About Noland's Roofing

Noland’s Roofing provides customers throughout central Florida with roofing repairs and installation services. The company was founded in 2011 and has contractors with over 25 years of experience. It works with shingles, tile and metal roofing and can tackle storm and hail damage repairs — a common concern during hurricane season.

Aside from roofing services, the company installs solar panels and works on some other renovation projects, including window and door replacement, gutter installation, siding, painting, cabinetry, flooring and pole barn construction. Customers can finance their projects with one of two financing options through Noland’s Roofing.

Our editor’s take

Noland’s Roofing also specializes in storm damage repair, which is important for homeowners living in Florida. The company is focused on just the central Florida area, however, so if you live elsewhere in the state you'll have to work with another company. Financing is available via two third-party choices, and we like that the company also offers solar panel installation.

Roofing services by Noland's Roofing

Noland’s Roofing provides both roof repairs and replacement, as well as new-construction roofing. The company works primarily with shingles, tiles and metal roofs. Because storms are a frequent occurrence in Florida, you can also turn to the company for storm and hail damage repairs.

Other services by Noland's Roofing

Noland’s Roofing can work on several other interior and exterior projects. The company can install gutter systems, siding, windows and exterior doors. When it comes to windows, Noland’s Roofing specializes in hurricane windows, which use impact-resistant glass and a special film to prevent wind damage. Additionally, the company offers low-emissivity windows, which reduce the number of UV rays without sacrificing sunlight — a benefit for sunny Florida homeowners.

As for interior projects, the contractors provide cabinetry, painting and flooring. The company can also create custom pole barns, whether you need just a roof structure or a fully enclosed barn.

Roofing costs for Noland's Roofing

Like many roofing companies, Noland’s Roofing does not provide exact pricing on its website. The cost to repair or replace a roof is dependent on a variety of factors, and it can be hard to give an estimate without being on-site. In general, you can expect to pay anywhere from $5,800 to $12,900 to replace a roof. The size of your house, your roofing materials, the roof pitch and labor costs in your area will impact the final price, among other variables.

As for roof repairs, the cost depends on what the exact issue is, the extent of damage, roofing materials and labor. This price can range from $380 to $1,810.

Customers can call or fill out a form online to set up a free onsite consultation with Noland’s Roofing, which will give you a better idea of how much a roofing project will cost.

Financing

Repairing or replacing your roof can be a large expense, but Noland’s Roofing does offer financing solutions so you can pay over time. The company works with two third-party companies: Synchrony and Home Run Financing. You can fill out a form with both companies to see if you’re approved for financing and what options there are.

Noland’s Roofing warranty

It’s not clear if Noland’s Roofing offers any warranties on its labor, but the materials usually come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Contact the company for more information.

Gabe and his crew from Noland's roofing was great. Through every step of the process, everything was communicated effectively. They had great customer service and got the job done efficiently. Even after the process was done, Gabe made sure I was satisfied with his crew's work.

Noland Roofing installed my roof just under 5 years ago. The installation went well. However I asked about any potential issues with mildew since my HOA is particular about appearance. The roof has developed significant black streaks on the North, East and West sides. My next door neighbor had their roof put in before me and have no mildew streaks.

I had some noise coming from the eaves as the day was very windy (Noland's replaced my roof in 2024 and also installed some gutters) so I thought it had something to do with the gutters. I called Noland's and someone came out the next day (Gabe) and took care of the problem. It is so nice to have good old- fashioned customer service.

      Very impressed,

      Ann

I was recommended to Nolan by my neighbor who had recently had Nolan replace their roof. From making that initial phone call to Nolan and until the job was finished, I couldn't have been more pleased. Their 2 sales persons, Cristian and Jose came to review what and how could be done. What impressed me was not only their professionalism and punctuality, but how they did not try to pressure me on any decision. Once everything was agreed upon, they did not "disappear" but remained hands on in every step of the way. The contract manager on site, Conrad **, mirrored their commitment to customer satisfaction of the job at task. From sales, implementation of project, even the office staff were top notch. Roofing is a major investment. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable company.

      Reviewed Feb. 20, 2025

After my review on the Better Business Bureau, I was contacted by Nolan Roofing and spoke with a representative named Destiny on February 12th. During our conversation, she reiterated that the roof would not be covered if the damage was caused by the hurricane. However, it remains unclear whether the damage resulted from the hurricane or poor workmanship, as Nolan Roofing has refused to take responsibility for the roof.

I requested that someone from their company inspect the damage and provide an estimate for repairs so that I could cover the cost out of pocket. Destiny assured me that a representative would arrive on February 20th at 2:30 PM to assess the damage and provide an estimate. Unfortunately, no one showed up, nor did I receive any follow-up communication.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Nolan Roofing. They appear to be more focused on encouraging homeowners to file insurance claims, which may benefit them financially, rather than addressing individual repair needs. It seems they are primarily interested in large insurance claims rather than providing necessary repairs, regardless of whether the damage was hurricane-related. Additionally, I found their customer service to be unprofessional and unreliable, as they failed to honor their commitment to the scheduled inspection. If you are looking for a roofing company that values professionalism, accountability, and customer service, I would advise seeking alternatives.

Did not even file the clearance inspection for us to move back into our house, ever! They keep taking us to court for more $$$ after years (hurricane Michael), even though we paid them exactly what we agreed upon (a hand shake doesn't mean anything to these people). Terrible crooked dishonest people.

      Reviewed Feb. 26, 2022

Requested repairs from Noland’s Roofing due to soffit damage from a storm. They were quick to come out and give prices for repairs, but that’s about it. The initial estimate came out to be $600, because they had a “minimum” for soffit repairs. To note, they don’t even do the work. They contract someone else to come out to repair it. Ok fine. After contracts were signed, and half the balance was paid before work even started. This was on 1/19/22.

Because these were sub-contractors for Noland’s, they had no idea when they would arrive for the work. They provided an estimated time of 2 weeks. After not hearing anything, now going into February, I call to get a time frame. Now I’m finally told they’ll be at our home on 2/10/22, between 8-5. Great, so we wait, day goes by, and we don’t see these workers or any communication from Noland’s. Call them again, and we’re told their truck broke down so they would be here tomorrow, on 2/11/22. Again, no time frame available.

So we wait, they finally arrive, repair the hole (not the whole contracted work) and leave. Call back Noland’s, they say they’re going to call the Contractor, they return, they say they had no idea the work included all that (the amount of the soffit needing replaced) and stated they didn’t have material so they would be back again.

Call back Noland’s, and they can’t provide a timeframe or even a date. I ask them for compensation for all this inconvenience. They immediately become defensive, actually tell me this is not an inconvenience on you, that we don’t even have to be home for the repair (because they do such trustworthy work, right?). They actually have the nerve to raise their voice and starts yelling at me on the phone, asking what I want from them. I thought I was pretty clear? Seeing as this woman in the office had zero training for customer service, I ask her for an email with what happened today (2/11/22) and with an estimated time frame for the rest of the repairs.

Wait and wait, receive nothing from them. Until finally I receive an email on 2/25/22. Contents of the email? Here’s the invoice for your work, you owe us the rest of the amount. Do not work with Noland’s. Do not give them your business. I’ve saved all text messages with the Sales guy and what few emails I received from them.

It is the worst business I ever have had to deal with. They come and ask you to sign a paper, which they don't tell you is an assignment of benefits, under the pretext that you have to sign something in order to be able to give you an estimate. These are complete crooks! You will regret dearly if you go to these people.

Due to a hail storm that occurred 7/19/19, many of the roofs in my neighborhood suffered damage. I knew I had to have a roof inspection but did not know who to call. I watched as my neighbors had their roofs inspected and replaced. I noticed one company in particular was doing most of the homes. When I spoke with one of my neighbors that had their roof done by this one company, the owner spoke highly of them. That company is Noland's Roofing Inc.

I contacted Noland's and asked them to inspect my roof as well. The response was swift and professional. Tony ** from Nolands Roofing Inc came to my house and sure enough, I had hail damage. We chatted and he explained the process to me and assured me they would make sure that all was done right. I signed the contract and knew I was in good hands. Side benefit. I manage a property management rental company and now I know I will be referring Noland's Roofing Inc in the event any of the rental homes have a roof leak or damage.
