I wanted to find a nice little home in a neighborhood and found LGI Homes. I found the perfect little neighborhood and the perfect little house. The whole process was smooth and swift, and everything went swimmingly. I was impressed with how efficient and fast everything was. It took less than an hour. The rep was amazing. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he said that if they could look for what I could afford and what I could buy, they could find me a home that day. I said I would see what they got. The rep showed me the model home first, and then I asked to see the actual home. When I saw the closet and the kitchen, I knew it was my house. We moved forward that same day and put the sold sign out front a two-bedroom home.
When I walked into the location, it felt very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere felt like home already. I almost cried because it was so beautiful and nice. I just knew it was the one. I was planning to move in the next four months and he got me moved in two weeks. It completely exceeded my expectations. LGI is working on the amenities right now. People who are interested about LGI should buy a house today.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful journey with LGI Homes. We're thrilled to hear that everything exceeded your expectations, from the efficiency of the process to the welcoming atmosphere. It's fantastic that your move went ahead faster than anticipated, and your heartfelt reaction to finding your home truly encourages us. We appreciate your recommendation and are delighted to have been part of your homebuying experience. Wishing you endless joy and comfort in your beautiful house!

I like the location of LGI Homes. It's close to my wife's work. Also, buying a house is a financially smart decision. When you're renting, your money's not gonna go anywhere. With having real estate property, at least, you'll own the place at some point, and you have more flexible financial decisions about it. I already have another house so I have had experience that I can compare the mortgage process with. Most of the paperwork varies from state to state. But with LGI, I felt it was a little bit more complicated.
Usually, you have the person that is working with you in your finances preparing all that paperwork and helping you understand some things. But I've had to use ChatGPT, Grok, AI, in general, to figure out some weird words. Also, I received paperwork from other people. It looks like LGI Mortgage Solutions and Loan Depot were working together. It's normal working together but what if my paperwork are in someone else's desk? Even at the final signing with the title company, there were a few letters there from other people. I reached out to the LGI Mortgage Solutions agent several times for questions, but I got no response. I already paid the $1,000 so if I back out, I lose $1,000. I also ended up with at least four high inquiries on my credit.
During the days that we were visiting the house to make sure it's the one we wanted, we noticed a railroad at the back. When the train passed, it was not vibrating. But the heavier trains are during night, and it feels like an earthquake. We found solutions, like noise canceling in the master bedroom, so we can sleep well, but the house vibrates. I think the structure of the house is too light. In a more sturdy home, I don't think it will happen. Also, the lawn doesn't look professional. I want a flat grass lawn, but it's very bumpy. It rains a lot or even without rain, just putting the sprinkles, there are spots that become swamps. Another thing is quarter of the grass that they put in my backyard doesn't match the rest of the grass. It's different in color and in shape.
On those visiting times, my wife and I found a few roaches. We talked about it with some lead agent in the office a month before we moved in because when we move in, it's going to be more difficult to treat any roaches. But we're still having roaches here and there. Yesterday, I had to apply some chemical outside the house to get rid of it.

I chose LGI Homes because I was trying to get a five-bedroom and at least a two- and a three-and-a-half bath. There were only two builders that offered that model home that I wanted. What I got is close to what I was looking for. The process with me getting approved with the mortgage company was good. I like that. And the guy who helped me did his job. I tried to get into a house quickly, and he was there to try to make things work. However, if I was given the opportunity to choose again, I wouldn't with them. I'm not satisfied with how things are in the house. If I was given an opportunity to do my own checks, there would have been many things I would have cut. I would not even sign the papers to close for the house, because I wouldn’t have accepted a house where, when it rains, the whole backyard is moist and clumpy. That's not good for the foundations.
During the process, I was a little desperate since my lease was out. I waited for what will come and see. When we saw this one, I went for it. I didn't have the time, because I also got approved with another builder. I had to leave that builder because I wasn't in town at the moment. When they were supposed to close today, they had to let the house go.
Since I was desperate, I took this one from LGI Homes. They didn't let me do a third-party appraisal. But with the other builders that I got approved, they will let you do a third-party appraiser before closing. And when the third-party appraiser came, there was a lot of stuff that was missing. When I asked LGI Homes about that, they took that away. So, I didn't do any appraisal. I had to go with what they had. I don't like my experience since I got into that house. There was a work order of a work order.
The day I had to close, LGI had to do a walk through. There were a lot of issues. There was a crack in the ceiling. They have the trim. I have a water issue at the back of the house. When rain came, it was muddy. When I talked to whoever the builder was, he said, "I think you need to reduce the amount of time the irrigation takes place.” When it rains, water is stagnant somewhere there. All this stuff is after when I already signed the paperwork. When we call them, it takes them at least two weeks for somebody from them to ask for somebody to come.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for choosing LGI Homes. We're pleased to hear that you found a floor plan that fit your family's needs and that your mortgage representative was able to help you through the financing process and keep your home purchase on track.
We're sorry to learn that your experience after closing has not met your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter concerns with your home, especially as you're settling in. We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the walk through process, drainage in your backyard, and the warranty items you've experienced, as well as your concerns about communication and service response times.

LGI Homes really worked with me. They helped me work through my emotions. Everything was happening, and they were amazing. Their consultants were very nice. At one point, I wasn't signing anything. I wasn't doing anything. I just quit communication. I was like, “I need to process everything happening.” They reached back out and were like, “Hey, we have another home for you.” I was concerned about the price. They were so patient with me. At the end of the day, they were right because I love the house.
I was very comfortable working with them, especially after they told me to pull the reviews. I have a daughter that's got special needs. I was ecstatic that this is gonna be our final move that we do. When something happens to me, this home will go to my daughter. At the end of the day, they were like, “Look, we just want what's in your best interest and your daughter's.” That was why their rep said, “Do the research.” I felt much more relieved. When I started becoming more hesitant on things, they were like, “Come in. Let's talk.” I went in the next morning, and they sat down and they broke things down.
Right now, I'm still in the process of still fully moving over into the home. The house itself comes with everything that’s pretty much neat, and that was one of the other reasons that we went with it. It has a big backyard that I'm wanting and I've got a covered patio. I love to plant plants. So, I can have my little garden. It's amazing because my daughter can sit out in the back. In the community that we're in, it's a little bit darker. She loves to be able to go out and look at the stars. So, by having that covered patio, we can sit out there and still see up at the sky.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with LGI Homes! We're honored that you chose us for such an important milestone, and it means so much to hear that our team was able to provide the patience, support, and guidance you needed throughout your homebuying journey.
We're especially glad to know our consultants took the time to answer your questions, help you feel comfortable with your decision, and ensure you found the right home for you and your daughter. Knowing that your new home represents security for your family's future is incredibly meaningful to us.
It also sounds like you've found a home that truly fits your lifestyle. We hope you and your daughter create many special memories enjoying your backyard, gardening, relaxing under the covered patio, and spending evenings together looking at the stars.
Thank you again for trusting LGI Homes. We wish you and your family many years of happiness in your beautiful new home!

LGI’s location was right next to the I-10, north of Casa Grande. We didn't really wanna be in Casa Grande but we wanted to be closer to the Phoenix area. We looked at a few models and I picked out two houses before I got this one. Ashley, my sales consultant, told me that the third home would probably be the perfect house for me. And I bought it. She was a superstar. She never gave up on me and always helped me find what was right for me. She played a big role in my decision to buy two. She is the best. The construction manager, Jordan, is a great kid. He's on it and is very communicative. He texts me, follows a schedule, and all the work orders that we put in have been done.
I got a four-bedroom home and I like the outside, but there are a few things that need improvement. The toilets are too small and I’m gonna buy new ones. Another one is the blinds. The home comes with only the blind facing the street. I had to buy about seven more blinds. The home came with matte flat paint on the interior, which is very easy to stain. If you put your shoulder on it, you're going to stain it. I had to pay out of pocket to repaint the entire interior with semi-gloss paint before I moved everything in. But there is a small park as well as a little path in the community. There’s a playground for kids and it looks fun for the families who have kids around the area. It could be a little bit bigger, though, and we could use a community pool. But overall, I am happy. It’s just the little extras.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with LGI Homes! We're delighted to hear that you found a home in a location that fits your needs and that Ashley and Jordan made such a positive impact throughout your homebuying journey.
We're especially pleased to hear your kind words about Ashley's dedication and persistence in helping you find the right home, as well as Jordan's communication and commitment to completing your service requests. We'll be sure to share your recognition with both of them.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the interior finishes, window blinds, and community amenities. Hearing from homeowners helps us better understand what matters most as we continue to improve the homebuying experience and our communities.
Thank you again for choosing LGI Homes. We hope you enjoy your new home and community for many years to come!

I didn’t know much about LGI Homes ‘cause I'm from New York so I started reading their reviews. Their website is not complicated at all. Once you log in, you could click on each type of model they have and it explains in detail. The pictures are exactly like the homes. You just make it a different angle and see it in person. Ryan Homes provides a little bit more than LGI Homes, but you have to come out of your pocket a little bit more as far as certain things that they don't provide. There was one other builder but even though the homes were a little bit more, there was something telling me to go with LGI, and I don't regret it.
Everything went smoothly with LGI Homes. I liked their location, their customer service, and their process, which wasn't an overwhelming one. It was a quick process. Any time they needed documents, I provided it to them. There was never a delay. I was not rushed and there was no pressure. They listened to me and understood what my needs were. When they stated that the house was gonna be ready, the house was actually ready. There were no issues with closing. Everybody that I've worked with, from the agents to their loan officers, were respectful and understanding. The communication was on point.
I'm not a builder but certain things and areas could have been done differently. But I closed on it and it's comfortable for me for now. This is my first home and overall, it's been a great experience. In the future, if I am to do it all over again, at least I know what to expect and what not to expect. LGI went over everything and didn't leave anything out.
I came from the south side where everybody wants to live at. It’s more quiet over there than here because it's up and coming. But I like the community. If they're gonna do a park, that's the first thing they should focus on for the kids. My grandkids are gonna be coming to visit and there's nothing for them to do. But I would definitely recommend LGI Homes. I tried to get my mom to purchase from them as well but they're older so they're a little nervous. But I’m still trying to convince her. I've recently seen they're still having used properties that they are selling that are used and it's still within the same price range.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with LGI Homes! We're thrilled to hear that your first homebuying journey was such a positive one and that our website, customer service, and streamlined process helped make your experience smooth and stress free.
It's especially rewarding to know that our team communicated clearly, respected your timeline, and delivered your home as promised. Providing an honest and transparent homebuying experience is something we strive for, and we're glad you felt supported every step of the way.
We also appreciate your thoughtful feedback regarding the community amenities. Input from homeowners is invaluable as we continue to enhance our communities and the overall homeowner experience.
Congratulations on your first home! Thank you for choosing LGI Homes and for recommending us to your family and others. We wish you many years of happiness and wonderful memories in your new home.

I am a single female with four jobs and I needed something that I wasn't going to have to spend a whole lot of time on the maintenance of my home. So, I chose to build rather than buy an older home. I looked around quite a bit before I chose LGI, but it was the people and the process, and the fact that they are supportive of single people trying to have their own home, that made me decide to go with them. The rep was personable and kind, and you could tell that he cared. This is a passion and a calling for him and he's incredible. The only issue I had was the loan agent. But we cleared that up.
I love my home. This is the second new home that I have owned that I've built, and it has been a night-and-day different experience. I have no electrical or appliance issues. In the first six months of my old home, all of the appliances quit. And there was nothing like that in my new home. There have been some frustrating things, but it's not anything LGI can help. It's just the littlest things. The workmanship of the home has been cool. The pool is not open yet but the trails are cool. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had in owning a home, so far.
Thank you for sharing your remarkable experience with LGI Homes. We are thrilled that the team's support, especially your personable representative, made a lasting impression. It's fantastic to know that your community and new home exceeded expectations, aligning with your description of "one of the best experiences" in homeownership. We're glad minor issues were addressed swiftly, and we hope you continue to enjoy your beautiful, easy-to-maintain home for years to come.

I like the idea of being the first owner of my home. I don't want any history in the house. I found LGI Homes on the internet and decided to go with them. Everybody that I dealt with was amazing. Everything was pretty spot on. Any time I had a question, they answered it. If they couldn't find me the answer, they got back to me, returned my calls in an appropriate amount of time, and they send me text messages. It was a wonderful experience. For the home that I have, I would say it's a fair price. I enjoy going to my home. The quality of the build is fantastic. I love it. I also love the new home community. It's very quiet and peaceful.
We're delighted to hear about your wonderful experience with LGI Homes! It's great that you felt well-supported throughout the process and found your new home and community enjoyable. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you continue to love the peace and quality that come with being the first owner. Welcome to the LGI Homes family!

The homebuying process with LGI was timely and our new home community is quiet and clean. I've told friends about them. However, LGI told me that it was gonna be a different price but everything went up. Matt was the original person we met then he gave us Carlene. We never saw or met her. She was just calling and emailing us. We have dealt with six people, which is too many.
When we came today, they got a lot of problems with the home. There’s a hole above the microwave right now that they are supposed to fix before we moved in or signed the paperwork, but it ain't been fixed. The repairman is gonna come Monday. The air conditioning wasn't working. He came yesterday and said that the signal wasn't going into the house. When we came back in today, the floor got water on it and the wall got water damage. Yesterday the garage man had to come ‘cause we ain't got any button to push to make the garage door come up from the inside. We only got garage door openers to put in our car.
The man that's supposed to be fixing our drywall and the hole in the wall is named Pablo who is in Georgia. Another guy named Juan is supposed to be doing the work, but he is out of town for a week. They were supposed to have fixed the house. They told us they were gonna fix it when we showed it to them when we were signing the paperwork about a month ago. Another man just came here and we told him there’s water on the floor and it's leaking through the wall. He said that Pablo uses Terminix, but LGI doesn't use Terminix. They use somebody else. He said he might get in trouble for doing it. There are too many hands in there.

My fiancé and I were looking at LGI in Rio Rancho. My fiancé was the one who suggested looking at it because his aunt and his brother both got houses from LGI and they had positive outcomes with that. The LGI people who helped us out were really nice and positive. They worked with us, and that was how we were able to get comfortable. If we had questions, we were able to ask. As first home buyers and in our early 20s, we were kind of lost, but they were very helpful. The pricing is very comfortable because in this economy, it's very hard to find a house. I enjoyed purchasing the house. It was a great experience. They're good people, and very trustworthy.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience. We're thrilled that you and your fiancé found purchasing your home with LGI Homes enjoyable and comfortable, especially as first-time buyers. It's great to hear our team provided the support and guidance needed. We strive to make homeownership accessible and satisfying for everyone. Congratulations on your new home!

I passed by LGI Homes and it was on April that we saw the home. Then, we closed on May 4th. Their customer service stood out the most, with the way they took care of the process. I just paid the down payment and $1,000, but they took care of all the fees. The 3.99 was a big benefit but it wasn’t explained well, and I was disappointed. After talking to the loan officer, I realized the program wasn't for 30 years. It was only for five years. Other than that, it was fine. The quality of the home is very nice and it gives my family a roof over our heads.

I wanted my mom to live close to us because she's a senior. LGI Homes is five minutes away from where I currently live, and that location was affordable for her. So, I went in and I turned in. The sales team did an awesome job. They were transparent. The home consultant was great and very professional. He was able to answer every question I had and he was very friendly. As far as the house, it is just settling, but I don't like the ceiling right now. There are creases in the ceiling. The community was still under construction, which it still is. We were looking for a ranch, and as of today, we’d stand outside and we’d say we like the community. They have a little play area and little picnic area. There's no community pool but we were aware of that. All the houses are lined up with nice and neat, clean lines.

The LGI Homes rep went above and beyond to help me get in my new home. She helped me out a lot along the way. What I didn't understand, she helped me understand. She communicated with me along the way. Any questions I had, all I had to do was give her a call. I will recommend her to any and everybody by any means. The cost was a little higher than I expected because of the interest and because of the HOA. I never considered staying in the HOA because they're very strict. Other than that, everything else is fine. The only thing I didn't understand was the whole mailbox thing. I thought it would be in front of the home because we're homeowners. But the mailbox is up there in the front of the complex which means if I'm waiting on something, I would have to wait there in that specific spot. It was a rollercoaster, but I made it through. Everything was successful. And I will recommend LGI Homes to friends and family who are looking for home.

We looked at a bunch of older homes and even put in a few offers with them, but nothing was getting approved. Everything that we were seeing needed $30,000 worth of repairs and we weren't getting any traction. My realtor asked if we have thought about getting a new home and we told him it was outside of our budget. He told us sometimes they do incentives so I went online, and sure enough, LGI was running an incentive. We looked in the numbers, and it was only a few hundred dollars more for a new home than it was for the used home that we were looking at. Our salesperson was awesome. We had most of fun. He was very energetic and easy to get along with. I could tell that he loved what he was doing. I'm in customer service myself and if you don't believe in what you're doing, then you're doing something wrong.
As for the quality of the home, we've seen some little things here and there. It's been since we moved in that we've had the most amount of problems, putting in warranty claims, and the time that it is taking them to fix things. The very important things have happened super quick. We had hot water in the sink and in the shower, but not in the bath. They came out immediately and fixed that, and that was super impressive.
But the things that a person might deem less important are taking a long time. Our master bedroom door and master bathroom door are sticking to the point where we don't close them because if we do, our little kids can't get in the door. I've talked to four different people but still haven't gotten anywhere. That aspect of it has been frustrating. But other than those, the homes are fabulous. We would recommend. We went and looked at a couple of different home builds and nothing could compare to the LGI home. I'm still a very proponent of the build itself.

I heard about LGI Homes from a coworker and I decided to go with a new build because I liked the idea of having a newer home in the area. It’s all new to me. I generally like all the homes in Texas since I moved out here. You get a little bit more, design-wise, versus Missouri, where all our homes are older. Everything went well with the rep. I was a first-time homebuyer and she gave me the walkthrough of everything to figure it out and what I'll be getting myself into. She made me feel comfortable. The quality of the build is good and I‘m very satisfied with the amenities. There was a little miscommunication, but it was probably just waiting for things to be approved. Everybody's been very helpful and very good.

We had shopped around for older homes, and we're having no luck. We couldn't find anything within our price range, within our lifestyle that pleased us. When we inquired about this house, we were a little reluctant ‘cause we've had new builds in the past, and we thought we'd be better off with an existing house. But when we looked at this LGI home and what the quality of the house was, and what we got for our money. It was also the location, because we picked a lot that's in the perfect place.
Our realtor consultant was very forthcoming, and everything was perfectly laid out. We were wowed by her charm, which we expected to change after the sale, ‘cause that had happened before. We went through this before. She was nice. We really liked her, but again, we liked all the other past Realtors that we dealt with in the beginning. But even now, we've been here a month, and she's still an amazing person. She's been really super. In fact, we just talked yesterday. She came by. She checks on us from time to time, just wants to make sure everything's okay. So, it's been really good.
We had a Pulte built house back in 2014, and the quality was a little better than the LGI house. It was cinder block built, and it was built for Florida regulations. So, it was a little more quality in that sense. All of the trims are better than anything that we've had before. The only thing that I would like a little different, but we've never been able to afford it, is the trim that LGI have at the ceiling. But everything else, the baseboards, the doors, the trim, and the flooring is high quality. So, it's a very well-built house.
Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. We're delighted to hear that your LGI home consultant met your expectations. It's truly wonderful that you've found the perfect location and continue to appreciate the excellent service following your purchase. Enjoy your home and its cherished features for many years to come!

Our overall experience was great. Our LGI Homes rep who recently retired told us he had been selling houses for LGI for 11 years. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The same can be said for the home builder itself because we had our final walkthrough with him two days before we closed. Everyone seemed to be able to answer all our questions. It made the process much easier. My wife and I are first-time homebuyers so we had a ton of questions regarding property taxes. I know Texas is a property tax-heavy area, and you have HOA fees. I just wanted to make sure that nothing would increase over the next year.
We're happy with the build. We had to make a couple of claims here and there about minor things. The door had to be lowered a bit because it would scratch against the top of the border and there's a couple spots in the house where the floor disconnected from the house itself, but not nothing major. Everything we've had so far has been fantastic. And whenever we had an issue, they came out and addressed it immediately.
We've made friends with neighbors across the street. Everyone we've met in the neighborhood have been very pleasurable people, also quiet. It's 15 minutes away from the downtown. And the local schools seem to be nice. Overall, very much enjoyable. The amenities are still being built. We were told it should be ready by the summer. The playground seems to be finished already, but they're still working on the pool and the actual building connected to the community area. LGI said June was the ideal date everything would be done. If not, we'll ask them about it. But they said it should be done this year at the bare minimum.
Thank you for sharing your experience with LGI Homes! We're so glad to hear our team was knowledgeable, responsive, and able to support you throughout your first homebuying journey.
It's great to know you’re happy with your home overall and that any minor issues were addressed quickly. We also appreciate your patience as the community amenities continue to be completed, and your feedback will be shared with the appropriate teams.

LGI Homes helped me out a lot. I'm an older guy so I didn't understand a lot of things. They were very welcome to help me do a lot of stuff on computers, because I don't do computers that much. But overall, they did a good job. I went to another area. LGI is the best place to be, because they help you and they do whatever they can to help you. A lot of people are, “I'm not gonna do this. And you can't do this and you can't do that.” But LGI is a good thing. It changed my perspective of the other places where you go and buy homes at. I'm in construction, and that's what we do. We do house slabs. I drive a concrete truck. This is the nicest place I ever seen. I've seen the community. I would recommend anyone. And I’ve recommended my friends to come and look at houses over here.
The quality is good. It's gonna stay that way because I take care of my stuff. I love my home, but I know there are three houses that they're building by me. I come home, and there’s mud all in the driveway. I don't like that. Also, LGI should have built a pool. They have the little water slides for the kids, but they should have built the pool, because this is gonna be a hot summer. That's the only thing they're missing. Other than that, this is the best place to apply for a home. They have panels that are not brick. It's the other side they have on the house. But LGI has brick homes too, because my other friend told me they have an LGI community over there at Venus too, but are brick homes.
Thank you for your kind words about your experience with LGI Homes. We're thrilled to hear how helpful the team was, especially considering your specific needs with technology. We appreciate your recommendations and are glad you find so much value in your home. We'll take your feedback about amenities like a pool into consideration for future development. We hope your satisfaction continues, even with ongoing construction in the community. Enjoy your time in your beautiful new home!

We lived in apartments for years, and now the apartment is pricing to what a house is paying for and more. With a house, you have your own space, and you can do your own thing for the same money. We were paying 1,900 for a two-bedroom. We were looking around, and my husband had contact with one of the gentlemen at LGI. He'd been looking for a while. He landed on LGI and then the next thing I know, I got a phone call from him saying, "Hey, I need you to see this house." I came out here, and the houses were very simple. I had more pushback for my own 401(k) than I did LGI. It was a very simple step-by-step process. They walked with us when I was trying to get the funds available. They made sure that the paperwork was right and was on call for whatever issue we may have come to. So, it was a very good process.
LGI Homes has changed my life because I actually got a house. We wake up at peace. We come in at peace. These are priceless people. The only thing was purchasing a home has a lot of talk of different things. When I would ask them about things like the pricing range we're looking at or what things were required, they were very thorough. They could tell you the document name that you need to present to be able to get it. They were very helpful. I know how to do the thing, but when I actually do it, it gets confusing when it's a lot going on at the same time. They were very supportive. We could call them.
401(k) kept requesting a document. I called LGI, and said, "Hey, we're supposed to be closing in two weeks. And they're giving me a fight for my own money.” They said, "Oh, that's okay. We could talk to them with you and figure out what document it is that they keep requesting.” They made it very understandable. We had to make a letter because I wasn't physically there when they forged a contract, so they had to get an amendment. Either way, they were very supportive, and I appreciate that.
When we first came in, and my husband called me and told me he had a house he wanted me to view. When we first stepped in, I noticed the space. I was sold. When we got here for the home showing, I showed up and met them here, and they walk us through and told us everything about it and what it has to offer. By that point, they said we were pre-approved. So, my husband was like, "Yes, we're going to do it." It was very thorough. I got the two bedrooms with the kitchen. It was a very exciting process. I love the kitchen. That was it for me. It has Whirlpool appliances. Whirlpool is one of the top three brands when it comes to appliances for the US, when it comes to reliability and durability. The counters are real marble. My daughter likes to bake, too. She's a teenager. We have all the space to put the trays down. If you cook and you like to do multiple things at once very rapidly, the space is insane. Whirlpool came through.
Thank you for sharing your experience with LGI Homes! We're so happy to hear that our team was able to guide you through a smooth, step-by-step process and provide the support you needed throughout your homebuying journey.
It's wonderful to know you're enjoying your new home, especially the space, kitchen, and features that make everyday life more comfortable for you and your family. We're also glad our team was able to assist and advocate on your behalf when challenges came up during the process.

Our home consultant with LGI Homes was good. Everything seemed flowing and easy. It didn't seem chaotic. I took the process over three months but that's because I had to figure some things out with my apartment. As far as the home, the open floor plan was one of the big things for me. I'm still getting used to it. I haven't really explored around too much. I'm mostly just trying to get settled in the house. After we did the orientation walk, Stevie gave me tape and I taped up anything that I saw and he took care of it. When we had done the walkthrough, he had found there's a couple of little water drop spots on one of the wooden bases of the sink. So, they replaced that. Also, I noticed that the master bathroom's toilet was running and I had him check that a couple of times and I haven't heard it running since.

I saw LGI from a billboard they were promoting and decided to see if I could get approved for a house, and I was. I was impressed with how fast the process was getting into the house, so it was good. From start to finish, it took a month and a week. The reps were very knowledgeable, helpful and direct. The customer service was excellent. Jade and Sarah were able to answer my questions and get back with me quickly. LGI threw in some incentives at the beginning. The closing cost alone was fine with me, so I was impressed with the price. People should consider buying a home through LGI, because the transition into moving into a new house is quick, smooth and easy. I've been in here for a week or so, and there are a lot of amenities for the kids, which I love, because I have a grandson. There's a play area, a volleyball area, the ponds, and the splash area. It's nice. I like my home. So, I'm happy.

LGI Homes did very well. I visited other builders and LGI. They offered a good rate for the product, which they were selling. I liked their diligence in terms of going around, showing me what was available, being true and faith, seeing that things work and that things got covered. The quality is good, but the detailing could be a bit more. We were looking in a two-and-a-half bathroom. The builders are only building two bathrooms for a three-bedroom. Since I'm a senior citizen, we could have liked some hand towels, racks, and a bar you can hold on to when you're showering in the bathroom. Also, the laundry room could have a shelf to put your detergents and stuff on. My family has seen my home. It's out in the country. But they like it. It's nice and quiet where I am.
Thank you for your positive feedback on your LGI Homes experience. We're delighted you appreciate the competitiveness, diligence, and quality of our offerings. We value your insights, especially regarding senior-friendly features like additional detailing, handrails, and storage options in troubleshooting. We're pleased your family enjoys your peaceful new residence. Thank you for choosing us!

My Realtor was the one who helped me and guided me through everything. However, the communication with the title company was a bit difficult. They made a lot of errors. They even charged me more than they should. I had to wait for a return from my title company. Other than that, LGI Homes was amazing. I'm in love with the way they built my home. The builder went into details. I love all my details in my house like the high ceilings, everything that they put in, and the detail and work that they put into it. And after I finished with everything that they signed off on, the rep still came back and helped me cut the grass, and explained things that I didn’t understand a lot. My family is already in love with my house.

What made me choose LGI was that it was the most affordable new community in my area. I liked the location and the warranties, too. The rep I worked with was Neil and he was very nice, helpful, patient, and took me in the home a few times. He’s very qualified for what he's doing. He does a great job. The process at LGI was pretty quick, and working with them was very comfortable. I like the affordability, the clean and quiet neighborhood. They have a playground for the children, too.

LGI home were better options for me for the area that I live in. I didn't wanna go too far out of the area that I'm already in. LGI Homes had a beautiful community that was new. When I started to do the tours and did the research, I liked their different models. And I like the fact that my home has a master bed downstairs and the other bedrooms are upstairs. That works out great for me, because I have arthritis in my knees.
My interactions were great with every consultant. They were patient and very helpful in assisting me with any documents that I needed. They were very communicable. All of them were very sweet and helpful. They helped me through the process and did not let me give up. Even the online portal was easy to navigate through.
The build quality is very good. I didn't see any flaws or defects. Also, it's a very nice, quiet and clean community. I enjoy it. I like everything they have there. I wish there was a community that had a pool in the area. Also, I would recommend that they have a gift packet to their new homeowners. I'll feel a little bit better about that. LGI should bring the homes in more areas, because I was out of the city that I was in. LGI should have five more communities in closer cities. It was a wonderful yet long experience. But it was a life-changing, wonderful experience that I'm glad that I went down that road and went with LGI. Give them a try.

My family and I were displaced until we moved into our home. Some of the places we stayed at, even if they were new builds, they did not have the quality that LGI has. We are new to San Antonio. We've been here since December 2025. Our rep is amazing and a joy to speak with. She worked hard to help us. There was never anything that we needed from her that she was not available. I haven't spoken to her lately because I've got a bunch of stuff going on. I do miss Erica. It was like we were long lost friends. She is a beautiful soul.
The original house we chose we thought was it and kept wondering why things were not moving like we expected. I had petitioned God for some things, and had written it on one of these little slips of paper that had a scripture on it. It had a five-bedroom, three and a half bath. Sure enough, the unit she showed us before I saw the slip of paper, we had already agreed that the five-bedroom was what we wanted, and it had the tub I wanted. It was exactly what I had prayed for. So, it was just ironic how it all happened.
We ended up at Blue Wing because my son was in the hospital and the van that we had to get in the hospital had a bird, and it was blue. Blue Wing popped up in my Facebook feed, and I was like, "Oh, let me go and see what this community looks like." That was when I met Erica. I knew that I was going to work with her. We thought it was going to be a year later, and it ended up being sooner. It was really awesome. Erica was so comforting. I met her while my son was still in the hospital and living and she always had such encouraging words.

I had gone to go see somebody else over a different builder and I felt more pressure to make a decision more quickly. So far, so good, workers and homeowners.

I would recommend LGI Homes. Working with them was one of the quickest decisions I made that turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. LGI Homes' rep was very helpful, nice, and responsive, which is key. I spend a lot of time capitulating decisions and analyzing. But I was sold the same day I walked in. He was able to supersede this analytical thing that might've had me still trying to decide what to do. So, it was a very quick decision for me, who's a person who doesn't make quick decisions.
As a person who was newly buying a home, there were a lot of things that I don't and didn't know. The person I dealt with was so remarkable that he answered all my questions. No question was off the table. He was willing to answer any question as to what type sprinkler is a good one. And I have phone numbers I can reach anytime and encourage me to reach out to them. It's a very positive experience and very positive to begin with, which is why I ended up buying a house instead of an apartment.
As a new person who moved in, people told me everything, navigated through the process. I was not knowledgeable about the process. And all the information to read was a lot. I've dealt with other people on much simpler facets of things, where it's a horrifying experience. So how were they able to do that? I don't know. I'm a questioner. I'm sometimes not easy to trust what I'm being told. But somehow, they managed to do their job well. They're upfront and honest. Everything was clear and everything is as I said, which is so different from me. That's a bit of a rare experience of mine. I was very pleased.
The build is very high quality. I was very impressed. I happened to be there and there was some newer things that they included in the build that some of the prior units didn't have, which tells me that they're evolving, which is always good. If LGI thinks that clients want something else, they're going to consider it and add it to the buildout. I was very happy. Also, it seems to be a nice community. The school is a nice one, but that's not something I would take advantage of. There's a pond, which I haven't had a chance to explore. Also, there are some walking paths.

Whenever they needed something, they would ask for it and we would try to get it as quickly as possible. There was a lot of paperwork, but that was fine.
