Gabe and his crew from Noland's roofing was great. Through every step of the process, everything was communicated effectively. They had great customer service and got the job done efficiently. Even after the process was done, Gabe made sure I was satisfied with his crew's work.

Noland Roofing installed my roof just under 5 years ago. The installation went well. However I asked about any potential issues with mildew since my HOA is particular about appearance. The roof has developed significant black streaks on the North, East and West sides. My next door neighbor had their roof put in before me and have no mildew streaks.

I had some noise coming from the eaves as the day was very windy (Noland's replaced my roof in 2024 and also installed some gutters) so I thought it had something to do with the gutters. I called Noland's and someone came out the next day (Gabe) and took care of the problem. It is so nice to have good old- fashioned customer service.

I was recommended to Nolan by my neighbor who had recently had Nolan replace their roof. From making that initial phone call to Nolan and until the job was finished, I couldn't have been more pleased. Their 2 sales persons, Cristian and Jose came to review what and how could be done. What impressed me was not only their professionalism and punctuality, but how they did not try to pressure me on any decision. Once everything was agreed upon, they did not "disappear" but remained hands on in every step of the way. The contract manager on site, Conrad **, mirrored their commitment to customer satisfaction of the job at task. From sales, implementation of project, even the office staff were top notch. Roofing is a major investment. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable company.

After my review on the Better Business Bureau, I was contacted by Nolan Roofing and spoke with a representative named Destiny on February 12th. During our conversation, she reiterated that the roof would not be covered if the damage was caused by the hurricane. However, it remains unclear whether the damage resulted from the hurricane or poor workmanship, as Nolan Roofing has refused to take responsibility for the roof.

I was not sure whom to contact when it comes to any issues related to my house but after one of my friend's suggestion I contacted Noland's Roofing Services and they proved to be the right choice for our roof repair needs. Their technicians were skilled and knowledgeable, and they completed the job within time. So glad with the results!!!

Did not even file the clearance inspection for us to move back into our house, ever! They keep taking us to court for more $$$ after years (hurricane Michael), even though we paid them exactly what we agreed upon (a hand shake doesn't mean anything to these people). Terrible crooked dishonest people.

Requested repairs from Noland’s Roofing due to soffit damage from a storm. They were quick to come out and give prices for repairs, but that’s about it. The initial estimate came out to be $600, because they had a “minimum” for soffit repairs. To note, they don’t even do the work. They contract someone else to come out to repair it. Ok fine. After contracts were signed, and half the balance was paid before work even started. This was on 1/19/22.

It is the worst business I ever have had to deal with. They come and ask you to sign a paper, which they don't tell you is an assignment of benefits, under the pretext that you have to sign something in order to be able to give you an estimate. These are complete crooks! You will regret dearly if you go to these people.

Due to a hail storm that occurred 7/19/19, many of the roofs in my neighborhood suffered damage. I knew I had to have a roof inspection but did not know who to call. I watched as my neighbors had their roofs inspected and replaced. I noticed one company in particular was doing most of the homes. When I spoke with one of my neighbors that had their roof done by this one company, the owner spoke highly of them. That company is Noland's Roofing Inc.

Great customer service, beginning from scheduling appointment, sales associate arrival estimating and presentation. All is done timely, professionally and with great care and respect. And in comparison with competition this company gives good pricing. Thank you Noland's Roofing for providing superb service.

The sales person was very helpful in describing damage to roof. Garage ceiling was in dire need of repair, popcorn was a mess. Two repairmen did a fantastic job on scraping and mudding. Repairman for roof did an excellent job also... Everyone very personable and helpful. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a job well done.

The money was well spent for what I received. I will definitely consider purchasing again. Everything about my experience was well worth the money spent. Work quality was some of the best I have seen in a while, work was done promptly and correctly. Employees were friendly and very helpful. Very pleased with the quality. The durability of the product was very superior compared to other products that are comparable.

This was a valuable service. I could not ask for better and the services are great. Its hard to explain but their service is something that is very dependable. The work quality is great but I was not too sure at first. But my expectations were beyond great. The useful service could be of good use to others. Very prompt fast reliable service, better than ever expected. Very durable, long lasting worth the value.

Long-term should last long but up-front and shortly after installation there were some issues. Would buy again for a slightly cheaper price. There were some issues after installation and they fixed them within a week at no charge. All in all we are happy with the quality so far since no more issues have come up. They set-up installation within a week and fixed any problems within a week. They finished the main work within a reasonable time. No complaints with the timing at all. I've only had it for a few months, so long-term durability is yet to be seen. After initial installation I've run across no problems. I expect it to last for over a decade.

The value was extremely important for me. I was extremely pleased with the help of my favorite company. I had a great time. I will be able to make sure that I am going to get it right now. Quality was outstanding. Will be using them in the future in our other home. The promptness was extremely important for me. I will not only have to be waiting not very long at all. They were fast and also efficient at doing the job and were quite professional and very nice, and they stayed at it and asked my opinion afterwards and I was very pleased too. I have recommended them to a lot of people already. The quality of work is impeccable and very good. No flaws at all, looks perfect, and is very nice and neat. No rough places and no bad spots either. I am really happy with it all. They were very prompt and very efficient and even arrived early and ate lunch and got back early and also got it all done in time. They said they would and were very courteous and well mannered too. The durability is superb and we have had some bad weather and I have no issues at all. It is excellent material and craftsmanship too. It is very nicely done and I have got a lot of compliments on it from a lot of people.

It worked well, was simple and durable. I would recommend it to just about any do it yourselfers and would be happy to provide more feedback. The work quality was high quality, durable, reliable, easy to use and install, good clear instructions, easy to follow and simple to understand language. They were prompt, on time, professional, reliable, arrived within the appointment time, finished within the time frame they quoted as scheduled and did not incur any delays at. The product was high quality, durable, lasting, good, would recommend it to others looking for this type of product.

Seems to be quality and I would for sure buy it again and also recommend it to everyone I know. If this is one of your next jobs at your house I would clearly recommend this product for it will last awhile. They did take several days to install this product and seem to be taking their time on the project for some reason. I really do not understand why. Normally it does not take that long. Well I can say the job was completed and does look nice but wow it took forever and seemed to be very very very slow install. It was like they was trying everything to just be slow. Clearly a very high quality product made with quality and care. It is high value and worth every penny of what it takes to buy the product.

Very valuable to take preventative measures and to be prepared for all circumstances. I feel safe, comforted and reassured with this company and its services rendered. Great quality was given and I feel assured with the work done. I would highly recommend this company to all family and friends because of the quality of work done, price and great customer service. Service was not delayed whatsoever. They were on time, very punctual, and even called me several times over to update me on when they would arrive, whom, and so forth. Definitely well worth the money, time and research. I saved money by purchasing their services and will save even more because of the durability of their services.

The work was completed and the price was reasonable. It did take a while to get the job done but overall I was satisfied with the work that was performed and would hire the company again if I needed additional roofing work to be done. The work quality was good, workmanship was good, materials used were of high quality, work area was cleaned up after job completion. I had one problem after installation and that was taken care of to my satisfaction. The company could have been more prompt in the completion of the job. It took several weeks to finally finish the job, some of which was not the fault of the company as there were weather issues such as high wind which caused some delays. The roofing shingles were from a well-known name brand company and held up very well with one minor exception of one shingle which failed to seal properly.

It was worth it. I had people come and they got everything done of a reasonable price. The staff was good and reliable and nice. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an affordable project. The quality was great. Was looked great and there were no mistakes. I would do it again no doubt. People need to try it. It was one of my best decisions. They did everything like I wanted them to. They had it done in no time. It looks really durable.
