly. Today, I went to make a simple dish of baked zitis. The recipe I received from my consultant stated to place the dish in the microwave for 25-30 minutes. I chose to put it in for 25 minutes. I heard the oven beep that it was done. I wanted to give it a minute before removing it because I knew it would be very hot.

Less than two minutes later, I heard a scary pop in my microwave. I opened the microwave and saw (and heard) the dish shattering. I quickly put a towel over it. It was completely shattered with my zitis inside it. I literally had to take the entire microwave plate turner out in order to remove the dish. I've cooked chicken in the same dish for 45 minutes, in the microwave (which I followed from the recipe that was given to me), and the fact that it could shatter has never crossed my mind!

Wife and daughter, each bought glass serving jugs. After less than a year use, both cracked where handle attaches to jug. When approached abut warranty Princess house reps stated they would only provide a 50% credit on replacements. Plus they would charge full shipping. Princess House web page clearly states on their main product page: "Each piece represents the perfect combination of beauty, precision, performance and versatility and is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee."

I just received an e-mail regarding Pyrex casseroles breaking, and wanted to add my story - except this time it's a Princess House casserole. On Sept. 15, 2009, I was baking a prime rib in a used, but 100% perfect condition casserole dish that I had used before to make similar prime ribs, and had the casserole shatter in my oven in exactly the same way as the Pyrex casserole complaints. I thought it odd, and have spoken to friends about it, but now am wondering what the composition of PH is, though I have been unable to find that online. Just wanted to add my warning to the others!

I purchased some items from them, in their catalog they state that if you buy a certain amount they give you a credit to buy something from their catalog. example if you purchase $300 woth of merchandise they give you $75 worth of merchandise and supposeably you're only suppose to pay the shipping, so I thought. When i received the invoice they charged me for taxes on the $75 item that I picked with the money they gave me because of the purchase. I do not know a whole lot on how that works, but to my understanding I should not have to pay taxes on a gift. right? What they did was add up all the order, added the taxes, then gave me the $75 off the total. Is that correct? Can you please advise if that is correct. When I called them they were not able to explain.
