The homebuying process with LGI was timely and our new home community is quiet and clean. I've told friends about them. However, LGI told me that it was gonna be a different price but everything went up. Matt was the original person we met then he gave us Carlene. We never saw or met her. She was just calling and emailing us. We have dealt with six people, which is too many.

My fiancé and I were looking at LGI in Rio Rancho. My fiancé was the one who suggested looking at it because his aunt and his brother both got houses from LGI and they had positive outcomes with that. The LGI people who helped us out were really nice and positive. They worked with us, and that was how we were able to get comfortable. If we had questions, we were able to ask. As first home buyers and in our early 20s, we were kind of lost, but they were very helpful. The pricing is very comfortable because in this economy, it's very hard to find a house. I enjoyed purchasing the house. It was a great experience. They're good people, and very trustworthy.

I passed by LGI Homes and it was on April that we saw the home. Then, we closed on May 4th. Their customer service stood out the most, with the way they took care of the process. I just paid the down payment and $1,000, but they took care of all the fees. The 3.99 was a big benefit but it wasn’t explained well, and I was disappointed. After talking to the loan officer, I realized the program wasn't for 30 years. It was only for five years. Other than that, it was fine. The quality of the home is very nice and it gives my family a roof over our heads.

I wanted my mom to live close to us because she's a senior. LGI Homes is five minutes away from where I currently live, and that location was affordable for her. So, I went in and I turned in. The sales team did an awesome job. They were transparent. The home consultant was great and very professional. He was able to answer every question I had and he was very friendly. As far as the house, it is just settling, but I don't like the ceiling right now. There are creases in the ceiling. The community was still under construction, which it still is. We were looking for a ranch, and as of today, we’d stand outside and we’d say we like the community. They have a little play area and little picnic area. There's no community pool but we were aware of that. All the houses are lined up with nice and neat, clean lines.

The LGI Homes rep went above and beyond to help me get in my new home. She helped me out a lot along the way. What I didn't understand, she helped me understand. She communicated with me along the way. Any questions I had, all I had to do was give her a call. I will recommend her to any and everybody by any means. The cost was a little higher than I expected because of the interest and because of the HOA. I never considered staying in the HOA because they're very strict. Other than that, everything else is fine. The only thing I didn't understand was the whole mailbox thing. I thought it would be in front of the home because we're homeowners. But the mailbox is up there in the front of the complex which means if I'm waiting on something, I would have to wait there in that specific spot. It was a rollercoaster, but I made it through. Everything was successful. And I will recommend LGI Homes to friends and family who are looking for home.

The rep with LGI was wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable and were able to answer all my questions. The location is a new pretty neighborhood and the house is small and neat, which is precisely what we needed. The quality is excellent as well.

We looked at a bunch of older homes and even put in a few offers with them, but nothing was getting approved. Everything that we were seeing needed $30,000 worth of repairs and we weren't getting any traction. My realtor asked if we have thought about getting a new home and we told him it was outside of our budget. He told us sometimes they do incentives so I went online, and sure enough, LGI was running an incentive. We looked in the numbers, and it was only a few hundred dollars more for a new home than it was for the used home that we were looking at. Our salesperson was awesome. We had most of fun. He was very energetic and easy to get along with. I could tell that he loved what he was doing. I'm in customer service myself and if you don't believe in what you're doing, then you're doing something wrong.

I've been looking for a home for quite a few years now, and I've been on and off with the market. I came across LGI Homes on Facebook and saw some of the prices. I looked through the homes and decided to give it a shot. I looked at some of the homes in the neighboring communities, such as Century, and the incentives weren't as good as those at LGI. Theirs were better, and that was something that I liked. I filled out my information and came down to talk with Isaac. He showed me around the neighborhood, and I was very impressed. I liked everything it had to offer and the area itself. It’s a new community that’s being built, and it really caught my attention. It was also kind of cool to be one of the first people there and to buy the first house, which was neat.

We liked the area where the LGI Homes are. And they were the first people that we got in contact with, and they were very nice and willing to work with us. I was kept up to date. The process was super smooth. And they’d always be sending updates and forms. They were very transparent. The buying process was easy and straightforward. So far, the house exceeds the quality. And also, one thing that we appreciate about it was maintaining temperature is very good with the insulation. I also like the community. Everybody's quiet and just doing their own thing. I enjoy it.

I heard about LGI Homes from a coworker and I decided to go with a new build because I liked the idea of having a newer home in the area. It’s all new to me. I generally like all the homes in Texas since I moved out here. You get a little bit more, design-wise, versus Missouri, where all our homes are older. Everything went well with the rep. I was a first-time homebuyer and she gave me the walkthrough of everything to figure it out and what I'll be getting myself into. She made me feel comfortable. The quality of the build is good and I‘m very satisfied with the amenities. There was a little miscommunication, but it was probably just waiting for things to be approved. Everybody's been very helpful and very good.

We had shopped around for older homes, and we're having no luck. We couldn't find anything within our price range, within our lifestyle that pleased us. When we inquired about this house, we were a little reluctant ‘cause we've had new builds in the past, and we thought we'd be better off with an existing house. But when we looked at this LGI home and what the quality of the house was, and what we got for our money. It was also the location, because we picked a lot that's in the perfect place.

Our overall experience was great. Our LGI Homes rep who recently retired told us he had been selling houses for LGI for 11 years. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The same can be said for the home builder itself because we had our final walkthrough with him two days before we closed. Everyone seemed to be able to answer all our questions. It made the process much easier. My wife and I are first-time homebuyers so we had a ton of questions regarding property taxes. I know Texas is a property tax-heavy area, and you have HOA fees. I just wanted to make sure that nothing would increase over the next year.

LGI Homes helped me out a lot. I'm an older guy so I didn't understand a lot of things. They were very welcome to help me do a lot of stuff on computers, because I don't do computers that much. But overall, they did a good job. I went to another area. LGI is the best place to be, because they help you and they do whatever they can to help you. A lot of people are, “I'm not gonna do this. And you can't do this and you can't do that.” But LGI is a good thing. It changed my perspective of the other places where you go and buy homes at. I'm in construction, and that's what we do. We do house slabs. I drive a concrete truck. This is the nicest place I ever seen. I've seen the community. I would recommend anyone. And I’ve recommended my friends to come and look at houses over here.

We lived in apartments for years, and now the apartment is pricing to what a house is paying for and more. With a house, you have your own space, and you can do your own thing for the same money. We were paying 1,900 for a two-bedroom. We were looking around, and my husband had contact with one of the gentlemen at LGI. He'd been looking for a while. He landed on LGI and then the next thing I know, I got a phone call from him saying, "Hey, I need you to see this house." I came out here, and the houses were very simple. I had more pushback for my own 401(k) than I did LGI. It was a very simple step-by-step process. They walked with us when I was trying to get the funds available. They made sure that the paperwork was right and was on call for whatever issue we may have come to. So, it was a very good process.

Our home consultant with LGI Homes was good. Everything seemed flowing and easy. It didn't seem chaotic. I took the process over three months but that's because I had to figure some things out with my apartment. As far as the home, the open floor plan was one of the big things for me. I'm still getting used to it. I haven't really explored around too much. I'm mostly just trying to get settled in the house. After we did the orientation walk, Stevie gave me tape and I taped up anything that I saw and he took care of it. When we had done the walkthrough, he had found there's a couple of little water drop spots on one of the wooden bases of the sink. So, they replaced that. Also, I noticed that the master bathroom's toilet was running and I had him check that a couple of times and I haven't heard it running since.

LGI Homes is good. I like the build of our home and the community is really nice. I'd recommend LGI Homes.

I learned about LGI Homes through an advertisement and my wife handled most of the interaction with the home consultant, but everything was positive. The quality of the build is good. Overall, everything has been good with our experience.

I saw LGI from a billboard they were promoting and decided to see if I could get approved for a house, and I was. I was impressed with how fast the process was getting into the house, so it was good. From start to finish, it took a month and a week. The reps were very knowledgeable, helpful and direct. The customer service was excellent. Jade and Sarah were able to answer my questions and get back with me quickly. LGI threw in some incentives at the beginning. The closing cost alone was fine with me, so I was impressed with the price. People should consider buying a home through LGI, because the transition into moving into a new house is quick, smooth and easy. I've been in here for a week or so, and there are a lot of amenities for the kids, which I love, because I have a grandson. There's a play area, a volleyball area, the ponds, and the splash area. It's nice. I like my home. So, I'm happy.

LGI Homes did very well. I visited other builders and LGI. They offered a good rate for the product, which they were selling. I liked their diligence in terms of going around, showing me what was available, being true and faith, seeing that things work and that things got covered. The quality is good, but the detailing could be a bit more. We were looking in a two-and-a-half bathroom. The builders are only building two bathrooms for a three-bedroom. Since I'm a senior citizen, we could have liked some hand towels, racks, and a bar you can hold on to when you're showering in the bathroom. Also, the laundry room could have a shelf to put your detergents and stuff on. My family has seen my home. It's out in the country. But they like it. It's nice and quiet where I am.

My Realtor was the one who helped me and guided me through everything. However, the communication with the title company was a bit difficult. They made a lot of errors. They even charged me more than they should. I had to wait for a return from my title company. Other than that, LGI Homes was amazing. I'm in love with the way they built my home. The builder went into details. I love all my details in my house like the high ceilings, everything that they put in, and the detail and work that they put into it. And after I finished with everything that they signed off on, the rep still came back and helped me cut the grass, and explained things that I didn’t understand a lot. My family is already in love with my house.

What made me choose LGI was that it was the most affordable new community in my area. I liked the location and the warranties, too. The rep I worked with was Neil and he was very nice, helpful, patient, and took me in the home a few times. He’s very qualified for what he's doing. He does a great job. The process at LGI was pretty quick, and working with them was very comfortable. I like the affordability, the clean and quiet neighborhood. They have a playground for the children, too.

LGI home were better options for me for the area that I live in. I didn't wanna go too far out of the area that I'm already in. LGI Homes had a beautiful community that was new. When I started to do the tours and did the research, I liked their different models. And I like the fact that my home has a master bed downstairs and the other bedrooms are upstairs. That works out great for me, because I have arthritis in my knees.

We were looking for places to try to purchase and came across the new subdivision of LGI Homes that was getting built right up the road from where we lived at the time. We dealt with Melissa, our home consultant, and she was really good. We've had a couple of issues with our LGI home, but they're working on getting them fixed and overall, the quality of the build is pretty good.

My family and I were displaced until we moved into our home. Some of the places we stayed at, even if they were new builds, they did not have the quality that LGI has. We are new to San Antonio. We've been here since December 2025. Our rep is amazing and a joy to speak with. She worked hard to help us. There was never anything that we needed from her that she was not available. I haven't spoken to her lately because I've got a bunch of stuff going on. I do miss Erica. It was like we were long lost friends. She is a beautiful soul.

Everything went smoothly. The LGI Homes rep was good and informative. Answered all my questions. I had gone to go see somebody else over a different builder and I felt more pressure to make a decision more quickly. Meanwhile, LGI Homes was very understanding of the whole process and I didn't feel rushed or pressured during anything. We're almost a month living in a new home. So far, so good, workers and homeowners.

I would recommend LGI Homes. Working with them was one of the quickest decisions I made that turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. LGI Homes' rep was very helpful, nice, and responsive, which is key. I spend a lot of time capitulating decisions and analyzing. But I was sold the same day I walked in. He was able to supersede this analytical thing that might've had me still trying to decide what to do. So, it was a very quick decision for me, who's a person who doesn't make quick decisions.

I was looking for someplace to stay. I was looking on Google and found LGI Homes. They showed me something. When I read the comments and everybody said good things about it, I went straight to it. The home is good.

I was looking at home marketing and I discovered LGI Homes. The rep who helped me was amazing. The quality of the build was doable, but I’m finding work to do because what I needed, I didn’t get. I’m custom-making it to my liking.

I went to LGI Homes with Brianna, my Realtor and everything went smoothly. Chris, the rep, was great and gave me many options. The process was wonderful and I will refer LGI to anybody who asks how I got my house. There are a couple of hiccups in the quality of the home. I thought my backyard would be a lot bigger than it is, and there’s also the paint. But these are little things that can’t be fixed within 15 minutes. The house is beautiful.

An email came to my husband and he decided that we go to Oxford. So we drove there early in the morning and applied. From the start, the reps from LGI Homes were very supportive and worked with us to get everything we needed to get the home. They worked with us from start to finish and did a very good job. Whenever they needed something, they would ask for it and we would try to get it as quickly as possible. There was a lot of paperwork, but that was fine. It was a very good experience for somebody like me who was just starting the homebuying process and going through all of those procedures. They also helped educate me about getting the home. Overall, they did a very good job and I’ve already been telling other people about them.

LGI Homes’ interest rate was a deciding factor for us to go with them and working with them was very nice. Maury has been helping us and he's been very responsive. We’ve been in the home for almost two weeks and everything is nice. There are a few minor things that we've found that are off, but we have already contacted Maury and he's trying to get somebody to come out here very soon. So I like that LGI has been answering and not leaving us unattended. Everything's been good and people asking about my experience with LGI should also move here.

I work for the utility company, CPS Energy, and I'm familiar with the builders for the section that I work with, which was how I knew about LGI Homes. Dealing with the rep was very good, positive and helpful. The quality of the build has been good overall. I’ve had a few issues here and there, but nothing damaging, and LGI has been super helpful about getting those issues fixed.

LGI helped me out and taught me some things and they had patience with me. I spoke with Brandon and I got curious about LGI because of him. I was gonna buy different homes but I went ahead and stayed with LGI. My home consultant was absolutely amazing. She helped me out and walked me through it and let me know what I need to do. The customer service is good. Brandon, Michael and Rachel walked me through the whole process and taught me through it. So I really appreciate them. The home build was beautiful. But I did find a hole right up on the roof line and they told me I needed the home warranty about this, and they came and fixed it. The community is really quiet and laid back right now. So everything's good.

As much as I would love people to buy these homes to bring up the value of my house, I would say buy from a different builder. The homes are built ok but here at Big Sky Estates the built the homes on rock. I have lived here about 2 years and I can say I have easily removed over 20,000 rocks from my back yard. And right now I could easily go out to my backyard and get about 100 more. My son has hurt himself running around in the back and stepping on rocks, and one of my dogs have cut his foot open twice. They promised us certain amenities like a dog park when we were buying the house is phase 2 as well has tons of other buyers here. Yet no dog park. This was our first home as a newly married family and I wish we would have looked at other places more.

We are retirees. We've owned new and preowned homes in the past and were looking to downsize. The LGI home we chose is so well designed that we know it is our "forever" home. It has all the details we were looking for: cathedral ceilings, granite counter tops, walk in shower, wood flooring, new appliances, large pantry... Devon (sales rep), Brad (builder) and Billie (loan officer) were all consummate professionals, as well as friendly and easy going. They hand walked us through the whole process and made a major transition in our life go seamlessly. They even gave us an orientation packet to the area as well as phone numbers to essential services in the area. It just made the adjustment so much easier. We feel grateful and blessed that we found LGI homes and their team. We highly recommend them with no reservation.

Older builds have foundation issues and a bunch of other possible issues that could happen. With a newer build, I can possibly get the warranties and all the other stuff with it. The purchasing process with LGI Homes was easy. It was stressful for me just because every little dollar is accounted for, but overall, it is good. Our home consultant helped us out a lot. He kept us informed with everything. He was very transparent. He showed us all the numbers and gave us all the calculations.

Older homes sometimes have issues and things that need to be fixed or repaired, and that doesn't always go unnoticed, especially by first-time homebuyers like myself. I live alone, and I wouldn't want a fixer-upper. I found a place that LGI Homes built that I was comfortable with and that I liked. It’s a newer-built home. And I was also in a bit of a time crunch in getting out of the old place. They wanted me out by a certain time. This was the best home out of the ones that I saw that seemed to meet my needs.

We were looking online about a year and a half ago to buy a home. And we ran across LGI. I researched it. I found out it's all green buildings. They have HEPA filters in the house that purify the air. I ran across them just by looking. And we looked at a place. I didn't really like the neighborhood, so we didn't go with that. We waited until they built here in Puyallup. This is where we like. When they started building here, we called right away. I got on the VIP list. I was the third one who called. We got in here and looked for a house and liked it. So, we purchased a home.

LGI Home's rep was my best friend's husband, so I knew him already. It was a good experience. He didn't seem pushy, and just explained to us all the processes and how it works. He explained to us the benefits of buying compared to renting and explained everything very well. I give the build an 8 out of 10. However, we have had some issues. I might have to make another claim here soon. I had random screws come out of the garage door yesterday when it was closing. Other than that, I like all the pet stations for walking my dog, and I'm sure future sidewalks. I would recommend others to LGI Homes.

I dealt with a very nice representative. He took my information. He offered to take me to see the actual homes. They weren't decorated homes like you normally see in developments, which I thought was interesting, because you can get a better idea of what your own belongings will look like in that home. He was a great representative for LGI Homes. He did a fabulous job. Everything seemed to be very simple. They put me in touch with everyone I need to be in touch with. I was very satisfied.

The LGI reps were good to us. We worked with Christine, and she was very informative and communicative. The home is a pretty good build. I am really satisfied. I didn't know they provided a lot of the furnishings, like the refrigerator and the stove. That was pretty good. I'll recommend others to LGI for sure. It was a great experience.

We were living in the neighborhood that LGI was building. When they opened up their sales center, we walked in and introduced ourselves and worked with them until we got to the point of buying. There was another builder in the same neighborhood, Dream Finders. And the reason we went with LGI is that they had homes that were more in our price point.

I was looking at new builds that met my specifications, and I really needed something that was one story and had at least a yard. Many new builds now, at least in Colorado, don't have a yard at all. They say there's the yard, but it's a place for a barbecue. LGI was able to meet those qualifications. LGI also met my price point because I got single money. I don't have double-income money.

When I pulled into the subdivision of LGI, I liked the layout. I also liked the fact that the houses weren't close together. It was fine the first time I went in to look at everything. We worked with Pam and she was exceptional as far as what we were gonna do, what the steps were gonna be, and how we were gonna make it happen. She was very detailed. Once she knew my situation, I didn't feel she judged the situation. She just dealt with all that. I needed somebody to tell me, “This is what you've got to do. Don't do this. Do this.” That's what I needed, and that's what she did. So far, I like the build. They also have the park in the front. They have the clubhouse and the splash pad. I like it. I am just a little concerned because it's at the front of the subdivision, and it's not really protected. I wanna make sure that whenever the home association gets going, that we take all of that into consideration.

I heard about LGI through a family member. She kept getting on me to come over here to see about buying a home. I came by here, and I went in. And Gerard was in there. He said, “You come to see about a house, about a home with us here, LGI?” I said, “Yes. I've just come by here to shut my cousin up. ’Cause y'all ain't gonna sell me. These people ain't fit to sell me a house.” He said, “How can you say that?” I said, “‘Cause I know my credit is not that good.”

Marty was a great home consultant. He was honest about everything and let us know how everything was going to go before we even started and it went that way. The overall process took about four months. We had a good experience with LGI Homes. Everything was quick and easy. The people are nice. We just moved in, but the community is quiet. We love it. We have to pay for the pool and stuff like that within the community. We just haven't looked into it too much yet.

The home-buying experience with LGI Homes was very simple and easy. James worked with us to make sure we had our credit where it needed to be. We were impressed that he didn't act like a salesman. He acted like a normal person. The total process had taken around a month. It didn't take very long. The quality of the build that we chose was a pretty good deal for the size of the house that we got. Our new home community is good. The kids have already made friends over here. There are two separate parks that they can go to and we live right by the lake. So, there's plenty to do.

The people from LGI Homes were communicative. Caesar was my home consultant, and anytime I had a question, he answered. The home-buying experience was easy, and it was a 20-day process. It was the quickest house I've ever bought. The quality of the build is not bad. Just like every home, there are a few things that I see here and there. But as far as the quality, it seems nice. The insulation is good. I keep my house at 58, and my power bill is only $100. So, that's a positive. I have been in Ohio for the past five years, and the cost of houses there is a lot more expensive. So, for our LGI home being a brand-new house, the price was good. The house came with a warranty, too, and it seems good.

We looked around and discovered that LGI Homes is a very good home builder, and they stand behind fixing whatever needs to be fixed. They were very helpful and friendly. We like their attitude about showing us around and telling us about things. And they had their inspector out there showed us how to work all the different things that they got in it, like the sprinkler system we knew nothing about. We had a very good experience with them. They worked things and managed things, and we couldn't be happier.

I went to one of LGI Homes' properties 15 years ago. I wasn't ready at that time. When I thought about this, I said, “You know what? Let me see what everything looks like." I was just shopping and ended up with a house. LGI Homes' rep was great. He had some constraints, but I can't fault him for that. He could only do what he could. However, it seemed things were segmented, like my salesperson who was supposed to give me my updates, but he couldn't give me an update. Someone gave him an update but they couldn’t give an update until someone gave them an update. It was all these moving parts, but nobody seemed to be on my same place at the same time. There should be more communication. I had to do a lot of calling to check on stuff rather than people reaching out to me.

I went with LGI for convenience, an easy process in my hometown. We scheduled the appointment online. Then we went inside the next day and met with their rep, Travis. He walked us through the process of each home that we were looking at, and gave us the breakdown, the rundown of the community, which I was familiar with. Then gave us a brief explanation of the process, as in trying to see which one would fit our family. It was good. We really enjoyed working with Travis a lot. From the beginning to the end, the process took 22 days. It was quick. The house is built very nicely. And if we have complaints, they are very minor.

LGI Homes was wonderful. I found out about them through my wife and when we dealt with their consultant, Tiffany, the process was short and simple. She told us what we needed to do and she was very courteous. She was also very polite and knowledgeable. I love the quality of the build and I'm very much satisfied with the amenities. I also love the kitchen island and everything about the home. I have recommended a friend and other people to go through LGI Homes because it was a very good process. Everybody was kind and they knew what they were doing.

LGI was building in the area I really wanted to be in that was convenient. So, I decided to purchase from them. Their rep took us around to the houses that we were looking at and we talked logistics. I put my own money down that same day. It was a pretty quick and easy process. The specific house that I got was under contract and for whatever reason, that fell through. So, it came available in March and we jumped on it right then. It was in the finish-out process. Then, the process to get in was really simple. Since I've been there, I've had some questions about my HVAC but that's just the industry that I work in. I'm under the impression that the AC unit is undersized. But other than that, when we did the final walkthrough, we marked everything off with tape. And before we closed the next day, the painters and everybody had been back to touch things up and fix what we needed fixed. So, for the most part, it was a pretty smooth process.

I really enjoy the location of our LGI home. It's very welcoming and comfortable. There's a small kids’ park and little walking areas for dogs. But it’s a small neighborhood, so it’s okay. Also, the home turned out to be well-built with an affordable price. It doesn’t have sort of high-end conditions, which you'd expect from a home for that cost. But I’m most impressed with the insulation value of it. It's insulated very well. When I made my purchase, the process was pretty fast. Once I made the decision, the loan officer was on top of everything. Overall, my experience has been great and I've told everyone about LGI Homes.

I like the idea of a newer build because it seemed to fit more of what we were looking for, color scheme-wise. A lot of them start white when they're newly-built, and it gives a lot more freedom. We've been able to have some more fun with figuring out decorations. Some of those things that you don't always get with someone else's house. There have been some difficulties with getting certain utilities. And as soon as I let LGI Homes know, they help me navigate it. I have been very satisfied.

I would recommend going through LGI Homes because of the ease of purchase, the customer service, the quality of the home, and their warranty. Also, I liked the floor plan, lot size, and purchasing process. We toured the home. LGI Homes said, "If you like it, you just do $1,000 deposit, submit an application." The financing, the mortgage officer, and sales agent were all in-house. It was a one-stop shop where I talked to three people. We were in the house within 30 days. We had the option to be in the house at 26 days, but that was too short for me. It was right on spot because they initially told me, "We're a 30-day to key business from once you submit your application as long as you can afford the home.” I bought a house before, and it was 90 days. This was an awakening. And the interest rates were great.

I like the build of the house and the community. It's pretty quiet there. But there were a few things that could have been added to it, like the molding around the mirrors and cabinets in the downstairs bathroom. Also, my fiancée wants to be on the deed but LGI didn't put her on there.

We noticed some issues with our siding and submitted a warranty claim even though it was past the 1 year workmanship claims period. Their team (Will being my contact) spent the next couple weeks visiting with crews to assess the issues and extent of the damage. Because of their thoroughness they uncovered other issues we were not aware of and fixed all of the damages. They then replaced all of the siding on our home and fully repainted the entire home. Truly above and beyond customer service!

They cut corners in every direction. Promise warranty service, but IGNORE requests, and/or falsely close out claims in order to meet “warranty response times”. Please walk away from this builder and search other review sites!

We've been renting houses for years. And it was time for us to get ourselves a new home. My niece lives around the corner, and I liked her house. I know they were building out here. So, we just walked in. Everybody treated us with respect and was friendly. I just love the atmosphere at LGI. So, we went with them. The rep was direct, and everything that he said he was gonna do, he did. He was knowledgeable. I had a really good experience with them. They were also direct and told me what to expect, what not to expect. Everything was perfect.

We were looking into Zillow and we saw the constructions. The new construction by LGI was happening. So, we stopped by, and reviewed the numbers with them and it worked out for us. LGI offered the best rates for interest rates. They gave us all the information that we needed. They pretty much gave us a tour around the house. They showed us how to use everything, who to call if something breaks down. So, it was good. I have wished in the beginning that at least they install basic things, like gutters, so I didn't have to do it myself. But other than that, the quality is good. The community looks nice and peaceful. We're happy.

I was working with a real estate agent, and she took me to LGI. It's a good area. I was going with an autumn-type house, but then I wasn't quite sure about that, because the space was limited. It was smaller, so I chose the Baker house. It's worth it. But there are small areas there that need to be taken care of. But they told me that they would call me or schedule for me so they can go and take a look at all those minor details. But I haven't heard from them. But I would still recommend LGI to friends. They have good customer service. The rep I worked with was really nice.

The marketing for LGI Homes was done well and caught my attention, and the interest rate offered was nice. My consultant was very open, communicative, and informative. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. Considering how fast the home was built, it’s of very high quality and I'm surprised by how sturdy it is. The new neighborhood is still being built, but so far it’s been nothing but good vibes. It was a perfect experience. Pricewise, I got a steal. I first heard about LGI through a friend, and when I looked through their website, it was very easy to navigate. People should trust their sales consultant and it’ll be a smooth process.

The program that LGI got going is unbelievable. There are a few changes I would make, but the incentive, the price and what you get are unbelievable. My realtor, Heath, paid for the homeowner's insurance for a year and the HOA for a quarter. He locked in a solid price on closing, so there were no surprises. It was incredible. There are only a couple of things I would change in that before I sold the house or had the customer walk through it, I would make sure it's ready to go. I would make sure there was no repairs needed, that it was absolutely pristine. When I moved in, I had to deal with the microwave not drawing air up. I had to deal with the ceiling fan. I got rid of the attic fan and did more vents in the roof. The attic fan sounds like a freight train.

I was recently pregnant and my significant other and I were essentially house shopping, but we couldn't really find anything. It was one of those things where you look something up and you advertise things on social media. So my significant other went ahead and came across LGI Homes through a social media platform that they had some houses out in Youngtown. It was Youngtown and Casa Grande, but we live here in the valley. Working with their representatives was quite a process. There are pros and cons to everything. Their customer service was great. Every time I needed to get ahold of someone, whether it was our Realtor, the two loan officers at least reached out to us. One of them at least reached out to me that same day that I needed a question to be answered. I just needed some sort of confirmation.

I found LGI Homes on Google, and their experience was very good, which influenced my decision to go with them. The rep was very warm, inviting, and kind. She answered all the questions I had in depth, walked me through the processes, and gave me very good clarification. I felt very knowledgeable in what I needed to do next. I was impressed that she was responsive. Any time I had a question, she was able to get back to me or let me know who I needed to speak to. She always greeted me with a smile and had true customer service. She made me feel very comfortable with any concerns I had, and I didn’t feel like I was getting processed through the wringer.

We have been looking for a home and somebody told us about LGI Homes. We went into their office and filled out paperwork, and they checked our background. I had a few small things that I paid off, and they still worked with us to get into the house, which made me feel safe about it. They were trying to help people who want a home get into one. Other places required a lot more steps, but they helped us through the process. One rep introduced us to another team member who helped us through the process, and when it was time to close, another representative called to let us know we were ready. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful.

Our sales guy was amazing and we worked with him for a little over a year before we decided to go with LGI. He listened and took very good care of us. He didn’t give up on us. We had to come up with a bunch of documents during the home-buying process, but it was very easy, and the people were great to work with. The people were very attentive to our needs and emailed us back right away. If we left a message, they called right back. They answered our questions quickly and got us through quickly. Probably 10 years ago, LGI didn’t have very good quality, but now they upped their game. It’s not just standard builder quality anymore. They’ve gotten into more quality workmanship. It’s just much better.

I passed through one of LGI's houses. I Googled it and I saw the houses. Then somebody contacted me from the office in Cape Coral. He told me if I want to go take a look at the houses, and he could be calling me every couple of days. He assisted too much. I made an appointment with him and I passed by the office. He was busy with somebody, but another guy took me to see the houses. The home buying process was good, especially, with the lady for the loan company who approved me the mortgage. She did a lot of work. She was a lot patient with me because I'm not that kind of guy that know a lot of stuff on the phone and computers. I'm old school. I like to talk to people. I don't like to talk to a computer. She did a great job.

The representative from LGI Homes, Janet, did well by us and I appreciated that. I was impressed with her determination and care for us to get a home, not just a house. I love the side of the home. The design is cute. I like the master bathroom, which is mine, because it’s big and has space. It separates my toilet from my shower and my bath. It has a his and her wash area. The community is peaceful and so far, the neighbors appear to be good and friendly. But there was a little bit of discrepancy that I did not like. The only external lighting that LGI provides on their structures is the front light at the garage and it is a single light. There's no light at the back and the sides of the property. And at night, it's super dark.

My husband works near the location of LGI Homes. He drove by and saw the new build as he was going up, so we went to check it out. I liked what I saw and we ended up purchasing a home from them. The whole process was stressful and it took about a month and a half to complete. We had a few credit hiccups that we needed to address first. But the home consultant we worked with was very informative and helpful along the way. He was also approachable and easy to talk to. We also want to give high praises to our loan consultant, Rachel, who was amazing. We were very happy with her.

My wife looked LGI up. She talked to me about it and we went to see the homes they had. The homes are nice. They showed us a house that's good and in a nice neighborhood. There's a park for kids and people to walk their dogs. We're satisfied with the neighborhood. We decided to rent the house to see how everything goes. We were renting to buy. LGI's reps talked to us a lot about it and they helped us a lot with the home. We are close to about six months for our new build. The quality is good. We like it. It was a different build compared to other houses we lived in. It's nice.

The staff was very cooperative and informative. So, we were immediately very pleased with their welcoming ways. Brad was very helpful and personable, and we felt welcomed. He was very forward and informative. We liked his answers. But there were some things that we were surprised that were not included in the construction. There were no towel racks in the bathrooms. There's no doorbell provided. There are no fans. There's one fan in the whole house, and we thought that was kind of strange. There were also no window coverings. We've been here two weeks and we like the area so far. We're pleased. We are very happy with the quality of the home.

LGI Homes have zero down in some areas. They help with closing costs, which oftentimes is a obstacle to buying a already established home. You may have the down payment, but you may can't afford all the closing costs, especially with Realtors. So, a lot of times that was kind of what was preventing us from making that final jump. We worked with Darryl and he was always really personable. He was always very friendly. He was always very transparent. Even with certain things, he was really clear like, "Hey, yeah. This is not gonna be ready in this time. We have these options available." He didn't oversell. He didn't lie to us. Everything is still being set up right now. So, we're not really gonna know 100% how certain things are gonna settle with the subfloor and with the drywall. But it looks good to me. I like the amenities. I like the way the houses are laid out so that they're not all up in each other's business even though they are close.

The LGI rep was cool. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he really worked with me. The communication was excellent. We had some kind of discrepancy as far as with LGI wanting to accept my Realtor because he didn't come in with me, even though I told them that he contacted them just the day afterwards. He really had done a lot of work. Then they came back and said that they wouldn't pay him because I just decided to come in there myself and look while he was away. So I was very disappointed about that.

My wife's mother is a Realtor and she set up an appointment with LGI Homes. We dealt with their rep, Jeff, who was a very chill and responsive guy. He was not pushy and he's got a lot of knowledge. LGI's price is fair for the market and area, and I bought from LGI because their closing cost was only three grand, which is very low for me. We closed on the 26th, moved in on the 27th and I have had to reach out once already. The pin that holds the overhead motor on to the rack of the garage door broke and they responded within a couple of days. There are a couple of other things that I don't care for, but I am planning on waiting before I call for the warranty. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend LGI. I don't have any problem with them for the most part. I'm just being picky about buying a brand-new house and it not being perfect, but that's on me, not LGI.

I was impressed with LGI's responsiveness and they were readily available. When it comes to the quality of the home, so far, so good.

The LGI rep was very personable. He listened to all of my concerns. He made me feel very comfortable that he'd be able to help me with all of them. He ended up helping me with every single one of them. So, I was very impressed. I closed on the house in December 12th. So, we've been in there for a month. The door handles kind of just fell off, one of the drawers. We mentioned something when we did the walkthrough that it kind of fell off. Then he put it back on there. But then when my son went to pull it back out again, the screws fell out from the thing that holds the drawer to the actual cabinet. So, that I have to fix, too. But other than those little things, everything seems to be fine so far.

Our agent was super polite. She explained everything in detail really well. It was just an overall happy experience. I like the new build and everything is fresh. The quality of the build is pretty decent. There are some things about the yard that I don't like. My yard is very rough. I was kind of hoping that they would kind of level everything out and then put down the sod, but they just threw the sod on top of the rough sand and dirt. The community is pretty nice. It's quiet.

The consultant that I dealt with was very nice. I found the house on Wednesday and closed on Friday. The home is nice. It checks off a lot of the boxes. But the attic ladder is misplaced in the laundry room and you can't use it. The door is in the way, but if you open the door to pull the ladder down, it takes two people to get it down. I've gotta have all that redone. I haven't talked to John, the superintendent, about it. But I had a contractor come over, and it took two of them to get it down without tearing the door. It's guarding it all up. It's just really bad position. Also, I'm not a fan of the fireplace brick that's stuck up in the house. It's not mortared. They said, "That's the new look." I said, "Really? Well, I don't like your look." Just look at the Lyon model in the Terrata Homes, and look at the limestone they put on the fireplace. It looks terrible.

Jerry walked me through multiple LGI homes. He's a really good person, and he makes everything understandable. He helped us through the whole thing. The area is nice. We like it. They have amenities right across the street. The price of the house went down, too. We didn't want the kitchen connected to the living room. We went in blind with this new build, and it's actually perfect for us.

I didn't think I'd be able to afford a brand-new home, but with that interest rate that LGI Homes offered, it made it more practical for me. I went to the office one day and talked with the guy, and had an appointment with him with my Realtor. We came and looked at the place. He did some quick numbers for me right there in the kitchen, and I saw that I could afford it, and I loved the place, and we got started right away. From that day until closing, it was 13 days. The mortgage lady was amazing. Everything just went so easy. It was like too good to be true. It was so smooth. It was perfect. I've lived here now for a month and I absolutely love every single inch of this place so far. It's amazing. The side of the neighborhood that I'm on is very underdeveloped and not sold. So, on my street, there's only one other woman that lives here, and it's so quiet and nice. But the gym could definitely be better.

I don't know what drew me to send a text message to one of the LGI consultants but I just did, and they turned out really friendly and amazing. I wouldn't have had it any other way. We then came to take a look at the house and ended up liking how it was laid out and how big it was for our family. There are also parks nearby.

I’ve been dealing with LGI since around 2019. The people I talked to were really nice and made everything plain and simple. They told you what you needed to do and how to do it, and they were a lot of help. I worked with three consultants. The first one was Reed. He was off the chain, very personable and motivational, and I could ask him any questions and he would answer.

The sales rep and the loan rep at LGI were all good. But Rynell was top notch. He was a great spokesperson, someone who works with you through the pros and the cons and does the numbers with you. He was always open, and anytime I called, if he couldn’t answer, he would text back or reach out. Any questions that I had as far as home-buying services or options, when I got stuck with something, he was always helpful. He was way better than anybody else I dealt with, and this is my second time going through the whole process of purchasing a house.

LGI’s incentives to move in were great. It was nice to get a lower interest rate, and it was a beautiful area. We also wanted to move to Johnstown anyway, so it ended up working out perfectly.

I looked at the brand-new house from LGI homes and I was like, "Sweet. Awesome." When I walked in there, the salesman was very helpful, very positive, and kept me in a positive spirit too. My home consultant impressed me with his communication. Any questions I had, he was able to answer them, and I could call him anytime. The quality of the house is good and I like the community that we live in. They have sidewalks, but they're still building too.

We were out taking a drive and the neighborhood that I used to live in, which was all woods, is now being developed. When I walked in, I was not planning to purchase a home but was just there to get more information and find out a little bit about how their process worked. The salesman was a little bit pushy and I said no to several things, but he had to do his job and I understood that. I was still comfortable with him.

It's been a good experience. We moved out of a rental place into our first home at LGI. We like the quality of the house and the water’s running fine. Our new home gives us peace of mind and a little bit more stability. Their consultants were great. They were able to work with me and my wife with the program they offer and their process wasn't an overbearing type of thing. The park in our community seem like it's all put together and so far, it’s quiet around and it’s great.

I got a text from LGI Homes asking if I was interested in buying a home. I set up an appointment for Saturday, but my wife was so excited about it, she had to go Friday. We went and talked to a guy who handled everything from there on out.

When I walked in at LGI, I liked how William greeted me. He was the only person I spoke to, guided me through the process, and referred me to the mortgage broker. He was helpful. The house I moved into was already built, and its quality was great.

We were looking around our area because we were in an apartment, and it feels a lot better to come home to a house. But every home nearby was out of our price range. So we decided to look a little further out and found a brand-new house for much less than other homes. The LGI home that we found was listed on Zillow. It was already built, we looked at it, and then we bought it.

We looked at prices from other communities but LGI’s prices were amazing, and the process was easy. Overall, we were overly impressed with everything from start to finish, and it takes a lot to impress us.

Since day one, everything was perfect. I connected with Stevie, Jessica and Andrea and I really appreciated everyone. My home consultant, Stevie, was amazing. He has known my profile since the first time that I talked with him and he was super committed to achieve what I want. I used to live three minutes from where I live now so I know that it’s a good neighborhood. I'm really pleased with everything. LGI was the only one that had homes with city water. They also had a superior finish than other construction builders. We've been pursuing a new home for two years, so it means a lot to have it now. I want to thank them for everything.

Everyone at LGI was very helpful. Even with my gazillion questions and all of the times I wanted to make sure that I wanted the home with so many visits and walkthroughs, they were very accommodating. Vince, the sales consultant, was phenomenal. The application process was smooth and very easy. I love the build of my home.

LGI seemed like the best option in the area. They were super affordable, the team was very nice and explained everything very thoroughly. When we went there, Medina, the realtor, was having some complications. She wasn't able to help us out at first. But the sales manager at the location had walked us through and helped us out. When Medina arrived, she finished up all the paperwork and explained everything since it was our first time. She was very kind and generous with stuff. Anytime we had questions, she responded immediately.

I chose LGI because of their customer service and affordability. They actually help you along the way to make the process very simple and straightforward. They have their own lender, so it helps with the process. I don't know anything about building, so I'm just looking at it. My house seems pretty okay to me.

My daughter and son-in-law moved to Utah about eight months ago and my wife and I were considering relocating. We checked out some neighborhoods and we liked the community. There were three other builders and we stopped by all of them. We came back three months later with our Realtor and ended up buying one of LGI’s homes. At the time of closing, LGI refused to pay our Realtor for his efforts. He was willing ot negotiate down to 1% but LGI claimed a technicality regarding an earlier visit we made when we still hadn’t decided to purchase. We hadn't even decided to move here. So, that was lame. The guy put in a lot of time.

We were moving from the Stafford area, which is a 40-minute drive away and we talked to Chris, the new home salesman. We found out that the house had a Beasley address and we told him that we would cancel because it was a little far for us. He was very polite and customer-service-oriented, and he said we should come and look around. My husband agreed to do that and we went out.

We were interested in the development, and the homebuying experience with LGI went fine. From the time I looked at the home till I closed, it took three weeks. The representative showed us the home and a couple of other homes after that. The house I got was new, finished in 2023. The walkthrough I had before we closed was with one of the building supervisors who was covering that week for the other building supervisor. That person had some familiarity, but they did not know how the geothermal worked.

I went with another company but they didn’t help out. On the other hand, the people I met in LGI Homes were helpful and answered all questions. I like my new home and everybody from my community who swings by say hi.

Every other house my Realtor showed me turned into a bidding war, and I was tired of that. So, I chose a new-construction home from LGI Homes. The home consultant I worked with was great. Whatever scenario I had going on and any conversation I had, he interacted with his examples of what he also experienced as well. So, he made it more personal. And it made it so much easier and comfortable to trust and rely on him. The homebuying process, which took me three months, was perfect. LGU worked with me and didn't make it seem like it was impossible. They made it seem like there were steps we had to follow and they guided me. It was the same advice for other people that I talked to. Even though they weren't familiar with LGI, they said you should be able to trust them. And they did because LGI reps explained every step easily.

Although closing is still a week away, we have been very pleased with the professional and caring attitude and actions of the construction manager who was responsible for the quality construction of our home. At the end of the day buying a new home and moving is stressful and costly, but ultimately once the process is complete what you want is quality and reliability from your home builder.

LGI Homes was local to where I was already at and had a lower interest rate than what I was able to get by purchasing an older home. The consultant was adamant about selling the house to me. So, I give him credit for that. There were a couple of things that were missed, though. I have a panel and my cabinet was pushed out of its groove. I have a bush, grass and some wood chips that are right there. So, I have no pathway to get to the back of my yard to put my garbage cans away.

I bought my house in August. I met Philip and he was awesome. As a first-time homebuyer, I was scared to move forward. But he held my hand, encouraged me, told me that there was nothing to be afraid of, and if I have any questions, I should ask. He came through with his words. Everything was straightforward. I provided all that I needed to provide.

I chose LGI because the houses looked really good and they were affordable. That’s the reason for contacting them. The person that we went through was very helpful and professional, so we just continued the process. He was very helpful in giving advice, and he gave us time. He told us what we needed and what we needed to work on, and he kept us up to date with any changes that were made. He reached out just to see how we were doing, and he just seemed to care.

LGI has been good so far. The communication with them was good, but now I’m having some issue with the loan, not with the LGI people. They told me I need to pay other people now because somebody got the loan, and I don’t know ow to do that.

I liked the homes that I looked at. They were compatible with the other builders. I love to walk and the community has a walking trail. And they also have a playground for kids, but no pool. It was the area I was looking to be in and the type of home I was looking for. I like the price too.

When I was being baited in by LGI Homes, everything was good and wonderful. After the closing and all the paperwork was done, then the deceit and lies came out. They need to tell the truth. I have not been in there long, but I love my home. I just don't like the sales reps. We also get fumes from the nearby train that comes through and the work sites that are near. I would not refer them to anybody else.

We were looking at new homes and chose LGI because they had a model ready and allowed for a longer contingency period. It was also in an area that I was looking for. The application was pretty quick because my house in Georgia sold pretty quick. It took six weeks at the most.

My wife was the one who really liked the LGI home ‘cause she felt like it was the spot. It’s the second home we’ve purchased so we’ve already been through the motions, and this one went a lot faster than my first home, so I was happy with it. It was a pretty simple process, nothing too crazy.

I was in a rush to get a home because I was moving out of the place I was renting. I got tired of looking and when my daughter found LGI, I called around and I couldn't beat the price of the home.

Everything with LGI was easy and fast. Working with the loan officer and the representatives at the location was good. The process took two to three months and we're in the home now. It is a good quality build. I recommend a lot of people. It's easy to get approved.

I lived in the area where they were building the community, and so I kind of just drove by and wanted to look at the house and I've been looking at the floor plans of various places and just looking on Reddit. Because I owned a home but I wanted a nicer one, a newer one, I finally just drove by and was like, “Okay.’ At that point, there was a specific floor plan. I wasn't really interested in any of the other floor plans and I wasn't window shopping. I looked at enough pictures online and I wanted to physically look at it before I made my decision.

This was our first time buying a home and we heard LGI Homes through our Realtor. Everybody answered our questions and helped us through getting the process done correctly. They made it very easy for us to understand.

I had good interactions with the LGI home consultant, and they had a lower interest rate, so I decided to go with them. The quality of the home I got is excellent.

We lived near the community that LGI Homes were building. We saw that the quality of the design of the homes was different from the others. I've read reviews that weren't so great about them, but I did so much research in that specific community and had our inspector come out. The inspector himself said it was a great building, so we trusted that. The consultant, Eric, was very professional and he listened to our needs. I loved that he was not pushy. We've been here in our new home for about a month and it seems good. The area is safe. I think they could offer a little bit more, like a pool for the community. Other than that, everything is great.

I went with LGI because it seemed to be cheaper. They just seemed like they were helping us out the most, and then they just cared. The home consultant was very nice. He was just very homey and explained a lot of things to us. This being our first home, it was really nice.

My experience with LGI Homes was good. I went to a new home because it was my first time buying. Every Saturday, me and my boyfriend went there and watched around and saw what’s going on. The quality of the build, some of the fixtures inside are kind of cheap. I work for Home Depot, so I know the price of everything they have in there.

The home-buying process with LGI Homes went very smoothly. We were approved from the first visit. We had to go through the whole closing circus, which is always lengthy and convoluted, but that went pretty smoothly compared to the other experiences I've had in the past. I was impressed with the fact that when the inspection came back with a lower value on the townhome, LGI lowered the cost to purchase. I was impressed that they would do that when they didn't have to. They could have insisted on the original purchase price, but they didn't. So, it went from 409,000 to 385,000, which helped tremendously. It was wonderful.

The LGI consultant we worked with was very helpful and the finance mortgage company was great to work with. We really enjoy the quality of the house. We’re finding a few things that we weren’t aware of before but overall, it’s great and we love the community.

I was looking around for houses, and I was about to go with Lennar, but I didn’t like it. The LGI houses had bricks, and it caught my attention ‘cause I wanted something with bricks other than just a house. The whole process took about a month and whenever I had questions, the LGI people answered them. They took care of everything, and they didn’t make me wait.

I went with LGI Homes because of the location. I chose a new build because I was never looking for an older home, it was never in the picture.

I was just going around the area buying good houses, and I found LGI. The home consultant helped me a lot. He was very good at communicating. Any time, he was always there. If I had a question, call or text, he answered right away.

I was in the process of selling my home while buying this new one, and my consultant from LGI walked me through everything I needed step by step. She followed up on everything, kept me informed, and didn’t leave anything out. The whole home-buying process took about a month.

Everybody at LGI Homes was friendly and very informative. I was very happy. The construction manager was very knowledgeable about all the things that I needed to do. Everything has been great.

My experience with LGI Homes was great. A friend of mine saw that they had new homes and she called me because she knew I was in the market for a house. The home-buying process took about a month. My home consultant, Makita, was good. The quality of the build is amazing. I do not have any problems at all. I love my home. The community is peaceful.

The people I worked with at LGI were amazing, especially the agent. He was understanding, and he did what he could to help us out. We’ve had a few minor issues in the home when we moved in, and we had some issues trying to get somebody out. We actually had to pay out of pocket to fix the repairs ourselves because we put a claim in, and they won’t do it. Now, we’re trying to find out how to get somebody out here to fix our alarm system, which is going off about four times a week. But the community is pretty good. We haven’t had any issues. The neighbors seem friendly. My kids walk to the school bus stop, and I’m not concerned that they’re not gonna make it.

LGI was so awesome for me. I had spent some time looking around and trying to work with other realtors. I almost had to settle. But I didn’t feel like that’s what I wanted to do. And for the prices that they were asking for, it’s not feasible. It makes no sense.

LGI Homes was on my way to work, 1.5 miles from where I work. We had also thought about building our own house. It was gonna be too costly, and the location of the property was gonna be too far out. So, that’s pretty much why we chose LGI. The buying process was very simple. Our sales consultant, Arnold, was a really personable guy. We kind of saw online what they offered, we directed them on what we wanted, and then we chose the house that we got.

I was house-searching, and I went to a couple of different builders. I wanted a decent backyard, a corner lot, and bigger bedrooms. A lot of the new builds that I had gone to go see were beautiful homes. However, the square footage was not as big. The bedrooms were very important for me to be larger, and that's why I went with the property with LGI Homes.

Hasn't been a bad experience. Kelly is very responsive and has a lot of knowledge. Bring a paper and pen for notes, he lets you know a lot of good information on house upkeep! If you ever have any questions and you reach out he will get back to you, even on vacation! He did our walk through and explained how we could set different meters up to be more functioning! We had a problem with our ceiling leaking and he came instantly to look at it to get it fixed in a timely manner. I will say if you get Jalen as a seller make sure you have all your stuff ready because he does just try to make the sale even if you're waiting on loans to finishing processing through. He was nice, but I don't feel he was too professional about the sale of the house.

As a Realtor, I received an invitation from Kyle to attend a special Realtor Luncheon at a couple of LGI Homes’ new communities near Broadway, NC — Brayden Preserve and Boone Trail Village. Travis was my highly-informative tour guide who took me to see at least 6 of their homes so I could get a feel for the styles, layouts, and quality of materials and craftsmanship. It was apparent they aim for perfection and quality since they have 3rd-party inspectors come through their homes to mark any areas that need extra attention or repair prior to showing to potential buyers.

A friend driving by had informed me about LGI Homes. I was impressed when they gave us the history behind where we would be living out, the subdivision and the amenities of everything that they provided. It would be better if I had a little more communication with one of the new home consultants though. But I had someone step in after that so they were pretty phenomenal.

We lost our home in Helene, so we had to do some financial adjustments and job changes to qualify for a mortgage. We also went through looking at used homes, which was just a horrible experience. Then we found LGI, and they were just like the lighthouse, we picked our home. It was almost three months to close because the lenders kept coming back needing a lot of things. They saw our documents, our income, and all our jobs. LGI just waited and allowed us to do what we needed to do, which everything just took time. They did everything that they said they were gonna do.

The LGI representatives were good. It was a little hard communicating at times. But when I went to get checked out with the house, they got me pre-approved and showed me some houses until I found one I liked.

I thought it was gonna be a hassle, but it actually was smoother than what I expected. We started with Joey. He was our LGI home consultant, and he was excellent. He broken down everything for us, and made it simpler.

Everything has been fine with LGI Homes. Going with an older home, you have demons. I don’t wanna go into nobody else where people had slept. My daughter bought a house, and it took six months to get that house to be livable because of the dog and stuff. Every house that I have bought has been brand new. With me, I had to pay some things off, so it took about 18 months. I met a Christian lady, she was a real good person, and she walked that line with us. Then, finally, I saw this LGI. It said, zero down, veterans. So we went with it, and we were able to get our home. I didn’t have any problem with LGI.

Kelli the construction manager is amazing! He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable during our final walkthrough and when we had questions he came out immediately and made some minor adjustments with our appliances, which he didn’t have to do. He was so helpful and gave us lots of tips and suggestions. All around a lovely experience. Thank you for everything!

It took three weeks to finish the home buying process with LGI and the rep we had was helpful. He stayed late to get us what we needed and seemed like he was looking out for us. Also, the quality of the home and the community we now live in are good.

Working with the home consultant with LGI was wonderful, and they did a marvelous job on providing service. Everything went smoothly and everybody did their part. It all kinda went quickly with no mishaps. They were great.

I went for a newer build with LGI because of the updated version of a home and the utilities that come with it versus an older build. If something needs to be fixed, it can be fixed. The home-buying process was a little stressful, but towards the end, it became very easy. There was a lot to learn, especially for me being a first-time home buyer, but the process went well.

My wife and I are both young, but LGI took us seriously when the other companies didn’t. Our rep, Medina, took us to see the house real quick and asked us if we liked it. We fell in love with the house. They took their time explaining to us how everything was gonna go. They didn’t sugarcoat anything. They were on top of everything. We did find a couple of things that were not to the standard of the house before we did the closing, and within two days, they fixed it. The whole process was super quick. We closed after 28 days. We are happy with the half an acre that we got. That was the best decision ever. I already told my mother-in-law and my mom about LGI because they were already thinking of moving down here. I am taking them straight to Medina. She was great.

LGI Homes was more budget-friendly, and they were able to get the approval for me. The loan consultant was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He helped me out, especially being a first-time home buyer. The whole process was pretty quick, almost three weeks.

I heard about LGI through our Realtor and the process was simple. They helped us through it and were very informative about everything. If we had any further questions, we gave them a call, and they were able to answer them. The home is great. We love it. Everything about it is nice. It was a really good experience.

We found LGI Homes while searching different communities and happened to drive by and see the sign on one of the streets.

Our home-buying process with LGI Homes took a little bit of an extended period of time, but it was totally worth it. It took a lot of documentation, because they wanted to know basically everything. They made it really easy as far as taking care of the rest. Then they started moving real quick and next thing I knew, I was in the house. Arnold showed me the house. If I had any questions, he was helpful in finding out the information. When I closed, they gave me a folder with all the helpful information on re-keying my front door and warranties on my appliances, the house, and the plants out on the front. They didn’t leave anything out.

I heard about LGI through a friend of my mom. I really felt good about the whole experience. The people are my favorite part. Francois, in particular, was very nice.
