    I ordered 6 lanterns. 2 are broken and 1 doesn't match the others. I emailed and sent photos and I have not heard back.

    Ordered outdoor garage lights and never received them. Order was canceled and refund was never issued. Had to speak the claim with our credit card company. Their customer service was misleading and ultimately leads me to believe this is a fraudulent business.

      This place is a scam. Do not order from them. They don’t process returns, you can’t reach anyone unless you call the sales line but then they just tell you lies. This after taking a month to get my order which I tried to cancel but then miraculously they overnighted my lights. Worst online shopping. They should be shut down. FRAUDULENT!!

      I ordered 2 pendant lights in the amount of $2328.53 from Lights.com on December 27, 2025. I realized very quickly that they were going to be the wrong size and color so I canceled that order. They canceled that order for me and said they would send my refund. Trusting them, I went ahead and ordered 3 of the same lights in a different color and size in the amount of $2,221.64 that were to have shipped on January 5, 2026.

      They never refunded my money on the first order so I went to my credit card company and filed a dispute. My credit card co contacted them and they said that I followed the incorrect procedure by filing a dispute so my cc canceled the dispute. I never received that order because it was canceled. Now I have contacted Lights.com on that order at least a dozen times about my refund. They continue to say they are working g on it but it has now been 45 days and they don't contact me and has not issued a refund. So they still owe me the $$2328.53 on that first order.

      On the second order, they moved the delivery date 4 times and I just canceled that order in the amount of $2,221.64. They have said the refund is coming on that one but I have not seen that either. It has been over 45 days and they owe me over $4500.00. They don't tell me anything when I call other than they will refund the money. Still they have not done it with no explanation. I have sent them all documentation they they ask for.

      This company is a SCAM!! I wish I had done my due diligence and looked them up prior to ordering from them. Now I am having to contact my attorney. The lady on the phone told me yesterday that it is not just my orders but many orders that are having the same issue within their company. This tells me that this company is not paying vendors and there are probably legal problems. They are not members of BBB for a reason! This company is practicing illegal advertising with no delivery.

      We needed to return a light that came with the wrong parts. A customer service agent even argued with me saying their “warehouse” said my photo didn’t show a problem. This, in spite of their return policy saying they want customers to be 100% satisfied. After several phone calls, and emails trying to get a return label, it is obvious that this business has no intention of processing a return. Typical home renovators cannot afford to eat the cost of defective items. Buy elsewhere.

      We placed a light order on 4/2/2024 that was supposedly in stock and due to us in 10 days. It is now 9/30/2024 and after 3 months of delays, and cancelling the order in June, we have still not received our refund for over $500!!! I have called.... No active phone.... Chatted and chatted and chatted with them and despite them telling me the card will be credited in 24 hours repeatedly, we have still not received our refund. This is a fraudulent company and they need to be investigated!

      I received my order on July 3. I attempted to get a return shipping label on July 5th and was told they were unable to create a return label. This went on for 2 weeks. Their excuse was they were upgrading their systems. When I asked them if I ordered something would they be able to create a shipping label and they said yes; realizing what they said I was a created a MANUAL return label within the hour. I am now awaiting my refund which they say can be 30 business days. If you have time and patience to deal with an unethical company, this is the company for you. If not, listen to the reviews. Purchasing is easy, but they make it difficult to return the items. Stalling consumers on returns is a cash flow issue. After my purchase, I was asked for a review, but if negative they aren’t posted on their website. So that too is dishonest. Don’t let the pretty website fool you.

      I had placed an order with Lights.com in early Mar 2024. The order was consistently delayed and over the period of a month I went ahead and cancelled my order. The refund is a whole different story. I have contacted multiple times via emails, chats, VM and still not refund. My amount is over $600 and I would want them to refund me asap. I hope my review would help anyone looking to order from this terribly managed company. I am starting to feel all of this is a scam. Stay away from this company.

      Save yourself the trouble and do not buy products from Lights.com. I placed an order that included two different products (battery candles and window candles) the first week of Dec 2023 and received confirmation the order would be shipped. I receive the battery candle portion of the order in a timely manner. The window candles, however, were delayed several times and I was notified by email of their delay. Finally after two emails indicating a delay and no definitive date for shipment, I called and spoke with employee Yaz who told me she would cancel the order for the window candles (since they had not been shipped) and I would be refunded the cost of the candles ($50) plus tax. I have an email stating this commitment by said lights.com employee.

      As of March 1, 2024, I have yet to receive a refund, but have received plenty of run-around from customer service via email. The most recent person to apologize for the company's lack of refunding a customer who never received their product is Amy. Several apologies later and two requests by me for a phone call from a manager or accounting to explain the lack of refund, but no action by lights.com, it is now March 29 and I have yet to receive a refund - almost 4 months after lights.com took my money.

      I left a vm message on the phone line of the company owner, Sheva Knopfler requesting assistance and a return call on Wednesday, March 27 and I have yet to hear back from her either. The way the process has been handled has compounded the problem, but boy what a poorly run company lights.com has shown itself to be. I hope my experience has been helpful to someone considering placing an order with lights.com because I would not recommend ever doing business with them.

      I placed an order on Lights.com July 8th and received an email confirmation that stated the pendant lights that I ordered would ship on July 19th. On July 29th, I had not received the lights. I sent an email to inquire about when the lights would be shipped. On July 31st I received an email stating the lights were shipped. Once they finally arrived sometime in early August I had the delivery person place them in my garage. When my contractor came to my house 2 weeks later to hang them I noticed that they weren’t the correct lights. Reached back out the company, they sent a return label and I shipped the lights back. I was told I’d get a refund since the lights I wanted were no longer available. It’s almost NOVEMBER and I still have not received a refund! Each time that I reach out via email I get a different excuse.

      Please do yourself a favor DO NOT order from this company. There isn’t much integrity with this company (2 other recent reviews that are having the same issue as I am). Not sure if I’ll ever get a refund but I will make sure to spread the word via social media to NOT use this company and I’ll make sure to post screenshots of the email correspondence. Find a more reputable company to do business with… as you can see from the screenshot they’ve been processing my refund since September.
